[K1] Lana Beniko - PC Replacement Soundset
[K1] Lana Beniko - PC Replacement Soundset
AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
ORIGINAL RELEASE: 07 JAN 2019
GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1. [This mod will not work in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2. See Description for more details.]
Description:
--------------------
Now your PC character in KotOR1 can sound like Lana Beniko from SWTOR!
I've filled out as many of the options that I showed in the female PC voice lines document that I could. This also enables you - the player - to go through the lines and decide which is the best one to use. Options, people! Who doesn't like options?
BTW, there isn’t a ported head mod for this voice to go with yet. If you wish to join the thread to offer your interest in such a thing, go to this thread.
Hopefully, I've found suitable lines for the PC various scenarios. You'll have to let me know in the review section below. (Details are better than just leaving stars, you see.) Feel free to link videos of the lines in use in your review. I would've done it myself but my computer has not been brought to repair shop yet.
This mod is only for Knights of the Old Republic 1. Knights of the Old Republic 2 - although it has the voice files for the male and female PC - that game doesn't have them activated, rendering the Exile mute. In order to use this mod in Knights of the Old Republic 2, you must install JC's Player Soundset Restoration for K2 in KotOR2 before this mod. That being said: As this mod is strictly designed for KotOR1 and not for KotOR2, any sounds that do not end of playing what you expected should not be reported to me.
Installation:
--------------------------
You'll not be dropping these into your Override like my usual mods. This time you have new steps to follow.
1) Move the original KotOR1 files that share the file names in this mod to a place you can find them. (I recommend a folder on your desktop but you do you!) Those files will be located in the "Streamsounds" folder. Do not delete or move the files that don't share the filenames included in my mod.
2) Extract the files from the 7z folder. Grab the new files from that extracted folder and put them in Streamsounds folder.
Note: If you're using the mod on Steam this quote may prove helpful.
Uninstall:
----------------
Remove my files from the Streamsounds folder. Put the original files that you saved elsewhere back in the Streamsounds folder.
Legal Disclaimer:
-------------------------------------
All materials and copyrights belong to LucasArts, Bioware and Obsidian Entertainment Inc. I own none of the materials, and I'm not making any money out of this mod. It is to be distributed as-is without alteration unless notified in writing of permission granted by me. This mod is not to be distributed for profit, either.
I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop. I may release this on NexusMods at a later date but I don't wish others to do so. Usage in other mods must be requested and approved by me in writing before your use.
Special Thanks:
----------------------------------
@HK-47 - For suggestions on other characters to use to help fill in the blanks I was having. The suggestion proved invaluable.

legends [K1] Legends - Ajunta Pall's Blade
By ebmar
This mod replace the default Ajunta Pall's Blade appearance with the "Legends" rendition.
# Background #
The blade of the fallen, Ajunta Pall's Blade -
I have always thought about something that is dark-enigmatic about the blade after hearing those words, so this project was started to accommodate the idea.
# About this Mod #
This mod replace the default Ajunta Pall's Blade appearance with the "Legends" rendition. The new blade is using the amazing IRobert's [K1] Vibroweapons replacement pack retexture base texture and model, which having that science-fantasy feeling to its design and concept. I edited them later particularly on coloring and scheming to match my interpretation of the blade. IRobert gave permission for everyone to freely use, change or modify the mod with *redistribution* policies applies.
* With v1.0.2 included the model fix kindly provided by the infamous Dark Lord of the Sith, DarthParametric. It's a fix for holes in the meshes of the hilt which causes artefacts with the shadow casting.
The new blade trying to fits the concept of the true Ajunta Pall's blade, which described as -
Those features can be seen on the blade now.
# Final Remarks #

