Restored Content for K1CP [DEMO] A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 0.7.0 Demo Release Date: 03.08.2024 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! No exceptions! Once you click on the INSTALL.exe, you'll be given five options. Main Mod- This is the installation which installs the RC-K1CP mod. Lite NPCs Restored- This restores the Lite NPCs that were removed in the K1CP, install this option if you want these back in your game. Restored Gloveless Clothing- Left over textures and pre-release screenshots suggests that the commoner clothing didn't always have gloves that hid the NPCs hands, with this option installed all the generic NPCs will have exposed hands that correspond with the skin color of that NPCs race (White, Black and Asian). This option is fully compatible with the K1 Clothing Pack but is incompatible with Dark Hope's Commoner Clothing reskins. Restored Sith Officer Uniforms- Restores the unused Sith Officer uniform variants throughout the game, this option is incompatible with Heyorange's Sith Uniform Reformation. Restored Party Dialogue- As of right now, this option restores unused lines for Canderous' dialogue about Korriban. This option is cripplingly incompatible with mods that edit "k_hcan_dialog.dlg" so don't install this option if that file is already in your Override folder. Description: The Kotor 1 Community Patch (K1CP) is the biggest bug fix mod for Kotor 1 and is arguably the number one go-to mod for Kotor 1, similar to TSLRCM for Kotor 2. The Kotor 1 Restoration (K1R) mod is NOT compatible with the K1CP and as such players have to pick between hundreds of bug fixes offered by the K1CP or the restored content of K1R, they couldn't pick both... until now! Restored Content for K1CP is a restoration mod for Kotor 1 which has been developed for use alongside the K1CP mod, with this mod installed you shall experience restored content alongside the bug fixes of the K1CP mod. This mod also does not follow the same "rules" as K1R, that means this mod might restore cut content that K1R didn't restore either because the original K1R Dev Team didn't want to restore it or because they didn't know about it. This mod is an INDEPENDENT project developed by a single modder (and any future contributors) with no connection to the original K1R mod, everything in this mod was developed from scratch as getting permission to use K1R assets is impossible due to the disappearance of the K1R team leader. This mod is a DEMO meaning it does not restore all the cut content that K1R restores, future updates shall add more content and fix any bugs present in the mod. Whilst this mod is a Demo, it is not necessarily incomplete... what little restored content this mod has to offer is complete and will not standout as unfinished (in terms of the mod itself, your opinion on the cut content might be different). If you have feedback or any bugs to report for the next update, I urge you to report these to me so that the Restored Content for K1CP mod may be the best it can be! Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have any bugs but if there are please report them to me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: To be added! Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. Thanks to: SithRevan (RIP): Beginning the restoration effort for K1! K1R Team: For developing the original K1R mod! Leilukin: For granting me permission to integrate her Juhani Dialogue Restoration mod into the RC-K1CP! SpaceAlex: For making the Bastila's Extra Dialog on Tatooine and allowing modders to use it freely! A Future Pilot: For kickstarting the K1 Community Patch mod and for making the Sith Soldier Texture Restoration mod and allowing modders to use it freely! DarthParametric and JCarter426: For maintaining the K1 Community Patch with ongoing updates! DarthParametric, th3w1zard1 and Salk: For valuable feedback! Sith Holocron: For the mod logo! ElevenLabs Website: For the custom AI VO service! Bioware: For such an amazing game Fred Tetra: For Kotor Tool Stoffee: For TSLPatcher Everyone who downloads the mod! File Name: KotOR 1 Restoration File Submitter: ZM90 File Submitted: 15 Jun 2015 File Category: Mods K1R Compatible: Yes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » KotOR 1 Restoration 1.2 Read-Me ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NAME: KotOR 1 Restoration 1.2 TYPE: Restoration VERSION: 1.2 SIZE - Unzipped: 145 Megabytes, Zipped: 47.2 Megabytes DATE RELEASED: May 31, 2016 KOTOR 1 RESTORATION FORUMS: http://deadlystream.com/forum/forum/31-kotor1-restoration-k1r/ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » DESCRIPTION ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WARNING: IN ALMOST ALL CASES, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO INSTALL THE K1R RESTORATION BEFORE ANY OTHER MODS!!! THE ONLY EXCEPTION SO FAR IS KAINZORUS PRIME'S NPC OVERHAUL... The KotOR 1 Restoration Mod is an attempt to restore almost all the content that was cut from the game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic by BioWare Corp. Of course, these restorations will be within reason and things that were cut because they did not fit with the plot, and cannot be made to fit with the plot, will most definitley NOT be restored. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » INTEGRATED MODS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » RESTORED CONTENT ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » BUG FIXES/CHANGE LOG FOR 1.2 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ »» Original game: »» K1R Bugs: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » BUG FIXES/CHANGE LOG FOR 1.1 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There weren't too many bugs in KotOR 1, thus there is such a short list. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » INSTALLATION ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ An installation which involves the TSL Patcher has been made ready for your use and is the simplest and easiest way to carry out installation. Alternatively, a secondary installer has been made for convenience. It will not patch the files like the TSL Patcher will, but it should be less of a headache for most users. HOWEVER, IT WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED BEFORE ANY OTHER MODS!!! Note: The K1R team is not responsible for any incompatibility issues that may arise from the use of this mod in conjunction with other mods. Also, in order to provide the best feedback for us we recommend that you play K1R with NO other mods installed. Note 2: If using the TSL Patcher AND your game is in English, before installing, copy the dialog.tlk file bundled with this package into the KotOR directory. This will give you the grammar and typo fixes to the vanilla text. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ »»»» TSL PATCHER INSTALLATION ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1) Double click K1R_1.2_Installer.exe found in the main directory of the unpacked folder. 2) Click the button labeled Install Mod. 3) Click yes to the box that'll pop up... if you wish to proceed with installation. 4) Watch as all the little file names and progress reports scroll by and wait until the installer is complete. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » BUG REPORTING ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There are 2 ways to report bugs: 1: Post your issues in the Bug Reporting Thread. 2: PM your issues to Fair Strides at Deadlystream. TO REPORT THROUGH PM 1) Go to DeadlyStream (http://deadlystream.com/) and search for the user Fair Strides ( http://deadlystream.com/forum/user/9107-fair-strides/ ) 2) Send a private message with as much detail as possible of what is occurring in your game. He will likely report back to you within a week. TO REPORT THROUGH THE BUG THREAD: 1) Go to the Bug Thread ( http://deadlystream.com/forum/topic/4457-k1r-12-impressions-and-bug-reports-read-me-first/ ) 2) Reply quoting and answering all of the questions as they apply to your issue. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » VOICE ACTOR ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pazaak Tournament Mandalorians...Zhaboka Filters for Zaerdra's lines......Zhaboka Filters for sea floor lines......Zhaboka Thanks Zhaboka. =Juhani Dialogue Restoration= A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC MODIFICATION AUTHOR: Leilukin FILE NAME: Juhani Dialogue Restoration.zip LATEST VERSION: 1.0 CONTACT: E-mail to leilukin@outlook.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream 1. DESCRIPTION: This mod restores Juhani's conversations with the player that are unused or easy to miss in vanilla KotOR. The conversations restored by this mod include: Asking Juhani about the planet you are on Asking Juhani about why she is hostile towards Canderous (available after Juhani talks about the Mandalorians' attack on the Cathar homeworld) Juhani talking about the evils on Korriban (available after you obtain the Star Map on Korriban) I recommend using this mod alongside the KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP), which fixes many bugs related to Juhani's content in the game. Note that the KotOR 1 Restoration (K1R) mod already restores the above Juhani conversations, so if you use K1R, you do not need to install my mod. My mod is meant for players who just want to access the unused Juhani conversations without using K1R. Juhani also has a conversation with the player that is meant to take place on the Leviathan, but you cannot access said conversation in vanilla KotOR because you cannot talk to Juhani on the Leviathan, even if you choose her as your jailbreaker. For a mod that restores Juhani's conversation on the Leviathan, I recommend using Fair Strides' Party on the Leviathan! mod. 2. INSTALLATION: Go to the "Installation" folder, and put the NCS files into the Override folder in your KotOR directory. You can choose to install only a specific component of this mod: For the dialogue option to ask Juhani about the planets you're on, install k_hjuh_w10.ncs. For the conversation about Juhani's hostility towards Canderous, install k_hjuh_p05.ncs. For Juhani's comments about the evils of Korriban, install k_hjuh_p19.ncs, k_hjuh_p20.ncs and k_hjuh_p21.ncs. The "Source" folder includes the source of the scripts used by this mod for modders' reference. Ignore the "Source" folder if you only want to install and play this mod. 3. UNINSTALLATION: Go to your Override folder and delete k_hjuh_w10.ncs, k_hjuh_p05.ncs, k_hjuh_p19.ncs, k_hjuh_p20.ncs and k_hjuh_p21.ncs. 4. KNOWN ISSUES: None currently known. If you find any bugs or problems, please let me know. 5. MOD COMPATIBILITY: Any other mods that modify the scripts to access the following Juhani dialogue will not be compatible with this mod: Juhani's comments about the planet you are on Juhani's hostility towards Canderous Juhani's comments about the evils on Korriban The KotOR 1 Restoration (K1R) mod already restores the above dialogue, so if you use K1R, you do not need to install my mod. This mod is compatible with KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP). This mod is compatible with Kexikus' Juhani Romance Enhancement. 