=PartySwap= A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: THE SITH LORDS MODIFICATION ORIGINAL AUTHOR: DarthTyren (darthtyren@gmail.com) CURRENT MAINTAINER: Leilukin LATEST VERSION: 1.4.1 FILE NAME: PartySwap 1.4.1.7z CONTACT: E-mail to Leilukin at leilukin@outlook.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream 1. DESCRIPTION: This mod allows the player to recruit both Handmaiden and Disciple in the same playthrough regardless of the player character's gender. After Disciple joins your party on Dantooine, a usable adrenal item named PartySwap will be added to your inventory. You can use this PartySwap item to replace any member of the current party with Handmaiden, as long as you are able to choose your party at that point of the game. This item is created to work around the limitations of not being able to select Handmaiden from the party selection screen after Disciple joins your party and takes Handmaiden’s slot in the party selection screen. However, Handmaiden remains still one of your party members, and you can still talk to Handmaiden. This mod also modifies certain parts of the game where potentially both Handmaiden and Disciple can become involved in the cut scenes. In addition, this mod prevents Handmaiden and Disciple from referring to the player character with the wrong pronouns by editing dialog and splicing voiceovers. For this mod to take effect, you must install this mod before you leave the secret academy on Telos, where Handmaiden joins your party. The PartySwap item only works if Handmaiden has already joined your party. NOTE: Since July 2023, the original mod author DarthTyren has officially handed over the management and development of this mod to Leilukin, due to DarthTyren's departure from the KotOR modding scene. Therefore, if you have questions about or encountered any issues with this mod, Leilukin is the one to contact for. 2. INSTALLATION: First and foremost, make sure you have The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM) installed, since TSLRCM is REQUIRED for this mod to work. After downloading this mod, extract the mod’s 7z file to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KotOR 2 directory. Run PartySwap Installer.exe located inside the extracted folder. You will see two installation options. You may only choose ONE of these options: Default Installation: Choose this option if you use TSLRCM without M4-78EP. M4-78EP Installation: Choose this option if you use M4-78 Enhancement Project (M4-78EP) in addition to TSLRCM. You must install M4-78EP first before running this installation option. FOR REGULAR TSLRCM USERS: Choose the installation option you want, and select your KotOR 2 game folder as your KotOR 2 directory path, click the “Install” button and let the installer do its job. FOR STEAM WORKSHOP USERS: If you have subscribed to The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM) from the Steam Workshop, for your KotOR directory path, you must choose TSLRCM's Steam Workshop folder, NOT the main KOTOR 2 directory. The directory of the Steam Workshop version of TSLRCM is \Steam\SteamApps\Workshop\content\208580\485537937, while the directory of the TSLRCM + M4-78EP combined Steam Workshop mod is \Steam\SteamApps\Workshop\content\208580\1402798020. When you install this mod, two new folders named "backup" and “uninstall” will be created by the installer in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folders or any of the files within the folder if you are planning on uninstalling this mod. This mod also provides a compatibility patch for deathdisco’s Coruscant Jedi Temple and danil-ch's Kreia's Fall Cutscene (In-Game).Go to the “Compatibility Patches” folder from this mod, read the READ ME files within the sub-folders and follow the instructions to make PartySwap compatible with these mods. Go to the “Coruscant Jedi Temple Compatibility Patch” folder from this mod, read the READ ME files within the subfolder and follow the instructions to make PartySwap compatible with Coruscant Jedi Temple. Note: The "Source" folder includes the source of the script used by this mod for modders' reference. Ignore the "Source" folder if you only want to install and play this mod. 3. UNINSTALLATION: Run PartySwap Installer.exe and select your KotOR 2 directory where you installed this mod. From the “Tools” dropdown menu, select “Uninstall Mod / Restore Backup”, then confirm to uninstall the mod. You can also choose to delete the backup after uninstalling the mod. 4. KNOWN ISSUES: None currently known. If you find any bugs or issues, please report them by posting on PartySwap’s download page or support thread on the Deadly Stream forums, or contact Leilukin directly. 