legends [K1] Legends - Elder Droid's Unique VO
By ebmar
This mod replace the default voice-over used by the Elder Droids with the Legends rendition.
# Background #
It was one fine evening when I take a walk inside the Elder's Settlement. I wonder how them droids sounds like, and then... why do they sounded like T3?
So I wanted to experience something else, then I remember back in the Ancient Ruins of Dantooine there was a similar droid there that has something different with it. Apparently it was speaking Rakatan's language that the PC did not recognized. I decided that I had to incorporate that with the droid then, hence the making of this mod.
# About this Mod #
This mod replace the default voice-over used by the Elder Droids with the Legends rendition. The sound was made using an inverted Rakatan's voice-over with added droid-like filters on top of it. By concept it gave an idea that the droids were speaking an epitome of language that the PC did not understand [in Bastila's voice], resulting in addition of changing the spoken line of the droids. It also changes the bubble-bark conversation to a cinematic one.
For a distinctive look at what the mod does, here is the preview -
# Final Remarks #
There's always room for improvements; critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks for the next update are very much appreciated. PM, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and playing this mod.
Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do!
Installation: run the installer and choose INSTALL option, then hit the [Install Mod ->] button!
Uninstallation:
Choose the UNINSTALL option in the installation menu Additionally you may want to remove eb_elderdrd_ANGM.wav from the streamwaves folder Compatibility:
For maximum compatibility, install this mod at the latter stage of your mod's build Will not be compatible with any mods that hard-overwrite the Elder Settlement/unk_m42aa module Pay attention to the patcher's warning messages upon installing the mod. If it tells you that it found an instance of k_hdroid1_dialog.dlg and unk42_elddroidXYZ.utc in the Override folder, then there might be a compatibility issue indeed For this mod to be fully effective you should at least load a saved game before entering the Elder Settlement [unk_m42aa] module
The mod is play-tested with the latest version of KotOR 1 Restoration/K1R and is compatible with it. At the other hand, it was only by far tested with K1:Community Patch/K1CP v1.7, though assets-wise, there's nothing to be conflicted with the 1.8 version
Redistribution: do not redistribute this mod or re-release it on any websites. I'd love to provide direct support to my work, which wouldn't be possible if they're scattered in the Unknown Regions. If you are to re-use an assets to a project you will be releasing, you don't have to ask for permission - but your generous intention is very much welcome. I'd love to know what others are up too, particularly if my work are included. And then, make sure to give credits to BioWare & LucasArts with the release - as without them the enjoyment would be non-existent. A bit of appreciation to this lil' peasant work here is also a very warm welcome, welcome.

[K1] Logan Starr - PC Replacement Soundset
[K1] Logan Starr - PC Replacement Soundset
AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
ORIGINAL RELEASE: 14 JUN 2025
GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1. [This mod will not work in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2. See Description for more details.]
Description:
If you’re looking at this file, you’re either a longtime fan of the Loganverse series of KotOR machinima, a new viewer that’s just come from watching the new Convergence crossover trailer or movie on YouTube, or you are very, very confused. If it’s the latter, check this link for a trailer for a quick summary. If you’re Loganverse fan already, read on.
This mod changes the standard voice for the PC character to Logan Starr’s from the Loganverse movies.
I asked Kevin Smets to record all of the lines that the PC says. All of the lines are listed below.
Those in the know may notice that some of these lines are likely to trigger in the game – those with file names ending in 4. There’s a reason for that! In order to spice repeated playthroughs, I figured giving you extra lines which you can rename might be something you may be interested in. In the category the replacement lines are, delete the line you’d like to replace using the list below. Then rename the line with the “4” in it (or the other alternate numbered lines) to whatever you deleted. The categories that have the extra lines are:
· Critical hit achieved. · Player has just received medical attention. · Player has been poisoned. · The party is regrouping. [options 4 or 5] · The player character has been selected via the menu. [option 9] · Stealth mode activated. · The weapon used by player character is either broken or inefficient against an enemy in current attack.
This mod is only for Knights of the Old Republic 1. Knights of the Old Republic 2 - although it has the voice files for the male and female PC - the game doesn't have them activated, rendering the Exile mute. If you wish you attempt to perform a work around, that is your own responsibility and not my own. Feel free to make your suggestions on a work around below if you find a suitable one.
List of lines included with this mod:
File name Male
Lock Picking: Player is making the attempt unlock the lockbox or door
p_plyermw_block1 Got it.
p_plyermw_block2 No problem.
p_plyermw_block3 Right.
Critical hit achieved.
p_plyermw_crit1 Ha! He’ll feel that for sure!
p_plyermw_crit2 That hurt, I bet.
p_plyermw_crit3 You won’t be getting up from that any time soon!
p_plyermw_crit4 I don’t like your tone.
Mines: Disarming.
p_plyermw_dmin1 That one’s a dud.
p_plyermw_dmin2 OK, it’s disabled.
p_plyermw_dmin3 Mine disabled.
Lock Picking: Player fails an attempt unlocking a lockbox or a door
p_plyermw_flock1 Damn!
p_plyermw_flock2 Didn’t work.
p_plyermw_flock3 Damn it!
Mines: Arming a Mine.
p_plyermw_lmin1 One surprise trip coming up.
p_plyermw_lmin2 Whoever stands on this will get a nasty shock.
p_plyermw_lmin3 Mine placed.
Player has low health and needs medical attention.
p_plyermw_low1 [groan] I’m in a lot of pain right now.
p_plyermw_low2 I should get help for my wounds.
p_plyermw_low3 [groan] I’m hurt badly.
Player has just received medical attention.
p_plyermw_med1 [sound of relief] This should patch things up.
p_plyermw_med2 This should help.
p_plyermw_med3 Thank the maker.
p_plyermw_med4 This feels fantastic.
Player has been poisoned.
p_plyermw_pois1 [groan] I think something got me sick.
p_plyermw_pois2 [groan] I think I’ve been poisoned.
p_plyermw_pois3 [groan] I think something is in my system.
p_plyermw_pois4 [stomach gurgles]
The party is regrouping.
p_plyermw_rprty1 Everyone’s back again!
p_plyermw_rprty2 OK, let’s get going.
p_plyermw_rprty3 Hey, we can get back together now.
p_plyermw_rprty4 The gang’s back together!
p_plyermw_rprty5 Hey, it’s me! [laughs]
The player character has been selected via the menu.
p_plyermw_slct1 Yeah?
p_plyermw_slct2 Yes?

