Redhawke's Mission Jedi Mod
By JumpStationZ
Author : RedHawke 08/20/04 V1.0
Mod: Make Mission a Jedi Mod
============================================================================
This mod allows Mission Vao to become a Jedi, through her cousin Ariajj Vao, she trains her on Dantooine.
This mod allows the player to pick which Jedi class they wish Mission Vao to have, as well as giving you some Jedi Robes for her and Her Lightsaber(s).
This mod is also fully compatable with all of My Mods and just about everyone else's mods as well.
I hope you all enjoy the Mod!
Installation Instructions:
-----------------------------
Just extract everything to your KOTOR override and start a new game, or you can add it in before going in to the Dantooine Courtyard Area (Where you talk to Nemo).
Or a .kmm file is included to use with Cchargin's KMM or KOTOR Mod Manager program.
Incompatibilities:
-----------------------------
Any mod that has "dan14_jon.dlg" will not be compatible.
That dlg file has the spawn script for the jedi who trains Mission.
Uninstallation Instructions:
-----------------------------
Simply delete all these files from your override directory, or Deactivate it with KMM.
This Mod Does:
-----------------------------
Adds a new spawning NPC on Dantooine when the Settler Jon accosts you about the Mandalorian Raiders, Ariajj Vao a Female Twilek Jedi is nearby John, Talk with Her and see! (If you don't have Mission with you she won't have much to say, until you add Mission in!)
Follow the Dialogue and you can get Mission Vao a Jedi Class of your choice. You get another Jedi in your party and you don't have to edit a thing.
Warning: There is no Dialogue Exit so once you talk to Ariajj Vao, Mission is going to become a Jedi.
Adknowledgements:

A boatload of thanks to Fred Tetra for creating the awesome and simple to use kotor editing tool.
And A Big...Big Thanks to TK102 for without his many utilities this mod would have not been possible!

This mod allows You to recruit Master Vandar Takare. It adds him as a party member and also adds a few conversation lines with him. He replaces T3M4 as a companion aboard the Ebon Hawk. He has Jedi abilities. Unfortunately, due to the model nature, he cannot wield any kind of weapon... I'm working on a way of implementing this in the future. He can, however, aid You greatly in battle with his powerful Jedi abilities.
It has been tested and works fine.

Ep. IX Rey's Lightsaber for K1
By kane001
*Note: If you still have not seen Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker and are sensitive to spoilers, please watch the movie before installing this mod.
I apologize for some of the low quality images, I use the GOG version of the game without any graphics mods so the in-game screenshots aren't very representative of how the lightsaber actually looks in-game.
1. Description:
This mod adds Rey's lightsaber (and saber crystal) from the end of episode IX to KOTOR.
2. How to Access:
Rey's saber crystal can be purchased from Yuka Laka's droid shop on Tatooine for 10000 credits. From there, place it into any lightsaber's colour crystal slot.
The lightsaber can also be spawned in using the console command: "giveitem sa_reysaber" or "giveitem sa_reycrystal" for the crystal.
3. Installation Instructions (PC):
Download and extract the zip file. Run TSLPatcher.
4. Compatibility:
This mod uses lightsaber slot and lightsaber crystal slot 34. Any other mods that occupy these slots will be incompatible with this mod.
5. Other notes:
This mod was converted from a lightsaber hilt within Plasma's Lightsaber Hilt Collection mod for Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. Plasma has me given me permission to convert his mod to KOTOR and upload it. All credit for the model and texture goes to him, I only converted it to KOTOR and created the KOTOR lightsaber icon. Please check out his original mod at: https://jkhub.org/files/file/3552-lightsaber-hilt-collection/
The icon for Rey's lightsaber crystal was borrowed from Kaidon Jorn's Schematic Lightsaber Mod. He indicated that as long as he was credited for the original work, it could be used in other mods.
This is my first mod, so please let me know if you have any problems or suggestions!
6. Very special thanks to:
The original mod author:
- Plasma
Everyone who helped teach and guide me along the way:
- Stormie97
- DarthParametric
- Rooxon
The creator of the lightsaber crystal icon:
- Kaidon Jorn

