Train the Disciple By jc2 Atton can be trained to use the force forms and lightsaber techniques that the PC learns on his/her journey, however, the Disciple cannot. At a loss for why this would not be, jc2 has undertaken an effort to rebalance this issue. Keeping in mind the sister mod, Train the Handmaiden, which set out in 2017, nearly 2 years prior to address the same issue for the Handmaiden, jc2 has come full circle. Therefore, it is the entire effort of this mod to allow the PC to train the Disciple in all 7 of the lightsaber forms, four force forms, and three force techniques. Lightsaber techniques: Ataru Form -Juyo Form - Shii Cho Form - Soresu Form - Makashi Form - Niman Form - Shien Form Force forms: Force Potency Form- Force Mastery Form -Force Focus Form - Force Affinity Force techniques: Breath Control - Beast Trick -- Force Sight The PC must have learned these techniques in order to train the Disciple on them. Incompatibilities: None so far. Compatible with Party Swap & any mod that edits disciple.dlg, because Train the Disciple does not edit disciple.dlg in any way. Files used: jc2_coms.uti, deadmerc_cont.utp (Dantooine corpses within Enclave next to Statue), jc2_disciple.dlg, spells.2da & globalcat.2da (correctly patched with tslpatcher). Installation: Run Tslpatcher See Readme for further details and information, before installing. Credits: Sith Holocron for VO splicing Deadlystream for hosting & Tyvokka for hosting deadlystream! 2 pointsI was just about to post the Zez/Exile conversation from the end of the Nar Shadda questline from LP archive too. Like you said, Zez did admit the Council screwed up by not looking inward. "Nor were we. The day we cast you out, that is the moment I decided to leave the Order. Because I do not believe we truly faced the reasons you were exiled, and if we do not examine such truths, then we are already lost." https://lparchive.org/Knights-of-the-Old-Republic-II/Update 17/
-
2 pointsI like Zez because he seems to be the only one who is sincerely questioning Jedi teachings and willing to take part of the blame for the fallen Jedi. He seems genuinely humble like a Jedi should be. Vash also says something about not casting blame in the High Council cutscene, but there isn't much about her in the game. However her datapad found on Korriban doesn't make her seem very wise, especially as she severely underestimated Sion.
-
2 pointsVash and Zez seemed to be the most underwritten masters of the entire game. Vrook had been in K1 and the KOTOR comics, and Kavar had some exposition given to him by characters like Canderous, so at least they had some background info to go off of. And both Kavar and Vrook actually assist the player on Onderon and Dantooine if they take the light side path.

Blades such as this one are the weapon of choice for Mandalorians. A warrior used to make his first battle blade after his first victory. Each one is unique in its construction, and it is very rare to find one that is not with it's owner - most great Mandalorians are buried with their blade. This mod adds two new weapons to the game, based on the bat'leths wielded by Klingons in Star Trek: The Next Generation etc. The are called Mandalorian Battle Blades. One can be found in one of the hidden caches on Telos, and has +2 Attack Bonus and +2 Slashing damage. The other is Mandalore's Battle Blade, which can be found in Mandalore's room on Dxun. This second weapon has +2 AB, +2 slashing damage, and the Keen item property. Its model is based on the Sword of Kah'less. -

This mod intends to address key issues with male Twi'lek heads in KOTOR II, most notably the addition of ear geometry. The main improvements are the addition of ears and slimming down on the Bib Fortuna necks. Other tweaks include better smoothing groups, fixed teeth and eyelids, and recolored tongues. The ears were created using modified assets ported from SWTOR. There's two options for installation. Option A uses the slim necks, while Option B retains the original necks. I highly recommend the first option as it fixes clipping with collars on heavy armor and it's the main choice for other mods which use my files. Given the frequency of Twi'lek NPCs, this mod's a nice visual improvement that adds a much-needed element of consistency with other humanoid head models in the game. The KOTOR I version can be found here. Installation & Uninstallation To install this mod, run Installer.exe, select the option(s) you want, and proceed with the installation. To uninstall this mod, run the installer again, select the same option(s), and click Tools -> Uninstall Mod / Restore Backup. Compatibility & Known Issues This mod isn't compatible with any retextures of male Twi'lek heads unless that mod states otherwise. There's no known compatibility issues with any other mods. I've given permission for this mod to be included in a few other projects. Be sure to check the descriptions of those mods to see if you need to install this first. This mod will fix the character Luxa so that her hair model is uvw mapped properly. The default model is rather piecemeal and chaotic, so that her hair doesn't look like it flows naturally. The N_Lala_XuH.tga texture that is included, has only an additional area for the tongue, and some more detail added to the blurriest part of the hair (along the right edge of the tga). As a bonus, this mod can adjust her body model, so that her figure is much more shapely. There are two options included: Option 1 has an unnaturally thin waist (which seems more believable IMO for an alien Zeltron female). Option 2 is not quite exaggerated as the first (this is the model I use for female Twi'lek underwear in the Revenge of Revan mod). The texture has been tweaked slightly, so that her skin has more detail, the color matches her face a bit better, and the black leather doesn't look as green as the original. There is a bonus alternate texture, which swaps out the leotard shorts for laced up bikini bottoms, and a backless top. -

