Unique Qel-Droma Robes for JC's Cloaked Robes
By StellarExile
A lot of us have been bothered by the fact that the Qel-Droma robes have no unique texture. There are mods for this, but none for JC's Cloaked Robes. Luckily, @Salk made a version but never actually released it. With his permission, I am releasing it here. Enjoy!
Requirements:
This mod requires JC's Cloaked Robes in order to work properly.
Installation:
Move the files to your Override, to uninstall, simple remove them.
Compatibility:
Will not be compatible with any mod that edits the Qel-Droma Robes.

HD Icons for JC's Extra Saber Colors
By StellarExile
JC's Extra Saber Colors is a wonderful mod that adds five new colors into KOTOR 1 based off of those from TSL. If you aren't using the mod, I recommend using it right now. However, the mod used modified versions of vanilla icons and being a user of Jack's HD Icon Pack, I sought to make a patch between the two. Now thanks to @Effix, this mod came to be. It simply features altered versions of Jack's icons in the style of JC's to ensure continuity. An alternate viridian option is also included.
Requirements:
This mod requires the use of JC's Saber Colors, and must be installed first. It will not work without it. The use of Jack's HD Icons is also recommended for consistency.
Installation:
Move the files to your Override folder. These will replace the ones there. It is recommended you backup the original versions before installing this mod. They have the same file names as the ones in the folder.
Uninstallation:
Remove the files and restore the old ones.
Permissions:
Because this mod stems from the work of multiple authors, please do not redistribute it.

Alternate Stasis Icon
By StellarExile
While looking through the game files I noticed an icon called "ip_stasis." I always thought the original stasis icon looked a little off looking like a weird cube that was probably meant for some other power. In fact I believe this was meant to be the original icon. This mod replaces it with the one I found.
Update:
I also discovered a blue version of the icon. It has been added for anyone who wants to use it.
Install:
Move the file to your override. To uninstall, remove it.
Compatibility:
Will not be compatible with any mod that edits the ip_hold file. But as far as I know, none do.
Permissions:
Feel free to do as you please with this mod.

Revised: Czerka Armor and Appearance Fix
By garm343
Czerka Corp is one of the biggest business entities in the galaxy, employing billions of sentients on who knows how many planets. Yet in the vanilla version of K1, the developers made some weird (to my mind) decisions on how to depict the employees of this vast corporate empire. JC's Korriban: Back in Black mod recognized and corrected the odd decision the developers made to have Czerka employees wearing Sith military uniforms, but this weirdness regarding Czerka is not just limited to Korriban. On Tatooine, there are personnel identified as Czerka employees who are dressed as commoners. On both Tatooine and Kashyyyk there are Czerka guards patrolling their areas unarmed. It could be argued that these might be local contracted labor who therefore don't get uniforms, but I don't really picture this for security personnel, who serve as the only type of law enforcement in places like Anchorhead, or for the crews of the sandcrawlers, who operate specialized equipment that was imported to the planet. On Kashyyyk, a particularly dangerous planet, you would expect to have every security person armed and wearing armor to protect them from the wildlife and to deal with potential rebellion by the people they are enslaving. That's not to say there's absolutely no place for independent contractors, but I think those characters would be mostly people operating small businesses under license, like the bartenders in Dreshdae and Anchorhead, the weapons dealer in Dreshdae, or the Ithorians running the hunting club or the droid shop in Anchorhead. I also didn't like that only human and Twi'lek employees got uniforms, especially when the Ithorian on Kashyyyk held what seemed to be a very important position there. This mod seeks to address these issues by appropriately clothing all Czerka personnel and providing armor for those employees who should have it.

