Author: EAF97 Description: Most of the Sith students, teachers, and workers at the Sith academy on Korriban in K1 will now wear Dark Jedi robes according to rank and ported in from K2 that are worn by the Dark Jedi at Trayus Sith Academy on Malachor V in K2. Visually-speaking, this mod is meant to make the same appearance enhancement for Korriban Sith that JCarter426's "Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1" makes to Jedi robes with ported K2 models and could also be installed over JC's "Back in Black" which edits the NPCs' equipment (and which this mod itself doesn't do). -There will be two main options for installation: Version 1 installs both the clothing overhaul and gives unique heads to several of the NPCs who have direct conversations with the players such as Kel Algwinn and Dak Vesser, while Version 2 only overhauls the clothing. -Lashowe, Mekel, Shaardan, and other students will wear “low” robes -Yuthura and other teachers will wear “mid” robes -Masters (just Uthar) will wear “high” robes. -Students and teachers who are out working in the valley will wear darker variants of Dark Jedi Padawan and Master robes, respectively, with the ported player and companion robe models from K2 -Those who are dueling or practicing combat skills will wear “training” outfits (K1-style “tunics”) from Unused K1 Tunics for TSL -Captives will wear “prisoner” outfits -Workers (Tariga, Adrenas) will wear a darker variant of Onderon commoner clothing from Effixian's Zeison Sha/Jal Shey to Onderon Clothing -All of the “Lite” NPCs will be upgraded based on the new heads and gender given to them in K1CP but will have the new clothing. -A compatibility patch for K1CP will be available for both versions to give Tariga (the Huttese-speaking human NPC who gives directions to the Valley) a female appearance. -There will be an optional add-on to install the female variant of the Trayus-style Dark Jedi “Master” robes for Yuthura which I decided to include since nobody else wears it. -Sith guards, troopers, soldiers, and archaeologists will NOT be affected. I would **strongly** recommend installing K1CP **before** this mod in order to get a full overhaul of NPCs in the area but it isn’t necessary in order for the mod to work and the base installation will assume that K1CP isn’t installed -Equipment of NPCs will NOT be edited, this is purely a **visual** overhaul but is compatible with any mod that edits the NPCs’ equipment such as “Back in Black” by JCarter426 -Aside from any Sith students or teachers who are encountered in Dreshdae, the "Prospective" Sith students as well as Czerka employees and other civilians in the area will NOT be affected. I would recommend some of the other NPC overhaul mods listed below for enhancing those characters. For the most part, this mod mainly aims to change the Sith students, teachers, and staff at the Academy itself -Any Sith or Dark Jedi outside of Korriban will NOT be affected and there are multiple mods (listed below) which sufficiently enhance them and which I would recommend to be installed along with this mod. Installation: Just run the TSLPatcher the direct it to your game file. If you plan on using this mod alongside K1CP, I'd recommend installing K1CP **first** if you haven't already. Install either Version 1 (Clothes & Heads) OR Version 2 (Clothes Only) and then install either version of the Tariga patch for K1CP based on whichever version of the base installation was chosen (basically gives Tariga a female appearance in line with K1CP's changes that also adds the changes made to other NPCs in the main mod). NPC Diversity Pack [K1] A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 0.8.0 Beta Release Date: 04.04.2024 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! If you plan on using it, install the Unofficial K1CP Tweak Pack mod SECOND (This mod is optional and is NOT required for this mod to work)! Once you click on the HoloPatcher.exe, you'll be given a few install options. 1) Main mod: Installs the actual mod (edits over 600 NPCs so this may take a few minutes to install). 2) Player Head Commoners: This install will add new commoner NPCs who use the player heads. This option will greatly diversify the Kotor galaxy as there are so many player head commoners it's unlikely you'll see them twice in one playthrough, and it greatly reduces the already existing generic commoner heads. If a player head commoner uses the player's head, it will be swapped for another head (So if you're playing Mullet Man then the Mullet Man who appears in-game will use a different head). You WILL have to install this option AFTER the main mod. Description: As with many modders, I have a vision for a comprehensive NPC Overhaul. This mod is currently in a BETA stage, whilst I don't expect bugs, I do expect player criticism/feedback alongside reports of possible mod conflicts with certain mods... updates will be released to fix any possible bugs, add popular player suggestions, possible hotfixes for incompatible mods and new content as they become possible. What does this mod do? This mod is comprised of several smaller mods that have been merged into one big mod, resulting in an immersive NPC Overhaul which is compatible with the K1 Community Patch. This mod swaps the heads of hundreds of NPCs to prevent the 'clone' effect, it replaces the low poly Lite NPCs with actual NPC appearances, it diversifies the clothing, armor and weapons worn by NPCs without touching any of the NPC Loot drops, it modifies the .GIT files in some areas to remove duplicated NPCs, it swaps the soundsets of over 200 NPCs so that the enemies you fight have a truly random "death grunt" sound as they die and MORE! With this mod, over 600 NPCs will be affected (including NPCs which are commonly affected by other mods). It is HIGHLY advised to install this mod (AFTER the K1CP mod) BEFORE you install any new appearance mods. For example, Galaxy of Faces is a mod which adds new appearances. Installing the NPC-DP BEFORE that mod will allow you to have GoF appearances alongside the NPC-DP's NPC Overhaul. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs, but if there are feel free to report it to me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Please report any incompatibilities! Player head commoners are affected by player head reskins, if you install weird player head reskins (The Mullet Man to DC Universe Joker for example) then the player head commoner with Mullet Man's head will use that skin. This mod intends to address key issues with male Twi'lek heads in KOTOR II, most notably the addition of ear geometry. The main improvements are the addition of ears and slimming down on the Bib Fortuna necks. Other tweaks include better smoothing groups, fixed teeth and eyelids, and recolored tongues. The ears were created using modified assets ported from SWTOR. There's two options for installation. Option A uses the slim necks, while Option B retains the original necks. I highly recommend the first option as it fixes clipping with collars on heavy armor and it's the main choice for other mods which use my files. Given the frequency of Twi'lek NPCs, this mod's a nice visual improvement that adds a much-needed element of consistency with other humanoid head models in the game. The KOTOR I version can be found here. Installation & Uninstallation To install this mod, run Installer.exe, select the option(s) you want, and proceed with the installation. To uninstall this mod, run the installer again, select the same option(s), and click Tools -> Uninstall Mod / Restore Backup. Compatibility & Known Issues This mod isn't compatible with any retextures of male Twi'lek heads unless that mod states otherwise. There's no known compatibility issues with any other mods. If a player head commoner uses the player's head, it will be swapped for another head (So if you're playing Mullet Man then the Mullet Man who appears in-game will use a different head). You WILL have to install this option AFTER the main mod. Description: As with many modders, I have a vision for a comprehensive NPC Overhaul. This mod is currently in a BETA stage, whilst I don't expect bugs, I do expect player criticism/feedback alongside reports of possible mod conflicts with certain mods... updates will be released to fix any possible bugs, add popular player suggestions, possible hotfixes for incompatible mods and new content as they become possible. What does this mod do? This mod is comprised of several smaller mods that have been merged into one big mod, resulting in an immersive NPC Overhaul which is compatible with the K1 Community Patch. This mod swaps the heads of hundreds of NPCs to prevent the 'clone' effect, it replaces the low poly Lite NPCs with actual NPC appearances, it diversifies the clothing, armor and weapons worn by NPCs without touching any of the NPC Loot drops, it modifies the .GIT files in some areas to remove duplicated NPCs, it swaps the soundsets of over 200 NPCs so that the enemies you fight have a truly random "death grunt" sound as they die and MORE! With this mod, over 600 NPCs will be affected (including NPCs which are commonly affected by other mods). It is HIGHLY advised to install this mod (AFTER the K1CP mod) BEFORE you install any new appearance mods. For example, Galaxy of Faces is a mod which adds new appearances. Installing the NPC-DP BEFORE that mod will allow you to have GoF appearances alongside the NPC-DP's NPC Overhaul. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.1.0 Release Date: 18.06.2023 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe and you'll be given 4 installation options. Each option will install 1 head (a single option may come with 2 heads depending on which one you pick) so pick which head you'd like, if you want all the heads you'll have to install the mod 4 times. Click the option you'd like to be directed to that options installation menu, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Repeat the process for any other heads you'd like to install! Description: Kotor 2 has a few popular heads which were cut from the final game, they include: Saedhe's unique head, Hussef's unique head and the "Jedi Master 4" head which was used for Kaevee. Whilst these heads were restored in TSLRCM, no such restoration of unused heads exists for K1... until now! This mod will present up to 5 restored faces which you will see across the Kotor galaxy, they include: 1) "Sith Apprentice 1 Head": In-game, the armored Sith Apprentice's use the 2nd Sith Apprentice Head variant whilst the 1st head variant is neglected. As only a texture exists for this head, I had to modify this head's texture to hide the mapping for the scar which is present for the 2nd Sith Apprentice Head but not this one. This new Sith Apprentice head is used by the Taris Sith Govenor, the Dark Jedi in the Manaan Hangar, the Dark Jedi Master trio in the Leviathan Command Deck and the Lehon Sith Master. 2) "Dirty Commoner Head Variant Male": This head is a variant of the classic Batu-Rem generic head with a dirty, scratched up reskin. This head will be used by the Infected Outcasts who you can cure in the Undercity. 3) "Dirty Commoner Head Variant Female": This head is a variant of the generic head used by Sarna with a dirty, scratched up reskin to match the male variant. This skin is special as it was never included in either the PC or the XBOX versions of Kotor, so how did I get my hands on this texture? When Aspyr released Kotor for the Nintendo Switch, they accidentally replaced the generic blonde white female head with this dirty head variant instead, resulting in characters like Ice using this head texture instead of their usual blonde head. To restore this head for it's intended purpose (as a dirty head variant), I had the texture ripped from the Switch and ported to PC. From my observation, the Nintendo Switch version of Kotor uses an upscaled version of the XBOX textures upgrading their textures from 256x256 (the standard XBOX quality) to 1024x1024 resolution (This is why the graphics on the Nintendo Switch look so strange). The skin included in this mod has been downsized to 256x256 to match the texture quality of the male head variant which WAS included in the PC game files. This head will be used by the Infected Outcasts who you can cure in the Undercity. 4) "Asian Commoner Head Variant Male": This head is listed in the game files amongst the other generic commoner heads, it can be assumed this head was scrapped and it's model became the basis of the PHMA01 player head. As of right now, this head will be used by Tanis Venn! Why Tanis? Well, his unique appearance isn't really that 'unique'. Hi everyone. I wanted to share an idea/project where I'll attempt to port 2 (1 male, 1 female) head models for SWKotOR head mods. The first head will be David "Section" Mason from Call Of Duty: Black Ops II. And the second head will be Chloe "Karma" Lynch, also from Call Of Duty: Black Ops II. Currently, I only obtain David "Section" Mason's model and have not disassemble his head yet. Wish me luck and encouragement my friends.