1. Description This is an updated version of the Kill the Ithorian Mod. Posted with Doctor's permission. On Telos, there is a caged Ithorian in the Exchange office, mistreated and unfed. Originally, after dealing with the local crimeboss, you could free the prisoner, or leave him in the cage. This had no impact on anything, such as your Light/Dark alignment, and there was no XP reward. This mod gives you an Experience + Lightside Points reward if you free him. Moreover, it offers an option to overload the cage and kill the flatworm, for Experience + Darkside Points. Version 1.1 is essentially the same, but with bugs fixed: - the infinite rewards exploit - the computer skill check not working. 2. Installation To install: copy the two files into your game's Override folder: Deadly_Cage.ncs, term_slusk.dlg. To uninstall: delete these files from the Override folder. This mod works fine with TSLRCM 1.7. 3. Compatibility. Works with TSLRCM, but it does overwrite term_slusk.dlg. This causes no problems. 4. Credits Original author: Doctor (Stream) Version 1.1: Markus Ramikin Concept: Murdrax 5. Disclaimers The usual stuff applies. The mod is provided as-is; by installing it, you accept all liability for any game instability or damage caused. Distribute freely, as long as you give due credit. -

AUTHOR: Sith Holocron ORIGINAL RELEASE: 23 AUG 2019 GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1. [This mod will not work in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2. See Description for more details.] Description: So . . . have you felt that the non-descript voice actor for Knights of the Old Republic 1 male player character didn’t sound enough like Revan in SWTOR? Here’s a new player character sound set that UnusualCharacters recorded for us in style of Revan from the SWTOR. The lines as written are exactly the same as the original written for the most part. When noted below, the original line was missing in the game so I asked UnusualCharacters to improvise. Lock Picking: Player is making the attempt unlock the lock box or door p_plyermw_block1 Got it. p_plyermw_block2 No problem. p_plyermw_block3 Right. Critical hit achieved. p_plyermw_crit1 Ha! He’ll feel that for sure! p_plyermw_crit2 That hurt I bet. p_plyermw_crit3 You won’t be getting up from that any time soon! Mines: Disarming. p_plyermw_dmin1 That one’s a dud. p_plyermw_dmin2 OK, it’s disabled. p_plyermw_dmin3 Mine disabled. Lock Picking: Player fails the attempt unlock the lock box or door p_plyermw_flock1 Damn! p_plyermw_flock2 Didn’t work. p_plyermw_flock3 Damn it! Mines: Arming a Mine. p_plyermw_lmin1 One surprise trip coming up. p_plyermw_lmin2 Whoever stands on this will get a nasty shock. p_plyermw_lmin3 Mine placed. Player has low health and needs medical attention. p_plyermw_low1 [groan] I’m in a lot of pain right now. p_plyermw_low2 I should get help for my wounds. p_plyermw_low3 I’m hurt badly. Player has just received medical attention. p_plyermw_med1 [sound of relief] This should patch things up. p_plyermw_med2 This should help. p_plyermw_med3 That’s better. [new improvised line] Player has been poisoned. p_plyermw_pois1 [groan] I think something got me sick. p_plyermw_pois2 [groan] I think I’ve been poisoned. p_plyermw_pois3 [groan] I think something is in my system. The party is regrouping. p_plyermw_rprty1 Everyone’s back again! p_plyermw_rprty2 OK, let’s get going again. p_plyermw_rprty3 We can get back together now. Player character has been selected via the menu. p_plyermw_slct1 Yeah? p_plyermw_slct2 Yes? p_plyermw_slct3 What? p_plyermw_slct4 Hmm? p_plyermw_slct5 Sure. p_plyermw_slct6 All right. [new improvised line] p_plyermw_slct7 What? p_plyermw_slct8 Right. Lock Picking: Success. p_plyermw_slock1 Opened. p_plyermw_slock2 Got it. p_plyermw_slock3 Done. Main Character is going into solo mode. p_plyermw_sprty1 I need to go alone for a bit. p_plyermw_sprty2 We’ll just separate for