Czerka Armor and Appearance Fixes for Star WarsTM - Knights of the Old Republic
by garm343
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Version 1.4 completed 2/13/22
Description: This updates the previous mod, adding new armor skins and correcting certain errors present in v1.0:
1. New 1.4 skins are now the default installations for Czerka armor. These new skins are a closer approximation of the colors of the Czerka uniform: darker greens and a more peach shade of orange.
2. It has been pointed out to me that Fodo Medoo, the pazaak-playing Rhodian dock worker on Kashyyyk explicitly states that he works for Czerka as a contract laborer and therefore does not get a uniform. This mod will now leave Fodo in his default appearance.
3. In v1.0, the mod failed to alter Carth friend Jordo's clothing to the green Czerka supervisor's uniform. This error has been corrected. See the v1.0 information below.
The armor stats remain unchanged and the mod will still appropriately arm and armor all Czerka paramilitary personnel.
Installation: Remains unchanged as in v1.0. However, while the v1.4 skins are the defaults, the v1.0 can still be installed if you preferred the originals. To overwrite the new skins, just copy everything in the 1.0 Skins folder and paste them in your game's Override folder. You can switch it back to the new skins by following the same procedure with the files in the 1.4 Skins folder, or mix and match as you like.
Uninstallation, compatibilities and K1R: Remains the same as in v1.0.
Acknowledgements: In addition to those listed in the v1.0 acknowledgements, I would like to thank JDub96 for pointing out the errors in the mod and suggesting the look for the new skins. My apologies for it taking so long to make these changes.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Version: 1.0 completed 9/24/20
Description: This mod makes several changes to the appearances and capabilities of characters employed by Czerka Corp:
1. All human and Twi'lek non-paramilitary Czerka personnel wear Czerka uniforms. Czerka employees on Korriban wear standard Czerka uniforms instead of Sith military uniforms. The Czerka miners on Tatooine and Mission's brother Griff also wear Czerka uniforms.
2. The Rodians Greeta and Fodo and the Ithorian Janos wear varients of the Czerka uniform that are fitted for their respective species.
3. All Czerka personnel working in the paramilitary departments of the company such as security, slaving or hunting are appropriately armed for their jobs and also wear custom Czerka armor which displays an employee's rank by the number of stat bars on the chest (for men) or sleeves (for women). There are six ranks (loosely based on police ranks) in all. Rank determines the type of armor worn by the employee:
Stat Bars Rank Armor
===============================================================================================
0 Guard Czerka Light Armor
1 Constable Czerka Light Armor
2 Officer Czerka Mod I Armor
3 Sergeant Czerka Mod II Armor
4 Lieutenant Czerka Mod III Armor
Special Captain or higher Czerka Medium Armor
This armor can be obtained in game and worn by PCs. It comes in five varieties:
---------------------------------
Czerka Light Armor
Base Class: 4
Note: Basically just a standard combat suit bearing the Czerka colors and logo. No special features.
---------------------------------
Czerka Mod I Armor
Base Class: 4, Upgradable
Armor Reinforcement: +1 Defense Bonus
Mesh Underlay: Resist 5/- vs. Energy
---------------------------------
Czerka Mod II Armor
Base Class: 4, Upgradable
Armor Reinforcement: +2 Defense Bonus
Resist 10/- vs. Slashing
Mesh Underlay: Resist 10/- vs. Energy
Resist 5/- vs. Fire
----------------------------------
Czerka Mod III Armor
Base Class 4, Upgradable
Armor Reinforcement: +3 Defense Bonus
Resist 10/- vs. Slashing
Resist 10/- vs. Piercing
Mesh Underlay: Resist 15/- vs. Energy
Resist 10/- vs. Fire
-----------------------------------
Czerka Medium Armor
Base Class: 6, Upgradable
Attribute Bonus: +1 Dexterity
Armor Reinforcement: +2 Defense Bonus
Mesh Underlay: Resist 20/- vs. Universal
For everyone concerned that this mod will cause the all-green Czerka commander's uniform to disappear from the game (since only Captain Dehno and Commander Dern wear it in the original game), don't worry. That uniform has been reassigned to non-paramilitary personnel who work in supervisory positions like the mining team leader on Tatooine, the guy who manages the Czerka general store on Korriban, or Carth's friend Jordo who is apparently a cargo ship's captain.
Installation: Double-click on the installer icon and when prompted direct it to your game folder (“swkotor”, in most cases). After selecting the folder, the mod will install automatically.
Uninstallation: Delete the files in your Override folder that have the same names as the files found in the mod’s tslpatchdata folder. Replace the .2da files in the Override folder with the ones from the mod’s backup folder if you have previously-installed mods you want to keep that altered these .2da files.
Compatibility: This mod is compatible with any other mod that does not share the same .utc, .uti, .utp and .tga, file names as those found in this mod’s tslpatchdata folder. If any such files are present in your Override folder, this mod will not install properly. There may be incompatibilities of this mod's Korriban .utc files with JC's Korriban: Back in Black mod, but I am not certain, since JC's mod installs content at the module level and I do not know if this adds files into the Override folder or not.
K1R Compatible: Yes