Greetings, fellow Jedi! In current TSL playthrough I'm looking forwards to use PFHH01 head model as the PC's head appearance. Everything looks right not until I saw her facial animation particularly with single-wield ready stance for melee weapon, as seen in the screenshot below -- It's with the mouth if anyone's wondering. Also don't mind the small dot on her forehead, it's just something on the texture I added, hahah. - while it also appear on the character-menu there. But apparently it looks differently with dual-wield; it's looking pretty normal, and I suspect [or wish] that's how it should have looked in the first place. Therefore, if I'm about to fix that, where should I start? I thought it was about the animations in the head model and were thinking about copy-pasting the dual-wield to single-wield but apparently that's not the case. Much thanks for considering this, and may the Force be with you.

So I've run into a bit of an issue. I'm working on a mod to overhaul Taris's NPCs for immersive purposes and the one area I'm having trouble is attempting to give Holdan a unique head. I have the texture, new rows in heads and appearance, and the models, but the closest I can get is the black void head on his body. Anyone got some pointers? Taris NPC Overhaul (2).zip

I'm aware that this topic was already broached two years ago, but I feel that necroing a single comment thread is in bad taste. Instead, i'd like to request parity between the genders of player characters and request a female Pureblood Sith player head. I've Identified 3 potential heads that I feel are the best options, namely Samara Breesh (the merchant on Corellia), Sathel (the Korriban Academy instructor), and Ladra (the Revanite on Dromund Kaas). My personal preference leans towards Ladra, but feel free to port whichever you feel most comfortable with/prefer.

This mod brings detail to the next level! Add a more 3-D feel with aging and realistic skin! So like all my mods, I add some age to the character - wrinkles around the eyes, nose, forehead, laugh lines. I increased the sharpness in game and this make a huge difference. The hair looks a lot better than VANILLA... she differently looks older! (But not as old as that witch!) The reason for this is she was a Jedi so probably 20 years old if not older then roughly 10 years traveling around space puts this one at 30 or older. (I think older.) Oh yeah, let me say that this re texture and the modifications I made are a big step up from my two re-textures! If you're going to download a skin, please down this! I worked my butt off and I learned a lot of new things along the way. This is truly a PASSION project. THIS IS A MANUAL INSTALL. I also added a dark side transition but they are not as detailed as the base face if this gets downloaded enough, I'll add the aging to the dark side. Thank you for all the support and the downloads. I really hope you enjoy this skin. I'm personally doing a brand new play through. -

View File TSL Better Male Twi'lek Heads This mod intends to address key issues with male Twi'lek heads in KOTOR II, most notably the addition of ear geometry. The main improvements are the addition of ears and slimming down on the Bib Fortuna necks. Other tweaks include better smoothing groups, fixed teeth and eyelids, and recolored tongues. The ears were created using modified assets ported from SWTOR. There's two options for installation. Option A uses the slim necks, while Option B retains the original necks. I highly recommend the first option as it fixes clipping with collars on heavy armor and it's the main choice for other mods which use my files. Given the frequency of Twi'lek NPCs, this mod's a nice visual improvement that adds a much-needed element of consistency with other humanoid head models in the game. The KOTOR I version can be found here. Installation & Uninstallation To install this mod, run Installer.exe, select the option(s) you want, and proceed with the installation. To uninstall this mod, run the installer again, select the same option(s), and click Tools -> Uninstall Mod / Restore Backup. Compatibility & Known Issues This mod isn't compatible with any retextures of male Twi'lek heads unless that mod states otherwise. There's no known compatibility issues with any other mods. Title, was wanting to use her as a "playable" character in Kotor 1. Just wanted to know if there is a mod already out there, if not, if someone could direct me to the best tutorial for this sort of thing... or help me out with the procedure so I can give it a crack myself.
