  2. TSL ORIGINS: Harbinger Overhaul

Attention: Currently NOT compatible with Kotor 2 Steam Version.

due to the total lack of dirt overlay it looks unrealistically shiny - i try to find a fix asap.

Unlike its predecessor, the Complete Overhaul for K1, the purpose of this texture mod is to preserve the original look of the game,
while using different texturing techniques to give the old game engine a modern look, emulating shine & vector based animations from the Mass Effect series.

    Installation:

    is simple, just:

    1. Download XnView
    2. Extract Part1 into the TSL Override directory
    3. Create a new folder on your Desktop
    4. Extract the contents of Part 2 into that new folder.

    5. double-click on one of the tgas
    6. click on file-> Browse
    7. select all Strg+A then left click batch processing
    8. select output folder TSL\Override
    select format TGA, Override file
    9. hit "Go".

    Enjoy!

    Credits:

Special thanks goes to Darth Parametric for helping me editing the light-glowing values and
also i want to thank the wonderful community for their kind help in modding related questions.

    Compatibility:
This mod should be compatible with every mod that doesnt change Harbingers & Kolto Tanks textures.

  3. JC's Saber Workshop

This mod adds a workshop to the Ebon Hawk's garage, with which you can construct or deconstruct lightsabers and lightsaber components.

One of the things Obsidian did differently was the way you make your first lightsaber. In the first game, you build it at the Jedi Enclave, so they have all the parts there. In K2, the Jedi are all gone, so you're given a scavenger hunt. You have to find three components, bring them to your buddy Bao-Dur, and then you get to make your lightsaber. With that in mind, I have designed the workshop to deconstruct lightsabers, giving you a color crystal and those three parts. Double-bladed lightsabers contain an extra focusing lens and emitter. With all these parts in hand, you can use the workshop to create lightsabers, as well. Furthermore, you can use the workshop to create or breakdown the individual components (provided you have the schematics for them - i.e. you've gotten them through the Crafting a Lightsaber quest - and the right skill points). So that means you can create as many lightsabers as there are color crystals; those crystals won't be burning a hole in your pocket.

In short, you have more control over your lightsabers; you can create sabers out of crystals and components, and you can change lightsaber type at will.

Oh, and you do not need to start a new game or anything of that sort. The
workshop will appear on the Ebon Hawk when you enter.

To Install, run TSLpatcher.exe for either of the installation options, and be sure to save your auto-generated backup folder.

Redistribution or reuse of this file in other projects is prohibited without permission from both authors.

Special thanks to Fred Tetra, author of KOTOR Tool, and Obsidian / Bioware for their original material.
Additional and extra special thanks to VarsityPuppet for his modeling efforts here.
This mod is incompatible with other robe mods as it replaces all robe items and structures.
Mods that replace the Jal Shey/Zeison Sha armor type will not be affected.
For best results, use with a new game.

  5. Default Hilt Replacement Mod

    DHRM 8.2
    ----------------------
    Kaidon Jorn May 2021
This mod will replace the default vanilla game saber models into new higher poly lightsaber models, each color of blade has it's own unique hilt, with Crazy34's new 3-D lightsaber blade models. This time I removed my old hilt for the yellow bladed saber and changed it to a model I made years ago for SotOR (K1) and made it into a double bladed version as well.
I can't say enough about Crazy34's new blade model and textures (which I tweaked to my own preferences), his work has really changed the game on these and it's something a lot of us have been wanting for many years. Kudos to him for all his hard work, I might not have done all this if it weren't for him. They will be enjoyed for years to come.

To install run the .exe and choose the location of the game (not the override itself).
To uninstall take them all back out.

  6. Revan's Hoodless/Maskless Flowing Robes For TSL

This mod changes the models for the Darth Revan/Star Forge robes to a modified version with the cape and belts seen on the cutscene version of Revan’s robes, but without the raised hood and mask.

Alternative models with different arrangements of cape/belts/folded hood are available in the mod’s OPTIONAL folder. Once you have finished installing the mod, you may copy and paste the MDL/MDXs from relevant folder to the Override folder, overwriting when prompted.

This mod relies on Hunters Run’s Revans Flowing Robe TSL mod for the animations. You can download that mod from here:

    http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/216-revans-flowing-robe-tsl/

Extract n_darthrevan.mdl and n_darthrevan.mdx to your Override folder. If you do not have this mod then you will not have any animations for the cloak or belts.

