  2. View File KotOR2 Improved AI Improves the AI of KotOR 2. I know there are other Improved AI mods out there, but here is my version. Hope you guys are gonna like it. Changes: - Enemy forceusers now use Saber Styles and Force Forms if they have one (unfortunately by default most NPCs don't have one) - Enemy forceusers now use all force powers that they have (previously the AI ignored some force powers completely) - Enemy forceusers now use force buffs more often (Force Speed, Force Armor ect...) - NPCs with the Force Jump feat actually do force jumps if they are further than 10m from the target - Enemys reactivate shields after 21s - Some minor bug fixes Submitter GearHead Submitted 02/07/2024 Category Mods TSLRCM Compatible Yes
  3. View File KotOR2 Stronger Sith Lords This mod makes Darth Nihilus, Darth Sion and Darth Traya stronger. I also replaced the 3 purple lightsabers that Darth Traya summons with Sith Assassins, in my opinion they make more sense than lightsabers that you can drain of their HP with Death Field like they were living beings. Warning: If you don’t use TSLRCM running the installer will result in 4 error messages, this is normal, the mod is intalled perfectly. And if you use TSLRCM than the mod should install without any error messages. Submitter GearHead Submitted 02/05/2024 Category Mods TSLRCM Compatible Yes

  7. View File KotOR2 Companion Fix This mod corrects companion stats. For example Visas is level 6 when she joins you but she only has 30 HP, this is not the correct value , 54 is. The mod corrects these kind of tiny bugs and makes companion stats what they should have been to begin with. Requires a new game to work. A simple CLI to easily compare KOTOR file formats. This is a very simple CLI to PyKotor. If you find TSLPatcher isn't patching the resulting files in the way you want, you can use this tool to compare your manual changes to the resulting TSLPatcher result. You can also use it to compare entire installations, directories, or single files. How to use: Simply run the executable. It'll ask you for 3 paths: PATH1 Path to the first K1/TSL install, file, or directory to diff. PATH2 Path to the second K1/TSL install, file, or directory to diff. OUTPUT_LOG File name/path of the desired output logfile (defaults to log_install_differ.log in the current directory) If you point PATH1 and PATH2 to two KOTOR installs, it will ONLY compare the Override folder, the Modules folder, the Lips folder, the rims folder (if exists), the StreamWaves/StreamVoices folder, and the dialog.tlk file. This was a design choice to improve how long the differ takes to finish. This includes any subfolders within the aforementioned folder names. Supported filetypes/formats: TalkTable files (TLK) Any GFF file (DLG, UTC, etc) Any capsule (ERF, MOD, etc) Not supported: NCS, NSS Any file format that's not supported will have its SHA256 hash compared instead. CLI Support: This is a very flexible tool. You can send it command line arguments if you would like to use it in a 3rd party tool. Run `kotordiff.exe --help` to get a full syntax. If there's an error, the exit code will be 1. If the two paths match, the exit code will be 0. If the two paths don't match, exit code will be 2. FAQ: Couldn't I just open my two files with Holocron Toolset/ERFEdit/K-GFF etc? You could, but for me it became tedious to manually compare them side by side, expanding every node etc. Leave alone completely multiple files. This tool allows you to simply input two paths and have the full differences outputted and logged. A main benefit is it'll show you the exact GFF paths that differ. Output such as `Missing struct: "EntryList\5\RepliesList\3" {contents of the struct}` has been very useful. Why is my antivirus is flagging this? This is a false-positive and there's nothing I can do. Python source scripts are compiled to executables using PyInstaller, but unfortunately some antivirus's have been known to flag anything compiled with PyInstaller this way. The problem is similar to why your browser may warn you about downloading any files with the .EXE extension. This whole tool is open source, feel free to run directly from the source script: https://github.com/th3w1zard1/PyKotor/blob/master/Tools/KotorDiff/src/__main__.py There's a well-written article explaining why the false positives happen on their issue template: https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/blob/develop/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/antivirus.md TLDR: PyInstaller is an amazing tool, but antiviruses may flag it. This is not the fault of PyInstaller or my tool, but rather the fault of how some scummy users have chosen to use PyInstaller in the past. Please report any false positives you encounter to your antivirus's website, as reports not only improve the accuracy of everybody's AV experience overall, but also indirectly supports the PyInstaller project. Source code: https://github.com/th3w1zard1/PyKotor/blob/master/Tools/KotorDiff/src/__main__.py Credit: @Cortisol for creating the PyKotor library (i.e., 90% of the code for this tool)

