  2. Honest Merchant (TSLRCM)

Brothers Dendis and Samhan Dobo decided to set up shop on the Telos citadel station. While Samhan opted to aquire his merchandise from dubious channels, Dendis kept himself, his inventory, and his prices, modest and ethical. This is why after TSLRCM I find it hard to believe that Dendis Dobo runs an honest but struggling business when I check his wares and see top-of-the-line gear and belongings of famous Jedi on sale.
This mod was quickly whipped up to revert his store to it's original state. It goes without saying you should install this only if you're using TSLRCM.

    1.4.0 Release Date: 25.11.2024

    Installation:
Please install The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod 1.8.6 FIRST, no exceptions.
It is highly advised to install the KOTOR 2 Community Patch before this mod, this is optional.
This mod is divided into two parts, the TSLPatcher component and the Override Component.
To install Override Component features, simply open their folders and copy their mod files to the Kotor 2 Override folder.
To install TSLPatcher Component features, simply click on the HoloPatcher.exe, click install, and sit back and watch the installer do its magic.
WARNING: It is highly recommended that you do not install the game on your system's C drive, especially in Program Files. Windows can have permissions issues when trying to install the mod to a C drive destination. If you are using the Steam version of the game and have installed Steam in its default Program Files location, we advise creating a new Steam Library on a different drive and moving the game there via the game's Properties pop-up in Steam.

    Description:
My Bug Fix Collection is another bug fix mod, though unlike most bug fix mods that have been made for the Kotor games this mod is for Kotor 2 in particular. The popular TSLRCM and K2CP mods are two excellent mods that bug fix hundreds of bugs throughout the game... though they haven't fixed all the bugs. Since TSLRCM development is essentially finished and the K2CP dev team are focused on the K1CP mod, I made my own bug fix mods to squash the rest I could.

  4. Repair Your Airspeeder... Again!

    Spoiler-Free Description:
Nobody likes to see a group project go to waste! This mod allows you to repair your speeder once and for all upon completing the Nar Shaddaa main story, and restores some of Obsidian's original game dialogue along the way. Rather than being told that the speeder has been sabotaged beyond your ability to repair, you will be told specifically which part that you installed needs to be replaced, and given an opportunity to find it at a location made available towards the end of the Nar Shaddaa main story (for the exact location, see step #8 of the full walkthrough provided below or attached images).
This mod restores original dialogue for certain party members, and the opportunity to gain/lose influence with them as you see fit.
You should install TSLRCM prior to installing this mod. For an existing game, use a save file made before visiting Nar Shaddaa for the first time (this mod won't affect any areas of the game you have already been to).
    Full Description (Contains Spoilers):
    Installation:
Download the 7z file and extract to somewhere on your computer that is easy to find. 7z files can be extracted with Archive Utility on macOS, or with free programs like PeaZip on Windows and Linux. For full compatibility and your own personal convenience, this mod comes with an installer which comes highly recommended. Simply run the installer, and direct it to your TSLRCM installation. For Steam installations, direct the installer to "Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\208580\485537937", and not the main game folder with the executable. The installer is an executable file that can be run natively on Windows or with free programs like Wine on other platforms. If for whatever reason you have trouble with the installer, open the "Manual Installation" folder and follow the instructions of the ReadMe file inside.
    Uninstallation:
Follow the instructions within the ReadMe pertaining to your installation method.
    Compatibility:
Users should expect full compatibility with any other mods, so long as they make no modifications to any airspeeder-related files or affect the new airspeeder cameras for other purposes (automatic installation) or replace the included files installed manually. Requires TSLRCM 1.8.3 or higher.
    Modifications (Automatic Installation):
    Modifications (Manual Installation):
    Full Walkthrough (Contains Spoilers):
    Acknowledgments:
Big thanks to Fred Tetra for KotORTool and Cortisol for the Holocron Toolset for making file extraction, module editing, and .mod file building easy, Fair Strides for the DLG Editor, JdNoa and Dashus for simple script decompiling with DeNCS, Blue for the KotOR Script Editor, and to Stoffe and Fair Strides for easy .mod extraction with ERFEdit, and for making inter-mod compatibility infinitely more feasible with TSLPatcher. It really does take a village to make one speeder fly.

