This mod adjusts Shaleena's unique head in KOTOR I so that the upper teeth are visible. It's intended for users of the K1 Restoration or K1 NPC Overhaul mods, both of which restore Shaleena's unique appearance. This mod itself does not restore her unique appearance. Installation & Uninstallation To install this mod, drag the files from "Override" to the Override folder located in your game's directory. If prompted, select replace, although you may want to back up any pre-existing duplicates beforehand. To uninstall this mod, delete n_shaleenah.mdl & n_shaleenah.mdx from your game's Override folder. Compatibility & Known Issues There should be no compatibility issues for this mod. This mod won't affect Shaleena's appearance unless you have K1 Restoration or K1 NPC Overhaul installed. Known issues: None as of this version's release. Credits Fred Tetra, Kotor Tool bead-v, KOTORmax & MDLedit Autodesk, 3ds Max Major thanks to the KOTOR community for the passion & dedication that keeps these games alive. Disclaimer This mod is not supported by LucasArts, BioWare, or Obsidian Entertainment. It is for personal usage only & intends no copyright infringement. Contact me on DeadlyStream or via Discord (listed on my DS profile) if you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or the like. If you want to use this mod as a part of an external work, you must recieve my permission. This mod should only be found on Deadly Stream, no user may upload it to another modding site.
  2. View File [K1] Tariga Gender on Tamlen DLG Fix [K1] Tariga Gender on Tamlen DLG Fix This mod will fix the inconsistency with one of the Sith Student/Tamlen dialogue which describe Tariga as a female/she while in fact [by appearance and gender-check] Tariga is a male/he. In dialogue with Tamlen he will describe Tariga as a "he" now. In addition to that, this mod will also change Tamlen's display name to his specific [formerly Sith Student]. Don't worry about the voice-overs inconsistency; this mod takes care of that. It will now heard as "he" instead of "she", in addition to the aforementioned text fix. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- With v1.0.0 release I aim to have the mod its standalone LIP, to perfectly incorporate the lip-sync. The current version fits very well with the vanilla LIP in use - though started from the change which is "he" section, there's a fraction of milliseconds differences between the lip and the VO. There's always room for improvements - critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks for the next update are much appreciated - PM, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and playing this mod. Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do! Installation: run the installer [TSLPatcher.exe] then hit the [Install Mod ->] button! This will adds new entries to your game's dialog.tlk - where they stored strings of dialogues for the game. If you didn't wish the mod to do so you may want to cancel the installation This only been tested with the English version of the game; it is full working and leave no unwanted bugs whatsoever, so be advised then Uninstallation: run the installer [TSLPatcher.exe], and choose Uninstall option. Also, by keeping the installlog after the installation will help you to track which files goes to where Compatibility: will be compatible with mostly anything that is on the surface by now, though it won't be compatible with mods that share the same scope with it. For assurance of this mod to work, just install this mod much later after every mods has, or try to avoid mods that force-overrides shared content with this mod For this mod to be fully effective you should at least load a saved game before entering the Sith Academy [korr_m35aa] module The mod was play-tested with KotOR 1 Restoration/K1R and K1:Community Patch/K1CP installed and is compatible with them Redistribution: if you want to redistribute the mod - just go with it. Though less likely I will provide supports to any other place than DeadlyStream. And be kindly; give credits to where it's due. If you are to re-use an assets to a project you will be releasing, you don't have to ask for permission - but your generous intention is very much welcome. I'd love to know what others are up too, particularly if my work are included. And then, make sure to credit BioWare & LucasArts with the release - particularly with the inclusion of the assets. This mod intends to address key issues with male Twi'lek heads in KOTOR I, most notably the addition of ear geometry. Both the ear meshes and textures included in this mod are modified ports from SWTOR, which improve ear shape & texture quality. Additional improvements include better smoothing groups, non-clipping teeth & eyelids, & recolored tongues. There are two options for installation. Option A models feature "slim" necks, while Option B models retain unaltered "blubber" necks. I highly reccomend the first option as it fixes clipping with heavy armor collars, but feel free to choose the second if you prefer that look. There are no other differences between the two. Given the frequency of Twi'lek NPCs, this mod is a nice visual improvement, & the addition of ear meshes keeps consistency with other head