  1. Quanons Taris Upscaled Textures

This mod will add upscaled textures for the planet Taris. Except the skies and Sith base see note below.
All textures are now 4x their original size. Example a 128x128 becomes 512x512, etc...
I've not gone up to the 4096x4096 sizes as I don't see what that would add to this older game.
A few textures do get to this size, example is the Ebon Hawk. Normal maps have also been redone,
    rerendered not just upscaled.
It's still a 400% improvement on the older files. Enjoy!
Sky textures are made by the awesome Kexikus get them here:

For the Sith base get my other Upscaled pack! 😉
Another great mod you might consider, for the cantina signs; by SithHolocron:

  2. Ixgil the Bith

Ixgil (the alien who gets murdered by the Sith immediately on Taris) uses Bith VO, and is tagged as a Bith, so I changed his appearance and name to reflect this. Enjoy your new Bith NPC for the scant few seconds in which he's alive! I've been told K1R does this as well, but I don't use it, nor do I particularly want to.

To install, run INSTALL.exe and follow the instructions. Make sure you install this prior to setting foot outside the apartment though, otherwise it will have no effect.

  4. KotOR Switch Texture Restoration

    KotOR Switch Texture Restoration
The Switch port of KotOR included some upscaled textures for much of the game. While some of these look fine, I found some of the armor and character portraits pretty bad to look at. I'm not sure why, but these were not advertised or mentioned, and there is no way to turn them off in game.
This mod restores the original textures for the character portraits, armor textures, while preserving the new UI and button prompts.
Please notify me if anything is broken or you run into issues. I played about an hour with this mod, but it has by no means been exhaustively tested. It should not cause any major or game-breaking issues though.
This is compatible with, but does not require my KotOR Switch Modding Framework, if you wish to use this with other mods that change textures, install this first.
NOTE: Like any other mod for Switch, this requires a hacked or modded Switch with custom firmware. This can probably be adapted to firmwares other than Atmosphere, but I offer no support for them.
Installation is dead simple, extract the "atmosphere" folder to the root of your SD card. If you wish to uninstall:
If this is the only mod you installed: Simply delete the "0100854015868000" folder under atmosphere/contents/
If you installed other mods, it will depend. I would generally recommend just wiping clean for safety, or if you didn't install any other texture mods, you could delete just the "Textures" folder in override.
Big thanks to JC for a ton of help with this mod.

  5. K1 Pre-Release Pack

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 20.06.2021

    Installation:
Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe, select your option, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.
WARNING: If you wish to use Gloveless Sith Officers and Albino Sith Officers at the same time, please install Gloveless Sith Officers FIRST and Albino Sith Officers SECOND!

    Uninstallation:
Depends on what you've chosen to install.
Copy the files within the generated "backup" folder and place the file inside your modules folder, make sure you overwrite.

    Description:
July 15 2003 was the day Kotor 1 was released for the first time on Xbox. If you've played Kotor on the Xbox or have played my Knights of the Old XBOX mod then you might be aware that the Xbox version and the PC version of these games are different, but what if I told you there was a 3rd version of Kotor which you might not have heard of before?
Between 2002 and early 2003, the original Kotor website published a series of images which ranged from concept art to promotional screenshots of the game during its Beta/Pre-Release stage of development.
Whilst these promotional screenshots might appear worse than the vanilla game (As these are pre-release/in-development screenshots), a few eagle eyed observers might notice some features in said screenshots which the vanilla game lacks.
What this mod will do is add these features into the vanilla PC game.

WARNING: Please be sure to consult the mod's screenshots before installing (Or ask the mod author in the comments), the installer for this mod is modular allowing you to install things at your leisure, however, some features might be perceived as lower quality than others so
it is recommended to be 100% sure of what you want to install before installing anything. None of the features should break your game, it's merely a matter of your own opinion on whether or not you like the aesthetic of a specific feature or not.

    Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.
Gloveless Jedi Robes do not receive the grey Dark Side transitions, meaning the player character will have a grey head with normal hands. The best way to fix this would be to use a mod which removes the Dark Side transitions.

    Incompatibilities:
Would be incompatible with any mods which modifies Mission Vao's body/underwear/head texture and portraits, Trask Ulgo's unique head texture and portraits, Jedi Robe textures and models, Sith Officer body/head textures or models

    Permissions:
Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission.