  5. Everyone starts as a Jedi

This mod will make it so that when you meet any of your companions who can become jedi, they are the class they would have been already. Like Atton is already a Sentinal, Bao-Dur is already a guardian, and so on. It works really well with SuperSquall's SS Prestige Padawans (https://www.gamefront.com/games/knights-of-the-old-republic-ii/file/ss-prestige-padawans), as that one will make it so that your companions will have something to turn into when it comes time in the story. It also adds a few custom items that will be on your companions when you get them. This will also make Handmaiden, and Disciples names their real ones(at least it should).
Installation: Just put all of the files into your override folder and you should be good.
Uninstall: Just remove all of the files that are in this folder.
    TSLCRM Compatible: Yes
IMPORTANT: You will need to do a complete restart in order to get Atton for this, for the other ones it just has to be before you get them in your party.
Credits: You can use this mod if you give me credit for my work, that includes you can just grab my items and make your own item pack.
Credit goes to SuperSquall for the base of bao dur's uniform which will be on Bao-Dur when you get him on Telos

  7. TSL MP3 Player

    Description
This mod is based on a K1 mod released by HouseOfAmon in about 2006, and now largely forgotten.
It allows you to play your own music in-game, through a device called <FullName>'s Music Player,
(where FullName is your character's name). Activating this device allows you to play one of 25 tracks of your own,
or to return to playing the game's default music. It will do this via a dialogue menu.
I've made a couple of improvements over the original:
    1) This mod allows you to use 25 tracks, instead of 20;
    2) This mod allows you to reset to the game's default music whenever you want,
using the 'Play local radio' option (n.b.: 'Known Bugs', below).
You can cheat the item into the game using the code 'giveitem di_mp3' without the quotation marks,
or you can make it at the workbench.
    Installation
Installation of this mod comes in two parts.
    1) Use the TSLPatcher .exe included to install the base mod
(i.e., double click 'Install TSL MP3 Player', then click 'install mod', etc.)
    2) Adding your tracks to the game:
    i. Select up to 25 tracks that you have on your computer.
These *must* be in MP3 format.
ii. Copy the tracks to a new folder.
iii. Rename these copies Track1.mp3, Track2.mp3 ... etc., up to Track25.mp3
iv. Copy the renamed files to your StreamMusic folder inside the base game folder.
    Uninstallation
    1. Delete the new tracks you added to your StreamMusic folder.
    2. Delete the following files from your Override folder:
    di_mp3.ncs
    di_mp3.uti
    di_mp3p.dlg
    di_mp3p_1.ncs
    di_mp3p_2.ncs
    di_mp3p_3.ncs
    di_mp3p_4.ncs
    di_mp3p_5.ncs
    di_mp3p_6.ncs
    di_mp3p_7.ncs
    di_mp3p_8.ncs
    di_mp3p_9.ncs
    di_mp3p_10.ncs
    di_mp3p_11.ncs
    di_mp3p_12.ncs
    di_mp3p_13.ncs
    di_mp3p_14.ncs
    di_mp3p_15.ncs
    di_mp3p_16.ncs
    di_mp3p_17.ncs
    di_mp3p_18.ncs
    di_mp3p_19.ncs
    di_mp3p_20.ncs
    di_mp3p_21.ncs
    di_mp3p_22.ncs
    di_mp3p_23.ncs
    di_mp3p_24.ncs
    di_mp3p_25.ncs
    di_mp3r.ncs
    3. If TSLPatcher created a backup folder during install in the same folder as the tslpatchdata folder,
you can copy the following files backed up there, and use them to overwrite the copies in the Override folder:
    ambientmusic.2da
    globalcat.2da
    spells.2da
However, it is advised that you do NOT do this unless absolutely necessary,
as these files are used in a lot of other mods.
    Known Bugs
Pressing the 'Play local radio' button may cause the game to play the default area battle music when you're not in combat.
It should return to the normal mode area music once this finishes playing, though.

