  1. [TSL] Animated Computer Panel

This mod replaces the static computer panel placeables [PLC_comPanel] that found throughout the game; such as one in the Bumani's, Medical Unit, and Czerka's [on Telos] with the animated ones.

     -= BACKGROUND =-
It was Sith Holocron's request about his least favorite texture in KotOR2/TSL that makes me work on this mod. But as time goes by curiosity on trying to improve it haunts me, by doing more and looking much better -- hence the born of v2.0.0. On this [as well as the previous one] I have him to help on making the panel screen, hence the sweet result of a movie-like looking ones. You should check out his blog from where the inspiration comes --
And then with DarthParametric's handy-hands the panel now have a new symmetrical frame, some 3D buttons, also few TOR-ported bits on the screen. Not stopping there, it now have a new panel board decals -- a copied work from Frank Diorio's downloadable decals [then niubniubsuniverse-dot-com].

    -= ABOUT THIS MOD =-
Inside this mod are 2 version; transparent screen and a solid-non-transparent version.
    Preview:
    Transparent Solid
    Specifics:
New panel frame trimesh made by @DarthParametric New 3D buttons trimesh made by DarthParametric Panel screen bitmap made by @Sith Holocron Panel board bitmap made by Frank Diorio TOR ported animated bits redistributed by DarthParametric Tools mostly worked on to -- KOTORmax [gmax] by bead-v / Aurora MDL [N++] by Symmetric The panel texture currently still in vanilla scheme [based on stock PLC_comPanel], albeit upscaled to x1024 from x256 using PS'.

    -= KNOWN ISSUES =-
With transparent version, some objects will become invisible behind the screen; such as traffics seen from Medical Unit and lightsaber as well with the hilt. There's a workaround for the traffics, but that's beyond the scope of this mod so they're something to live with at the moment. Nothing that I know of though for the lightsabers.

    -= FINAL REMARKS =-
There's always room for improvements; reviews, critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks are much appreciated. PM me here, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and using this mod.

Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do!

  2. PartySwap and Extended Enclave Compatibility Patch

=PartySwap and Extended Enclave Compatibility Patch=
A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: THE SITH LORDS MODIFICATION

    AUTHOR: Leilukin
    FILE NAME: PartySwap_EEnclave_ComPatch.7z
    LATEST VERSION: 1.8.4
CONTACT: E-mail to contact@leilukin.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream

    1. DESCRIPTION:
This patch will make DarthTyren’s PartySwap mod compatible with danil-ch and Darth Hayze’s Extended Enclave mod.
If you also want to use N-DReW25's Extended Enclave Tweaks, an add-on to Extended Enclave, I have provided an additional installation option in my patch to make PartySwap compatible with both Extended Enclave and Extended Enclave Tweaks.
You can find and download the mods here:
    PartySwap: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/544-partyswap/
    Extended Enclave: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/428-extended-enclave-tslrcm-add-on/
    Extended Enclave Tweaks: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1842-extended-enclave-tweaks/

    NOTE:
This patch may NOT be compatible with non-English localizations of KotOR 2 and The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM). You do NOT need to install this patch if you want to use my Handmaiden and Female Exile - Disciple and Male Exile Romance mod, because my mod already includes compatibility patches that will allow my mod to work together with both PartySwap and Extended Enclave.
    2. INSTALLATION:
STEP 1: Download and install The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM), since TSLRCM is REQUIRED for both PartySwap and Extended Enclave to work. I recommend using the installer version of TSLRCM (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/578-tsl-restored-content-mod/) instead of the Steam Workshop version, even if you play KotOR 2 on Steam.
STEP 2: Download and install PartySwap: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/544-partyswap/
STEP 3: Download and install Extended Enclave: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/428-extended-enclave-tslrcm-add-on/
(You must install Extended Enclave AFTER PartySwap)
OPTIONAL STEP: If you want to use it, download and install N-DReW25's Extended Enclave Tweaks: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1842-extended-enclave-tweaks/STEP 4: Download my compatibility patch for PartySwp and Extended Enclave, extract PartySwap_EEnclave_ComPatch.7z to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KoOR 2 directory.

STEP 5: Run the PS EE Comp Patch Installer.exe from my compatibility patch. You will see there are three installation options, and you may only install ONE of these three options:
No M4-78EP Installed: Choose this installation option if you do NOT have M4-78 Enhancement Project installed. DO NOT choose this option if you have installed N-DReW25's Extended Enclave Tweaks. M4-78EP Installed: Choose this installation option if you DO have M4-78 Enhancement Project installed. DO NOT choose this option if you have installed N-DReW25's Extended Enclave Tweaks. Extended Enclave Tweaks Installed: Choose this installation option if you have installed N-DReW25's Extended Enclave Tweaks, regardless if you have installed M4-78 Enhancement Project or not. Once you have selected an installation option, and select your KotOR 2 game folder as your KotOR 2 directory path, click the “Install” button and let the installer do its job.
When you install this mod, two new folders named "backup" and “uninstall” will be created by the installer in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folders or any of the files within the folder if you are planning on uninstalling this mod.
The "Source" folder includes the source of the scripts used by this mod for modders' reference. Ignore the "Source" folder if you only want to install and play this mod.