    How to Obtain:
When Atris captured the Ebon Hawk, amongst the unencrypted data she downloaded from T3's memory core she discovered some interesting information regarding Darth Revan and his robes. She stored this data for later analysis, turning to the more pressing matter of the Exile's arrival on her doorstep.

While at the hidden academy on Telos, in the room before you get to T3 you can access the robe data via a console and manufacture a set of robes with the fabrication unit in the same room:

    Notes:
The male version is a straight replacement for the PMBJ model, so it will not be compatible with any other mod that replaces/modifies that model, or changes the values for that column in appearance.2da. Because of the way animations work, the female version must be set up as a disguise, so it uses its own independent models and appearance.2da rows and is unaffected by changes to the PFBJ model or appearance.2da values. Note, however, that this means it is not compatible with custom female head models.

The Darth Revan robes use the vanilla PMBJ01 texture, and is compatible with texture replacements from other mods. The vanilla texture for the Star Forge robes, PMBJ02, has no provision for the cape or belts, so I have provided a very basic replacement with those sections coloured. I suggest that you replace this with a better quality texture from another mod. I recommend ZM_StarForgeA08 from ZimmMaster's Revan's Jedi Robes mod. Download that mod here:

    http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/466-revans-jedi-robes/

Extract Zimm’s texture from his mod’s tslpatchdata folder, rename it to PMBJ02.tga, and then put it in your Override folder, overwriting when prompted. Make sure you do this after installing the current mod! Additionally, grab the TXI from the OPTIONAL folder and place that in the Override folder as well.

    Known Issues:
There will be some clipping during certain animations. Some of this is related to the animations, some of it the meshes. If you spot something particularly egregious, then let me know in the comments and I may be able to address it if it is model-related.

Currently there are no limitations on the generator. You can fabricate either set of robes regardless of alignment, and you can make as many copies as you like (with the caveat of course that once you leave the academy, you permanently lose access to the fabricator). I may change this in future.

If you are using TSLRCM, or another mod that has added 262tel.mod to your Modules folder, you will get a warning from TSLPatcher that this file already exists and was skipped. This is intended behaviour and not an error.

    Acknowledgements:
Thanks to Hunters Run for the n_darthrevan flowing robes animations, without which this mod would not be possible.
Many thanks to Fair Strides and bead-v for looking over my scripts, fixing/checking for errors and streamlining syntax.
Thanks to DarthTyren for his tutorial on camera placement (although I had to source the quaternion conversion elsewhere)

  7. Dak's Armored Robes (2.2)

    Dak's Armored Robes 2.2 - ReadMe

    Description:
This will add and implement into the game three *brand new* types of models - a "Jedi General Robe", a "Armored Republic Robe", and a "Sith Marauder Robe". The models I have created are a Jedi robe merged with the Republic Officer's uniform, the Republic Armor, and the Ubese Assassin's armor. The Jedi General Robe comes in four variations, the Republic Armor in four, and the Sith Armor in two. Each armor has its own unique icon, stats, and descriptions (as seen in the screenshots). The armors have been implemented into four locations: The Republic Crash site and on the corpse outside the mandalorian cache on Dxun, the Exile's locker on the Harbinger, and onto the corpse of the Sith Master in the Dxun tomb.

    Notes:
-Like I said above, the armors can be found in four places, the Republic crash site (check all the corpses!) and outside the Mandalorian cache. There you will also find a datapad explaining why the items are where they are. They can also be found in the Exile's locker on the Harbinger and in the loot from the corpse of the Sith Master in the Dxun tomb.

-I know the females look weird. The only way I could figure out how to get a working female model was to add the female torso to the male robe, which gave awkward results. It's the best it's going to get, sorry! It does work bug free though so it's better than no female models in my opinion. I got many complaints of a lack of female models in version 1, so I tried to please my critics as best as I could!

    Bugs/Incompatibilities:
-One problem with this mod is that one of my new models takes the slot used for the dancer's outfit. To work around this problem, the dancer's outfit is now a disguise item and will give you the appearance of a Twi'lek dancer. I know it isn't very realistic, but it's the best alternative I could think of.

-Uses some of the same model slots as 90SK's "SUPER Content Mod", so some of his items will show up with my models without skins (It's only the "Jedi Tunic" model as far as I know). I personally play with both mods and it's fine with me. Just install this mod last!

