---------------------------------------------------------------------- Knights of the Old Republic - The Sith Lords ---------------------------------------------------------------------- TITLE: Effixian's Prototype Knight & Warrior Breastplates AUTHOR: Effix(ian) CONTACT: PM me on the forums or find me on Steam ------------------------- INSTALLATION ------------------------- Unzip and copy the files to your Override folder. ----------------------- DESCRIPTION ----------------------- This adds two robes partly based on Jedi Knight concept art for Star Wars: The Old Republic. I made the Knight version in 2011 while waiting for that game to come out. The Warrior version is a variation of the Prototype Knight Breastplate, inspired by a request by StannisDidNothingWrong (on Steam). This is a robe so it allows Force Powers and cannot be worn by Bao-Dur. You can get the robes from Geeda or use cheatcodes, Knight: giveitem a_robe_89 - Warrior: giveitem a_robe_88. Buying them from Geeda only works if you load a savegame in which you haven't been to that area (Nar Shaddaa Refugee Landing Pad) yet (= the area is not yet loaded). Prototype Knight Breastplate (a_robe_89) Defense Bonus: 3 Strength: +3 Dexterity: +3 Damage Resistance: Resist 15/- vs. Energy Upgradable: yes Cost: 9025 Prototype Warrior Breastplate (a_robe_88) Defense Bonus: 3 Strength: +3 Dexterity: +3 Damage Resistance: Resist 15/- vs. Energy Upgradable: yes Cost: 9025 Merchant: Geeda (Nar Shaddaa Refugee Landing Pad, Rodian with yellow suit) --------- BUGS --------- None. ------------------------- UNINSTALLING ------------------------- Remove the following files from your Override folder: a_robe_88.uti a_robe_89.uti ia_JediRobe_088.tga ia_JediRobe_089.tga kexsstore001.utm PFBI88.tga PFBI89.tga PMBI88.tga PMBI89.tga ------------------------------------ DISTRIBUTION NOTES ------------------------------------ You can use the files from this mod in your own mod if you simply credit me. ---------------- Thanks to ---------------- Stoffe and Fred Tetra for the needed tools and tutorials --------- Donations --------- My mods are free. Sometimes you can only access the items once you get the plasma torch. Other than these 2 bugs, there shouldn't be anymore. Report to me if you find anymore. INSTALLATION: Just Extract the .zip and put the files in the folder that comes with this readme into your swkotor override. Notes: 1.This is just a robe I am making for an upcoming mod that adds overpowered robes to the game. These have no current spawn location so you **will** have to cheat them in. To activate cheats, go into your swkotor directory and open up the swkotor.ini. Underneath Game Options, at the bottom, create a new line and put "EnableCheats=1" without the quotes. Use the tilde key (with ` and ~) while in game to spawn them in. The code you have to put in the console to get these robes is "giveitem g_a_jedirobes46" without the quotes. 2. This will be incompatible with any other mods that adds a robe with the number code "46". I do not know what mods it may be incompatible with but if you find an incompatiblity with this, leave a comment about it on the mod page and I'll add it as an incompatibility. I do not know if it's compatible with K1R either, so i'll leave it as incompatible. STATS: The stats for this robe is: Attack Modifier: +3 vs. Dark Side Defense Bonus 1 Max Dexterity Bonus: +8 Immunity 25% vs. Universal Skills: Awareness +8 Strength +2 Wisdom: +5 Bonus Feat: Improved Toughness Regeneration: 5 ROBES DESCRIPTION: These "Robes" if you could call it that, posses a God-like amount of power and resistance. They are colored Gold and bestow the an unimaginable amount of power. These should be kept in the right hands, so no one does wrong with the amount of power given from these "Robes"

  12. View File Robes With Shadows For TSL There is nothing more central to a Jedi's life than a cool outfit, except maybe a sweet saber to boot. So why put on robes with missing textures on their backsides when you could be impressing Sith Lords with your nice getup? Why settle for the shadow of a limberjack when a cool silhouette is half the reason you don the cloak? Let's fix up the game's robes! This mod will provide you with some fixed up versions of all the game's robe models -- that's both the thicker and thinner variants of the Jedi robe, the Jal Shey armor, Kreia's robe, and the Handmaiden's hooded robe. All models will have various issues fixed up, as well as fitting shadows. Any outfit that uses one of these models, regardless of texture/color, will be improved for you, and that includes any new robes from any other mods (just make sure they don't replace one of the listed models in the below Included Files). Fans of Movie-style Jedi Master robes by DeadMan should read the Compatibility section below for how to install the included patch that makes these mods work together. This mod also fixes the floating shadow head issue when dual-wielding melee weapons, as well as a minor game error caused by a mismatched model name. Installation: Download the 7z file and extract to your override folder, found in the same directory as your main game executable. For Steam installations, this would be "Steam\steamapps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II\override". 