  1. TSLRCM XP Hssiss Glitch Bug Restored

    TSLRCM Hssiss Glitch Restored

    INSTALLATION:
    Place a_jedi_jrnl_fin.ncs in your Star Wars - KotOR2 Override folder.

    UNINSTALLATION:
    Delete a_jedi_jrnl_fin.ncs from your Star Wars - KotOR2 Override folder.

    DESCRIPTION:
    The Hssiss glitch was a glitch found in "Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords." It was commonly used to obtain infinite experience, as you could use it to spawn groups of Hssiss endlessly and kill them, then rinse and repeat.

    "The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod" restores massive amounts of gameplay. It also fixed many bugs and glitches from the original game, including the Hssiss glitch.

    This mod restores the Hssiss glitch to the game if you use TSLRCM, as most seem to. You can use it to gain endless experience without having to use the cheat console or a third party character editing software, but rather a glitch that came with the original game.

    Both the cheat console and Kotor Save Editor would be much faster/easier ways of getting "infinite" experience, but the Hssiss glitch maybe feels more fun & less cheap? I don't know... It is for me!

    The mod simply restores the original script, I did nothing but extract it with Kotor Tool and put it in my Override, which worked. Therefore, I did no coding or original work of any kind, thus no .nss file is included. Also, no credit or special permission is required to use or repost this elsewhere as it contains nothing original.

    HOW TO USE THE GLITCH:
    On Korriban, find the Shryak Caves just around the corner after you leave the academy. Go through the caves and at the end you will find the Secret Tomb. After the second vision (which involves landmines), follow the tunnel east to the fork and go right (you will be facing south on the map). Follow this tunnel to a room where you will find a Dead Jedi. Every time you activate the corpse, 2 Hssiss will spawn in the room.

    TIPS:
    You can examine the corpse a bunch of times in a row to fill the room with Hssiss.
    Area of effect powers like Force Storm and Death Field are most effective in dispatching hords of Hssiss.
    Light side characters do not regenerate Force Points, so consider using Master Drain Force.
    Once you exit the tomb, you will be unable to come back in and continue using the glitch.

  3. Zabrak Vibroblade Reversion for TSLRCM

    Zabrak Vibroblade Reversion for TSLRCM.

    Although it's not particularly unbalanced, in TSLRCM the Zabrak Vibroblade now does +2 unstoppable damage vs the old +2 Piercing damage.

    This is a small mod to revert to the previous +2 Piercing damage.

    This is an original unmodified TSL file extracted by kotor tool, so feel free to use it in any way you want.

  4. Droid Energized Armor Balance Fix

    This mod changes the requirements for droids to equip the Energized Armor set.

    You can find and equip these high level armors before you've levelled your droids, so this changes that so they need the Droid Upgrade Class 3 feat (level 13).

    Use it however you like, just mention me when doing so.

  5. Droid Anatomy Library Description Fix

    Droid Anatomy Library Fix 1.0.1 for K2 by Marauder
    Corrects the Droid Anatomy Library not showing it's +1-10 Energy Damage vs Humans.
    All the bonuses from this utility item only apply when unarmed.
    This should be interesting for seeing HK-47 rough up some gland-driven meatbags.
    -Install-
    Drop d_interface_12.uti into your Override folder.
    -Copying-
    Use it however you want, just throw a mention my way.

  6. Robe Description Fixes

    Fixes all robes that weren't marked as upgradeable in their description. This should work universally with TSLRCM, M478-EP and Vanilla TSL, but does not yet work with 90SK's TSL Loot & Immersion Upgrade or anything else it would overwrite.
    Use it however you want, as usual just throw a mention my way.

  7. Revan's Hoodless/Maskless Flowing Robes For TSL

    This mod changes the models for the Darth Revan/Star Forge robes to a modified version with the cape and belts seen on the cutscene version of Revan’s robes, but without the raised hood and mask.

    Alternative models with different arrangements of cape/belts/folded hood are available in the mod’s OPTIONAL folder. Once you have finished installing the mod, you may copy and paste the MDL/MDXs from relevant folder to the Override folder, overwriting when prompted.