a bit. p_plyermw_sprty3 Let me go on alone for a bit. Player is looking out for something. p_plyermw_srch1 I won’t miss a thing. p_plyermw_srch2 If there’s something there, I’ll find it. p_plyermw_srch3 Nothing will get by me. Stealth mode activated. p_plyermw_stlh1 Not even a whisper. p_plyermw_stlh2 I’ll avoid what I can. p_plyermw_stlh3 Silent and deadly. The weapon used by player character is either broken or inefficient in current attack. p_plyermw_tia1 It’s not doing anything. p_plyermw_tia2 My weapon isn’t doing anything. p_plyermw_tia3 I need a better weapon. This mod is only for Knights of the Old Republic 1. Knights of the Old Republic 2 - although it has the voice files for the male and female PC - that game doesn't have them activated, rendering the Exile mute. In order to use this mod in Knights of the Old Republic 2, you must install JC's Player Soundset Restoration for K2 in KotOR2 before this mod. That being said: As this mod is strictly designed for KotOR1 and not for KotOR2, any sounds that do not end of playing what you expected should not be reported to me. Installation: You'll not be dropping these into your Override like my usual mods. This time you have new steps to follow. 1) Move the original KotOR1 files that share the file names in this mod to a place you can find them. (I recommend you place a new folder on your desktop to make your life easier.) Those files you're looking for will be located in the "Streamsounds" folder. 2) Extract the files from the 7z folder. Grab the new files from that extracted folder and put them in Streamsounds folder. Note: If you're using the mod on Steam, this quote may prove helpful. “I threw the files in Streamsound. I managed to fix it by verifying game files through steam and reinstalling the mod though!” Uninstall: Remove my files from the Streamsounds folder. Put the original files that you saved elsewhere back in the Streamsounds folder. Special Thanks: This mod would not have happened if not for @UnusualCharactersgenerosity of performing the voice overs, Thanks, UC! I own none of the materials, and I'm not making any money out of this mod. It is to be distributed as-is without alteration, unless notified in writing of permission granted by me. This mod is not to be distributed for profit, either. I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop. HD Cockpit Skyboxes DESCRIPTION When you land the Ebon Hawk on a planet, you are able to look out of the cockpit and view the landing platform. This is achieved by a cylindrical texture. Since the vanilla textures were low res, inaccurate, and desaturated, I recreated the platforms in Maya and rendered them to look as they do in-game. The main planets, including M4-78, are all remastered in 4096x1024. I also include a version of the Nar Shaddaa cockpit texture that utilizes the Realistic Nar Shaddaa Skybox mod by Sharen Thrawn. Additionally, I've upscaled and retouched the outer hull of the ship as seen from the cockpit. If you need downscaled versions, the Medium Resolution option provides 2048x512 resolution skyboxes while the Low Resolution option provides 1024x256 resolution skyboxes (the size from the vanilla game). I'm also offering these textures in TPC format, which tends to be 1/4th the size and download time of the uncompressed files. INSTALLATION -Drop all of the files from the main mod folder into your override folder. -If you want the cockpit texture that uses the Realistic Nar Shaddaa Skybox mod, replace the EBO_Sky01.tga file with the one from the folder labeled With Nar Shaddaa Realistic Skybox. UNINSTALLATION -Delete the aforementioned files from your override folder. THANX Thanks to Photoshop, Maya, MDLOps, Gmax, KotORmax, GIMP, Blender, KotORBlender, and ESRGAN. Special Thanks to Sharen Thrawn for making the Realistic Nar Shaddaa Skybox mod. Please don't repost this on other sites unless as part of a mod pack (with proper credit to me) -