7z files can be extracted with Archive Utility on macOS, or with programs like PeaZip on Windows and Linux. Once in-game, I recommend turning on soft shadows if you have not already (OPTIONS->GRAPHICS->ADVANCED GRAPHICS->SOFT SHADOWS). If you have TSLRCM installed, check the Included Files section below for any file listed with an asterisk (*). These files are already in your override after installing TSLRCM, so you should delete those versions in order for the new ones to work. The new versions already include all the changes made in the base TSLRCM version, and I have included a folder labeled "TSLRCM backup" which contains those older versions should you need to back them up. If you installed TSLRCM via Steam, you can find the relevant files to delete in "Steam\steamapps\workshop\485537937\override". Uninstallation: Place the files included in the "TSLRCM backup" folder into your override if using TSLRCM, and then remove "Ultimate_Robes_Repair_For_TSL" from your override. Included Files: Compatibility: This mod is fully compatible with any mod which does not replace any of the files listed above. If a mod does include any such models, you will have to pick which version to use, and remove the other from your override. If using TSLRCM, make sure to install that mod first, and make sure that any files listed with an asterisk above are successfully replaced by this mod. See the Installation section for more details. Any texture mods that add new or alter robe skins are compatible with this mod. However, many robe mods will attempt to replace model files (.mdl/.mdx) as well, rather than just textures (.tga/.tpc), so keep an eye out for what files are included with other mods. For fans of Movie-style Jedi Master robes, DeadMan was gracious enough to allow me to create a compatibility patch for anyone who would like to use that mod alongside this one. Simply take the files included in the Compatibility Patch folder out into your override in place of the versions included in the main mod folder. Make sure these versions also replace the ones used in the Movie-style mod and TSLRCM. Compatible mods include Jedi Journeyman Robes by Stormie97, which uses a different model as its basis, and much of Effixian's work, such as Effixian's Lore Keeper's Robes, Strider Robes, and Handmaiden Clothing Reskin. Acknowledgments: Thanks to seedhartha, NdixUR, Symmetric, and Purifier for making importing to Blender simple using KotORBlender, and Cortisol for making file extraction easy with the Holocron Toolset. I would also like to thank DeadMan for allowing me to use his models to create a compatibility patch for this mod and his. This modification is not supported by Obsidian Entertainment, Lucasarts, Disney or any licensers/sponsors thereof. Use of this modification is at your own risk and neither the aforementioned companies nor the author may be held responsible for any damages caused to your computer via this modification's usage. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Knights of the Old Republic - The Sith Lords ----------------------------------------------------------------------- TITLE: Effixian's Red Electromesh Robes AUTHOR: Effixian, concept by Skullmstr (Filefront forums), red variation idea by Akerro421 (Steam) CONTACT: PM me on the forums or find me on Steam. ------------------------- INSTALLATION ------------------------- Extract the zip and copy the files to your Override folder. ----------------------- DESCRIPTION ----------------------- This adds two robes and one mask to the game. This is a variation of my Electromesh Robes as requested by Akerro421 (on Steam), for a more dark sided look. This mod is not compatible with that original mod, you have to pick one. Not compatible with other mods that change the inventories of the same merchants. The 2 robes are based on robes so they allow Force Powers and cannot be worn by Bao-Dur. For the merchants to work, the area where the merchant is located should not have been loaded yet. For example on Telos