K1 EXP Multiplier
By conn
About
=====
I personally don't like the higher difficulty levels as they only change damage and don't make the game all-around harder. The amount of effort to make every enemy all-around stronger is monumental, so the easier approach would be to make your character all-around weaker. I'm using this with the `normal` difficulty, but you can absolutely combine this with a harder difficulty.
This mod changes the values in `exptable.2da` multiplicatively so that you can change your rate of leveling.
Here's the list of multipliers you can use:
0.25x
0.5x
0.75x
1.0x
1.25x
1.5x
1.75x
2.0x
2.25x
2.5x
2.75x
3.0x
The experience tables for these multipliers can be viewed in `EXP Tables.txt`. As a reference point: 1.0x (default) amount of EXP required to reach level 20 is 190000; if there were no level cap, for level 25 it would be 300000 and for level 30 it would be 435000. The amount of experience required to reach level 20 with 2.0x is 380000; for 1.5x it's 285000 and for 2.5x it's 475000. So reaching level cap in 1.5x would be similar to reaching level 25 in 1.0x and level cap in 2.5x would be similar to reaching level 30 in 1.0x.
It is worth noting that you'll be lower level throughout your run, so your enemies will have a higher challenge rating which will give you more EXP for killing them. Conversely, you'll receive less EXP for computer use and repair as those are multiplied by your current level. I haven't fully tested this, but I anticipate this balance working well in our favor so that the amount of effort to reach level cap scales less aggressively than the multiplier indicates. I'm not sure if I should change the CR tables to compensate for this.
I would highly recommend reviewing the Experience article in Strategy Wiki for more context:
https://strategywiki.org/wiki/Star_Wars:_Knights_of_the_Old_Republic/Experience
Installation
=========
To install this mod, select and stick an `exptable.2da` file in `Overrides`.
Compatibility
===========
This mod does change the experience level required for level 2 so you will need a mod to avoid the forced leveling on the Endar Spire. I'm personally using this one which is part of Snigaroo's build:
In the future, I might consider fixing level 2 to match the EXP required in 1.0x since it doesn't really change the experience either way.
Credits
======
Lastly I would like to give credit to Zulkain who made a mod that inspired this one. I personally didn't like the approach of +1000 EXP or +2500 EXP per level as that only puts you behind 1 or 2.5 levels, so I went with a multiplicative approach instead.
Zulkain's mod is here:

K1 Custom Party Member Portraits 3.0
Background:
This is a part of a larger upscale project for a set of mods that was released in the early days of KOTOR modding by the iconic ShemL. Here in 2023, with the abundance of upscale work being done on many of the game's textures, I found some of my favorite mods to be left behind with it's original textures which did not seem to mesh well with modern wide-screen play. I decided to upscale this mod along with some others that I do plan on releasing for public use. All files have been 4x'ed in size with the goal of increasing the quality and pixel density of the images to be more in line with the upscaled texture mods we see today. (Think Ultimate Character Overhaul by ShiningRedHD.) All credit goes to Shem, the previous author for all of the hard work and originality. I hope the community enjoys this revival as much as I have. Smuggler's Deluxe [K1]
By N-DReW25
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
Author: N-DReW25
1.0.0 Release Date: 06.03.2023
Installation:
Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod!
If you plan on using it, install the Unofficial K1CP Tweak Pack mod SECOND (This mod is optional and is NOT required for this mod to work)!
It is HIGHLY recommended you install the NPC Diversity Pack mod BEFORE this mod. This mod will change the appearances of over 100 NPCs in Kotor, with Smuggler's Deluxe these two mods together will further enhance the NPCs of Kotor!
Once you're ready to install Smuggler's Deluxe simply click on this mod's TSLPatcher.exe, click install, sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.
Description:
Smuggler NPCs are generic NPCs who wear an iconic jacket, for a better description of a Kotor "smuggler" just picture Tanis Venn and his orange jacket... that jacket model/texture is referred to as "smuggler" in the game files.
In the vanilla game you'll see only 3 Smuggler NPC variants using the White Commoner 01, Black Commoner 01 and Asian Commoner 01 heads.
What does this mod do?
It adds Smuggler variants for all 14 male generic commoner heads inserting them randomly into the Kotor galaxy! Do be aware that whilst the game files refer to this model/texture as "Smuggler" the NPCs given these new smuggler jackets are not actually smugglers. As far as this mod is concerned these smuggler jackets are simply normal jackets.
As this mod is intended to be an Addon for the NPC Diversity Pack mod, if you use both mods together this mod will further diversify the NPCs you encounter in the Kotor galaxy!
Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs, but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.
Incompatibilities:
Incompatible with any mods which modify the textures "N_Smuggler01.tga", "N_Smuggler02.tga" and "N_Smuggler04.tga".
The reason why I modified these 3 textures is because the vanilla Smuggler outfit textures show Caucasian flesh at the hands (creating a bug where black NPCs would have Caucasian hands).
Whilst the K1CP mod attempted to add skin tones for Asian and Black Smugglers, I chose to replace these 'skinned' areas with gloves for the time being.
Please report any further incompatibilities!
Permissions:
Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission.
Thanks to:
Bioware: For such an amazing game!
Fred Tetra: For Kotor Tool!
Stoffee: For TSLPatcher!