p_plyermw_sprty2 We’ll just separate for a bit.
p_plyermw_sprty3 Let me go on alone.
Player is looking for or looking out for something.
p_plyermw_srch1 I won’t miss a thing.
p_plyermw_srch2 If there’s something there, I’ll find it.
p_plyermw_srch3 Nothing will get by me.
p_plyermw_srch4 Nothing gets by me, bub.
Stealth mode activated.
p_plyermw_stlh1 Not even a whisper.
p_plyermw_stlh2 I’ll avoid what I can.
p_plyermw_stlh3 Silent and deadly.
p_plyermw_stlh4 Silent and deadly, bub.
The weapon used by player character is either broken or inefficient against an enemy in current attack.
p_plyermw_tia1 It’s not doing anything.
p_plyermw_tia2 My weapon isn’t doing anything.
p_plyermw_tia3 I need a better weapon.
p_plyermw_tia4 This weapon isn’t doing anything.
Installation:
You'll not be dropping these into your Override folder like my usual mods. This time you have new steps to follow.
1) Now that you’ve made your choices above, move the original KotOR1 files that come with the game to a place you can find them. (I personally recommend making a folder on your desktop to put them but you do you!) Those files will be located in the "Streamsounds" folder.
2) Extract the files from the 7z folder. Grab the new files from that extracted folder and put them in Streamsounds folder.
3) When you're done with the beta, you can delete my files from the Streamsounds folder and put the original files back in there.
Note: If you're using the mod on Steam, this quote may prove helpful.
“I threw the files in Streamsound. I managed to fix it by verifying game files through steam and reinstalling the mod though!”
Uninstall:
Remove my files from the Streamsounds folder. Put the original files that you saved elsewhere back in the Streamsounds folder.

I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop. I may release this on NexusMods at a later date but I don't wish others to do so. Usage in other mods must be requested AND approved by me in writing before your use.
Special Thanks:
Kevin Smets: For recording the lines so his fans can play as his character! You have seen his movies, right? Here’s a trailer from Convergence / a link to Convergence, the latest machinima featuring Logan Starr.
For the movie poster artwork used in the mod’s pictures, I thank Burning Earth Chris!
The beta testers:
Thanks to Untold Prophecy for beta testing this mod. Having an unbiased beta tester to check this on the PC version game was both helpful and vital.
Thanks to Malkior for beta testing this on Steam. As I didn’t have a copy of KotOR1 on Steam at the time of creation of this mod, this assistance was vital!
Both of the beta testers provided feedback particularly on sound levels which helped finalize this project. (Even if they were kept in the dark on who the person voicing the soundset was!)