- bead-v (KOTORmax, MDLEdit)
- mrwonko (GLM Importer and Exporter)
- Fair Strides (TSL Patcher)
- ndix UR (tga2tpc)
Lastly, a special thank you to anyone and everyone who installs this mod, hope you enjoy it!
7. Redistribution:
This mod may redistributed as long as proper credit is given to myself for the porting process and lightsaber icon, Plasma for the original lightsaber hilt model and texture, as well as Kaidon Jorn for the lightsaber crystal icon.
8. Legal:
This modification is provided as-is and is not supported by BioWare Corp or LucasArts in any capacity. Please use this file at your own risk, neither I nor BioWare or LucasArts are responsible for any damages to your equipment incurred by the usage of this file.

Movie-Style Holograms For Twisted Rancor Trio Puzzle
This mod replaces the 2D billboard holograms used in the Twisted Rancor Trio puzzle in the Taris Lower City Apartments with full 3D holograms, coloured blue like in the movies (and TSL). Also fixes some missing sound effects that were intended to play when activating each hologram.
You may also be interested in my Movie-Style Rakatan Holograms and Movie-Style Holograms for Endgame Cutscenes mods.
Changes:
Replaces Bith 2D sprite with four separate animated 3D Bith models, each with a different instrument Replaces singer 2D sprite with animated 3D model (two different anims) with semi-custom texture to look like the original Adds emitter VFX Only switch emitter light on when activated instead of always on Repairs broken activation sound effects Known Issues:
Because meshes do not self-occlude, there are some artefacts when viewing from certain angles. Requires a save before entering the Taris Lower City Apartments (East) for the first time due to GIT changes. Acknowledgements:

JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Party Robes for K1
By JCarter426
Summary
This mod alters the appearance of Jedi robes worn by party members in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, giving them new models based on their basic clothing with added cloaks.
Installation
Note: If you intend to use this mod in conjunction with either my Cloaked Jedi Robes or Cloaked Hybrid Robes, they should be installed first.
Extract files from the downloaded archive. Run Fashion_I_Cloaked_Party_Robes_K1.exe. Select one of the installation options:
a) 100% Brown
b) Brown-Red-Blue Click "Install Mod" and select your game directory (default name SWKOTOR). Uninstallation
Remove the installed files or replace from backups if necessary. Compatibility
This mod uses my Supermodel Port for K1. This makes it super cripplingly incompatible with any other mods that alter the game's supermodels (the S_Female and S_Male files) unless the other mods utilize my Supermodel Port assets. These edits are necessary to give the player supermodels the bones required for the cloaks to animate.
This mod's supermodels include my Supermodel Fixes for K1. So you don't have to worry about using that, or if these files are overwriting those. Use this mod's files.
These supermodel edits somewhat alter some animations in the game. These adjustments were necessary to prevent the old stuff from clipping with the new stuff. It's essentially what Obsidian did when they added the new bones to the supermodel, but I've reversed the changes a bit to bring the animations closer to the original K1 style.
Some models aren't so happy with the new rig. I've made some hotfixes for such cases where I can, but they won't be compatible with other mods that alter these models. I've instructed TSLPatcher not to overwrite these.
P_JuhaniBB.mdl and P_Juhani.mdx are two such files that will be skipped. If you use the Juhani Catlike Head Mod, I suggest that you use my version because I happened to fix the same thing that mod fixes anyway. You can copy those two files manually from tslpatchdata to Override.
While this mod adds skirt bones to the player supermodels, at this time it does not add the bones or the necessary animations to the cutscene models. So the skirt flaps may appear stiff in scenes that use those.