Integrates Force powers from KOTOR II into KOTOR I. DETAILS This mod adds 6 Light side and 6 Dark side Force powers from KOTOR II to KOTOR I. Added powers: • Master Heal • Force Barrier • Improved Force Barrier • Master Force Barrier • Revitalize • Improved Revitalize • Drain Force • Improved Drain Force • Master Drain Force • Force Scream • Improved Force Scream • Master Force Scream I wanted any added powers to feel like they fit naturally in K1 while keeping faithful to their design in K2. For this and other reasons the following powers are excluded: • Powers restricted to prestige classes • Powers granted to the Exile through the story • Powers with hardcoded effects / that would take more involved scripting to implement (Mind Trick, Force Body, Force Deflection) • Battle Meditation - Try my mod Bastila Has TSL Battle Meditation to give this to Bastila as a unique starting power. • Master Energy Resistance - The Energy Resistance tree was rebalanced in KOTOR II so this power isn’t much better than Improved Energy Resistance in K1, at least not enough to justify it taking its own slot. • Master Revitalize - Level 21 power in K2, level capped at 20 in K1 This mod doesn’t give powers to NPCs and doesn’t touch AI scripts. This means enemies will not use the powers and party members will only use them if commanded to. The Force Scream VFX/sound, Revitalize VFX, and Force power icons are ported from KOTOR II. INSTALLATION To install, run TSLPatcher.exe (Required) Unaltered copies of any modified files will be placed in the “backup” folder in the location of TSLPatcher.exe. UNINSTALLATION 1. Remove the following files from override: • spells.2da • visualeffects.2da • effecticon.2da • k_fp_barrier1.ncs • k_fp_barrier2.ncs • k_fp_barrier3.ncs • k_fp_masterheal.ncs • k_fp_revitalize1.ncs • k_fp_revitalize2.ncs • k_fp_scream1.ncs • k_fp_scream2.ncs • k_fp_scream3.ncs • k_fp_drainforce1.ncs • k_fp_drainforce2.ncs • k_fp_drainforce3.ncs • ip_frcbarrier01.tga • ip_frcbarrier02.tga • fp_frcebarrier03.tga • ip_frcscream01.tga • ip_frcscream02.tga • ip_frcscream03.tga • ip_masterheal.tga • ip_revital01.tga • ip_revital02.tga • ip_drainforce01.tga • ip_drainforce02.tga • ip_drainforce03.tga • v_frcscrm1.mdl & .mdx • v_frcscrm2.mdl & .mdx • v_frcscrm3.mdl & .mdx • v_revite.mdl & .mdx • v_pro_scream.wav • fx_slash04.tpc 2. Replace dialog.tlk in the main game folder with the unaltered version in the backup folder. 3. Move any remaining files in the backup folder to override. COMPATIBILITY AND NOTES Should be compatible with any other mod as long it uses TSLPatcher or you install this mod after. Worst case if another mod adds any of the same powers you will have two versions of it. The only mod I know of is InSidious' Four Force Powers which adds a similar Revitalize power. From k_inc_force it seems that some of the powers in KOTOR II don’t function exactly like they’re described. For example the Revitalize powers heal a flat amount instead of a percentage as stated in the description. Drain Force steals a maximum of 20 FP from an enemy, not 10, and Improved Drain Force affects multiple enemies in a range, instead of a single enemy. Some of these seem to be intentional changes that were just never updated in the Force power description. I decided to implement the powers the same way they function in TSL and correct the descriptions. I’m not sure it’s possible to add custom casting animations so Force Scream uses the regular “hand out” animation instead of the “fury” animation it uses in KOTOR II. PERMISSIONS Please don’t reupload this without my permission. CREDITS offthegridmorty KOTOR Tool - Fred Tetra TSLPatcher, TalkEd - stoffe, Fair Strides This mod contains assets from SW: KOTOR II TSL

Description: In terms of commoner clothing, Obsidian added various new outfits for their NPCs in Kotor 2. The default 'potato sack' outfit was given a stylish facelift, the bloodied Outcast outfit was replaced with the Refugee outfits we see today and on Telos we saw the introduction of a new noble outfit. This mod will port those Kotor 2 clothing textures to Kotor 1... but with a twist! The Kotor 1 Community Patch does the same thing as Obsidian did, it replaced K1's 'potato sack' outfit "N_CommM01" with Kotor 2's default outfit and Gendar's bloodied Outcast outfit "N_CommM07" was replaced with an Refugee outfit. This mod won't do that, instead, K1's 'potato sack' and K2's default clothing shall be two different outfits NPCs can wear. The removal of the clothing replacement is most pronounced in the Outcast village where almost every NPC now wears a Refugee outfit instead of the K1 bloodied Outcast outfit... except for the Outcasts infected with the Rakghoul disease, their clothing shall still use the K1 bloodied Outcast outfit texture. This mod shall also add the K2 noble outfit, but even this outfit has a twist of its own! In K2, the male noble outfit was blue whilst the female noble outfit was purple... in this mod, you will find 2 noble outfits across the galaxy: a blue male and female noble outfit and a purple male and female outfit. In the latest 1.1 update, I've added the new clothing from the K1 Enhancement Pack modder's resource. This will come in the form of an alternative installation which will work great with the previous K2 to K1 Clothing component. In addition to the K1EP clothing, I've added compatibility for the latest update of the Restored Content for K1CP Demo, if you have that mod installed the new clothing added in this mod shall be gloveless as they are in that mod. If you aren't familiar with any of the above mentioned outfits, please check the screenshots on the mod page so you'll know whether or not this mod is for you. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs, but if there feel free to report it to me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Please report any incompatibilities! 16. View File KotorDiff A simple CLI to easily compare KOTOR file formats. About This File Knights Of The Old Republic II: [THE SITH LORDS] ================================================ Author: MetaBee Name: K2 Improved Gameplay Mod v2.5 Description: This mod aims to improve the game play, as well as to fix incorrect parameters within certain 2da file rows. For example, the saving throws of all the Prestige Classes are actually incorrect, or either unfinished. This mod will fix that. It also aims to balance out combat, influence - skills ect. This mod makes it possible, to now reach higher LvL's in the game before you finish. Its possible to reach LvL 40 now, and maybe 50," Provided one does all bonus quests as well as take all advantages off XP opportunities. In the OG game, even if you do so, you will only make it to 30 -32 "Without Exploiting". Bearing in mind i'm including TSLRCM. How does this work ? Simple, you will accumulate more XP from killing hostiles, as well as require less XP to Lvl up. The balance to this, is that your enemies will now be stronger, have more HP, and will be overall better to combat with. Note: Lvl's will appear to be fast, especially in the beginning - however a grand total of 880 000 XP is Required to reach Lvl 50. For more details, see ReadMeDetails.txt located in the mod. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I highly recommend getting Stoffe's Improved Ai Mod, In conjunction With My Mod. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Compatible: This Mod, is compatible with TSLRCM 1.8.5 Incompatible: With any files that conflicts with these files. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Install: Run the Tslpatcher, and point it to your Knights of The Old Republic II Games Directory. Uninstall: Simply delete the files, and copy the backup files to where they were. "For specific instructions, please refer to the ReadMeInstall.txt - that comes with the mod" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bugs: None known, let me know if you encounter any. Permission: This mod is not permitted to be uploaded, other than by the author. Credits: *Deadlystream *Modders for Tools Needed. *All Kotor 1 & Tsl Participants
  22. Greetings, fellow Jedi! In current TSL playthrough I'm looking forwards to use PFHH01 head model as the PC's head appearance. Everything looks right not until I saw her facial animation particularly with single-wield ready stance for melee weapon, as seen in the screenshot below -- It's with the mouth if anyone's wondering. Also don't mind the small dot on her forehead, it's just something on the texture I added, hahah. - while it also appear on the character-menu there. But apparently it looks differently with dual-wield; it's looking pretty normal, and I suspect [or wish] that's how it should have looked in the first place. Therefore, if I'm about to fix that, where should I start? I thought it was about the animations in the head model and were thinking about copy-pasting the dual-wield to single-wield but apparently that's not the case. Much thanks for considering this, and may the Force be with you.
  23. Hi guys!!! I've decided start a new (which I think different of all I've seen) topic and I believe it can be interesting. In this, my next Play-through with TSL, my intention is indicate the MODs I'm installing at each time of game play and, as far as possible, the results. It's basically for three main reasons. First, the combination of several MODs can help somebody to choose/confirm an election due some compatibility doubts or simply for a nice game play. Second, usually I install the MODs just before they're involved (although there is a large list of them that must be installed before start a Play-through and others that the timeline/story line is indifferent) and due the enormous quantity of MODs available, the Community can help me to choose my next MODs to install according with my story line in the game, within a previous selection, compatibility issues, recommendations, warnings and opinions. All will be welcome. Third reason, because I like the idea. My choices are absolutely mine with no other consideration that enjoy and (a MUST) try to keep the compatibility along the game, so, please, let no one be offended if I use one MOD and not other. Anyway, several times my final choice change from one day to another. Of course this "in Real Time" (more or less) selection will not be a guarantee to finish successfully the game and/or see a MOD in all its grandeur due the complexity of a lot of MODs working together. It's a risk that I am prepared to run. And you? Anyway it can be funny. How can it be otherwise all the credits are for the authors of the MODs who deserve a very well recognized tribute. Well, finished my 'statement of intentions' I'll say that the Play-through is based on TSLRCM 1.8.5 + M4-78EP ---------------------------------------------------------------- Let's start After a fresh installation of KotOR 2 - TSL and before start the Playthrough Order of Installation 01 - Patch 1.0b (I think that my recently recovered english version of TSL is the US version and the Patch 1.0a can't be applied. Anyway you can found all Patches and versions here at DS). 