5. MOD COMPATIBILITY: Apart from The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM), which is required for this mod to work, any mod that edits Kreia's endgame dialog (904kreia.dlg) or Zuka's dialog on Dxun (zuka.dlg) is incompatible with this mod, unless they merge in installation. In that case, you must install PartySwap first. This mod is not compatible with any other mod that involves putting the holorec.dlg file in the Override folder. If you want to use this mod, make sure you DO NOT have holorec.dlg in your Override folder, or Handmaiden will not be able to join your party when you play a female character! This mod provides compatibility patches for deathdisco’s Coruscant Jedi Temple and danil-ch's Kreia's Fall Cutscene (In-Game). This mod is compatible with KOTOR 2 Community Patch. This mod is compatible with JC2's Train the Handmaiden. This mod is compatible with all Leilukin’s mods for KotOR 2, including the romance mods, as long as you follow the instructions from Leilukin’s mod. If you want to use danil-ch and Darth Hayze’s Extended Enclave, downloading and installing a separate compatibility patch is required to make PartySwap compatible with Extended Enclave. If you use Leilukin’s Handmaiden and Female Exile – Disciple and Male Exile Romance, you need to use the patch included in that mod. Otherwise, go to this page for a standalone compatibility patch: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1304-partyswap-and-extended-enclave-compatibility-patch/ 6. PERMISSION: You may modify this mod for personal use or show this mod in screenshots. However, please do not redistribute or re-host this mod. Do not release your mods containing assets from this mod without permission. 7. CREDITS: Fair Strides — Can almost take credit for half the mod getting done, by helping with scripts, understanding Waypoints and TSLPatcher, etc. Thank you! Thanks to the wonderful modding community at Holowan Labs/DeadlyStream for helping with the problems faced with the development of this mod. Special thanks to VarsityPuppet, for teaching about #include scripts and how this mod does not need to bother with them. Sith Holocron — Thanks for the aid with VO splicing! Snigaroo — For testing and reporting bugs, including the game breaking bug surrounding Disciple's endgame dialog, as well as transferring the ownership of this mod file to Leilukin on Deadly Stream. Cortisol and th3w1zard1 — For developing HoloPatcher as a better alternative to TSLPatcher to make installing and uninstalling this mod faster. danil-ch — For giving permission to create compatibility patch for Kreia’s Fall Cutscene (in-game) THIS MODIFICATION IS NOT SUPPORTED BY BIOWARE/OBSIDIAN ENTERTAINMENT OR LUCASARTS OR ANY LICENSERS/SPONSORS OF THE MENTIONED COMPANIES. View File Party Stealth Mode [TSL] Adds the ability to enter your whole party into stealth without activating solo mode. SUMMARY Why do Sith assassins get to sneak around in groups? Don't they have to turn on solo mode? Now your party can move through the shadows together too. This mod introduces party stealth mode, allowing all eligible party members to simultaneously enter stealth without turning on solo mode. Party stealth mode is activated through an armband which turns on stealth for all party members that are equipped with a stealth unit or otherwise able to use stealth (Force Camouflage, G0-T0). Solo mode will be turned off and your party members will follow you like they normally do. Activating the armband while this mode is on will remove everyone from stealth. See additional notes below. Only the main character can activate this ability and must be able to use stealth. You will get the armband as soon as Kreia joins your party on Peragus. Because of this you'll need a save from before she joins your party for the mod to work properly. However if you're mid-game and want to install this, you can get the armband with the giveitem code "partystealth". INSTALLATION To install, run TSLPatcher.exe. Unaltered copies of any modified files will be placed inside the "backup" folder in the location of TSLPatcher.exe. UNINSTALLATION 1. Remove the following files from override: - spells.2da - baseitem.2da - partystealth.uti - m_imp_prtysneak.ncs - a_addkreia.ncs - ii_ootgmbnds_001.tga 2. If any files were created in the backup folder, move them to override. COMPATIBILITY Should be compatible with most mods assuming they use TSLPatcher or this mod is installed after. OTHER NOTES Party stealth mode is defined by the following conditions: 1. All eligible party members are in stealth mode. 2. Solo mode is turned off. If any of the above conditions are not fulfilled, activating the armband will apply them. If all of the conditions are fulfilled, activating the armband will remove stealth from all party members. You won't be able to toggle stealth for individual party members without turning on solo mode. If you press the normal stealth toggle it will turn on solo mode regardless of whether a character is in stealth or not. Also occasionally characters may exit stealth on their own to perform