I Have The Power!
By Omega6047
Sick of having so few force powers?
Tired of not leveling up throughout Taris to get more powers later?
Well, here's your solution. This little thing gives you more force powers for when you get a jedi class. Now you can go ahead and get to that level 7-8 on Taris without bothering yourself with saving level-ups for the jedi class. I mean, you still can, but now there's less reason to.
Each Jedi class will get a different amount of points for immersion and role playing purposes. Guardians get 4, Sentinels get 5 and Councilors get 6.
If you don't care for the balance, immersion and all that crap, 'Unlimited Power' variant gives all classes 10 power points.

WOTOR Plus Patches
Weapons of the Old Republic
By
T7nowhere,svösh,Mono_Giganto
Released December, 20/ 2006
About WotOR:
Section I: Installation Instructions
Section II: UnInstallation Instructions
Section III: Possible Mod conflicts
Section IV: Credits
Section V: Special thanks
Section VI: Terms of use
About WotOR: *This mod is intended to be played with a new game, playing it with a current save game may make you miss several cool weapons* The main focus of this mod was to give as many of the interesting NPC's their own unique weapons. This mod adds 22 new models for your eye candy pleasure. All of the weapons are integrated into the game as seamlessly as possible. Many of the models are just straight replacements for the characters original weapons some are completely new. It's your job to find out which are which ;).
I tried to keep the weapons balanced, some may even be a little under powered, but since I don't know which path you take through the game I kept them as close to the weapons that are found in the area. Only a few of the weapons have new stats most are the same was the originals.
Section I: Installation Instructions
To install this mod simply begin the installation and navigate to your SWKotOR root folder and hit the “ok” button. The Patcher is set to automatically back up any files that it modifies in your override.
Pay close attention to the install log for warnings and errors. It is very likely that this mod will include the same files that may have been used by other modders.
To install the Patches unzip the 2 files labeled “Upgrades”, and copy/paste to overwrite the files already located in the Override folder.
Section II: UnInstallation Instructions
To uninstall this mod you will need to delete all the files that belong to WotOR from the Override directory. the easiest way to find all of this mods files is to Copy them from the extracted archive and and paste them into override and overwrite all files, this will select all of the files used by WotOR and allow you to right click one of the highlighted files and choose delete(to delete all the files selected).
Then find the Backup folder the the patcher created and restore the backups of the files that you originally had in Override before installing WotOR.
Section III: Possible Mod conflicts
The most likely conflicts you will find if any, will be with the .utc(character files). If you do have multiple mods that modify the same utc you will need to combine the files. (I will add the editing of UTC files to the patcher at a later date)

k1 HK Stats Rework
By InSidious
Description
By default, HK-47 has 16 points in Strength, and only 10 in Constitution.
This strength stat is almost completely useless, since HK is unable to
wield melee weapons. So I have swapped his Constitution and Strength base stats,
which should (hopefully) make him a bit more viable as a companion.
Installation
Double-click 'Install [K1] HK Stats Rework' and use the installer as intended.
Uninstallation
Remove p_hk47.utc from your Override folder.
If TSLPatcher saved a previous version of this file to the backup folder,
copy the version in the backup folder into your Override folder.