    3. UNINSTALLATION:
Run PS EE Comp Patch Installer.exe. From the “Tools” dropdown menu, select “Uninstall Mod / Restore Backup”, then confirm to uninstall the patch. You can also choose to delete the backup after uninstalling the patch.
Note that this action only uninstalls my compatibility patch, and not PartySwap, Extended Enclave and Extended Enclave Tweaks.

    4. KNOWN ISSUES:
None currently known. If you find any other bugs or problems, please let me know.

    5. CREDITS:
DarthTyren, danil-ch and N-DReW25 for giving me permission to make this compatibility patch for their mods

  3. More Vibrant Skies

Ever wonder how it feels to run from level to level and look at nearly every sky texture border to make sure that every pixel matches?.. I sure do now.

My goal was to make all of the skyboxes look more "alive" by changing certain values in photoshop to getting rid of the twilight/grey color palette that was used. The only skybox I actually repainted the entirety was dxun to make it look like the player was actually in a thunderstorm and not those grey wispy things. (there were two zones and each required their own texture)

I also provided options if you don't want the moon and/or planet on the background on Dxun and two variations on the suns of Dantooine and Telos.

(Also included is a small .txi file that makes the girders outside Telos Station more visible and less like paper mache`)

Hopefully they make Kotor II more visually appealing than the original game did.

  5. TSL Default Replacement Hilt Megapack

    DEFAULT REPLACEMENT HILTS MEGAPACK 8.1
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------
    by Kaidon Jorn

This mod will replace the default lightsaber hilt models in KotOR 2:The Sith Lords.
Should be compatible with TSLRCM 1.8.4 and beyond.
This version omits the animated blade textures from the main mod but they are still offered as an option (copy and pate tga's and txi's into Override and let overwrite if necessary).
It also comes with a new(er) model for the cyan double-bladed hilt, and alot of the icons have been remade. Other than that, I changed every hilt texture's name and hex edited them into the original models. Also, this mod is now set to replace file on every installation. This should be the last one I need to do, but you never know.

  7. Darth Sion and Male Exile Mod

=Darth Sion and Male Exile Mod=
A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: THE SITH LORDS MODIFICATION

    AUTHOR: Leilukin
FILE NAME: Darth Sion and Male Exile Mod.7z
    LATEST VERSION: 1.3.2
CONTACT: E-mail to contact@leilukin.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream

PLEASE READ THROUGH THE MOD INFO ON THIS PAGE AND THE FAQ ARTICLE FOR MY KOTOR 2 SAME-GENDER ROMANCE MODS BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS!

    1. DESCRIPTION:
If you have played through KotOR II: TSL with a female Exile, you may remember that Darth Sion, one of the main villains of the game, practically falls in love, albeit in a rather creepy way, with the female Exile as he becomes attached to her throughout the course of the game, and he expresses such feelings to the female Exile during the Exile's final confrontation with him on Malachor.
What if Sion could develop such feelings to a male Exile as well? That's where the development of this Darth Sion and Male Exile Mod came from.
What this mod does is to make changes to the gender checks of Sion's dialogue, so Sion can also develop the same attachment to a male Exile. If you're interested to see how a same-gender version of Sion's affection for the Exile played out, then this mod is for you.
Please note that this mod is ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH THE ENGLISH LOCALIZATION OF TSL AND TSLRCM. I do not provide support for non-English localizations of TSL and TSLRCM.

    2. INSTALLATION:
First and foremost, make sure you have The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM) installed since TSLRCM is REQUIRED for this mod to work.
!! ATTENTION!! STEAM USERS: If you play KotOR 2 on Steam, DO NOT USE THE STEAM WORKSHOP VERSION OF TSLRCM if you want to use this mod! Instead, use the installer (.exe) version of TSLRCM, which can be downloaded from Deadly Stream here.
I recommend reading this Deadly Stream post on why Steam Workshop is NOT recommended for modding KotOR 2.
Extract the Darth Sion and Male Exile Mod.7z you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KotOR 2 directory. Run Install.exe. You will notice that this mod provides four installation options. You may only choose ONE of these options:
Version A: This option will make Darth Sion express interest in both male and female Exiles. Version B: This option will make Darth Sion express interest in male Exiles only, and Sion will interact with female Exiles the same way he did with male Exiles in vanilla TSL. Version A + M4-78EP Compatible: Choose this option if you have M4-78 Enhancement Project (M4-78EP) installed and you want to use Version A of my mod. Version B + M4-78EP Compatible: Choose this option if you have M4-78 Enhancement Project (M4-78EP) installed and you want to use Version B of my mod. Once you have chosen the installation option you want, and select your KotOR 2 game folder as your KotOR 2 directory path, click the “Install” button and let the installer do its job.
When you install this mod, two new folders named "backup" and “uninstall” will be created by the installer in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folders or any of the files within the folder if you are planning on uninstalling this mod.