    Thanks to:
Bioware: For such an amazing game

  7. All Hands on Deck for the Leviathan Prison Break

This mod makes a number of adjustments to the entire Leviathan jail break sequence:
Carth and the rest of the party have any equipped masks and weapons hidden for the pre-boarding conversation on the Ebon Hawk. The initial scene of the three Sith troopers discussing the chosen jail breaker changes the commander to red armour, as seen elsewhere in the game. The player's force cage in the torture room is now positioned next to Bastila's. Static cameras have been adjusted accordingly. Fixes a couple of missing static camera assignments for player responses during the torture sequence. The entire party (aside from the chosen jail breaker) now get put in the party cell. The party cell's door is changed to a forcefield. The jail breaker can elicit randomised responses from a few party members when clicking on the cell forcefield before freeing Bastila, Carth, and the player. HK-47's initial cutscene when chosen as the jail breaker has a new custom stunt animation (derived from TSL's disabled animation). The technician working on HK now starts the scene standing behind him rather than in front. Restored the second technician when HK is the jail breaker that Bioware cut (for some reason). Both of the HK technicians are switched from Sith trooper to Sith commoner appearances. The player starts the final escape scene inside their force cage like Bastila and Carth rather than standing at the doorway. The entire party is now present for the final escape sequence, not just Canderous. Canderous now remains in his equipped gear if he was the chosen jail breaker rather than switching to basic clothing. The party are now shown getting their gear and then leaving for the Hangar Bay. Canderous, Mission, and Jolee will equip basic clothing when they grab their gear if they were left naked as the chosen jail breaker. The player now has their pre-Leviathan gear automatically re-equipped at the end of the escape scene, as was Bioware's original intent. All of the party's pre-Leviathan inventory is now automatically returned, rather than needing to manually loot it from a locker. Fixes some minor geometry gaps and smoothing issues in the detention block main room. Fixes the force cage placeable's walkmesh, which was misaligned.
    Installation:
    Run INSTALL.exe.
By default, T3's response to the jail breaker clicking on the party cell will be gibberish for everyone except HK. If you want it to be in English/Basic regardless of the jail breaker choice, copy dp_lev40_con_pd1.ncs from the OPTIONAL folder and paste it into your Override folder.
    Compatibility:
It is highly recommended that you use this mod in conjunction with the K1 Community Patch. If doing so, make sure to install K1CP first.
This mod is NOT compatible with Fair Strides's Party on the Leviathan mod. I did consider trying to integrate Juhani's cut Leviathan conversation into this mod, but it doesn't really work in its existing state. If you are a Juhani simp thirsting for more of her, use FS's mod instead.
Probably not compatible with K1R. Use at your own risk as no support will be offered.
    Known Issues:
Some of the other jail breaker start scenes, like Jolee's and Mission's, could use some tweaks to address minor annoyances. I'll look at those in a future update. The techs equipping blasters and attacking at the end of HK's initial cutscene are a bit wonky. That probably needs to be integrated into the cutscene itself. I didn't test with a female player. I think I got them all, but some of the specific fem PC/Carth camera angles might be off during the torture sequence. Please advise if that is the case. It's still possible to lose Canderous's pre-Leviathan equipped gear forever if he is the chosen jail breaker and you don't manually loot the patient gear container before leaving. You can still be affected by the stealthed/invisible jail breaker bug, since K1 lacks a de-stealth script function unlike TSL. K1CP addresses this. Bioware handled the transition from the Hawk to the Leviathan in a really odd way. It's possible that they encountered a sequence break that caused them to take the approach they did, which I have now changed. I didn't encounter any problems while testing, but it's potentially possible that the initial cutscene on the Leviathan could fail to fire. Let me know if anyone encounters that. DESCRIPTION
    -----------------------
Cassus Fett's Battle Armor uses the same texture as the Mandalorian Armor, this mod changes that so that the armour gets a unique texture and accompanying HD icon. The look is inspired by his appearance in the comics.
There's other mods that do the same, but this is my take on it.

This mod won't change the item if you've already acquired it (from Adum Larp, Dantooine Courtyard). You need a fresh one (if needed you can simply cheat one in; giveitem g_a_class9009).

  19. K1 Force Powers Alternate Level Restriction (Jedi From The Start Add-on)

DESCRIPTION: This mod aims to modify the game’s vanilla level restriction for force powers to improve the experience provided by darthbdaman’s Jedi From The Start mod. Still, this mod can be perfectly used for any game build. Force powers now have levels 1,4 and 8 as level restriction for force powers according to the force power’s importance.

INSTALLATION: Execute the .exe in the mod folder and select the game’s main folder when prompted to (Not the Override Folder).
UNINSTALLATION: Copy and paste the spells.2da file in the backup folder into the Override folder. The dialog.tlk file in the backup folder goes into the game's main folder.

