  1. Looking at the Youtube comments of Sheml on that video You have to change the script for her to wield a lightsaber which was done for the USM mod by Darth333. "floridadeathmetal666: I didn't change that script. I'm using Darth333's script that she wrote for the Ultimate Saber Mod." If you can find that script you can just put it into your game and avoid the other parts of USM. Edit1: After looking through it I think you will want to grab and input this script into the dlg file of that cutscene. "give_kreiasbr.ncs" from USM by darth33 You'll have to edit the source script though, because as of right now, it will try to replace the sword with a lightsaber unique to USM.

    In the vanilla you can speak with him and choose to leave him there, Bastila will even say some choice words in support of Marlena's actions. But, if you want a decision to support Marlena while talking to her, mmm, that's an interesting addition.

      presumably cut themselves off from the Force, which later by plot convenience was either A) a lie or B ) completely fixed by that character's decision alone.

      Funny enough it really didn't have any impact on the story, it was just to keep that character from interfering in the MC's story and justify their gameplay mechanics.

      @N-DReW25 No the game isn't all that good, decent but I wouldn't recommend it to people.  Graphics are meh, art style is okay, gameplay is easy and repetitive, and it lacks the JKA lightsaber decapitation. The story is weak and pointless, which makes sense because of all the existing plot from the animated series and movies, so the outcome and direction is very predictable and uneventful.

  5. Yeah I only watched the trailer as it was dissected by this youtuber here. But it was at that moment, when I realized I would not be seeing this movie, anything that validates cavalry charging on a space ship armed with anti-air guns and squadrons of fighters, it just seems too much like a Disney fantasy.
  6. oaky wait a second how do we that. So there's an icon between the crossout S and the insert link icon, that allows you to tag as spoilers, labeled Spoiler. Alright now I come in and say something suitably heroic... I'm excited for the Mandalorian so far the art style replicates the star wars vibe pretty strongly, for example the use of classic storm troopers gear instead of some new age helmets or armor design. But overall, I am skeptical of Disney star wars, still one of its directors is TCW director, so it's worth a shot to check out. Only a dozen or so days until it comes out.

  11. Not that I know of, but that is an excellent idea. I'm not sure what TSLRCM does to that scene, but to make this work, someone would have to do some scripting of the global booleans/numbers, some voice splicing and dlg editing to remove references to Talia or insert references to General Vaklu, might have to edit the battle a bit. Idk. But it is possible. More Jedi hypocrisy, don't get politically involved helping the Republic stay stable against the Mandalorians. Post-Mandalorian Wars, Master Kavar getting politcal as a "bodyguard," to keep Onderon in the Republic, but sees the player as fallen to the dark side if you ally with Vaklu.

    Modding Checkup (Sept 2019)

    Possibly. I have considered it. Most of my blogs are just my quirky side narrating recent events to get a few chuckles from myself or others. Yet at the same time, they serve as announcements/advertisement of content. Huh. I'm not sure where my motivation from blogging is coming from, but that's certainly a byproduct of modding, and where does that come from? So if my goal of blogging was to gain attention for my mods, then advertising on /r kotor would be a proper course of action. I haven't thought about this in some time, would be an interesting topic to broach...

  17. Glad I could be of help. No idea, the only thing that matters is communicating what your mod does, so if you have to use images from google to show vanilla assets or something, then why not. Mabye another modder might have a better answer. I know for one of my mods, I pulled the concept art off of google images and used it, because I was too lazy to get screenshots, recently went back and updated that mod with screenshots.
  18. Either way, really. If you decide to upload all of them, simply label each individual part. It really comes down to organization and how you effective you are at communicating what is inside each zipped folder. Like, mentioned before, its helpful to people if they have an understanding of specifics and general concept. I'd recommend uploading them in groups, i.e. fixes for dialogue (dlg files) or group a bunch of .uti files that fix/mod/upgrade items. You could always attach them to this post and see what feedback is given about organizing them. The only other thing that comes to mind about etiquette is crediting tool creators, users, tutorial writers, etc...
  19. Congratulations on your first release! I would recommend showing a changelog, which would detail what you did. Otherwise, people will not know what you have done, thus won't download somebody's claim to "upgrade" or "balance" the implants.