legends [K1] Lyn Sekla "Legends"
By ebmar
This mod presents you an overhauled version of Lyn Sekla; a female Twi'lek who wanted desperately to get off Taris. In 3956 BBY, she heard that Bib Surool was stuck on Taris due to the Sith quarantine, and auditioned for him as a dancer.
# Background #
"But if you're ever traveling the galaxy and you see the Starlight Entertainers performing, stop by and ask for Lyn. I'll see if I can get you some free tickets".
Spoiler-alert!:
Actually, there's no correlation between the above statement and this texture overhaul, sorry for that lol. This overhaul was started because when surfing through mod's section in DeadlyStream, I saw an amazing Twi'lek's texture by @Dark Hope that leads me to think "Ah, this could be something!", and when I saw the description, DH also seems to wish that the texture could be utilized as a character for a story. So, I made up my mind to use the texture for Lyn Sekla; which I believe she would need a custom-unique appearance upstaging the rest of female Twi'lek's in the planet. The Force works right through me; I have the permission to use the assets from DH, and then the project was started then.
# About this Mod #
Significant change to the appearance of Lyn Sekla, using the base texture of "Girl with Ritual Tattoos", a high-quality texture mod created by Dark Hope which later I have them edited to fits this concept of the 'Legends' series of Lyn Sekla. [Updated in v1.0.1] # Final Remarks #
Critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and any feedbacks for the next update are very much appreciated- PM me at deadlystream.com [ebmar] or just write a public message on my feed. And thank you! for downloading, and playing this mod.
Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do!
Installation: Run the installer [TSLPatcher.exe].
Uninstallation: Remove n_twilekf001.utc [and the rest of the textures files, if you wish] from the 'Override' folder.
Compatibility: Will not compatible with mods that changes the value nor conflicted with n_twilekf001.utc. This mod will be compatible with Dark Hope's "Girl with Ritual Tattoos" as this mod use different variation for the textures and the model that will not conflicted with the said mod.
There is an update from @DarthParametric whom has found one other instance of n_twilekf001.utc in the game which potentially can caused multiple appearance of "Lyn Sekla". So, where the other instance is? The good news is, the mod probably in an OK state now. 🤞
Redistribution: Do not redistribute this mod or re-release it on any website at all. As inside this mod, there are base assets which they are not belongs to mine. If you plan on using this mod or only the assets from this mod to a mod you will be developing, I would be thankful if you give credits to Dark Hope as the creator of the base texture. Also, a credits to my name is always a welcome, welcome.
Credits:
Dark Hope for permission and for the "Girl with Ritual Tattoos" mod. DarthParametric for past-present knowledge, that made it possible for me to create custom NPCs. DarthParametric, again; out of the goodness of his heart looking through every damn module in the game to find one other instance of n_twilekf001.utc which potentially can caused multiple appearance of the texture. BioWare & LucasArts for the 'Game of the 21st Century'. All streamers on DeadlyStream which indirectly involved on this project that I couldn't possibly mentioned one by one. All modders either active or inactive. bead-v and ndix UR for the MDLedit. Fred Tetra for the KotOR Tool. stoffe and Fair Strides for the TSLPatcher setup. legends [K1] Marlena Venn "Legends"
By ebmar
This mod made readjustments to Marlena Venn, both her appearance and positioning on the Dune Sea - to further improve the gameplay aspects from encountering her, and bring a fresh-new experience with her new looks and some other stuffs!
# Background #
When I met Marlena the first time I know that she's special - in a mysterious way, lol. Yeah, I catch her mysterious side so I did a makeover of her - appearance wise. About the positioning - it bugged me where she was placed so I moved her. Particularly when the conversation was initiated, so with her new placement it looks like she did make the conversation first. And that's how I see the encounter should start.
# About this Mod #
This modification makes unique appearance for Marlena Venn of Dune Sea [Tatooine], also reposition her to a new spot and replace her recorded voice with the filtered version so it sounded like an actual playback straight from a droid.
GIT positioning preview: Encounter quick-preview [Outdated - v1.0.0]:
Ah-ha! It also makes Marlena equip a Blaster Pistol, some Credits, and a Repair Kit.
Here's a breakdown of why's:
Blaster Pistol: because she was "through planning", she wants to make sure of everything Credits: well, she planned on going shuttle somewhere - it just makes sense for her to carry some Repair Kit: some leftover from earlier tinkering with the droids Those new content was made to connect with jc2's "Kill Marlena". I have tested them together on my playthrough and they work like a charm! A truly-fun content worth installing for you - Dark Siders! Just make sure to install this mod last of them. Without it there'll be no change of plot whatsoever and those additional stuff wouldn't have effects.
# Final Remarks #
There's always room for an improvements - critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks for the next update are much appreciated - PM, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and playing this mod.
Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do!
Installation: run the installer [TSLPatcher.exe] and then hit the [Install Mod ->] button.
Uninstallation: replace the installed files with what was stored inside the generated 'Backup' folder. Particularly tat_m18aa.mod; put that file back to 'modules' folder manually and overwrite when prompted.
To uninstall the Voice Over simply put back its backup to streamwaves \ m18ab \ 10wi06 folder - overwrite when prompted.
Compatibility: will be compatible with mostly anything, including jc2's "Kill Marlena" - just make sure to install this mod after every mods has. Though haven't being tested with Kainzorus Prime's "[KotOR] NPC Overhaul Mod" and N-DReW25's "K1 Gameplay Improvement" installed, presumably they'll be compatible. But be advised that compatibility issue of this mod working along with them is not yet confirmed.
Will not be compatible with any mods that force-overrides tat_m18aa.mod or messing with this mod 2DA entries.
For this mod to be effective you should at least load a saved game before entering the Dune Sea - Tatooine [tat_m18aa] module
This mod is play-tested with KotOR 1 Restoration/K1R installed and is compatible with them
Redistribution: I'm asking you not to redistribute this mod - I'd like to stay in touch with them so I know where to provide support. If you are to re-use an assets to a project you will be releasing, you don't have to ask for permission - but your generous intention is very much welcome. I'd love to know what others are up too, particularly if my work are included. And then, make sure to give credits to SpaceAlex, BioWare & LucasArts with the release - particularly with the inclusion of this mod assets. An appreciation to this lil' peasant here is a very warm welcome, welcome.