6. PERMISSION: You may do whatever you want with this mod, including using this mod's assets in your own mod. Credit is appreciated but not necessary. 7. CREDITS: Cortisol for Holocron Toolset JdNoa for DeNCS KotOR Script Decompiler KobaltBlu for KotOR Scripting Tool THIS MODIFICATION IS NOT SUPPORTED BY BIOWARE/OBSIDIAN ENTERTAINMENT OR LUCASARTS OR ANY LICENSERS/SPONSORS OF THE MENTIONED COMPANIES. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 Release Date: 25.07.2016 Installation: Simply Copy and Paste or Drag and Drop ALL the files within the "For Override" into your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder Uninstallation: Remove or Delete the files from your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder Description: In Kotor 1 you can obtain an armor called Mandalorian Assault Armor which disguises your character into a blue Mandalorian as if your actually wearing there full body armor which was a good feature about the last few missions in kotor but if you play TSL you will know that the Mandalorian Assault Armor has a unique armor reskin which for me was a big slap in the face since I personally liked seeing Canderous as a Mandalorian but when I was searching through the game textures I found out that the TSL Mandalorian Assault Armor texture appears in the files of Kotor 1 meaning that the Texture appearing in TSL was intended for Kotor 1 but was cut at the last minute and replaced with a disguise though personally I would prefer the disguise though the Hardcore Restoration Fans say otherwise Known Bugs: this mod shouldn't have bugs but if their is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Is incompatible with anything that edits "g_a_class9010.uti" though I don't know anything that edits those. Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod Thanks: Bioware for such an amazing game,Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool and everyone who downloads the mod. In KotOR 2, you would originally stumble upon the body of a Jedi named Nebelish while investigating the tomb of an ancient Sith Lord on Korriban. However, this "Nebelish" actually looked a lot like Dustil Onasi. Turns out, Obsidian originally planned to have Dustil in the tomb but they ended up cutting the content. Now when TSLRCM came along they never restored this because Jason Mardsen, Dustil's voice actor, never recorded any lines for the part. Now I thought it a shame that Dustil couldn't have been restored, so I set about restoring him. And, thanks to some voice overs done by Zhaboka, I have finished my task. So essentially, this mod restores Dustil to KotOR II. TSLRCM Compatible: Yes Please go to the Nexus Mods link to see further screenshots. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 Author: N-DReW25 1.5.0 Release Date: 13.06.2022 Installation: Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe, select your option, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Description: Over the years, I have released a lot of restoration and fix mods for TSL though many of my mods don't necessarily stand out as much as others mainly because the mod is so small and insignificant. This mod is designed to make your life easier, all of my small, insignificant and standalone mods are inside this mod pack so that you, the player, only need to download 1 mod and install once (Or several times depending if you want an optional mod). What's in the mod? Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Report any incompatibilities to me on Deadlystream.com Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. Extended Enclave Patch A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 Author: N-DReW25 1.0.0 Release Date: 26.02.2021 1.0.2 Release Date: 28.05.2021 INSTALLATION: (It is highly recommended that you update your game to version 2.10 (the 1.0b update) before installing this mod.) As this is an add-on for TSLRCM, TSLRCM 1.8.6 is REQUIRED. It will not work otherwise, so have that installed first. As this is a patch for Extended Enclave, Extended Enclave 2.5.1 is REQUIRED. It will not work otherwise. So have that after TSLRCM and before Extended Enclave Patch. M4-78EP appears to be fully compatible with Extended Enclave, so no compatibility patch for M4-78EP and Extended Enclave Patch exists at this time. The M4-78EP compatibility patch for M4-78EP checks to see if Master Vash is present amongst the Jedi Masters, this is impossible to achieve in M4-78EP so therefore this mod won't break with M4-78EP. But REGARDLESS, please leave feedback if you play with M4-78EP of both ANY BUGS you may encounter or if your game WORKED with M4-78. To install, extract the Extended Enclave Patch folder to anywhere you like, as long as it is not the SWKotOR2 folder. When you run the installer, it will present you with two options, the option "Main Installation" is