    Never leaves my override folder. Make using grenades worthwhile and enemies using grenades a genuine worry. Great fun.

  2. 2021 check-in: I'm bumping this thread because I'm encountering this, too. I've yet to try the "Override cut" fix but I'm desperate to try something as this has been happening over several fresh installs. So is it a problem with vanilla KotOR then? I'm not using the Bastila mods listed earlier in this thread and I'm getting the "invisible Bastila on the Leviathan" bug and the "black screen of death." Here are my list of mods for further help: EDIT: Quick update--this solution works but it isn't very satisfactory. I would really love to find the culprit of this.

    Holy cow, these look gorgeous! I'm a staunch Vanilla K1 purist and though I do wish some of the hilts stuck closer to the original designs, what these add to the base game---WOW! A must for any player! I don't think this will be leaving my Override folder for some time, if at all!

I'm encountering a game-ending bug right after finishing the Unknown World where I pick to go to the Star Forge from the Galaxy map, the movie of the Ebon Hawk taking off plays, but as soon as that's over, I get a black screen where the music behind it loops and I have nothing on screen except my mouse cursor. I'm playing on Win 10, here is a list of my mods installed with K1R and in install order, along with my current stunt 42 and stunt 44 files after a completely fresh install (triple-checked this), with a copy of my Override.txt: When I asked for help on his mod, I was told by @DarthParametric "The very first node of the LS DLG is not from my mod. It has an added node with a comment from @zbyl2 that fires an added script. So either some other mod is editing those modules and is actually the one at fault (all my mod does is change the stunt models), or you didn't actually do a clean install and left behind MODs in the module folder." I don't know what could be going on. I thought it was the Dodonna's Transmission mod by @danil-ch conflicting with Darth Parametric's End Game movie-cutscenes, but I've now done two completely fresh installs the problem still persists. I thought that "LS DLD" may be from Dodonna's Transmission but I've uninstalled that and put back the backup file made before that install back to where it belongs (also completely deleting it for another install of the end-hologram mod just to get it fresh) and it's still problematic. It's killing me that I'm getting to the end of the game, without any major flaws and this happens and completely kills the game. I thought there was some cut movie before the Star Forge that's supposed to play that zbyl2 restored before this, and I think that might be the problem---but I've had these installs before, the Dodonna's Transmission thing and the End-Holograms and it's worked before. I can't figure this for the life of me unless I can't have either mods at all (although I'd really like to). Has this been happening to anyone else? Please help!     It works and lets you skip this awful puzzle.

  7. So something's happened that's causing this not to load properly and I'm getting stuck at a black screen when the scene is supposed to play. I thought it was because it was conflicting with the "Revisted End Game Cutscene" mod that I had installed alongside this one. I did a fresh install, and reinstalled all the other mods, except that one and kept this one. I don't have any other mods that would be affecting the files for this stage of the game. What could possibly cause it to not load like this?
    Love, love, LOVE this little mod! I've missed the clumsy voice acting on the Taris raid and I really like the Hybrid Dark Jedi here. As a strictly vanilla player, it brings things home but changed just enough to keep it alive and new.
    Another one of Ebmar's that never leaves my Override folder. A great addition that does little but adds so much.
  8. I'm having issues with the specularity on the buckles and leg braces, they don't reflect so much as they're completely transparent.
  9. This mod never leaves my "Override" folder. It's just so good. If there's one quibble I don't like is that it's covered in Aurebesh/Galactic Basic. Considering it's an Ancient Rakata device, this doens't make sense for me. I wish it had the script it had originally re-drawn in better quality to match. Otherwise, it's just a minor nitpick.
  10. Wish there was a TSL patcher for this as this changes the appearance.2da file rather than adds what it needs to the main file. I've been having trouble with this mod working because it conflicts with other texture mods that do something similar. Would love to have it work and give praise for it. I think this a great minor touch-up for vanilla KotOR.

    A must-have for me. It's small changes like this that just bring the base game up a level regarding immersion, in my eyes.
    This works with K1R fine from what I've done. However, I just take the head files and put them into my override. I love the Republic Soldier fix by @JCarter426 and have this head mod paired with that and it works absolutely fine for me.
    It is a lot of effort to get this working properly but, once you do, it's one step towards the remastered KotOR everybody wants.
    Can't get it to work beyond changing the Rodians to Mandalorians. So I guess that's something?
    Absolutely a must-have in any of my playthroughs. I do wish it would be updated to work with the new(er) "Three-Tiered Robe" mods out there, namely the one I use by @PirateofRohan, but that is a small quibble and isn't a deal-breaker for me. This works every time and really helps inject life back into K1. If you're playing with any other robe mods and want this to upgrade them, this should be the mod installed after them as this mod will override some UTI files and icons for the Jedi/Dark Jedi stuff to have it work.