k1 K1 MP3 Player
By InSidious
Description
This mod is based on a K1 mod released by HouseOfAmon in about 2006, and now largely forgotten.
It allows you to play your own music in-game, through a device called Music Player.
Activating this device allows you to play one of 25 tracks of your own,
or to return to playing the game's default music. It will do this via a dialogue menu.
I've made a couple of improvements over the original:
1) This mod allows you to use 25 tracks, instead of 20;
2) This mod allows you to reset to the game's default music whenever you want,
using the 'Play local radio' option (n.b.: 'Known Bugs', below).
You can cheat the item into the game using the code 'giveitem di_mp3' without the quotation marks,
or you can get it in game from your footlocker on the Endar Spire.
Installation
Installation of this mod comes in two parts.
1) Use the TSLPatcher .exe included to install the base mod
(i.e., double click 'Install TSL MP3 Player', then click 'install mod', etc.)
2) Adding your tracks to the game:
i. Select up to 25 tracks that you have on your computer.
These *must* be in MP3 format.
ii. Copy the tracks to a new folder.
iii. Rename these copies Track1.mp3, Track2.mp3 ... etc., up to Track25.mp3
iv. Copy the renamed files to your StreamMusic folder inside the base game folder.
Uninstallation
1. Delete the new tracks you added to your StreamMusic folder.
2. Delete the following files from your Override folder:
di_mp3.ncs
di_mp3.uti
di_mp3p.dlg
di_mp3p_1.ncs
di_mp3p_2.ncs
di_mp3p_3.ncs
di_mp3p_4.ncs
di_mp3p_5.ncs
di_mp3p_6.ncs
di_mp3p_7.ncs
di_mp3p_8.ncs
di_mp3p_9.ncs
di_mp3p_10.ncs
di_mp3p_11.ncs
di_mp3p_12.ncs
di_mp3p_13.ncs
di_mp3p_14.ncs
di_mp3p_15.ncs
di_mp3p_16.ncs
di_mp3p_17.ncs
di_mp3p_18.ncs
di_mp3p_19.ncs
di_mp3p_20.ncs
di_mp3p_21.ncs
di_mp3p_22.ncs
di_mp3p_23.ncs
di_mp3p_24.ncs
di_mp3p_25.ncs
di_mp3r.ncs
k_pend_traskdl40.ncs
k_petd40_o.ncs
3. If TSLPatcher created a backup folder during install in the same folder as the tslpatchdata folder,
you can copy the following files backed up there, and use them to overwrite the copies in the Override folder:
ambientmusic.2da
globalcat.2da
spells.2da
However, it is advised that you do NOT do this unless absolutely necessary,
as these files are used in a lot of other mods.
Known Bugs and Incompatibilities
Pressing the 'Play local radio' button may cause the game to play the default area battle music when you're not in combat.
It should return to the normal mode area music once this finishes playing, though.
This mod alters a (very small) part of the introductory dialogue with Trask on the Endar Spire,
so it may not work with mods which do the same (such as mods allowing you to play as a Jedi from the start).

Ebon Hawk Revival Reskin Project (Kotor 1)
By Malkior
Description: Ever since I first saw the blurry mess of a texture in the Kotor 2 prologue,
I've dreamt of a way to fix it.
This project thus will consist of two stages,
this first release is for the Ebon Hawk you see in Kotor 1 with a full visual exterior overhaul.
Every panel is completely drawn by hand to ensure the model looks good from every angle with the ultimate goal of using this as the basis for finally fixing the Ebon Hawk during the T3 sequence in Kotor 2. The next step will be the fully battle damaged exterior piece with emphasis on making it finally look decent. I was also informed by a trusted source that the minigame model texture could greatly benefit from this treatment, so that's also in the works.
Update 1.1
While working on the Kotor 2 version, I noticed there were a few areas that I could improve on with its Kotor 1 counterpart.
The panel work has received a massive overhaul to better match the Vanilla texture including far more detailed colors and a completely redesigned nacelle top.
I've also created a much better version of the engine trench (The metallic texture on the sides that denote exposed mechanical details) which I really felt needed the facelift.
Lastly, per a great suggestion by ConansHair, I've included some window textures to complement the exteriors with permission from Dark Hope's IGM.
This will hopefully be the last big update, but as I continue to work on the Kotor 2 and now the minigame model, I will continue to incorporate any improvements as I make them.
Installation: Inside of the zip file are twelve textures for the Ebon Hawk wherever it is landed as well as twelve window textures with TXIs. To install, simply drag these files into your Override folder, or if you don't happen to have one it must be created. (Default Steam Path is C:\\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\Common\SWKOTOR)
Uninstallation: Take the textures and TXI files included in the ZIP file out of your Override
Permissions: Please let me know if you want to use these textures in one of your mods. I only ask you to credit me for the vast amount of work this ended up being
Credits:
This would have never seen the light of day without help from my friends on DS.
ConansHair for Beta testing and for continually awesome suggestions like incorporating EnvMaps
and adding features from other Vanilla Hawk textures which vastly improved the overall look.
Sith Holocron for his helpful feedback and the use of his landing platform texture
Dark Hope for letting me use her cockpit textures which have greatly increased the visual style
of the windows and allowed me to customize them per planet.
I would also like to thank Thor110 for letting me use his upscaled Ebon Hawk texture from his modder's resources which more or less also inspired this endeavor.

Fred Tetra for Kotortool,
Adobe for their Photoshop, Bioware for creating Kotor,
and lastly George Lucas for being instrumental in creating this Star Wars universe I continue to enjoy.

