Sith Assassins -- With Lightsabers
By Shem
Original Review on Filefront:
This mod works very well for what it is intended to do. When I was playing Knights Of the Old Republic II I always found it strange that the sith assassins did not use lightsabers as their weapons. This mod fixes that, and it does it without any errors as far as I can see.
Nice work, keep on fixing the game for us.

[TSL] NPC Overhaul Mod
Author:
Kainzorus Prime
Mod Name:
NPC Overhaul Mod
*************************
Under NO circumstances is this, or any of my other,
mod(s) to be posted on ANY site other than by myself.
*************************
1. Info
===========
This mod attempts to fix the ‘clone effect’ which TSL is notorious for, across multiple locations.
It differentiates the NPCs in an attempt to eliminate several of them looking identical in one location, due to the way it was set up by Obsidian.
It also provides a different clothing for each starting Jedi class, rather than conform to a single texture across all of them.
Several shaders across multiple characters are also restored, such as the Mandalorians, Hutts, droids, etc.
2. Installation:
=========
Run the patcher for each listed location and let it do its magic. I apologize for the need to run it several times, but it’s the only viable way.

TSL Better Male Twi'lek Heads
This mod intends to address key issues with male Twi'lek heads in KOTOR II, most notably the addition of ear geometry.
The main improvements are the addition of ears and slimming down on the Bib Fortuna necks. Other tweaks include better smoothing groups, fixed teeth and eyelids, and recolored tongues. The ears were created using modified assets ported from SWTOR.
There's two options for installation. Option A uses the slim necks, while Option B retains the original necks. I highly recommend the first option as it fixes clipping with collars on heavy armor and it's the main choice for other mods which use my files.
Given the frequency of Twi'lek NPCs, this mod's a nice visual improvement that adds a much-needed element of consistency with other humanoid head models in the game.
The KOTOR I version can be found here.
Installation & Uninstallation
To install this mod, run Installer.exe, select the option(s) you want, and proceed with the installation.
To uninstall this mod, run the installer again, select the same option(s), and click Tools -> Uninstall Mod / Restore Backup.
Compatibility & Known Issues
This mod isn't compatible with any retextures of male Twi'lek heads unless that mod states otherwise. There's no known compatibility issues with any other mods.
I've given permission for this mod to be included in a few other projects. Be sure to check the descriptions of those mods to see if you need to install this first.

Luxa Hair Fix
By redrob41
This mod will fix the character Luxa so that her hair model is uvw mapped properly. The default model is rather piecemeal and chaotic, so that her hair doesn't look like it flows naturally. The N_Lala_XuH.tga texture that is included, has only an additional area for the tongue, and some more detail added to the blurriest part of the hair (along the right edge of the tga).
As a bonus, this mod can adjust her body model, so that her figure is much more shapely. There are two options included: Option 1 has an unnaturally thin waist (which seems more believable IMO for an alien Zeltron female). Option 2 is not quite exaggerated as the first (this is the model I use for female Twi'lek underwear in the Revenge of Revan mod). The texture has been tweaked slightly, so that her skin has more detail, the color matches her face a bit better, and the black leather doesn't look as green as the original.
There is a bonus alternate texture, which swaps out the leotard shorts for laced up bikini bottoms, and a backless top.

Maintenance Officer Realistic Reskin
By Malkior
One thing that I found blatantly irritating is that while the dialog for how the Maintenance Officer met his demise on Peragus was both graphic and descriptive, the actual "body" of the aforementioned was absolutely untouched. This really breaks the immersion for me, so I changed the texture for his model and re-skinned the texture to have more "damage".
The screenshots do a pretty good job of showing what it looks like.

