    A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2

    Requirements:
    Obviously, you’ll have to use a version of M4-78.  Pretty much any version will do.
     
    Background:
    This is a new texture for some of the buildings that can be seen from the landing pad.  (Please see pictures to make it clear which buildings I’m talking about.)
    This is the non-animated version.  The animated version will be released as part of my yet-untitled, yet-unreleased M4-78 EP retexturing pack. (I have such sights to show you.)
     
    Installation:
    Put the TGA file in your Override folder.
     
    Uninstallation:
    Remove the TGA file from your Override folder.
     
    Known Bugs:
    This mod shouldn't have bugs but if you encounter any, just leave a message in the comments section of the mod’s Download page.
     
    Legal:
    I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop.  I may release this on NexusMods at a later date but I don't wish others to do so.  Usage in other mods must be requested and approved by me before your use.

    This is a silly little mod that adds a disguise that makes you look like Yoda. You can acquire it from the corpse in the morgue on Paragus or use cheatcode giveitem a_robe_47.
     
    There will likely be some missing animations for certain actions.
     
    Not compatible with other mods that add items through that same corpse.
     
    The stats are the same as Master Robes.
     
    P.S. That's actually a short lightsaber in the screenshot. Have fun

    KNOWN ISSUE
    ******************
    STOTOCALATO on Steam reported that removing the disguise did not give the normal appearance back.
    DarthParametric informed me that using a disguise while you're wearing another disguise will cause problems with getting your normal appearance back. The spacesuit you find on Peragus is another disguise, so remove the Yoda disguise before using that. Hopefully that approach will prevent issues.

    that was never used by Obsidian, and I've made up some module files
    so you can get to it.
     
    The "module" folder is exclusively for the use of modders, and is not
    needed to make the mod run; it is only if you want to edit things that
    you will need this folder.

    DESCRIPTION: This mod replaces Atton Rand's skin for Dark Side levels one and two. It is meant to be a more subtle Dark Side progression than the zombiesque versions in the base-game. This mod also includes profile image replacements for both levels. It IS TSLRCM compatible, just make sure you don't have more than one mod for Atton's skin installed.

  5. Rocket Launcher Sounds

    I made this minimod in the shortest possible time while doing something else, because the annoyance at the lack of sounds when firing rockets struck the wrong (right?) nerve. I basically used the first appropriate sound files I found on the internet and also edited them superfast, so this mod is probably not the best it could ever be. Maybe I will put more effort into it if it still hits that nerve again. But it is a lot better now that sounds are present, so I'm sharing it with you guys.
     
    Description:
    This mod adds sounds to Mira's rocket launcher. It will now produce a sound when Mira fires a grenade, rocket or dart.
     
    Uninstallation:
    Remove the following files from your override folder:

    This is it. This is how Atton Rand was meant to dress. The faithfulness to his concept art is staggering
    Features:
    A coveted glimpse of Atton Rand's chest Known Issues:
    You're always going to see the neck seam because of cast shadows, so how obvious it is depends on the lighting. Some of the best lighting is found in the well-lit entryways of Nar Shaddaa's entertainment promenade, so if you want Atton's chest to look good while he tells you about the horrible acts he's committed, try to initiate the conversation there. If you use the vanilla textures, there's a period of time in the middle of a dark side descent in which Atton's face won't match with his chest, since there's an extra transition texture for the face but not for the body. You can avoid this somewhat by using subtler dark side face textures; I like using luminousbathhouse's Atton reskin. File:
    The file contains my edits on the vanilla texture files at 512p, and an optional file for use with luminousbathhouse's Atton reskin.
    Installation:
    Move P_AttonBA.tga and P_AttonBAD01.tga to Knights of the Old Republic II\override

    1.Description
    -------------
    Since TSL doesn't support save transfer, the player chooses Revan's gender and alignment during the first dialogue with Atton. Regardless of the choice, Revan's face is hidden behind a mask in the game. This mod removes Revan's mask and gives him/her the actual face from KOTOR I. There are 2 options available: with hood and cape (has many clipping issues, but mostly independent from Revan's robe reskin mods) and without them. You can change default heads from this mod to other KOTOR heads (located in the 'Alternate Heads' folder of the mod).
    --------------
    2.Installation
    --------------
    Run "TSLPatcher.exe" installer, choose Option 1 (with hood and cape) or Option 2 (without hood and cape) and select your TSL folder.
    Edit: You'll need a save before entering the Secret Cave on Korriban for the mod to work properly.
     