REQUIRED base mod and "CARTH FIX" is OPTIONAL, select "Main Installation" and run it. "CARTH FIX" can be installed after "Main Installation", this option fixes an inconsistency with Carth's armor as seen in TSLRCM. DO NOT USE THIS OPTION if you use DarthParametric's "TOR Ports: KOTOR Comic Republic Uniforms Admiralty Patch" Uninstallation: Depends on what you've chosen to install Copy the files within the generated "backup" folder and place the file inside your modules folder, make sure you overwrite. Description: This is a patch for the Extended Enclave mod which extends version the Rebuilt Enclave sequence with new restored dialogue, scenes and other missing content. The following scenes have been modified: 1. "Tobin's Message" Previously in TSLRCM and Extended Enclave, Tobin's scene with Nihilus was totally unzippable. Presumably as this scene harboured important information regarding the games plot, specifically how Nihilus came to discover Telos and why he chose to attack it. This patch makes it so that the player can skip through most of Tobin's dialogues and get back into the action. 2. "Admiration" Scenes in the Jedi Enclave where the dialogue shows an animated fly-by camera have now been made unskippable for the duration of the camera, this was done to allow players to admire the scene for a brief moment rather than mindlessly skip it like you can in vanilla 3. "Disciple's Choice." The "Disciple's Choice" restored content has been moved from the Ebon Hawk to the Enclave. Once inside the Enclave, Kreia telepathically goads Disciple into telling the Republic what's happening but in doing so, he'd endanger the Exile. 3. "Disciple's Distress Call" Knowing that Kreia is a Sith and that the Exile and Jedi were in danger, the Disciple instead contacts Atris for help who in turn sends her Handmaidens to Dantooine. 4. "Alternate Lines." A handful of 'alternate lines' exist within the Enclave files including: 2nd takes like: Extended Enclave: "Including Master Zhar. Master Vandar." -> Patch: "Including Master Zhar... Master Vandar..." From alternate lines like: Extended Enclave: "And at last, you saw." -> Patch: "And at last, you saw the truth." To totally expanded lines like: Extended Enclave: "Yeah... I know." -> Patch: "Yeah... and she knows it. She's known it all along. She's used your own ability to form connections against you." 5. "Reaching Out." The Exile, believed to be deceased, will now be taken back to the Ebon Hawk where they will lie unconscious in the medical bay as the party believe them to be dead. The subsequent mind reading scene shall have additional lines. 6. "A bridge?" A plot hole has been covered up, kinda. Once Kreia outs herself as a Sith to the party, she takes the Ebon Hawk to Telos with Handmaiden/s and once she departs the crew, with their leader seemingly dead, return to Dantooine just in-time for the Exile to recover. 7. "I have to do this, or I will die inside, just as I died at Malachor V." Bao-Dur's mind reading scene will now include the famous TSLRP style animated camera. In my opinion, this patch is a very small mod at the current time. In the future, I shall further update the mod with new content which I hope will touch upon the scenes including the Jedi Masters, Kreia, Visas, Sion and more! Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Since this dialogue wasn't restored by TSLRCM I decided to restore it. Version 1.1 has two additional options. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic II The Sith Lords Author: N-DReW25 Release Date: 17.03.2017 Installation: Double Click the TSLPatcher.exe and let it do its magic Uninstallation: Remove or Delete the "p_baodur.utc", "p_disciple.utc", "p_handmaiden.utc", "p_hk47.utc" and "p_mand.utc". When the TSLPatcher installs the mod correctly it generates a backups folder within the Heavy Weapons Feat Restoration folder that contains the TSLPatcher. Open the backups folder and copy the "baseitems.2da" and "feat.2da" to the override folder overriding the Heavy Weapons Feat Restoration files If you have any problems be sure to contact me for support Description: Kotor 2 is known for a ton of cut content. The TSLRCM restores most of that content but there were some they left behind due to it being not restorable or not necessary. However, if you have sharp eyes you might notice the Heavy Weapons Feats are not in game, instead heavy repeating blasters have the blaster rifle feat instead. This is likely intentional by Obsidian as a heavy repeating blaster is technically a blaster rifle but when I discovered the icons I made it my priority to restore this small bit of cut content that TSLRCM doesn't even mention. WARNING: In the TSLPatcher I had an error message saying "Warning: Invalid column label "File1" encountered! Skipping entry..."