-Uses one of the placeable files as Kuai-Don Jorn's "Heroes of the Old Republic" saber mod, so install HIS mod last. You will have to just use KSE to get the missing robes.

    Changelog from 2.0:
Fixes the crashing issue when the male PC would equip his custom exile robe.

    Installation:
    Extract the files,
    Just Press Install,
Select your Kotor2 Directory which is located at:
    My Computer>C:>ProgramFiles>LucasArts>SWKotOR2

    Credits:
Thank you to VarsityPuppet for finding out how to combine models.
Thank you to FrantFire/GeorgNihilus for expertly getting most of the items in-game.
Thank you to jonathan7 for allowing me to include his two awesome skins in this mod.
Thank you to Sith Holocron for his always great suggestions.

    Permissions:
You can use these in your mod if you like, but I would appreciate it if you would still contact me and let me know. Contact me at dakdrexl@gmail.com or Dak Drexl on LucasForums.

  8. Achilles TSL Robe Mod (TSLRCM Edition)

While I'm loving TSLRCM, I have to admit (with pangs of sadness) that all the restored robes makes it kinda-sorta impossible for me to make this a total conversion, like previous versions.

So the compromise is this; a fully tested TSLRCM version of my robe mod that only replaces the model/textures/icons for the movie style robe. Which means that this only replaces about a third of robes that you can get in the restored version of the game.

However, since I'd really rather not guess at which textures people liked and try to include those, I'm adding all the textures from version 3.0 as an optional download (labelled: FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY). You're absolutely free to use these however you'd like FOR MODS THAT ARE NEVER RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC. These robes are a collaboration by a handful of modders, therefore you'd not only need my permission but their's and I'm not even sure who's around or isn't. So feel free to do whatever, so long as "whatever" never leaves your Override folder.

Also, I zipped these up out of a bastardized version of my own personal version of the mod, therefore some reverse engineering may be necessary to make heads or tails of what's included. If you have GIMP, Photoshop, etc it shouldn't take you too long to figure out what's what.

    ______________________________________________________________________________

    To install:

Extract Achilles Robe Mod for TSLRCM to your override folder. This is texture replacement, so a new game is not required.

    To uninstall:

    Remove said folder from Override

    ______________________________________________________________________________

Thanks again to Darth Moeller and svösh for their contributions and to Fred Tetra and TK102 for the tools that made this possible.

Original thread that discusses v3 (pre-TSLRCM) of this mod can be found here:
    http://lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=191374

Additional screenshots can be found in the first post.

EDIT: Apparently this site doesn't allow multiple uploads (even thought the tool lets you), therefore anyone who has downloaded this previously only got the optional files. I've combined the two and extend my apologies for the 6mb download for those of you that only wanted the base mod.

  10. Full Jedi Council

Have you ever wondered why for something as important as the Exile’s trial, only 5 members of the Jedi Council are present? Well, you no longer have to. This mod adds 7 additional Jedi to the trial scene in order to get a full council. These Jedi are master Vandar from K1, Vima Sunrider from the Tales of the Jedi comics, two Twi’lek, a Devaronian, a Duros and a Wookie.

    What's new in v2.0:
    - Replaced generic human Jedi with Vima Sunrider and a Duros
    - Vima sunrider has a custom robe (thanks to DarthParametric)
    - Choose between K1 and TSL style robes for all Council members (except for those with unique robes)
    - The 7 added Council members are now mentioned in the post-trial scene on the Ebon Hawk

    Installation:
Run TSLPatcher.exe and choose your version.
IMPORTANT: You have two choices: The type of robe the Council members should wear and a technical choice necessary for compability: Check if you have holorec.dlg in your Override and choose the proper installation method.
TSLPatcher should find your TSL installation automatically. If it doesn't and you have to select it manually, choose the folder that includes swkotor.exe. Do NOT delete the backup folder that is created during the installation, you'll need it if you ever want to uninstall this mod.
For modders: I included the source script in the download in case you're interested. Ignore them if you only want to install and play the mod.

    Uninstallation:
Delete all files from the tslpatchdata folder of this mod that you can find in your Override (depending on your choice of installation this might not be all of them). Then find the backup of 950COR.mod created during the installation of this mod (it is located in the backup folder that was created in the folder where you ran TSLPatcher.exe) and copy it into the Modules folder of your TSL installation, replacing the one already there. Also copy appearance.2da, heads.2da and if available holorec.dlg from the same folder into your Override folder. Note however, that this might screw up other mods that modified the same file and were installed afterwards!

