File Name: KotOR 1 Restoration File Submitter: ZM90 File Submitted: 15 Jun 2015 File Category: Mods K1R Compatible: Yes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » KotOR 1 Restoration 1.2 Read-Me ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NAME: KotOR 1 Restoration 1.2 TYPE: Restoration VERSION: 1.2 SIZE - Unzipped: 145 Megabytes, Zipped: 47.2 Megabytes DATE RELEASED: May 31, 2016 KOTOR 1 RESTORATION FORUMS: http://deadlystream.com/forum/forum/31-kotor1-restoration-k1r/ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » DESCRIPTION ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WARNING: IN ALMOST ALL CASES, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO INSTALL THE K1R RESTORATION BEFORE ANY OTHER MODS!!! THE ONLY EXCEPTION SO FAR IS KAINZORUS PRIME'S NPC OVERHAUL... The KotOR 1 Restoration Mod is an attempt to restore almost all the content that was cut from the game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic by BioWare Corp. Of course, these restorations will be within reason and things that were cut because they did not fit with the plot, and cannot be made to fit with the plot, will most definitley NOT be restored. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » INTEGRATED MODS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » RESTORED CONTENT ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » BUG FIXES/CHANGE LOG FOR 1.2 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ »» Original game: »» K1R Bugs: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » BUG FIXES/CHANGE LOG FOR 1.1 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There weren't too many bugs in KotOR 1, thus there is such a short list. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » INSTALLATION ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ An installation which involves the TSL Patcher has been made ready for your use and is the simplest and easiest way to carry out installation. Alternatively, a secondary installer has been made for convenience. It will not patch the files like the TSL Patcher will, but it should be less of a headache for most users. HOWEVER, IT WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED BEFORE ANY OTHER MODS!!! Note: The K1R team is not responsible for any incompatibility issues that may arise from the use of this mod in conjunction with other mods. Also, in order to provide the best feedback for us we recommend that you play K1R with NO other mods installed. Note 2: If using the TSL Patcher AND your game is in English, before installing, copy the dialog.tlk file bundled with this package into the KotOR directory. This will give you the grammar and typo fixes to the vanilla text. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ »»»» TSL PATCHER INSTALLATION ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1) Double click K1R_1.2_Installer.exe found in the main directory of the unpacked folder. 2) Click the button labeled Install Mod. 3) Click yes to the box that'll pop up... if you wish to proceed with installation. 4) Watch as all the little file names and progress reports scroll by and wait until the installer is complete. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » BUG REPORTING ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There are 2 ways to report bugs: 1: Post your issues in the Bug Reporting Thread. 2: PM your issues to Fair Strides at Deadlystream. TO REPORT THROUGH PM 1) Go to DeadlyStream (http://deadlystream.com/) and search for the user Fair Strides ( http://deadlystream.com/forum/user/9107-fair-strides/ ) 2) Send a private message with as much detail as possible of what is occurring in your game. He will likely report back to you within a week. TO REPORT THROUGH THE BUG THREAD: 1) Go to the Bug Thread ( http://deadlystream.com/forum/topic/4457-k1r-12-impressions-and-bug-reports-read-me-first/ ) 2) Reply quoting and answering all of the questions as they apply to your issue. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » VOICE ACTOR ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pazaak Tournament Mandalorians...Zhaboka Filters for Zaerdra's lines......Zhaboka Filters for sea floor lines......Zhaboka Thanks Zhaboka. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 Release Date: 07.03.2017 Installation: Simply copy and paste the files within the "For override" folder into your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder. If you have K1R installed make sure you overwrite the files already within the override as the files in this mod are edited from K1R's "kor39_utharwynn.dlg" Uninstallation: Take them out again Description: Did you know at some point during development Bioware planned for your party members to come with you into Naga Sadow's tomb? As you may know that didn't make it into the final game but hidden in the game files are voice overs for each party member for when they talk about the Korriban Star Map similar as to what they do on the other worlds. When K1R came along they decided not to include it in as not having them appear in game makes a lot of sense, this mod allows for your party members to enter the tomb and help you fight off the Terentateks, Uthar and Yuthura and say those cut lines when you open the Star Map WARNING: This is best used with K1R as it modifies an Uthar dialogue from that mod and I have no clue what K1R actually did to that dialogue so using this Mod in the normal game may cause crashes Known Bugs: When your main character and Uthar run to the exit when you leave the academy your party members might not move at all. When you enter a certain room inside the tomb it is possible to have your party members locked out, this isn't a problem as those doors should all open up again Your party members may spawn in a location that blocks your PC and/or Uthar and Yuthura when you enter the module Your party members will not say there restored lines if they are not with you in the star map room These four bugs aren't game breaking just weird, Please report any more bugs that may occur Incompatibilities: Will be incompatible with "kor39_utharwynn.dlg" and "kor35_utharwynn.dlg" but the mod is 100% compatible with K1R Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission Thanks: Fair Strides for making the what's restored in K1R list The entire K1R team for making K1R Bioware for such an amazing game Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool and everyone who downloads the mod. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 Release Date: 25.07.2016 Installation: Simply Copy and Paste or Drag and Drop ALL the files within the "For Override" into your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder Uninstallation: Remove or Delete the files from your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder Description: In Kotor 1 you can obtain an armor called Mandalorian Assault Armor which disguises your character into a blue Mandalorian as if your actually wearing there full body armor which was a good feature about the last few missions in kotor but if you play TSL you will know that the Mandalorian Assault Armor has a unique armor reskin which for me was a big slap in the face since I personally liked seeing Canderous as a Mandalorian but when I was searching through the game textures I found out that the TSL Mandalorian Assault Armor texture appears in the files of Kotor 1 meaning that the Texture appearing in TSL was intended for Kotor 1 but was cut at the last minute and replaced with a disguise though personally I would prefer the disguise though the Hardcore Restoration Fans say otherwise Known Bugs: this mod shouldn't have bugs but if their is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Is incompatible with anything that edits "g_a_class9010.uti" though I don't know anything that edits those. Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod Thanks: Bioware for such an amazing game,Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool and everyone who downloads the mod. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 Release Date: 12.09.2016 Installation: Simply Copy and Paste or Drag and Drop ALL the files within the "For Override" into your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder Uninstallation: Remove or Delete the files from your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder Description: When searching through the K1 textures I found an unused familiar red lightsaber texture that after playing a bit of TSL I soon realised it was the red lightsaber crystal icon that is used in TSL. So after looking at the red lightsaber crystal K1 uses I soon discovered it was a power crystal icon and not the intended red lightsaber crystal icon so what this mod does is fix/restore the previously unused red lightsaber crystal icon into K1. Note: I also found unused crystal textures in K1 that appear in TSL though those mods will be coming soom Known Bugs: this mod shouldn't have bugs but if their is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Incompatiable with anything that edits "g_w_sbrcrstl18.uti" though I know none that edits that file Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod Thanks: Bioware for such an amazing game,Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool and everyone who downloads the mod. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 Author: N-DReW25 1.3.0 Release Date: 15.06.2024 Installation: Please install The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod 1.8.6 FIRST, no exceptions. It is highly advised to install the KOTOR 2 Community Patch before this mod, this is optional. Finally, simply click on the HoloPatcher.exe of this mod, click install and sit back and watch the installer do its magic. WARNING: It is highly recommended that you do not install the game on your system's C drive, especially in Program Files. Windows can have permissions issues when trying to install the mod to a C drive destination. If you are using the Steam version of the game and have installed Steam in its default Program Files location, we advise creating a new Steam Library on a different drive and moving the game there via the game's Properties pop-up in Steam. Description: My Bug Fix Collection is another bug fix mod, though unlike most bug fix mods for Kotor this mod is for Kotor 2 in particular. The amazing TSLRCM and K2CP mods are both excellent in their bug fixing efforts... but they haven't fixed all the bugs. TSLRCM development is essentially finished at this point and the K2CP dev team are focused on the K1CP mod. This mod was released back in 2021 and hadn't been updated again since 2022, since then I learned how to merge UTC file changes instead of hard overwriting them in the .MOD files and the new HoloPatcher was released. I've since gone back to this old mod and given it the love it deserves with these new updates! Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Please report any incompatibilities! Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. Thanks: Bioware: For such an amazing game! Obsidian: For such an amazing sequel! Fred Tetra: For Kotor Tool! th3w1zard1: For HoloPatcher! Everyone who downloads the mod! A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.3.0 Release Date: 06.04.2022 Installation: This mod requires the K1 Community Patch to work, install this mod first: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1258-kotor-1-community-patch/ Once you have that mod installed, simply click on this mod's TSLPatcher.exe, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Description: Obsidian Entertainment made full use of the Female Republic Soldier assets when developing K2 by using them on the Harbinger, the Sojourn and on Citadel Station as TSF Officers. Despite Bioware being the company who created them, they are mysteriously absent from K1 (unless you consider one or two 2 second long cameo appearances in the background of one of Dodonna's end game cutscenes). This mod will restore Female Republic Soldiers across various locations where male Republic Soldiers can be found, they can be found in the following locations: * Several females are located on the Endar Spire. * Two are on Manaan loading Kolto whilst a 3rd guards Lorgal in his prison cell. * Multiple new females can be seen in the background of Admiral Dodonna's ship at the end of the game. Update 1.3.0 adds brand new English VO for the female Republic Soldiers, whilst the VO was done using AI tech the VO is very (disturbingly) realistic. You can hear this amazing VO on Manaan! Preview of the audio: Recommended Mods: Republican Soldier Woman HD, gives these Female Republic Soldiers a HD reskin: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1870-republican-soldier-woman-hd/ Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Report any unknown incompatibilities to me on Deadlystream.com Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. Special Thanks to: DarthParametric: For pointing out how version 1.0.0 of this mod was designed for K1CP 1.8 when the current version is 1.9! JCarter426: For sharing a superior TSLPatcher method! EpicStoffer: For pointing out the existence of ElevenLabs! ElevenLabs Website: For providing the most realistic AI VO I've ever heard! Bioware: For such an amazing game! Fred Tetra: For Kotor Tool! In KotOR 2, you would originally stumble upon the body of a Jedi named Nebelish while investigating the tomb of an ancient Sith Lord on Korriban. However, this "Nebelish" actually looked a lot like Dustil Onasi. Turns out, Obsidian originally planned to have Dustil in the tomb but they ended up cutting the content. Now when TSLRCM came along they never restored this because Jason Mardsen, Dustil's voice actor, never recorded any lines for the part. Now I thought it a shame that Dustil couldn't have been restored, so I set about restoring him. And, thanks to some voice overs done by Zhaboka, I have finished my task. So essentially, this mod restores Dustil to KotOR II. TSLRCM Compatible: Yes Please go to the Nexus Mods link to see further screenshots. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 The Sith Lords Author: N-DReW25 Release Date: 19.03.2017 Installation: Simply Copy and Paste or Drag and Drop ALL the files within the "For Override" into your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 The Sith Lords override folder Uninstallation: Remove or Delete the files from your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder Description: While I was searching the game files for TSL I discovered the K1 Skyboxes for Dantooine were still in the TSL game files. I also discovered the grass on Onderon was also very similar to the K1 Dantooine grass so I made this mod. What this mod does is retexture the Dantooine grass and skyboxes to look like the Skyboxes and grass in K1. This mod includes no ported content from K1 into TSL. All assets used were already within the TSL game files. Known Bugs: The very top of the Dantooine Outdoor Modules is a different color to the rest of the skyboxes. I will address this when I find the correct texture for it or am able to make a custom one Incompatibilities: Is incompatible with anything that changes the Dantooine grass or skybox Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and please ask me for permission if you want to use this in your mod Thanks: Bioware for such an amazing game, Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool, Obsidian for not deleting the textures and everyone who downloads the mod. Description: Over the years, I have released a lot of restoration and fix mods for TSL though many of my mods don't necessarily stand out as much as others mainly because the mod is so small and insignificant. This mod is designed to make your life easier, all of my small, insignificant and standalone mods are inside this mod pack so that you, the player, only need to download 1 mod and install once (Or several times depending if you want an optional mod). What's in the mod? Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Report any incompatibilities to me on Deadlystream.com Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. Dxun and Onderon Item Restoration Pack A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic II The Sith Lords Author: N-DReW25 Release Date 1.0: 09.08.2018 Release Date 1.1: 09.08.2018 Installation: Double Click the "TSLPatcher.exe" and select what restored item you want restored and click install. You may have to do this up to five times to install each item. If you want better stats for the weak items install the files from the "booster pack" folder into the "Override" folder Uninstallation: Remove or Delete the files from your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 override folder Description: While digging through the game files I noticed a handful of "unused items" resting in 401DXN. While a few where useless the rest I've patched up and placed in-game for you to collect. Onderonian Military Gear: Consisting of an Armor and Headgear you can find these items on the Onderonian Scouts on Dxun and are dropped by their leader Beast Rider Flight Suit: Worn by all of the beast riders now, it uses a cut texture and is dropped by Bakkel Mandalorian Items: A Headgear and a Belt dropped from the Mandalorian Sentry at the start of Dxun and Daveral Ancient Sith Gauntlets: Found on Freedan Nadd's mummified corpse at the end of Freedan Nadd's tomb Mandalore's Mask: Restores an item called Mandalore's Mask to the game. It can be removed and given to other party members but it won't affect the appearance of Mandalore or will it change your party member's appearance in any special way as it uses a vanilla texture. Obtained once Mandalore is recruited These items stats and name where made by Obsidian, the description and the prices were made by me, please leave any comments you may have on them. A small number of items where rather weak so the "booster pack" contains the items with slightly improved stats. Known Bugs: this mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic II The Sith Lords Author: N-DReW25 Release Date: 19.03.2017 Release Date 1.1: 7.09.2017 Installation: Double Click the TSLPatcher.exe and let it do its magic Uninstallation: Remove or Delete all the files with the "e_imp1_01.uti" all the way to "e_imp4_10.uti" (There are at least 30 of those so they aren't listed here) When the TSLPatcher installs the mod correctly it generates a backups folder within the Implant Feat Restoration folder that contains the TSLPatcher. Open the backups folder and copy the "baseitems.2da" and "feat.2da" to the override folder overriding the Implant Feat Restoration files If you have any problems be sure to contact me for support Description: Kotor 2 is known for a ton of cut content. The TSLRCM restores most of that content but there were some they left behind due to it being not restorable or not necessary. However if you have sharp eyes you might notice the Implant Feat is unavailable. This is likely intentional by Obsidian as the Implants in game require a certain level of constitution in order to use them. This is all well and good until you realize you will have to abandon other stats completely for constitution in order to get good implants. This mod changes it so that you now require a certain implant feat to wear certain implants. There are three tiers of implants so 3 to 5 level ups should be enough to get max implants whereas before you'd need at least 6 to 11 to get max implants Currently, only Hanhar and Mira have the feats. If you want your main character to have the feats you must give it to them on the level up screen (Since you cannot play as a scout you cannot get implants for free) Also, ALL implants will require this new feat instead of the constitution. This means there is a low chance of an NPC having no implant since it doesn't have the new feat and cannot use it's implant. This is mostly a good thing as it will make the enemy slightly easier Known Bugs: this mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: The TSLPatcher will make it compatible with nearly any mod...but if you do find an incompatible mod please alert me so I can put it in the readme Incompatible with Sireyn's Kotor 2 Implant Rebalance Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use it in your own mods without my permission Thanks: Bioware for such an amazing game, Stoffee for TSLPatcher, Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool, Fair Strides for helping me get the Feat to appear on the character creation screen and everyone who downloads the mod. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic II The Sith Lords Author: N-DReW25 Release Date: 17.03.2017 Installation: Double Click the TSLPatcher.exe and let it do its magic Uninstallation: Remove or Delete the "p_baodur.utc", "p_disciple.utc", "p_handmaiden.utc", "p_hk47.utc" and "p_mand.utc". When the TSLPatcher installs the mod correctly it generates a backups folder within the Heavy Weapons Feat Restoration folder that contains the TSLPatcher. Open the backups folder and copy the "baseitems.2da" and "feat.2da" to the override folder overriding the Heavy Weapons Feat Restoration files If you have any problems be sure to contact me for support Description: Kotor 2 is known for a ton of cut content. The TSLRCM restores most of that content but there were some they left behind due to it being not restorable or not necessary. However, if you have sharp eyes you might notice the Heavy Weapons Feats are not in game, instead heavy repeating blasters have the blaster rifle feat instead. This is likely intentional by Obsidian as a heavy repeating blaster is technically a blaster rifle but when I discovered the icons I made it my priority to restore this small bit of cut content that TSLRCM doesn't even mention. WARNING: In the TSLPatcher I had an error message saying "Warning: Invalid column label "File1" encountered! Skipping entry..."! I have no idea what this means but it doesn't look to be too bad in game. If any problems do arise or if you know the reason behind this message please tell me immediately so I can hope to fix it Currently, only Bao Dur, Handmaiden, Disciple, HK-47 and Mandalore have the feats. If you want your main character to have the feats you must give it to them on the level up screen Also, ALL heavy repeating blasters will require this new feat instead of the Blaster Rifle Feat. This means there is a low chance of an NPC having no weapon since it doesn't have the new feat and cannot wield his heavy repeating blaster. If you spot these please let me know so I can fix them Recommendations: I highly recommend using Kainzorus Prime's TSL Fixed Proficiency/Focus Feat mod in conjunction with this one- http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/420-tsl-fixed-proficiencyfocus-feat-icons/ Known Bugs: this mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: The TSLPatcher will make it compatible with nearly any mod...but if you do find an incompatible mod please alert me so I can put it in the readme Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use it in your own mods without my permission Thanks: Bioware for such an amazing game, Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool, Fair Strides for helping me get the Feat to appear on the character creation screen and everyone who downloads the mod. THE SITH LORDS RESTORED CONTENT MOD ADD-ON: GenoHaradan Legacy 1.0.1 1. Description: ---------- This mod adds the GenoHaradan from the first Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic to its sequel. The GenoHaradan is an ancient secretive guild of assassins who work in the shadows operating to keep the Republic intact, however, following the Jedi Civil War something has changed the GenoHaradan, they no longer seek to kill the enemies of the Republic, instead they have focused all their energies into eliminating the once glorious Jedi Order who have stood as the guardians of peace and justice in the Republic for thousands of years for unknown reasons. While this version is complete, it is far from final. Similar to M4-78, at some point, the GenoHaradan Legacy will be improved with an improved story as an “Enhancement Project” as M4-78 did. Expect possible updates and patches to come. This mod also includes optional fixes for a few bugs and other problems not fixed by the Restored Content mod here and there but there won’t be too many of them. 2. Installation: ---------- 1. First, you will need to get the most up-to-date version of TSL Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM 1.8.5). It's available for download here: http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/578-tsl-restored-content-mod/ Please note that GenoHaradan Legacy will NOT work AT ALL without TSLRCM. 2. Follow TSLRCM's installation instructions. 3. Once TSLRCM is successfully installed, run the GenoHaradan Legacy Double TSLPatcher.exe. A menu will pop asking you which installation you want to install. To install the GenoHaradan Legacy, click on the ‘MAIN’ option and click install. If you wish to install the optional fixes be sure to rerun the TSLPatcher.exe and install whichever fix you like (You may need to do this several times to install all fixes) 4. While I try my best to make this mod as bug-free as possible, with the many options of KOTOR2 and my, at the moment, one man testing team it can happen that bugs, including critical ones, pass through. Please feel free to report any bugs and I will fix them. 5. Install any compatible mods you desire now. 3. FAQ / Known Issues --------- Q: When will GenoHaradan Legacy EP be released A: Not for a long time. "Release dates are for those that don't care about quality in mods"- Sith Holocron Q: Will your mod work on existing saves: A: A new game or a save before Citadel Station with the TSLRCM mod should work but I'm not too sure about Citadel Station saves and I'm sure Nar Shadda saves won't work. Q: Will your mod work on my Linux or Mac?: A: I see no reason why it shouldn't work on those OS. If you manage to either use or find an alternative to the TSLPatcher and manage to install the mod then it should work. Q: Will you upload the full mod to the Steam Workshop? A: For now, the answer is no because I'm not sure how the workshop works and