K1 Stormie97 & Effix's Ahsoka/Togruta

Knights of the Old Republic
--------------------------------------------
TITLE: K1 Stormie97 & Effix's Ahsoka/Togruta
AUTHORS: Stormie97 & Effix(ian)
CONTACT: PM us on the forums or find me on Steam
------------------------
INSTALLATION
------------------------
Unzip somewhere and run the file "TSLPatcher - Install K1 Stormie97 and Effixs Ahsoka Togruta.exe".
----------------------
DESCRIPTION
----------------------
This mod adds a Togruta player character that's based on Ahsoka Tano.
The dark side transition is basic, she gets movie style Sith eyes.
The underwear is based on the outfit of a Twi'lek NPC.
The clothing is a tweaked version of my (TSL) Mission Vao Jacket mod, which is a reskin of the scout outfit. There's no separate class clothing and no height differences for the different classes.
The screenshot is from K2, but things should look the same. You'd need a mod to get white light sabers, though.
--------------------------
KNOWN ISSUES
--------------------------
There's clipping issues with the lekku in combination with some outfits.
The custom clothing can cause some wrong textures in the character creator, but things will be fine once you start playing.
-------------------------
UNINSTALLING
-------------------------
1. Remove the following files from your override folder:
(not harmful if you leave these, step 2 will make the game ignore them)
P_AhsokaBB01.tga
PFBTG_Ahsoka01.tga
PFHAHS.mdl
PFHAHS.mdx
PFHAHS.tga
PFHAHSD.tga
PFHAHSD1.tga
PFHAHSD2.tga
PFHAHSD3.tga
po_PFHAHS.tga
po_PFHAHSD.tga
po_PFHAHSD1.tga
po_PFHAHSD2.tga
po_PFHAHSD3.tga
2. If you haven't installed any head mods after this mod you can get the following files from the mod's backup folder and put them back in your override folder:
appearance.2da
heads.2da
portraits.2da
Doing this when you did add another head mod would result in the later head(s) no longer being available in the game.
------------------------------------
DISTRIBUTION NOTES
------------------------------------
If you want to use the head then you'd have to ask Stormie97.
You can use my part of this mod in your own mod if you credit me.

Male Scoundrel DS Underwear Fix
By StellarExile
As many of you probably already know, the DS underwear for male scoundrels uses the incorrect texture. Mods like Rob's New Underwear fixed the issue, but there was no standalone mod. All this mod does is replace the incorrect texture with the correct one from the Xbox version thanks to DarthParametric. If you are looking for a more extensive underwear mod, I recommend either Rob's or Effix's Republic Underwear Bodysuits. (which contains this fix). To install, just move the file in the folder to your Override folder. To uninstall, simply take it out. of course, it will be incompatible with any mods that edit the same file, so you'll have to choose one. Enjoy!