NPC Diversity Pack [Beta/K1]
By N-DReW25
NPC Diversity Pack [K1]
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
Author: N-DReW25
0.8.0 Beta Release Date: 04.04.2024
Installation:
Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod!
If you plan on using it, install the Unofficial K1CP Tweak Pack mod SECOND (This mod is optional and is NOT required for this mod to work)!
Once you click on the HoloPatcher.exe, you'll be given a few install options.
1) Main mod: Installs the actual mod (edits over 600 NPCs so this may take a few minutes to install).
2) Player Head Commoners: This install will add new commoner NPCs who use the player heads. This option will greatly diversify the Kotor galaxy as there are so many player head commoners it's unlikely you'll see them twice in one playthrough, and it greatly reduces the already existing generic commoner heads. If a player head commoner uses the player's head, it will be swapped for another head (So if you're playing Mullet Man then the Mullet Man who appears in-game will use a different head). You WILL have to install this option AFTER the main mod.
Description:
As with many modders, I have a vision for a comprehensive NPC Overhaul. This mod is currently in a BETA stage, whilst I don't expect bugs, I do expect player criticism/feedback alongside reports of possible mod conflicts with certain mods... updates will be released to fix any possible bugs, add popular player suggestions, possible hotfixes for incompatible mods and new content as they become possible.
What does this mod do?
This mod is comprised of several smaller mods that have been merged into one big mod, resulting in an immersive NPC Overhaul which is compatible with the K1 Community Patch.
This mod swaps the heads of hundreds of NPCs to prevent the 'clone' effect, it replaces the low poly Lite NPCs with actual NPC appearances, it diversifies the clothing, armor and weapons worn by NPCs without touching any of the NPC Loot drops, it modifies the .GIT files in some areas to remove duplicated NPCs, it swaps the soundsets of over 200 NPCs so that the enemies you fight have a truly random "death grunt" sound as they die and MORE! With this mod, over 600 NPCs will be affected (including NPCs which are commonly affected by other mods).
It is HIGHLY advised to install this mod (AFTER the K1CP mod) BEFORE you install any new appearance mods. For example, Galaxy of Faces is a mod which adds new appearances. Installing the NPC-DP BEFORE that mod will allow you to have GoF appearances alongside the NPC-DP's NPC Overhaul.
Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs, but if there are feel free to report it to me on Deadlystream.
Incompatibilities:
Please report any incompatibilities!
Player head commoners are affected by player head reskins, if you install weird player head reskins (The Mullet Man to DC Universe Joker for example) then the player head commoner with Mullet Man's head will use that skin.
Permissions:
Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission.
Thanks to:
ebmar: For his attempt at fixing a problem with the TSLPatcher pre-0.4.1!
JCarter426/DarthParametric: For pointing out major flaws with the old TSLPatcher setups.

Unused Head Restoration Pack
By N-DReW25
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
Author: N-DReW25
1.1.0 Release Date: 18.06.2023
Installation:
Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod!
Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe and you'll be given 4 installation options. Each option will install 1 head (a single option may come with 2 heads depending on which one you pick) so pick which head you'd like, if you want all the heads you'll have to install the mod 4 times.
Click the option you'd like to be directed to that options installation menu, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.
Repeat the process for any other heads you'd like to install!
Description:
Kotor 2 has a few popular heads which were cut from the final game, they include: Saedhe's unique head, Hussef's unique head and the "Jedi Master 4" head which was used for Kaevee.
Whilst these heads were restored in TSLRCM, no such restoration of unused heads exists for K1... until now!
This mod will present up to 5 restored faces which you will see across the Kotor galaxy, they include:
1) "Sith Apprentice 1 Head": In-game, the armored Sith Apprentice's use the 2nd Sith Apprentice Head variant whilst the 1st head variant is neglected.
As only a texture exists for this head, I had to modify this head's texture to hide the mapping for the scar which is present for the 2nd Sith Apprentice Head
but not this one. This new Sith Apprentice head is used by the Taris Sith Govenor, the Dark Jedi in the Manaan Hangar, the Dark Jedi Master trio in the Leviathan Command Deck
and the Lehon Sith Master.
2) "Dirty Commoner Head Variant Male": This head is a variant of the classic Batu-Rem generic head with a dirty, scratched up reskin.
This head will be used by the Infected Outcasts who you can cure in the Undercity.
3) "Dirty Commoner Head Variant Female": This head is a variant of the generic head used by Sarna with a dirty, scratched up reskin to match the male variant.
This skin is special as it was never included in either the PC or the XBOX versions of Kotor, so how did I get my hands on this texture?
When Aspyr released Kotor for the Nintendo Switch, they accidentally replaced the generic blonde white female head with this dirty head variant instead, resulting in
characters like Ice using this head texture instead of their usual blonde head. To restore this head for it's intended purpose (as a dirty head variant), I had the texture ripped
from the Switch and ported to PC.
From my observation, the Nintendo Switch version of Kotor uses an upscaled version of the XBOX textures upgrading their textures from 256x256 (the standard XBOX quality)
to 1024x1024 resolution (This is why the graphics on the Nintendo Switch look so strange).
The skin included in this mod has been downsized to 256x256 to match the texture quality of the male head variant which WAS included in the PC game files.
This head will be used by the Infected Outcasts who you can
cure in the Undercity.
4) "Asian Commoner Head Variant Male": This head is listed in the game files amongst the other generic commoner heads, it can be assumed this head was scrapped and it's model became the basis
of the PHMA01 player head. As of right now, this head will be used by Tanis Venn!
Why Tanis? Well, his unique appearance isn't really that 'unique'. His vanilla appearance uses the generic Tatooine Asian male head with a smuggler's jacket, by giving Tanis this previously unused
head it makes Tanis' appearance a proper 'unique' appearance.
5) "Asian Commoner Head Variant Female": This head is listed in the game files amongst the other generic commoner heads, it can be assumed this head was scrapped and it's model became the basis
of the PHFA02 player head. As of right now, this head will be used by the Czerka Protocol Officer!
Why the Czerka Protocol Officer? Well, her unique appearance isn't really that 'unique'. Her vanilla appearance uses the generic Tatooine Asian female head with the Czerka clothing texture
locked in by default, by giving the Czerka Protocol Officer this previously unused head it makes her appearance a proper 'unique' appearance.
Please refer to the screenshots on this mod's Deadlystream download page for a visual reference.
Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.
The Sith Apprentice head might have a minor graphical error on it's right cheek, with the original texture this minor graphical error appears much worse and my modifications to the texture
was done to make this error less noticable. You can't really notice any graphical error unless you really keep your eyes peeled for it so you probably won't even notice it.
Incompatibilities:
Please report any incompatibilities!
Will be incompatible with any mod which adds "N_SithAppren01_H.tga" or "N_SithAppren01_H.tpc".
If you installed a mod which has "N_SithAppren01_H.tga", even if it's an AI Upscale, it will most likely restore the previously fixed graphical error on the Sith Apprentice's cheek.
Permissions:
Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission.
Thanks to:
SpaceAlex: For modifying the "N_SithAppren01_H" texture in his K1 Enhancement Pack mod, this mod was a basis for my own fixed texture!
Jacqylfrost: For porting the infamous female dirty commoner head texture from the Nintendo Switch, without his work this component wouldn't have been possible!
Bioware: For such an amazing game!
Aspyr: For including the female dirty commoner head texture on the Nintendo Switch!
Fred Tetra: For Kotor Tool!
Stoffee: For TSLPatcher!