an action for whatever reason. If any of these things happen, just activate the armband again to reinitialize party stealth. Computer-controlled characters with the Sneak Attack feat will usually perform sneak attacks if you enter combat from this mode. However sometimes they might do another action which breaks stealth first. When changing modules like entering the Ebon Hawk with party stealth on, characters may remain in stealth mode until they perform an action which breaks stealth, such as entering a conversation. I don't expect this to cause major issues but it's probably best to remove party stealth before leaving an area. Bear in mind the developers had reasons for enforcing solo mode, whether for balance or technical issues. I haven't encountered any serious issues but haven't tested every situation. Please let me know of any bugs or weirdness and I'll try to fix it. PERMISSIONS Feel free to use the source code for your own mod as long as you give credit. KOTOR features several conversations between party members which occur as you explore the various planets. Unfortunately, it is easy to miss some of them if you rarely use certain combinations of characters, such as Carth with Canderous or Bastila with Jolee. This mod moves these conversations to the Ebon Hawk and the Taris apartment hideout similar to KOTOR 2, guaranteeing that you can see nearly every conversation in a single playthrough. Conversations which directly refer to Taris are set to take place while you are still there, while the remaining conversations will occur in semi-random order up until (or possibly slightly after) the Leviathan sequence. Aside from the change in location, I have also made some slight edits to the conversations themselves, mainly relating to the timing of character animations. By default, conversations will also still occur on the various planets like in the vanilla game. They will only occur at the Ebon Hawk/hideout as required to catch you up on any that you may have missed. I have also provided an option to make the conversations happen only at the Ebon Hawk/hideout, never out on the planets. If you are using version 1.1 or earlier of this mod, a rare issue has been reported where the conversation in the Taris apartment after the swoop race does not play like it is supposed to. If this happens to you, I have provided a hotfix for download which may be used with existing installations. The separate hotfix is not required if you are installing version 1.2, which already includes the fix. Thank you for downloading, and I hope you enjoy this mod! ------------------------------------------------------------------- INSTALLATION Run INSTALL.exe and select either the standard version or the KOTOR 1 Community Patch compatible version. If you would like the conversations to take place only at the Ebon Hawk/hideout, run INSTALL.exe again and select "OPTION: Ebon Hawk/Hideout Only". If you have other mods installed, it is normal to see warnings that ebo_m12aa.mod and/or tar_m02af.mod already exist and have been skipped. ------------------------------------------------------------------- COMPATIBILITY This mod is compatible with the KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP) and incorporates its fixes to k_pebn_pophawk.ncs. It has not been tested with the KOTOR 1 Restoration (K1R), but in theory it should be compatible. It is not compatible with any mods that edit k_pebn_pophawk.ncs or banter.dlg. For best results, install this mod after K1CP, K1R, or any other mods that make significant edits to the Ebon Hawk interior or to the Taris apartment hideout. ------------------------------------------------------------------- CREDITS NWNSSCOMP by Torlack and tk102 DeNCS by JdNoa and Dashus K-GFF by tk102 DLGEditor by tk102 TSL Patcher by stoffe and Fair Strides ERFEdit by stoffe and Fair Strides Kotor Tool by Fred Tetra This mod includes fixes to k_pebn_pophawk.nss which were developed by the K1CP team. This mod was inspired by the following mod request thread on Deadly Stream: https://deadlystream.com/topic/5684-party-member-conversations-in-apartment-and-ebon-hawk-k1/. Thanks to everyone who participated in the original thread for their discussion, which provided a major source of inspiration. ------------------------------------------------------------------- VERSION HISTORY 1.0 - Initial Release 1.1 - Revised installation process and options - Revised the walk scripts in the Mission/Bastila conversation so that they do not need to be compiled during installation - Adjusted the camera angles the Mission/Bastila conversation - Adjusted the conditions for determining when conversations play before and after the Leviathan sequence - Added an extended fade to hide the party fading out and reappearing when entering the Ebon Hawk or Taris apartment - Revised implementation of edits to tar02_bastvision.dlg to reduce incompatibilities