Spare Mission and Zaalbar

Spare Mission and Zaalbar v 1.2
====================
Created by DarknessSquall (aka Scarrab) 8/31/20
SPOILER WARNING FOR DARK SIDE PLAYTHROUGHS!
.
.
.
.
.
.
====================
Description
====================
This mod adds options for Dark Side ending players to keep Mission (and by extension, Zaalbar) as a party member, or to non-lethally remove Mission from the party while keeping Zaalbar. The default options that end in violence remain in the game.
====================
Long Description
====================
One of the most common complaints I've noticed about the Dark Side ending is that there's no way to avoid killing Mission. And the only way to keep Zaalbar alive is temporary as well, since he turns on you as soon as he realizes what happened. Some people refuse to go dark side for that reason - myself included! The way the game forces you to kill her really doesn't feel good, especially since Zaalbar has sworn his loyalty to you; killing Mission will obviously jeopardize that. Mission says she doesn't believe you'll kill her, and the only way to handle that is to...kill her?
The violence felt unnecessary, and possibly out of character, depending on how you play the game.
That's where this mod comes in. For dark side players at the end of the game, two new options have been added, bringing a grand total of three options for dealing with Mission & Zaalbar:
1) Retain them both as party members
2) Remove Mission as a selectable party member without killing her, but retain Zaalbar
3) The vanilla options to kill Mission & Zaalbar, which still function exactly as they do in the base game
My goal was to write the dialogue and script the events in the most lore-friendly, in-character, way possible, so that the mod felt seamlessly integrated into the game. If I have succeeded, first-time players won't even notice that a mod is running. Mission seemed very opposed to the idea of swearing loyalty you, but she also wasn't going to run away or attack you willingly. I believe that in this situation, where's she's stuck between a rock and a hard place, there are ways to avoid the situation ending in violence.
Also, if anyone is worried about messing up their alignment - you will not gain light side points for choosing any of the options in this mod. Nothing about the situation really feels like a "light side" act, to me, after all.
====================
Installation
====================
Manual install: Open the folder called "Manual Install", then place unk41_mission.dlg, nm10ackand01052_.lip, nm20aagrif05041_.lip, and nm40aamiss08014_.lip in your Override folder, which is located in your Knights of the Old Republic installation directory.
Automatic install: Open the folder called "Automatic Install", then run TSLPatcher.exe and follow the on-screen instructions.
====================
Technical Description
====================
This mod consists of only a single .DLG file edit, but it gets the job done. Three of Mission's voice lines from other parts of the game are reused, so the corrosponding .LIP files are also needed, otherwise her mouth won't move for those lines.
====================
Compatibility
====================
This mod is not compatible with jc2's "Save Mission" mod or Tanesh's "Recruit Mekel" mod
As long as you aren't using a mod that modifies unk41_mission.dlg, there shouldn't be any problems. If you're not sure, check for the presence of unk41_mission.dlg in your Override folder before installing this mod.
====================
Known Issues
====================
If Mission and Zaalbar have already been killed, you can't go back in time and bring them back. Load an earlier save to when they were still alive.
If you choose to keep Mission as a party member, you can still talk to her like normal, and she'll give the same usual responses and act like nothing happened. Chalk it up to her mind being overly optimistic as a coping method, and/or her still being in denial about you having turned to the dark side.
If you left Zaalbar on Kashyyyk and never allowed him to rejoin your party, I believe your only option will be to kill Mission. I haven't personally tested this.
====================
Uninstallation
====================
Automated uninstall: Not supported!
Manual uninstall: Navigate to the Override folder in your KotOR installation directory and delete unk41_mission.dlg, nm10ackand01052_.lip, nm20aagrif05041_.lip, and nm40aamiss08014_.lip.
====================
Version History
====================
v1.2 - 9/3/20 Added checks for Zaalbar's presence, and a fixed a serious bug where you couldn't kill Mission
v1.1 - 9/2/20 Improved the player's dialogue options
v1.0 - 8/31/20 Initial release

JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Hybrid Robes for K1
By JCarter426
Summary
This mod adds cloaks to the Jedi robes worn by the player and many NPCs, combining the body of the KOTOR 1 robes with the cloaks of the KOTOR 2 robes in a hybrid model.
There are three texture options: 100% Brown, Brown-Red-Blue, and Brown-Red-Blue Alternative. The Brown-Red-Blue textures maintain the color scheme of the K1 Jedi Robes. The 100% Brown textures look more like K2 textures, with different (brown) designs for the Jedi robes instead of different colors. The Brown-Red-Blue Alternative uses the K1 color scheme, but gives the red and blue robes dark grey cloaks.
All styles come with or without gloves for your player character and some non-player characters. If you choose a gloveless option, your hands will be bare and match your usual skin tone.
Installation
Automatic Installation (Recommended)
Extract files from the downloaded archive. Run Fashion_I_Cloaked_Hybrid_Robes_K1.exe. Select one of the six install options:
a) 100% Brown
b) 100% Brown (No Gloves)
c) Brown-Red-Blue
d) Brown-Red-Blue (No Gloves)
e) Brown-Red-Blue Alternative
f) Brown-Red-Blue Alternative (No Gloves) Click "Install Mod" and select your game directory (default name SWKotOR). Manual Installation
Extract files from the downloaded archive. If you do not have an override folder, make one in your game directory (default name SWKotOR). Select one of the three folders in tslpatchdata:
h_bbb – 100% Brown
h_brb – Brown-Red-Blue
h_brb-a – Brown-Red-Blue Alternative Copy all files from the selected folder to your override folder except appearance.2da and the .ini and .rtf files. The gloveless options require patching appearance.2da and are not supported by the manual installation.
Uninstallation

Pretty Good! Icons for KotOR

Pretty Good! Icons for KotOR 1.0 by ajdrenter
Description:
This is a complete set of vanilla equipment icons for high resolution UI scaled configurations. Future updates will include mod specific icons. This mod is intended to be used with "KotOR High Resolution Menus" by ndix UR.
The goal of this mod is not to fix any consistency issues or design oversights of Bioware's icons, rather it is to replace them as seamlessly and accurately as possible.
Installation:
Just drag and drop either the tpc OR tga files to your override. I recommend the tga version for maximum compatibility, as you may want to mix and match with other mods.
Credits:
Darth Tomer, SpaceAlex, and ebmar for "Three-tiered Dark Jedi Robe". A couple skins from this mod were used to more closely match the vanilla icons.
Bioware and Lucasarts for all original assets.
Thanks to the whole community for such a wonderful wealth of content over the years.

You may use this mod for any non commercial use and without contacting me as long as you give me credit for my assets.

The two options for installation are the Classic (4x3 with black borders) and Widescreen (16x9) editions. These are both 1080p. If requested, additional resolutions may be added in the future.
Installation
To install this mod, simply drop legal.bik in 'Movies' into the Movies folder in your game's directory. Make a backup copy of the original if you might uninstall this mod later.
Widescreen Patching
In order for this mod to work properly, your game must be patched to run in widescreen. Here's a couple of useful links in doing so.

Description:
As you may know, or may even remember, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic was released on July 15 2003 whilst the PC edition was released on November 19 2003. Obviously, the original Xbox console from 2003 has gone out of fashion a LONG time ago and 95% of the Kotor Modding and Gaming Community in general have migrated over to the glorious PC Master- *Cough* I mean, to the PC.
But did you know that Bioware gave Kotor one final improvement before releasing the full game to the PCs? if you've actually played Kotor on the original Xbox (Or maybe even the Xbox 360, Xbox One or even the Xbox Series X) then you'll recall how on the Console edition of Kotor had a variety of oddities like lower resolution textures, different appearances for NPCs, incorrect appearances for NPCs, alternative VO, bugs/glitches, Yavin 4 being locked behind DLC and more...
This mod pack is similar to my TSL Mini Mod Collection mod, every update to the KOTOX will include more Xbox inspired mods for the player to install and experience.
Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.
Incompatibilities:
Would be incompatible with any mods which modify the Taris Sith Raid dlg, the legal and Revan's death .BIKs and any Dark Jedi texture mods.
Report any unknown incompatibilities to me on Deadlystream.com.
Permissions:
Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission.