Power Cost Correction
==== Power Cost Correction by Hassat Hunter ====
Fixes 3 power cost disrepancies in spells.2da, not fixed in 1.8.3;
* Master Healing will costs 30 now instead of 25 (same as heal and cure)
* Master Energy Resistance costs 20 now instead of 15 (same as energy resistance and improved energy resistance).
* Push costs 25 now instead of 20 (same as whirlwind and wave).
There are 2 more disrepancies, between the control spells (for sentients and beasts), where the control power costs 10 more than the stun, but this seems intentional. All other trees the 2 or 3 powers have equal costs.

Indeed they do.
Requested often - due to public file sharing sites being what they are of late, νυrτ has generously allowed his mods to be hosted here at Deadly Stream. We'll only be hosting mods that Filefront doesn't currently have - this mod and the previously posted Protocol Droids version 1.1.

In vanilla TSL, Aleema Keto's Robe description reads:
"Aleema Keto began her training as a Jedi, but while researching the Sith
became enthralled by their power and fell to the dark side. She was a master of illusions
and helped seduce Ulic Qel-Droma to the dark side."
There's a small problem; Aleema Keto was never a Jedi.
Using a modified description from the robe's Wookiepedia page, I edited it to read:
"These robes once belonged to Aleema Keto, cousin of Satal and co-leader of the dark side cult of the Krath.
A master of Sith magic, she seduced Ulic Qel-Droma, who later killed Satal and took command of the Krath along with Aleema.
These garments bestow increased strength and wisdom upon the wearer, and allow some small aid in reconnecting with the Force."

Remove Restrictions for Force Powers by Armors

Peragus Sith Troops To Sith Assassins
========================================================
A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: (THE SITH LORDS) MODIFICATION
Peragus Sith Troops To Sith Assassins
========================================================
Author: Hassat Hunter
PM: Contact me at the Deadly Stream Forums
Name: Peragus Sith Troops To Sith Assassins
Filename: SithToAssassins.rar
Date Released: 22 July 2012
1. Description:
----------
This mod modifies thes Sith troops in the Peragus Turret game and the Ebon Hawk to Sith Assassins.
2. Install:
----------
(It is highly recommended that you update your game to version 2.10 (the 1.0b update) before installing this mod.)
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO USE TSLRCM, since vanilla TSL has no .mod files.
NOTE: While 1.8 is not required, this mod will make the XP changes from 1.8 happening too, so you'll get less XP killing them on the hawk than during the turret game.
Extract the "Peragus Sith Troops To Sith Assassins" mod, taking care to insure that both the "TSLPatcher.exe" file and "tslpatchdata" folder are extracted to the same folder (these files can be extracted to any folder on your hard drive EXCEPT those within the SWKotOR2 folder hierarchy). Also note that simply copying the files within "tslpatchdata" to your "Override" folder will not properly install the mod.
SPECIAL:
Due to having 2 similarly named files, and those can not be both placed in tslpatchdata you'll have to RUN THE INSTALLER TWICE. First installing part 1, then part 2!
Note: a new folder named "backup" will be created during installation within the folder the installer was run from. If you plan on uninstalling this mod this folder and the files therein must not be deleted as they are used during the uninstall process.
3. Uninstall:
----------
The files listed below may have been modified during the installation of this mod:
Within "C:\Program Files\LucasArts\SWKotOR2\Modules"
107PER.mod
005EBO.mod
Backups of any file that was altered were made during insanitation and placed in a folder called "backup" within the folder the installer was run from.
To uninstall;
1) Open the "backup" folder that was created during installation and replace the files listed above under each heading with the files contained within.
4. Bugs:
----------
There are no known issues that will develop as a result of installing this mod properly.
Putting the file from tlspatcher in override will give issues throughout the game (many other sith use that name).
6. Distribution Notes:
----------
This mod may not be modified or distributed without the explicit permission of the author. This is just so I know what is being done with it. If you have questions contact me at deadlystream.com/forum/
7. Thanks:
----------
My thanks go out to:
The TSLRCM team... whom whichout I wouldn't become interested in modding TSL, and thus wasting so much on my time on frivilous mods...