with other mods that edit the same file (i.e. K1CP 1.10). - Cleaned up and clarified comments in the script source files 1.2 - Added additional conditions to the Taris apartment entry script to prevent a rare issue where the vanilla conversation after "rescuing" Bastila did not occur. Thanks to PoopaPapaPalpatine for reporting the issue and testing the fix. 1.2.1 - Added additional conditions to the Ebon Hawk entry script to prevent a rare issue where the cutscenes before landing on Dantooine for the first time did not occur and the game softlocked. Thanks to CapitaineSpoque for reporting the issue and testing the fix. ------------------------------------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER AND PERMISSIONS This modification is provided as-is and is not supported by Disney, Lucasarts, or Bioware. Requested by LucyTheAlien. JC2 Presents: The Party Leveler TSL. ``````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` About: Identical in concept to it's k1 counterpart, the PC can now fully upgrade their party members from level 1, once they join the party. Benefits: Potentially, you could have Atton as a level 2 Jedi Sentinel, or simply have more customization of feats/skills/powers than usual. Installation: Unzip and run the tslpatcher, should be compatible with every mod out there. Installation order should be whatever mod that may have the same files, then my mod letting the tslpatcher patch the files for compatibility. As always, I hope you enjoy! Feedback is always appreciated, regardless of its nature. -JC2 Special thanks to LucyTheAlien for reminding me about the TSLpatcher. -

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 Release Date: 07.03.2017 Installation: Simply copy and paste the files within the "For override" folder into your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder. If you have K1R installed make sure you overwrite the files already within the override as the files in this mod are edited from K1R's "kor39_utharwynn.dlg" Uninstallation: Take them out again Description: Did you know at some point during development Bioware planned for your party members to come with you into Naga Sadow's tomb? As you may know that didn't make it into the final game but hidden in the game files are voice overs for each party member for when they talk about the Korriban Star Map similar as to what they do on the other worlds. When K1R came along they decided not to include it in as not having them appear in game makes a lot of sense, this mod allows for your party members to enter the tomb and help you fight off the Terentateks, Uthar and Yuthura and say those cut lines when you open the Star Map WARNING: This is best used with K1R as it modifies an Uthar dialogue from that mod and I have no clue what K1R actually did to that dialogue so using this Mod in the normal game may cause crashes Known Bugs: When your main character and Uthar run to the exit when you leave the academy your party members might not move at all. When you enter a certain room inside the tomb it is possible to have your party members locked out, this isn't a problem as those doors should all open up again Your party members may spawn in a location that blocks your PC and/or Uthar and Yuthura when you enter the module Your party members will not say there restored lines if they are not with you in the star map room These four bugs aren't game breaking just weird, Please report any more bugs that may occur Incompatibilities: Will be incompatible with "kor39_utharwynn.dlg" and "kor35_utharwynn.dlg" but the mod is 100% compatible with K1R Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission Thanks: Fair Strides for making the what's restored in K1R list The entire K1R team for making K1R Bioware for such an amazing game Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool and everyone who downloads the mod. Have you ever wondered why there is a bunch of retextures for every teammate but Hanharr? Even NPCs who are not even part of your party, like atris and sion, have a lot of new texture projects dedicated to them... So why not poor Hanharr? Yes, he is one of the least popular party members, but there are even textures for GOTO, so this can't be the reason alone. The main reason is all that hair, in my honest opinion. It is really a pain in the (swears in Huttish). I couldn't let poor Hanharr sit between all those shiny HD textures looking like he was pulled straight out of an Commodore 64. Frankly, his texture was bad from the beginning, even for 2004 standards. So I remade it. I put a lot of work in this and I hope you like it. Because there is such an abundance of skins for other characters I felt like 1 texture for Hanharr wouldn't do. So I made 2. Version 1 (With Scar) features a scar on his stomach, to show in what condition he is and what he's been through. (Screenshot for reference) Version 2 (Without Scar) just doesn't have that scar If you don't want to have blood and similar content in your game, this Version is for you. Installation: Move the P_Hanharr.dds from the "with scar" or "without scar" folder into your override folder Credits: CGTextures (now just "Textures"): www.textures.com This Eye texture ressource: http://xoriu.deviantart.com/art/MMD-Naturae-Eye-Texture-249285720 and Biowares TGA to DDS converter, here from deadlystream. -