I Don't Want to Be a Jedi
Description:
A tiny mod for KotOR 1 that gives the player the option to avoid becoming a Jedi and remain a Soldier, Scout, or Scoundrel for the entire game.
It adds two new replies towards the end of the second conversation with the Jedi Council. As you can see from the screenshot, the new replies start with "[Refuse Jedi Training]", so there should be no confusion as to what they do or which ones they are.
If you choose not to be a Jedi, that conversation leads directly into the "corruption in the grove" quest, skipping over several parts of the Jedi training quest.
Scripts are included to enable cross-classing as a non-Jedi. So, for example, a Scout can cross-class as a Soldier, etc.
The option to cross-class as a non-Jedi is given through subtitles at the end of that second conversation with the Council.
To avoid cross-classing as a non-Jedi, simply choose "No" when asked if you want to cross-class.
Note that there is no second opportunity to cross-class or become a Jedi. If you change your mind later or you misclick, you'll have to reload or use a save editor.
If you're wondering why anyone would want to do this, some people might want to do a "challenge run" without lightsabers or Force powers. Others might want to roleplay a trooper, smuggler, or bounty hunter-type character who refuses to use the Force.
If you're wondering how this might be explained from a story standpoint, considering that the PC is regularly referred to as Padawan or Jedi, my explanation is that the PC is a "nominal Jedi". The PC is Force Sensitive and the Council considers them a (stubborn, uncooperative, foolish, and possibly evil) member of the Jedi Order, but the PC refuses to cultivate their Force abilities (in any obvious way), to wear robes, or to use lightsabers. Other than the Council and a few others who insist on treating the PC as a Jedi because they "should be a Jedi", NPCs are playing along. Or they don't know any better. They encounter a Force Sensitive or someone who seems like a Jedi, and assume that they must be one.

A bunch of custom scripts
Installation:
Open the I Don't Want to Be a Jedi 3.0 archive and extract the loose .dlg files and .ncs scripts into your Override folder. Ignore the "Source Scripts" folder.
Uninstallation:
Remove the .dlg files found in the archive from your Override folder. The scripts won't do anything without the .dlg files, so you can leave them or delete them.

special effects [K1] Alignment Fancy Bits
By ebmar
This mod adds fancy VFX and SFX alignment change both to the dark side and light side in two available style; TOR and TSL.
-= BACKGROUND =-
Not much of a background -- just my curiosity fueled with @DarthParametric's invaluable insights and assistance trying something never been done [at least to release stage until this mod was attempted] and documented previously to K1 based on its successors; The Sith Lords and The Old Republic.
-= ABOUT THIS MOD =-
TOR style -- adds IN-cutscenes VFX and SFX based on TOR's TSL style -- adds POST-cutscenes VFX and SFX based on TSL's TOR style no SFX -- adds ONLY IN-cutscenes VFX based on TOR's TSL style no SFX -- adds ONLY POST-cutscenes VFX based on TSL's * Preview [v1.0.1] --
To its VFX base it's using ported TSL models and texture [for the dark side ones] provided by DarthParametric. As for the SFX, I had them ported from TSL -- originally comes as mus_s_darkshort and mus_s_lightshort.
-- provided as well user-friendly uninstaller for convenience purpose.
-= KNOWN ISSUES =-
TOR style -- at some potential cases [depending on how the cutscenes were set up] the SFX and/or VFX won't show up if the camera/frame far-off from the Player. In SFX's case -- because Players' presence on-screen's needed as they're the medium for the SFX output TSL style -- as using a spawned placeable's OnHeartbeat [which checks for and] to trigger the VFX and SFX for ONLY every ~3 seconds, they will not fired instantly. Delays are to be expected with this one. Also, as I didn't include ratio check to DS and LS gains sometimes you'll see LS status with DS' VFX/SFX and vice-versa. That often happens if there are multiple alignment sets in one continuous cutscenes There are module-specifics scripts that alter the alignment which is outside the scope of this mod -- at least at this current stage. With that in mind sometimes you won't see the mod's working although there are alignment change's happening
-= FINAL REMARKS =-
There's always room for improvements; reviews, critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks are much appreciated. PM me here, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and using this mod.
Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do!
-= INSTALLATION =-
Run the installer, pick only one of the available options then hit the [Install Mod ->] button!
-= UNINSTALLATION =-
Available in the _uninstall folder -- make sure to read the Readme first!
-= COMPATIBILITY =-
Is NOT compatible with mods that share the provision; doing same thing, same assets etc and/or anything that hard-overwrites 2DAs coming from this mod.
-= REDISTRIBUTION =-
I'd love to provide direct support to my work, which wouldn't be possible if they're scattered in the Unknown Regions -- so be considerate to not redistribute this mod or re-release it on any websites.
If you're to use the assets from this mod - please be kindly to ask for permission first -- that way I know what's up, and if it's interesting enough I might offer to be involved, hahah. Or at least we'll talk. Cheers!