    This mod relies on Hunters Run’s Revans Flowing Robe TSL mod for the animations. You can download that mod from here:

    http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/216-revans-flowing-robe-tsl/

    Extract n_darthrevan.mdl and n_darthrevan.mdx to your Override folder. If you do not have this mod then you will not have any animations for the cloak or belts.

    How to Obtain:
    When Atris captured the Ebon Hawk, amongst the unencrypted data she downloaded from T3's memory core she discovered some interesting information regarding Darth Revan and his robes. She stored this data for later analysis, turning to the more pressing matter of the Exile's arrival on her doorstep.

    While at the hidden academy on Telos, in the room before you get to T3 you can access the robe data via a console and manufacture a set of robes with the fabrication unit in the same room:

    Notes:
    The male version is a straight replacement for the PMBJ model, so it will not be compatible with any other mod that replaces/modifies that model, or changes the values for that column in appearance.2da. Because of the way animations work, the female version must be set up as a disguise, so it uses its own independent models and appearance.2da rows and is unaffected by changes to the PFBJ model or appearance.2da values. Note, however, that this means it is not compatible with custom female head models.

    The Darth Revan robes use the vanilla PMBJ01 texture, and is compatible with texture replacements from other mods. The vanilla texture for the Star Forge robes, PMBJ02, has no provision for the cape or belts, so I have provided a very basic replacement with those sections coloured. I suggest that you replace this with a better quality texture from another mod. I recommend ZM_StarForgeA08 from ZimmMaster's Revan's Jedi Robes mod. Download that mod here:

    http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/466-revans-jedi-robes/

    Extract Zimm’s texture from his mod’s tslpatchdata folder, rename it to PMBJ02.tga, and then put it in your Override folder, overwriting when prompted. Make sure you do this after installing the current mod! Additionally, grab the TXI from the OPTIONAL folder and place that in the Override folder as well.

    Known Issues:
    There will be some clipping during certain animations. Some of this is related to the animations, some of it the meshes. If you spot something particularly egregious, then let me know in the comments and I may be able to address it if it is model-related.

    Currently there are no limitations on the generator. You can fabricate either set of robes regardless of alignment, and you can make as many copies as you like (with the caveat of course that once you leave the academy, you permanently lose access to the fabricator). I may change this in future.

    If you are using TSLRCM, or another mod that has added 262tel.mod to your Modules folder, you will get a warning from TSLPatcher that this file already exists and was skipped. This is intended behaviour and not an error.

    Acknowledgements:
    Thanks to Hunters Run for the n_darthrevan flowing robes animations, without which this mod would not be possible.
    Many thanks to Fair Strides and bead-v for looking over my scripts, fixing/checking for errors and streamlining syntax.
    Thanks to DarthTyren for his tutorial on camera placement (although I had to source the quaternion conversion elsewhere)

  8. New UI

    From the readme:

    Description

    This mod replaces some of the elements in the user interface (UI) with new versions. This mainly
    affects the combat UI, but some elements (like the health and force bars) are shared across multiple screens.

    The item bars and powers menus have new boxes, the combat and selection reticles have been replaced with more
    minimal versions, and a number of arrows have been replaced with a different style. The overall aim ahs been
    to imitate the style of the Designers Republic (http://www.thedesignersrepublic.com/), and their work, particularly
    on the Wipeout PlayStation franchise. Eventually, I may replace the whole UI, but this is it for now.

    NB: This mod has only really been tested on the widescreen, Steam version of the game. The elements may look
    different on other versions and at different resolutions.

    Installation
    Just drop the files into
    your Override folder.

    Uninstallation
    Take them out again.

    DESCRIPTION
    ************
    This is a silly little mod that adds a disguise that makes you look like Yoda. You can acquire it from the corpse in the morgue on Paragus or use cheatcode giveitem a_robe_47.

    There will likely be some missing animations for certain actions.

    Not compatible with other mods that add items through that same corpse.

    The stats are the same as Master Robes.

    P.S. That's actually a short lightsaber in the screenshot. Have fun

    ******************
    KNOWN ISSUE
    ******************
    STOTOCALATO on Steam reported that removing the disguise did not give the normal appearance back.
    DarthParametric informed me that using a disguise while you're wearing another disguise will cause problems with getting your normal appearance back. The spacesuit you find on Peragus is another disguise, so remove the Yoda disguise before using that. Hopefully that approach will prevent issues.