it will work if you start at the hangar where you arrive, but the prison after that is too late and Samhan will have his original inventory. Use cheats if this approach is not an option (example: giveitem a_robe_79). ------------------------------------------------- Electromesh Robe (a_robe_79) Defense Bonus: 2 Damage Resistance: Resist 5/- vs. Energy Upgradable: yes, like all robes Cost: 900 Merchant: Samhan Dobo, Citadel Station and Adum Larp, Khoonda, Dantooine ------------------------------------------------- Electromesh Battle Robe (a_robe_78) Defense Bonus: 3 Damage Resistance: Resist 10/- vs. Energy Upgradable: yes, like Jal Shey / Seizon Sha Armors Cost: 2200 Merchant: Adum Larp, Khoonda, Dantooine ------------------------------------------------- Nagai Mask (a_helmet_79) Damage Resistance: Resist 5/- vs. Energy Saves: Will +1 Charisma: +1 Wisdom: +1 Restricted: Not useable by Wookies Cost: 1500 Merchant: Adum Larp, Khoonda, Dantooine ---------- BUGS ---------- None. ------------------------- UNINSTALLING ------------------------- Remove the following files from your Override folder: a_helmet_79.uti a_robe_78.uti a_robe_79.uti i_mask_079.mdl i_mask_079.mdx I_Sithmask9.tga I_Sithmask9.txi ia_JediRobe_078.tga ia_MstrRobe_079.tga ii_Mask_079.tga m_202_003.utm PFBI78.tga PFBN79.tga PMBI78.tga PMBN79.tga store_adum.utm ------------------------------------- DISTRIBUTION NOTES ------------------------------------- You can use the files from this mod in your own mod if you simply credit me. -------------------- THANKS TO -------------------- Fred Tetra for KotOR Tool Skullmstr and others at the Filefront forums for ideas and feedback, Akerro421 on Steam for the red version idea ---------------- Donations ---------------- My mods are free. 15. Would be awesome if someone could make Kylo Ren robes and Mask. Possibly have two mask variants too: hooded and unhooded. I've found a mod for Jedi Academy, would it be possible to use those textures for kotor?

Note that if you use TK-664's K1 Armor Nitpicks, you do not need this mod as the fix is already included. DESCRIPTION Who said only Sith lords get to wear capes? In addition to my recent Jedi Journeyman Robes mod, I'm releasing an additional version that includes a cloak. It is fully animated as it relies on Hunter Run's brilliant flowing cape animations for Revan's armor. The cloak only comes for the male model of the robes and I have no intention of working on a female version for the time being. You'll find two downloadable files: a standalone and an upgrade version. The first contains the new model with the cloak and all other necessary files. The upgrade version only contains the new model and textures and is destined to replace the files from my other mod. Only download this if you have my other mod already installed and wish to use this model for the male version. The robes come in two main variations: 1. Jedi Journeyman Tunic 2. Master Jedi Journeyman Tunic You'll notice that the skinning on this model (a.k.a. how the model "reacts" to the various animations) isn't perfect. This is due to the fact that the Revan armor model has a cape that is much narrower than this one. I have, however, tried to make it look as good as possible. Certain animations, such as the running one as you can see above, still have some clipping going on mostly around the shoulders. Sadly this is the best I could do, but I hope you'll enjoy the final result nevertheless. HOW TO FIND The first varation (Jedi Journeyman Tunic) is sold by Dendis Dobo, the honest one of the twin Duros merchants on Telos. The item is added via a script when you ask him to see his wares. The second variation (Master Jedi Journeyman Tunic) is sold by Daraala, at the scavenger camp on Dantooine. IMPORTANT: The items are added via a script which only fires up the second time you talk to her. COMPATIBILITY This mod is compatible with (and was only tested using) TSLRCM which I heavily recommend if you still haven't installed it. This mod will be incompatible with any mod that alters the PMBJ and PFBJ models, as well the .DLG files of the conversations with Dendis Dobo (dendis.dlg) and (daraala.dlg) IMPORTANT: APPEARANCE.2DA This TSLPatcher will modify your appearance.2da to edit the Model J and Tex J columns to solve inconsistensies regarding the textures assignements for the PFBJ and PMBJ models. INSTALLATION First, you have to download Hunter Run's Flowing Cape mod over here: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/216-revans-flowing-robe-tsl/ Extract both N_DarthRevan.mdl and N_DarthRevan.mdx and copy them in your Override Folder. If you have already installed my other