**While most of the screenshots are in K2, all of the stuff shown is what is in the download, and the screenshots are just used for the sake of me not having to retake all the screenshot.** *NOTHING QUALITY WISE IS CHANGED IN THE TEXTURE FILES* Description: The swords, axes, and stun batons in Vanilla K1 aren't the most prettiest things you could look at in the game. I have decided to make a texture enhancement for the swords since Snigaroo put a request for a skin to do something like this on the mod build request thread for TSL and K1. I also wanted to make this eventually, so why not do it now? The vanilla K1 swords have been upscaled to 2048 x 2048 from 64 x 64. I then used KotorBlender and GIMP to make the swords look better. Likewise for the axes and the stun batons. These are texture re-used from the TSL Melee Texture Enhancement I uploaded, but just the files K1 has. Person-who-wouldn't-wish-to-be-credited also provided an alternate stun baton texture for the 004 stun baton in a discussion with him, and button textures I used on the stun batons and swords. The alternate stun baton texture has a wood and leather appearance. I haven't changed the animated "zappy" texture on the stun batons, nor have I changed the third stun baton texture (re-used 2nd Stun Baton texture for this K1 version) , since none of the stun batons in the game use it. Screenshots are provided in the "Screeshots" folder. Installation: 1. Extract the .zip 2. Copy all of the .tpc files from "override" 3. Paste them into the override folder in the K1 directory 4. *Optionally* Copy w_Stunbaton_004.tpc from Alternate 4th Stun Baton folder and copy that into the override folder in your K1 directory, overwrite when prompted. Credits: Person-who-wouldn't-wish-to-be-credited for the button and Alternate 4th Stun Baton Texture GIMP Kotor Tool KotorBlender Use of Mod: Do not upload to any other file hosting sites without my permission (like NexusMods, GameBanana, etc.) You can re-use one of these textures in your own mod, as long as you have my permission. This mod should be compatible with any mods as long as they don't change or edit the melee textures used in this mod. This does not change or edit any new melee textures used in other mods, it is simply a vanilla add-on, and does not require anything but the download to use. 🙂- 3 comments

Have you ever noticed that Mira's poofy hair looks like a split top dinner roll? Her hairstyle in the concept art is wonderful and I always felt that her head model just kind of missed the mark. So I made some seriously heavy edits to the model and texture of PFHC05 until I came up with something a little more fitting for our friendly neighborhood bounty hunter. Her clothes have new colors to match the new vibe she's got going on also, and I reworked the neckline of her shirt a little. No .2da files in this so it's just a drag and drop installation. --corpsecotillion -

The goal of the Weapon Model Overhaul Texture Rework is to make use of wonderfully made weapon models, created by Toasty Fresh, in order to replace the vanilla weapons models and textures with high quality, high resolution ones, that still look and feel like the original game's weapons. NOTE: THIS MOD NEEDS TOASTY FRESH'S WEAPON MODEL OVERHAUL IN ORDER TO WORK PROPERLY! INSTALL IT FIRST! DOWNLOAD HERE: http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=213484- 35 comments

I've found the files and the icon I want for a reskin/retexture of the Echani Fiber Armor found on Taris. But I can't simply place them into my override folder because I'm also using Efixian's Taris Arena Changes. The icon and files that I found are from SpaceAlex's Unfinished K1 Enhancement Project. What do I do now? I'm thinking I would need TSL Patcher to make a mod for this, but that may not be the case. I've never modded before, so this would be my first. Help would be appreciated! ia_class4_008.tga PFBC08.tga PMBC08.tga

Can someone please reskin/retexture the Echani Fiber armor to look like these files? I've tried it myself and nothing I did worked. ia_class4_015.tga PFBC15.tga PMBC15.tga