One of the great things about TSLRCM is that the Exile can teach the party all of the forms that they learn from the Jedi masters. You could teach Atton, Mira, Visas, Bao-Dur, and Disciple all the forms and techniques you learn… wait, shouldn’t Handmaiden be on the list? She ought to be in the first place when she becomes a Jedi! However, there wasn’t any scripting or VO available for the Handmaiden to be trained in the games files nor was there ever an alternate solution. Well, after some script writing and some VO splicing by jc2, you can now teach Handmaiden all the forms just like you could for your other companions! This mod can be installed easily at any time during your playthrough and will take effect when Handmaiden becomes a Jedi. Enjoy!- Mellowtron11 Installation: Run tslpatcher **NOTE** PartySwap by DarthTyren is compatible & Leilukin's Handmaiden Fem Romance & are any other mods that edit handmaiden.dlg Compatible with TSLRCM Incompatible with anything that edits "262bdcg.dlg" see readme for workaround if necessary. If you receive these 2 errors, nothing is wrong. And the installer will continue to patch these 2das as needed. These two errors simply mean that the installer does not need to place these two files in the override folder because they are already there, and will continue patching them correctly. This was put in place in th e unlikely event that your override did not have these two files already within. • Warning: A file named globalcat.2da already exists in the override folder. Skipping file... • Warning: A file named spells.2da already exists in the override folder. Skipping file... See readme for details on how to use. Any feedback, regardless of its nature, is appreciated!- 24 comments

By Request of an anonymous /r kotor discord user, seconded by 134340Goat. JC2 Presents: Party Leveler K1 Allows the player to fully upgrade each companion from level one, keeping their original class intact as well. If you auto level up your companions, then this might not be the mod for you. However, if you enjoy strategically improving each companion to their full potential, then this is your mod. Jolee and Juhani join the party at level one, letting the PC have more control over their force power progression by five levels (default for both is level 6). Note: Does not affect Juhani in the Grove, nor Jolee before he becomes party member on Kashyyyk. Installation: Unzip and run TSLPATCHER. Uses tslpatcher, should be compatible with nearly everything, be sure to install your mods in the correct order. Any mod you think might use the same files, install that mod, then install mine using the tslpatcher everything should be compatible. Otherwise, you risk incompatibility issues. Incompatible with Shem's Force Power Gain, without removing some of the Force Powers Juhani and Jolee have at the start to prevent level up soft locking. This can be done with the KSE. The reason this is incompatible is that Shem's mod allows classes to gain more force powers per level up, which causes the player to run out of selectable powers soft locking during leveling up. I hope you enjoy! As always, any feedback regardless of its nature is appreciated. -

Party Tweaks Knights of the Old Republic II - The Sith Lords By ChaosRonin --------------------------------------------------- Overview --------------------------------------------------- This mod will do a few things: - Set all party members level to 1 when they join. - Set skills using their class templates (Skill Point Per LVL + INT)*4 to set initial skills using their original skill point placement as templates with two exceptions being the Handmaiden and Disciple as they have quite a few bonus skill points. - Fix any inconsistencies between Vitality/Force/Skill Points. - Set level 1 feats with an aim towards build freedom for the player while staying true to the character, hopefully no more redundant feats. - Set believable extra feats or force powers if characters come with more feats or force powers than their class levels allows with the exception of unique feats. Overall this mod allows you to have more control on how to build each party member and have less redundant abilities. Installation -------------------------------------------------- Copy files to Override folder. If using TLSRCM place the p_hanharr.utc file in the TSLRCM Compatibility folder instead. Compatibility -------------------------------------------------- This mod is currently