View File Peragus Miner Overhaul Peragus Miner Overhaul A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 Author: N-DReW25 1.0.0 Release Date: 02.09.2025 Installation: Simply click on the HoloPatcher.exe, select your option, click install and sit back and watch the HoloPatcher do its magic. This mod has four install options, you do NOT need to install four but you must install them in this order. Proper Peragus Corpses comes first. Peragus NPC Overhaul comes second. Tiered Peragus Miners comes third. The Peragus Mining Gear mod is required for this install. Vibrocutter changes can be installed at any point AFTER Proper Peragus Corpses. The "Description" section of the readme will tell you what each install does. Make sure to read them to ensure that you've made an informed decision on what exactly you want to install. Description: Peragus is a strange place. It's a mine wherein all of the miners are dead, except those dead miners all look like burnt monkeys wearing beige jumpsuits in-game. Despite the holograms of the Miners all wearing the same Miner's Uniform the aforementioned corpses are all wearing beige, whilst the Maintenance Officer Corpse and the bodies in the Kolto tanks wear a Czerka inspired uniform not seen anywhere else. This mod serves as a collection of mods, allowing you to fully customize Peragus to your exact liking. This mod offers the following features: 1) Proper Peragus Corpses: Proper Peragus Corpses removes the low-poly corpse placeables from the Peragus Modules and replaces them with NPC Corpses. These NPCs use the four generic Peragus NPC appearances, meaning there will be clones though this is on-par with Obsidian's NPC Czerka Corpses in the Telos Underground ruins. 2) Peragus NPC Overhaul: An addon for Proper Peragus Corpses, Peragus NPC Overhaul will give all 60+ Peragus NPC Corpses an overhauled appearance. Whilst this new appearance will be a generic appearance, if you see a generic old white man with orange hair that specific appearance will be unique to just that specific corpse meaning only Twi'leks and Devaronians would have duplicate appearances. 3) Tiered Peragus Miners: This option requires Kainzorus Prime's Peragus Mining Gear mod and the Proper Peragus Corpses, and Peragus NPC Overhaul from this mod installed. Tiered Peragus Miners is designed around Kainzorus Prime's Peragus Mining Gear mod, it adds a second Miner's Uniform item based on the vanilla Miner's Uniform. This means you can have BOTH Kainzorus Prime's Peragus Mining Gear for the Defense Bonuses and the vanilla Peragus Miner's Uniform for the ability to use Force Powers at the same time. The loot for these uniforms has been changed so the vanilla Peragus Miner's Uniform is found in the Plasteel Cylinder at the start of the Mining Tunnels whilst the Peragus Mining Gear is found inside a Plasteel Cylinder at the Central Platform which can only be opened via the nearby terminal. The Peragus Mining Gear, Peragus Miner's Uniform, and the Beta Peragus Miner outfit will be worn by various Peragus Miner Corpses and Holograms where appropriate. The end result should be a fully diversified Peragus Mining Facility. 4) Vibrocutter Changes: Since this mod is NOT compatible with Lewok2007's Vibrocutter changes mod, the Vibrocutter Changes install serves as an alternative to his mod. This option will move the Vibrocutter from the Corpse near the start of Peragus to a locked Locker in the nearby Security Office, this will force you to use the Plasma Torch and Mining Blaster to fight the Mining Droids for a little bit. This option will NOT work without "Proper Peragus Corpses" option mentioned above. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if you find any report it to me on Deadlystream.com. Incompatibilities: * This mod is compatible with Kainzorus Prime's Peragus Mining Gear mod. * This mod is compatible with WildKarrde's Peragus Medical Bay Enhancement. * This mod is NOT compatible with VarsityPuppet's Peragus Tweak. * The Tiered Peragus Miners component is NOT compatible with DarthParametric's Fixed Hologram Models and Admiralty Redux for TSLRCM. Report any incompatibilities to me on Deadlystream.com. Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. View File Pick a Peragus A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author N-DReW25 1.0.0 Release Date 0905.2025 Installation Pick which Peragus you would like to install, you CANNOT pick both. If you want the Realistic Peragus from the Cinematic cutscenes, copy "PER_Plnt01.tga" from the "Realistic Version" folder - doing so will convert the planet Peragus in the Peragus levels into the realistic Peragus as seen in the Prologue. If you want the Artistic Peragus from the Concept Art, copy "EBO_Per.tga" from the "Artistic Version" folder - doing so will convert the planet Peragus in the Prologue into the Artistic Peragus as seen in the Peragus levels. Description There are two Peragus planet textures in the game, one for the Prologue and one for the Peragus Levels, and they're both two different textures that do not match despite being the same planet. The Peragus seen in the Prologue is the same Peragus you see in the Cinematic cutscenes (Harbinger Arrival, Ebon Hawk escape etc) whilst the Peragus seen in the Peragus Levels appears to have been taken from early Concept Art for the game. This mod offers you two fixes to this inconsistency, you can either choose the Realistic Peragus to fix the Peragus Levels so that Peragus is consistent with both the Prologue and the Cinematic cutscenes or you can choose to convert the Prologue Peragus into the Artistic Peragus so that it matches the Concept Art Peragus you see in the Peragus Levels. Known Bugs This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there are just report them to me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities Incompatible with ANY textures that alter "PER_Plnt01.tga" or "EBO_Per.tga". View File Peragus Medical Bay Enhancement This mod makes some improvements to the Peragus medical bay and the opening cutscene where the player wakes up: - The player now wears a breathing mask inside the kolto tank, similar to the dead miners in the other tanks. - The hose on the breathing mask has been replaced with a higher polygon version. It also now runs behind the user's neck (primarily so that it works with the player's "waking up" animations). - The kolto tank bubbles have been adjusted slightly based on the parameters for the bubbles on the diving suit in KotOR 1. - A water column mesh has been added inside each kolto tank. The water level in the player's tank drops as the player slumps down in the opening cutscene, as described in developer notes in the original DLG. After the opening cutscene, the kolto tank remains empty with no fluid. - The dead miners have been replaced with placeable models which bob up and down slightly in the water and use higher-resolution head textures ported from KotOR 1. Upscaled textures, courtesy of Sith Holocron, are also available as an option for the miner heads and the vanilla-style uniform. - The leftmost miner, which was originally identical to one of the others, has been replaced with a new female miner based on a ported KotOR 1 player head and DarthParametric's "Female Czerka Officer's Uniform" modder's resource. - A few clothing options are available for the dead miners: a) Vanilla-Style Uniforms: The same uniforms which they wear in vanilla, which are slightly different than the ones later worn by the player and the miners in the holologs b) Player-Style Uniforms: Uniforms based on the combat suit model, which match the ones worn by the player and shown in the holologs c) Underwear: Underwear similar to the wounded soldiers on Taris in KotOR 1 d) Kainzorus Prime's Mining Gear: Mining gear matching "Peragus Mining Gear" by Kainzorus Prime (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/401-peragus-mining-gear/). Requires "Peragus Mining Gear" to be installed. - Also available are alternative head and underwear textures with burned skin, based on textures by DarthParametric. Note that if you use them with options (a), (b), or (d), only the heads will be burned, and the uniforms will remain undamaged. If you would also like the miners in the holologs to wear the type (a) uniform, you may be interested in the mod "Beta Peragus Miner Pack" by N-DReW25 (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2018-beta-peragus-miner-pack/) Thank you for downloading, and I hope you enjoy this mod! Opening Cutscene: Med Bay Enhancement - Opening Cutscene.mp4 ------------------------------------------------------------------- INSTALLATION Run "INSTALL.exe" and follow the prompts. When asked, select your preferred option for the dead miners' clothing. If you are using the option for Kainzorus Prime's "Peragus Mining Gear", you must install that mod first. It is normal to see warnings that 101per.mod and placeables.2da already exist and have been skipped. To use the burned skin textures, copy the files from the folder "OPTION - Burned Skin Textures" into your game's Override folder after the main installation is complete. To use the upscaled head and uniform textures, copy the files from "OPTION - Upscaled Textures" into Override. Upscaled versions of the burned heads are in "OPTION - Burned Skin Textures\Upscaled". This mod requires a new playthrough and is