I became so very tired of the low resolution textures for female Republic soldiers. So I made a new model for them, using the male version as a template. While I was at it, I noticed errors on the male model, so I've corrected those as well. This K2 version also fixes the TSF officers, since they use the same model. -

======================================================== A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: (THE SITH LORDS) MODIFICATION Peragus Sith Troops To Sith Assassins ======================================================== Author: Hassat Hunter PM: Contact me at the Deadly Stream Forums Name: Peragus Sith Troops To Sith Assassins Filename: SithToAssassins.rar Date Released: 22 July 2012 1. Description: ---------- This mod modifies thes Sith troops in the Peragus Turret game and the Ebon Hawk to Sith Assassins. 2. Install: ---------- (It is highly recommended that you update your game to version 2.10 (the 1.0b update) before installing this mod.) YOU ARE REQUIRED TO USE TSLRCM, since vanilla TSL has no .mod files. NOTE: While 1.8 is not required, this mod will make the XP changes from 1.8 happening too, so you'll get less XP killing them on the hawk than during the turret game. Extract the "Peragus Sith Troops To Sith Assassins" mod, taking care to insure that both the "TSLPatcher.exe" file and "tslpatchdata" folder are extracted to the same folder (these files can be extracted to any folder on your hard drive EXCEPT those within the SWKotOR2 folder hierarchy). Also note that simply copying the files within "tslpatchdata" to your "Override" folder will not properly install the mod. SPECIAL: Due to having 2 similarly named files, and those can not be both placed in tslpatchdata you'll have to RUN THE INSTALLER TWICE. First installing part 1, then part 2! Note: a new folder named "backup" will be created during installation within the folder the installer was run from. If you plan on uninstalling this mod this folder and the files therein must not be deleted as they are used during the uninstall process. 3. Uninstall: ---------- The files listed below may have been modified during the installation of this mod: Within "C:\Program Files\LucasArts\SWKotOR2\Modules" 107PER.mod 005EBO.mod Backups of any file that was altered were made during insanitation and placed in a folder called "backup" within the folder the installer was run from. To uninstall; 1) Open the "backup" folder that was created during installation and replace the files listed above under each heading with the files contained within. 4. Bugs: ---------- There are no known issues that will develop as a result of installing this mod properly. Putting the file from tlspatcher in override will give issues throughout the game (many other sith use that name). 6. Distribution Notes: ---------- This mod may not be modified or distributed without the explicit permission of the author. This is just so I know what is being done with it. If you have questions contact me at deadlystream.com/forum/ 7. Thanks: ---------- My thanks go out to: The TSLRCM team... whom whichout I wouldn't become interested in modding TSL, and thus wasting so much on my time on frivilous mods... You've see this collection elsewhere. So why download this version, you might ask? An extra droid. B-4D4 is the gold colored Czerka droid that's hacked into so you can access the mainframe, if you recall. After νυrτ made his first Protocol Droids collection, I asked if he could do a version B-4D4 and he graciously agreed to do so. When I inquired about getting permission to upload his mods to Deadly Stream, I also asked for permission to upload this one as well. He was kind enough to grant permission to do so. Enjoy the fruits of my pestering and νυrτ's labor. Installation: Place the TGA files in the KOTOR2 override folder Uninstall: Take the aforementioned files out of the aforementioned folder. -