not compatible with other mods that alter the same files unless they use TSL Patcher, in that case you can try loading my mod first then using the other mods TSL Patcher. I can not guarantee anything so do it at your own discretion. Also you need to start a new game or install this mod before loading an area where a party member will spawn. Uninstall -------------------------------------------------- Delete the 12 following files from your Override. - p_atton.utc - p_baodur.utc - p_disciple.utc - p_g0t0.utc - p_handmaiden.utc - p_hanharr.utc - p_hk47.utc - p_kreia.utc - p_mand.utc - p_mira.utc - p_t3m4.utc - p_visas.utc Permissions -------------------------------------------------- This mod can be uploaded or shared as long as I am credited. View File PartySwap =PartySwap= A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: THE SITH LORDS MODIFICATION ORIGINAL AUTHOR: DarthTyren (darthtyren@gmail.com) CURRENT MAINTAINER: Leilukin LATEST VERSION: 1.4.1 FILE NAME: PartySwap 1.4.1.7z CONTACT: E-mail to Leilukin at leilukin@outlook.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream 1. Thank you! View File Party Model Fixes For K1, Part II Those of you familiar with Party Model Fixes by redrob41 know it is a cool mod that fixes up some of the game's models for your K1 party members. Cool enough that I figured it was time for a sequel -- we are going to do even more fixing up of our compatriots: Carth: His unique outfit has a holster which hung by some leather that was missing a texture on one side, rendering it invisible from certain angles. This fixes up that issue, alongside some bonus texture mapping fixes to his opposite pouch and jacket, including the collar fix that redrob41 worked on in their original mod. Zaalbar: Our wookiee friend had some hairs that went missing depending on the angle, again due to missing textures on the opposite sides of some geometry. This fixes that right up, alongside some other messy texture mapping for some of his fur. Jolee: Sometimes Jolee likes to just hang out in a swim suit, socks, and... some kind of bizarre ankle brace. I could not tell you what it does, but it is unlikely to be doing its job given that it disappears when viewed from the other side. This fixes up another classic case of one-sided texture syndrome, and makes some small improvements to texture mapping. Mission: Originally Mission was set to just use adult models when wearing various armors, likely due to time constraints. Therefore, I have made some alternate armor models more suitable for a kid to use. These are just edited versions of the vanilla models, with similar texture mapping, so it is all very vanilla-looking and compatible with any texture mods. This will add the new models to your game and set her appearance.2da row to use them. Her unique models in vanilla are fixed up less noticeably to reflect the changes, and include similar texture mapping fixes to the arms that redrob41 did. This mod is intended to be installed after redrob41's Party Model Fixes, but does not require it to work. All changes will be applied immediately, and do not require that you start a new game. Installation: Download the included .7z file and extract it anywhere of your choosing on your computer. You can unzip a .7z file with tools such as Archive Utility on MacOs, or by with free programs like PeaZip on Windows and Linux. Simply run this installer, directing it to the location of your main game folder with the executable. For Steam installations, this would be "Steam\steamapps\common\swkotor". The installer is an .exe file, which Windows can run natively. Mac and Linux users might consider checking out Cortisol's HoloPatcher -- a new tool that is meant as a cross-platform alternative to traditional KotOR mod installers. Alternatively, executable files can be run on Mac or Linux with programs using tools such as Wine. If you are having trouble with either of those options, I have included some instructions for manual installation in the download's "ReadMe" file. If you happened to have previously installed another mod which placed an appearance.2da file in your override folder, the installer will give you a warning reporting as much upon completion. This is of no concern -- so long as you get no other warnings or errors, the mod is installed correctly and ready-to-go. The mod will overwrite any conflicting model files (.mdl/.mdx) in your override folder, but not any appearance.2da file it finds there, merely edit the existing one. Be sure to back up anything you want to keep ahead of time. The Included Files list below contains all the files that will be installed to the override folder. Uninstallation: Delete all of the files listed below from your override folder. If you had an appearance.2da file in your override folder prior to installing, you can find a backup version in the mod's "backup" folder, which was automatically