if it can even support a mod like mine. In the far future, if this mod becomes popular enough, I might see if a TSLRCM+M4-78+GenoHaradan Legacy EP bundle would be possible Q: Will you update this mod again/Will you add... A: Most likely yes! This version will probably not be the last. If you find a bug please be sure to report it and leave feedback! A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.0.0 Release Date: 30.09.2021 Installation: Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe, select your option, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. The alien is HD by default, the "Different Resolutions" folder contains a backup of the HD texture, a texture which matches the same resolution as every other NPC in the game and a Lite texture which is a low-res texture which matches the other Lite NPCs. Uninstallation: Depends on what you've chosen to install. Copy the files within the generated "backup" folder and place the file inside your modules folder, make sure you overwrite. Description: In the game files exists several "Lite" low-poly Alien NPC models, these are the Quarren (N_alien02_low), the Chadra-Fan (N_alien03_low) and the Gran (N_alien05_low). In the Taris section of the texture files exists a file called "LTS_Crowd01.tga" which most likely contains an early draft of the Duel Arena spectator crowd, on this texture exists two strange aliens, one which looks like a Gand and another which could only be described as a pink punk. In the model files, I found an unused model called "N_alien01_low" which lacked a texture but looked suspiciously like the pink punk from the crowd texture... this leads me to believe that the pink punk was going to be "N_alien01_low" whereas the Gand would've been "N_alien01_low". This mod gives "N_alien01_low" a texture and restores the NPC in several places in the game, you can find him on: * Dantooine as Kni * Manaan as a Shady Pazaak Dealer * Tatooine as the guy who gives you the Gizka I could've added this alien in more places, though I thought seeing the same low-poly Lite NPC over and over again would get old real quick. I might add this guy in more locations based on suggestions and popular demand. Whilst I am confident no Legends material has named this alien species YET... I have chosen a name for it. it's called a "Pyrath". This name was chosen by me, @N-DReW25, simply because this guy doesn't exist in either Star Wars Legends or Canon and in the words of Effix: it's simply a generic filler alien. I chose the name "Pyrath" as this species would be from the planet "Pyr" which is in same system as Manaan. By choosing this name, there might be a way to create some form of connection between Selkath and the "Pyrath" species. Short story: Repeating blasters were originally intended to give the user an additional attack in every round of combat (like twin-blade melee weapons do). This mod implements that effect. I.e. a character without force speed would normally do 1 attack when using a repeater, 2 when using rapid shot as well. Now, 2 attacks will be done when using the default attack and 3 when using rapid shot. Long story: After investigating in 2015 what could be the reason for repeaters costing more (500 vs 300) credits while having a worse crit range (5% vs 10%) than blaster rifles while having no advantage whatsoever, I found out that repeaters were originally intended to give the user an additional attack per round, sort of making them the double-blades of the blasters. Sadly, this was never implemented, as one internal item comment even comments on. I didn't know enough about scripting back then and quickly lost interest in fixing this. But now, more than 3 years later, it's finally fixed via scripting, placing the required code in the k_ai_master script. Known issues: Due to hardcoded mechanics, power blast can never do more than 1 attack, and sniper shot never more than 2. Normal attack appears to usually only do 2, but may rarely do 3 when using force speed as well. Sadly, these cannot be changed without access to the game code. This information turned out to be incorrect, and the user Darg727 made a fix for this. However, this has a downside: It works by making power blast and sniper shot always shoot 4 shots regardless of how many attacks are available, which looks very strange because all shots that don't have a corresponding attack round are auto-misses. For example, using a sniper shot with a blaster rifle or single pistol will cause 4 shots to be fired simultaneously, like a shotgun blast, with 3 of the 4 automatically hitting the floor/ceiling/wall. Using knight speed would allow 2 of those 4 to hit and only 2 would be an auto-miss, etc.... As per Darg727's upload permissions, I have included the responsible file (weapondischarge.2da) as an optional mod in the download for additional visibility for those people that might want to use the feature but would not come across his modification otherwise. Compatible with any mod that does not edit the k_ai_master.ncs file, and incompatible with any that does. (However, it is easy for any modder to add the compatibility, source is included.) Note that this fix works for both the player and enemies! This can make some fights of the game slightly more challenging.