models in the game. There's also a KOTOR II version available here. Installation & Uninstallation To install this mod, drag the files from either the Option A folder or Option B folder to the Override folder located in your game's directory. Then, drag files from the Textures folder to the Override folder as well. You may want to back up any pre-existing duplicates beforehand. To uninstall this mod, delete the files from your game's Override folder. There's a list of files included in the download's readme.txt for reference. Compatibility & Known Issues This mod will not be compatible with any retextures for Twi'lek male heads. If you use (or plan on using) the K1 NPC Overhaul Mod, that mod MUST be installed prior to installing this one. If the lekku (head tails) appear much lighter in-game than what my screenshots show, that's dependent on the graphics you're using. The differences in shading are not affected by this mod. Credits Fred Tetra, Kotor Tool bead-v, KOTORmax & MDLedit ndix UR, tga2tpc The GIMP Team, GIMP Autodesk, 3ds Max Darth Parametric, Upper teeth no-clip fix Thanks to Darth Parametric, ebmar, & JCarter426 for assisting in identifying issues and troubleshooting during the making of this mod. Major thanks to the KOTOR community for the passion & dedication that keeps these games alive. Disclaimer This mod is not supported by LucasArts, BioWare, EA, or Obsidian Entertainment. It is for personal usage only & intends no copyright infringement. Contact me on DeadlyStream or via Discord (listed on my DS profile) if you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or the like. 6. Could someone please help me locate and extract the Twin Suns clothes model from K2, in order for me to make it into a wearable / equippable armor / robe model for all female PC's, both for K2 and ported to work with K1? Here is what this mod would imply: - Locating and extracting the Twin Sun's clothes model from K2 (i looked for it in the NPC models files with KotorTool with no success, unable to locate the specific file! 😔 ) - Converting the model into a wearable armor / robe for all female PC's aboard the Ebon Hawk. It could be called Dancer Outfit 2, Disco Outfit, etc. There would be a K1 version of them amd a K2 version. - Placing them (4-5 outfits, to fit all female PC's in the crew) into the game (both K1 amd K2), in a container, etc. in order to make them availlable to the player from the beggining of the game, preferably in one of the Containers in the Ebon Hawk! Imagine how cool your female Revan / Exile and Mira, Bastila, Mission or an unhooded Handmaiden would look dressed like that! 😏 Many thanks in advance for who can help me with this, i tried with no success to do it myself so far... As reference, this is what the Twin Suns look like. I would prefer the outfit of the one on the right:

  9. Greetings, fellow Jedi! Hope y'all have a nice day. May someone confirm on their end that having a custom [placeables] model with custom name which injected to a module crashes the game only upon exiting the game? Looks fine when loading between saved game. Custom [placeables] model with vanilla name injected to the module didn't crashes the game at all though. Many thanks for considering this, and may the Force be with you all! Update: I can confirm on my end that this happens - I decided to move the crashed [placeables] model to Override and having the vanilla named custom area model which referenced the crashed [placeables] model injected to each modules [that shares the area model] The game doesn't crash [upon exit]. So indeed - on my end; having a [custom placeables] model with custom name on a MOD/module file, crashes the game
  10. View File [K1] Lightsaber Icons 2K19 This mod replaces all lightsaber vanilla icons [Heart of the Guardian and Mantle of the Force included as optional] with the new version. # Background # When I switch around the lightsabers I had noticed that the blue lightsaber icons wasn't blue enough. It was more purple than blue for my eyes, so I decided to make it blue, similar to the blade's color. The blue color of the icons were inspired by JCarter426's "JC's Lightsaber Visual Effects". In the end not only the color that was changed, but the style of the glowy part too. Their resolution also doubled from 64x64 to 128x128 with extra crispness. The rest of the icons get the same treatment for consistency. # About this Mod # Inside this mod are 18 new lightsaber icons in TPC format - which consists of: 5 lightsaber icons 1 Darth Malak's lightsaber icon [this one had different style than the rest] 5 short-lightsaber icons 5 double-lightsaber icons Heart of the Guardian's and Mantle of the Force's [in vanilla colour scheme] icon # Final Remarks # Now that HotG and MotF has been included the next update should be changing all lightsaber's texture to something that is more hi-poly - we'll see. 🤞 There's always room for improvements - critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks for the next update are much appreciated - PM, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and playing this mod. Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do! Installation: make sure to removes any instances of TGA/DDS format of relevant files from the 'Override' folder. All clear, proceed by copy-pasting all files [not the folder] to the 'Override', and overwrite when prompted. HotG and MotF icons are separated in different folder. Similar instruction applies. Uninstallation: remove the said files from the 'Override'. Compatibility: will not compatible with any mods that [potentially] replaces the lightsaber icons. Redistribution: you can redistribute this mod or re-release it to any website; just don't claim it as your own. Though less likely I will provide support/updates on any other site than DeadlyStream. You don't have to ask for permission, but I do appreciate all the generous intention. 12. View File [K1] Rakghoul Fiend This mod overhauls the appearance and attributes of Rakghoul Fiend; an alpha ghoul found in the Undercity and the Lower Sewers which seem was intended to have an unique demeanor with them. # Background # When facing the Rakghouls in the Undercity and the Lower Sewers, I noticed that few of the raks named as Rakghoul Fiend but I saw nothing unique about them. Well, thought that they need an unique demeanor with them; hence the fruits of labor then. # About this Mod # This modification makes unique appearance for the Rakghoul Fiends [complete with their own unique sound-sets] found in the Undercity and the Lower Sewers, and also bump their attributes by an reasonable imbalance amount. Well, I didn't include a vanilla patch - guess you'll have to deal with them, luls. One aspects of uniqueness from them is they had their body upscaled for ~+20% with different looks compared to the generic ones. Few elements of this v1.0 skin; like the red eye - was inspired from Trex's "The Jedi Masters" Rakghoul, nuff-said - credits to Trex for make it happened. # Final Remarks # There's always room for improvements - critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks for the next update are much appreciated - PM, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and playing this mod. Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do! Installation: run the installer [TSLPatcher.exe] then hit the [Install Mod ->] button! Uninstallation: replace the installed files with what was stored inside the generated 'Backup' folder. Particularly tar_m04aa.mod and tar_m05aa.mod; put these files to the 'modules' folder manually and overwrite when prompted. Also, by keeping the installog after the installation will help you to track which files goes to where. Compatibility: will be compatible with mostly anything - only make sure to install this mod after every mods has. Though haven't being tested with Kainzorus Prime's "[KotOR] NPC Overhaul Mod" and N-DReW25's "K1 Gameplay Improvement" installed, presumably they'll be compatible. But be advised that compatibility issue of this mod working along with them is not yet confirmed. Will not be compatible with any mods that force-overrides tar_m04aa.mod and tar_m05aa.mod or messing with this mod 2DA entries. For this mod to be effective you should at least load a saved game before entering the Undercity [tar_m04aa] and the Lower Sewers [tar_m05aa] module The mod is play-tested with KotOR 1 Restoration/K1R and K1:Community Patch/K1CP installed and is compatible with them Redistribution: for this particular full-version, I'm asking you not to redistribute them - I'd like to stay in touch with so I know where to provide supports. With initial release which is v0.8; I grant permission to redistribute them with usual policy applies. If you are to re-use an assets to a project you will be releasing, you don't have to ask for permission - but your generous intention is very much welcome. I'd love to know what others are up to, particularly if my work are included. This mod overhauls the appearance and attributes of Rakghoul Fiend; an alpha ghoul found in the Undercity and the Lower Sewers which seem was intended to have an unique demeanor with them. And then, make sure to give credits to BioWare & LucasArts with the release - particularly with the inclusion of the assets. This mod replaces the voice overs used for Nikto, Aqualish, & Quarren NPCs in KOTOR. In KOTOR I, Nikto & Aqualish NPCs use the same VOs meant for Twi'leks, Ithorians, & Rodians. Because KOTOR II adds in VOs specific to the two species, I figured hey, why not incorporate them back into the original game? In KOTOR I, Nikto, Aqualish, & Quarren NPCs use VOs meant for Ithorians, Twi'leks, Rodians, & Bith. Because KOTOR II adds in VOs specific to these three species, I figured hey, why not incorporate them back into the original game? I've included compatibility patches for the Queedle Fix, KOTOR 1 Community Patch (which includes the Queedle Fix), K1 NPC Overhaul, & KOTOR 1 Restoration. Installation & Uninstallation To install this mod, run Installer.exe & select the first option to install the main mod. Then, run the installer again for any of the compatibility patches you may need. It doesn't matter which order you install compatibility patches in. You must have installed the other mods beforehand. To uninstall this mod, delete the files from your game's Override and streamwaves folders (I've included a list of them in the readme.txt). If necessary, restore any files in "backup" to the Override