Making lightsabers is incredibly easy! 1. Go to the Workbench and select "Use Saber Console" 2. Choose "Create a hilt", choose a model and a color 3. The hilts are like a lightsaber crystal. Just equip it into the crystal spot and voila! It comes with its own installer, but I assure you it's not malicious. If you run into incorrect colors, simply switch out the crystal at a workbench and rebuild the lightsaber. HOLOWAN DUPLISABER v.215b Chainz.2da Darth Deadman Evasto Inyri Forge OldFlash Qui-Don Jorn Quanon Seprithro Svosh T7Nowhere TriggerGod VarsityPuppet This mod expands the current lightsaber selection to include 59 different hilts, 13 different colors and long-bladed lightsabers. There are 59 total saber hilts to choose from, and they are available in 13 different colors, making for 767 possibilities. Future versions will integrate the saber hilts into the game as prizes and earnable or collectible items. Installation: Just click "Install" and wait for the progress bar to finish. If the installer closes early, the installation was not successful. Using the mod: Once in game, go to any workbench and you should have the option to open up the Saber Console. From the Saber Console, you can choose any hilt and the color of that hilt. This will give you a "hilt" item that you can use at a workbench to create a lightsaber. Simply switch out the color crystal for the desired hilt and it will change your lightsaber. Due to the nature of the game engine, you can even change the type of the weapon based on the hilt you choose. Changing from short to long to single to double is as easy as switching out a hilt. Disclaimer: This mod was built to be compatible with all mods (TSLRCM and M4-78 included). Any errors you encounter either come from a conflict caused by another mod or are a result of an installation error. DO NOT MESS WITH THE FILE FOLDERS. DOING SO WILL RUIN THE INSTALLATION. This mod has actually been in the proverbial pipes for quite some time now. Thanks to some extensive help from Kyrie on the forums, it can finally see the light of day. What is this mod, you ask? Well it was originally a mass retexturing of all of the alien eyes to better match those seen in the films by getting rid of those irritating painted-on eye specular shines once and for all. This being done by making the specular shine via alpha layers and cubemaps rather than a diffuse texture. The coolest part about this is, the eye reflections are fully dynamic, and if you alter the angle that you look at them, they will actually move across the eye. However, time has duly marched on, and since then, I have been adding more things to my modifications as well as fixing small visual things such as: giving the Boma a punch-through modifier and alpha map to its teeth, so you will now be able to see-through them, the Toydarian now actually having some (albeit painted-on) clothes and no longer being naked in the middle of the street; thus confronting a problem which always disturbed and confused me, the Aqualish having shiny tusks and eyes (for visual effect), and the Twileks having shiny skin (more akin to the movies) Also included in an optional capacity, are a few experimental reskins that I wasn't comfortable forcing on whoever downloaded them as they are purely a matter of taste. These include a CM_Baremetal/Specmap revision of Luxa to which she now has shiny skin (that zeltrons typically have in the EU), some tattoos added to the Twin Suns to give them some identity (A collegue told me that "real" assassins wouldn't have such obvious markings, but I like them anyway, personally), and a recoloration of the Gamorean thugs to a more green and color-saturated look. (examples of these are in the screenshots) All of that said, I hope you like how this mod looks; and that the visual effects it provides will make alien encounters and cantina sequences more cinematic and cooler to look at.~ -

This is a simple mod that adds a set of equipment based on my character Elwood Darkstar. It adds an implant, visor, gloves, a shield/armband, a wristlauncher, a belt and a set of armor. They have been added to the footlocker in your room on the Harbinger. See the screenshots for stats. Credits: Thanks to Fair Strides, DarthParametric and Rece for your help. Without you I wouldn't have been able to make this. -
1 point@Mellowtron11 And it's a shame Zez changed his mind at the end with the other masters. Not sure why, but my guess is Vrook pressured him and Kavar to turn against The Exile.