    - Female: The Twin Suns (Seer'aa and Teer'aa, NPC clones), Yuthara Ban (from KotOR 1, her head texture is in the K2 files) and a new red female. Apart from the red female there's no real dark side transitions. The red one gets some tattoos halfway to dark and full Sith tattoos at fully dark side, Yuthara starts with tattoos. 11. GenoHaradan Legacy

    THE SITH LORDS RESTORED CONTENT MOD ADD-ON:
    GenoHaradan Legacy 1.0.1

    1. Description:
    ----------
    This mod adds the GenoHaradan from the first Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic to its sequel. The GenoHaradan is an ancient secretive guild of assassins who work in the shadows operating to keep the Republic intact, however, following the Jedi Civil War something has changed the GenoHaradan, they no longer seek to kill the enemies of the Republic, instead they have focused all their energies into eliminating the once glorious Jedi Order who have stood as the guardians of peace and justice in the Republic for thousands of years for unknown reasons.

    While this version is complete, it is far from final. Similar to M4-78, at some point, the GenoHaradan Legacy will be improved with an improved story as an “Enhancement Project” as M4-78 did.

    Expect possible updates and patches to come.

    This mod also includes optional fixes for a few bugs and other problems not fixed by the Restored Content mod here and there but there won’t be too many of them.

    2. Installation:
    ----------
    1. First, you will need to get the most up-to-date version of TSL Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM 1.8.5). It's available for download here: http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/578-tsl-restored-content-mod/
    Please note that GenoHaradan Legacy will NOT work AT ALL without TSLRCM.
    2. Follow TSLRCM's installation instructions.
    3. Once TSLRCM is successfully installed, run the GenoHaradan Legacy Double TSLPatcher.exe. A menu will pop asking you which installation you want to install. To install the GenoHaradan Legacy, click on the ‘MAIN’ option and click install. If you wish to install the optional fixes be sure to rerun the TSLPatcher.exe and install whichever fix you like (You may need to do this several times to install all fixes)
    4. While I try my best to make this mod as bug-free as possible, with the many options of KOTOR2 and my, at the moment, one man testing team it can happen that bugs, including critical ones, pass through. Please feel free to report any bugs and I will fix them.
    5. Install any compatible mods you desire now.

    3. FAQ / Known Issues
    ---------

    Q: When will GenoHaradan Legacy EP be released
    A: Not for a long time.
    "Release dates are for those that don't care about quality in mods"- Sith Holocron

    Q: Will your mod work on existing saves:
    A: A new game or a save before Citadel Station with the TSLRCM mod should work but I'm not too sure about Citadel Station saves and I'm sure Nar Shadda saves won't work.

    Q: Will your mod work on my Linux or Mac?:
    A: I see no reason why it shouldn't work on those OS. If you manage to either use or find an alternative to the TSLPatcher and manage to install the mod then it should work.

    Q: Will you upload the full mod to the Steam Workshop?
    A: For now, the answer is no because I'm not sure how the workshop works and if it can even support a mod like mine. In the far future, if this mod becomes popular enough, I might see if a TSLRCM+M4-78+GenoHaradan Legacy EP bundle would be possible

    Q: Will you update this mod again/Will you add...
    A: Most likely yes! This version will probably not be the last. If you find a bug please be sure to report it and leave feedback!

    Q: Will your mod work on my Xbox?:
    A: No

    Q: Can I play this mod in Vanilla:
    A: No! This mod requires TSLRCM to work

    Q: What makes your mod different from previous TSL GenoHaradan mods such as the unreleased The Sith Lords Restoration Project by Team Gizka and The GenoHaradan Beta by Exile007
    A: The Dessicus boss fight in Exile007’s mod was inspired by the TSLRP boss fight but improved upon to make it less confusing, in my mod, I further improve upon Exile007’s work and made his work compatible with The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod

    Dashus – Project Lead of The Sith Lords Resotration Project (TSLRP), the original restored content mod which intended to restore the GenoHaradan, despite the TSLRP never being finished, its leaked betas which contained GenoHaradan content helped me understand the GenoHaradan plot in TSL a bit more.

    Lord of Hunger- Project Lead of the “GenoHaradan Revisioning” mod, his mod was never shown to the public thus makes his mod more of an inspiration.