High Quality Aliens: Rodians
By Stormie97
DESCRIPTION
This mod is the second entry in my modding series attempting to replace KoTOR's alien models with high quality ones created from scratch. It effectively replaces the old Rodian 3d model with a custom one, along with its 5 texture variations.
You may follow the development of this series here. Please note that this series is a work in progress and creating such characters takes a lot of time.
COMPATIBILITY
Any mod altering the model or textures of the vanilla K1 Rodians will be incompatible with this one.
A compatibility patch for DP's Jedi Diversity on the Star Forge mod has been added.
K1R compatibility has not been tested and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
KNOWN ISSUES
None (yet ).
INSTALLATION
Download and extract the contents of 'HQA Rodians.zip' somewhere on your PC. Navigate to the extracted 'HQA Rodian' folder and run TSLPatcher.exe. Let the installer do its magic but give it a hand if it can't find its way into your KOTOR game folder by its own.
If you also use DP's Jedi Diversity on the Star Forge mod, download and extract the contents of 'Jedi_Diversity_on_the_Star_Forge_Rodian_Compatibility_Patch.7z' into your Override folder. Click 'Yes' to overwrite files when prompted.

KotOR 1 Twi'lek Male NPC Diversity
By Leilukin
=KotOR 1 Twi'lek Male NPC Diversity=
A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC MODIFICATION
AUTHOR: Leilukin
FILE NAME: K1 Twi'lek Male NPC Diversity.7z
LATEST VERSION: 1.1.6
CONTACT: E-mail to leilukin@outlook.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream
1. DESCRIPTION:
In vanilla KotOR 1, Twi'lek NPCs have a very limited variety of designs. This mod aim to diversify the appearances of Twi'lek male NPCs, by giving the named Twi'lek male NPCs different looks instead of the generic NPC looks to set them apart.
The Twi'lek male NPCs affected by this mod include:
Larrim, a merchant in the South Apartments of the Taris Upper City Uriah, a Pazaak card seller in Javyar's Cantina Bib Surool in Javyar's Cantina Matrik in the Lower City East Apartment on Taris Crattis Yurkal, a merchant in the Jedi Enclave on Dantooine Deesra Luur Jada, a Jedi Knight in the Jedi Enclave on Dantooine Kandon Ark in the Black Vulkar Base on Taris Karal Kaar, a merchant in the Jedi Enclave on Dantooine Lur Arka Sulas in the Jedi Enclave on Dantooine Bolook at the Dantooine grove Nico Senvi, a swoop racer on Tatooine Ganda Kaitoova, a swoop race fan on Tatooine Senni Vek, messenger of the GenoHaradan quest line Vek in the swoop registration on Manaan Ziagrom, messenger of Mika Dorin's premium store The unique appearances of these NPCs are created by utilizing the assets from Ashton Scorpius' Better Twi'lek Male Heads for K1 Enhancement Pack modder's resource, which is based on the Twi'lek NPC assets from SpaceAlex's K1 Enhancement Pack, which has been released as a modder's resource.
Ashton Scorpius' K1 Better Twi'lek Male Heads mod is not required for this mod to work, but I recommend installing Ashton's mod alongside this mod for visual consistency between the Twi'lek male NPC heads.
For the best experience with this mod, it is recommended to load a save before visiting Taris for the first time.
2. INSTALLATION:
Extract the K1 Twi'lek Male NPC Diversity.7z archive you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KotOR directory. Run Install.exe, point the installer to your KotOR directory, where swkotor.exe is located, and let the installer do its job.
I also provide upscaled head textures for the Twi'lek male NPCs as an optional installation. After installing the main part of this mod, go to the "Optional - Upscaled Textures" folder, drop the files into the Override folder in your KotOR directory and overwrite files when prompted.
If you prefer the Twi'lek men's "blubber" necks in the vanilla game, or you choose to install Option B of Ashton Scorpius' K1 Better Twi'lek Male Heads, after installing the main part of this mod, go to the "Optional - Original Necks" folder, drop the files into the Override folder in your directory and overwrite files when prompted.