While working on the K1CP I discovered that there are actually three different Sith soldier textures. There's the red and the silver that we're all used to, but there's also a white one that is unused. This restores the white texture into the game. You have the option to either make the standard troopers white and the elite/command troopers silver, or vice-versa. INSTALL: Run the installer and select either Main OR Alternate. I recommend installing this AFTER the KOTOR 1 Community Patch and JC's Korriban: Back in Black if you use them. PERMISSION: I give anyone permission to do whatever the heck they want with this, whether or not they give me credit. (Although credit is always nice, y'know?)

NOTE: YOU STILL NEED REDROB41'S PLAYER & PARTY UNDERWEAR TO GET ANY OF THEIR OTHER FIXES AND COMPANION TWEAKS INCLUDED IN THAT MOD! IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THEIR MOD FIRST BEFORE MINE, YOU WILL STILL ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS WITH THESE TEXTURES! So it turns out that the compatibility patch for RedRob41's Party & Player Underwear that is offered with Ultimate Character Overhaul does not include any of the PC underwear options - including the tweaks to the Dancer's Outfit for more consistent & muscular female PCs. This mod aims to fix that and add some additional tweaks, with the major one restoring the original red shoes all PCs got that was removed from RedRob41's mod. Please note that this is meant to be used alongside the compatibility patch that is offered by Ultimate Character Overhaul since that one affects party members while mine only affects the PC. There are 3 versions of the mod: Party & Player Underwear+UCO: This offers all of the PC underwear options from Party & Player Underwear in a similar quality to UCO. These are upscaled 2k textures of what RedRob41 offers in his mod. This one will have the upscaled female PC Dancer's Outfit tweaks, so grab those files from this folder if you want those fixed textures. Red Shoe Restoration for Party & Player Underwear+UCO: This restores the OG stylish red shoes on all of the applicable underwear options except for the Athletic ones since those are customized, and then all the textures are upscaled to 2k (similar to UCO quality). Red Shoe Restoration: Same as above, but for those not using UCO. This is only for those who are running Player & Party Underwear. All versions of my mod also include the following tweaks: Asian males now have more defined muscles. Their original textures had them kind-of non-existent, so I tweaked them to be more like the White male PCs. All shirtless male options now have HyperRealistic™ nipple colors instead of skin-colored nipples. Female shoes now have color-matching soles instead of the original white soles in the P&PU+UCO version. You also have the option of choosing to download uncompressed TGA files or compressed TPC files; generally speaking, TPC is nearly identical to TGA in terms of quality while being smaller in filesize, so I would recommend downloading the TPC version of this mod if only for the better load performance. Installation 1. Download Party & Player Underwear and install it. 2. (Optional) Download Ultimate Character Overhaul and the provided compatibility patch on that page, then install both. 3. Download this mod and simply drag which underwear options you want into your Override folder, then let it overwrite any other existing files. Uninstallation Just delete the following files from your Override folder, or let another texture mod that changes the following textures overwrite them: pfbamA01 pfbamB01 pfbamC01 pfbamD01 pmbamA01 pmbamB01 pmbamC01 pmbamD01

Uninstallation Just delete the following files from your Override folder, or let another texture mod that changes the following textures overwrite them: pfbamA01 pfbamB01 pfbamC01 pfbamD01 pmbamA01 pmbamB01 pmbamC01 pmbamD01 Submitter Ol' Cappy Submitted 07/23/2022 Category Skins TSLRCM Compatible Yes