    Exile007- Project Lead for “The GenoHaradan”, his mod was released to the public as a Beta file which was not compatible with TSLRCM. His mod and his work served as a major inspiration to the GenoHaradan Legacy mod and was used as a base for the first versions of the mod.

    Zybl2, Stoney, Hassat Hunter and VarsityPuppet- The main four developers of The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM), the successor to the previously mentioned TSLRP. Despite not restoring the GenoHaradan, their efforts paved the way to more restoration mods such as the GenoHaradan Legacy.

  12. Full Jedi Council

    Have you ever wondered why for something as important as the Exile’s trial, only 5 members of the Jedi Council are present? Well, you no longer have to. This mod adds 7 additional Jedi to the trial scene in order to get a full council. These Jedi are master Vandar from K1, Vima Sunrider from the Tales of the Jedi comics, two Twi’lek, a Devaronian, a Duros and a Wookie.

    What's new in v2.0:
    - Replaced generic human Jedi with Vima Sunrider and a Duros
    - Vima sunrider has a custom robe (thanks to DarthParametric)
    - Choose between K1 and TSL style robes for all Council members (except for those with unique robes)
    - The 7 added Council members are now mentioned in the post-trial scene on the Ebon Hawk

    Installation:
    Run TSLPatcher.exe and choose your version.
    IMPORTANT: You have two choices: The type of robe the Council members should wear and a technical choice necessary for compability: Check if you have holorec.dlg in your Override and choose the proper installation method.
    TSLPatcher should find your TSL installation automatically. If it doesn't and you have to select it manually, choose the folder that includes swkotor.exe. Do NOT delete the backup folder that is created during the installation, you'll need it if you ever want to uninstall this mod.
    For modders: I included the source script in the download in case you're interested. Ignore them if you only want to install and play the mod.

    Uninstallation:
    Delete all files from the tslpatchdata folder of this mod that you can find in your Override (depending on your choice of installation this might not be all of them). Then find the backup of 950COR.mod created during the installation of this mod (it is located in the backup folder that was created in the folder where you ran TSLPatcher.exe) and copy it into the Modules folder of your TSL installation, replacing the one already there. Also copy appearance.2da, heads.2da and if available holorec.dlg from the same folder into your Override folder. Note however, that this might screw up other mods that modified the same file and were installed afterwards!

    Compabilitiy:
    Thanks to TSLPatcher this mod should be compatible with pretty most other mods. I recommend to install this mod as late as possible to ensure compability.
    Notable exceptions for compability are mods that edit Vandar's model (texture mods are fine) and for the K1 style robes mods that add new texture variations of the Council Robes as well as mods that edit the .utc's of the vanilla Council members. The latter includes NPCOverhaul, so either install my mod after NPCOverhaul to overwrite its changes or skip NPCOverhaul's changes to 950COR.

  13. A Better Mira

    Have you ever noticed that Mira's poofy hair looks like a split top dinner roll?

    Her hairstyle in the concept art is wonderful and I always felt that her head model just kind of missed the mark. So I made some seriously heavy edits to the model and texture of PFHC05 until I came up with something a little more fitting for our friendly neighborhood bounty hunter. Her clothes have new colors to match the new vibe she's got going on also, and I reworked the neckline of her shirt a little.

    No .2da files in this so it's just a drag and drop installation.

  14. Companion Robes Patch

    Description: A while ago Kain released his companion robes pack to go along with Deadman's movie style Jedi Robes pack. Well, an issue arose when you train Bao-Dur in the ways of the Jedi (or Sith, I don't judge). He would not disappear from the cargo hold of the Ebon Hawk. I took it upon myself and with a little help from the community, I give you the patch to fix this issue. Now Bao-Dur will disappear from the Ebon Hawk and you can still have those awesome robes.

    Requires Kain's Companion Robes pack first. Link: http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/668-companions-robes/

    Installation: Drag and drop into Override folder. Allow it to override the one from Kain's pack

    Uninstallation: Take the file out of the override folder (Please make a back up of your original a_makejedi.ncs file.)