Dark Side Ending Cutscene Enhancement
This mod replaces the terrible low poly and sprite-based crowd in the Dark Side ending with a full 3D crowd. Due to engine limitations, these are static in order to preserve the frame rate, but the original only has some slight wobbling of the sprites anyway. The two animated Sith Officers that walk up and salute still remain, as in the original version, although they have been tweaked so that the transition from walking to saluting is a little less janky. Both now also bow in a later shot, as intended. Two doors that were missing have been added (also to the regular Temple Summit module) so Bastila and Revan have an obvious path to the dais besides Force Leap. Some of the level geometry has been consolidated to improve performance, since models with high individual mesh counts seem to tank the frame rate. As of v1.2, all the vanilla lightmaps have been completely replaced with entirely new higher resolution ones, cleaning up artefacts and adding in a lot of missing shadows.
Known Issues / To-Do List:
Currently, the DS credit sequence does not play in fullscreen when movies are enabled due to the requirement for additional exe patching not currently done by any existing widescreen patch. I have provided info about this to ndix UR for incorporation into his high res menu patcher, but there is no ETA on an update for that. In the meantime, for those willing to crack open a hex editor, here are the offsets you need to edit with your own resolution values in the CD/GOG exe:

Jedi Diversity on the Star Forge
This mod changes the appearances of the Jedi that appear on the Star Forge, since the majority of them are clones. Now every Jedi has a unique appearance, including the addition of some extra alien races with models taken from TOR.
Installation:
Run INSTALL.exe.
It is recommended that you use this mod in conjunction with my Diversified Jedi Captives on the Star Forge mod, since this mod doesn’t alter the appearances of the captives on Deck 4. The use of my Dark Jedi Wear Robes mod is also recommended. It is also highly recommended that you use the K1 Community Patch, which makes a number of small edits to the Star Forge cutscenes (amongst a whole host of other fixes). Just be sure to install that first.
Warning: This mod requires that at least one of the following mods be installed in order to function:
JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1
JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Hybrid Robes for K1
JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Party Robes for K1
This is non-negotiable! JC’s added TSL supermodels from one of those mods must be present for the models in this mod to work.
To Do List:
The two Jedi that Malak toys with when you first encounter him at the end of Deck 3 are being choked, but don't have any SFX for it. I may add in some SFX for those at some point in the future, possibly in conjunction with/derived from a K1CP update.
Credits/Acknowledgements:
Thanks to @JCarter426 for the cloaked robes modder's resource. Thanks to @bead-v for KOTORMax and MDLEdit. Thanks to @ndix UR for TGA2TPC. Thanks to @Darth_Sapiens for the Cubemap Pack modder's resource. Nautolan, Kel Dor, and Rodian head models ported from The Old Republic MMO. Heyorange's Sith Uniform Reformation
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
Author: Heyorange (aka Pataschka)
Version: 1.0
DESCRIPTION:
This mod is a bunch of reskins of the sith officer uniforms. Different uniforms with different rank insignias were given to different officers throughout the game to give a bit more realistic look.
Aside from that, the uniform of the Admiral Saul Karath was changed and a new reskin for sith students was added.
The Mod is devided into 3 parts:
1. Heyorange's Sith Uniform Reformation - the main part of the mod
2. Sith Students + Czerka on Korriban fix - reskin of the standart sith uniforms for Korriban sith students and fix for Czerka workers on Korriban to have correct uniforms
3. K1R fix - A reskin of the sith uniform for the added wounded officer on the Leviathan by the K1R modification
INSTALLATION:
This mod doesn't have TSLPatcher so to install it copy desired files to your Override folder:
- If you are using mods such as "Back in Black" or any other mod that changes the uniforms of the sith students and fixes Czerka workers then copy only files from "Heyorange's Sith Uniform Reformation" folder to your Override folder
- If you don't have any mods affecting the appearance of the sith students and czerka officers then copy the files both from "Heyorange's Sith Uniform Reformation" and "Sith Students + Czerka on Korriban fix" folders to your Override folder
- If you are using K1R modification than copy the files from all of 3 folders to your Override folder
COMPABILITY:
Would be incompatible with any mods that change the model of the sith officers. Should work both with vanilla game and K1R.
PERMISSIONS:
I am giving my permission to use any part of this mod to anyone as long as I am credited as the original author
THIS MOD IS NOT SUPPORTED BY LUCASARTS OR BIOWARE. USE THIS FILE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
NEITHER THE AUTHOR OF THIS MOD NOR THE COMPANIES MENTIONED ABOVE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER WHEN USING THIS FILE.