K1 Effixian's Twi'lek PC Pack
By Effix
---------------------------------------------
Knights of the Old Republic
---------------------------------------------
TITLE: K1 Effixian's Twi'lek PC Pack
AUTHOR: Effix(ian)
CONTACT: PM me on the forums or find me on Steam
-----------------------
DESCRIPTION
-----------------------
This mod pack can add 12 female and 9 male Twi'lek player characters and is a spin off of my K2 version. Most are based on vanilla NPC Twi'leks from either games and a few are unique.
All the females have matching custom underwear that's based on the Twi'lek NPCs outfits. The males get a white K2 version that can become black if they go darkside. They are not in line with the vanilla K1 underwear because I didn't really feel like doing 63 versions
The dark side transitions are a bit more subtle than vanilla player characters (most become more pale, females get very subtle veins showing). The eyes become like yellow Sith eyes as seen in the movies. A few characters have something extra as they progress to the dark side, see the screenshots.
There's an optional extra installer for making the female clothing the same as their underwear (jumpsuits).
P.S. The screenshots are from K2, but things should look the same.
-------------------------
INSTALLATION
-------------------------
Unzip somewhere. There's a folder "Installer", run the file "Effixians_K1_Twilek_PC_Pack.exe". Now you can select which of the 20 player characters you want to install. Once you've done that you press the "Install Mod" button and point the installer to the main location of your game folder.
If you install more than one of the females then the installer will give warnings about you already having certain files, it's not a problem, warnings aren't errors.
It can appear that the installer is not responding/seems to have crashed, just give it a minute or so and it will be truely done.
---------------------------
KNOWN ISSUES
---------------------------
There are clipping issues with some outfits, especially with the Lekku and the male throat. In KotOR 1 the 3 classes use different heights, I kept that in but I'm not sure yet if that's the best approach (It is cool, but doesn't reduce those clipping issues). Feel free to give feedback on it.
A few chars have custom clothing (Female Red, Yuthura, Adult Mission). They can make the character creation seem glitched out, but things will be fine once you start the game.
--------------------------
UNINSTALLING
--------------------------
1. For details on which files to clean up, see the .rtf file inside the tslpatchdata folder and then the folder that matches the character you've installed. You can also launch the installer again to see that text and then just not proceed with the install.
2. The installer creates a backup folder with appearance.2da, heads.2da and portraits.2da, you can place those back if you want to undo installing one character. However, those are snapshots of your previous situation, if you install 2 characters then your backup files will be as if you had only installed that first char.
If you haven't added any mods before then removing the above .2da files from the Override folder will make the game use the unmodded files again.

Short Collar for Bastila Clothes
By LadyTevish
This is a mod to shorten the collar of Bastila's clothes. I think it makes her look less stuffy and more relaxed. 🙂
When used in conjunction with a 'Bastila Clothes for PC' mod, this will prevent the neck clipping which is sometimes seen when using a custom head/body.
Installation: Copy the desired files into your Override folder.
Bugs: This mod isn't compatible with any other mods that change the default clothes for the female PC or Bastila. I did my best to line up the vertices but there may be the occasional slip.

Gold Jedi Star Forge Robes
By LadyTevish
Have you ever wished that the Star Forge Robes were more like the jedi robes you have been wearing throughout the game? This mod will replace the standard Star Forge Robes with the gold robes that are seen being worn by some of the jedi around the enclave and in cutscenes. Custom icon included! Solid black versions will replace Revan's Robes.
Installation: Run The TSL Patcher.
Bugs: Because the default Star Forge/Revan Robes use the male texture for both male and female PCs, the TSL Patcher fixes this by giving the female PC her own texture. However this will not work if you use a female PC mod with a custom body model. I have included the files for the female PC in this case, just copy them into your Override folder after you run the patcher. They will only be usable by the PC and female companions (you can still put them on males, they will just look odd).
Credits:
-BioWare for the best SW game ever.