  8. JC's Crystal Attunement for K2

    Summary
This mod is focused on the so-called Quest Crystal, a powerful lightsaber crystal only the player character can utilize. There are three parts to this mod, which may be installed together or individually:
    Class-Based Properties
The Quest Crystal in the original game has differing properties depending on your character's level and alignment only. This option gives the Quest Crystal differing properties based on your character's class in addition to their level and alignment. Each combination of class and alignment has access to a unique set of item properties. Workbench Attunement
In the original game, only Kreia is able to attune your Quest Crystal to keep it up to date with your character's stats. This option allows you to attune the crystal yourself when Kreia is not available as a party member. This option also removes the "[Learn about using the workbench.]" dialogue from any workbenches you can access after the game's prologue. Bug Fixes
In the original game, you are not always given a Quest Crystal that properly reflects your player character. This mod includes bug fixes to correct that problem. While all of the installation options include these bug fixes, they can also be installed alone without the rest of the mod. Installation
Extract files from the downloaded archive. Run Install.exe. Select which option you want to install:
    a) Class-Based Properties + Workbench Attunement
    b) Class-Based Properties
    c) Workbench Attunement
    d) Bug Fixes Only Click "Install Mod" and select your game directory (default name SWKOTOR2). This Workbench Attunement part of this mod only supports the English language version of the game at this time.
    Uninstallation
Remove the installed files or replace from backups if necessary. Credits

  9. AxC's Kreia's Canonical Lightsaber

Although it’s not possible in the unmodded game, The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia states that Kreia wielded a double-bladed lightsaber during her travels with the Exile, and the Star Wars Miniatures model of Kreia also depicts her using one. From the moment I learned this, it felt odd that the game didn’t reflect it. It’s just one of many canonical elements that remain out of reach in the base game. So, I decided to create this mod to bring Kreia’s canonical weapon to The Sith Lords.

Kreia will receive her double-bladed lightsaber aboard the Harbinger during her confrontation with Darth Sion. This weapon comes with improved stats but cannot be upgraded, and it can be used by Kreia even after the loss of her hand.

However, if you're already past Peragus (specifically, the point of no return when you board the Ebon Hawk), you can still add the lightsabers using cheats:

w_kreia_dblsbr: Kreia's canonical green double-bladed lightsaber, usable only by her.
w_traya_dblsbr: A red-crystalled version of the lightsaber, typically unobtainable, but usable by anyone.

  11. Kill The Ithorian

    1. Description

This is an updated version of the Kill the Ithorian Mod. Posted with Doctor's permission.

On Telos, there is a caged Ithorian in the Exchange office, mistreated and unfed. Originally, after dealing with the local crimeboss, you could free the prisoner, or leave him in the cage. This had no impact on anything, such as your Light/Dark alignment, and there was no XP reward.

This mod gives you an Experience + Lightside Points reward if you free him.

Moreover, it offers an option to overload the cage and kill the flatworm, for Experience + Darkside Points.

Version 1.1 is essentially the same, but with bugs fixed:
    - the infinite rewards exploit
    - the computer skill check not working.

    2. Installation

To install: copy the two files into your game's Override folder: Deadly_Cage.ncs, term_slusk.dlg.

To uninstall: delete these files from the Override folder.

This mod works fine with TSLRCM 1.7.

    3. Compatibility.

Works with TSLRCM, but it does overwrite term_slusk.dlg. This causes no problems.

    4. Credits

    Original author: Doctor (Stream)
    Version 1.1: Markus Ramikin
    Concept: Murdrax

    5. Disclaimers

The usual stuff applies. The mod is provided as-is; by installing it, you accept all liability for any game instability or damage caused.

Distribute freely, as long as you give due credit.

  13. Shiny HKs

This modification adds an improved and also shiny look to the current HK-47/HK-50/HK-51 textures, similar to the KotOR 1 HK-47 appearance.