02 - HQ Movies Update Patch (all 6 parts) 1.0 By Sith Holocron (according to the description it must be installed before than TSLRCM) https://deadlystream.com/files/file/813-hq-movies-update-patch-all-6-parts/ Statement: I wanted install HQ Music Update Patch 1.0 By Sith Holocron but I realize too late I had to do it before install TSLRCM and obviously other MODs. I'm sorry. Next time. https://deadlystream.com/files/file/814-hq-music-update-patch/ 03 - TSL Restored Content Mod 1.8.5 By zbyl2 https://deadlystream.com/files/file/578-tsl-restored-content-mod/ 04 - M4-78 Enhancement Project 1.5 By zbyl2 https://deadlystream.com/files/file/277-m4-78-enhancement-project/ 05 - KOTOR 2 Community Patch 1.4 By A Future Pilot https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1280-kotor-2-community-patch/ -------------------------------------------------------------------- BTW!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't like NOTHING that now the Posts merge itselfs. In any case, give that option to the users would be nice enough. -------------------------------------------------------------------- (Ara ve quan el pengen) Well, this a combination of three MODs that reskin the interior of the Ebon Hawk and all of them are 'Drag and Drop' files. Some files coincide the name so you have to choose which file you like. If someone is interested I can upload the list I made. 04a - Hi-res Ebon Hawk By FF97 https://deadlystream.com/files/file/500-hi-res-ebon-hawk/?tab=comments 04b - The EbonHawk-HDTP R1 By desmasic https://deadlystream.com/files/file/442-the-ebonhawk-hdtp/?tab=comments#comment-6942 04c - Ebon Hawk Texture Enhancement 1.0 By Fallen Guardian https://deadlystream.com/files/file/282-ebon-hawk-texture-enhancement/ Statement: As I am still testing things and I'm still at the Prologue (no real Play-through yet) with the damaged surrounds of the EH, I'll wait to install MODs in which I am very interested as 'KOTOR2 Animated Ebon Hawk Monitors (not including Galaxy Map) 1.1' by Sith Holocron and Xarwarz, or 'KOTOR2 More Subtle Animated Ebon Hawk Monitors (still not including Galaxy Map) 1.2' by Sith Holocron and Dark Hope (they are not complementary as I thought the first time). -------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE / Add-on about reskin of the Ebon Hawk. I've included some files of the MOD 'KOTOR2 Animated Ebon Hawk Monitors (not including Galaxy Map) 1.1' although I want to see the REAL effect with the Hawk repaired and, as all are Drag and Drop files MODs I still can change some things easily. I don't want overload the thread with unnecessary screenshots so I'll wait until later to upload them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've made some adjustments at my combination of files. I've removed 'CM_Baremetal.tga', changed some files related with screens and added some '.txi' files that @ebmar uploaded some time ago (you can find them within the posts of https://deadlystream.com/files/file/442-the-ebonhawk-hdtp/?tab=comments#comment-6942). This is the result, the screenshots diminishes the effect, you'd HAVE to see it in game!!!!! ! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 05 - Prologue sensor droids fix By danil-ch https://deadlystream.com/files/file/430-prologue-sensor-droids-fix/?tab=comments A funny MOD. I like a lot. 06 - Improved Peragus Asteroid Fields 1.2 By Vasilii Zaytsev https://deadlystream.com/files/file/321-improved-peragus-asteroid-fields/ 07 - [TSL] High Quality Starfields and Nebulas 1.3 By Kexikus https://deadlystream.com/files/file/492-tsl-high-quality-starfields-and-nebulas/?tab=comments Statement: I've found different files related with Peragus so I've installed both MODs 08 - Darth Sapien's Presents T3M4 HD 2k 1.00 By Darth_Sapiens https://deadlystream.com/files/file/514-darth-sapiens-presents-t3m4-hd-2k/?tab=comments Really a very nice, nice, nice work with T3-M4. 24. Anyone know how to fix or can fix (A better Mira) mod by corpsecotillion I really like the mod. but unfortunately it has some bugs. Following these instructions fixes the head mesh issue "The head model expects a file mirahe.tga, make a copy of p_mirah.tga and rename it to mirahe.tga.I believe the name for the body texture is also incorrect, P_MiraA01.tga should be P_MiraA.tga" But even with the headmesh fix the teeth of the model clip through when Mira is talking and it's weird and buggy. Alternative request: Change Mira's default hair to the one in the mod
  25. Would anyone be willing to do a head replacer for Mira that utilizes DarthParametric's Kira Carsen head but retains Mira's default appearance in her armor/clothing? I have the same outfit on Kira in SWTOR from the Cartel Market, so I wanted to see if this was something possible to do in K2.