Luke ROTJ Robes mod, only download the upgrade version of this mod. If not, download and proceed to install the standalone version. For the standalone version, extract the contents of the "Cloaked Journeyman Robes Standalone.rar" archive somewhere on your computer and execute the TSLPatcher.exe file. Le it do its magic, just give it a hand if it can't find its way into your TSL folder by its own. To uninstall, delete all the files that are included in the "tslpatchdata" folder from your Override folder (excepted for changes.ini and info.rtf which you won't find in your Overide folder). For the upgrade version, simply extract the contents of the "Cloaked Tunic Mod Replacer.rar" into your Override folder and click yes when prompted about replacing the files. IMPORTANT: Wearing this robes while training Bao-Dur will crash your game or cause your character to turn invisible. Please download the "BaoFix.rar" file as well and drop its contents into your override folder to fix this issue. Hey there!!!!! This is just a quick mod that I decided to make because it always baffled me that no one ever made a mod where the vanilla robes in the game are upgradeable. So, I change that with this mod So, it's pretty simple, all you have to do is go a workbench and upgrade your robes! Yep, that simple!!!! INSTALLATION: Just place all of the files into your override! Yep, that simple! UNINSTALLATION: Just remove all of the files from your override! PERMISSIONS: You may NOT redistribute this mod without strict permission by myself, and only myself. There's not much that I can really say about this mod, so yeah. I'll just leave all the stats for the upgrades here: Jedi Robes:

Also, thanks to FS for recommending to me how to make the robes upgradeable, it was a simple fix at that...
  23. I would like whichever one of these is easiest to be accomplished with minimal influence on the game itself: A- The Jedi Armors to have NO "Max Dex. Bonus" in their stats or increase that value in particular to a Max Dex. Bonus of 10000000000 or whatever... OR B- To have standard robes replaced with Zeison Sha and the other jedi armors (visually only) .... OR C- I want to ALWAYS be wearing the model for the Zeison Sha Warrior Armor (Blue one with mail skirt) as Kiera and Vissas are ALWAYS wearing their robes regardless of what is equipped Option "A" would be best since i could still use under/overlays and seems like a decent press of the "delete" key in the right spot... should be rather simple to accomplish what im going for, change the appearance.2da... change the Armor stats to remove/alter Max Dex... or reskin the robes entirely. I'm tired of search engines NOT understanding my request and sending me to reskins of the Jedi armors because NO ONE likes them. although there was ONE that i saw and liked but it REPLACED the armor im trying to KEEP 😕 *Bonus* if it is AT ALL possible to have the Max Dex. Stat removed or drastically expanded for the Jedi Armors *especially Zeison Sha Warrior* , and reskin/exchange the Jedi/Sith robes to be the Jedi/Sith robes from KOTOR 1 and do the same with the "Master" robes and equivalents with the 'Padawan-Jedi robes' models in KOTOR 2 (making Kotor 2's placeholder for Padawan -> Jedi -> Jedi Knight robes to be the 'robeless' robes from Kotor 1 and the placeholder for Kotor 2's Master tier robes would be replaced with the models for the Kotor 2's Padawan/Jedi Robes. Purely visually, robe stats would stay as they are in base game only Jedi armor would have altered stats with the removal of 'Max Dex. Mod') *I would be extremely happy and willing to resume my playthrough with just option "A" but if you had a glimmer of compassion and a spare chunk of time, maybe take a look into adding this as well *this isn't my actual request but since I'm asking in the 1st place and I've seen it around, just replacing things id rather keep* Thank you SOOOOO much, I've looked for over 2 hours to try and do any of this myself, cuz I don't like asking people to do something if i can just do it myself... but after my 2nd hour passed and i was just fuming at the concept that after HOW many years no one has wanted to either look a particular way (IE cool blue Jedi plate mail) , got sick of having more Dexterity than they are allowed to use/ not wearing armor for stats, or even thought the bulky robes post Jedi look bad enough to, well, replace with the Jedi armor models... so here i am ^-^