New_Lightsaber_Blade_Model_TSL_v1
=================================
Author: Crazy34
Contact: PM me on Deadlystream
For: TSL
Date: 03/02/2021
=================================
DESCRIPTION:
The vanilla lightsaber blades in Kotor and TSL look bad in my opinion. So, I tried to improve them by adding a dynamic ambient light to the blade (environmental lightning), which works quite well. Since this is hard-coded in the model I also optimized the blade plane models to have a different UV layout inspired by Sithspecter's work. I also simplified their geometry and fixed the different brightness bug (different brightness of the blade when viewed from the front compared to the back).
Additionally, I included 3D models for the core of the blade and the inner glow of the blade, which can now be used to create black core sabers as seen in SWTOR. The glow - as well as the models - are fully animated to work as the vanilla blades.
The hilts are updated together with the blades including hilts from Kaidon Jorn's SLM 2.0 mod.
Summary:
- All saber hilts are updated with hilts from Kaidon Jorn SLM 2.0 mod (I love it!) All credits for the hilt models, textures and icons go fully to him!
- Ambient light for lightsabers
- 3D models for blade core and inner glow
- Symmetric lightsaber blade planes with a modified version of Sithspecter's crossguard saber UV layout. (Compatible with his unstable textures also included with all credits going to Sithspecter.)
- Black core sabers are possible
- Homogeneous brightness of the blade (no more “brighter blades when viewed from the front” happening any more)
- All sabers are fully upgradeable (added black core and unstable crystals as well as crossguard versions of them)
How to use the new lightsabers:
Get the black core, unstable and crossguard sabers or crystals by cheating them by using the giveitem command or use KSE to include them in your inventory.
The item codes are organized as follows:
Lightsaber and crystal follow the standard naming scheme:
Black core: 51-60
Unstable: 21-30
Crossguard: 101-110
Crossguard, black core: 111-120
Crossguard, unstable: 91-100
For example:
giveitem u_l_colo_51 (Blue, Black core crystal)
giveitem u_l_colo_92 (Red, unstable crossguard crystal)
giveitem g_w_lghtsbr118 (Viridian, crossguard unstable lightsaber)
giveitem g_w_dblsbr025 (Purple, unstable double blade lightsaber)
giveitem g_w_shortsbr53 (Green, black core short lightsaber)
!!!! Important: If you put a crossguard crystal in either a short lightsaber or double blade lightsaber the crystal will be transformed into its normal non crossguard version!
I HOPE that in the future some talented texture artist will create better looking blade textures using these new blade models. I plan to upload a Modders Resource explaining the blade system in detail.
CREDITS:
Kaidon Jorn:
Lightsaber Hilts models and textures and icons are created by Kaidon Jorn and taken from his SLM 2.0 mod, which you can find here: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/551-schematic-lightsaber-mod-slm/
Thank you very much for the permission to use your models and hilts here. They are amazing and I enjoyed working with them.
Sithspecter:
The new layout for the lightsaber blades plane models are inspired by Sithspecter's animated Crossguard Lightsabers mod for KOTOR which can be found here: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1314-crossguard-lightsabers/
Thank you very much for the permission to include your animated unstable blade texture and to modified them to include the new TSL colors.
___________________________________________________________
COMPATIBILITY:
It should pretty much be compatible with any mod that doesn't use the same crystal and lightsaber model slots. This mod should be compatible with TSLRCM. However, please notify me in the release thread if any bugs do appear that are not listed below.
___________________________________________________________
INSTALLATION:
Use the TSLPatcher multiple times. You can choose which lightsabers you want. So, for example say you are only interested in the normal saber update and the related crossguard sabers: Then install the standard saber first and second run the TSLpatcher again and install the crossguard sabers.
The crossguard sabers require to have their related non-crossguard sabers installed first.
The TSLPatcher is set up to only install a certain part of the mod and requires multiple runs to install all sabers.
It should install everything correctly.
UNINSTALL:
Navigate to the backup folder and place the contents into the Override folder. Remove all files from the tslpatchdata folder of this mod from your override folder.
___________________________________________________________
BUGS:
The tip of the blade has a spike which comes from a deformation of the lightsaber planes. This is also present in the original model. I was not able to find a fix. (Sorry about that.)
The lightsaber hilts will clip through the blades. (Unfortunately, DarthParametric has said that it is not possible to fix this.)
___________________________________________________________
PERMISSIONS:
You may use this mod as you see fit. Display it in screenshots, make it compatible with your mod. However, do please give credit where it's due, and DO NOT release it with any of your mods without my permission. If you have any ideas for improvements, or if you want to you can mod them yourselves and include them in the mod. Saves me time and I'll give you credit for what I put in.

