=PartySwap= A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: THE SITH LORDS MODIFICATION ORIGINAL AUTHOR: DarthTyren (darthtyren@gmail.com) CURRENT MAINTAINER: Leilukin LATEST VERSION: 1.4.2 FILE NAME: PartySwap 1.4.2.7z CONTACT: E-mail to Leilukin at contact@leilukin.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream 1. DESCRIPTION: This mod allows the player to recruit both Handmaiden and Disciple in the same playthrough regardless of the player character's gender. After Disciple joins your party on Dantooine, a usable item named PartySwap will be added to your inventory, and will appear in the shield item slot of the quick bar. You can use this PartySwap item to add or remove Handmaiden from your current party, including replacing any member of your current party with Handmaiden, as long as you are able to choose your party at that point of the game. This item is created to work around the limitations of not being able to select Handmaiden from the party selection screen after Disciple joins your party and takes Handmaiden’s slot in the party selection screen. However, Handmaiden remains part of the Ebon Hawk crew, and you can still talk to Handmaiden. This mod also modifies certain parts of the game where potentially both Handmaiden and Disciple can become involved in the cut scenes. In addition, this mod prevents Handmaiden and Disciple from referring to the player character with the wrong pronouns by editing dialog and splicing voiceovers. For this mod to take effect, you must install this mod before you leave the secret academy on Telos, where Handmaiden joins your party. The PartySwap item only works if Handmaiden has already joined your party. NOTE: Since July 2023, the original mod author DarthTyren has officially handed over the management and development of this mod to Leilukin, due to DarthTyren's departure from the KotOR modding scene. Therefore, if you have questions about or encountered any issues with this mod, Leilukin is the one to contact for. 2. INSTALLATION: First and foremost, make sure you have The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM) installed, since TSLRCM is REQUIRED for this mod to work. After downloading this mod, extract the mod’s 7z file to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KotOR 2 directory. Run PartySwap Installer.exe located inside the extracted folder. You will see two installation options. You may only choose ONE of these options: Default Installation: Choose this option if you use TSLRCM without M4-78EP. M4-78EP Installation: Choose this option if you use M4-78 Enhancement Project (M4-78EP) in addition to TSLRCM. You must install M4-78EP first before running this installation option. FOR REGULAR TSLRCM USERS: Choose the installation option you want, and select your KotOR 2 game folder as your KotOR 2 directory path, click the “Install” button and let the installer do its job. FOR STEAM WORKSHOP USERS: If you have subscribed to The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM) from the Steam Workshop, for your KotOR directory path, you must choose TSLRCM's Steam Workshop folder, NOT the main KOTOR 2 directory. The directory of the Steam Workshop version of TSLRCM is \Steam\SteamApps\Workshop\content\208580\485537937, while the directory of the TSLRCM + M4-78EP combined Steam Workshop mod is \Steam\SteamApps\Workshop\content\208580\1402798020. Note that PartySwap will NOT be added to the Steam Workshop. Reading this on why it is NOT recommended to use the Steam Workshop for modding the KotOR games: When you install this mod, two new folders named "backup" and “uninstall” will be created by the installer in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folders or any of the files within the folder if you are planning on uninstalling this mod. This mod also provides a compatibility patch for deathdisco’s Coruscant Jedi Temple and danil-ch's Kreia's Fall Cutscene (In-Game).Go to the “Compatibility Patches” folder from this mod, read the READ ME files within the sub-folders and follow the instructions to make PartySwap compatible with these mods. Go to the “Coruscant Jedi Temple Compatibility Patch” folder from this mod, read the READ ME files within the subfolder and follow the instructions to make PartySwap compatible with Coruscant Jedi Temple. Note: The "Source" folder includes the source of the script used by this mod for modders' reference. Ignore the "Source" folder if you only want to install and play this mod. 3. UNINSTALLATION: Run PartySwap Installer.exe and select your KotOR 2 directory where you installed this mod. From the “Tools” drop-down menu, select “Uninstall Mod / Restore Backup”, then confirm to uninstall the mod. You can also choose to delete the backup after uninstalling the mod. 4. KNOWN ISSUES: None currently known. If you find any bugs or issues, please report them by posting on PartySwap’s download page or support thread on the Deadly Stream forums, or contact Leilukin directly. 5. MOD COMPATIBILITY: Apart from The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM), which is required for this mod to work, any mod that edits Kreia's endgame dialog (904kreia.dlg) or Zuka's dialog on Dxun (zuka.dlg) is incompatible with this mod, unless they merge in installation. In that case, you must install PartySwap first. This mod is not compatible with any other mod that involves putting the holorec.dlg file in the Override folder. If you want to use this mod, make sure you DO NOT have holorec.dlg in your Override folder, or Handmaiden will not be able to join your party when you play a female character! This mod provides compatibility patches for deathdisco’s Coruscant Jedi Temple and danil-ch's Kreia's Fall Cutscene (In-Game). This mod is compatible with KOTOR 2 Community Patch. This mod is compatible with JC2's Train the Handmaiden. This mod is compatible with all Leilukin’s mods for KotOR 2, including the romance mods, as long as you follow the instructions from Leilukin’s mod. If you want to use danil-ch and Darth Hayze’s Extended Enclave, downloading and installing a separate compatibility patch is required to make PartySwap compatible with Extended Enclave. If you use Leilukin’s Handmaiden and Female Exile – Disciple and Male Exile Romance, you need to use the patch included in that mod. Otherwise, go to this page for a standalone compatibility patch: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1304-partyswap-and-extended-enclave-compatibility-patch/ This mod is compatible with WildKarrde’s TSL Expanded Ending, as long as you install PartySwap first before installing TSL Expanded Ending. 6. PERMISSION: You may modify this mod for personal use or show this mod in screenshots. However, please do not redistribute or re-host this mod. Do not release your mods containing assets from this mod without permission. 7. CREDITS: Fair Strides — Can almost take credit for half the mod getting done, by helping with scripts, understanding Waypoints and TSLPatcher, etc. Thank you! This mod fixes some bugs with and makes other adjustments to the Secret Tomb area for mechanical and lore consistency. See the attached document for a full list of changes and the rationale for each change. Installation You must start a new game to experience the full effects of this mod. Extract files from the downloaded archive. Run INSTALL.exe. Click "Install Mod" and select your game directory (default name SWKotOR2). Uninstallation During installation, TSLPatcher generates a backup folder and a log recording which files were affected. Restore dialog.tlk by copying the file from the backup folder to your game directory, replacing the existing one. Restore or delete all all module files affected by this mod. For each module, copy the corresponding .mod file from the backup folder to replace the one in your game's Modules folder if a backup was created, otherwise delete the .mod file from your game's Modules folder. Restore or delete all all .2da files affected by this mod. For each, copy the corresponding .2da file from the backup folder to replace the one in your game's Override folder if a backup was created, otherwise delete the .2da file from your game's Override folder. Delete all other files installed by this mod from your game's Override folder. Compatibility This mod makes several changes in the Secret Tomb module and may be incompatible with other mods which affect that area. This mod edits the script k_oei_userdef.ncs because the party AI has some Secret Tomb-specific code living there. This mod will not be compatible with other mods which edit that script without a compatibility patch. This mod adds the texture pmbj02.tpc for a light-sided Revan's robes. This has the same filename as the Star Forge Robes in KOTOR 1, so mods which edit the Star Forge Robes may be used in place of the texture provided by this mod. Copy the file to your KOTOR 2 Override folder, overwriting the file when prompted. It is not, technically. You might be thinking of your Wisdom modifier which is in the vanilla heal and also added to your Treat Injury. That's fair, but skills in this game can always use a little more usefulness.