created during installation, and place that in your override. If you are unsure whether or not a previous mod had put that file there or not, it is better to make use of the backup. Included Files: Compatibility: This mod is fully compatible with any mod which does not replace any of the model files (.mdl/.mdx) listed above. Files that edit appearance.2da are compatible so long as they do not change Mission's armor model cells. If you intend to install Party Model Fixes by redrob41, I recommend doing so before installing this mod, or what you install here will be overwritten. Expect compatibility with most any texture/reskin mods -- so long as they do not replace models (.mdl/.mdx files) as well as textures, there should be no conflict. Acknowledgments: Thanks to seedhartha, NdixUR, Symmetric, and Purifier for making importing to Blender simple using KotORBlender, and Cortisol for making file extraction easy with the Holocron Toolset. I would also like to thank Stoffe and Fair Strides for making inter-mod compatibility infinitely more feasible with TSLPatcher. Shout-out to ConansHair for pointing out that weird bright spot on Zaalbar's rump. This modification is not supported by Obsidian Entertainment, Lucasarts, Disney or any licensers/sponsors thereof. View File Party Conversations on Ebon Hawk KOTOR features several conversations between party members which occur as you explore the various planets. View File Party Tweaks Party Tweaks Knights of the Old Republic II - The Sith Lords By ChaosRonin --------------------------------------------------- Overview --------------------------------------------------- This mod will do a few things: - Set all party members level to 1 when they join. Party on The Leviathan! by Fair Strides Description: This mod came about as a way to realistically restore cut content that K1R couldn't restore. Juhani had some dialog that played specifically on the Leviathan, both for normal players and for a romanced Female PC. However, normally you can't ever talk to Juhani on the Leviathan and there was no real way for K1R to include the content without breaking immersion/not sticking to its goal... So, I had the idea to spawn the entire party (except Bastila and Carth, obviously) in the Detention Block after you're rescued. Here, you can talk to all of the party members, though only Juhani has any new lines here. And right as you leave the Detention Block, all the party members will run off around the corner ahead of you (You did tell them to get their gear and head off...) to get to the Hangar and free the Ebon Hawk. This mod is both compatible with K1R and does not require K1R to be installed! Installation: Simply run the TSLPatcher and direct it to your KotOR folder. Uninstallation: Delete the following files from the Override: fs_party_free.ncs fs_party_go.ncs fs_party_run.ncs fs_party_kill.ncs fs_party_go.dlg fs_party_leave.utt k_plev_freecs2.ncs And if you did NOT have a mod that added/modified a lev_m40aa.mod file in your modules folder, then delete the lev_m40aa.mod file from your modules folder. If you DID have a mod that added/modified the lev_m40aa.mod file in your modules folder, then replace that file with the lev_m40aa.mod file from the backup folder in the same folder from where you ran the TSLPatcher. Players who take in Bastila as their Sith apprentice probably find themselves disappointed that she isn't exactly the same as when she left your party, mechanically speaking. I don't claim to offer the optimal dark Jedi Sentinel builds here, but it's hard beating the atrocious vanilla stat allocation for last place. Receive Bastila exactly how she first joined you in the Taris apartments or select from a list of available presets. You can switch your chosen build at any point during the game before reaching the Rakatan temple summit. Simply run the patcher again and pick a new spec. This mod should be installed first, before any mods that affect party member Bastila at the Rakatan temple. If said mods are already installed then they must be reinstalled after this one. Hello! I officially started on this, so I thought I should post progress in the official WIP channel as opposed to the general help one. This is my first attempt at making a mod, so any advice or callouts would be greatly appreciated. The outline is to bring a version of TSL’s richer companion interactions to K1. I am a big believer that story and gameplay should effect each other as much as possible, in TSL that is fulfilled by lots of real benefits for engaging with party members. The Exile has a huge effect on their companions, which makes sense given the plot. The same should be true for K1...but the features just aren't there. The bones for what we see in TSL exists as the upgrade system for HK-47, so that is the foundation I am building this mod on. The mod would give buffs to party members for finishing their