COMPATIBILITY: This mod won’t be compatible with any mod that modifies the values for force power level restriction in the spells.2da file and the corresponding Dialog.tlk entries or that overwrites the whole Dialog.tlk file (You must install those first).

  20. Yavin Station Hangar

In the vanilla game, Yavin Station is the only location that does not have a proper hangar where the player can walk to and from the Ebon Hawk. This mod adds one that generally matches the original landing and takeoff cutscenes, although I have taken a few artistic liberties.  You may notice that, as with the original cutscenes, it looks remarkably similar to the Ahto City hangar on Manaan.  I can only assume that the same architect worked on both projects.
The hangar comes in two variants: with and without a visible forcefield effect over the hangar entrance.  By default, the forcefield is invisible.  To change between the visible and invisible forcefields, see the INSTALLATION instructions below.
Aside from adding the new hangar, I have also made a few additional edits to the station:
    - Changed the stars to use a different, less-repetitive vanilla star texture.
    - Fixed some questionable geometry at the main observation window.
    - Edited the walkmesh by the observation window to correct a glitch where the player could teleport into space, originally documented by the KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP).  (This mod's walkmesh fixes were made from scratch and do not reuse any K1CP material.)
    - Added a proper load screen for the station.  (New for version 1.4)
    - Added corridor geometry behind the various locked doors, in place of the original 2D backdrop.  (New for version 1.4)
IMPORTANT:  To experience the new hangar, you will need a save from before visiting Yavin Station for the first time.
ALSO IMPORTANT:  If you are upgrading from version 1.3 or earlier, a new save is also recommended to avoid issues with the lighting on the new airlock doors.
Thank you for downloading, and I hope you enjoy this mod!
    -------------------------------------------------------------------
    INSTALLATION
Run INSTALL.exe, and follow the prompts.  If you have other mods installed, it is normal to see a warning that liv_m99aa.mod already exists and has been skipped.  If you are using "High Quality Cockpit Skyboxes" by Sithspecter, see below for additional instructions.
By default, the forcefield at the hangar entrance is invisible.  To add a visible forcefield effect, run INSTALL.exe again after finishing the main installation, and select "Optional: Add Visible Forcefield".
If you have previously installed version 1.3 or earlier of this mod, you can upgrade by installing directly over the old version.  Note, however, that you may need to reinstall any other mods which affect Yavin Station (specifically, any mods that edit m50aa.git).
Version 1.4 changes the appearance of the added airlock doors so that they look less like the Sith base doors.  If you prefer the appearance from version 1.0, copy the files in the folder "Option - Alternate Airlock Door (v1_0)" into Override.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------
    COMPATIBILITY
This mod is incompatible with other mods that edit the area geometry of Yavin Station.  Reskins are technically compatible, but depending on how drastic they are, they might look strange with a few new textures from this mod.  If you are using a reskin of the Ebon Hawk's exterior, see the instructions below.
This mod is compatible with the Kotor 1 Community Patch (K1CP).  It has not been tested with the KOTOR 1 Restoration (K1R) or the K1 Yavin IV Planet Mod, but I do not expect any significant compatibility issues.  For best results, install this mod after K1CP or K1R and before any other mods that alter Yavin Station.
If you are using any mods that change the station's load screen (i.e. "Loadscreens in Color" by Sithspecter), install them after this one.  If they use .tga files, you will need to delete this mod's version of "load_liv_m99aa.tpc" from Override manually.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------
    HIGH QUALITY COCKPIT SKYBOXES
If you are using "High Quality Cockpit Skyboxes" by Sithspecter (which I highly recommend), I have included compatible skybox textures matching my new hangar.  After installing the cockpit skyboxes, perform the following steps:
    1. Open the folder "HQ Cockpit Skybox Textures" from this mod.
    2. Copy the TPC files corresponding to the desired quality into your Override folder.
    3. If present, delete the following files from Override:
       - ebo_yab.tga
       - ebo_yaf.tga
       - ebo_yal.tga
       - ebo_yar.tga
       - ebo_yat.tga
If you are using the alternate airlock door option, also copy the appropriate version of "ebo_yaf.tpc" from the "Alternate Airlock Door" folder into Override, overwriting if asked.
"High Quality Cockpit Skyboxes" may be found at https://deadlystream.com/files/file/938-high-quality-cockpit-skyboxes/
    -------------------------------------------------------------------
    EBON HAWK RESKINS
To use a reskin of the Ebon Hawk's exterior with the new hangar, perform the following steps:
    1. Make extra copies of "LSF_EHawk01.tga" and "LSF_EHawk01.txi" (if present) from the reskin, and rename them as "yvh_ehawk.tga" and "yvh_ehawk.txi", respectively.
    2. Open the new "yvh_ehawk.txi" with a text editor, and change the entry after "envmaptexture" or "bumpyshinytexture" to "CM_WK_YAVHGR".
    3. Copy both files into your Override folder.
    4. Delete "yvh_ehawk.tpc" from your Override folder.