Heyorange's Sith Uniform Reformation
By heyorange
Heyorange's Sith Uniform Reformation
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
Author: Heyorange (aka Pataschka)
Version: 1.0
DESCRIPTION:
This mod is a bunch of reskins of the sith officer uniforms. Different uniforms with different rank insignias were given to different officers throughout the game to give a bit more realistic look.
Aside from that, the uniform of the Admiral Saul Karath was changed and a new reskin for sith students was added.
The Mod is devided into 3 parts:
1. Heyorange's Sith Uniform Reformation - the main part of the mod
2. Sith Students + Czerka on Korriban fix - reskin of the standart sith uniforms for Korriban sith students and fix for Czerka workers on Korriban to have correct uniforms
3. K1R fix - A reskin of the sith uniform for the added wounded officer on the Leviathan by the K1R modification
INSTALLATION:
This mod doesn't have TSLPatcher so to install it copy desired files to your Override folder:
- If you are using mods such as "Back in Black" or any other mod that changes the uniforms of the sith students and fixes Czerka workers then copy only files from "Heyorange's Sith Uniform Reformation" folder to your Override folder
- If you don't have any mods affecting the appearance of the sith students and czerka officers then copy the files both from "Heyorange's Sith Uniform Reformation" and "Sith Students + Czerka on Korriban fix" folders to your Override folder
- If you are using K1R modification than copy the files from all of 3 folders to your Override folder
COMPABILITY:
Would be incompatible with any mods that change the model of the sith officers. Should work both with vanilla game and K1R.
PERMISSIONS:
I am giving my permission to use any part of this mod to anyone as long as I am credited as the original author

K2 Style Dialogue for T3-M4 [K1]
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
Author: N-DReW25
1.2.0 Release Date: 04.03.2022
Installation:
Simply Copy and Paste or Drag and Drop ALL the files within the "For Override" into your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder
Uninstall:
Remove or Delete the files from your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder
Description:
Even if you've played the game for less than a day, you might've realized by then that the party member T3-M4 is rather lackluster and is overall useless in your journey across the galaxy.
In Obsidian's sequel, T3-M4 is improved by a long shot when compared to his first appearance in Kotor 1. This mod aims to recreate some of the new improvements from Kotor 2 for Kotor 1.
What does this mod do? It does the following:
* You can ask T3-M4 for Computer Spikes outside the Ebon Hawk.
* T3's Computer Spike Dialogue can be repeated meaning you can get the maximum amount of Computer Spikes from T3 in a single dialogue sitting.
* T3 can now be used as a portable Workbench.
Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.
Incompatibilities:
Would be incompatible with any mods which modify T3-M4's main dialogue.

[K1] Companion Sidequest Rewards
By Masamune753
Brings a version of TSL’s richer companion interactions to K1. Grants character specific benefits after finishing their sidequests.
Description:
I am a big believer that story and gameplay should effect each other as much as possible. In TSL that is fulfilled by lots of real benefits for engaging with party members. The same should be true for K1...but the features just aren't there. The bones for what we see in TSL exists as the upgrade system for HK-47, so that is the foundation I built this on.
This mod works by leveling up companions and equipping custom items to their hidden inventory slot when you finish their relevant quest or dialog. The goal is to provide some unique incentive for fully experiencing each character's storyline.
The specific triggers for each rewards are below (potential spoilers):
Each party member, besides Bastila, will receive the following bonuses (Mod/Story Spoilers):
Some quests can end in more than one way, in those cases rewards will be granted (or not) in a way that makes sense for the character. If you are not seeing a reward (Level up + bonus) after finishing a quest, you should after having a follow-up discussion with them.
For some, K1's difficulty can already feel low. While I have done my best to keep these bonuses balanced, completing these quests will increase the overall power of your party. Because of this, I'd recommend a mod that increases the overall difficulty, such as Zulkain's Impossible Difficulty Restored.
Compatibility (updated 3/4/2022):