    Bugs: None to report. Let me know if any arise

  15. TSL Galaxy Map Fix Pack

    for KotOR II: The Sith Lords
    by bead-v, Sith Holocron and Kexikus

    This is a combination of:
    bead-v's TSL Galaxy Map Fix,
    Sith Holocron's KOTOR2 (TSL) Animated Galaxy Map,
    Kexikus' TSL Galaxy Map Fix Coruscant AddOn & New Coruscant Icon and Planet Textures.
    Links to the original mods:
    http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/28-tsl-galaxy-map-fix/
    http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/1024-sith-holocron-tsl-animated-galaxy-map-texture-in-canon-positions/
    http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/778-tsl-galaxy-map-fix-coruscant-addon-new-coruscant-icon-and-planet-textures/

    Description:
    The mod pack changes the positions of the planets in the galaxy map to roughly their canonical locations. It also fixes the planet locations on the Galaxy Map texture accordingly, and also animates it. Some install options will also install Kexikus' New Coruscant Icon and Planet Textures. In case the Jedi Temple Mod is installed, Coruscant will also appear in the canonical location on the Galaxy Map Screen, regardless of install option.

    There are FOUR different install options:

    1. The Galaxy Map TEXTURE will show only the vanilla planets in their canonical locations.

    2. The Galaxy Map TEXTURE will additionally show M4-78.

    3. The Galaxy Map TEXTURE will additionally show M4-78 and Coruscant.
    Kexikus' New Coruscant Icon and Planet Textures will also be installed (But see the requirements section!).

    4. The Galaxy Map TEXTURE will additionally show M4-78, Coruscant and Cathalan. Kexikus' New Coruscant Icon and Planet Textures will also be installed (But see the requirements section!).

    About Cathalan, see this post: http://deadlystream.com/forum/topic/4304-april-fools-an-exciting-mod-to-appear-on-deadly-stream-soon/

    CLARIFICATION: With TEXTURE I mean the invariant texture of the Galaxy Map that you see on the Ebon Hawk before you have actually clicked on the Galaxy Map. What appears on this texture is completely unrelated to what shows up on the Galaxy Map Screen when actually clicked on. This means you can use any of the install options regardless of which mods you have installed (But see the requirements section about the new Coruscant textures!).

    Requirements:

    1. This mod needs to be installed after any planet mods or patches for the relevant changes to take effect. If you are not seeing the desired changes and had already installed this mod and then installed a planet mod or patch over it, you may safely run this installer again and it will fix the issue. In case you have both M4-78EP and Coruscant Jedi Temple installed, you also need to install the compatibility patch before installing this mod (link: http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/394-coruscant-jedi-temple-compatibility/).

    2. In order to see the new Coruscant textures, you need to have HK-42's Jedi Temple Expansion mod installed (link: http://www.nexusmods.com/kotor2/mods/210/), on top of deathdisco's original Coruscant Jedi Temple mod (link: http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/585-coruscant-jedi-temple-by-deathdisco/).

    Installation:
    Run TSLPatcher.exe.

    If the installer gives you these warnings:
    Warning: Unable to find a field label matching "CONTROLS\20\EXTENT\LEFT" in galaxymap_p.gui, skipping...
    Warning: Unable to find a field label matching "CONTROLS\20\EXTENT\TOP" in galaxymap_p.gui, skipping...
    ... you don't need to worry, the mod installed correctly.

    If at any point you wish to reinstall the mod with a different texture option,
    you may simply run TSLPatcher.exe again. However, if you intend on
    uninstalling this mod later on, make sure the backed up files from the
    first installation are in a safe place, to prevent the new installation from
    overwriting them. Alternatively, you can manually copy the correct
    LEH_scre03.tga and LEH_scre03.txi to the override folder. Reinstallation
    will not remove the New Coruscant Icon and Planet Textures, so you will
    need to manually remove the following files:

    Uninstallation:
    1. Remove the following files from your override folder:
    - galaxymap_p.gui
    - GAL_Onderon_2.tga
    - LEH_scre03.tga
    - LEH_scre03.txi
    - gal_cor_2.tga (if new Coruscant textures were installed)
    - Gui_coruscnt.tga (if new Coruscant textures were installed)
    - Gui_coruscnt.txi (if new Coruscant textures were installed)
    - CM_coruscant.tga (if new Coruscant textures were installed)
    - CM_coruscant.txi (if new Coruscant textures were installed)
    2. Copy any files with the above names from the backup folder created
    upon installing this mod. The backup folder is created in the same folder
    as this installer.