Hey there everyone! First off, thanks for downloading my mod! I really appreciate every fan that I have out there, so thanks again! This is TSLRCM compatible. Alright, who cares about introductions right? Let's get right down to what this mod is. So, I added 51 new power crystals to the game. Each one does a couple of special things to your lightsabers that I don't think most people have done. (well, in the sense that I haven't seen anyone really come out with a crystal mod like this.) Anyways… I placed every crystal to pop up in certain situations (i.e: certain dialog options, what classes you choose, etc…) as well as placed them randomly throughout the game. Well, yeah that's about as much as I can say honestly. I really hope you guys do find this mod pretty interesting. I am a bit too lazy to type out every crystal, with it's stats and what-not. I'll type out the codes (although I REALLY, REALLY want you to find the crystals in-game instead of cheating. If you want to know which crystal code belongs to which, check out my WIP on Deadlystream and look for the numbers after each crystal name. http://deadlystream.com/forum/topic/3134-reces-projects/page-4 http://deadlystream.com/forum/topic/3134-reces-projects/page-5 Anyways, here are the codes! They're pretty simple, just: rececrstl200 all the way to 250. Here's a little sneak peak at how some of the crystals work: INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: There are two ways, depending on which file you downloaded. There's the TSRCM version, and the non-TSLRCM version. They are both easy to install, so yeah. Anyways, just run the TSLPatcher and it'll automatically install every file. For the non-TSLRCM version, you'll just have to cheat all of the items into the game. UNINSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Just remove all of the files from your override, and replace any backups found in the backups folder. COMPATIBILITY ISSUES: Unfortunately, this mod is NOT compatible with a mod like SLM. I believe it is for Duplisaber, so that's always good PERMISSIONS: You may NOT redistribute this mod without my consent. Ask me on any site, like DS, YouTube, Steam, etc… and I will tell you if you can put my mod somewhere else. And now for my special thanks: Fair Strides is first and foremost as he is for every one of my mods. I mean, I can't describe how helpful and how much of an awesome guy he is. It's just beyond me that I know someone like him. He helped me with scripts (as with every script that I have to make) as well as help with guiding me through making certain parts of the TSLPatcher. Malkior for some recommendations on crystal names, stats, and descriptions. Akko for suggesting a crystal to me, which I made the description make it seem like it's his crystal . Everyone out there who commented on my posts as well as kept up the support. Oh, and thanks Xuul for that comment, I never would have thought you would comment on one of my projects haha. Well, you did make a mod review for my bad mod that I made haha. Anyways… Enjoy! -
1 pointMy Sith Marauder doesn't kill Zez on Nar Shaddaa because Zez is the only one who doesn't come off as arrogant and he's wants to confront what went wrong with the Jedi Order.
-
1 pointI agree with you the Jedi like Zez are fine during the game expect for the end game and I'll quote Scorchy on that (with necessary censors, of course 😜) https://lparchive.org/Knights-of-the-Old-Republic-II/Update 47/ "Once again, the Jedi Council proves they can’t learn from their past mistakes and start blaming the Exile for everything. What happened to the Master Zez we talked to on Nar Shaddaa, who regretted sending the Exile away? And the amiable Kavar on Onderon, who was starting to admit they f***ed up? They did a complete 180 here." In the droid planet mod at least, Vash gets her cut dialogue which I think implies she was was wiser than what she ended up being in vanilla.

1 pointI agree with you Korriban feels crammed in. It would have been cool to revisit Dreshdae and explore it. Also, I find it very sad the only decent Jedi master (Vash) that wasn't a sheep like Zez and Kavar is just killed off without getting a conversation on it. I'd rather she had lived (as in not going to Dantooine) and be the first of the old Jedi to realize how flawed and screwed up they were, but alas. I also wish you could back and explore Onderon again after the civil war to see it back to normal. Speaking of that, I feel like Canderous was affected by the rush released date. It would have been nice to see him talk about Revan more and explain why he's apparently not on speaking terms with Carth. Like maybe have them all meet up again during or after the Battle of Telos would have been cool imo.

1 pointI messing around with audacity and using the SIth voice effect from the tutorial Recreating Sith Voice Effect I was able to recreate Mandalore's voice using audio files from KOTOR 1. This is great news since I plan on using voice files from original game. Big thanks to Ebmar for directing me to the tutorial, and a special thanks to FuturePilot and DarthParametric for creating the tutorial. Here's an example: NM02AECAND30002_.mp3 Well back to working on the mod.

This mod adds a workshop to the Ebon Hawk's garage, with which you can construct or deconstruct lightsabers and lightsaber components. One of the things Obsidian did differently was the way you make your first lightsaber. In the first game, you build it at the Jedi Enclave, so they have all the parts there. In K2, the Jedi are all gone, so you're given a scavenger hunt. You have to find three components, bring them to your buddy Bao-Dur, and then you get to make your lightsaber. With that in mind, I have designed the workshop to deconstruct lightsabers, giving you a color crystal and those three parts. Double-bladed lightsabers contain an extra focusing lens and emitter. With all these parts in hand, you can use the workshop to create lightsabers, as well. Furthermore, you can use the workshop to create or breakdown the individual components (provided you have the schematics for them - i.e. you've gotten them through the Crafting a Lightsaber quest - and the right skill points). So that means you can create as many lightsabers as there are color crystals; those crystals won't be burning a hole in your pocket. In short, you have more control over your lightsabers; you can create sabers out of crystals and components, and you can change lightsaber type at will. Oh, and you do not need to start a new game or anything of that sort. The workshop will appear on the Ebon Hawk when you enter. -