In this overhaul all major panels, workbenches and the computer panel background are remade from the scratch and animated.
I tried very hard to merge the sophisticated ME3 look with original Kotor - and used only 4k/64 pics animations/uncompressed files to get a proper look -
so yes - the mod size is indeed ~500MB.
To get the most out of it i suggest that you guys download Xarwarz OTE series first, then override everything with my mod.
Install:
Download the mod, extract it with an archive extraction program like 7zip or WinRAR, then move the extracted files to your game's override directory.
Compatibility:
100% compatible with TSLRCM & M478. As pure texture replacer it should be compatible with everything else.
IF you want to install Xarwarz OTE texture PLC files, then install them FIRST, then override everything with my mod.
Enjoy!

Visually Repair HK-47
By Kexikus
When you first meet HK-47 in KotOR II: TSL, he’s basically junk until you put him back together. I’ve always wanted this evolution from a piece of junk to a high quality assassin droid to be visible on HK-47, so that’s where this mod comes from.
With this mod, the HK-47 you find in your cargo hold looks like the piece of junk he is but over time you replace his parts with new ones and he returns to his old self we know from the first game.
This is not a purely cosmetical change however. I restored HK’s upgrades from KotOR 1 and each time you repair/upgrade him, he’ll look better and get a stat bonus.
The requirements to unlock these upgrades increase with each successful upgrade: For the first one you need to be level 6, have a repair skill of 8 and at least 41 influence with HK-47; for the last one you need level 15, 17 repair and 51 influence.
Optionally you can also install HD reskins for HK-50 and HK-51.
All of the new textures are based on Quanon’s excellent HK-47 reskin for KotOR 1.
See a video demonstration of this mod here:
Installation:
Run TSLPatcher.exe and choose the version you want to install. Then simply let TSL Patcher do its magic. When asked to select the folder where TSL is installed, choose the folder that includes swkotor2.exe or if you have TSLRCM from the Steam Workshop, choose its folder. Do NOT delete the backup folder that is created during the installation, you'll need it if you ever want to uninstall this mod.
For modders: I included the source scripts in the download in case you're interested. Ignore them if you only want to install and play the mod.
Uninstallation:
Take all the files from this mod’s tslpatchdata folder and delete those from your Override folder (except for the .nss and .mp3 files). Also delete hk_repair.ncs from your Override and the .mp3 files from streamvoice/GBL/HK47. Then copy all files from the backup folder created during the installation of this mod into your Override.
Compabilitiy:
This mod is NOT compatible with ANY mods that alter HK-47’s appearance in any way. The HK-50/HK-51 reskin option is also not compatible with mods that alter the appearance of HK-50 and HK-51 either. Most other mods however should be compatible.
Changelog:
1.0 Initial release
1.1 Fixed HKs appearance not changing permanently when repairing him on the Ebon Hawk (thanks to JC for the fix)
Fixed HKs repaired appearance not applying in his confrontation with G0-T0 (TSLRCM only)