  17. Implant Feat Restoration

    A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic II The Sith Lords
    Author: N-DReW25
    Release Date: 19.03.2017
    Release Date 1.1: 7.09.2017

    Installation:
    Double Click the TSLPatcher.exe and let it do its magic

    Uninstallation:
    Remove or Delete all the files with the "e_imp1_01.uti" all the way to "e_imp4_10.uti" (There are at least 30 of those so they aren't listed here)

    When the TSLPatcher installs the mod correctly it generates a backups folder within the Implant Feat Restoration folder that contains the TSLPatcher. Open the backups folder and copy the
    "baseitems.2da" and "feat.2da" to the override folder overriding the Implant Feat Restoration files

    If you have any problems be sure to contact me for support

    Description:
    Kotor 2 is known for a ton of cut content. The TSLRCM restores most of that content but there were some they left behind due to it being not restorable or not necessary. However if you have sharp eyes you might notice the Implant Feat
    is unavailable. This is likely intentional by Obsidian as the Implants in game require a certain level of constitution in order to use them. This is all well and good until you realize you will have to abandon other stats completely for constitution in
    order to get good implants. This mod changes it so that you now require a certain implant feat to wear certain implants. There are three tiers of implants so 3 to 5 level ups should be enough to get max implants whereas before you'd need at least 6 to 11 to
    get max implants

    Currently, only Hanhar and Mira have the feats. If you want your main character to have the feats you must give it to them on the level up screen (Since you cannot play as a scout you cannot get implants for free)

    Also, ALL implants will require this new feat instead of the constitution. This means there is a low chance of an NPC having no implant since it doesn't have the new feat and cannot use it's implant. This is mostly a good thing as
    it will make the enemy slightly easier

    Known Bugs:
    this mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.

    Incompatibilities:
    The TSLPatcher will make it compatible with nearly any mod...but if you do find an incompatible mod please alert me so I can put it in the readme
    Incompatible with Sireyn's Kotor 2 Implant Rebalance

  18. Heavy Weapons Feat Restoration

    A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic II The Sith Lords
    Author: N-DReW25

    Weapons Feats are not in game, instead heavy repeating blasters have the blaster rifle feat instead. This is likely intentional by Obsidian as a heavy repeating blaster is technically a blaster rifle but when I discovered the icons I made it
    my priority to restore this small bit of cut content that TSLRCM doesn't even mention.

    WARNING: In the TSLPatcher I had an error message saying "Warning: Invalid column label "File1" encountered! Skipping entry..."! I have no idea what this means but it doesn't look to be too bad in game. If any problems do arise or if you know
    the reason behind this message please tell me immediately so I can hope to fix it

    Currently, only Bao Dur, Handmaiden, Disciple, HK-47 and Mandalore have the feats. If you want your main character to have the feats you must give it to them on the level up screen

    Also, ALL heavy repeating blasters will require this new feat instead of the Blaster Rifle Feat. This means there is a low chance of an NPC having no weapon since it doesn't have the new feat and cannot wield his heavy repeating blaster. If you spot these please let me know so I can
    fix them

    Recommendations: I highly recommend using Kainzorus Prime's TSL Fixed Proficiency/Focus Feat mod in conjunction with this one- http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/420-tsl-fixed-proficiencyfocus-feat-icons/

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    » DESCRIPTION
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    This mod is a request by wedgiey1 on the KotOR Subreddit to show the current effects you're under on the screen, instead of having to guess at the arrows on your icon or go through several menus. This implementation is the best I could come up with, even if it has its quirks.

    What this mod does is allow you to see the items and force powers that are currently affecting you ("you" being the currently-controlled character), both good and bad. This will only show you vanilla effects, not modded force powers or items, simply because the only way to account for them is manually adding them to the script.

    There is a hiccup with this mod, though. The first time the dialog pops up in combat, your character's current action will be halted. I've tried to get around this, but it simply won't work. Any future times in that same encounter where the dialog pops up, you'll do a default attack. This is because making the dialog pop up somehow (I have no idea how...) empties your combat queue...