Seems like a very useful mod, especially since it feels like Bao-Dur has negative defense sometimes.

------------------------------------------------------------------------ Knights of the Old Republic - The Sith Lords ------------------------------------------------------------------------ TITLE: Bao-Dur Can Wear Heavy Armor AUTHOR: Effix(ian) CONTACT: PM me on the forums or find me on Steam ------------------------- INSTALLATION ------------------------- Unzip, run "Bao-Dur_Can_Wear_Heavy_Armor.exe" from the subfolder. ------------------------ DESCRIPTION ------------------------ Normally "Armor proficiency: Heavy" is not available to Bao-Dur's base class (Tech Specialist) when you level him up. This mod changes that and it adds the needed models to actually make wearing heavy armor work for him. This mod is made possible by models created by DarthParametric, see the credits below for links to these resources. Things should work with existing savegames. ---------- BUGS ---------- None known. ------------------------- UNINSTALLING ------------------------- 1. Remove the following files from your override folder: - DP_BaoDurBG.mdl - DP_BaoDurBG.mdx - DP_BaoDurBH.mdl - DP_BaoDurBH.mdx - P_BaoDurH.mdl - P_BaoDurH.mdx 2. If you haven't installed any mods after this mod then you can get appearance.2da and feat.2da from the mod's backup folder and put them back in your override folder. Doing this when you did add another mod might break the later mod. ------------------------------------- DISTRIBUTION NOTES ------------------------------------- - You can use DarthParametric's models if you credit him, they are all Modder's Resources. - You can use my small part of this mod in your own mod if you simply credit me. --------------- THANKS --------------- Many thanks to DarthParametric for his work and for sharing it. - Bao-Dur Head Model Neck Fix: http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/1100-bao-dur-head-model-neck-fix - Bao-Dur Armour and Robes: https://deadlystream.com/topic/8484-bao-durs-armor-fix-idea/?tab=comments#comment-80850 Thanks to Stoffe and Fred Tetra for the needed tools and tutorials. ----------------- Donations ----------------- My mods are free. JC already has a mod that adds in more lightsaber color options. These may be similar to what you're asking for.

NOTE: The fixes provided in this mod have since been wrapped up into a larger mod, Repair Your Airspeeder... Again!, which also includes new and improved camera angles to boot. Download this mod if you do not want the other changes provided by that mod. If you have ever fixed up your own speeder on Nar Shaddaa, you know how much work has to go into it. You might also notice that whoever takes your speeder to the docks not only crashes it through the railing but also parks it halfway onto the catwalk, missing the opening space for speeders almost entirely. How embarrassing! Breathe easy, there's a fix: install this mod and the Force will be with your parking job. You should install TSLRCM prior to installing this mod. For an existing game, use a save file made before visiting the docks for the first time (this mod won't affect save files made any later). Installation: First download the 7z file and extract to somewhere on your computer. 7z files can be extracted using Archive Utility for macOS, or with free programs like PeaZip on Windows and Linux. Users have two options for installation: you can run the installer in the "Installer" folder (macOS and Linux users will need Wine to run .exe files) or open the "Manual Installation" folder and do it yourself, following the instructions in ReadMe.txt. Either method is easily done, but the installer maximizes compatibility with other mods. Modifications: -wp_airtaxi location and orientation in 303nar.git (via running the installer) -sw_startloc004 location in 303nar.git (via running the installer) -303nar.mod replaced (manual installation) Compatibility: Users should expect full compatibility with any other mods, so long as they make no modifications to the data listed above according to their install method. Running the installer maximizes compatibility, by modifying the necessary data in your 303nar.mod rather than replacing it wholesale. Requires TSLRCM 1.8.3 or higher. Acknowledgments: Thanks to Fred Tetra for making file extraction easy with KotORTool, and to Stoffe and Fair Strides for easy .mod extraction with ERFEdit 0.5, and of course for TSLPatcher. This modification is not supported by Obsidian Eentertainment, Lucasarts, Disney or any licensers/sponsors thereof. Use of this modification is at your own risk and neither the aforementioned companies nor the author may be held responsible for any damages caused to your computer via this modification's usage.

Originally I cribbed this list from the internet to assist me when I was making my Loading Screen Mods for TSL. However, after I made the Replacement Loading Screens for KotOR2: Add-On Pack for those new areas, I wound up adding those warp codes to my own list. I was recently asked about Brotherhood of Shadow warp codes on Discord recently - yes, I know it's a different game - and it reminded me of my TSL Warp Code list. So now I post it here. If you find errors, please let me know. If you have codes from other mods that I may have overlooked (or haven't been released at time of writing), please let me know and I'll add them with attribution. Special thanks to @Leilukinand @JCarter426 for their assistance on KotOR Reddit Discord in working out how to find the Warp Codes more easily using Holocron Toolset. KOTOR II Warp Codes Enter these codes after "warp " in the console to be instantly transported to the listed area. The area code is not case-sensitive; i.e. 101per, 101Per, and 101PER all work. Not a good thing unless you just want to test your toughness. [2] Warping into a turret minigame may cause the game to hang when the minigame is complete. [3] Warping into this area does nothing except trigger a cutscene on Citadel Station with Carth Onasi. You then travel to Malachor V. [4] You can warp into a swoop track and race. Afterwards, you'll find yourself in front of the track manager; however, your race time won't be recorded. Use this for practicing swoop racing without paying any money. [5] Warping into the Telos Restoration Zone prior to having entered it normally will cause the game to hang in the cutscene and your only option is to ALT-F4 to force the game to close. [6] You'll see a plot-exposition cutscene that normally occurs the first time you travel to Nar Shadaa and then end up on the Refugee Landing Pad. [7] This is the Iziz Merchant Quarter after you have landed your Mandalorian War Basilisk in the middle of the street. [8] This is actually an amusing area to visit. This is the area used to show cutscenes when you are helping/sabotaging the defense against the mercenaries. There's a computer console that allows you to play all the mini-movies and you can wander around and see how the developers set up the movies. [9] This is the scene aboard Ebon Hawk after you leave Atris' Secret Academy the first time. NEW NOTES: [10] As per Leilukin: 006EBO is used for the cutscene on the Ebon Hawk after the Rebuilt Jedi Enclave (which includes dialogue with Atton and Visas/Disciple) [11] As per Leilukin: the Extended Enclave mod also adds a custom module for the Ebon Hawk, 020EBO for the cutscene of the Ebon Hawk crew after the Exile's "death". [12] As per Leilukin: 007EBO is used for the cutscene on the Ebon Hawk after Goto's Yacht, which includes dialogue with Mira/Hanharr, Atton and G0-T0

A decent workaround, good job. Speaking of this guy, you know what's even more egregious than the line read by the wrong guy? The fact that he reacts to you when you approach from the south, even though there are multiple doors between you and him. I wonder if he was supposed to have a duplicate at the southern entrance.

NOTE : This is included with the Expanded Galaxy Project already. WARNING : I believe this is bugged and breaks the game, will update when I discover the cause of the issue. It was suggested to me that I release some of the fixes I have made separate from my main project, so here are the changes I made to M478. I combined the level that is usually split into three chunks into one and added some new doors to separate the areas, I also edited the positions of a lot of computer panels that were previously at odd rotations of positions and generally looked out of place on a droid planet, I also adjusted a few of the doors that were slightly out of line with the scenery. Thanks SOOO MUCH for this, always get tired of the impromptu scripting of this main story quest, this makes it MUCH less annoying due to the fact that you can trigger it when you are actually ready instead of it being dropped on you like a sack of stinky, rotten potatoes out of nowhere. >_<

Trying to add multiple additional player armor models in KOTOR and TSL almost always results in a mod conflict due to the limited number or body model slots/columns in appearance.2da and the game not recognizing new columns added to the table. Few mods, such as Jedi Hermit Robes by DarthParametric add new robes as disguises, but from what I’ve seen this method is not popular, because it requires creating .uti file and additional line in appearance.2da for each possible player/party member head - armor - texture combination. Most of the released ‘new custom armor’ mods for TSL replace models in the same body slots: the unused slot J (Revan / Star Forge Robes) and the underused slot K (Armored Flight Suit). Replacing the model in slot K means cutting out some of the content planned by the developers (namely Armored Flight Suit types of armor). Moreover, Kainzorus Prime’s Peragus Mining Gear mod uses Armored Flight Suit model from slot K for Miner Uniform and it looks more fitting and authentic than vanilla version. And for most people slot J is reserved for Jedi Journeyman Robes (Luke ROTJ Outfit) mod by Stormie97 or numerous Darth Revan Armor retextures. Therefore, I wanted to find a way to use other body slots to increase the number of armor mods players can install. Slot L Slot M The same approach can be used for Slot J and Slot B, although in slot B case some scripts, where party wear clothes, will need to be edited. Also, there is an issue with slot B: when Handmaiden wears disguise set to Slot B, her head and body will always use Light Side texture, regardless of her alignment. This is likely due to the way her appearance is set up in appearance.2da, but quickly changing values in her row didn’t help. What about KOTOR? My idea is to have a parent mod (not sure how to name it, ‘Underused armors as Disguises’ ?) that turns Dancer Outfit and optionally Armored Flight Suits and slot J armors into disguises (as described above) and then set of mods-companions that add new armor to these slots. For example, mysteriously absent from TSL Bioware’s KotOR robes or their cloaked versions to slot L and Jedi tunics based on Sith Assassins costumes to slot K. With all groundwork done in the parent mod, all that would be required from modders to make a compatible version is Rename custom armor texture and model files (including ‘model base’ and ‘anim root’ of the model) to the names specified by the parent mod, Create .uti files with descriptions and characteristics of custom armor items, If necessary, set a new baseitem type for custom armors, Preferably, to spawn the armor somewhere so that users don't have to use cheats to get it. The downside of this approach is that new heads will need compatibility patches to work with the mod. I’d like to hear thoughts about this idea, its potential, problems that weren’t addressed and what could be improved. TSL - Underused armors L and K as disguises v.a1.7z

In an attempt to salvage some material from the now defunct SW:KotOR Upgrade project, I have decided to share this modification with the community. This file is meant to replace the original dialog.tlk that comes with the original game. It is meant to be used exclusively with the English version of the game. It is technically compatible with every other modification that alter this same file by patching it, provided this is installed first. Two versions are offered: one that includes only corrections and a revised one that includes most of the changes found in the PC Response Moderation modification by Kainzorus Prime. Enjoy!

AUTHOR: jonathan7 EMAIL: Message me via lucas forums user name is jonathan7 NAME: Character Start Up Changes CREDITS: Fred Tetra for the wonderful KotOR tool, all at Lucas Forums for the various Tutrials and Stoffe for TSLpatcher. FILENAME: Character Start Up Changes FILE SIZE: 725kb unzipped DATE RELEASED: 12/12/2010 DESCRIPTION: This essentially changes the starting feats for the three classes and makes pretty much all the feats availible for the player to select for their individual PC. Personally it always bugged me that often my PC would end up with quite a few useless feats that she did not need. So what this does is delete all the preset feats for the classes and give you free selectable ones, the Soldiers have the most, then Scouts then Scoundrels; you have the same ammounts of feats as in the vanilla game but you are free to choose what you want. I think this does improve the RPG aspect of the game, be warned however to make sure you specialise in either melee weapons or some form of blaster, otherwise you won't be doing much in combat! The mod also changes Persuade into a class skill, so it's availible to all three classes, always struck me as silly that Bioware didn't do this, as the PC is the only charachter who can actually use Persuade, seemed unfair only one of the classes got it; but maybe thats just me. A couple of pre-set feats remain; for the Scout the Implant Feat 1, because the scount automatically gets them as the PC is leveled up. The scoundrel keeps Scoundrels luck for obvious reasons, not that its a selectable feat, but things like that and "uncanny dodge" I have left alone. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:"Extract from the zip and then run the installer, simple enough! COMMENTS: Enjoy! BUGS: Should be none, may well require a little work to make compatible with other mods which edit these .2da's - Shem's extra feat mod spring to mind, but to be honest if you have that, then I don't see why your installing this :-p PERMISSIONS: PM me at LF to discuss useage. ======================================================== KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II ======================================================== Handmaiden Sister fix ================================= Author: Varsity Puppet/VPcombat For: KotOR II Date: 03/22/2011 ================================= THIS WILL INSTALL THE FILES FOR TSLRCM. DESCRIPTION: This mod gives the Handmaiden sisters their 'intended' heads, according to TSL's cut resources. This will only change the Handmaiden sisters appearance, but the main Handmaiden will still look the same. This way, her face will finally physically look different instead of other mods which reskin her clothes. Apparently there was a compatibility issue with TSLRCM when I released the last one, so this is my attempt to fix that. I took the brute force method of just making a completely separate Handsister model instead of using the Handsis head with a bunch of script tricks and whatnot. No scripts or tgas this time, just scripts and a few utcs that aren't modified by TSLRCM. I included a Vanilla install just for the hell of it, but I don't know who's really going to use that one, COMPATIBILITY: Should be compatible ___________________________________________________________ INSTALL: Use the TSLPatcher and it will self-install into your Override folder. Keep the installog.rtf generated by the installation. UNINSTALL: Replace the files in your override with the backup folder produced by the TSLPatcher. Use the installog.rtf as a reference and don't forget to check the backup folder. ___________________________________________________________ VERSIONS: 1.1- Remade the models so that they are full body models. 1.0- BUGS: None I know of ___________________________________________________________ PERMISSION: You may use this mod as you see fit. Display it in screenshots, make it compatible with your mod. However, do please give credit where it's due, and DO NOT release it with any of your mods without my permission. Thanks. THANKS: Fred Tetra's KotorTool Obsidian for making a game to love and hate All of you modders out there who I've consistently studied and slowly learned from. You should point the installer to the main KotOR 2 directory, not the Override folder. This applies to all KotOR mods that use the TSLPatcher.

Chodo Habat and pals were strong-armed out of their control of the Restoration Project before they could complete their work. This means that some key components for a healthy ecosystem were never imported from Dxun, such as water and physics, leading to some funky model errors. There are streams with invisible water, floating leaves, floating rocks, illusory rocks, UV errors, and one hole in the ground exposing Telos to the great void. Let's give our Ithorian friends a hand. Installation: There are two versions of the mod available to download, one of which has been made for compatibility for users with High Quality Skyboxes installed. Download the 7z file for the version of your choice, and extract to your game's override folder. For Steam installations, this would be "Steam\steamapps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II\override". 7z files can be extracted with Archive Utility on macOS, or with programs like PeaZip on Windows and Linux. If you are upgrading from a previous version of the mod, be sure to remove that "Telos_Model_Repairs" folder from your override after installing the new version. If you are using the High Quality Skyboxes compatible version of the mod, make sure to remove 231teld.mdl and 231teld.mdx from your installation of High Quality Skyboxes in the override folder to ensure you see all changes made. Kexikus has generously allowed me to incorporate the necessary model changes from High Quality Skyboxes into the compatibility version, so that these mods may be compatible. If you installed High Quality Skyboxes via Steam, you can find the relevant mod files at "Steam\steamapps\workshop\208580\2312186259\override". Uninstallation: Remove "Telos_Model_Repairs" from your override folder. Included Files: Compatibility: Users should expect full compatibility with any other mods, so long as they do not modify/replace the above models and walkmeshes. High Quality Skyboxes works alongside the compatibility version of this mod. Texture mods that do not alter the above models are fully compatible with either version. Some other great, compatible mods for Telos to check out are Telos surface 4k Retexture by coremar, TSL ORIGINS - Telos Overhaul by Jorak Uln, and Kotor 2 Unlimited World Texture Mod by facemeltingsolo. Acknowledgments: I would like to thank Symmetric, Purifier, Ndix UR, and seedhartha for making importing to Blender simple using KotORBlender, and Cortisol and Fred Tetra for making file extraction easy with the Holocron Toolset and KotOR Tool, respectively. I would also like to thank Kexikus for allowing me to merge the necessary changes to makes this mod compatible with High Quality Skyboxes. This modification is not supported by Obsidian Entertainment, Lucasarts, Disney or any licensers/sponsors thereof. Use of this modification is at your own risk and neither the aforementioned companies nor the author may be held responsible for any damages caused to your computer via this modification's usage.

In all my history of playing this game, I could NEVER finish the dam speeder without either getting all of the pieces I needed or accidentally starting the Jekk'Jekk Tarr quest. Tell me, if I don't manage to complete the speeder does the DLG still say "it is once again fully assembled". 'Once again' suggests that I already completed the speeder bike when it's possible to not complete it in time, so what happens?

This is a restoration of the original Handmaiden sister appearance. In the original release of the game, the Handmaiden and her sisters all look alike, even even though they comment on her difference in appearance. The developers actually made a unique head for the sisters, but it was left out of the final release of the game. I took that head and merged with the body model used for the Handmaiden sisters in the game, thus restoring their intended appearance.

Unfortunately, for whatever reason kotor 2 uses the same names for multiple references in the game. This is not an issue for an unmodded game because the files have directories. The problem is when the game is forced to load one of these files (via override folder) and the game will no longer be bothered to differentiate between the games original files. This is entirely my fault for not testing enough and assuming the game is as modifiable as other titles. I currently do not possess the time to find a workaround for this issue. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Update v1.1 Unfortunately this version has conflicts with the decontamination room on in the Peragus hanger now. Use at your own risk. The prologue bug has been fixed! In order to fix the prologue bug, I now edit the Ebon Hawk Container (Davik's spice container from K1) not the hidden compartment. This means the robes are open to you as soon as you leave Peragus (assuming your character finds them) Be sure use the "Updated" file! I will leave up 1.0 but be aware it will cause issues with the prologue. Important: This mod must be installed before boarding the Ebon Hawk on Peragus. Description: Simply adds the Star Forge Robes (g_a_revan_02 from Indiana_Revan77's "REVAN'S ROBES/STAR FORGE ROBES FOR TSL") to the hidden compartment on the Ebon Hawk... I like to think that Revan hid them away for something more stylish. Or perhaps the savior of the Republic left them behind for some other reason. We will never know for sure... This is the only place where I could believably place the Star Forge Robes without leaving a note or something to force it to make sense. Indiana_Revan77's mod allows you to craft them, but I think it's sort of silly to craft something as legendary as the Star Forge Robes from buckets of components at a workbench, so I added a (somewhat) lore friendly place for them Requirements: https://www.gamefront.com/games/knights-of-the-old-republic-ii/file/revan-s-robes-star-forge-robes-for-tsl <---- TSLRCM without these installed, they will not appear at all!!! Compatibility: TSLRCM: TSLRCM is REQUIRED! Install: Install TSLRCM. Install Indiana_Revan77 for REVAN'S ROBES/STAR FORGE ROBES FOR TSL. You will have to run the TSL patcher and probably direct it to your Kotor2 install directory. Extract then merge the the provided Override folder with the one in Knights of the Old Republic II\override OR just drop the single file "ebcont001.utp" into your Override folder If you don't have an Override folder you probably didn't install REVAN'S ROBES/STAR FORGE ROBES FOR TSL, go back to step 1 Permissions: Upload, edit or translate this as you please, if you must, include the requirements and credits, credit for me is not required. Summary This is a collection of various things that I found annoying enough to alter. I collect things that I don't think warrant their own mods into a single mod, to be released to the general public when it becomes more substantial. Contents I've divided this mod into five categories: Straight Fixes, Bug Fixes, Resolution Fixes, Aesthetic Improvements, and Things What Bother Me Fixes. Straight Fixes are fixes for issues I think are genuine errors or mistakes or oversights or what have you. There's a problem, here's a fix for it. No artistic license is involved. Bug Fixes really fall under straight fixes but I've separated them into their own category because they're more severe and there's absolutely no reason not to have them. They fix bugs that could potentially break your game. What I've included are either well known and easy for me to do a quick fix or came to my attention directly. There are lots of other bugs this mod doesn't fix, so I strongly suggest that you seek out a more extensive bug-fixing mod. Resolution Fixes are all textures from the game for which there were identical, higher resolution textures somewhere else in the game files. So I've swapped the lower resolution ones for the higher resolution ones. I've separated these from the straight fixes because a) I didn't make any of the content here - it's all extracted from the game, and b) they don't actually fix "problems" per se - it's just an increase in resolution. It looks the same, with slightly more pixels. Aesthetic Improvements are my attempts to improve the visual quality in certain areas. I've tried to maintain the original aesthetic of the game while improving the quality. But the nature of the improvements necessitates new content created by me. You might not like my work, or you might use a different mod that touches on these areas, or whatever, so I've isolated these from the other fixes. Things What Bother Me Fixes fix things what bother me. They might not bother you but they bother me, so I've isolated those as well. For a full release history, see the accompanied file.

Description This mod adds 6 new heads to the game - five male, and one female. The five male heads are based on Carth, Trask, Shaardan, and Gadon Thek from KotOR I, and Dhagon Ghent in KotOR II. The female head is based on the Peragus Medical Officer. Each head comes with its own set of Dark Side transitions. This mod was inspired by the 8 New Male Player Characters mod, released by The Ossus Keeper in 2005. The mod makes use of TSLPatcher, for easier installation and compatibility. Installation Double click on "Install 6 Player Heads for KotOR 2", and hit the "install mod" button. Known Bugs Known Bugs ---------- - The Peragus Medical Officer head sometimes shows a line down the middle of the forehead. This is a defect in the model, which is not fixed. - The skin-tone of the Peragus Medical Officer head does not match the black female underwear skin. - The Gadon Thek head looks a bit disproportionate on some models. 😕 - The portraits don't look the same or as good as the vanilla game ones. 😕 - This mod was made using the 4CD version of the game, and textures may not look so good in the hi-res, Aspyr re-release.

Just the others. TSLRCM already changes Brianna to have the braids she's meant to have, but leaves the others alone. This restores the appearance that was meant to be used for the sisters. Currently it requires TSLRCM (or an equivalent mod) to do that.

==== Coruscant Scene No Overlay by Hassat Hunter ==== Since the start of TSLRCM the mod has added an overlay effect to the cutscene with the Jedi Masters on Coruscant (leaving the Jedi Temple on Telos). While this makes sense, since the recording *is* a holo recording, I am of the personal opinion that this time correctness should be overseen. As the blue overlay really ruins a lot of the archatecture, the scene, and it's just much better to look at as it was originally. This mods disables the overlays, while keeping all the fixes added in TSLRCM, all the way up to TSLRCM 1.8.3. This mod contains both overlay-less files for TSLRCM as well as for Handmaiden4Female-Disiciple4Males. ==(Un)Install Instructions== * Drop holorec.dlg in the override folder. Use the TSRLCM version if using TSLRCM 1.8.3 without Handmaiden4Female-Disiciple4Males. If you do use that mod, use the Handmaiden4Females folder version instead. To second what @StellarExile said, I've also done it where I'll update the main download file so that new downloads are covered, but I'll also add a smaller "hotfix" download option specifically for anyone with a preexisting installation. Same idea, but it might be slightly easier for people to find if they don't scroll far enough into the comments to see the fix. (I think I originally saw K1CP use this method to publish important patches.)

If you're willing to be kinder in your commentary on these mods, you'll likely get a better reception. Might be worth considering moving forward.

Well, I have to apologize for that. I just checked my source files and it looks like the mdl in the uploaded zip files is an older one. The same goes for P_KreiaH.mdl (but I don't know what it is actually used for in-game). I guess I can attach the correct ones here for now. If you uncover more errors that I made, then someday I can release a patch. Hopefully there won't be so many that it requires a full version update. I suppose it's bound to happen when there's over 1000 files to keep track of. Maybe a site modderator has a suggestion on the best way to patch the mod? P_Kreia1hBB.mdl P_KreiaH.mdl

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 Author: N-DReW25 1.0.0 Release Date: 23.10.2024 Installation: Each and every voice has to be installed ONE AT A TIME, for now there is no way to install all the voice options at once. All voices are OPTIONAL, if you don't like the new voice of a certain character you don't have to install that specific voice. The "Voices" folder contains the modded VO, the "Listenable" contains the vanilla VO in .MP3 format so you can listen to the vanilla lines, and the "Backup" folder contains the vanilla VO and their folders just in-case you wish to uninstall this mod. Batono Mercenary- To install the Batono Mercenary's new voice, go to the following directory: "Knights of the Old Republic II\StreamVoice\203" and delete the folder named "mercbat". Once that folder is deleted, open the "Voices" folder inside this mod and copy the modded "mercbat" folder and copy that to the 203 folder where the vanilla "mercbat" folder used to be. Odis- To install Odis's new voice, go to the following directory: "Knights of the Old Republic II\StreamVoice\302" and delete the folder named "ODIS". Once that folder is deleted, open the "Voices" folder inside this mod and copy the modded "ODIS" folder and copy that to the 302 folder where the vanilla "ODIS" folder used to be. Saedhe- To install Saedhe's new voice, go to the following directory: "Knights of the Old Republic II\StreamVoice\601" and delete the folder named "saedhe". Once that folder is deleted, open the "Voices" folder inside this mod and copy the modded "saedhe" folder and copy that to the 601 folder where the vanilla "saedhe" folder used to be. You might be wondering the following question, why do I need to delete game files to install this? That is because this mod uses the .MP3 audio format instead of the .WAV format Kotor 2 uses. Whilst it would be logical to make my modded audio files .WAV and simply make an installer to overwrite the vanilla .WAV files, the Steam version of Kotor 2 is known to ignore modded .WAV files thus breaking any mod that uses them... and since I use the Steam version it's very likely that replacing the vanilla .WAV files with modded .WAV files would simply break the audio files I was intending to replace. It is also possible to rename all of my modded audio files to something new and use a TSLPatcher to edit the dialogue files to refer to my new audio names instead of the vanilla audio. However, that could pose the risk to compatibility with other mods, especially if they just dump dialogue files into the Override or if I make a mistake in my own TSLPatcher and the installer assigns the wrong audio to the wrong lines. By deleting the folders that contain all of the vanilla audio and replacing those folders with identical folders containing replacement audio, the game will detect the modded .MP3s and will use the modded audio for all of the lines spoken by said NPC. Description: The two Kotor games are home to some of the best voice acting in video game history. There are some actors and actresses who voice only one character for their game and absolutely nail the performance, like Sara Kestelman who voiced Kreia. There are other actors and actresses who voice multiple characters, and even though it's the same actor voicing all these characters you would never realize that G0-T0, Captain Bostuco, Corrun Falt, Ponlar, Xarga, the Peragus Security Officer, and the Harbinger Captain were all voiced by Daran Norris. But... then there are instances where an actor or actress voices more than one character and when you compare these characters you swear these characters share the exact same voice. This mod intends to fix that phenomenon by replacing the voice of some characters who sound like they're the long lost twin of another character. This is NOT to say that the actors who voiced the characters affected by this mod did a bad job, not at all, and this mod does not aim to completely remove the voice of certain actors by removing every character they voiced for Kotor 2. For example, if a voice actor voiced "Character X" and "Darth Vader" and Character X sounds like Darth Vader then the voice of Character X would be replaced in this mod whilst the voice of Darth Vader would remain untouched. Now replace "Character X" and "Darth Vader" with the Kotor 2 characters mentioned down below and you'll understand what I'm doing. How does this mod replace already existing VO? It uses the "Voice Changer" feature of the ElevenLabs website to replace the "voice" of Kotor 2 VO with default generic AI voice samples provided by the Site. This means the exact same pace, tone, pronunciations, and accent from the original VO is preserved with only the audio sound of the voice being changed. The in-game result is a character whose voice is unique to that character. Voices affected in the mod and video previews are found in this spoiler below: Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. If you use the "Verify integrity of game files" feature on Steam, then Steam might try to redownload the vanilla .WAV files you deleted to install this mod. If it does so, the game will use the .WAV files in-game instead of the .MP3 files thus disabling the modded VO. You'll need to reinstall the mod if you've done this. Incompatibilities: Please report any incompatibilities! Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. Thanks: Obsidian: For such an amazing sequel! ElevenLabs Website: For the custom AI VO service! Everyone who downloads the mod!