This is a culmination of my work to attempt to add some level of accurate anatomy to the skin textures of various characters. Since FS recently uploaded his own edit of the Handmaiden's underwear model, I was tasked with editing a reskin of the Vanilla model I had previously been working on. This is that texture... Note: It is in fact derived from the Vanilla texture, except it was designed around Fairstride's aforementioned Handmaiden Fit and Athletic mod, and so would probably look best with it. -Technical Information: This texture uses my new technique of "adding" skin pores by overlaying some edited noise and using a few soft brushes to create the illusion of subsurface scattering. I had originally envisioned using an alpha layer to imitate light reflecting off of its surface, but it ended up looking a bit too metallic, and seemed to detract from the cleaner look you get in Vanilla. I still plan to try this out in subsequent builds, but right now this version looks the most appropriate to me. If there are alterations or changes you'd prefer, I would be more than happy to oblige. To Install: Drop in the Override Folder; If you don't have an Override folder, you will have to create one To Uninstall: delete or remove p_handmaidenBA.tga, p_handmaidenH.tga, and p_handmaiden.txi from the Override folder Permissions: I request that you credit me if you are to use this texture in your own mod Credits: The DeadlyStream community for their continued support of this rather odd hobby, Special thanks to FairStrides and LiliArch for their scrutiny and enthusiasm that I just upload this blasted thing already; Obsidian for creating Kotor 2, Bioware for creating Kotor 1 which lead to 2, Lucasarts for producing Kotor 1 and 2; Adobe for creating their Photoshop, and George Lucas for his part in creating this wild universe we've been living in for 30 years- 4 comments

What originally started out as just a simple re-work of an older existing re-texture by @Constar for my own use has grown into a completely new beast of its own. I didn't like the short dog hair, the sloth-like aesthetic and, frankly, how sloppy the original mod was and sought to bring it up to a higher standard, inspired by the works of @Dark Hope. I wound up overhauling everything and doing my own thing, but there are still some design choices that carry over from his: the clawed chest and the white hairs around the mouth, blood-stained fur; details I thought added some good story elements to a rather flat and boring character and re-interpreted to my own tastes. I wanted to make Hanharr look like a feral, crusty Wookiee--intimidating but still a little pathetic-- without straying too far from the vanilla color schemes, and kept design elements within the simple slap-shod aesthetics of the OT. He's got a simple brown leather bandolier with mismatched pouches (not pictured in the photos are a last-minute addition of some asymmetric studs on the shoulders) and rusted iron shackles around his wrists, and just a little bit of Chewbacca fur on the face for good measure. Simple and clean. I hope you enjoy this simple (and long overdue, imo) little mod! INSTALL: Just extract the .tga files (one for Hanharr, one for his portrait) from the .rar file with your program of choice into your "Override" folder. That's it. REMOVAL: Extract and delete from your "Override" folder. Simple. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: Constar for the original mod that inspired this @Effix & Dark Hope for all their patience in helping me troubleshoot my issues The DeadlyStream community for all the great mods they've made available over the years that kept these games fresh for me -

Bao-Dur's Liberator's\Oppressor's Armor 2021 ------------------------------------------------------- Authors: Kaidon Jorn/Effix Compatible with TSLRCM 1.8.5 - 1.8.6 This mod adds a small quest to have Bao-Dur build his own non-force restrictive armor once he reaches 10th level . It's important to talk to him as soon as he hits 10th level so you can get the quest parts afterward on Nar Shaddaa, which you will find in both Tien's shop and in the Serroco thugs area. The quest will have you find some military fatigues and armor plating so that he may build the new Liberator or Oppressor's Armor depending on your alignment. The armor itself is medium class 7 with a dexterity bonus of +3, and was lovingly reskinned by none other than Effix of DeadlyStream and Steam Workshop notoriety. All credit for the reskinned Jamoah Hogra armor goes to him. Run the .exe to install ***IMPORTANT*** I strongly advise to install TSLRCM (and SLM) first before this mod. ===================================================================================================================== Permissions: You may not redistribute files contained herein and you may not use these files in your own mod without my consent. THREE-TIERED JEDI ROBES, or VANILLA ROBES REDONE This mod is a simple retexture and tiering of the Jedi (and Dark Jedi) robes already present in the game. Now Jedi, Knight, and Master robes come in all three colors (brown, red, blue), and their Dark variants (black, grey) with matching icons. The Vanilla Brown Jedi Robe is now the base texture for all Jedi/tier 1 robes. The Vanilla Red Jedi Robe is now the base texture for all Jedi Knight/tier 2 robes. The Vanilla Blue Jedi Robe is now the base texture for all Jedi Master/tier 3 robes. This decision was based on a variety of factors and contradicts N-DReW's Dark Jedi Robes mod, although the inspiration is heartily and sincerely felt. My justification is that the Blue Jedi Robe model is the most unique of the three--it has a higher collar and seems set apart from the rest. As Jedi Master Robes offer the best defense in the game save for Qel-Droma or Star Forge, I decided this distinction was warranted. Compatibility note: because of the relabeling of the textures to make the tier system work, this mod is technically not compatible with @constantinople33 magnificent Lore-Friendly Qel-Droma Robes mod. However if you're using this mod you'd likely want to be using that, so. In order to fix this, simply rename those textures from PMBI05/PFBI05 to PMBI06/PFBI06, then open the UTI file and change the texture number from 5 to 6. Sincerest thanks to @heyorange, @N-DReW25, and @Zhaboka for their support and input throughout the modding process. And of course thanks to Deadly Stream itself for being a haven of knowledge and community. May the Force be with you always. -