When you install this mod, two new folders named "backup" and “uninstall” will be created by the installer in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folders or any of the files within the folder if you are planning on uninstalling this mod.
If you also want to use N-DReW25's Restored Content for K1CP (RC-K1CP) and/or Senni Vek Mod, you need to run Install.exe again, select either “RC-K1CP/Senni Vek Restoration Compatibility” OR "Senni Vek's Ambush Compatibility" installation option, depending on which version of Senni Vek Mod you installed, and point the installer to the directory of your KotOR game. Make sure you have installed the “Main Installation” component of the mod before installing this compatibility patch.
3. UNINSTALLATION:
Run Install.exe and select your KotOR directory where you installed this mod. From the “Tools” dropdown menu, select “Uninstall Mod / Restore Backup”, then confirm to uninstall the mod.
If you have also installed one of the compatibility patches for N-DReW25's Restored Content for K1CP or Senni Vek Mod, the installer will uninstall the patch first. After uninstalling the patch, you need to select Yes to delete the most recent backup folder, then select “Uninstall Mod / Restore Backup” from the dropdown menu again to uninstall the main part of my mod.
4. KNOWN ISSUES:
None currently known. If you find any bugs or problems, please let me know.
5. MOD COMPATIBILITY:
This mod is not compatible with any other mods that modify or change the heads of the Twi'lek male NPCs affected by this mod (see the Description section above for a full list of the NPCs).
This mod does not replace any vanilla Twi'lek textures and models, so this mod is compatible with mods that retexture or remodel vanilla Twi'leks.
If you are using KotOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP), you need to install this mod after K1CP.
If you are using KotOR 1 Restoration (K1R), you need to install this mod after K1R.
If you are using N-DReW25's Restored Content for K1CP (RC-K1CP) and/or Senni Vek Mod, this mod has included a compatibility patch. Follow the instructions in the "Installation" section above to install this patch.
6. PERMISSION:
Since this mod utilizes assets from Ashton Scorpius' Better Twi'lek Male Heads for K1EP modder's resource, per Ashton's terms in the modder's resource, do not use assets from this mod without receiving Ashton's permission first.
7. CREDITS:
SpaceAlex for the K1 Enhancement Pack modder's resource
Ashton Scorpius for creating the Better Twi'lek Male Heads for K1EP modder's resource and giving me the permission to use it
N-DReW25 for giving me the permission to make a compatibility patch for Senni Vek Mod and Restored Content for K1CP

JC's Romance Enhancement: Dark Sacrifice for K1
By JCarter426
Summary
This mod uses a mix of new and unused content to restore an alternate ending that was cut from the game. With this mod, players who have romanced Carth and fallen to the dark side will be presented with the option to seek redemption in a new ending distinct from the base game light side and dark side endings.
Choosing the dialogue option "No, let him speak. I want to hear what he has to say." in a conversation with Carth at the end of the game will lead to the restored sequence. The player will then have the option to choose the base game dark side ending or the new ending.
Installation
Extract files from the downloaded archive. Run Install.exe. Click "Install Mod" and select your game directory (default name SWKOTOR). Uninstallation
Remove the following files:emove the installed files or replace from backups if necessary:
- modules/stunt_sacrifice.mod
- streammusic/dark_sacrifice.wav Replace the following files with backups if necessary, otherwise remove them:
- modules/sta_m45aa.mod
- modules/STUNT_56a.mod Compatibility
This mod is compatible with the KOTOR 1 Community Patch. This mod should be installed after K1CP if you wish to use both.
This mod is compatible with Leilukin's Carth Onasi and Male PC Romance.
This mod is compatible with my other Romance Enhancement mods Bioromantic Bastila and Pan-Galactic Flirting.