    3. UNINSTALLATION:
Open Install.exe and select your KotOR 2 directory where you installed this mod. From the “Tools” dropdown menu, select “Uninstall Mod / Restore Backup”, then confirm to uninstall the mod. You can also choose to delete the backup after uninstalling the mod.

    4. KNOWN ISSUES:
None currently known. If you find any bugs or problems, please let me know.

    5. MOD COMPATIBILITY:
Apart from The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM), which is required for this mod to work, any other mods that modify Sion's dialogue will likely conflict with this mod. I have set up the installer to install this mod by patching the relevant dialogue files to improve compatibility with other content mods as much as possible, but it is still not guaranteed to be compatible with every other mods that modify the same files.
If you have installed M4-78 Enhancement Project (M4-78EP), you must choose one of the “M4-78EP Compatible” option when you install my mod.
This mod is fully compatible with my Lonna Vash Mod for TSLRCM.
This mod is fully compatible with Extended Enclave, since Extended Enclave does not edit the same Sion dialogue as this mod does.
This mod is not compatible with Kaidon Jorn's Schematic Lightsaber Mod.

    6. PERMISSION:
You may modify this mod for personal use or show this mod in screenshots. However, do not release your mods containing assets from my mod without my permission.
I do not use nor support Steam Workshop, so I do not want any of my mods to be uploaded to Steam Workshop.

    7. CREDITS:

  8. HD PC Portraits

    HD PC Portraits
for Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords
v1.1 - 20200805 by ndix UR (DeadlyStream user)

This modification adds high resolution (1K) portrait images for PCs. All 34 male and female vanilla player characters are provided, with all 3 light-dark variants, for a total of 102 new portraits. The 1K portraits have 64x the resolution of the 128x128 originals. The portraits are rendered to match the poses, colors, facial expressions, and lighting of the original images as closely as possible given the following constraints:
Only vanilla textures (and my own additional maps based on same) are used While the textures are mostly crap, most of the work was in material setupusing a modern rendering engine, so even the vanilla textures still wind up looking much better than they have any right to. This is because of real lights, shading, and materials, of which the original diffuse textures are only a part. I didn't really redo geometry, beyond appropriate use of subdivision surface modifiers.
See the included images in preview/ for an idea of how the portraits look.

  10. Telos Citadel Station Skybox by Quanon

    Telos Citadel Station Skybox
    ============================

    MOD AUTHOR: Quanon
    ORIGINAL RELEASE: 03 MAY 2013

FOR WHAT GAME: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords

    Description:
    ----------------
Apologies for the late release on this. (I've had a busy week offline.)

A long time ago . . . in a Mod Request not far away, I (Sith Holocron) requested a mod to improve the low resolution quality of the skybox as seen outside the windows of Telos' Citadel Station.

I highlighted - to anyone that would listen - a few issues that I thought needed addressing. The buildings seen through those windows had a low resolution skin. The grid of pipework seen at the base of those buildings looked like a blurry mess.

    Someone listened.

This mod created by the talented Quanon remedies all of that. Though the screenshot above doesn't show it, the skybox does have the red windows that would be seen later in the game as well.

In addition to the TGAs and TXI, there are also PSD files for those of you that would like to fool around with the textures in Photoshop. There's also a TIF file that suits the same purpose.

    Installation:
    ----------------
For Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 - Extract the TGA files and the TXI file into the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic/Override folder.

    To Uninstall:
    ----------------
    Take them out again.

    Known Bugs:
    -----------------
    None known at this time.

    Legal Disclaimer:
    -------------------

All materials and copyrights belong to LucasArts, Bioware and Obsidian Entertainment Inc.

Quanon owns none of the materials, and he's not making any money out of this mod. It is to be distributed as-is without alteration, unless by permission of Quanon. This mod is not to be distributed for profit, either. Use it however you like, but if you're going to post it up somewhere, or make a derivative mod, or use it in another mod, please put a line in the readme, mentioning Quanon.