[K1] No more unrealistic visual effects
By KnifeMaster
This mod was inspired by Shem's Realistic Visual Effects from way back when. For those of you who don't remember, Shem's mod removed speed blur, glowing hands during melee attacks, force wave and sparkly healing animations. I've decided to take things a step farther and remove everything that could be considered unrealistic, such as:
- the brief green glow that occurs after being poisoned
- anything visual associated with friendly powers (valor, force resistance, shield, etc.)
- glowing or smoking hands when using certain powers
- the shield-like stasis effect
- swirling white lines indicating confusion
- the black 'scorch' effect that appears on the ground after some explosions (which is realistic, admittedly, but looks like hell)
- the 'goo' effect that appears after smashing Kinrath eggs (which is also realistic, but, much like the 'scorch' effect, looks horrific in-game)
- animated scopes (power blast, sniper shot, etc.)
Why do something like this? Personally, I can't stand the glowing, sparkling and otherwise silly or ugly visual indicators in KotOR. This sort of thing might be useful for anyone looking to create machinimas... which probably aren't a thing anymore, but oh well. I've also included a couple optional extras: a blank texture that replaces the blue nebula thing - which can be seen during a variety of in-game cutscenes and typically looks pretty bad - and also a reworked camera. The edited camera definitely isn't for everyone, but to me it looks more modern without going totally overboard. I've adjusted it so that there are no differences between the default, combat and Ebon Hawk camera angles.
This probably isn't compatible with other mods that alter 'visualeffects.2da' or 'spells.2da'. I don't use K1R, so I'm not sure whether or not there are any conflicts. It will work with the Community Patch, however, but you must install my mod afterwards. And finally, a huge thanks to Fred Tetra for his KotOR Tool. Enjoy.

textures [K1] Placeables Specularity Tweaks
By ebmar
This mod replaces the vanilla and/or the installed placeables texture with the specularity-tweaked vanilla placeables texture.
# Background #
The primary motivation of this mod is to get the most of vanilla textures, by tweaking their alpha channel to have them showing their best shades and reflections.
# About this Mod #
Inside this version are 13 specularity-tweaked vanilla placeables textures.
# Final Remarks #
This mod performs at best with the vanilla state of the game, particularly with area textures. As all the assets inside this mod are using vanilla textures that was extracted using the KotOR Tool.
Critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and any feedbacks for the next update are very much appreciated- just PM me or write a public message on my feed. And thank you! for downloading, and playing this mod.
Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do!
Installation: I suggest you to manually removes any TGA/DDS files inside the 'Override' folder that are using the same name with the files that comes with the mod first. Because if they're on TGA/DDS, the installer can not patch them. But if they were on TPC or you are running a clean install playthrough, you could just run the installer straight-forwardly [TSLPatcher.exe]- as any files with the same name will be backed-up automatically.
Uninstallation: Remove the installed files from the 'Override" folder or replaces them with the files stored in the 'Backup' folder [if generated].
Compatibility: Will not be compatible with any mods that using the same name for the assets. This mod perform at best with the vanilla state of the game, particularly with the area textures. As all the assets inside the mod are using vanilla textures that was extracted using the KotOR Tool.
Redistribution: You can redistribute this mod or re-release it on any website; you don't have to ask for permission, but I do appreciate all the good intention. Also, if you are planning to use the assets from this mod to a mod you will be developing, don't forget to give credits to BioWare & LucasArts, as inside this mod are their base assets. Anyway, a credit to me is always a welcome, welcome.

mini-bosses [K1] Rakghoul Fiend
By ebmar
This mod overhauls the appearance and attributes of Rakghoul Fiend; an alpha ghoul found in the Undercity and the Lower Sewers which seem was intended to have an unique demeanor with them.
# Background #
When facing the Rakghouls in the Undercity and the Lower Sewers, I noticed that few of the raks named as Rakghoul Fiend but I saw nothing unique about them. Well, thought that they need an unique demeanor with them; hence the fruits of labor then.
# About this Mod #
This modification makes unique appearance for the Rakghoul Fiends [complete with their own unique sound-sets] found in the Undercity and the Lower Sewers, and also bump their attributes by an reasonable imbalance amount. Well, I didn't include a vanilla patch - guess you'll have to deal with them, luls.
One aspects of uniqueness from them is they had their body upscaled for ~+20% with different looks compared to the generic ones.
Few elements of this v1.0 skin; like the red eye - was inspired from Trex's "The Jedi Masters" Rakghoul, nuff-said - credits to Trex for make it happened.
# Final Remarks #
There's always room for improvements - critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks for the next update are much appreciated - PM, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and playing this mod.
Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do!
Installation: run the installer [TSLPatcher.exe] then hit the [Install Mod ->] button!
Uninstallation: replace the installed files with what was stored inside the generated 'Backup' folder. Particularly tar_m04aa.mod and tar_m05aa.mod; put these files to the 'modules' folder manually and overwrite when prompted. Also, by keeping the installog after the installation will help you to track which files goes to where.
Compatibility: will be compatible with mostly anything - only make sure to install this mod after every mods has.
Will not be compatible with any mods that force-overrides tar_m04aa.mod and tar_m05aa.mod or messing with this mod 2DA entries.
For this mod to be effective you should at least load a saved game before entering the Undercity [tar_m04aa] and the Lower Sewers [tar_m05aa] module
The mod is play-tested with KotOR 1 Restoration/K1R and K1:Community Patch/K1CP installed and is compatible with them
Redistribution: for this particular full-version, I'm asking you not to redistribute them - I'd like to stay in touch with so I know where to provide supports. With initial release which is v0.8; I grant permission to redistribute them with usual policy applies. If you are to re-use an assets to a project you will be releasing, you don't have to ask for permission - but your generous intention is very much welcome. I'd love to know what others are up to, particularly if my work are included. And then, make sure to give credits to BioWare & LucasArts with the release - particularly with the inclusion of the assets. An appreciation to this lil' peasant here is also a very warm welcome, welcome.

robe [K1] Revans Robes in Ebon Hawk hidden compartment.
Simply adds Darth Revans robes (g_a_mstrrobe06 aka vanilla version) to the hidden compartment on the Ebon Hawk.
*after making the K2 version of this mod I realized this actually makes no sense at all, I guess davik somehow acquired them, lol*
*I'm going to try to think of a spot where they would make more sense for K1, but I will keep it up just for lol's.*
This mod literally makes ZERO sense, but use it as you see fit
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!!
This mod will only work if installed BEFORE you get on the Ebon Hawk for the first time on Taris.
Unfortunately, as far as I am aware, it's not possible to repopulate placeables in areas that have already been loaded.
If anyone knows a fix for this, please let me know.
Compatibility:
K1R Compatibility: I am leaving this as "No" for now since I have not tested it, if someone is willing to try it go ahead, but don't blame me for any issues it may ensue.
However, I would suspect it should be compatible with anything that does not replace ebcont002.utp
Install:
Extract then merge the Override folder with the one in swkotor\Override
OR just drop the single file "ebcont002.utp" into your Override folder
If you don't have an Override folder, just drop the provided "Override" folder wherever your swkotor.exe file is located.
Permissions: Upload, edit or translate this as you please, just give credit to me as the original author

[K1] Saber Throw Knockdown Effect
By uwadmin12
Description
This mod adds a climactic Knock Down effect to a lightsaber throw (DC 5 + character level + WIS/CHA modifier against reflex save). Only Adv. Lightsaber Throw can knockdown its primary target; Normal lightsaber throw will NOT have this effect. (Which makes sense, “Advanced” implies more fancy effects)
Installation
Make sure override folder exists at game root directory Run TSLPatcher to install (Not recommended: if you really want to install manually, I’m sure you could figure out the procedure by looking at tslpatchdata/changes.ini file) Compatibility
This mod shouldn’t cause any conflict. (It adds completely new function and modifies an existing line of spells.2da that no normal mod would touch.)
Permissions
Do not claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission

legends [K1] Selven "Legends"
By ebmar
This mod presents you an overhauled version of Selven; a human high-profile assassin who became infamous for her extermination of the Ulgo family on Taris and tons of other assassination attempts.
# Background #
"Now you'll see why I'm the most dangerous assassin on Taris".
Spoiler-alert!:
# About this Mod #
Changes to both the head and body texture so now Selven is more Selven. [Updated in 1.3] Selven's much harder to fight. She was now designed to be encountered with high level PCs; more likely with Bastila in the party. [Updated in 1.3] Some tweaks to the voice to fit her new personality. Selven got a new pair of blaster and blade. They were described as SS-SL7 Rapid Blaster and DM-SL7 Vibroblade. [Updated in 1.3] Some new stuffs in her inventory also; which some are proven to be valuable loots- if, she has been defeated. [Updated in 1.3 - 'Selven's "Vanilla" Difficulty and Inventory' patch included] # Final Remarks #
[Updated in 1.3]
Uninstallation: Remove tar03_selven031.utc from the 'Override' folder. As to uninstall only the new voices, you can overwrite them again by choosing the option "Optional: Selven's Vanilla Voices" from the installer directory. [Updated in 1.3]
Compatibility: Will not compatible with T7nowhere's "Weapons of the Old Republic" and any other mods that changes the value nor conflicted with tar03_selven031.utc. If you want to ensure this mod to work properly, install this mod after T7's "WotOR" and/or all other mods has. This mod is 100% compatible with Sithspecter's "High Quality Blasters" and DeadMan's "[K1] Vibrosword Replacement Pack", as the textures and models inside this mod are using different variations from the said mods. [Updated in 1.3]
Redistribution: Do not redistribute this mod or re-release it on any website at all. If you're planning to re-use the assets from this mod- please, ask me for permission first. Most likely it will be granted. More importantly, give credits to Sithspecter and DeadMan, as SS provides us the blaster's resource and DM actually asking on his mod's page to only give him credits for using the blade's assets. And if you're planning to re-use the blade assets to a mod that you're going to release on Steam Workshop, it seems a permission would not be granted; referring to DM's wishes on the mod's page. While for others, a bit of credits to my name is always a welcome, welcome. [Updated in 1.3]

By ebmar
[K1] Sith Armor - Freelook Filter Mod
This mod made readjustments to freelook effect of Sith Armor when used by the party members -particularly on Taris- to made it look like they see things from Sith trooper/armored soldier POV - or closer to what I can imagine of.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There's always room for an improvement so - critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks for the next update are much appreciated - PM, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and playing this mod.
Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do!
Installation: run the installer [TSLPatcher.exe] and then hit the [Install Mod ->] button
Uninstallation: run the Uninstall option from the installation menu
Compatibility: will be compatible with mostly anything - except any that alters the same 2DA entries
Suggestion: this mod can be finely paired with Arctrooper209's "Sith Armory" with no particular install order and which I strongly suggest to have this work in conjunction with them
This mod will have direct effect anytime and anywhere it had been installed
This mod is play-tested with KotOR 1 Restoration/K1R installed and is compatible with them
Redistribution: if you wish to redistribute the mod or release a mod/project that is based on this mod implementation you won't have to ask for permission; though all I ask is a simple appreciation to my work on the modulation value that's being core of this mod - it takes some time and effort on getting this all to work

[K1] Sith Stalker armor
By DeadMan
Sith Stalker Armor for SW:KotOR
Not so long ago reapper (with my little help) have released his Sith Stalker armor mod. It’s great, but only for TSL. And many people would like to see this armor in K1.
So, this mod will add TFU Sith Stalker armor to the first KotOR game. I didn’t integrated it into storyline, so you’ll have to use cheats to get it. Just type ‘giveitem dm_sith_stlk’ (without quotes) in your console and enjoy.

ambientmusic [K1] Song for the Cantina
By ebmar
This mod change the background music [BGM] played inside Javyar's Cantina.
-= BACKGROUND =-
For me who playthrough most of Taris' side-quests, spending ~80% of the time in the cantina is inevitable -- reporting to Zax about the bounties, hunting credits from dueling, and maybe just to crashes on the sofa while enjoying the view of all the hot chicks inside the cantina is always a routine.
But then at one moment I wanted to hear something new around the room, so I was thinking; why not make one?
Influenced by a mod which change the cantina music to the classic piece from "A New Hope" and a reddit user; RomMitney, whom made some really cool cantina style one, this mod was made then.
-= ABOUT THIS MOD =-
This mod change the background music [BGM] played inside Javyar's Cantina to a custom one I made. At the time I was heavily-influenced with Lo-Sci-Fi stuffs -- something like world of Cyberpunk with lesser fidelity I wrote and created the song using FL Studio 12 PE. The song itself called "Tainted Love" With this installed you will have every cantina [module] in the game their own unique BGM Easter Egg: The song is included in "Lower City Movement #3", the third issues from a compilation of Lower City obscure artists which is released in 4001 BBY -- Included are two installation options; MP3 and WAV format that are needed depending on which version of the game. GOG/retail version should be good with the game's native WAV format -- however, there are also Steam and mobile-version of the game which--from what I recall--need it as an MP3.
-- provided as well a user-friendly uninstaller for best compatibility purpose.
-= KNOWN ISSUES =-
N/A at the time it was tested -- let me know if you find some.
-= FINAL REMARKS =-
This mod work best with Sith Holocron's "Animated Cantina Sign for KotOR 1" installed, as the animated-broken-blipping-sign gives you that lively feeling inside the cantina so, I'd recommend you to use that mod in conjunction with this.
There's always room for improvements; reviews, critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks are much appreciated. PM me here, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and using this mod.
Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do!
-= INSTALLATION =-
Run the installer, pick one of the available and suitable options then hit the [Install Mod ->] button!
-= UNINSTALLATION =-
Choose the UNINSTALL option in the installation menu Read the instructions for further required actions!
-= COMPATIBILITY =-
Will be compatible with mostly anything. Unless with mods that force-overrides tar_m03ae.MOD and/or ambientmusic.2DA, also coincidentally file-name conflicted
-= REDISTRIBUTION =-
I'd love to provide direct support to my work, which wouldn't be possible if they're scattered in the Unknown Regions -- so be considerate to not redistribute this mod or re-release it on any websites.
However, you can use the music for your school and/or mod project or anything that is non-commercial, though be kindly to ask for permission first -- that way I know what's up, and if it's interesting enough I might offer to be involved, hahah. Or at least we'll talk. Cheers!