sidequests. It would do this by leveling them up and equipping custom “hide” items to their hidden inventory slot when you finish their relevant quest. The goal is to boost the weaker non-jedi characters, while providing some incentive/satisfaction for pursuing their each character's individual storylines. I have the following basics mapped out: Kotortool + K-GFF Editor - Create new .uti files for the items containing the buffs. Kotortool + Kotor Scripting Tool - Create a script that equips the item in the “hide” slot (or replace an item already there) DLG_Editor - Attach the script to the dialog event associated with completing the relevant quest DLG_Editor - Change/add text to the last dialog entry associated with that quest to explain to players the nature of the boost [ala HK-47’s repair boosts] The relevant characters and quests are: Carth → Finding Dustil Mission → Mission’s brother Canderous → Jagi’s Challenge Zaalbar → Chieftain in Need Juhani → Threat from Xor Jolee → After Final Dialogue HK-47 → Finishing repairs T3-M4 → Finishing a custom dialog The bonuses would include leveling the character to make them equal to the player as well as the following: Progress: Released version 1.0! [1/26/2022] Credits (Will continue to update as I go): Big thanks to Thor110 for directing me to his video tutorial on Kotor modding! Additional gratitude for DarthParametric as they talked through issues Huge thanks to ebmar for helping me clean up my change.ini for TSLpatcher JC & Sdub for helping find Xor’s .dlg file djh268 for their full game saves I used for testing StellarExile & N-Drew25 for taking a look at my mod before release Blue for their Kotor Scripting Tool Fred Tetra for KotOR Tool tk102 for their DLGEditor Stoffe & Fair Strides - TSLPatcher

I took a crack at trying to make Deadeye Duncan a party member, but it turns out it's a lot harder then it seems. This is a request/help hybrid, not just one or the other. I don't think I'm able to make him a full-fledged party member, I don't care about voice-acting, or repeating phrases or whatnot. I just want him to actually follow me and be able to speak to him in any location in the game, I don't even care if he just repeats his dialogue the whole time. I used Darth333's Spawning Armband to first spawn him in my party, then added a dialogue option that allowed him to play pazaak, problem is, once my party leaves the cantina he stops following me and won't speak to me anymore. He'll join me in combat, he gets revived if he dies, his stats seem about what you'd expect from Duncan. I am absolutely no good at hex editing, I discovered kotor tool yesterday. If I could figure out how to make triggers I feel this would be easier. If I am unable to make him a party member, I'd ask, if at all possible, if someone else could make him a party member? This seemed a lot easier at first and I figured 1 .dlg file what follow him through-out the game, but it seems I need to script him so he'll have this responses anywhere in the game. If I need to actually make a super long script in tons of areas through-out the game, then I'd give up already, because the only way I made the first dialogue option was through kotor tool, and the only way I recruited him was with this mod: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1660-darth333s-spawning-armband/ If it's easier then I'm making it out to be, please help, if there's some magic script I can put into my override folder that will allow all his conversations to work anywhere in the game AND have him follow me through-out the game, that would be great. Please and thanks. PS... Mods this was a lot of writing, so if this is in the wrong place, please move the topic instead of deleting it, thanks.

View File Party Leveler K1 By Request of an anonymous /r kotor discord user, seconded by 134340Goat. Submitter jc2 Submitted 11/08/2017 Category Mods K1R Compatible Yes

View File All PC And Party Portraits (Modders Resource) (TGA) All PC and Party member portraits in TGA format. Use as a base for your own portraits or whatever else you need them for. You don't need to credit me if you use this, but it would be appreciated. I recommend GIMP or Paint.net for editing TGA's. Submitter thetruerevan75 Submitted 07/25/2018 Category Modder's Resources

Is there a way to spawn a NPC to make sure a reskin works? I saw a mod that has a reskin for Mira among its features but I think the maker screwed up by not renaming one of the textures used. I'm not entirely sure as I think I can remember an instance where there was a similar name mismatch but i've installed a lot of mods for a lot of games so i'm not entirely certain. The mod that I wonder about is this one. http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/870-daks-big-skin-pack/

View File Party Leveler TSL Requested by LucyTheAlien. Submitter jc2 Submitted 11/11/2017 Category Mods TSLRCM Compatible