The Zabrak armors in KotOR, unsurprisingly, tend to be unimaginative recolors of whatever armor texture they are a part of. This works well enough for the Zabrak Field Armor, but the Zabrak Combat Suit and Zabrak Battle Armor are obviously sharing textures with other armors. To rectify this, I'm editing their textures to show a bit more uniformity where possible. For the Zabrak Combat Suit, I'm tempted to try a green and brown color scheme inspired by Bao-Dur. The Zabrak Battle Armor will use a modified version of the unused PBD04 texture (it seems to have originally been intended for the Republic Mod Armor judging by the symbol on the chest piece, but needs must). I'll post pictures when I move out of the concept phase, but let me know what y'all think.

One thing that has always bugged me about KotOR as a long-time fan of Star Wars is, despite the fact that the game includes all sorts of callbacks to Tales of the Jedi, they rarely end up looking the way they should. For example, the Qel-Droma Robe, otherwise known as the best robe available until you reach the Star Forge. Being the only example of a unique robe for the majority of the game, and the only unique standard robe, it stands to reason that it should have, at the very least, a unique color scheme, if not a unique texture. However, in the base game, it merely is the same brown color of the default Jedi robes. For reference, this is how the robes appear canonically, as worn by their original owner, Cay Qel-Droma: Note the red cloak and golden tunic, as well as the bandolier and shoulder pauldron. Of course, the prosthetic can and should be ignored, but compared to the in-game item, there is a marked difference. Now, I would correct this myself if I could texture worth a damn. However, I cannot. My graphical skills end with basic recoloration, and whole textures are beyond me. That being said, I am currently using the resources provided by JC to make my own improvised texture for the robe that is compatible with his Cloaked Jedi Robes mod. However, if anyone wants to go ahead and make a more accurate rendition, I can see either the use of that model or perhaps the Revan/Star Forge robes as a base.

So I made some retexture of the (most common) walls on Telos Citadel Station. It's basically the original texture which has been upscaled with GigaPixel and recolored to have a warmer, rustier color and a new alpha channel based on the shiny spots. It's inspired by SIC's TSL Textures Remastered mod.

Hey all, I'm just making this topic to ask if a modder or texturer could make a reskin that makes Mira a black woman? I've been trying to do it myself but I've had issues not being able to edit TGA files or use Exe files on a Mac. This is my first time posting on here so excuse me if anything's out of place.

File Name: Weapon Model Overhaul Texture Rework File Submitter: Fallen Guardian File Submitted: 18 Feb 2014 File Category: Mods Toasty Fresh recently released his Weapon Model Overhaul, which replaced nearly all the low poly weapons with pristine new models and textures. However, I liked the idea of the textures for the weapons matching the game's original icons more closely than they did (or, in some cases, weapons being more varied than they were) so I set about editing Toasty Fresh's textures to make them look more like the original game's icons. And, with Toasty Fresh's permission, I am now releasing my work. ReadMe (NOTE: In order for this mod to work properly you must download Toasty Fresh's Weapon Model Overhaul and install it first.)