not compatible with existing saves. If you are using The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM) from the Steam Workshop, see this guide for how to combine installer-based mods with the Workshop: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=488641307 ------------------------------------------------------------------- COMPATIBILITY This mod requires The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM) (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/578-tsl-restored-content-mod/). It has not been tested without TSLRCM installed. It is also known to be compatible with the following mods: - The KotOR 2 Community Patch (K2CP) (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1280-kotor-2-community-patch/) - Peragus Tweak by VarsityPuppet (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/8-peragus-tweak/) - Ultimate Peragus Models Repair by PapaZinos (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2010-ultimate-peragus-models-repair/) - Peragus Medical Monitors and Computer Panel by Sith Holocron (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/ 1375-peragus-medical-monitors-and-computer-panel/) - Peragus Mining Gear by Kainzorus Prime (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/401-peragus-mining-gear/) This mod is compatible with texture-only reskin mods. It is incompatible with any other mods which edit 101per2a.mdl/mdx or use mask/helmet variation 43. For best results, install this mod after any of the mods listed above and any other mods which make significant changes to Peragus. ------------------------------------------------------------------- CREDITS KotorBlender by seedhartha tpcview and tga2tpc by ndix UR NWNSSCOMP by Torlack and tk102 K-GFF by tk102 DLGEditor by tk102 TSL Patcher by stoffe and Fair Strides ERFEdit by stoffe and Fair Strides Kotor Tool by Fred Tetra Holocron Toolset by Cortisol and th3w1zard1 The vanilla-style female miner uniform is based on the "Female Czerka Officer's Uniform" modder's resource by DarthParametric (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1955-female-czerka-officers-uniform-modders-resource/). It is used here in accordance with the permissions stated on its download page. Thank you to DarthParametric for suggesting that the moving water column could be made with a placeable, which sidestepped some visibility issues I was having with moving emitters in the area model. Thank you also to him for suggesting that I use his burned head/underwear textures and for providing his original Photoshop files as a resource. Thank you to Dark Hope and DarthParametric for identifying that KotOR 1's kolto tank bubbles look better with the settings from the diving suit bubbles, which prompted me to do the same here. (See https://deadlystream.com/topic/10826-dark-hope-wip/page/4/) Thank you to Sith Holocron for providing the upscaled textures for the miner heads and vanilla uniform. Thanks to N-DReW25 for pointing out in his "Beta Peragus Miner Pack" mod that the original Peragus uniform was based on the Czerka uniform and for demonstrating that DarthParametric's female Czerka uniform resource could be handily used for the same purpose. Thank you also for suggesting that I create an option for Kainzorus Prime's "Peragus Mining Gear" mod and that I offer both the original and upscaled versions of the textures as options. View File Streamlined Peragus The opening act of The Sith Lords gets a bad rap. It's actually very atmospheric and gives a great introduction to the themes of the game (especially if you install a skin like A Darker Peragus). It only has one real problem: it's too long and repetitive. Especially since TSL rewards replaying to try different paths, it can be a chore to get through at the beginning of a new game. This cuts out about a quarter of the length without sacrificing any plot points, by removing a large section that doesn't reveal anything new, and changing some frustrating level design decisions that add delays and backtracking without adding meaningful choices. This should give new players a better opening experience to the game, as well as letting experienced players get through the first segment faster. The full list of changes is below, if you want spoilers: I recommend also installing my Harbinger Arrival: Free Cam mod, which speeds up a long unskippable animation sequence. It's separate so that it can be installed on its own for people who don't want the more drastic changes in Streamlined Peragus. Compatibility Requires TSLRCM. Tested with the Full Mod Build and the Spoiler-Free Mod Build. Install this after them. Also compatible with my Harbinger Arrival Tweaks. Install them in any