  11. Robes With Shadows For TSL

There is nothing more central to a Jedi's life than a cool outfit, except maybe a sweet saber to boot. So why put on robes with missing textures on their backsides when you could be impressing Sith Lords with your nice getup? Why settle for the shadow of a limberjack when a cool silhouette is half the reason you don the cloak? Let's fix up the game's robes!
This mod will provide you with some fixed up versions of all the game's robe models -- that's both the thicker and thinner variants of the Jedi robe, the Jal Shey armor, Kreia and Visas' robes, and the Handmaiden's hooded robe. All models will have various issues fixed up, as well as fitting shadows. Any outfit that uses one of these models, regardless of texture/color, will be improved for you, and that includes any new robes from any other mods (just make sure they don't replace one of the listed models in the below Included Files). Fans of Movie-style Jedi Master robes by DeadMan or of svösh's Robe Collar should read the Compatibility section below for how to install the included patch that makes these mods work together.
This mod also fixes the floating shadow head issue when dual-wielding melee weapons, as well as a minor game error caused by a mismatched model name. As of version 1.3, I have also fixed a base game glitch where female robe models had twitching hands -- the animation's clipping fix is still there, just without the twitching issue.
And since it's 2024, I figured what the heck: as a bonus, all included models are now higher-poly (slightly). The boots, as well as some spots by the knees and shoulders which looked especially blocky now look smoother and more in tune with the rest of the model. See the above pictures for the difference.
    Installation:
Download the 7z file and extract to your override folder, found in the same directory as your main game executable. For Steam installations, this would be "Steam\steamapps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II\override". 7z files can be extracted with Archive Utility on macOS, or with programs like PeaZip on Windows and Linux.
For those who have the Aspyr patch, once in-game, I recommend turning on soft shadows if you have not already (OPTIONS->GRAPHICS->ADVANCED GRAPHICS->SOFT SHADOWS). Note that this may impact game performance.
If you have TSLRCM installed, check the Included Files section below for any file listed with an asterisk (*). These files are already in your override after installing TSLRCM, so you should delete those versions in order for the new ones to work. The new versions already include all the changes made in the base TSLRCM version, and I have included a folder labeled "TSLRCM backup" which contains those older versions should you need to back them up. If you installed TSLRCM via Steam, you can find the relevant files to delete in "Steam\steamapps\workshop\485537937\override".
    Uninstallation:
Place the files included in the "TSLRCM backup" folder into your override if using TSLRCM, and then remove "Ultimate_Robes_Repair_For_TSL" from your override.
    Included Files:
    Compatibility:
This mod is fully compatible with any mod which does not replace any of the files listed above. If a mod does include any such models, you will have to pick which version to use, and remove the other from your override. If using TSLRCM, make sure to install that mod first, and make sure that any files listed with an asterisk above are successfully replaced by this mod. See the Installation section for more details.
This mod is compatible with head mods such as Visas Reduced Model Clipping.
Any texture mods that add new or alter robe skins are compatible with this mod. However, many robe mods will attempt to replace model files (.mdl/.mdx) as well, rather than just textures (.tga/.tpc), so keep an eye out for what files are included with other mods.
For fans of Movie-style Jedi Master robes, DeadMan was gracious enough to allow me to create a compatibility patch for anyone who would like to use that mod alongside this one. Simply take the files included in the Compatibility Patch folder out into your override in place of the versions included in the main mod folder. Make sure these versions also replace the ones used in the Movie-style mod and TSLRCM. I have similarly created a patch for svösh's Robe Collar and any mods which use it. The patch merges all of our edits. Installation is the same as for the Movie-style patch. It should work for mods such as Achilles TSL Robe Mod (TSLRCM Edition).
Compatible mods include Jedi Journeyman Robes by Stormie97, which uses a different model as its basis, and much of Effixian's work, such as Effixian's Lore Keeper's Robes, Strider Robes, and Handmaiden Clothing Reskin.
    Acknowledgments:
Thanks to seedhartha, NdixUR, Symmetric, and Purifier for making importing to Blender simple using KotORBlender, and Cortisol for making file extraction easy with the Holocron Toolset. I would also like to thank DeadMan and svösh for allowing me to make use of their models to create a compatibility patch for this mod and their respective ones.
I would also like to thank muitafruita for pointing out some additional issues with Kreia's robe models that needed fixing, and DarthParametric for being the one to recognize how to fix them.
This modification is not supported by Obsidian Entertainment, Lucasarts, Disney or any licensers/sponsors thereof. Use of this modification is at your own risk and neither the aforementioned companies nor the author may be held responsible for any damages caused to your computer via this modification's usage.

This is a left over asset from the now defunct Malachor VI.

It doesn't really do anything except change the direction in which the doors on Malachor open. Previously, they open from the top, but the design suggested they open sideways. (See screenshots)

  13. Droid special weapons fix for TSL

    Description
This mod fixes damage and effects, descriptions, restores droid special weapons, icons and switches icons for some existing droid weapons.
    New in v2.0:
The mod now uses TSLPatcher. Reworked poison weapons rebalance fix to make it more compatible with other mods (such as improved AI mod). Thus, it became part of main install. Restored two droid weapons: Droid Gravity Generator Type 2 (can be purchased from Opo Chano on Telos and Kodin on Nar-Shaddaa) and Advanced Fire Suppression System (droids on Goto's Yacht will use it instead of obsolete by that point Fire Suppression System). Restored two unused icons and made some changes to reduce the number of shared ones. In addition, droid weapons with different effect types will no longer have the same icon. Icons were switched for Droid Neural Pacifier, Droid Neural Scrambler, Droid Plasma Thrower, Droid Toxin Emitter.