    How to install a different head for Revan:
    Additional heads are located in the "Alternate Heads" folder of the mod. pmhc04 and pfhc03 head models are installed for male and female Revan by default. If you want Revan to have a different head from KOTOR, then:
    1.Open the page "https://deadlystream.com/blogs/entry/220-blog-56-the-k1-and-tsl-heads/" in your browser. Choose the head in k1 heads section on the picture and remember its name.
    2.In the "Alternate Heads" folder, find this head model and 5 textures. Copy them and rename male head, textures as "n_revanmh" and female - "n_revanfh". For example, pmhc01.mdl -> n_revanmh.mdl, pmhc01.mdx -> n_revanmh.mdx, pmhc01.tpc -> n_revanmh.tpc, pmhc01d.tpc -> n_revanmhd.tpc, ... , pmhc01d3.tpc -> n_revanmhd3.tpc
    3.Put the renamed files in Override folder of the game, replacing existing files.
    How to use reskins from other KOTOR I mods:
    If mod only changes textures of an existing KOTOR I head (doesn't have .mdl and .mdx files), then to use it:
    1.Rename textures from the reskin mod (files with .tga, .tpc extensions) as "n_revanmh", "n_revanmhd", "n_revanmhd1", "n_revanmhd2", "n_revanmhd3" - for male head, "n_revanfh", "n_revanfhd", "n_revanfhd1", "n_revanfhd2", "n_revanfhd3" - for female.
    2.Place the renamed .tga/.tpc reskin files in Override folder of the game. If reskin had files with .tga extension, then don't forget to delete original .tpc files with the same names in the Override.

    3.Uninstallation
    ----------------
    Delete installed files of the mod from Override folder. Copy the files from the generated "backup" folder and place them in the Override folder.
    If you have installed other mods after this one that modify appearance.2da, heads.2da, then you should uninstall those mods first.

    4.Known issues
    -----------------
    The hood from Option 1 will clip with head and hairs in many animations, but this is a purely visual issue.

    5.Compatibilty
    --------------
    Option 1 (with hood and cape) is not affected by most mods that change Darth Revan's/Star Forge robes. Install it if you want to use mods like "Jedi Journeyman Robes" (which replace Darth Revan's robe with something else) for player's character.
    Option 2 (without hood and cape) is affected by mods that change Darth Revan's/Star Forge robes (model J). This means you can install various Darth Revan's robe reskins with it and they will appear on Revan.
    "Revan's Hoodless/Maskless Flowing Robes For TSL 1.1" by DarthParametric is compatible, but most (or all) female variants won't have a flowing cape.
    "Single bladed fake Revan 1.0.0" mod by Crimson Knight is incompatible.

  13. Redhawke's Exile Items Pack

    These are a package of custom items I created strictly for the Exile (PC). These items can be found in game normally on the Harbringer in your quarters or gotten by using the 'giveitem' cheat with the cheat console, the giveitem codes are listed at the bottom of the readme. A small Warning... Once again these items are powerful, but definately not like the ones I made early on in KOTOR I like the Revan Items were. These Exile items all have attributes within the limitations of the games normal given items, in most cases I simply combined some of the games items properties together to make the new Exile item of that class. I tried not too be outragous, but everyone has a different opinion of what a powerful or outragous item is. Definitely for use on the hardest difficulty settings, and with an eye for any future Hardcore mod.As I said above when you go into your quarters on the Harbringer you will find a new Verpine Klakar X-1000 Portable Vault there, open it up and see... You have the choice of just taking the LS stuff or just the DS stuff or just getting all the stuff at once. Be careful, once you choose to take the items there is no going back.

    New In Version 1.1: Altered the Mod to use Stoffe-mkb-'s TSL Patcher Program for complete compatibility. Fixed the give item scripts so that the "Game Freeze" glitch no longer happens.

  14. Modder's Resource: Harbinger Model

    Hello!
     
    This is a 3D model of the Harbinger that I extracted from KotOR II. Only half of it was present (as you only see half at Peragus) so I mirrored and stitched the model symmetrically.
    This package also contains an alternate model of the Harbinger, in which I bent or removed some of the turrets to make it look like it has been war-torn.
    Besides the models, I've included the original .tga texture as well as some alternate textures I made to make the ship look war-torn. This includes a color map, and incandescent map, a bump map, and a specularity map.
    Any one is free to use this resource in their products. Enjoy!

  16. Droid Energized Armor Balance Fix

    This mod changes the requirements for droids to equip the Energized Armor set.
     
    You can find and equip these high level armors before you've levelled your droids, so this changes that so they need the Droid Upgrade Class 3 feat (level 13).
     
    Use it however you like, just mention me when doing so.

  17. Khoonda Militia Resistance Armor / Azkul Equanimity Armor - TSL

     Move all the files from the archive to the override folder. Note: in future versions, the installation will be done through the installer.
     
    Description:
    This modification gives you a new look at the Khoonda Militia and equipment commanders of mercenaries.  New types of Khoonda Militia armor and mercenaries are added, and the inventory of some NPCs is updated.
     
    * Version 1.2.0 *
    Added Echani. Now some commanders of mercenaries will be representatives of this race.  
    The first meeting will take place at Telos, where Bao-Dur meets us, and the second meeting will be in the cave of crystals in the mercenary camp, where enemies are held captive by a Jedi master Vrook Lamar.
    Now these commanders correspond to their heavy armor Echani.
    I displayed everything in the screenshots.
    In the future, it is possible to add additional heads to different NPCs.
    I removed all restrictions, now the mod is free to use, more about this in the credits.

     1. Added installer;
     2. Fixed Berun and Zherron files;
     3. Added modified files for Zherron and Azkul;
     4. Changed the armor commanders of mercenaries:
     4.1. in the crystal cave on Dantooine;

     5. Added armor to one of the wanted TSF hired assassins.  In his inventory is combat armor and 200 credits, as well as 200 credits in the inventory of his criminal counterpart.

    1. Khoonda Militia Armor:
    1) Old armor, which will periodically appear on the NPC.  She is equipped with: Saedhe, Suulru and Jorran, if the last two people, of course, join the militia;
     2) New heavy armor, in which all Khoonda militia, including Dillan, will be equipped, the following type of armor is provided for officers;
     3) Khoonda Militia Resistance Armor.  The armor is worn by Berun, Zherron, and with Zherron it can be removed if the player chooses to join Azkul;
    2. In addition, I added armor for Azkul.  Now he is equipped in it and, accordingly, his indicators are increased.
    3. I also added a thousand credits to his inventory.  After all, he is the commander of mercenaries on the planet, and why, I wonder, he walks without money?  It is not clear, now it is fixed.
    4. In fact, you can get all three Khoonda Militia armor by being on either side of the force.  They are sold at Adum at the lowest prices, as he himself says.  The price is shown in the screenshots.
    5. The properties of all the armor are shown in the screenshots.  Armor is available for both male and female characters.
    6. I replaced the equipment for Dopak, now he is wearing heavy armor, which is equipped with the commanders of mercenaries.  The armor of the mercenary commander, who attacks Chodo Habat to make it look even more dangerous, has also been modified, I always liked this particular type of armor.
    7. The mod is compatible with all mods;  with a modification of 90SK's SUPER Content Mod - partially compatible.

    This is an incomplete mod. I have uploaded it for someone to finish it or use its parts and do their own thing with it. This installer will set up what was finished. After installation, you can load a save from before going to Nar Shaddaa, find a Twi'lek there who will sell you a swoop bike, then race with it on Telos and Nar Shaddaa. The swoop bike will appear on your ship, and you can access the the Upgrade Screen. However, upgrades are unobtainable. To acquire them, cheat or mod them into the game.

Then take all the files from backup and put them back where they belong (.mod files go to Modules, everything else to override).

  20. Lightsabers and Robes on a Corpse

    Description:
    Someone on Discord in a server I am in requested for me to make a mod where it adds robes and lightsabers in the Morgue, so that's what I did.

    This is a newer, updated version. I was informed the other version of this where I put it on the Miner Corpse causes a bunch of issues in the game.
    REMOVE g_tresgencorp004 FROM YOUR OVERRIDE FOLDER 
    I have added these to Kreia's corpse instead, hopefully there won't be any issues.

    I also added a Double Bladed Lightsaber, 2 short lightsabers, medpacs, and some credits to Kreia's Corpse.

    Installion:
    Pop gencrps004.utp into your Override folder in your Kotor 2 Directory

    Bugs: 
    Lightsabers aren't upgradeable, I can't figure out as to why, but if you want a mod that adds lightsabers that are upgradeable, you can download and install the Lightsabers on Peragus mod.
    Sometimes you can only access the items once you get the plasma torch.
    Other than these 2 bugs, there shouldn't be anymore. Report to me if you find anymore.