  20. Friendly Droid Kits

    NAME: Friendly Droid Kits
    TYPE: Added Content
    VERSION: 1.0
    SIZE - Unzipped: 959 Kilobytes, Zipped: 261 Kilobytes
    DATE RELEASED: March 10, 2017

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    » DESCRIPTION
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    This mod, for me at least, started out as an idea back when I was discussing things like fumbling grenades and portable cover with Malkior. It re-surfaced when I stumbled upon and investigated the scripts the floating mines used. Then Khaledm99 on the KotOR Subreddit asked about a mod that would do something similar to what I had wondered about, so I decided to go ahead and give this a whirl.

    What this mod does is allow you to build a "kit" at the workbenches. This is a one-time-use item that will create a floating mine droid that is friendly to you and hostile to your enemies, a welcome change. The droid can be talked to and given orders to follow you and you can determine how close an enemy can be before the mine will go to attack.

    The settings are using the normal mine droid behavior as the defaults. The mine droid will not follow you (it will stay where it's spawned) and will target any enemy within 7 meters. You can talk to the droid and pick between three distances: 5 meters, 7 meters, and 10 meters.

    In addition, if told to follow you, the droid will follow the current party member at all times and will stop following if you enter solo mode. Also the behaviors can be adjusted on a per-droid basis.

    Lastly, two things: accessibility and damage. I've made it so you can't build the kits until you are level 12 AND have 15 or more points in the Repair skill (items do count towards this). As for the damage, first I'll show the vanilla damage calculations and then my own:

    Vanilla: 1 to ( * 4). A level 10 player could expect a mine to do 1-40 damage.

    Modified: 1 to ( * 4) + ( * 2). A level 10 player could expect a mine to do 21-60 damage.

    I've modified the damage to balance out the weakness of the mines and making the risk a bit more real compared to getting a mine in the face and only taking 1 point of damage...