The descriptions were fixed for the following special weapons:
Fire Suppression System now correctly shows “Damage: Cold, 5pts. Save: DC10 for half damage and ignore paralyze effect” instead of “Damage: Cold, 10pts. Save: DC15 for half damage and ignore paralyze effect”. Droid Flame Thrower incorrectly showed in the description: “Special: Targets 7th level and up ignore horror effect”. Droid Molten Cannon incorrectly showed in the description: “Special: Targets 7th level and up ignore horror effect”. Droid Plasma Thrower now correctly shows “Damage: Ion 60pts” instead of “Damage: Fire, Ion 60pts”. Droid Multi-spectral Emitter now correctly shows “DC= 24 + Level for half damage.” instead of “DC= 24+Level of target for half-damage”. Fixed damage, effects and descriptions for Droid Toxin Emitter. Fixed damage, effects and descriptions for Droid Bio-Assault.
    Installation
Run "TSLPatcher.exe" installer and select your TSL folder.

Note: starting a new game is not required. Just get rid of the affected special weapons from your droids’ inventories, then find/buy new ones, and they will have correct descriptions. Also, the descriptions of special weapons in the inventories of already visited merchants won’t change.

    Uninstallation

Delete installed files of the mod from Override folder. Copy the files (except 351nar.mod) within the generated "backup" folder of the mod and place them in the Override folder. 351nar.mod should be placed in modules, but only if you have not installed other mods that change 351nar.mod after this one. Otherwise, you should uninstall those mods first.

    Compatibility

This mod is compatible with TSLRCM.
This mod is incompatible with mods that change droid special weapons or install files d_device_16.uti and g_d_firesupres02.uti (but I haven’t seen such mods).

  14. Increased Attributes and Skills

    Original Review on Filefront:

NOTE: This mod can be used for both Knights of the Old Republic and Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. Check the read-me for important installation information!

If you're looking for a mod to give you a foot up on your game, check this one out. It is designed to help you start off stronger and become stronger at each level. How, you might ask? It will start your character off at 18 for each skill, and 4 for each attribute. This'll make your player character a little more self-sufficient at the beginning of the game! In order to take advantage of these starting stats you must either click "recommended" for skills and attributes when creating your character, or alternatively you can just use quick character creation and they will already be set.

This mod also has a secondary function. It will also change skill bonuses to only cost one skill point, regardless of what it is. This is helpful if you're thinking twice about spending those precious skill points on a skill that costs more than one, because that's no longer an issue! This mod should be especially helpful for new players just getting into the game, or veteran players who just want a relaxed game with a bit less hassle. Keep it up Shem!

  16. JC's Lightsaber Visual Effects for K2

    Summary
This mod replaces the lightsaber blade textures. I've made new textures using Saber, a plug-in for After Effects made by visual effect artists who work on the actual films, which they released for free on VideoCopilot.net. The new textures are of higher quality (1024x1024 vs the original 128x128) and should be more accurate to the movie look, given that they were generated with a tool made by movie people.
I've adjusted some of the blade colors; I mainly used math to choose them, placing them at even distributions along the color spectrum, and sticking with the plug-in's default setting for blue. In more practical terms, this means yellow is a bit yellower, while green and violet are closer to the blue end. Blue itself is much brighter than the original. Orange and cyan are no longer reused copies of the Heart of the Guardian and Mantle of the Force colors from K1. They both look more like standard lightsaber blades. Orange's blade color falls exactly between red and yellow - you know, actually orange. Cyan and viridian are evenly placed between blue and green. Silver uses the same color settings as blue, but at 33% saturation. I've added an alternate optional texture to have the viridian blade more closely resemble the original, if you would prefer.

    Video Preview

    Installation
Extract files from the downloaded archive. Copy the files from Override to your own Override folder (if you don't have one, make one). Optionally, copy whatever files you want to use from the Alternate Textures folder to your Override folder, replacing the previously-installed files. If you use the Ultimate Saber Mod, copy the files from the USM New Colors folder to your Override folder. This gives all colors added in USM the same upgrade for visual consistency.
    Uninstallation
    Remove the installed files.
    Compatibility
This mod should be compatible with any mods that add or alter lightsaber hilts, assuming the use the orginal game textures for the blades.
This mod is not compatible with other mods that alter the lightsaber blade textures, including my own past mods.