folder. Restore tar_m03ab.mod to the modules folder if you've installed the K1R Compatibility Patch. Compatibility Compatibility patches have been added for the mods already mentioned due to their common usage. The K1 Restoration Mod has a Nikto NPC in the Vulkar Base sublevel with Basic (English) VOs. I decided to leave this unaltered as to not interfere with the restored content. Known Issues Some of the Nikto VOs don't have perfectly matching mouth animations, which is because KOTOR II has some missing .LIP files. The placeholders I'm using are as close as I could find. These may be replaced in a later version. Redros's mouth doesn't move for a couple of lines of dialogue. This bug happens regardless of this mod & only if his appearance is Nikto, so I felt it's a bug beyond this mod's scope. Please let me know of any other issues you find, or if you come across anything I missed! Credits Fred Tetra, Kotor Tool Fair Strides, KotOR Toolset tk102, DLG Editor & K-GFF Editor Major thanks to the KOTOR community for the passion & dedication that keeps these games alive. Disclaimer This mod is not supported by LucasArts, BioWare, or Obsidian Entertainment. It is for personal usage only & intends no copyright infringement. As this mod ports files from KOTOR II to KOTOR I, it's intended for players who already own both games. I do not claim ownership of these ported files. Contact me on DeadlyStream or via Discord (listed on my DS profile) if you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or the like. If you want to use this mod as a part of an external work, please reach out to me first to get permission! If you just want to use the included .WAV or .LIP files, you're better off extracting them yourself. Not only are they not my property, some of them are renamed duplicates or have been modified otherwise.

[K1] Sith Armor - Freelook Filter Mod This mod made readjustments to freelook effect of Sith Armor when used by the party members -particularly on Taris- to made it look like they see things from Sith trooper/armored soldier POV - or closer to what I can imagine of. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There's always room for an improvement so - critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks for the next update are much appreciated - PM, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. 18. Just a simple information to share to save ones from getting burnt-out, lol. Why we don't want to use TPC format for lightmaps? It broke the maps When put into a module/MOD file, it crashes your game upon reloading and/or exiting the game Stick only with the TGA for that one...
  19. View File [K1] Marlena Venn "Legends" This mod made readjustments to Marlena Venn, both her appearance and positioning on the Dune Sea - to further improve the gameplay aspects from encountering her, and bring a fresh-new experience with her new looks and some other stuffs! # Background # When I met Marlena the first time I know that she's special - in a mysterious way, lol. Yeah, I catch her mysterious side so I did a makeover of her - appearance wise. About the positioning - it bugged me where she was placed so I moved her. Particularly when the conversation was initiated, so with her new placement it looks like she did make the conversation first. And that's how I see the encounter should start. # About this Mod # This modification makes unique appearance for Marlena Venn of Dune Sea [Tatooine], also reposition her to a new spot and replace her recorded voice with the filtered version so it sounded like an actual playback straight from a droid. GIT positioning preview: Encounter quick-preview [Outdated - v1.0.0]: Ah-ha! It also makes Marlena equip a Blaster Pistol, some Credits, and a Repair Kit. Here's a breakdown of why's: Blaster Pistol: because she was "through planning", she wants to make sure of everything Credits: well, she planned on going shuttle somewhere - it just makes sense for her to carry some Repair Kit: some leftover from earlier tinkering with the droids Those new content was made to connect with jc2's "Kill Marlena". I have tested them together on my playthrough and they work like a charm! A truly-fun content worth installing for you - Dark Siders! Just make sure to install this mod last of them. Without it there'll be no change of plot whatsoever and those additional stuff wouldn't have effects. # Final Remarks # There's always room for an improvements - critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks for the next update are much appreciated - PM, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and playing this mod. Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do! Installation: run the installer [TSLPatcher.exe] and then hit the [Install Mod ->] button. Uninstallation: replace the installed files with what was stored inside the generated 'Backup' folder. Particularly tat_m18aa.mod; put that file back to 'modules' folder manually and overwrite when prompted. To uninstall the Voice Over simply put back its backup to streamwaves \ m18ab \ 10wi06 folder - overwrite when prompted. Compatibility: will be compatible with mostly anything, including jc2's "Kill Marlena" - just make sure to install this mod after every mods has.