TK-664's Korriban
By TK-664
Cue the Korriban monastery in KotOR. The charming place where Malak's foul-mouthed underlings train, aspiring to one day achieve Bandon levels of douchery. Despite all their shortcomings, I did always like the militarized aspect of the Sith they had in place.
This mod alters relevant characters all over the planet, following a sort of dress code, almost. Students wear standard uniforms while away from the academy (though most still do wear them inside as well), with higher ranked Sith having more distinct uniforms themselves. Anyone expecting to break a sweat, or hopefuls seeking to gain prestige like Yourself are dressed in battle-ready robes.
There's some further details - Czerka officers wear the company drab; the bay mechanic switched to more comfortable working clothes; female Twi'lek residents dress modestly now (as supposed? Very likely a mistake, as they had actual clothing equipped but their appearance was the identical albeit static alien one); crazy hermit Jorak Uln has a tattered old uniform; A redeemed Yuthura will now ditch the Sith outfit in favor of simple clothing...
I upgraded all lite Sith appearances to albino, including Hijata (whose dialogue I chose not to restore). Citizen lite models were not upgraded, better turn to another mod for that such as K1 Lite Upgrader by @AFP. Other than this, I took the liberty of minimizing the dreaded "clone effect" since it's especially egregious on Korriban, having up to 5 instances of the same head in the same module and at times a few feet from each other.
Also, it turns out in respect to Korriban that plenty of files are a proper mess. Included are fixes for various inconsistencies, appearance type oversights, misgendered npcs (thus restoring some gender specific dialogue; thanks to @ebmar about the Tariga finding - Tariga Gender on Tamlen DLG Fix), wrong soundsets, and blank inventories/feats/spells.
Install & Compatibility
Run the TSLPatcher. Ignore any warnings about skipping .mod files.
Patching this on top of K1CP might result in odd incidents such as duplicate drops and merged appearances from both mods. In case I needed to say it, other mods overhauling characters on Korriban aren't 100% compatible, most notably JC's Korriban: Back in Black for K1.
This mod only works with the English version of KotOR.

Juhani Male Romance
By LordCybot
A simple mod that goes in and tweaks the character flags for Juhani's dialogue file, her section of the Dantooine Grove dialogue file, and her scipt that allows a male PC to romance her.
She'll still refer to the PC as female since splicing audio is far beyond my capabilities, but I took the time to do this, and as far as I'm aware, the only other file that ever attempted to do this is broken.
Installation is simple and just requires moving the files to the Override folder. The only mods that might conflict would be those that edit Juhani's dialogue, her scripts, or one particular file for Dantooine (though I'm not aware of any mods that also alter this file.) Maybe one day I'll be good enough to make use of the TSLPatcher.
Many thanks to @ebmar and @DarthParametric for answering a couple questions I had that without which this mod would have not been possible.

Build-A-Bastila
By TK-664
Players who take in Bastila as their Sith apprentice probably find themselves disappointed that she isn't exactly the same as when she left your party, mechanically speaking. I don't claim to offer the optimal dark Jedi Sentinel builds here, but it's hard beating the atrocious vanilla stat allocation for last place.
Receive Bastila exactly how she first joined you in the Taris apartments or select from a list of available presets. You can switch your chosen build at any point during the game before reaching the Rakatan temple summit. Simply run the patcher again and pick a new spec.
This mod should be installed first, before any mods that affect party member Bastila at the Rakatan temple. If said mods are already installed then they must be reinstalled after this one.

Gamorrean Animations Pack
By Alvar007
Gamorrean Animations Pack
By Alvar007
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
DESCRIPTION: This mod adds a bunch of animations to the Gamorreans that were specified in the dialogue files but were missing in the model files.
The added animations are the following:
· Two grenade throwing animations retargeted from the male humanoid supermodel.
· One shield activation animation retargeted from the male humanoid supermodel.
· One inject animation retargeted from the male humanoid supermodel.
· One new custom TALK_FORCEFUL animation used in conversations.
INSTALLATION: Just run the .exe that comes with this download and select the game's installation main folder (NOT override).
COMPATIBILITY: This mod will work as long as you don't have any modifications in your gamorrean model files or their apprearance.2da rows.
BUGS: The combat parry and dodge animations for the player when facing the gamorreans will look as if they were facing a melee humanoid user due to the fact that I had to change their modeltype. Unfortunately there is no way around this.