  18. TSL Main Menu Model Fix for Widescreen

This mod adjusts the model files for TSL's main menu so that they properly fill the full screen width of widescreen aspect ratios (i.e. 16:9, 16:10).
By default, the vanilla menus will have gaps in the background at each side of the screen. This is an inherent issue of the model being designed for 4:3 aspect ratios, so when a widescreen mod (or Aspyr's version) is used, areas of the model are exposed that were not anticipated by Obsidian. This mod addresses the issue by scaling the width of the background plane so that it spans the full width of the screen, and adding an additional VFX emitter to the bottom right of the screen so that the fog also spans the full width. Additionally, a minor correction is made to the Easter egg menu to properly apply the appropriate texture to the eyes, eyelids, teeth, and tongue of one of the Twi'leks, which are untextured in the vanilla version. See the attached pictures for an illustration of the changes.
I have edited all 6 menu models, but in practice only 4 of those are typically used in the game (although TSLRCM does also make use of the Easter egg menu). I've included them all to cover all/most eventualities.
Note that this mod primarily adjusts the menu models. No changes are made to the background texture, so any custom version of that texture will work with this mod as well. Per a user request, I have added adjusted logo images to address the stretching on those (they are not part of the model). Both vanilla and TSLRCM versions are included (permission to modify/redistribute the TSLRCM logo provided by zbyl2).
As of v1.2, I have added optional TOR-style logos. These are based on the one GOG created for K1.
Obviously this mod will not be compatible with any other mod that also alters/replaces the menu models like, for example, my own DS player menu mod (although that can be installed over the top of this mod). Any update for TSLRCM will presumably overwrite the Easter Egg menu and the logo.
N.B.: This is NOT a widescreen mod! This is just a fix for when you are already using a widescreen mod like UniWS or Aspyr's natively widescreen version.
    Installation Instructions
Copy the MDL and MDX files from the "FOR OVERRIDE FOLDER" and paste them into your Override folder If you have TSLRCM, additionally copy the files from the FOR TSLRCM, overwriting when prompted in both cases If you wish to use the TOR-style logo, versions are supplied to fix stretching for those without a GUI fix, or unaltered if you use a GUI fix mod. Make sure you delete any existing KOTOR2Logo.tga in your Override. If you use Aspyr's version of TSL on Steam with TSLRCM installed from the Workshop, you'll need to use TSLRCM's Workshop folder Override folder instead. If you use M4-78, use its Override. 19. TSL Mira Unpoofed

In KOTOR 2, Mira is a companion with hair that falls nothing short of a blocky mop. Whether the style's a relic from the early 2000s or due to graphical limitations at the time, this mod aims to tone down her excessive volume. Now, you can make Mira look just the right amount of edgy.
    Installation
To install this mod, drag the files in 'Override' to the override folder located in your game's directory.
To uninstall this mod, delete the files listed at the end of readme.rtf from your game's override folder.
    Compatibility & Known Issues
This mod should be installed after any party portrait replacement mods.

  20. HD NPC Portraits

    HD NPC Portraits
for Knights of the Old Republic 2 - The Sith Lords
    v1.1 - 20201004 - by ndix UR (DeadlyStream user)

This modification adds 30 high resolution (1K) portrait images for NPCs. The 1K portraits have 64x the resolution of the 128x128 originals. The portraits are rendered to match the poses, colors, and lighting of the original images as closely as possible given the following constraints:
Only vanilla textures (and my own additional maps based on same) are used While the textures are mostly crap, most of the work was in material setup using a modern rendering engine, so even the vanilla textures still wind up looking much better than they have any right to. This is because of real lights, shading, and materials, of which the original diffuse textures are only a part. I didn't really redo geometry, beyond appropriate use of edge split and subdivision surface modifiers.
I did some amount of normalizing the gradients behind the characters. I think Disciple and Mira are the only ones with non-standard background gradients now.
This package includes portrait for HK-50 and HK-51 units. They aren't used in any existing mods I'm aware of; I just put them in because they made sense to have. You can remove them if you wish. The Atris portrait is unused in the vanilla game but may be used by playable Atris mods. I only included it because it existed in the vanilla assets.

    INSTALL / UNINSTALL
To install, copy the files from the package Override/ folder to the Override/ folder for your KOTOR game installation.
To uninstall, remove the TPC files for this package from your KOTOR game Override/ folder.

  21. Balance Tweak Pack

    BALANCE TWEAK PACK
    version 1.1

    Author: Pavijan357

    1. Description:
    ---------------------

This is just a small compilation of minor fixes to some "Knights Of The Old Republic 2" game balance issues and oversights.
I originally made this for my personal use, but I decided to share it anyway at the end.
All these tweaks/fixes are made to be used with TSLRCM and assume that you have TSLRCM 1.8.6 (or eventual later version) installed.
Usage of these components without TSLRCM is not tested.

    2. Component list:
    ---------------------
This pack consists of four main components and one small extra:

Component 1 - Discple and Handmaiden Grant Both Bonuses
Bonus feat that Handmaiden grants to Exile after their sparring match on Ebon Hawk ("Battle Precognition" - adds Wisdom bonus to defense) is much better reward than Disciple’s measly increase of 10 force points to the Exile's maximum amount after their first meditation session, and is just one of the points why some people prefer having first one as a companion that the second.
This mod remedies that by having both of them grant both Battle Precognition and Maximum Force Points increase at those respective dialogue points (I even added a few lines for justifying it, sorry if you don't like them ).
I have also fixed an oversight where if you take the DS path in dialog about meditation with Disciple you don’t get a FP bonus even though in-dialogue info said that you did.
Until someone restores Disciple’s cut Holocron quest (which is highly unlikely) this will serve to bridge that only slight advantage male Exile had in combat over than the female one (not that it really matters because of extremely low general difficulty of the game, but here it is anyway...).