Coruscant Jedi Temple by deathdisco
By deathdisco
Uploaded by permission of the author.
"Ten years ago in 1997, we first saw the planet of Coruscant in the Special Edition of Return of the Jedi. It was only a brief appearance. In 1999, The Phantom Menace came out and we really got a good look at Coruscant and especially the Jedi Temple and the Senate Chambers. It was a city planet and the capital planet of the Republic in Star Wars. Then in the sequel of 2003s game of the year, Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, we saw a brief appearance of Coruscant when your PC, the Jedi Exile, watches a video of his/her trial and exile from the Jedi Order that happened ten years earlier. We only got to see the Jedi Council chambers and a brief look outside the windows. Over the last two plus years since TSL came out, people wished that the KOTOR had already included Coruscant in one of their releases, or will include it if there is to be a KOTOR III.
DeathDisco makes his FileFront debut bringing us that wish and he does it for TSL. The author is a veteran KOTOR modder at Holowan Labs who has made his way to putting up his first and his newest KOTOR mod here at FileFront. Hopefully hell send in his older mods to us in the future for some new KOTOR gamers to enjoy!
This mod will definitely be a welcome addition because of the hard work and detail put into it. Since your character is a Jedi, the author has you go to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. There you can receive extra Jedi training, Force Forms, Lightsaber Forms, and practice your blaster bolt deflection skills. There are also new items for you to collect only on Coruscant. Lots of features and surprises the author wants you to figure out by playing the mod.
This mod uses the TSL Patcher for easy installation and possible .2da file merging depending on what mods you have in your personal override folder. You should notice the new planet on the galaxy map on the Ebon Hawk. There is a screenshot showing a visual of that if you need it. Enjoy the mod.

(Original KotORFiles mod review)
This mod adds a new planet to the galaxy map. The Jedi Temple on Coruscant.
Features
his mods create three new areas re-using exiting modules.
1.The Jedi Temple Landing pad.
2.The Jedi Temple itself.
3.The Jedi Council chambers.
You can learn a handful of Jedi power. (Depends on skill/attribute checks)
Learn a bonus Lightsaber form. (Prestige class required)
Learn a bonus Force form. (Prestige class required, excluding Jedi Master/Sith Lord)
Practice your blaster bolt deflection skills.
Acquire high level Jedi related items/upgrades.
Dark Side items also available.
I've added a couple of items I created for previous mods.
I created some new Jedi/Sith items for this mod.
I re-created some K1 items (.uti's only) not available for TSL for this mod.
Some surprises.
Uninstallation
Extract the contents of tsljeditemple.rar.
Run the installer and select your game directory. IE: e:\Program Files\Lucasarts\SWKotOR2
The installer will create backups of files it modified. Save these for un-installation.
Notes
This mod is not currently compatible with any other mods that edit the galaxy map.
This mod adds a lighsaber hilt reskin using model w_lghtsbr_151, which
is compatible with USM and The Masters of the Force Hilt pack.
All source files included in the NSS folder.

Holowan Duplisaber Beta
Making lightsabers is incredibly easy!
1. Go to the Workbench and select "Use Saber Console"
2. Choose "Create a hilt", choose a model and a color
3. The hilts are like a lightsaber crystal. Just equip it into the crystal spot and voila!
It comes with its own installer, but I assure you it's not malicious.
If you run into incorrect colors, simply switch out the crystal at a workbench and rebuild the lightsaber.
HOLOWAN DUPLISABER v.215b
Chainz.2da
Darth Deadman Evasto Inyri Forge OldFlash Qui-Don Jorn Quanon Seprithro Svosh T7Nowhere TriggerGod VarsityPuppet
This mod expands the current lightsaber selection to include 59 different hilts, 13 different colors and long-bladed lightsabers.
There are 59 total saber hilts to choose from, and they are available in 13 different colors, making for 767 possibilities.
Future versions will integrate the saber hilts into the game as prizes and earnable or collectible items.
Installation:
Just click "Install" and wait for the progress bar to finish. If the installer closes early, the installation was not successful.
Using the mod:
Once in game, go to any workbench and you should have the option to open up the Saber Console. From the Saber Console, you can choose any hilt and the color of that hilt. This will give you a "hilt" item that you can use at a workbench to create a lightsaber. Simply switch out the color crystal for the desired hilt and it will change your lightsaber. Due to the nature of the game engine, you can even change the type of the weapon based on the hilt you choose. Changing from short to long to single to double is as easy as switching out a hilt.
Disclaimer: This mod was built to be compatible with all mods (TSLRCM and M4-78 included). Any errors you encounter either come from a conflict caused by another mod or are a result of an installation error.
DO NOT MESS WITH THE FILE FOLDERS. DOING SO WILL RUIN THE INSTALLATION.
Credits:
This mod was made from saber mods for which I asked for permission to use or were already open for free use. Each lightsaber is marked in-game with its original designer in its description.