To Install, click the "Install.exe" icon and follow the instructions. To Uninstall, remove all files packaged within this mod from override except appearance.2da.

If you experience issues with the mod, install this mod before starting a new game. This mod may not work retroactively with your saves depending on your pc settings and game settings. I have confirmed that this mod does work from HK-50s first encounter, but it may potentially present with transparent textures, due to necessary changes to appearance.2da not being made with the installer. You must use the exe installer in the mod archive to fully install the mod. Also, if you're installing TSLRCM and M4-78EP, install this mod after and also last.

Please do not release this mod on other sites or use its content without contacting me first.

  14. Modified Influence System

====Modified Influence System by Hassat Hunter====

This modification will change the influence system to work as was once intended by Obsidian, and TSLRP was to use it in their mod.
These files are extracted from 302NAR's files, and unmodified from there. Placing them in override should apply said effect globally.
Instead of 8 for all encounters, the second number will decide wheter they are "small" (2), "regular" (6) or "high" (12). Some also have no apllied number. They should default to regular, but it's not tested wheter that really works.
The concept was DROPPED, and the game is not balanced for this change. It may become impossible to Jedify certain members with this mod installed.
As such, it's pretty much intended for the people who are just interested in the workings of this influence system, or how it might have been if TSLRP ever saw the light...

    ==Install Instructions==
    * Drop the files from "Override" in the override folder.
Simply remove them to return to the existing system anytime (but when in 305NAR obviously).

    ==Uninstall==
    * Remove the following 2 files (a_influence_inc.ncs and a_influence_dec.ncs) from your override folder.

    ==Known Issues==
None known. Many could exist though!!!
    USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

This modification will modify the workbench to allow all of Mira's rockets to be creatable.
In the original TSL only 5 could be created, and dropped by the random loot system. While type 7 and 9 did appear in fixed drops on Nar Shaddaa, once you used them there was no replenishing them at all.
TSLRCM 1.8 will fix the rockets in the random loot system, but this small mod is to add them to the workbench.
Since the values aren't found anywhere I basically just made them up, not so much restoration. Hence this seperate mod that most likely will not be included in 1.8.
In order to compensate for the additional rockets each rocket doesn't take +5 repair skill like in vanilla, but +3 repair skill, for 33 total for the final 11th.
This mod is incompatible with other mods that modify what the workbench creates. Those who merely modify it's dialogue are compatible!

  17. Darksword

This adds a new weapon, called a darksword, to the game. It is slightly less powerful
than a lightsaber (base damage 2-14 [2d7], +1-4 electrical damage), and is what was used
before the lightsaber was invented, particularly by the Sith. You will find the weapon
(if you look hard enough) on the Harbinger. I’m not going to say where, so if you want it,
be sure to check all over and not miss any compartments if possible.

The mod is inspired by ChAiNz.2da’s Darksword mod for KotOR II, which he released back in 2005.
While it’s a cool mod, I was never satisfied with the way the electrified blade looked in that
mod, so I made this mod to rectify that.

  18. Improved Peragus Asteroid Fields

    ====================================================================
STAR WARS: KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: THE SITH LORDS MODIFICATION
    ====================================================================

    ---------------------------------------------

    AUTHOR: VasiliiZaytsev (aka RenegadeSniper7)
    CONTACT: RenegadeSniper7 on LucasForums.com or vasilii.zaytsev@outlook.com
MOD NAME: Improved Peragus Asteroid Fields
    VERSION: 1.2
    DATE: July 22nd, 2015

    ---------------------------------------------

    /*v1.2 CHANGELOG:*/

    - Fixed an issue where an asteroid at the top of the asteroid field would be noticeably cut off as the field shifted up and down.
    ---------------------------------------------

    /*v1.1 CHANGELOG:*/

    - Fixed a bug where the top and bottom of the texture was being slightly cut off in-game as the field oscillated up and down, causing a few
asteroids to visibly slide in and out of existence. A "buffer zone" of empty space has been added to the top and bottom of the replacement
textures to prevent this issue from happening.