WARNING: If you wish to use Gloveless Sith Officers and Albino Sith Officers at the same time, please install Gloveless Sith Officers FIRST and Albino Sith Officers SECOND! Uninstallation: Depends on what you've chosen to install. Copy the files within the generated "backup" folder and place the file inside your modules folder, make sure you overwrite. Description: July 15 2003 was the day Kotor 1 was released for the first time on Xbox. If you've played Kotor on the Xbox or have played my Knights of the Old XBOX mod then you might be aware that the Xbox version and the PC version of these games are different, but what if I told you there was a 3rd version of Kotor which you might not have heard of before? Between 2002 and early 2003, the original Kotor website published a series of images which ranged from concept art to promotional screenshots of the game during its Beta/Pre-Release stage of development. Whilst these promotional screenshots might appear worse than the vanilla game (As these are pre-release/in-development screenshots), a few eagle eyed observers might notice some features in said screenshots which the vanilla game lacks. What this mod will do is add these features into the vanilla PC game. WARNING: Please be sure to consult the mod's screenshots before installing (Or ask the mod author in the comments), the installer for this mod is modular allowing you to install things at your leisure, however, some features might be perceived as lower quality than others so it is recommended to be 100% sure of what you want to install before installing anything. None of the features should break your game, it's merely a matter of your own opinion on whether or not you like the aesthetic of a specific feature or not. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Gloveless Jedi Robes do not receive the grey Dark Side transitions, meaning the player character will have a grey head with normal hands. The best way to fix this would be to use a mod which removes the Dark Side transitions. Incompatibilities: Would be incompatible with any mods which modifies Mission Vao's body/underwear/head texture and portraits, Trask Ulgo's unique head texture and portraits, Jedi Robe textures and models, Sith Officer body/head textures or models Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. ...Expand your arsenal with the newly unearthed lost artifacts of the Old Republic... Welcome! I gladly present this mod which restores nearly all the equipable items cut from KotOR due to some reason or another. Most of them are pretty standard fare, but they no doubt bring even more variety to the game's inventory and are absolutely full of flavour, I'm sure you restoration afficionados out there will appreciate it. While the items themselves are official, come up by BioWare, their implementation was done at my discretion, though I did take care to follow developer notes wherever I could find them. Some small features have been brought over from Misc. Nitpicks (visit to see details) INSTALLING Run the TSLPatcher and choose between one of the two options, the default package or the "Plus" package. The latter includes some tasteful (disclaimer: bias) changes done by me and more restorations of items I deemed useless or redundant (ie: Teta's Royal Band). I should warn you to choose your option carefully because you'll only be able to switch it after uninstalling the previous one clean, which for most mods with module injections, if not done right away with the proper backups will turn from a tedious matter to a near impossible one. In most cases this can only be cleanly achieved though a reinstall of the game. I also recommend installing my own K1 Armor Nitpicks or JC's Mandalorian Armor for K1 (these are compatible with each other by the way) as they will compliment this mod well. All icons were designed to look good alongside vanilla ones and I won't be doing high resolution versions for them. If the authors of any HD icon packs want to include icons for this mod they're hereby allowed to, I'll link them here. Ignore any warnings about skipping files during installation, that's normal patcher procedure. Errors are not, however. COMPATIBILITY "Weapons & Armor, Uncut" is compatible with the K1 Community Patch but I wouldn't advise to install it alongside the Restoration Project due to overlaps. If using the "Plus" install then any mod that changes any .uti files inside this tslpatchdata folder will be overwritten in that regard. I can't vouch for virtually every mod in existence (were you expecting me to do that?) but all my other stuff is compatible. This mod only works with the English version of Knights of the Old Republic. I did not use string references anywhere, but if there is enough demand for localization support then I will redo it that way and leave the translation to the interested party.