==================================================================================================================== Knights of the Old Republic II : The Sith Lords Modification ==================================================================================================================== This mod makes all guns upgradeable (not fully upgradeable cuz i dont want to break game's balance here). All melee is upgradeable in this game, but many guns are not upgradeable, and that makes no sense (developers do really think reforging a blade from a new alloy using only some blowtorch is alot easier than SIMPLY attaching a scope to a goddamn rail *sigh*). Early-game guns are really underpowered, so am here to fix it with that mod! ==================================================================================================================== Included Guns ==================================================================================================================== Pistols: Blaster Pistol - [scope only] Sonic Pistol - [scope only] Disruptor Pistol - [scope only] Heavy Blaster - [scope only] Systech Static Blaster - [scope only] Arkanian Heavy Pistol - [scope & Chamber] Arkanian Sonic Blaster - [scope & Chamber] Zabrak Blaster Pistol - [scope & Chamber] Systech Electric Blaster - [scope & Chamber] Freedon Nadd's Blaster - [scope & Chamber] (I didnt make Mining Laser upgradeable to make some reason go get that Blaster Pistol on Peragus Dormitory hidden compartment.) Ever wonder how it feels to run from level to level and look at nearly every sky texture border to make sure that every pixel matches?.. I sure do now. My goal was to make all of the skyboxes look more "alive" by changing certain values in photoshop to getting rid of the twilight/grey color palette that was used. The only skybox I actually repainted the entirety was dxun to make it look like the player was actually in a thunderstorm and not those grey wispy things. (there were two zones and each required their own texture) I also provided options if you don't want the moon and/or planet on the background on Dxun and two variations on the suns of Dantooine and Telos. (Also included is a small .txi file that makes the girders outside Telos Station more visible and less like paper mache`) Hopefully they make Kotor II more visually appealing than the original game did. -

Original Review on Filefront: Well again Shem brings us another one of his awesome merchant mods and this time it is for TSL so you all can tell this is going to be really cool. This one does bascially the same thing as the K1 version of this mod but with a twist, it is for TSL. Again this does upgrade a good majority of the merchants in TSL like it did in K1... 90% to be exact. Now as before he wasd thinking of all of you guys who just have too much moeny for your own good, so now also in TSL you can get rid of those pesky credits that you just seem to accumulate. So all in all like I said in my last review of the K1 version of this mod I really do find it quite beneficial and overall great to have in the game. Now as I said my personal opinion of this mod is that it is a real asset to the game andI think he did a great job on it, I also do highly recommend putting it into your game just to have all of those benefits. Anway though as always enjoy and please make sure you downloads this one right away...Enjoy people! Note: Please leave the author feedback, especially if you download this mod and use it. It really helps encourage the author to make more mods in the future. -SithRevan -

This adds a new weapon, called a darksword, to the game. It is slightly less powerful than a lightsaber (base damage 2-14 [2d7], +1-4 electrical damage), and is what was used before the lightsaber was invented, particularly by the Sith. You will find the weapon (if you look hard enough) on the Harbinger. I’m not going to say where, so if you want it, be sure to check all over and not miss any compartments if possible. The mod is inspired by ChAiNz.2da’s Darksword mod for KotOR II, which he released back in 2005. While it’s a cool mod, I was never satisfied with the way the electrified blade looked in that mod, so I made this mod to rectify that. -