Thematic Sith Lords
By Snigaroo
Thematic Sith Lords
Premise
Anyone who’s played TSL knows that the eponymous Sith Lords are pretty disappointing. The most hyped fight of the entire game, against Nihilus, is almost always trivial. Sion has the potential to be dangerous but rarely is, and Kreia’s floating lightsabers are almost always more of a threat than the woman herself.
Thematic Sith Lords’s purpose is not to directly address these issues, but to push back against some of the underlying problems with these fights that results in them being so boring. While examining the .utc files for Sion, Kreia and Nihilus associated with their respective fights, I found that there was surprisingly little differentiation between them, especially in class & attributes, with very little specialization per Lord. Worse still, many feats and powers which the Lords should realistically have had were also missing: Sion, for example, lacked Ignore Pain despite his ability to fight through and even utilize his constant pain being the core of his character!
Thematic Sith Lords, as you may have gathered, is not a difficulty mod as such. Rather, it’s a realism mod the goal of which is to increase the overall difficulty of the Lord fights as a natural result of restructuring the stats, feats and powers of the Lords to more accurately fit their physical and mental conditions, as well as their experiences and training, without making every fight harder for all characters. The goal is to make each fight with a Lord feel different, with each Lord having their own specialties, strengths and weaknesses, such that some character builds will do better against some Lords and struggle against others.
For example, in Thematic Sith Lords, Sion has extreme STR and CON, but poor WIS and INT, and abysmal DEX and CHA. His archetype is as a bruiser, who trades taking hits for being able to dish out extremely powerful strikes with no fear of his close-range style resulting in his death—because Sion doesn’t need to worry about dying in a fight, and his combat style should reflect that. This overconfidence results in him being somewhat vulnerable to Force abilities, however, and a Consular might run circles around him where a Guardian struggles to bring him down.
The goal is that the opposite will also be true—Consulars who had no trouble with Sion might find themselves in a pickle when their abilities bounce off Nihilus, who now has even higher WIS and Will saves than he did before, and the DEX to frequently dodge the lightsabers of most Jedi not built explicitly for melee combat.
Additionally, for the 2.0 release of this mod the entire mod was reworked from the ground up with even more comprehensive alterations, as well as including the Visas ambush fight in the list of edits. The 2.0 changes were extensively tested for realism, balance & difficulty, and a full list of all the alterations made to each Lord is included in the file download for those who would like to see exactly what I did, as well as a brief explanation for why.
Why use Thematic Sith Lords?
As noted above, Thematic Sith Lords isn’t a difficulty mod, as most rebalances of the Lords are. The goal is to make each Lord’s attributes, stats, feats and powers a realistic reflection of their condition, and how they would actually fight. If you want pure difficulty, other mods might be for you; if you want to experience differentiated fights that are harder on average than what TSLRCM has to offer, however, Thematic Sith Lords is likely for you.
Thematic Sith Lords also has three features which other difficulty mods for the Lords often don’t: it makes adjustment to Visas’s ambush of the party on the Ebon Hawk; it modifies the Sion fight on Korriban as well as Sion's fight with Atton on Malachor (both of which are frequently left out of other mods); and it uses the TSLPatcher to inject .utc edit data directly into module files for maximum compatibility.
Difficulty, Balance & Testing Methodology
Users who have tried other mods which make serious alterations to boss enemies, or who used the 1.0 version of Thematic Sith Lords, may justifiably be concerned about difficulty and balance. I’d like to disclose how these fights were tested to hopefully put some of those concerns to rest.