  21. Quanons Tatooine Upscaled Textures

This mod will add upscaled textures for the Tatooine part of the game. Except the skies, see note below.

Have a peek at the screenshots and; Enjoy!
Also try and spot the babies while on Tatooine.
EDIT: Added a tiny zip with a missing wall texture!
Sky textures are made by the awesome Kexikus get them here:

  22. K1 NPC Immersive Feats

    K1 NPC Immersive Feats
    by Sdub
    Version:
    1.0
    Description:
In TSL certain items can be limited to certain characters, In K1 however that is not possible... until now. I sought to create a workaround to limit certain items to certain characters. Especially for when modders create items.
The solution I came up with was creating unique feats for the NPC's that do not have one.
Four NPC's already have a unique feat with.
    Bastila - Battle Meditation
    Juhani - Force Camouflage
    T3M4 - Blaster Integration
    Zaalbar - Wookiee Toughness
    I created one for each:
    Carth - Decorated Pilot
    Mission - Streetwise
    Canderous - Regenerative Healing Implants
    Jolee - Hermit
    HK-47 - Assassin Droid
One important thing to note. These feats are for immersion only. They do not have any active effects attached to them unless the active effect already exists for the characters, like Canderous and his regen.

This mod is intended to be used as a resource. I'm planning on releasing a few mods that will require this as a base. Feel free to use it as well, all I ask is that proper credit is given.
A huge thanks to @Effix for helping me get the mod properly setup with the TSL patcher.
Please let me know if you have any issues.
    Installation:
Run TSLPatcher.exe and locate your swkotor folder
    Uninstallation:
Delete UTC Files for characters, icon images, and replace the dialog.tlk with the one in backup from patcher installation
    Compatibility:
This mod should be compatible with all mods
    K1R Compatible:
    Yes

  24. Insanity Device

    INFO
    ================
This mod adds three new armbands into the game:
The insanity device. Using this item will cause all NPCs in the module you are in to attack each other and the player. The antagonist device. Using this item will cause all the NPCs in the module you are in to attack the player exclusively. The pacify device. Using this item will cause all the NPCs in the module to become the best of friends. To get this item you can either use the giveitem cheat code (crt_insdev, crt_antdev, crt_pacdev) or you can buy them from Larrim, that annoying merchant in the Taris apartment who tries to sell you energy shields.

    INSTALLATION
    ================
To install the mod, extract the files from the ZIP and run the TSLPatcher.exe file.
If you want to keep the items but remove them from the shop, simply remove the larrim.utm file from your override after installing the mod.

    COMPATIBILITY
    ================
    No known issues.

  25. Effixian's Taris Arena Changes

    --------------------------------------------
    Knights of the Old Republic
    --------------------------------------------
    TITLE: Effixian's Taris Arena Changes
    AUTHOR: Effix(ian)
CONTACT: PM me on the forums or find me on Steam

    -----------------------
    DESCRIPTION
    -----------------------
~ JDub96 and Effix present, a Knights of the Old Republic mod ~

This mod tries to make the Taris Arena contestants look more interesting, mainly by giving them new variations of the Combat Suit.

There's also a Combat Suit variation for the player, that's in the first aid container in the corner of the room (near Twitch).

Somewhat like souvenirs, Kebla of the Equipment Emporium sells replicas of the new Combat Suit variations that the arena contestants wear.

I've split this mod up into 2 parts.

A: The NPCs wear new combat suit variations, the player can loot its own version and Kebla sells the replicas.

B: Further changes to make the NPCs more unique:
    - Gerlon Two-Fingers gets a scruffy beard
    - Ice gets a more unique Echani inspired head
    - Marl gets a unique head with beard
    - Twitch gets a different texture to make him look a bit more menacing
    - Bendak gets a different texture based on my TSL mod "Mandalorian Reskins"

    Important:
    - Kebla's store will only update if you use a save in which you haven't been to the Upper City South yet
    - The changes inside the cantina will only work with a save in which you haven't been inside the Upper City Cantina yet

    INSTALLATION
    -------------------------

    Unzip.

    Part A:
Simply copy the files from the subfolder "Part A - Combat Suits" to your game's Override folder.

Run "TSLPatcher - Install Effixians Taris Arena Changes - Part B.exe" and point it to your main game's folder.