Effixian's PMHH01 from K2 to K1

Knights of the Old Republic
---------------------------------------------
TITLE: Effixian's PMHH01 from K2 to K1
AUTHOR: Effix(ian)
CONTACT: PM me on the forums or find me on Steam
-----------------------
DESCRIPTION
-----------------------
This mod adds a male playable character; the first Hispanic head from KotOR 2 (PMHH01).
As requested by themaraudersforever on deadlystream.com.
I've included 2 texture alternatives.
A: "Son of Vaklu"
A bearded Caucasian version. There's no zombie style dark side corruption, light side has brown eyes, fully dark has the yellow Sith eyes, halfway is a mix of the two.
B: "Mullet Man"
The PMHH01 head from K2 is almost the same as K1's PMHC04 head, but with a slightly different hairdo. This alternative B uses PMHH01's shape with slightly tweaked versions of PMHC04's textures. There's vanilla zombie style dark side transitions. The portraits are the same as PMHC04, because the differences are subtle.
-------------------------
INSTALLATION
-------------------------
Run the file "TSLPatcher - Install Effixian's PMHH01 from K2 to K1.exe".
To use one of the texture alternatives: copy all the files from inside one of the folders to your Override folder, overwrite files when prompted.
----------
BUGS
----------
None known, please let me know if you find any.
--------------------------
UNINSTALLING
--------------------------
1. Remove the following files from your Override folder:
pmhh01.mdl
pmhh01.mdx
PMHH01.tga
PMHH01d.tga
PMHH01d1.tga
PMHH01d2.tga
PMHH01d3.tga
po_PMHH01.tga
po_PMHH01d.tga
po_PMHH01d1.tga
po_PMHH01d2.tga
po_PMHH01d3.tga
2. If you have never installed any mod with the TSL Patcher then you can remove appearance.2da, heads.2da and portraits.2da from the Override folder. Otherwise:
If you haven't installed any head mods after this mod you can get the following files from the mod's backup folder and put them back in your Override folder:
appearance.2da
heads.2da
portraits.2da
Doing this when you did add another head mod would result in the later head(s) no longer being available in the game.

eXtensive Dialog Overhaul
By Gimmick5000
Usage: Install and update to KotOR 1.03. Make a backup of the dialog.tlk file. Overwrite your own dialog.tlk with the one supplied.
update: Playing the game gives some extra insight and I am not happy with some changes I made. Also some VO lines don't correspond with their subs. Expect updates every now and then.
This project, I dubbed eXtensive Dialog Overhaul (XDO), is an edited dialog.tlk file that has 9409 (v1.0) changes incorporated.
The actual reason I started the project is two-fold: over-usage of the - (hyphen) and I found some responses lacking maturity.
The whole project started somewhere in 2019 and has grown into a complete dialog review on all lines of text in the dialog.tlk. It consists of (but is not limited to):
-corrected typos, punctuation, spacing errors, omitted words, consistency in spelling and Star Wars spelling.
-rephrased some words and many sentences, or fleshed them out; especially in NPC banter/dialogue. I've tried to diversify some standard lines like "Goodbye" or "I want to ask you..."
-rephrased most [Force Persuade] lines into more like the Jedi mind trick.
-changes to usage of semicolons (;), numbers/digits, hyphens (-),
-replaced round brackets () with square brackets [] for some descriptive lines, or added them in some cases. BioWare was really inconsistent with those and I left alone many cases where they are missing.
-replaced () for ** in case of descriptive sounds (burp, snort, ahem) and some interjections. I tried to make it consistent so I thought ** the best option. Actual sounds are excluded (Onomatopoeia)
-replaced ALLCAPS for *asterisk* in case of emphasized (be it angry, stressed, or sarcastic) but not shouted words. It is not considered good practice to use CAPS for emphasizing words.
I kept a list of all the changes, it is in the download.
Except for punctuation, I only edited PC response or alien dialog, because of the human lines being voiced over (some may have slipped through) and I tried to stay true to the original lines.
British spelling ("travelling, licence") and US spelling ("colors, rumors") are used inconsistently, I decided to leave it alone in most cases.
I made changes by converting the .tlk to .txt and then editing the .txt while keeping a list of all changes I made (this list is supplied as XDO_Changelog_[version].txt). After converting back to .tlk I checked the actual dialog (with DLGedit) for context. For all spelling I used several online dictionaries as a guideline.