This mod was tested with two DS characters, one Sentinel/Marauder and one Sentinel/Lord (although only DS characters were used in the test, none of the fights were won with unique powers or abilities which would make them viable on DS but not on LS builds). Both test characters were built well but not min-maxed, and for each battle the use of items (consumables or shield charges) was forbidden: I had to be able to beat each opponent with only melee and Force abilities. Some of the fights were still very difficult, but each could be won without needing to resort to cheesy tactics. For any player with an average or above grasp of D20 mechanics, I believe you can use this mod without concern. Beginners to d20 systems may need to turn the difficulty down for these encounters in some cases, but should still be able to beat them even with sub-par builds with a bit of clever positioning and pre-buffing.
I will note as an aside that there is one fight that is abnormally difficult: Atton vs. Sion. But I view this as being realistic, and designed it this way purposefully: Atton is an above-average Jedi at best going against a Sith Lord, and there should be a real chance of him losing there. It should be a major triumph if you can evade Sion.
Compatibility
This mod requires TSLRCM to be installed first, and NOT to be installed via the Steam Workshop, in order to install properly & function. The Workshop is very poor for mod compatibility, so if you have it installed via the Workshop, it’s best you install it via the installer version anyway.
This mod should be compatible with anything and everything else that doesn’t edit the Lords’ .utc files. Even mods that do so shouldn’t break this, they might just edit some of the same data. The only exception is if another mod drops a relevant .utc file directly to the override, which will fully overwrite Thematic Sith Lords’s module-based edits.
Installation
1. Ensure TSLRCM is downloaded and installed, NOT through the Steam Workshop!
2. Download the file and unzip it to any folder of your choice (except for the game directory) using a program like 7zip or Winrar.
3. Run the TSLPatcher .exe and, when prompted, choose which of the two main modules you would like: Standard (base changes only) or No Force Rating (removes the saving throw bonuses to DS characters in the Korriban Sith Academy, which can make the Sion fight there more difficult). Once you have chosen your preferred module, select your game directory (the one with the .exe file in it), click “install mod” and you’re done!
4. Optionally, if you would like Visas to appear as a Sith Assassin during her ambush, re-run the installer after installing your chosen base module and select the “Sith Assassin Visas (Optional)” install option, then install that module also.
Permissions & Thanks
As with any mod I have made or will make in the future, this mod has completely open permissions: modify it, redistribute it, reupload it, do whatever. So long as you give myself credit for the idea and the balance settings (if you choose to retain most of these edits) & JCarter426 credit for the mod’s development, go for it. You don’t even need to ask me.
Special thanks to @DarthParametric for his help with putting the 1.0 release together--it was my first time making significant edits with KOTORTool and creating a TSLPatcher install, and this mod quite probably wouldn’t exist without his help.
Thanks to @Pavijan357 for identifying the missing changes to Sion in 906MAL.mod, and @DarthTyren for cleaning up my changes.ini and applying the changes properly.
Credit to @offthegridmorty for his “Visas Marr: Sith Assassin” mod, which inspired this mod’s optional module to change Visas’s class to Sith Assassin during her ambush on the Ebon Hawk.
Premier thanks goes as usual to @JCarter426, who rebuilt this entire mod at my request for the 2.0 release, and tirelessly put up with literally dozens of revisions of the mod as we fine-tuned the balancing. As of the 2.0 release, this mod is much more his than my own and I am tremendously grateful for his help.
Thanks also to @doctoramanda from the KOTOR Discord for her help making the "preview" image.