    Compatibility:
    Pretty sure this will be compatible with TSLRCM since it doesn't edit anything TSLRCM adds, I believe.
    NOT Compatible with any other mods that change gencrps004.utp

    DESCRIPTION: This mod allows you to play as the Sith Lord Darth Malak from Kotor. It contains all the missing animations from K1 and also the new ones from K2. There is also a custom item robe that you can equip to play as him whenever you want in the game.
     
    INSTALLATION: Just run the .exe that comes with this download and select the game's installation main folder (NOT override).
    To use the custom item you need to enable cheats and type "giveitem darthmalak_k2" without quotes in the console.
     
    COMPATIBILITY: This mod should be compatible with any other mod that doesn't modify Darth Malak's appearance or adds another disguise in the third slot of the model variation.
     
    BUGS: This mod does not have character selection support because the model breaks at the beggining of the game. The face glitches out in some combat animations.

  24. KotOR Save Importer for TSL

    This is both a mod in itself, and a resource for modders to use. It allows data from KotOR 1 to be imported into TSL. It is extensible, so modders can very easily map variable values from KotOR 1 to KotOR 2 without any scripting required.
    There are several reasons why it might be useful to allow TSL to load data from a KotOR 1 save. The obvious example of where this would be useful is at the start of TSL when talking to Atton for the first time (where the player's choices determine what the game believes happened in the first game). It would be better if the game were aware of this without asking the player directly. Ideally, this would be TSL itself reading a KotOR 1 save, but for several reasons this is not feasible.
    Modders might also want to create new content which bridges between KotOR 1 and KotOR 2. For example, a mod which extends the KotOR/TSL storyline might benefit from knowing decisions that the player made in both games. Alongside the app (app.exe) is a folder called "requirements". This contains a yaml file "revan.yaml", which is an example of how you can dynamically tell the save importer which variables to import from KotOR 1, what variables to assign them to, and how to map the variables across.
    You can optionally install the file "101atton.dlg", which will change the initial conversation with Atton to no longer ask the player for information about KotOR 1 (because the game already knows this information, since you imported the data directly from your KotOR 1 save). 
    IMPORTANT NOTES
     - You need to have a KotOR save which is far enough into the game that the ending has been determined. A save during the final battle of the game should be sufficient for this. If you don't have such a save, the variable "G_FinalChoice" can be manually set it in the GUI interface to the appropriate value (0 for LS ending, 1 for DS ending).
     - You can set/change variables within the tool using the GUI.
     - The mod was tested with TSLRCM; I make no guarantees about whether it would work without it.
    COMPATIBILITY
    This mod is compatible with TSLRCM. This mod changes the script "k_kreia_spawn", and (optionally) the DLG 101atton.dlg, and therefore should be compatible with any mod that does not change either of these scripts (except for TSLRCM, whose changes are incorporated into our files). Please ensure you install TSLRCM before installing this mod.
    INSTALLATION
    Please ensure you install TSLRCM before installing this mod. To use this tool, please follow these instructions:
     1. Extract the compressed files, and run the executable "app.exe".
     2. If you want to automatically import data from a KotOR 1 save, press the button "Load from KotOR 1 save". This will open a file selection box; navigate to the KotOR 1 save you wish to load from (it should be a folder). Select the folder and press "Select Folder". You can also manually edit/change the values in the GUI to your liking. Pressing "Create without KotOR 1 save" resets all values to their defaults.
     3. Once you've imported and/or set the values to your liking, press "Write Script". The tool will then generate a file "k_kreia_spawn.ncs" in the folder alongside "app.exe".
     4. Copy the file "k_kreia_spawn.ncs" into your TSL overrides folder. If you want to include the Atton dialog changes as well, copy the DLG file "101atton.dlg" into the TSL overrides folder too.
    UNINSTALLATION
    Delete the files "k_kreia_spawn.ncs", and "101atton.dlg" (if you installed it), from your overrides folder. 
    INCLUSION IN OTHER MODS
    Anyone who wants to use this in their mod is free to do so, with appropriate attribution.

  25. M478EP Level Fixes

    It was suggested to me that I release some of the fixes I have made separate from my main project, so here are the changes I made to M478.
    I combined the level that is usually split into three chunks into one and added some new doors to separate the areas, I also edited the positions of a lot of computer panels that were previously at odd rotations of positions and generally looked out of place on a droid planet, I also adjusted a few of the doors that were slightly out of line with the scenery.
    Let me know if you have any suggestions for changes worth making to M478.