order. Modifies the map of 103PER (Fuel Depot), so this will conflict with any other mod that replaces 103per.lyt or 103per.vis. View File [TSL] "T3-M4 Found the Ebon Hawk"s Theme This mod plays an ambient-track to complement "T3 finding the Ebon Hawk" cutscene in Peragus' Hangar Bay. Preview Description It edits the entire cutscene to not-skippable, then sets the ambient-track to `mus_s_positive` -- an original audio file that’s located in `streammusic` folder. It also stops the area BGM momentarily for 11 seconds to not have the AT overlaps with, should then it play back again. Requirement It is required for users to have TSLRCM v1.8.6 installed to their game for this mod to successfully working – both in installation process and in-game. K2CP is not strictly-required, but is strongly-suggested to have as well as this mod were made with CP’s compatibility in-mind. Compatibility Should be optimally-compatible with any mods and builds -- long as not affecting `hangcam.DLG` and `mus_s_positive.WAV/MP3`. Note: It is safe now for user to install this version on top of any currently installed version. View File Beta Peragus Miner Pack Peragus Miner Pack A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 Author: N-DReW25 1.1.0 Release Date: 18.09.2022 Installation: Simply click on the HoloPatcher.exe, select your option, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. I isn't recommended to install "Everyone a Beta Miner" and "Some Beta Miners" together as EABM will change ALL the miners thus rendering SBM redundant. It is highly recommended you check out the "Description" section of the readme to ensure you've made an informed decision on what exactly you want to install. Description: The Peragus Miner NPCs all wear the Miner Uniform item the player gets to wear, but did you know that one point during the development of Kotor 2 this wasn't meant to be? In the game files, you can find an unused texture which suggests that the Miner Uniform was originally based on the Czerka Uniform model whereas the current Miner Uniform is based on the Combat Suit model. The change from a Czerka Uniform to a Combat Suit texture was most likely to allow the player to wear the Miner Uniform. Oddly, the Maintenance Officer's Corpse placeable and the dead Peragus Miners floating in the Kolto Tanks still use the Czerka based Miner Uniform. From here on, we shall refer to the Czerka-based Miner Uniform as the "Beta Miner Uniform". This mod has the following mod options: OPTION 1: Everyone a Beta Miner Everyone a Beta Miner will restore the Beta Uniform to EVERY single Peragus Miner NPC. This will not affect the Player's Miner Uniform. OPTION 2: Some Beta Miners This option will only restore the Beta Uniform for the Medical Officer, the Administrator, the Dock Officer, the Maintenance Officer and the Security Officer. These Miners will wear the Beta Uniform whereas every other Peragus Miner will wear the vanilla Miner Uniform. OPTION 3: No Player Heads Did you know notice how some Peragus Miner NPCs (Coorta's Thugs etc.) reuse the Player Heads? This install option will replace the Player Heads with Generic NPC Heads. This option is compatible with options 1 and 2. OPTION 4: Mining Gear Plus You WILL need to have Kainzorus Prime's Peragus Mining Gear installed beforehand for this option to work. This option will have some Miners use the Beta Uniform, some use the vanilla Miner Uniform and the rest will use Kainzorus Prime's Peragus Mining Gear. With this option, the Plasteel Cylinder you first encounter in the Mining Tunnels will contain vanilla Miner Uniform whilst the Plasteel Cylinder at the Main Ventilation Shaft will contain Kainzorus Prime's Peragus Mining Gear. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if you find any report it to me on Deadlystream.com. View File Ultimate Peragus Models Repair How did the Peragian miners die? Probably the lack of oxygen. Peragus is facing many structural issues, from the gaps in the floors, walls, and ceilings, and other model errors, many of which expose the facility to the vacuum of space. It may be too late for the miners, but it's not too late for you! Let's get to work on patching things up. This mod builds upon the work started by DarthParametric with "Peragus Administration Level Room Model Fixes 1.0.0". I have recreated and improved upon the fixes of that mod from scratch, as well as included fixes to a very large number of other model issues. If you currently have the other mod installed, you should remove "[TSL]_Peragus_Administration_Level_Room_Model_Fixes" from your override upon installing this mod in order to avoid any mod conflicts. Installation: Download the 7z file and extract to your override folder, found in the same directory as your main game executable. For Steam installations, this would be "Steam\steamapps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II". 7z files can be extracted with Archive Utility on macOS, or with free programs such as PeaZip on Windows and Linux. If you are updating from a previous version of the mod, just delete the old "Peragus_Model_Fixes" folder from your override. The version number is included in the folder name. Uninstallation: Remove the folder "Ultimate_Peragus_Model_Fixes_v1.3" from your override. Included Files: Compatibility: Users should expect full compatibility with any other mods, so long as they do not modify/replace the above files. This mod works very well alongside "Peragus Large Monitor Adjustment 1.0" by Sith Holocron, and will correct the same asteroid image and text displacement issue from the asteroid exterior. It will similarly work well alongside other Peragus mods which affect textures or placeable models and lighting, such as VarsityPuppet's "Peragus Tweak 1.4", "A Darker Peragus REDUX 1.0" by Malkior, and "...A Darker Peragus 2.0" by Canderis. It is also compatible with backdrop improvement mods such as Kexikus' "TSL Backdrop Improvements 1.4", Vasilii Zaytsev's "Improved Peragus Asteroid Fields 1.2", and Replacement Peragus II Artwork by Trench 1.0 uploaded by Sith Holocron. This mod is not compatible with DarthParametric's "Peragus Administration Level Room Model Fixes 1.0.0", but fixes the same issues (and many more). Acknowledgments: Big thanks to Fred Tetra for making file extraction easy with KotORTool and Symmetric, Purifier, Ndix UR, and seedhartha for making importing to Blender simple using KotORBlender. I would also like to thank DarthParametric for making "Peragus Administration Level Room Model Fixes 1.0.0". Thanks to DarthRaindrops for pointing out the UV mapping issue for the column texture. This modification is not supported by Obsidian Entertainment, Lucasarts, Disney or any licensers/sponsors thereof. Use of this modification is at your own risk and neither the aforementioned companies nor the author may be held responsible for any damages caused to your computer via this modification's usage. View File Redhawke's Beginner's Item Pack Author : RedHawke 02/17/05 Version 1.0 ============================================================================ This simple mod adds a metalbox into the Medical Storage room at the beginning of the game, along with some basic items to begin the game with, a belt, gloves, 1 medium power level 1 implant, and 1 low end level 2 implant, along with some credits, chemicals, and components. It also adds some additional reasonable items to the Security Room's Large Locker, I was surprised there were no actual security type items in that locker so I fixed this, all the items fit into the story and game level (IE NO Blasters or Incindiary Explosives)... a new datapad is included explaining these items as well. Peragus module retextured in new engine -
I hope this is the right section, if not please let me know & I will move it. I haven't used forums much yet. Never have made a post here and have only commented a few times. Here's my problem, on the tutorial skybox when you are T3-M4 there is a black box around Peragus. Mods I use that could be contributing to the problem are: TSL Backdrop Improvements 1.4 https://deadlystream.com/files/file/949-tsl-backdrop-improvements/ Improved Peragus Asteroid Fields by Vasilii Zaytsev https://deadlystream.com/files/file/321-improved-peragus-asteroid-fields/ Replacement Peragus II Artwork by Trench https://deadlystream.com/files/file/361-replacement-peragus-ii-artwork-by-trench/ Peragus Large Monitor Adjustment 1.0 https://deadlystream.com/files/file/317-peragus-large-monitor-adjustment/ KOTOR 2 UNLIMITED WORLD TEXTURE MOD https://www.nexusmods.com/kotor2/mods/1062 I think that's it. I'm leaning towards it possibly being the unlimited world texture mod conflicting with the other mods. I have been trying to fix it for days. I'm hoping someone can tell me what files I should take out to undo what I did to revert it to vanilla or preferably just get the mods back to being compatible with each other. Thanks!

Time ago I remember have seen a MOD here in DS that reskin the circular line of floor monitors/lights at the Peragus Medical Bay, where we appear after the Prologue. I saw it interesting enough but never downloaded that MOD and nowadays I can't find it anyware. Recalling the MOD I felt curious, even only to check if it's worth it or is not but I don't remember the name nor the author (that is a big trouble for to find it). Any idea?