Sion Force Heal K1
By Alvar007
New Force Power: Sion Force Heal
By Alvar007
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
DESCRIPTION: This mod adds a new Force Power to K1 based on Darth Sion's Force Rage Heal we can see in K2 and the end of a combat round. I've also added a custom effect texture for when the Force Power is being casted.
Includes:
· Ported animation.
· Ported icon and custom description.
INSTALLATION: Just run the .exe that comes with this download and select the game's installation main folder (NOT override).
COMPATIBILITY: This mod replaces the lightsaber throw loop animation with the rage one, so as long as you don't have any other mods replacing the S_Male02 supermodel files it should work fine. In case you do, you could merge them together, provided that they are not using the same animation already.
BUGS: The animation can get cancelled if you are running while casting the Force Power.

Darth Sion K1 Port
By Alvar007
Darth Sion K1 Port
By Alvar007
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
DESCRIPTION: This mod allows you to play as the Sith Lord Darth Sion from TSL. There is also a custom item robe that you can equip to play as him whenever you want in the game.
INSTALLATION: Just run the .exe that comes with this download and select the game's installation main folder (NOT override).
To use the custom item you need to enable cheats and type "giveitem darthsion_k1" without quotes in the console.
COMPATIBILITY: The item will only work if you didn't modify your appearance.2da before installing this mod. Otherwise you can change the .uti manually to make it work: just open the .uti with K-GFF Editor and change the "subtype" value in the second STRUCT ID inside PropertiesList (the one that has the PropertyName as 59 and not the other one with a value of 1 in that field) from 509 to whatever the row label is in your appearance.2da file. You will have to open it with Kotor Tool after patching it to know this.
BUGS: None that I'm aware of.

Jedi Diversity on the Star Forge
This mod changes the appearances of the Jedi that appear on the Star Forge, since the majority of them are clones. Now every Jedi has a unique appearance, including the addition of some extra alien races with models taken from TOR.
Installation:
Run INSTALL.exe.
It is recommended that you use this mod in conjunction with my Diversified Jedi Captives on the Star Forge mod, since this mod doesn’t alter the appearances of the captives on Deck 4. The use of my Dark Jedi Wear Robes mod is also recommended. It is also highly recommended that you use the K1 Community Patch, which makes a number of small edits to the Star Forge cutscenes (amongst a whole host of other fixes). Just be sure to install that first.
Warning: This mod requires that at least one of the following mods be installed in order to function:
JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1
JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Hybrid Robes for K1
JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Party Robes for K1
This is non-negotiable! JC’s added TSL supermodels from one of those mods must be present for the models in this mod to work.
To Do List:
The two Jedi that Malak toys with when you first encounter him at the end of Deck 3 are being choked, but don't have any SFX for it. I may add in some SFX for those at some point in the future, possibly in conjunction with/derived from a K1CP update.
Credits/Acknowledgements:
Thanks to @JCarter426 for the cloaked robes modder's resource. Thanks to @bead-v for KOTORMax and MDLEdit. Thanks to @ndix UR for TGA2TPC. Thanks to @Darth_Sapiens for the Cubemap Pack modder's resource. Nautolan, Kel Dor, and Rodian head models ported from The Old Republic MMO. K1 Party Herding Armband
A simple armband utility mod that I made for my own use when testing K1CP, because I was constantly annoyed at party members lagging behind and preventing me from transitioning to the next module. When activated it jumps the other two party members to the current party leader (i.e. whoever is using the armband). I figured other people might have a use for it as well.
Installation:
Run INSTALL.exe to install the mod. Add dp_ptyhrd_arm to your inventory via console or KSE. Equip to one of your armband inventory slots and activate by selecting it in the utility item slot in the UI (as you would a shield or adrenal).
Credits:
Icon taken from The Old Republic (and sloppily upscaled).