[K1] Swoop platform model repairs
Swoop platform models repairs
===============
By ZobiZob
------------------
Description
There are notoriously some problems with most of the levels geometry, models and textures. They are not ultra noticeable, but once you see it, you can't unsee it.
As i am working on a custom module using the swoop platform geometry, i decided to fix some of these problems, and also add numerous details like venting effects, animated light and distant swoop riders with upscaled textures for their bikes + different colors for riders. The full pack also displays your swoop in the module.
Fixed music changes from 1.5 with version 1.6.
Installation
3 options, either the full pack with the swoop you use during the race displayed, no swoop bike displayed and also an option without the doors.
1) Use the holopatcher.exe included and you're ready to go.
If you're not satisfied with an option or the other, you can always come back and reinstall the desired option.
Known Bugs and Incompatibilities
Everything should be fine. If you replace the m03af.git file after installing the doors that i added in the distance will disappear.
The upscaled textures only affect the swoop bikers and won't change the textures for Niktos/swoopgang creatures.
Permissions
You are free to incorporate this into any of your work without asking, just credit me and shiningredHD for the upscaled textures (swoop riders, swoop bikes).
Acknowledgements
All materials and copyrights belong to LucasArts, and Bioware.
Upscaled textures from ShiningRedHD.
I own none of the materials, and I'm not making any money out of this mod. This mod is not to be distributed for profit, either.

[K1] SWTOR Female Trooper - PC Replacement Soundset
AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
ORIGINAL RELEASE: 27 JAN 2019
GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1. [This mod will not work in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2. See Description for more details.]
Description:
By request, now your (female) character in KotOR1 can sound like the female Trooper from SWTOR. How can you resist having the voice of Bastila Shan, Satele Shan, and the only Commander Shepard worth talking about voicing your character? male sound sets.
Hopefully, I've found suitable lines for the PC various scenarios. You'll have to let me know in the review section below. (Details are better than just leaving stars, you see.) Feel free to link videos of the lines in use if you wish to put them in your review.
-----------------
You'll not be dropping these into your Override like my usual mods. This time you have new steps to follow.
1) Move the original KotOR1 files that share the file names in this mod to a place you can find them. (I recommend a folder on your desktop but you do you!) Those files will be located in the "Streamsounds" folder.
2) Extract the files from the 7z folder. Grab the new files from that extracted folder and put them in Streamsounds folder.
Note: If you're using the mod on Steam this quote may prove helpful.
“I threw the files in Streamsound. I managed to fix it by verifying game files through Steam and reinstalling the mod though!”
So . . . uh . . keep that in mind.
Uninstall:
--------------
Remove my files from the Streamsounds folder. Put the original files that you saved elsewhere back in the Streamsounds folder.

All materials and copyrights belong to LucasArts, Bioware and Obsidian Entertainment Inc. I own none of the materials, and I'm not making any money out of this mod. I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop. I may release this on NexusMods at a later date but I don't wish others to do so. Usage in other mods must be requested and approved by me in writing before your use.

If you can't recall what the Trooper sounds like, you could just watch this video. (Custom scroll created by @JCarter426)

[K1] SWTOR Male Jedi Consular - PC Replacement Soundset
AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
ORIGINAL RELEASE: 26 JAN 2019
GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1. [This mod will not work in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2. See Description for more details.]
Description:
By request, now your (male) character in KotOR1 can sound like the male Jedi Consular from SWTOR. OK, actually no one requested this one but it was the first SWTOR class I used and I haven’t put up many male sound sets.
Hopefully, I've found suitable lines for the PC various scenarios. You'll have to let me know in the review section below. (Details are better than just leaving stars, you see.) Feel free to link videos of the lines in use if your review. I would've done it myself but my computer has not been brought to repair shop yet.