! I have no idea what this means but it doesn't look to be too bad in game. If any problems do arise or if you know the reason behind this message please tell me immediately so I can hope to fix it Currently, only Bao Dur, Handmaiden, Disciple, HK-47 and Mandalore have the feats. If you want your main character to have the feats you must give it to them on the level up screen Also, ALL heavy repeating blasters will require this new feat instead of the Blaster Rifle Feat. This means there is a low chance of an NPC having no weapon since it doesn't have the new feat and cannot wield his heavy repeating blaster. If you spot these please let me know so I can fix them Recommendations: I highly recommend using Kainzorus Prime's TSL Fixed Proficiency/Focus Feat mod in conjunction with this one- http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/420-tsl-fixed-proficiencyfocus-feat-icons/ Known Bugs: this mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: The TSLPatcher will make it compatible with nearly any mod...but if you do find an incompatible mod please alert me so I can put it in the readme Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use it in your own mods without my permission Thanks: Bioware for such an amazing game, Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool, Fair Strides for helping me get the Feat to appear on the character creation screen and everyone who downloads the mod. THE SITH LORDS RESTORED CONTENT MOD ADD-ON: GenoHaradan Legacy 1.0.1 1. Description: ---------- This mod adds the GenoHaradan from the first Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic to its sequel. The GenoHaradan is an ancient secretive guild of assassins who work in the shadows operating to keep the Republic intact, however, following the Jedi Civil War something has changed the GenoHaradan, they no longer seek to kill the enemies of the Republic, instead they have focused all their energies into eliminating the once glorious Jedi Order who have stood as the guardians of peace and justice in the Republic for thousands of years for unknown reasons. While this version is complete, it is far from final. Similar to M4-78, at some point, the GenoHaradan Legacy will be improved with an improved story as an “Enhancement Project” as M4-78 did. Expect possible updates and patches to come. This mod also includes optional fixes for a few bugs and other problems not fixed by the Restored Content mod here and there but there won’t be too many of them. 2. Installation: ---------- 1. First, you will need to get the most up-to-date version of TSL Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM 1.8.5). It's available for download here: http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/578-tsl-restored-content-mod/ Please note that GenoHaradan Legacy will NOT work AT ALL without TSLRCM. 2. Follow TSLRCM's installation instructions. 3. Once TSLRCM is successfully installed, run the GenoHaradan Legacy Double TSLPatcher.exe. A menu will pop asking you which installation you want to install. To install the GenoHaradan Legacy, click on the ‘MAIN’ option and click install. If you wish to install the optional fixes be sure to rerun the TSLPatcher.exe and install whichever fix you like (You may need to do this several times to install all fixes) 4. FAQ / Known Issues --------- Q: When will GenoHaradan Legacy EP be released A: Not for a long time. "Release dates are for those that don't care about quality in mods"- Sith Holocron Q: Will your mod work on existing saves: A: A new game or a save before Citadel Station with the TSLRCM mod should work but I'm not too sure about Citadel Station saves and I'm sure Nar Shadda saves won't work. Q: Will your mod work on my Linux or Mac?: A: I see no reason why it shouldn't work on those OS. If you manage to either use or find an alternative to the TSLPatcher and manage to install the mod then it should work. Q: Will you upload the full mod to the Steam Workshop? A: For now, the answer is no because I'm not sure how the workshop works and if it can even support a mod like mine. In the far future, if this mod becomes popular enough, I might see if a TSLRCM+M4-78+GenoHaradan Legacy EP bundle would be possible Q: Will you update this mod again/Will you add... A: Most likely yes! This version will probably not be the last. If you find a bug please be sure to report it and leave feedback! Q: Will your mod work on my Xbox?: A: No Q: Can I play this mod in Vanilla: A: No! This mod requires TSLRCM to work Q: What makes your mod different from previous TSL GenoHaradan mods such as the unreleased The Sith Lords Restoration Project by Team Gizka and The GenoHaradan Beta by Exile007 A: The Dessicus boss fight in Exile007’s mod was inspired by the TSLRP boss fight but improved upon to make it less confusing, in my mod, I further improve upon Exile007’s work and made his work compatible with The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod 4. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.2.0 Release Date: 27.01.2024 Installation: Alongside the "Readme.txt" file will be the following folders: "Audio Mods" "Movie Cutscene Mods" "Override Mods" * To install Audio Mods: Open the Audio Mods folder, open the Taris Sith Raid XBOX VO folder, open the Streamwaves and copy all 4 .WAV files to this directly (swkotor\streamwaves\m02aa\prer99) and overwrite the vanilla files. * To install Movie Cutscene Mods: Open the Movie Cutscene Mods folder, select which mod you'd like to install and simply copy the .BIK file into your swkotor "movies" folder and overwrite the original .BIK files. * To install Override Mods: Open the Override Mods folder, select which mod you'd like to install and copy the files within the mod folder into your swkotor "Override" folder. You cannot install both Dark Jedi mods as they use the same files, please pick only one Dark Jedi mod to install. Uninstallation: Depends on what