K1 Effixian's Twi'lek PC Pack
By Effix
---------------------------------------------
Knights of the Old Republic
---------------------------------------------
TITLE: K1 Effixian's Twi'lek PC Pack
AUTHOR: Effix(ian)
CONTACT: PM me on the forums or find me on Steam
-----------------------
DESCRIPTION
-----------------------
This mod pack can add 12 female and 9 male Twi'lek player characters and is a spin off of my K2 version. Most are based on vanilla NPC Twi'leks from either games and a few are unique.
All the females have matching custom underwear that's based on the Twi'lek NPCs outfits. The males get a white K2 version that can become black if they go darkside. They are not in line with the vanilla K1 underwear because I didn't really feel like doing 63 versions
The dark side transitions are a bit more subtle than vanilla player characters (most become more pale, females get very subtle veins showing). The eyes become like yellow Sith eyes as seen in the movies. A few characters have something extra as they progress to the dark side, see the screenshots.
There's an optional extra installer for making the female clothing the same as their underwear (jumpsuits).
P.S. The screenshots are from K2, but things should look the same.
-------------------------
INSTALLATION
-------------------------
Unzip somewhere. There's a folder "Installer", run the file "Effixians_K1_Twilek_PC_Pack.exe". Now you can select which of the 20 player characters you want to install. Once you've done that you press the "Install Mod" button and point the installer to the main location of your game folder.
If you install more than one of the females then the installer will give warnings about you already having certain files, it's not a problem, warnings aren't errors.
It can appear that the installer is not responding/seems to have crashed, just give it a minute or so and it will be truely done.
---------------------------
KNOWN ISSUES
---------------------------
There are clipping issues with some outfits, especially with the Lekku and the male throat. In KotOR 1 the 3 classes use different heights, I kept that in but I'm not sure yet if that's the best approach (It is cool, but doesn't reduce those clipping issues). Feel free to give feedback on it.
A few chars have custom clothing (Female Red, Yuthura, Adult Mission). They can make the character creation seem glitched out, but things will be fine once you start the game.
--------------------------
UNINSTALLING
--------------------------
1. For details on which files to clean up, see the .rtf file inside the tslpatchdata folder and then the folder that matches the character you've installed. You can also launch the installer again to see that text and then just not proceed with the install.
2. The installer creates a backup folder with appearance.2da, heads.2da and portraits.2da, you can place those back if you want to undo installing one character. However, those are snapshots of your previous situation, if you install 2 characters then your backup files will be as if you had only installed that first char.
If you haven't added any mods before then removing the above .2da files from the Override folder will make the game use the unmodded files again.

Ixgil the Bith
Ixgil (the alien who gets murdered by the Sith immediately on Taris) uses Bith VO, and is tagged as a Bith, so I changed his appearance and name to reflect this. Enjoy your new Bith NPC for the scant few seconds in which he's alive! I've been told K1R does this as well, but I don't use it, nor do I particularly want to.
To install, run INSTALL.exe and follow the instructions. Make sure you install this prior to setting foot outside the apartment though, otherwise it will have no effect.