  25. After a whole bunch of tinkering with my own build in private, I'm finally foraying into something public. Some of you might be familiar with, or dimly remember, a great mod from the old filefront days - Robes of the Old Republic: Back Into TSL, which returns the robes in TSL to a KOTOR 1 style. I've always been a big fan of this one since the K2 robes were always so 4k years in the future for my tastes, but the downside to this mod is that the lovely cloaks disappear. Thankfully, @VarsityPuppet and @90SK had thought of this and made a newer mod that added a cloak to the K1 robe model for K2, with their own textures and recolours for the various outfits. But I always had a liking for the old ROTOR textures, for the most part, so what I used to do on my end was splice textures together to get what I want. So now I figured I may as well make a new mod using elements of both, with my own twists here and there. VP and 90SK were kind enough to give permission to use their assets, and Gavroche very helpfully gives permissiom in ROTOR's readme to use assets. I'm still playing around with various elements, but I figured feedback would be well worth getting before I go any further. I'm going to preface this by saying that I am not a very good digital artist, and the vast majority of my skills are limited to chop-and-change recolours on that end of things, so don't expect anything godlike if you don't already like the K1 robe textures. Most of these were also edited years ago now since they're the product of my tinkering over the years, and it's only recenlty I've gotten around to updating and reinstalling KOTOR 2 again. But, I have to start somewhere. I'm not 100% sold on the master and padawan having different textures, at least for the robe under the cloak, but atm the Jedi ones are all either game textures or courtesy of one or both prior mods. The dark robes are something of an options list, but I'm strongly leaning towards using the K1 dark robes texture instead. I've currently got those on a different robe later though, so some poking around might be needed. This is where things got more creative on my end - I wanted the cloaks to match the rotor textures, so I did a lot of trial and improvement on the recolouring. I've also got the K1 orange robes here on the sage slot, but I might move them too. I matched the cloak to the trousers of those robes, but the more I look at it the more I think maybe I should adjust it to be closer to the main robe. The Norris robe is currently home to the old K1 dark jedi robe texture, but I suspect I'll move it over to the dark jedi main in the future. I'm not super satisfied witht hecloak - there's a sort of turquoise tint to the wear lines of the K1 robe that I want to try and recreate in the cloak so it matches, but it's been proving tricky so far. The Ossus Keeper uses the K1 blue robes, and I do like the cloak recolour job I've done, but I am wondering if I should make the cloak blue instead - there's a lot of grey in the robe options already. The Natth Cowling loak I'm irrationally proud of, since I thought matching the pink trousers from ROTOR's tecture would be very striking, but I wasn't sure I'd be able to get it looking right. With the named character robes, I've been experimenting with matching the palette more closely to what the characters wore back in TOTJ, so Arcas and Nima swap base robes, and I did a lot of vsual reference looking to tint the cloaks. Thon obviously doesn't wear much of anything, so I just tried adjusting the colour of his cloak to be as close to his vanilla master-style cloak's colour as possible. The lack of a master-style cloak model does start to hurt how good these can look though, IMO. It was a bit of a surprise that Crado and Sylvar's robes from ROTOR matched their under robes from TOTJ pretty well, so I left them as-is, but I did make their cloaks a matching purple in from their comic cloaks. Aleema needed the most change, and she might yet see more change. In theory I could've given her several different colour combos thanks to her serial wardrobe changes, but I think I've found a nice compromise. And lastly, for Arren Kae's robe, I've got the VP/90SK textures instead of ROTOR for now, but I do plan to make some tweaks, though not major ones - probably try and get the cape more white, eliminate the grey trim, etc. I have no model editing experience, so I did put out a request for a K1 robe combined with the master-style K2 cloak, but sadly nobody's picked up, so I'll have to shelve that hope for the time being. If anyone's up to help, I'd be very thankful. I'm entertaining other ideas for the mod, like an uncloaked version or maybe clothes for each class using the NPC robes, K1 ending robes, and uncloaked K1 robes, but I'm not wholly committed to that as of yet. So that's where things are as of now - watch this space, hopefully.