Dark Side Ending Cutscene Enhancement
This mod replaces the terrible low poly and sprite-based crowd in the Dark Side ending with a full 3D crowd. Due to engine limitations, these are static in order to preserve the frame rate, but the original only has some slight wobbling of the sprites anyway. The two animated Sith Officers that walk up and salute still remain, as in the original version, although they have been tweaked so that the transition from walking to saluting is a little less janky. Both now also bow in a later shot, as intended. Two doors that were missing have been added (also to the regular Temple Summit module) so Bastila and Revan have an obvious path to the dais besides Force Leap. Some of the level geometry has been consolidated to improve performance, since models with high individual mesh counts seem to tank the frame rate. As of v1.2, all the vanilla lightmaps have been completely replaced with entirely new higher resolution ones, cleaning up artefacts and adding in a lot of missing shadows.
Known Issues / To-Do List:
Currently, the DS credit sequence does not play in fullscreen when movies are enabled due to the requirement for additional exe patching not currently done by any existing widescreen patch. I have provided info about this to ndix UR for incorporation into his high res menu patcher, but there is no ETA on an update for that. In the meantime, for those willing to crack open a hex editor, here are the offsets you need to edit with your own resolution values in the CD/GOG exe:

@bead-v for MDLEdit and KOTORMax.
@ndix UR for TGA2TPC, TPCView, MDLOps 1.x.
@seedhartha for KOTORBlender for Blender 2.8+, especially for adding the lightmap baking feature.
Thanks to @ebmar for offering his 2¢ on various aspects and for prompting me to dig this one back out of the "on hiatus" pile.
Thanks to @N-DReW25 for suggesting the addition of the doors.

special effects [K1] Alignment Fancy Bits
By ebmar
This mod adds fancy VFX and SFX alignment change both to the dark side and light side in two available style; TOR and TSL.
-= BACKGROUND =-
Not much of a background -- just my curiosity fueled with @DarthParametric's invaluable insights and assistance trying something never been done [at least to release stage until this mod was attempted] and documented previously to K1 based on its successors; The Sith Lords and The Old Republic.
-= ABOUT THIS MOD =-
TOR style -- adds IN-cutscenes VFX and SFX based on TOR's TSL style -- adds POST-cutscenes VFX and SFX based on TSL's TOR style no SFX -- adds ONLY IN-cutscenes VFX based on TOR's TSL style no SFX -- adds ONLY POST-cutscenes VFX based on TSL's * Preview [v1.0.1] --
To its VFX base it's using ported TSL models and texture [for the dark side ones] provided by DarthParametric. As for the SFX, I had them ported from TSL -- originally comes as mus_s_darkshort and mus_s_lightshort.
-- provided as well user-friendly uninstaller for convenience purpose.
-= KNOWN ISSUES =-
TOR style -- at some potential cases [depending on how the cutscenes were set up] the SFX and/or VFX won't show up if the camera/frame far-off from the Player. In SFX's case -- because Players' presence on-screen's needed as they're the medium for the SFX output TSL style -- as using a spawned placeable's OnHeartbeat [which checks for and] to trigger the VFX and SFX for ONLY every ~3 seconds, they will not fired instantly. Delays are to be expected with this one. Also, as I didn't include ratio check to DS and LS gains sometimes you'll see LS status with DS' VFX/SFX and vice-versa. That often happens if there are multiple alignment sets in one continuous cutscenes There are module-specifics scripts that alter the alignment which is outside the scope of this mod -- at least at this current stage. With that in mind sometimes you won't see the mod's working although there are alignment change's happening
-= FINAL REMARKS =-
There's always room for improvements; reviews, critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks are much appreciated. PM me here, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and using this mod.
Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do!
-= INSTALLATION =-
Run the installer, pick only one of the available options then hit the [Install Mod ->] button!
-= UNINSTALLATION =-
Available in the _uninstall folder -- make sure to read the Readme first!
-= COMPATIBILITY =-
Is NOT compatible with mods that share the provision; doing same thing, same assets etc and/or anything that hard-overwrites 2DAs coming from this mod.
-= REDISTRIBUTION =-
I'd love to provide direct support to my work, which wouldn't be possible if they're scattered in the Unknown Regions -- so be considerate to not redistribute this mod or re-release it on any websites.
If you're to use the assets from this mod - please be kindly to ask for permission first -- that way I know what's up, and if it's interesting enough I might offer to be involved, hahah. Or at least we'll talk. Cheers!