Sith Commandos [K1]
By N-DReW25
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
Author: N-DReW25
1.0.0 Release Date: 11.12.2022
Installation:
1) This mod requires .MOD files in order to work, these can be acquired by installing the K1 Community Patch.
2) Install the K1CP first: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1258-kotor-1-community-patch/
3)Once you have that mod installed, simply click on this mod's INSTALL.exe, click install, sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.
Recommended, but not required, mods to install are:
Commandos of the Old Republic, adds Commandos for the Republic!- https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2033-commandos-of-the-old-republic/
Effixian's Sith Commando Reskins, gives the Sith Commandos a higher quality skin - https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1998-effixians-sith-commando-reskins/
Description:
Whilst many Star Wars fans may know of the many Trooper variants which exist in the Star Wars Canon and Legends universe, the Legends video game Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic doesn't offer many notable Trooper variants presenting only gold and red Sith Troopers as enemies who exist solely to be an obstacle in the way of the player and don't really offer anything valuable lore wise.
KoTOR's sequel, The Sith Lords, tries to somewhat fix this issue with the Sith Army by adding "Sith Commandos", Sith Commandos are an odd appearance in Kotor 2 as they appear towards the end game but aren't really introduced to the player in any way which is impactful (like seeing gold Sith Troopers butcher Republic Soldiers or having a red Sith Soldier confront you up close and personal in the Undercity). Sith Commandos are so mundane in TSL it wouldn't come as a surprise if some of us never noticed them, however, Sith Commandos are unique from Bioware's Sith Soldiers in that they possess a unique model and texture.
This mod will port the Sith Commandos from Kotor 2 and add them into Kotor 1, placing them strategically amongst the Sith you encounter across the galaxy.
Do be warned, for better or worse, this mod will only change the name and appearance of Sith Soldiers thus converting them into Sith Commandos. Their stats and equipment will remain the same, this means they won't kill you easily with overpowered stats and won't drop odd loot, however, they won't be any stronger than Sith Soldiers despite being 'Commandos'.
Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.
It should be noted that the vanilla Sith Commando model has a hole underneath one of the armpits, if this is fixed in the K2 Community Patch I will seek permission to include the fixed model in my mod.

PC Dialogue with Davik's Slaves Change

=PC Dialogue with Davik's Slaves Change=
A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC MODIFICATION
AUTHOR: Leilukin
FILE NAME: PC Dialogue with Davik's Slaves Change.7z
LATEST VERSION: 2.0
CONTACT: E-mail to leilukin@outlook.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream
1. DESCRIPTION:
In KotOR 1, when you infiltrate Davik Kang's estate to escape Taris with the Ebon Hawk, you can meet Davik's slaves in the slave headquarters. The player has the option to flirt with Davik's slaves by requesting a massage from them.
Personally, I always have issues with the fact that the player character can take advantage of slaves without consequences, aside from one line of dialogue from Bastila or Carth to ask the player to focus on the mission. Furthermore, the player does not gain any Dark Side points if they threaten the slaves, either with violence when asking for information, or by attempting to get the slaves punished for being dissatisfied with their massage service.
After receiving suggestions from others, I eventually decided to make this mod to alter the player's dialogue with Davik's slaves.
This mod has two different ways to alter the player character's flirting with Davik's slaves:
Removes the option for the PC to flirt with Davik's slaves by requesting a massage from them. Requesting a massage from Davik's slaves will give the player Dark Side points. This option also prevents the player from asking for massage more than once to avoid possible exploits to gain infinite Dark Side points. Threaten to get the slaves punished by Davik will give the player more Dark Side points. Additionally, with this mod, the player will also gain Dark Side points if they threaten Davik's slaves with violence when asking for information, regardless of which option you choose to install to alter the player character's flirting with the slaves.
2. INSTALLATION:
Extract PC Dialogue with Davik's Slaves Change.7z you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KotOR directory.
Run Install.exe, you will see the installer presents two installation option. You may choose ONLY ONE of these options:
No Flirting with Davik's Slaves: Removes the option for the player to flirt with Davik's slaves by requesting a massage from them. Dark Side Points for Massage Request: Requesting a massage from Davik's slaves will give the player Dark Side points. Once you selected the option you want, point the installer to your KotOR directory, where swkotor.exe is located, and let the installer do its job.
If you have installed other mods, when you install my mod, you may receive warnings about the installer skipping the tar_m08aa.mod file because it already exists in your Modules folder. Do not need to worry about this warning, as it is just the way I set up the installer to ensure my mod will be installed properly if you are not using any other mods.
When you install this mod, a new folder named "backup" will be created by the installer in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folder or the file within the folder if you plan to uninstall this mod.
3. UNINSTALLATION:
Go to the "backup" folder created by the installer of this mod, cut and paste the tar_m08aa.mod file into the Modules folder in your KotOR directory.
4. KNOWN ISSUES:
None currently known. If you find any bugs or problems, please let me know.
5. MOD COMPATIBILITY:
Any other mods that modify any of the following dialogue files may conflict with this mod:
tar08_davslav82.dlg — Dialogue of Davik's female slaves tar08_davslav84.dlg — Dialogue of Davik's male slave In particular, this mod will most likely conflict with any other mod that edits the dialogue involving the player flirting with Davik's slaves.
I have set up TSLPatcher to install this mod by patching the relevant dialogue files to improve compatibility with other mods as much as possible, but it is still not fully guaranteed to be compatible with every other mods that modify the same dialogue files.
This mod is compatible with KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP). I recommend installing my mod after K1CP.
If you want to use KotOR 1 Restoration (K1R), you need to install this mod after K1R.
This mod can be installed alongside JC's Romance Enhancement: Pan-Galactic Flirting for K1. However, if you installed the "No Flirting with Davik's Slaves" option of my mod, you will not have the option to request a massage from Davik's slaves regardless of the player character's gender. However, you will not have the option to flirt with Davik's slaves regardless of the player character's gender.
6. PERMISSION:
