  1. K1 Cutscenes Rescaled

This mod modernizes all K1 cutscenes by upscaling, slight compositing, and remaking text elements. This in 3440x1440, 3840x2160,  2560x1440 and 1920x1080 resolutions at the original framerate and interpolated to a 60fps version.
    Disclaimer
This mod only includes enhanced cutscenes. Adjusting your game to the preferred resolution is necessary.  There's multiple guides on how to do this online. (like this one.)
    Information
    - Cutscenes have been upscaled using a combination of AI models in Topaz Video AI 4-5, then re-composited and exported back to bink files at a high bitrrate.
    - Remade the subtitles for videos 02-09-31a-50-56b
    - Remade legal screen
    - Remade title crawl in video 01a
    - Fixed issues in certain videos (color grading, broken fades,..)
    Installation
    - Download preferred resolution and frame rate versions.
    - Extract the downloaded folders into the  "movies" folder in your game installation directory. Remember to make a backup of the original folder first if you want to restore them at some point.
    - Overwrite with any preferred alt versions.
    Alts
All the resolution versions have the same alternative options.
    - "legal" an alternative legalscreen option.
    - "nosubs" removes subtitles from videos 02-09-31a-50-56b
    - "whitesubs" adds white instead of blue subtitles to videos 02-09-31a-50-56b
Let me know if  you run into any issues or have any thoughts. This is by no means perfect since the upscaling process still introduces a lot of artifacts but I'm hoping to revisit and improve this project whenever there's a significant update in available upscaling video tech.

  2. Bastila Has TSL Battle Meditation

Gives Bastila a unique Force power based on the Battle Meditation power from TSL.
*NOTE: This mod will only work properly on saves from before Bastila has joined your party.*
    DETAILS
This mod essentially ports the "Improved Battle Meditation" Force power from KOTOR II and gives it to Bastila as a starting power instead of Force Aura. Like in TSL, the power adds +2 to attack rolls, damage, and will saves for all party members and -2 for enemies within a 10m radius for 20 seconds at a cost of 35 FP. It also increases vitality regeneration for the duration. The power is not selectable at level-up by the PC or party members and is only added as one of Bastille’s starting powers. The VFX and Force power icon are ported from TSL.
In KOTOR II, Improved Battle Meditation is a level 12 power while this mod gives it to Bastila at level 3, so it's possible there's an effect on balance in the early game. I don't think it's too OP of a power but let me know if you have feedback.
    INSTALLATION
To install, run TSLPatcher.exe. This is required. Don't try to copy the files over manually.
NOTE: If you install on a save from after Bastila has already joined your party, she won't have the power and won’t be able to select it on level-up. You can use save editor to give her the power.
If any files are modified, a backup folder of unmodified files will be created inside the mod folder.
    UNINSTALLATION
To uninstall, remove spells.2da, visualeffects.2da, effecticon.2da, p_bastila.utc, fp_bmed.ncs, v_bmedit2_imp.mdl, v_bmedit2_imp.mdx, v_bmedit2r_imp.mdl , v_bmedit2r_imp.mdx, and ip_battlemed02.tga from the override folder. Replace unk_m44ac.mod in the modules folder with the version in the backup folder. Replace dialog.tlk in the main game folder with the version in the backup folder. Then move any remaining files in the backup folder to override.
    COMPATIBILITY
Should be compatible with most other mods as long as they use TSLPatcher or you install this mod afterward. Could potentially conflict with other mods that edit Bastila's starting Force powers.

    =================================
    MOD AUTHOR: Olegkuz1997
FOR WHICH GAMES: For Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic
    Description:
    ----------------
What does this mod do? Nothing much.
This mod is a remake of the final scene with Admiral Dodonna's transmission, and more specifically, a remake of the hologram textures of the two characters. This mod is pretty rudimentary, I enlarged the original textures with AI and then manually edited them in photoshop. Tried to give the effect of "interference" and glow. Did it for myself, but if anyone wants it, take it. Yes, I'm aware of the awesome DarthParametric mod, but there were two things I didn't like about it: too strong blue color that kills the rest, and the lack of glow from the hologram. In his mod, the work is much more comprehensive, with redesigned UVs and models, which I have no idea about. Naturally, you have to choose between my mod and DarthParametric's mod, as they are done with different approach.
There might be some questions about the hue, as it's not really "blue". It's actually something between the movies and the in-game version (turquoise). In the end, this is a texture mod, so anyone can open the file in paint or photoshop and adjust the color to their liking.
    Installation:
    ----------------
Drop tga and txi files in your game’s Override folder.
    To uninstall:
    ----------------
    Take them out again.
    Known bugs:
    -----------------
Holo-Vandar turned out great, but Dodonna was a bit of a letdown. The whole thing is, I think, that she has an incorrect, and frankly crappy "mirror" model, so the textures of "interference" are not quite correctly displayed. Oh yeah, and she's also a bit translucent (eyeballs and mouth). I had to make the head textures brighter to try and hide these details. But overall, it's not too bad. I recorded a little video where you can see for yourself. But in general, this is a normal texture mod, so there should be no problems.

  6. Movie Mandalorians: From K2 to K1

UPDATE: Shoulder-plate clipping issue with the model has been fixed!
    Description:
I've always been a fan of Deadman's "Movie Mandalorians" mod that was released for K2/TSL and I loved the aesthetic of it, but was disappointed that no equivalent was released for K1. I have ported his models for the three main ranks of regular Mandalorian NPCs that appear in-game for K1 (Mandalorian "warriors" in blue, "captains" in yellow, and "elites" in red), and have used the alt textures for them created by Mcfly because I felt they were closer to the original textures. However I've included the actual textures from Deadman's original mod as well, for anyone who would prefer to use them. To be clear, the models and textures for specific NPCs such as Canderous and his rival Jagi, as well as additional weapons added in Deadman's original mod, are not included in this mod. For now I would recommend using other mods for those things.
    Installation:
Just run the TSLPatcher the direct it to your game file. To install the original textures used by Deadman, install the main mod with TSLPatcher first and then just copy the files from the "Deadman's Original Textures" folder and paste them in the "Override" folder.
    To Uninstall:
Remove the files from your Override folder and add the backup .2da file to it
    Compatibilities:
This mod will be incompatible with any other mods that edit the textures and/or models of the armored Mandalorians but otherwise there shouldn't be any issues.
    Permission & Distribution:
Anyone is welcome to use my models and textures, just please ask first and be sure to give me credit.
    Thanks to:
Deadman for the models and Mcfly for the textures, which I've always preferred since I felt they were closer the the ones used in-game, and Effix, Thor110, and DarthParametric for giving me advice from time to time concerning the porting of models and assigning of textures, as well as additional modding advice from N-DReW25.

  7. Davik's Noble Vestments

    Description:
As I've explored all the mods which adjust and improve the textures and models for various objects and people in the game, I've noticed that surprisingly little attention has been given to modifying the appearance or look of one NPC in particular: Davik Kang, the crime lord and leader of the Exchange crime syndicate on Taris. While he doesn't have much actual screen time, he is quite important to much of the Taris section of the game. Although the tastes and opinions of people will vary wildly on this, I always felt like his appearance was rather "clunky" as he always seemed to be wearing his armor. Despite the fact that this is understandable, it would seem more fitting for an important crime-lord and de-facto important "noble" of Taris to be dressed rather formal or fancy given how others of his profession and rank are typically dressed. It would not be far-fetched to assume one in his position could wear a robe or formal jacket with body armor underneath for protection while maintaining a more "polished" look on the outside. I've included a custom skin and ported model from Kotor II for Davik's outer vestments, as well as a sharper-textured tpc file for his head that is included in the K2 game files.
    Installation:
Just run the TSLPatcher the direct it to your game file
    To Uninstall:
Remove the files from your Override folder and add the backup .2da file to it
    Copyright:
Anyone is welcome to use my models and textures, just please ask first and be sure to give me credit
    UPDATE:
New version includes texture of his robe without the military medals, as requested
    Thanks to:
Effix, N-DReW25, Thor110, and others for giving me the basics of porting models and assigning textures in the game

  8. Robes With Shadows For K1 (JC's Port)

I have created a simple mod that adds the shadows for robes used in Robes With Shadows For TSL to your K1 game, for those using any of JC's robe mods that adds TSL-style cloaks. Having at least one of the mods listed below is a requirement for this one, and they must be installed beforehand. This is compatible with all included versions of the mods by JC, and any textures you are using with it.
    1. JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1: for those who want to use the more classic looking Jedi robes of TSL in their K1 game.
    2. JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Hybrid Robes for K1: for a blend of the K1 and TSL style.
    3. JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Party Robes for K1: for party member specific robes.
    Installation:
First, install at least one of the mods listed above if you have not already. This mod is specifically for people using one of those mods. If you would like to create backups of that mod's original files, just create a copy of the files listed below, before installing the versions that come with this mod.
To install this mod, download the 7z file and unzip anywhere on your computer. You can extract 7z files with native programs like Archive Utility on macOS, or with free programs like PeaZip on Windows and Linux. Once the files is unzipped, find the subfolder with the name corresponding to which JC mod you are using, and copy all files within to the override folder of your game, found in the same directory as your main game executable. For Steam installations, this would be "Steam\steamapps\common\swkotor\override". When prompted, overwrite the versions of the files currently in your override with the new versions.
    Uninstallation:
Remove the files in the Included Files list below from your override. Which files you have can vary by which JC mod you are using.
    Included Files:
    -PFBIL.mdl
    -PFBIL.mdx
    -PFBIM.mdl
    -PFBIM.mdx
    -PFBIS.mdl
    -PFBIS.mdx
    -PMBIL.mdl
    -PMBIL.mdx
    -PMBIM.mdl
    -PMBIM.mdx
    -PMBIS.mdl
    -PMBIS.mdx
    -JC_BastilaBI.mdl
    -JC_BastilaBI.mdx
    -JC_JoleeBI.mdl
    -JC_JoleeBI.mdx
    -JC_JuhaniBI.mdl
    -JC_JuhaniBI.mdx

    Compatibility:
Users should expect full compatibility with any other mods, so long as they do not modify/replace the above files. Texture mods do not typically pose compatibility issues for mods like this. This mod requires either JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1, JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Hybrid Robes for K1, or JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Party Robes for K1 to be installed first.
    Acknowledgments:
Big thanks to JCarter for his port of TSL robes to K1, and for giving the community permission to work with his models. The robes included here are just the ones from his mod with edited skeletons, so most of the work here was done for me. I also want to thank Symmetric, Purifier, Ndix UR, and seedhartha for making importing to Blender simple using KotORBlender, modeling work would be much tougher without you guys. I would like to thank Salk as well, for suggesting this mod.
This modification is not supported by Bioware, Lucasarts, Disney or any licensers/sponsors thereof. Use of this modification is at your own risk and neither the aforementioned companies nor the author may be held responsible for any damages caused to your computer via this modification's usage.

  9. Heart of Beskar

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.3.0 Release Date: 03.03.2024

    Installation:
Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST!
Install Duros: Armed & Ready BEFORE Heart of Beskar (This mod is required for Heart of Beskar to work properly)!
Simply click on the INSTALL.exe, click install then sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.

    Description:
Heart of Beskar is a total NPC Overhaul for the Mandalorian faction in Kotor 1. This mod shall add new Mandalorian Soldier variants, add new items, and add new loot drops for Mandalorian NPCs found throughout the Kotor galaxy.

    New Mandalorian Variants:
    1) Mandalorian Recruit: The Mandalorian Recruit is a fresh convert to the Mandalorian belief system, embracing the Mandalorian culture as one embraces a new religion. As fresh recruits, they are the weakest form of Mandalorians you shall encounter. The Duros NPCs who help the Mandalorian faction on Dantooine are mostly made up of recruits and shall wear the new Mandalorian Combat Suit.
    2) Mandalorian Initiate: The Mandalorian Initiate is not a full fledged Mandalorian yet, though they're not a fresh recruit either. They replace a select few Duros NPCs on Dantooine and shall wear the new Mandalorian Heavy Suit.
    3) Mandalorian Soldier: The Mandalorian Soldier is the normal blue Mandalorian Soldiers from the vanilla game. They wear the Mandalorian Light Armor which replaces the vanilla Mandalorian Battle Armor.
    4) Mandalorian Scout: The Mandalorian Scout is a Mandalorian variant from the popular mod "Brotherhood of Shadow: Solomon's Revenge", the Scouts are included here as a homage to the old mod. They're found on Dantooine and wear the new Mandalorian Scout Armor.
    5) Mandalorian Marauders: The Mandalorian Marauder is a Mandalorian variant who only ever appeared in a Star Wars Miniatures toy series. These Mandalorians have been brought to life in the Kotor game and shall primarily use melee weapons against the player, they're mainly found on Kashyyyk and wear the new Mandalorian Marauder Armor.
    6) Mandalorian Heavy Trooper: The Mandalorian Heavy Trooper is an elite veteran class of Mandalorians, their armor is based on the Mandalorian Heavy Armor item found in the vanilla game. They're encountered on Dantooine and Lehon.
    7) Mandalorian Shock Trooper: The Mandalorian Shock Trooper is the in-game recreation of the Neo-Crusader Shock Trooper from the Kotor comics, their armor is based on the Mandalorian Assault Armor item found in the vanilla game. They're encountered on Kashyyyk and Lehon.
8,) Mandalorian Rally Master: The Mandalorian Rally Master is the normal red Mandalorian from the vanilla game. Sherruk is considered a Rally Masters.
    9) Mandalorian Field Marshal: The Mandalorian Field Marshal is the normal yellow Mandalorian from the vanilla game. The Kashyyyk Mandalorian Commander and the Lehon Mandalorian Captain are Field Marshals, in addtion, the helmet items that they drop shall now be yellow instead of blue.

The Heart of Beskar mod wouldn't be complete without actual Beskar... what is Beskar? Beskar is a metal that's mined on the planet Mandalore, armor forged from Beskar can withstand blunt force, lightsaber strikes, and repeated blaster fire... the viewers of Disney's The Mandalorian TV Series should be familiar with Beskar and its protective capabilities.
The lowest tiers of Mandalorian Armors are forged with Beskar Alloy, this alloy is a mixture of Beskar and other metals thus reducing its protective capabilities. In-game, armors forged from Beskar Alloy will have a very low energy immunity bonus whereas stronger Mandalorian armors will have a higher energy immunity bonus... the highest energy immunity bonus in the Heart of Beskar mod is 90%.
The new protective buffs from the Mandalorian armors shall also be applied to the Mandalorians themselves as every Mandalorian NPC will now wear the armor of their rank, so for example a Mandalorian Scout will wear Mandalorian Scout armor and shall recieve the buffs from that armor.
A basic test run on the normal difficulty has been tested and I can confirm that a competent Kotor player should be able to defeat the Mandalorians even with the armor buffs, though you are welcome to report back to me if a specific Mandalorian is giving you trouble.
    New Mandalorian Items:
Mandalorian Combat Suit (Inspired by the TSL item): Dropped by Kandon Ark, sold by Eli Gand
Mandalorian Heavy Suit (Inspired by the TSL item): Sold by Igear, found in a Dantooine Mandalorian's backpack
Echani Heavy Armor (Replaces the cut Mandalorian Armor): Sold by Greeta Holda
Mandalorian Light Armor (Replaces Mandalorian Battle Armor): Found on a Mandalorian Corpse near the Grove
Mandalorian Scout Armor: Found on a Mandalorian Corpse in the crystal cave, Found on a Corpse near the Sand People Camp
Mandalorian Marauder Armor: Sold by the Dreshdae Czerka Store
Mandalorian Heavy Armor (Restored item): Found in a container in the Sith Academy's torture room
Mandalorian Assault Armor (Fixed item): Sold by Mika Dorin
Mandalorian Marshal Armor: Sold by Mika Dorin

  10. Ebon Hawk Transparent Cockpit Windows for K1

This mod edits the various landing pad areas so that you can see through the Ebon Hawk's cockpit windows to the interior, which should be a bit more interesting than the blacked-out windows from the vanilla game.
This mod incorporates model fixes to the Dantooine landing pad and Leviathan hangar developed by the KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP) team, which are included here with permission.  I have also made the following minor area model improvements:
    - Adjusted the Manaan hangar's ceiling layout to hide a rogue seamblocker mesh.
    - Edited the Korriban landing bay's lightmapping to add some bounce lighting around the floor lights.
    - Created new environment map reflections for the Ebon Hawk in Davik's hangar and the Leviathan's hangar to better match the hangar space.
Because mods that edit the same area models are incompatible by nature, I have provided optional compatibility patches for use with other notable mods.  Please see the "Compatibility" section below for further information.
Thank you for downloading, and I hope you enjoy this mod!
    -------------------------------------------------------------------
    INSTALLATION
If you are using one or more of the mods listed in the "Compatibility" section below, install them first.  Copy all files from "Main Installation" to your game's Override folder.  Then, copy files from any required compatibility patches into Override as well, overwriting when asked.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------
    COMPATIBILITY
Except as noted below, this mod is incompatible with any other mods that edit the same files.  The standard installation is compatible with the KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP) and includes most of its edits to the Leviathan hangar except for the added forcefield, which can be added with the separate compatibility patch below.
I have included additional compatibility patches for the following mods:
    - K1CP (Added Leviathan Forcefield) (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1258-kotor-1-community-patch/)
    - High Quality Skyboxes II for K1 by Kexikus (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/723-high-quality-skyboxes-ii/)
    - Yavin Station Hangar by me (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2068-yavin-station-hangar/)
As noted above, the K1CP compatibility patch is only required for the added forcefield over the hangar opening and is entirely optional if you prefer the vanilla-style invisible forcefield.
This mod is compatible with most reskins and texture mods.  If you are using a mod that reskins the exterior of the Ebon Hawk, delete this mod's version of LSI_EHawk01.tpc from Override.  If the reskin includes "LSI_EHawk01.txi", open it and change the entry after "envmaptexture" to "WK_CM_LevHang".

  13. SWTOR Revan Voice Mod for Male PC

Experience the Male Revan, with the voice of Jeff Bennett who portrayed him SW:TOR, while retaining his lighthearted nature from KOTOR and authoritative persona from SW:TOR.

Introducing as my first mod: SW:TOR Revan Voice Mod!

I definitely know this is one of the mods people have been waiting for. Rino Romano, the original voice of Revan, did a fantastic job in the game. But have you ever asked yourself or wanted your character to sound like SW:TOR’s version that’s voiced by Jeff Bennett? (Who’s also the voice of Kyle Katarn). Well with the power from Elevenlabs & Play.ht, now you can!

In the first Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR) game, Revan is the central figure whose story filled with secrets and epic adventures captivated players across the galaxy. A true force to be reckoned with, Revan was a formidable Jedi Knight, renowned for his exceptional skills and leadership. However, destiny took an unexpected turn when Revan fell to the dark side, becoming a Sith Lord of great power and influence. This profound transformation led to Revan's pivotal role in shaping most of the Old Republic universe.

With this mod, you have the chance to embody a slightly younger version of Revan's voice that preserves the character's essence from both KOTOR and SW:TOR. Experience Male Revan, with the voice of Jeff Bennett while retaining the balance of lighthearted comedic nature and commanding authority, reflecting the revered figure Revan we know and love!!!

Happy 20th Anniversary to KOTOR and May the Force be with you!

    All Voice Lines
    Installation  (READ VERY IMPORTANT):
Download the zip file and open it. Select all of the .wav files and put them inside the streamsounds folder in KOTOR directory.  (DO NOT PLACE THEM IN OVERRIDE) (DO NOT PUT THE OPTIONAL FOLDER INSIDE STREAMSOUNDS. See step 3.) If you do not wish to use the optional sounds then skip to step 6. (OPTIONAL) If you WANT the optional files then continue but open the optional folder. There are three folders: Security Failure, Critical Hit, and Mine Placement. You may only have ONE security failure file in the streamsounds folder. (OPTIONAL) Choose one of the security failure options. The folder will tell you what he’ll say. Place *only one* of the .wav files inside the streamsounds folder.  (OPTIONAL) If you want to use the other critical hit and mine placement or just one of them then place the .wav file in streamsounds. If it says a file exists with that name or to overwrite then just hit ok or replace.  Paste the backup folder into your streamsounds folder and you’re all set!

    Uninstall:
Use the backup folder I provided and copy all the files inside the backup folder and paste them into your streamsounds folder.

    Other Information:
Your character will no longer make sound when getting hit and dying in combat. I have intentionally removed these lines as the OG voice does not fit with Jeff’s voice. If you’ve played KOTOR 2 then this likely won’t bother you! However, this may be solved in a future version.  Compatibility: I doubt it will affect anything important that doesn’t mess with player male files in streamsounds.  Recommended Mods:

  14. Restored Content for K1CP [DEMO]

    Restored Content for K1CP [DEMO]
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    0.7.0 Demo Release Date: 03.08.2024

    Installation:
Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! No exceptions!
Once you click on the INSTALL.exe, you'll be given five options.
Main Mod- This is the installation which installs the RC-K1CP mod.
Lite NPCs Restored- This restores the Lite NPCs that were removed in the K1CP, install this option if you want these back in your game.
Restored Gloveless Clothing- Left over textures and pre-release screenshots suggests that the commoner clothing didn't always have gloves that hid the NPCs hands, with this option installed all the generic NPCs will have exposed hands that correspond with the skin color of that NPCs race (White, Black and Asian). This option is fully compatible with the K1 Clothing Pack but is incompatible with Dark Hope's Commoner Clothing reskins.
Restored Sith Officer Uniforms- Restores the unused Sith Officer uniform variants throughout the game, this option is incompatible with Heyorange's Sith Uniform Reformation.
Restored Party Dialogue- As of right now, this option restores unused lines for Canderous' dialogue about Korriban. This option is cripplingly incompatible with mods that edit "k_hcan_dialog.dlg" so don't install this option if that file is already in your Override folder.

    Description:
The Kotor 1 Community Patch (K1CP) is the biggest bug fix mod for Kotor 1 and is arguably the number one go-to mod for Kotor 1, similar to TSLRCM for Kotor 2. The Kotor 1 Restoration (K1R) mod is NOT compatible with the K1CP and as such players have to pick between hundreds of bug fixes offered by the K1CP or the restored content of K1R, they couldn't pick both... until now!
Restored Content for K1CP is a restoration mod for Kotor 1 which has been developed for use alongside the K1CP mod, with this mod installed you shall experience restored content alongside the bug fixes of the K1CP mod.
This mod also does not follow the same "rules" as K1R, that means this mod might restore cut content that K1R didn't restore either because the original K1R Dev Team didn't want to restore it or because they didn't know about it.
This mod is an INDEPENDENT project developed by a single modder (and any future contributors) with no connection to the original K1R mod, everything in this mod was developed from scratch as getting permission to use K1R assets is impossible due to the disappearance of the K1R team leader. This mod is a DEMO meaning it does not restore all the cut content that K1R restores, future updates shall add more content and fix any bugs present in the mod.
Whilst this mod is a Demo, it is not necessarily incomplete... what little restored content this mod has to offer is complete and will not standout as unfinished (in terms of the mod itself, your opinion on the cut content might be different).
If you have feedback or any bugs to report for the next update, I urge you to report these to me so that the Restored Content for K1CP mod may be the best it can be!

    Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have any bugs but if there are please report them to me on Deadlystream.

    Incompatibilities:
    To be added!

    Permissions:
Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission.

    Thanks to:
SithRevan (RIP): Beginning the restoration effort for K1!
K1R Team: For developing the original K1R mod!
Leilukin: For granting me permission to integrate her Juhani Dialogue Restoration mod into the RC-K1CP!
SpaceAlex: For making the Bastila's Extra Dialog on Tatooine and allowing modders to use it freely!
A Future Pilot: For kickstarting the K1 Community Patch mod and for making the Sith Soldier Texture Restoration mod and allowing modders to use it freely!
DarthParametric and JCarter426: For maintaining the K1 Community Patch with ongoing updates!
DarthParametric, th3w1zard1 and Salk: For valuable feedback!

  15. Kashyyyk Revisited

    The KOTOR Revisited Collection:

From its gigantic trees to the Shadowlands depths, this pack aims to give to the Wookie's home as many details as possible, in order to immerse the KOTOR player in this wonderful but wild and dangerous place that is Kashyyyk.

WARNING: if you are a hardcore vanilla supporter, this mod won't be for you (and there are already a lot of vanilla upscaled textures mods available). Not that this mod is not lore-friendly compared to the SW universe (to me at least it is) but it changes most of the vanilla textures by original and home made ones.
My main inspiration when creating these textures was the SWTOR game and The Clone Wars serie.

This mod DOES replace textures for:
    - Architecture (Czerka included)
    - Grounds
    - Nature (Trees, vegetation,...)
    - Wookie NPCs
    - The Footlocker loot container.
This mod DOES NOT replace textures for:
    - Skybox (using the great High Quality Skybox II is strongly recommended).
    - Ebon Hawk cockpit view.
    - Most of these textures are TGA 2048x2048 pixels (based on my experience there's no need to go highter in resolution in this game. Bigger textures on old graphics games  is just a waste of ressource to me). The total size is 970 Mb on your HDD once installed.
    - These textures add maximum details with minimum tilling effect. On a low poly game with no normal/bump maps, tilling REALLY IS your enemy.
    - I used a soft cell shading style because in my opinion photorealistic textures on low poly meshes just look weird and not that great (but again this is my taste).
    - Hi quality Reflection effects added to metallic objects.

    - On a vanilla unmodded game (if such thing still exist):
Extract the file and drop the Override folder in your game install folder. That's it.
    - On an already modded game:
there's a high probability that you already have the same files than this mod in your Override folder. These files can be TGA or TPC (or both). So follow these steps:
1/ Extract the file and drop the Override folder in your game install folder. Overwrite existing files when asked.
2/ Download and use the Removes duplicate TGA/TPC tool (easy to use but make sure to read the description). When asked delete the TPC duplicates.
By doing this, you make sure there is no conflict with existing modded TPC files in your Override folder so my textures will appear as expected in your game.
NOTE: This pack does not cover 100% of the textures visible on Kashyyyk, especially small items used elsewhere by the game like baskets, etc. It is recommended to install it over a vanilla overhaul textures pack to get a complete HD experience. Just make sure you are installing a Vanilla overhaul BEFORE installing my pack.
Also the game uses the same textures for the Czerka HQ both in Kashyyyk and Korriban so make sure you are also using my Korriban Revisited pack for  seamless and consistent visuals on these planets when visiting Czerka areas.

    - Could you make a TPC version?
I've tried to convert the mod in TPC but this format breaks many reflection effects when a texture uses an Alpha channel. As I'm not used to work with this format I don't know how I could fix it and to be honest I don't really care. If a simple solution exists then why not providing a TPC version.
    - I don't like this or that, could you change it?
It is a very personal project from a pre-Disney SW fans so like any old school SW supporter I'm very stubborn and closed-mind. It will be unlikely that I take your idea in consideration, but you may try.

    - Do you plan "revisiting" others places from KOTOR?
I've already done a few planets (see the collection above this page) and more may come in the future.

    - Kexikus and his High Quality Skybox II mod which I used on my pics.
    - Quanon and his Quanons Kashyyyk Upscaled Textures mod which I used as a template to help me finding correct files/textures in the game. It was also my "vanilla" benchmark used to calibrate my own textures colors and luminosity.
    - Many other modders for all the files I'm using on my game and can not list here.

  17. Ebon Hawk Revisited

    The KOTOR Revisited Collection:

The Ebon Hawk is an important place in the KOTOR experience since it's where you get acquainted with all your different partners. With this pack I've tried to replace the sad and dull grey/greenish interior colors with something more in line with the exterior look of the ship, while keeping in mind its damaged cargo ship background.

WARNING: if you are a hardcore vanilla supporter, this mod won't be for you (and there are already a lot of vanilla upscaled textures mods available). My main inspiration when creating these textures was the SWTOR game and The Clone Wars serie.

This mod DOES replace textures for:
    - Exterior (4k upscaled and reworked vanilla texture used as a base with many custom details added by hand like damage/burning marks, engine covers, painting...)
    - Full Interiors with many details added over vanilla (I let you discover everything in game).
    - The Metal Box loot container (now it looks like a...metal box).
This mod DOES NOT replace textures for:
    - Animated screen panels
    - Cockpit exterior views (using High Quality Cockpit Skyboxes is strongly recommended).
    - Textures are TGA 2048x2048 pixels (based on my experience there's no need to go highter in resolution in this game. Bigger textures on old graphics games  is just a waste of ressource to me). The total size is 1.12gb on your HDD once installed.

  18. Better Wookiee Warblade

Don't you hate it when you get a cool looking item at the endgame but it has early game stats. Because i do. So i made the Wookiee Warblade a bit more useful. (If you already been to the Black Rakatan Settlement or you have the item in your inventory you need to use KotOR Savegame Editor to remove the original item then add the moded one to your inventory.)

  19. High Quality Blasters 1.1 Fix - KotOR1 version

After installing the High Quality Blasters 1.1 mod by Sithspecter i run into some problems:
    1. The Mandalorian Ripper shoots laser bolts from the ground.
    2. The Baragwin Distruptor-X Weapon is invisible.
This mod aims to fix these problems. You still need to install the original mod and then this one.
(If you have the Mandalorian Ripper or the Baragwin Distruptor-X Weapon in your inventory already,
then you need to remove them and then add them back with the KotOR Savegame Editor.)

  25. Unknown World Revisited

    The KOTOR Revisited Collection:

The Unknown World is a critical moment in the KOTOR story and a nice place to explore. With this textures pack I wanted to highlight the contrast between the absolute beauty of this world and the tragic fate of the Rakata survivors, now living among the wrecks of stranded ships.