you've chosen to uninstall. * For Audio Mods, open the "Backup (Vanilla Files)" and copy the .WAVs inside to the prer99 folder and overwrite the Xbox .WAVs you added. * For Movie Cutscene Mods, open the "Backup (Vanilla Cutscenes)" folder and copy the .BIKs inside to your swkotor movies folder and overwrite the Xbox .BIKs. * For Override mods, delete the files you copied into your Override. Description: As you may know, or may even remember, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic was released on July 15 2003 whilst the PC edition was released on November 19 2003. Obviously, the original Xbox console from 2003 has gone out of fashion a LONG time ago and 95% of the Kotor Modding and Gaming Community in general have migrated over to the glorious PC Master- *Cough* I mean, to the PC. But did you know that Bioware gave Kotor one final improvement before releasing the full game to the PCs? if you've actually played Kotor on the original Xbox (Or maybe even the Xbox 360, Xbox One or even the Xbox Series X) then you'll recall how on the Console edition of Kotor had a variety of oddities like lower resolution textures, different appearances for NPCs, incorrect appearances for NPCs, alternative VO, bugs/glitches, Yavin 4 being locked behind DLC and more... This mod pack is similar to my TSL Mini Mod Collection mod, every update to the KOTOX will include more Xbox inspired mods for the player to install and experience. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Would be incompatible with any mods which modify the Taris Sith Raid dlg, the legal and Revan's death .BIKs and any Dark Jedi texture mods. Report any unknown incompatibilities to me on Deadlystream.com. Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. Thanks to: l2daorch: For contributing the Taris Sith Raid audio! DarthParametric: For contributing the Xbox textures! DrMcCoy and DarthParametric (again): For helping me with Xoreo's Tools! Effix: For helping me operate the Command Prompt! Asxdefter on YouTube: For his 2010 playthrough of Kotor on the Xbox 360. His Kotor videos were a massive inspiration for making this mod! BlueShadePlays on YouTube: For their 2017 playthrough of Kotor on the Xbox One. As the Xbox One Kotor has 1080p support, their Kotor videos provided HD crystal clear footage of the Xbox features which I recreated in this mod! Bioware: For such an amazing game! JCarter428: For SithCodec! Stoffee: For TSLPatcher! Fred Tetra: For Kotor Tool! A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.0.0 Release Date: 30.09.2021 Installation: Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe, select your option, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. The alien is HD by default, the "Different Resolutions" folder contains a backup of the HD texture, a texture which matches the same resolution as every other NPC in the game and a Lite texture which is a low-res texture which matches the other Lite NPCs. Uninstallation: Depends on what you've chosen to install. Copy the files within the generated "backup" folder and place the file inside your modules folder, make sure you overwrite. Description: In the game files exists several "Lite" low-poly Alien NPC models, these are the Quarren (N_alien02_low), the Chadra-Fan (N_alien03_low) and the Gran (N_alien05_low). In the Taris section of the texture files exists a file called "LTS_Crowd01.tga" which most likely contains an early draft of the Duel Arena spectator crowd, on this texture exists two strange aliens, one which looks like a Gand and another which could only be described as a pink punk. In the model files, I found an unused model called "N_alien01_low" which lacked a texture but looked suspiciously like the pink punk from the crowd texture... this leads me to believe that the pink punk was going to be "N_alien01_low" whereas the Gand would've been "N_alien01_low". This mod gives "N_alien01_low" a texture and restores the NPC in several places in the game, you can find him on: * Dantooine as Kni * Manaan as a Shady Pazaak Dealer * Tatooine as the guy who gives you the Gizka I could've added this alien in more places, though I thought seeing the same low-poly Lite NPC over and over again would get old real quick. I might add this guy in more locations based on suggestions and popular demand. Whilst I am confident no Legends material has named this alien species YET... I have chosen a name for it. it's called a "Pyrath". This name was chosen by me, @N-DReW25, simply because this guy doesn't exist in either Star Wars Legends or Canon and in the words of Effix: it's simply a generic filler alien. I chose the name "Pyrath" as this species would be from the planet "Pyr" which is in same system as Manaan. By choosing this name, there might be a way to create some form of connection between Selkath and the "Pyrath" species. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Would be incompatible with any mods which modify dan14_kni.utc, ebo46_jorulkurax.dlg, man26_shady.utc, man26_shady.dlg or tat17_jorul.utc Report any unknown incompatibilities to me on Deadlystream.com Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. Thanks to: DarthParametric: For contributing the N_alien01_low's UV texture layout, for which this mod wouldn't be possible without! In addition, also helping me with a 2DA oversight which, again, saved the mod tremendously in the end. Mephiles550: Contributing to the Forum thread/suggesting that N_alien04_low was a gand. Jango32: Contributing to the Forum thread/suggesting that N_alien04_low was a gand. Effix: Contributing to the Forum thread. View File Restored Content for K1CP [DEMO] Restored Content for K1CP [DEMO] A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 0.7.0 Demo Release Date: 03.08.2024 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! Legal: THIS MODIFICATION IS NOT SUPPORTED BY BIOWARE/OBSIDIAN ENTERTAINMENT, LUCASARTS, DISNEY OR ANY LICENSERS/SPONSORS OF THE MENTIONED COMPANIES. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.1.0 Release Date: 18.06.2023 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe and you'll be given 4 installation options. Each option will install 1 head (a single option may come with 2 heads depending on which one you pick) so pick which head you'd like, if you want all the heads you'll have to install the mod 4 times. Click the option you'd like to be directed to that options installation menu, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Repeat the process for any other heads you'd like to install! Description: Kotor 2 has a few popular heads which were cut from the final game, they include: Saedhe's unique head, Hussef's unique head and the "Jedi Master 4" head which was used for Kaevee. Whilst these heads were restored in TSLRCM, no such restoration of unused heads exists for K1... until now! This mod will present up to 5 restored faces which you will see across the Kotor galaxy, they include: 1) "Sith Apprentice 1 Head": In-game, the armored Sith Apprentice's use the 2nd Sith Apprentice Head variant whilst the 1st head variant is neglected. As only a texture exists for this head, I had to modify this head's texture to hide the mapping for the scar which is present for the 2nd Sith Apprentice Head but not this one. This new Sith Apprentice head is used by the Taris Sith Govenor, the Dark Jedi in the Manaan Hangar, the Dark Jedi Master trio in the Leviathan Command Deck and the Lehon Sith Master. 2) "Dirty Commoner Head Variant Male": This head is a variant of the classic Batu-Rem generic head with a dirty, scratched up reskin. This head will be used by the Infected Outcasts who you can cure in the Undercity. 3) "Dirty Commoner Head Variant Female": This head is a variant of the generic head used by Sarna with a dirty, scratched up reskin to match the male variant. This skin is special as it was never included in either the PC or the XBOX versions of Kotor, so how did I get my hands on this texture? When Aspyr released Kotor for the Nintendo Switch, they accidentally replaced the generic blonde white female head with this dirty head variant instead, resulting in characters like Ice using this head texture instead of their usual blonde head. To restore this head for it's intended purpose (as a dirty head variant), I had the texture ripped from the Switch and ported to PC. From my observation, the Nintendo Switch version of Kotor uses an upscaled version of the XBOX textures upgrading their textures from 256x256 (the standard XBOX quality) to 1024x1024 resolution (This is why the graphics on the Nintendo Switch look so strange). The skin included in this mod has been downsized to 256x256 to match the texture quality of the male head variant which WAS included in the PC game files. This head will be used by the Infected Outcasts who you can cure in the Undercity. 4) "Asian Commoner Head Variant Male": This head is listed in the game files amongst the other generic commoner heads, it can be assumed this head was scrapped and it's model became the basis of the PHMA01 player head. As of right now, this head will be used by Tanis Venn! Why Tanis? Well, his unique appearance isn't really that 'unique'. His vanilla appearance uses the generic Tatooine Asian male head with a smuggler's jacket, by giving Tanis this previously unused head it makes Tanis' appearance a proper 'unique' appearance. 5) "Asian Commoner Head Variant Female": This head is listed in the game files amongst the other generic commoner heads, it can be assumed this head was scrapped and it's model became the basis of the PHFA02 player head. As of right now, this head will be used by the Czerka Protocol Officer! Why the Czerka Protocol Officer? Well, her unique appearance isn't really that 'unique'. Her vanilla appearance uses the generic Tatooine Asian female head with the Czerka clothing texture locked in by default, by giving the Czerka Protocol Officer this previously unused head it makes her appearance a proper 'unique' appearance. Please refer to the screenshots on this mod's Deadlystream download page for a visual reference. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. The Sith Apprentice head might have a minor graphical error on it's right cheek, with the original texture this minor graphical error appears much worse and my modifications to the texture was done to make this error less noticable. You can't really notice any graphical error unless you really keep your eyes peeled for it so you probably won't even notice it. Incompatibilities: Please report any incompatibilities! Will be incompatible with any mod which adds "N_SithAppren01_H.tga" or "N_SithAppren01_H.tpc". If you installed a mod which has "N_SithAppren01_H.tga", even if it's an AI Upscale, it will most likely restore the previously fixed graphical error on the Sith Apprentice's cheek. Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. Thanks to: SpaceAlex: For modifying the "N_SithAppren01_H" texture in his K1 Enhancement Pack mod, this mod was a basis for my own fixed texture! Jacqylfrost: For porting the infamous female dirty commoner head texture from the Nintendo Switch, without his work this component wouldn't have been possible! Bioware: For such an amazing game! Aspyr: For including the female dirty commoner head texture on the Nintendo Switch! Fred Tetra: For Kotor Tool! Stoffee: For TSLPatcher! Everyone who downloads the mod! View File GenoHaradan Legacy THE SITH LORDS RESTORED CONTENT MOD ADD-ON: GenoHaradan Legacy 1.0.1 1. While I try my best to make this mod as bug-free as possible, with the many options of KOTOR2 and my, at the moment, one man testing team it can happen that bugs, including critical ones, pass through. Please feel free to report any bugs and I will fix them. 5. Install any compatible mods you desire now. 3. HOWEVER, IT WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED BEFORE ANY OTHER MODS!!! Also, in order to provide the best feedback for us we recommend that you play K1R with NO other mods installed. View File Unused Head Restoration Pack A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.1.0 Release Date: 18.06.2023 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! View File Juhani Dialogue Restoration =Juhani Dialogue Restoration= A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC MODIFICATION AUTHOR: Leilukin FILE NAME: Juhani Dialogue Restoration.zip LATEST VERSION: 1.0 CONTACT: E-mail to leilukin@outlook.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream 1. Party on The Leviathan! by Fair Strides Description: This mod came about as a way to realistically restore cut content that K1R couldn't restore. Juhani had some dialog that played specifically on the Leviathan, both for normal players and for a romanced Female PC. However, normally you can't ever talk to Juhani on the Leviathan and there was no real way for K1R to include the content without breaking immersion/not sticking to its goal... So, I had the idea to spawn the entire party (except Bastila and Carth, obviously) in the Detention Block after you're rescued. Here, you can talk to all of the party members, though only Juhani has any new lines here. And right as you leave the Detention Block, all the party members will run off around the corner ahead of you (You did tell them to get their gear and head off...) to get to the Hangar and free the Ebon Hawk. This mod is both compatible with K1R and does not require K1R to be installed! Installation: Simply run the TSLPatcher and direct it to your KotOR folder. Uninstallation: Delete the following files from the Override: fs_party_free.ncs fs_party_go.ncs fs_party_run.ncs fs_party_kill.ncs fs_party_go.dlg fs_party_leave.utt k_plev_freecs2.ncs And if you did NOT have a mod that added/modified a lev_m40aa.mod file in your modules folder, then delete the lev_m40aa.mod file from your modules folder. If you DID have a mod that added/modified the lev_m40aa.mod file in your modules folder, then replace that file with the lev_m40aa.mod file from the backup folder in the same folder from where you ran the TSLPatcher. View File Extended Enclave Patch Extended Enclave Patch A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 Author: N-DReW25 1.0.0 Release Date: 26.02.2021 1.0.2 Release Date: 28.05.2021 INSTALLATION: (It is highly recommended that you update your game to version 2.10 (the 1.0b update) before installing this mod.) As this is an add-on for TSLRCM, TSLRCM 1.8.6 is REQUIRED. View File Lite Alien 01 Restoration A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.0.0 Release Date: 30.09.2021 Installation: Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe, select your option, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Info: This mod restores Impossible difficulty for use in builds without K1R, although it can be used with K1R if you wish to use the Hardcore or Extreme package. As a bonus, I have included brand new Hardcore and Extreme difficulty packages, each with 3 new difficulty options that give a whole new meaning to the term Impossible Mode. You may have to do this up to five times to install each item. Uninstallation: Remove or Delete the files from your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 override folder Description: Kotor 2 was showcased at E3 2004 in the form of a playable Demo, the demo was a short gameplay teaser for TSL which showcased a few new features including the Dxun Tomb. In the avaliable footage of the tomb the Sith Masters had different appearances than they did in Vanilla. In Vanilla all of them where identical, each wore a mask and the lead Master had his voice filtered. In the Demo two of the Masters are Sith Assassins while the leader has his face shown and has no filtered VO. This mod restores the E3 Style Dxun Masters back into TSL. Known Bugs: The Lip Sync may be a bit off at certain places. This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. View File Dustil Restoration In KotOR 2, you would originally stumble upon the body of a Jedi named Nebelish while investigating the tomb of an ancient Sith Lord on Korriban.