Component 2 - Force Crush Balance
As many of you already know, KOTOR 2 in not a challenging game, but even taking that in account, there is one Force Power that really breaks its every potential for real boss fights for the Dark Side player...
Of course I’m speaking of Force Crush, the ultimate cheese tool.
There were many mods that tried to improve KOTOR 2 boss fights, and for Light Side player they might succeed to increase the challenge, but for Dark Side one, if the boss fights you solo (Nihilus and Sion for example),  it ultimately doesn’t doesn’t matter how much you buff the stats of the bosses when you have the power that, as long as you have enough Force Points and FP regeneration, makes you able to get them to helplessly jump and down and take damage without hitting you even once!
What is the root of a problem here?
It is the fact that when opponent fails the save against the power he/she suffers the full damage amount and gets lifted and dropped down on the ground helplessly, which is cool, but even if opponent succeeds on save, he/she suffers the half of damage, but STILL gets lifted and dropped, after which you can simply cast the power again and proceed to repeat the process until the opponent is dead.
If the opponent has more Hit Points fight will only last longer and be more tedious, but not really harder in any way.
My solution for this is simple: keep the effect the same if the save fails, but in the case that save succeeds opponent still suffer the half of the full damage BUT they do not get lifted and dropped, and can therefore continue to attack you, in that round at least, and actually pose some real danger.

Component 3 - Sith Lords Improvements
Yes, I know that there are already several mods that make the Sith lord bosses tougher to beat, but some of them did not hit the right spot for me, and some of them do not even work properly for all bosses, or can create the game breaking bugs when used with TSLRCM or some other mods.
So I created this component to both get them to the challenge level worthy of the true boss status, and make it as compatible with as many other mods that I can.
    I play-tested this mod with:
    a) unoptimized LS melee character made by fist-time novice player from the save I found on the net – on the "Normal" game difficulty,
    b) optimized DS force-focused character of mine – on the "Difficult" game difficulty.
In both cases fights were winnable but were hard and lengthy enough, and required a fair amount of usable items to be spent (stims, medipacks and shields).
Be warned, with this mod installed, you should save those consumables for these boss fights, ESPECIALLY your best shields, since you can easily get one-shotted on higher difficulty without these, but that should not be any problem to accomplish anyway since, because of the general low difficulty of the regular fights, you don't really need to use those at any non-boss fight in the game, so you should always have enough by the time you get to the final 3 bosses.

Component 4 - Disable "Droid Interface" Feat
Combat droid class (only HK-47 of all party members belongs to that class) is able to take "Droid Interface" feat on level-up, which, in both vanilla TSL and TSLRCM, does absolutely nothing.
That was most likely to be used in some cut content out of many that were planned to be at the game but were never completed by the game developers.
All you can do with this feat now is to completely waste one HK-47's feat point by taking this if you are a new player and you do not know what each feat does (or in this case - doesn't).
Because of that, this mod serves to disable this feat, so you will not be offered to take it in on HK-47's level-up screen.
M4-78EP mod, which restores the droid planet to the game, actually uses "Droid Interface" feat at some points, so you should not install this component with along with that mod if you intend to use this feat.

Extra component - Maximum Level Sith AC Bonus Fix
This is just one small bug fix for the oversight in acbonus.2da file where a lvl 50 Sith Lord and lvl 50 Sith Marauder had swapped AC values.
While it is true that no player or non-player character should reach those levels in the unmodded game without cheating, this can happen when some difficulty or experience mods are used. So I'm supplying that fix here.

    3. Installation:
    ---------------------
Install components from this patch AFTER TSLRM is installed.
Use TSL Patcher to install each component individually.

    4. Uninstallation
    ---------------------
Copy appropriate files from the "backup" folder to their original places.

    5. Mod Compatibility:
    ---------------------
Detailed individual compatibility notes are listed in each component's "tslpatchdata/info.rtf" file.
Apart from that, any mod that is compatible with TSLRCM should be compatible with this Tweak Pack.