SUMMARY: =========== Considering the fact that TSL doesn't allow Bao-Dur to wear robes as a Jedi, and to add insult to injury, dies fairly quickly in a fight, hehehe... I decided to at least give him something decent to wear. As a Jedi, or a "not-so-great" techy fighter, this armor should at least even the odds... CHARGED ARMOR DESCRIPTION: ============================= Knowing Bao was vital to the war effort & a gifted man of science, moreso than battle... General commissioned Bao to construct himself some armor capable of withstanding the heat & pressure of both Malachor V and the atrocities of war itself. Bao knew in order to fashion armor capable of withstanding heavy attacks it would have to be significantly powered. The problem was, there wasn't readily available, nor renewable, sources of power on the field of battle. It was then he realized a more significant value to his remote. With ingenuity and a handful of luck, Bao was able to synch one of the remote's power subsytem generators to "transmit" or radiate a small, unique frequency power field. Specialized plates on Bao's armor collect this radiation, process it and runs it through microscopic amplifiers arrayed throughout the armor. The processed energy is then used to power the armor's functions and generate micro repulsor fields to withstand numerous forms of attack. Just one of the many tiny secrets why Bao-Dur is hardly ever seen without his remote close by... A "bonus" side-effect of the armor's construction is it's ability to "soak" a limited amount of enemy fire & process it much in the same manner as the remote's power field. It is rumored that Bao-Dur studied the works of another gifted engineer & Jedi, Segan Wyndh. Though unconfirmed, Bao may have implemented some of Segan's designs and "unconventional" methods... ** This armor will allow the usage of Force Powers & accept "Heavy Armor" upgrades ** STATS: ========= - Restricted to Bao-Dur - Base AC 8 - +2 Defense, for a total of AC 10 - Max Dexterity Bonus +8 - Damage Reduction, +5 Soak 30 - Damage Resistance, Universal 30/- - Improved Saving Throws, All +2 - Immunity, Critical Hits - Accepts Heavy Armor Upgrades - Allows usage of Force Powers *- This mod incorporates stoffe -mkb-'s TSL Patcher program, so I assume it's compatible with TSLRCM. -

1. WHAT IS THIS MOD? This mod adds an extra container close to the footlocker in your Harbinger's room. It's a good option if you are looking for an excuse to have an early lightsaber without resorting to cheats. It also has 1000 components, gloves and a belt. The Exile armband has been improved. You can use this mod with my UBM, since this items can help you a little in the hard beggining. 2. HOW DO I USE IT? Just dump everything in your Override folder. 3. MOD COMPATIBILITY: This mod is fully compatible with TSLRCM, UBM... It can be fully compatible with any mods that dont mess with the same files, i.e. almost any other mod. 4. UNINSTALL: Remove all the files. 5. Bugs & Issues: I dont think theres anything wrong here, if you find anything strange, report to me at http://www.deadlystream.com/forum/ or email me max_mms@hotmail.com if its not a problem to you. 6. CREDITS: Created by HaVoKeR. You may use this mod at will, i just ask that my name stick with it. =) Inspiration and sources (script related): Envida (harbinger personal items mod). -
0 pointsThat sounds pretty neat. The credits should be addressed both to - A Future Pilot as the writer of the instructive tutorial, and DarthParametric for the very useful tools that everyone's going to need in the long run Make sure to have the end-result as [in-game] WAV using the WAV converter that is provided in the tutorial. Avoid using MP3 extension with the game -either for BGM, voice-overs and/or SFX- as from recent studies it causes issue for the area music is not looping their audio as it should. Looking forwards for updates of the project!

FYI: To discuss this mod and to post bug reports, please use this forum WIP thread, thanks. This is a teaser release of what will be a much larger mod to replace all the textures of Knights of the Old Republic: The Sith Lords. This initial release focuses on Telos as a WIP teaser. You will either have to start from the start again and work your way up to Telos to see all the textures changed, or, use an old save game to replay the areas once more. You have a number of folders here to install, some are optional. FOLDER "TELOS_TEX" These are all the current environment textures that have been made available for Telos: Telos Citadel Station, Restoration Zone and Secret Base. FYI: some are not only for Telos in that some of the textures are from other sets, such as Dantooine. To install the files just copy into your override folder. FYI: you may wish to backup your override folder first . FOLDER "HK_TEX" These are the HK series -- 47, 50 and 51 -- of droid textures. FYI: there are background droids in the HK facility on Telos that I have not updated the look of yet. Again, copy to your override folder. FOLDER "Items_UTI" These have been removed for the a1-1 update due to a report problem with them; the below text is there if the earlier version of the mod is being used: USAGE Pretty simple, my texture and model edits along with new creations, are mine to redistribute and modify. If you want to use any of my stuff, you need to get my permission to do so, even if it is a modification of an existing texture or model from the game or of someone else's -- in that case, you will need to get their permission too. If I find that my work has been used without my permission within another mod, depending upon what it is and the extent of it, I will have the site admins remove it along with pursuing other actions available to me via the site.