    » INSTALLATION
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    An installation which involves the TSL Patcher has been made ready for your use and is the simplest and easiest way to carry out installation.
    You have two choices to pick from when installing the mod. The first will simply install the mod and use my modified damage calculation. The second will apply the modified damage to the rest of the mines you'd normally encounter, just to be fair.
  21. Blasters Reloaded
    =__- Blasters Reloaded: -_=
    Ranged Weapon Feats Overhaul for KotOR 2
    By:Malkior
    Description:
    Many of my mods span back several years,
    but this one is a bit more recent. Essentially at its core,
    this is a realism mod focused on changing all of the blaster
    feats to be tied to each individual item rather than being learnable on the Level Up screen.
    This in turn means that you will need to purchase a blaster with the Rapid Fire,
    Power Blast, or Sniper Shot feat in order to use those abilities.
    -Every single weapon UTI that I could find has been altered to add these feats when it is equipped, so each blaster should carry its own cost and benefit. Blaster Pistols have fewer feats but are generally more exotic, while Blaster Rifles offer more feats as well as advanced and master versions of them. A few unique blasters, like Luxa's Disruptor have their own share of surprises. Each weapon also follows a formula it "logically" would, such as heavy blasters carrying the Rapid Fire feat, and shotguns having the Power Blast. This should change up the general way to play, so experimenting on which weapon to choose may be necessary.
    I designed this mod after noticing how in the later game,
    all blasters except for very specific ones become pointless as the
    Master versions of the blaster feats make up for any insufficiencies they have.
    From a realism perspective, this made no sense, as you can't "learn"
    how to fire any gun you find on full-auto; (or any other ranged feat spells)
    and from a practical perspective, it removed the need to use anything other than
    the gun you prefer for the entire playthrough, thus making purchasing weapons
    a futile affair.
    This mod is aimed to remedy that situation.
    Installation:
    I have designed this mod to use the TSLPatcher for the
    benefit of mod compatibility.
    To install, hit the "Install Mod" button to proceed with the TSLPatcher
    installation, ensuring there aren't any errors in the changelog.
    Uninstallation:
    To uninstall, copy-paste the .uti files and feat.2da in your Override folder
    with the files from the "Backup" folder that the TSLPatcher created
    (Should be inside the same folder as the installer .exe).
    NOTE: This will effectively put your game files back to the point before you installed the mod, but you will still have to use a new savegame to fully remove this mod's changes.
    Unfortunately, this is just the way the game files work.
    Compatibility:
    Please let me know if there are any mods that conflict with mine,
    and I will work to make them compatible.
    Permissions:
    Please inform me and credit me if you would like to add my mod to your own.
    The rest of DS for their constant support and feedback;
    Fred Tetra for his Kotortool with which the UTI edits would have been much harder;
    Stoffe for the TSLPatcher;
    Bioware for making Kotor 1; Obsidian for making Kotor 2;
    Lucasarts for allowing that to happen; and George Lucas for creating the first Star Wars which started it all...
  22. Ebon Hawk Model Fixes
    Ebon Hawk Model Fixes v2.0
    =====================
    AUTHOR: bead-v & ndix UR
    FIRST RELEASE: 23 FEB 2017
    SECOND RELEASE: 6 JUL 2017
    GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II
    Description:
    ------------
    As can be seen in the before and after picture, there was an issue with one of the panels on the Ebon Hawk. I hex edited the model for that panel. If there is a problem with misplaced (simple) geometry, then I can move it out of the way, like I did with that black screen. KotOR1 doesn't have this problem. It's another case of TSL taking something that was perfectly fine in KotOR1 and breaking it / making it worse. Also, the same files would likely make K1 crash.
    Version 2:
    ndix UR has provided a fix for the lightmap issue with the floor panel outside the cargo hold.
    Installation:
    -------------
    Grab the *.mdl, *.mdx and *.tga files and drop them into the following folder:
    SWKotOR2/Override
    Uninstall:
    ----------
    Take them out again. If you encounter any, please let me know in the release thread and NOT on the download page.
    Credits:
  24. Mounted Scopes by smugglerAlex
    ====================================================================================================================
    Knights of the Old Republic II : The Sith Lords Modification
    ====================================================================================================================
    This mods allows you to mount a scope on almost every ranged weapon. I always felt that ranged weapons are oppressed
    in TSL, because you can change grip and blade of almost every melee in game. Even the starting vibroblade gets three
    upgrade levels (grip,cell,blade) while for ranged it is very rare to have any upgrades.
    ====================================================================================================================
    Included Guns
    ====================================================================================================================
    Pistols:
    Blaster Pistol
    Sonic Pistol
    Disruptor Pistol
    Heavy Blaster
    (Ion Blaster is already upgradeable so i didnt include it, and i didnt make Mining Laser upgradeable to make some reason go get that Blaster
    Pistol on Peragus Dormitory hidden compartment)
    Rifles:
    Blaster Carbine
    Ion Carbine
    Repeating Blaster Rifle
    Bowcaster
    Sonic Carbine
    Disruptor Carbine
    (Didnt include any more guns to my upgradeables list because most guns of the late game come Fully Upgradeable, tell me if i missed something
    and i will make another version with your suggestions included)
    ====================================================================================================================
    Installation
    ====================================================================================================================
    SIMPLY put those files into your Override folder
    Note:
    You need to start a new game, it wont work with existing saves (or u could try cheats/save game editors)
    ====================================================================================================================
    Uninstallation
    ====================================================================================================================
    Delete those files from your Override folder.
  25. Fully Upgradeable Clothes by smugglerAlex
    ============================================================================================================
    Knights of the Old Republic II : The Sith Lords Modification
    ============================================================================================================
    Like my previous mods this one allows to upgrade your clothes and some special outfits (Mira's and Atton's
    Jackets, Dancer's Outfit), but unlike my previous mods this one allows to insert ANY armorings and overlays to
    those clothes. I just realized that Mira's and Attons's jackets look so tough they just must have those
    armorings/overlays that are only meant for armors in that game. Also, about simple clothes, you can now insert all
    available armorings/overlays to your clothes, because even IRL nothing can stop you putting some kevlar plates under
    your T-shirt =). Of those four only dancer's outfit lacks the ability to insert just EVERYTHING, because wearing
    some armor plates under your T-shirt is one thing but concealing those plates to the color of your skin is something
    else..... so u can insert only robe overlays to dancer's outfit.
    ============================================================================================================
    Installation
    ============================================================================================================
    Just drag'n'drop all the stuff from mod folder into your override folder.
    Note:
    For this to work you will have to start a new game or use cheats/save editors.
    ============================================================================================================
    Uninstallation
    ============================================================================================================
    Delete all that stuff from your override folder.