  22. KotOR 2 Remastered (AI Upscaled) Cutscenes

Compatability Note: If you're using TSLRCM, Extended Enclave, or M4-78 EP mods, please install the optional Patch file matching your resolution after installing those other mods.
The cutscenes were upscaled using Topaz Gigapixel AI, and interpolated to 60fps using SVP Pro 4. Black bars are used to maintain the aspect ratio of the content while bringing the videos to 16:9 overall.
    TO INSTALL:
Make a backup of your "Movies" folder, which is in your main game directory. Download the main pack(s) that matches the resolution you play at. 1440p and 2160p are each broken into three packs. If using TSLRCM, download the matching Patch file as well. Extract/unzip the pack(s) you downloaded. Replace everything in your Movies folder with the extracted files. Do not place them in your Override folder. If you're using Aspyr's (Steam) version of the game, these should work "out of the box" without any tinkering.
If you're using a different version, you can use UniWS to patch your game to the correct resolution. If this doesn't work on your version for whatever reason, you may need to use a hex editor to change some values in your game executable to get them to play correctly. Please refer to the following guide on how to do this, skipping the parts about upscaling the cutscenes: https://deadlystream.com/topic/4631-how-to-force-kotor-i-iis-bik-movies-to-play-in-any-resolution/
NOTE: Many cutscenes in KotOR 2 are in-engine recordings. These have be re-recorded at 4k60 rather than upscaled.

    ==Install Instructions==
    * M4-78EP: Install M4-78EP FIRST(!), then the Coruscant - Jedi Temple mod. Afterwards, drop the 3 files in the M4-78EP folder (a_galaxymap.ncs, tr_leave_ehawk.ncs and galaxymap_p.gui) in your override, overwriting the existing files.
    * Handmaiden for females: Install both mods (in either order) then drop the file inside the Handmaiden4Females folder (k_sup_galaxymap.ncs) in your override, overwriting existing file.

    * If you want to install the expansion, drop the changes.ini from inside here into tslpatcherdata of that mod before installing. This prevents the planet to be called "Finding The HK Factory"

  24. Invisible Headgear

    Original Review on Filefront:

Masks are as much a part of Star Wars as Wookiees or the Sith. The only problem with those masks like I said in my review of Shem's KotOR I version of this mod is that they look a bit... silly. Very few masks have the certain something needed to make the wearer look cool.

Now if you're like me and of course my good friend Shem you think the same thing. So how do we get rid of the eyesores that give us enhanced feats, attributes, and skills without giving up the bonuses that come along with them? Well that is where Shem comes in. He has devised an ingenious way to get rid of them without giving up those certain bonuses. The solution is just to make them invisible.

By using the "Null" model in the game and renaming it to portray all of the default masks in the game he has successfully made them invisible. So no more of the "should I wear this mask or does it make my character look stupid" dilemma. You can just get an invisible mask on and wear it with pride.

So I really have to say awesome job Shem. Not only did you make all of those fashion statements you did it for both games! So really GOOD JOB. Now to all of you TSL freaks who have been itching to get your hands on this... Enjoy!

Also, sorry for the long delay everybody.

Note: Please leave the author feedback, especially if you download this mod and use it. It really helps encourage the author to make more mods in the future.

  25. Revenge of Revan (Demo)

    Revenge of Revan Demo (Beta)

The mod is a sequel to The Knights of the Old Republic 2 (Sith Lords).

The game takes place 8 years after kotor2 where you will find the Jedi Order starting to rebuild as they find their place in the Republic that has been absent of the Jedi Order for some years.
An event on Corellia will set events in motion as you try to unravel this mystery before its too late.

RoR is a stand alone original story that allows you, the player, to continue your saga with whatever choices you made in kotor1 and kotor2 whether you use the canon setup or your own personal version.
The mod is a bridge between kotor2 and TOR. You will see cameos and interact with some former characters from kotor1 and kotor2, depending on your choice setup.

    New Features:

Well over 50 PC heads including aliens with the ability to wear head gear.

    Species optional based attributes setup.

    Around 2 hours of gameplay

There is a new Lightsaber Creation system as well as the old looting/inventory system will be tweaked and allow more crafting. Also within the Lightsaber Creation System is a Progressive lightsaber/hilt system which will allow you to follow certain progression trees as you advance in levels and hilt design. This system will be user friendly and allow the player to switch from one progression tree to another with out a penalty.

A New Trust System which will be connected to the existing Influence system for kotor2. You will have moments to gain and lose Trust with party members. If you gain enough Trust then you will be able to Influence their alignment as seen in kotor2.

Dialogues will not be simple black and white in the area of receiving Dark Side and Light Side points. With the newly added motive feature the player can actually do something that is considered nice to manipulate a NPC and gain Dark Side points. The player will have a ( ) similar to when a player can show they are going to lie but in RoR you will have options in the ( ) for example: Diplomatic, Aggressive, Empower them/encourage, Manipulate/control. These will lead to dialogue that match your motive during the conversation.

With these new features and RoR's new NPCs, modeled and skinned by Redrob41, which not only include Party members but even mid to high level NPCs.

In the Demo some of these features are only introduced and not fully active based on story and game play layout. The next installment will see all of these functioning and being used through out the game on a larger scale.

    --------------------------------------
    Note:

This is a work in progress so not all the human VOs are in the game, there will be a VO patch released later.