    Compabilitiy:
Thanks to TSLPatcher this mod should be compatible with pretty most other mods. I recommend to install this mod as late as possible to ensure compability.
Notable exceptions for compability are mods that edit Vandar's model (texture mods are fine) and for the K1 style robes mods that add new texture variations of the Council Robes as well as mods that edit the .utc's of the vanilla Council members. The latter includes NPCOverhaul, so either install my mod after NPCOverhaul to overwrite its changes or skip NPCOverhaul's changes to 950COR.

  12. TSL Jedi Items +

    TSL Jedi Items +

    Credits:
    90SK - VarsityPuppet - DarthDarkus - Kaidon Jorn - SithSpectre

This is an expansion for Jedi robes and Jedi armors in TSL. You can choose one option for each of the armor or robe types This will replace the Jedi master robe, Padawan robe, Jal Shey armors, armored flight suit, and Star Forge robe. All the new items have icons, male and female skins, and stats. Main Square merchant sells new item type with seven or more new items Multiple options for the Jedi item types included in the archive. The default Jal Shey items will have new appearances. The items will work with your old saves.

-To Install, Choose up to one of each type of armor, and then copy mod files from archive to Override in your SKotORII directory.
-To uninstall, remove the mod files from your Override folder.

Please note that the Armored Flight Suit replacements will change the merchant on Onderon, to a new merchant and inventory. It shouldn't affect escaping Onderon.
This mod is best used with new game or relatively early game (before Dxun)

    Features:
This mod does a number of things:

It will offer replacement types for the Jedi Items (JS/ZS armors, robes types 1 & 2, armored flight suit, and Rakatan cloak)
Flight Suit Armors/Jedi Heavy Armors (giveitem jediheavy25 - jediheavy34) are all sold by the Main Square merchant on Onderon.
The Star Forge Robe (giveitem deluxe) is in Vogga's treasure chamber.
The Ubese Environment Suit is now a Ubese Disguise, (giveitem a_light_11) and is in random loot system.
JS/ZS Armors have four types you can choose one of, DarthDarkus' Robes, Tunics, Bandon Armors, or Cloaked Heavy Armors
Padawan robe replacement options (not pictured) are Jedi Master Robes, Cloaked KotOR 1 type, and Bastila Tunics.
Additional details are still accurate for the replacements, but for Version 4.0 I have split up the archive so you can choose what to install.

    Additional Details:
    ---
    Compatibility:

Update 6/18: I will add more screenshots of the additional skins for this update, but basically, the replacements will patch into Override and replace the items in your old saves. So you should be able to see changes to the items right away. You won't be able to install more than one of each type of replacement for each armor type.
Update 6/28: Improved details, additional sf robe option added, fixed some items like g_i_cermshield and a_robe_26 ds restriction has been lifted

  13. Ludicrously Overpowered Stats

This is my very first mod, and actually, quite a simple one at that. All this really does is give your player-character some extremely powerful stats at the start of the game. Perfect for those of us who are too lazy to do it properly.

This will work with TSLRCM + M4-78EP, for those who are curious.

  16. Effixian's Player Head Reskins

    ********************************************
Knights of the Old Republic - The Sith Lords
    ********************************************
    TITLE: Effixian's Player Head Reskins
    AUTHOR: Effix(ian)
CONTACT: PM me on the forums or find me on Steam
    *************
    INSTALLATION
    *************
Unzip, pick the files from the different folders that you would like to add and place them into your override folder.
    ************
    DESCRIPTION
    ************
These are simple reskins that replace existing heads. The zip file contains folders so that you can pick which head you want to install. The download also contains screenshots to easily see which folder contains which files. Since this mod only replaces textures and portraits it shouldn't cause conflicts with other mods.

    PFHB01
Compared to the original this head has slightly darker skin and she has makeup that's inspired by an option in SWTOR, her eyes are made gray. There's no zombie dark side corruption, fully dark side has yellow eyes and halfway is a bit of a mix between those extremes.
    PFHC05
A reskin of the PFHC05 head that I did in 2010 (never published), adjusted a bit inspired by a request from ASinisterGecko & Warregory on Steam. Compared to the original PFHC05 there's no zombie dark side corruption, light side is blue eyes, added blue makeup and brown hair, halfway to dark the makeup goes green with slightly darker hair and at full dark side you get the Sith yellow eyes, red makeup and black hair. I also changed the lips.
    PFHC05 - Redhead
(Not compatible with the above head) A reskin of the PFHC05 head and a continuation of the above head mod. Unlike the other 2 redheads this one does have zombie dark side corruption. Requested by Hobo King Niklz.
    PFHC06 & PMHC07 - Echani
Echani themed reskins. Compared to the originals there's no zombie dark side corruption, light side has blue eyes, fully dark side has yellow eyes and halfway is a bit of a mix between those extremes. I also made the female's lips less red.
Requested by @@SHALLS210@@ on Steam. I made the female reskin in 2010, but didn't publish it at the time.
    PFHC07 & PMHC07 - Redheads
The male gets a beard, as requested by gigaGinger on Steam. Apart from the hair colour I've changed the female's lips.
I've given both characters green eyes. There's no darkside zombie look, only the yellow eyes.
    PFHH01, PFHH02, PFHC07, PMHC03, PMHC06 - Chiss
For the Chiss fans. Reskins of 2 male and 3 female heads to make them look like Chiss. Because of Steam mod limitations (Made these for the Steam Workshop) there's no custom underwear or dancer's outfit to match the blue skin.
    PMHB10
The changes to this head are inspired by KotOR's Jolee Bindo and a mix of the original texture with KotOR's Gadon Thek (whose texture was left in the KotOR 2 files). There's no zombie dark side corruption, fully dark side has yellow eyes and halfway is a bit of a mix between those extremes.
    PMHC01
A bearded reskin of the PMHC01 head that I made in 2010, to look like me as close as possible (you see it in a lot of my screenshots). Compared to the original PMHC01, apart from the beard, it removes the scar, there's no zombie dark side corruption, instead you get Sith tattoos at fully dark side plus the yellow eyes. I think I also tweaked the color of the hair a bit, even though there's not many on the top.
The Sith tattoos have an asymmetrical detail made possible by the fact that this model had a scar on only one side.
    PMHC04
A more aged reskin of the PMHC04 head that I did in 2010 (not published). Compared to the original it looks older, there's no zombie dark side corruption, the eyes start with blue, then green and yellow at fully darkside.
    PMHH01 - "Son of Vaklu"
A reskin of the PMHH01 head, inspired by a post by Dereshi on Steam, who was looking for a character with white skin and black hair and then Vaklu turned out to be an example of that and I mixed his beard into it.
Compared to the original PMHH01 there's no zombie dark side corruption, light side has brown eyes, fully dark has the yellow eyes, halfway is a mix of the two. This reskin makes the original hispanic head more caucassian so you could notice a slight difference between the head and things like arms when wearing underwear.

  17. Unique Upgradeable Clothes by smugglerAlex

So, this is it, this mod makes dancer's outfit, atton's ribbed jacket and mira's ballistic mesh jacket
    fully upgradeable

  18. Sith Lord Armor

Uploader Edit: The mod has been corrected/fixed as of 4/7/2017. I made the installer and only stopped halfway through originally, so I apologize. I never realized it wasn't done, not amongst the other 40+ I had been doing.

    Original Review on Filefront:

Shem breaks out with these functional and elegant robes. Who else could make them look so good? In particular, Atton, M!Exile, Brianna, and Mical look smoking hot. (The all blue on Mikey? Yeah, fits with his hard to corrupt alignment). The chest plate through abdomen looks like it's made of light metal, giving it a look of functional armor. The arms and legs are given full movement with the bodysuit underneath, and an ornamental cape drops off the hips. Just add a lightsaber and watch as the other patrons of the cantina give you a wide berth and the best seats.

Again, the only payment a fan writer or artist gets is the feedback, good or ill for their efforts. Suggestions as to improvements will allow them to make more and better mods in the future.

  19. TSLRCM Dialog Overhaul

    Description of "TSLRCM Dialog Overhaul":
This modification strives to correct the most noticeable errors and inconsistencies found in the dialog.tlk file of
The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM).
The majority of the alterations are based on modern corpora, mainly affecting written speech as well as menu screens,
    without changing their original meanings.
Some lines underwent slightly advanced changes in order to be in line with their corresponding voice-over references
while some others were changed to further add context to specific situations.
As this modification was originally meant for personal use only, you will also find some of my attempts at revamping
the punctuation of multiple dialog lines to create a more coherent reading experience in accordance to the sound references.
That includes the removal of hesitations and interruptions that are not reflected in speech.
In its current state, this modification doesn't fix description errors regarding item effects and character building.
For full details on the changes, please refer to the included "changes.txt" file.
Due to the sheer size of the dialogue script, there is a strong possibility that errors have been overlooked in the editing process.
Feel free to report cases of potential overcorrection as well.
Feedback is always dearly appreciated (on Deadly Stream via private message or comment on the mod's support page).

    Installation:
    TSLRCM 1.8.5 is required.
Replace the dialog.tlk file located in your game's main directory with the one from the "overhaul" folder in order to apply the modification.
Certain changes may only occur upon starting a new game.
In case you may want to revert the changes, just copy the included original TSLRCM dialog.tlk into the game directory.

  20. Female Exile Head ("Canon")

This is just a simple PC portrait mod, it replaces PFHC07 with a new head (which is a modified version of PFHC05). The new head is supposed to look like http://vignette3.wik...=20091003183103, which is what Wookiepedia has as the Legends "canon" Exile.

I did not make this mod—I requested it in the appropriate thread and a few other users put it together:
    - Schizo did the main bulk of the modeling work
    - Effix changed the hair color (I know that according the the Revan novel the Exile has light brown hair, but I prefer blonde because of Aimo's KOTOR comics on Deviantart. So I guess this isn't really "canon" after all)
    - DarthParametric fixed the model with Taina's Replacer
    - I actually did do one thing: I replaced the party portrait with that hand-drawn pic

To install: unzip the files and copy them to your override folder
To uninstall: take 'em out again

  21. TSL Improved Party Outfits

    =TSL Improved Party Outfits=
A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: THE SITH LORDS MODIFICATION

    AUTHOR: Leilukin
FILE NAME: TSL Improved Party Outfits.zip
    LATEST VERSION: 1.1
CONTACT: E-mail to contact@leilukin.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream

    1. DESCRIPTION:
This mod adds eight new items with unique properties and are restricted to each of the human and humanoid party members in KotOR II: TSL, including Atton, Bao-Dur, the Disciple, the Handmaiden, Kreia, Mandalore, Mira and Visas. Said party members will automatically have these unique outfits equipped when they join your party. Each of these outfits also has its own custom inventory icon and can be upgraded.
If you want to see your party members appear in their default outfits and those outfits being more useful in combat throughout the course of the game, this mod is for you.
This mod was intended for the party members’ unique outfits to be usable in combat throughout the entire game, especially during the sequences where you can only control the party members while the player character is not around. Therefore, the properties of these items may be overpowered, especially in the early game. I make no promises to make a “balanced” version of this mod, because I play the KotOR games for the story and characters and not combat. If gameplay and combat balance are very important to you, this mod is not for you.
The idea of this mod was inspired by jonathan7's Party Clothing mod for KotOR 1. While jonathan7 had also made a similar mod for TSL as part of the Force Fashion II mod, I don't use Force Fashion II because it is not compatible with The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM). Therefore, I decided to make my own version of a similar mod for TSL that is compatible with TSLRCM.
Technically, this mod was my first attempt at KotOR modding. However, initially this mod was only for my personal use. Now I have decided to release this to the public.

    2. USAGE NOTES:
For the best experience with this mod, it's recommended to have a completely new TSL playthrough.
If you want to add these improved party member outfits manually via the cheat console or KotOR Savegame Editor, here are the item codes:
    llk_attonjkt - Atton's Ribbed Jacket llk_baodursuit - Bao-Dur's Tech Suit llk_disgarment - Disciple's Garment llk_handgarment - Handmaiden's Garment llk_kreiarobe - Kreia's Robe llk_mandarmor - Mandalore's Armor llk_mirajkt - Mira's Ballistic Mesh Jacket llk_visasrobe - Visas' Robe
    3. INSTALLATION:
Extract the TSL Improved Party Outfits.zip you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KoOR 2 directory. Run Install TSL Improved Party Outfits.exe, point the installer to your KotOR 2 directory and let the installer do its magic.
This mod also provides an optional file that improves Handmaiden's Robe to have the same stats as the Handmaiden's default outfit from this mod. If you want to install the improved Handmaiden's Robe, go to the "Optional - Improved Handmaiden's Robe" folder, copy a_robe_x01.uti and paste it in your Override folder.
NOTE: If you already have the .utc files of the humanoid party members in your Override folder (the file names are p_[party member name].utc), when you install this mod a new folder named "backup" will be created by TSLPatcher in the same folder as the TSLPatcher. Do not delete the folder or any of the files within the folder if you are planning on uninstalling this mod.

    4. UNINSTALLATION:
Go to your Override folder, delete ia_Class9_201.tga, the .tga files starting from ia_cloths_202.tga to ia_cloths_208.tga and the .uti files with the "llk_" prefix (without the quotation marks).
If you also installed the Improved Handmaiden's Robe from this mod, go to your Override folder and delete a_robe_x01.uti.
If a "backup" folder was created when you installed this mod, go to the "backup" folder, cut and paste any .utc. file(s) from the folder and paste the file(s) in your Override folder. If no backup folder was created, simply delete p_atton.utc, p_baodur.utc, p_disciple.utc, p_handmaiden.utc, p_kreia.utc, p_mand.utc, p_mira.utc and p_visas.utc from your Override folder.

    5. KNOWN ISSUES:
When you upgrade any of the party member's outfits from this mod on the workbench, the outfit would look like a basic clothing in the workbench's interface. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about it since it appears to be hardcoded.
If you find any other bugs or problems, please let me know.

    6. MOD COMPATIBILITY:
This mod will likely conflict with any other mods that modify any of the following files, especially if the other mod also modifies the party members' starting armor:
p_atton.utc p_baodur.utc p_disciple.utc p_handmaiden.utc p_kreia.utc p_mand.utc p_mira.utc p_visas.utc If you want to use any other mods that modify the above files, AND the other mod is installed by putting any of the above files in Override folder, you need to install my mod AFTER the other mod.
The optional Improved Handmaiden Robe component is not compatible with any other mods that modify the .uti file of Handmaiden's Robe (a_robe_x01.uti).
This mod is not compatible with any other mod that modifies the party members' starting armor or clothing when they join your party.
This mod should be compatible with any reskin mods for the party member's default outfits, unless they edit the armor slot in aforementioned .utc files of the party members.

    7. PERMISSION:
You may modify this mod for your personal use. However if you want to use any files from this mod for your own mod, please ask for my permission before releasing your mod. If I give you permission for it, I request that you credit me when you release your mod. Thank you.
I do not use nor support Steam Workshop, so I do not wish any of my mods to be uploaded to Steam Workshop.

  22. K1 and TSL Difficulty Options

    ======================================================
A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: (THE SITH LORDS) MODIFICATION

    FILENAME: K1_and_TSL_Difficulty_options.rar
    FILE SIZE: 4 KB
    DATE RELEASED: 3/30/2007, revised 31. May 2016

    DESCRIPTION:
If you try to rebalance your modded Kotor games, this really comes in handy. Boss too strong? Crazy rebalance? Change your options in game, even while fighting!

Tired of messing with your config.ini? Some think, correctly, that both KotORs are fairly easy games. Especially when it comes to replaying them, this may become annoying. But you are ill advised to reset difficulty setting manually in your configuration files. Why? Because 3 (highest in K1) and 4 (highest in TSL) set difficulty to default, i.e. more easy than in ingame difficulty.

This mini-mod brings a solution: Set your difficulty level in-game! All you need is a simple 2da.file.

    INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Drop the corresponding files manually in the folders where they belong.

Recommended: "Normal". If you are an elite gamer OR like to use heavily modded Override folders for your Kotor games, then you have the option to use the "hardcore" settings which tweak all levels one step, i.e. easy becomes normal, normal difficult and so on, see below for details.

Regarding compatibility: the files employ a simple trick, they use dialogue.tlk-lines from the standard tlk.file, to be precise: "Choke" and "Horror" from the Force Powers entries. So compatibility is universal.

    Here are the stats:

    Kotor, normal difficultyopt.2da

    [cfg.ini] descr. multiplier
    0 Easy 1.00
1 Normal 1.75 (I tweaked this one, default was 1.5)
    2 Difficult 2.75
    3 Horror 3.50

    Kotor, hardcore 2da

    [cfg.ini] descr. multiplier
    0 Easy 1.50
    1 Normal 2.50
    2 Difficult 3.50
    3 Horror 4.50
(The last should be near to insane.)

    TSL, normal 2da

    [cfg.ini] descr. multiplier
    0 Easy 0.50
    1 Normal 1.00
    2 Difficult 1.50
    3 Choke 2.00
    4 Horror 2.50

    TSL, hardcore 2da

    [cfg.ini] descr. multiplier
    0 Easy 1.00
    1 Normal 1.50
    2 Difficult 2.00
    3 Choke 2.50
    4 Horror 3.00
(TSL is more b*tchy than its predecessor, in some areas 4 is still ridiculous, in others - for instance 804DRO or 152HAR you are going to have a hard time.)

If you still find the game too easy, get Beancounter's Hardcore mod. In conjunction with this mod you should have every opportunity to become one with the Force.

A final remark, if you are a fervent modder, I added one additional line respectively (Choke / Insanity), but you can do nothing with it, setting the difficulty level in the cfg.ini to 4, 5 or higher will mar the AI (yes, that is still possible with Kotor).

My thanks go to Fred Tetra, master tool creator.

    BUGS: None, I hope.

PERMISSIONS: You may use this mod in every way you wish. Don't forget to curse me when you die on Peragus.

  23. Newbiemodder's Korriban Expansion

    And the saga continues..........

Korriban shall be as it always was. A graveyard for the darkest of the Sith Lords, still whispering within their tombs. It shall always be a source of evil, spawning threats throughout the millennia. It, like Malachor, brushes the edges of the empire that waits in the dark. And like Malachor, the Sith have forgotten it … for a time. They will remember.

This mod creates new areas for the player to investigate on the planet Korriban.

Make sure you read the ReadMe before playing. Hope you enjoy.

I made it compatible with the original TSLRCM release. The only conflict area was the 401kor.git file. If the TSLRCM crew did not do any additional changes to that file then there should be no compatibility issues. I haven't kept up with all the TSLRCM updates.
Note from Sith Holocron: If you're concerned about compatibility issues with TSLRCM with M4-78 EP and Coruscant, I suggest reading this post before you install.

  24. TOR Ports: Jaesa Willsaam Female Player Head for TSL

This mod adds the head model of Sith Warrior companion Jaesa Willsaam from The Old Republic MMO as a selectable player head for female characters.
    A few notes:
While aligned as closely as possible, the neckline probably won't match perfectly. Expect some visible gaps on body models that don't hide the join. The TOR head models use separate textures for the face, eyes, and hair. In order to allow for DS transitions, these had to be merged together (and the UVs adjusted to match). The eyes are the big loser in this. They went from having their own dedicated 256x256 texture to being shrunk down to a corner where they could be squeezed in. An additional consequence of the texture merge is no normal maps, due to the hair requiring alpha masking. TOR heavily relies on tint mapping textures for variation - skin tone, hair colour, eye colour, etc. Unfortunately, while the tint colours are available in the material files, the specifics of their shaders are currently unknown to me, so the best I can do is experiment with various blend modes to approximate the look. It may require some further experimentation and kludging. Not even having specularity, much less the advanced (by comparison) graphical features of TOR, expect textures to look pretty flat by comparison to the originals. KOTOR has a maximum bone limit per mesh of 16. This creates a problem for TOR meshes, as adding the eyelids to the face bone array pushes that to 18. I had to drop 2 bones to make it work. I chose the two nose corner bones, as they seemed the least important. I don't know what effect this may have on various facial animations though. The hair mesh is currently using skin weights and is fairly rigid. Possibly I may add a danglymesh version in a future update. The underside of the hair at the back of the neck is fairly bare. I may add some additional hair elements in a future update. Dark Side transitions are included, but they are relatively mild. I'm not a big fan of the zombie look. Installation:
If you are using TSLRCM or the hybrid TSLRCM + M4-78 from the Steam Workshop, make sure to choose its Workshop folder as the installation location, not the main game folder.

  25. Modders Resource: TFU-style Darth Sion model

A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away...
Not SO long ago, Don Kain asked me to edit Sion model to look like his TFU skin. I added flaps and bolts to the model, modeled pauldron. He was going to make the actual skin for it (I almost didn't worked on the textures), but his mod was never released.
After that, Drewton asked my permission to use this model in his Sion reskin. I allowed that, but his mod too was not released.
So I release this model as a modder's resource. Use it as you like, just give credit to me.

    Known issues:
It's possible, that his flaps will not be animated in some cutscenes. I never really tested, so it's up to you to find out.

This mod is not suppored by LucasArts, BioWare, Obsidian and ME. I don't plan to work on this model anymore, so don't contact me if something is wrong. I release it 'as is', use at your own risk. gMax scene is included so you can fix everything yourself. If you can't - I don't care.