    - Improved the placement of asteroids within the texture to produce a more realistic look.

    ---------------------------------------------

DESCRIPTION: This is my first mod, and it's an extremely basic one. It takes the default 2D asteroid field texture used in the Peragus
asteroid fields in the tutorial/prologue and outside of the Ebon Hawk hangar bay, and replaces them with much nicer ones. While it isn't
perfect, I feel that it's a vast improvement over the eyesores that were the default textures. See the included screenshots to see the default
    textures vs. mine.

NOTE: This DOES NOT replace the texture(s) of the individual free-floating 3D asteroids around Peragus, only the asteroid field textures.

INSTALLATION: Copy and paste the "EBO_Astr.tga" and "PER_As02.tga" files to your KotOR II override folder.

UNINSTALLATION: Remove the aforementioned files from your override folder.

PERMISSIONS: If you want to use this mod as part of your own, that's fine. Just credit me as "VasiliiZaytsev/RenegadeSniper7." And if you do
use my mod in yours, feel free to let me know by PMing me on LucasForums! I'd be interested to see what you're working on.

    Indeed they do.

  24. Telos Citadel Station Skybox by Quanon

    Telos Citadel Station Skybox
    ============================

    MOD AUTHOR: Quanon
    ORIGINAL RELEASE: 03 MAY 2013

FOR WHAT GAME: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords

    Description:
    ----------------
Apologies for the late release on this. (I've had a busy week offline.)

A long time ago . . . in a Mod Request not far away, I (Sith Holocron) requested a mod to improve the low resolution quality of the skybox as seen outside the windows of Telos' Citadel Station.

I highlighted - to anyone that would listen - a few issues that I thought needed addressing. The buildings seen through those windows had a low resolution skin. The grid of pipework seen at the base of those buildings looked like a blurry mess.

    Someone listened.

This mod created by the talented Quanon remedies all of that. Though the screenshot above doesn't show it, the skybox does have the red windows that would be seen later in the game as well.

In addition to the TGAs and TXI, there are also PSD files for those of you that would like to fool around with the textures in Photoshop. There's also a TIF file that suits the same purpose.

    Installation:
    ----------------
For Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 - Extract the TGA files and the TXI file into the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic/Override folder.

    To Uninstall:
    ----------------
    Take them out again.

    Known Bugs:
    -----------------
    None known at this time.

  25. [TSL] Twin Sun to Asari

    ============================
    [TSL]Twin Sun to Asari
    ============================
Author: MrPhil (deadlystream) and Phildevil (Lucasforums)
    Date Released: 28/06/2014

    ------------
    Description:
    ------------
This is my third Kotor mod. I've always thought the original Twin Sun (the Twi'Lek bounty hunters you encounter on Nar Shadaa) looked featureless and bland.
Over time, I've requested to various skinners that they do something to improve their appearance,
but sometimes they told me they did not know what to do, or other times, their work just weren't looking good enough to me, unfortunately. I've had an idea to make them look better:
make the Twin Suns to have a skin that looks a bit like that of the Asari, some aliens from BioWare franchise Mass Effect. I've spoke of my idea to a few skinners, but they seemed disinclined to make-it happen,
that's why I decided to create this reskin mod. Poured at least 24 hours in this, spread over a few months.

    -----------
    Thanks:
    -----------

I have had a few problems and a lot of help was given to me: thanks to Malkior, SelfInducedComa and Rtas Vadum for their general helpfulness.
Thanks W4rb1rd for reminding me of the "Lekku" term .
Thank you Quanon for your UVW mapping. It has been an invaluable tool to make this mod possible and it has reduce the amount of work I've had to do by half!
Thanks to LDR for your support and for giving me the proper way to test rapidly the changes I've made (changing npc appearance). It has saved me some time, compared to my initial way, which had me go through long cutscenes!
Thank you Kainzorus Prime for fixing the eyes for me and for the other advice and prod you've given me
