    Ok so can anyone tell me how to use batch files with MdlEdit? Crazy 34 has these generate_dblsbr.bat files in the resource folder and all i've figured out how to do is generate empty .ascii files.

    After much ******* around I got it right (i think) normal and short bladed Freedon Nadds in le bronze.

    Guess so. What am I going to take out to facilitate a schematic short saber or two? Alderaanian Battle? (not that cool of a hilt) Consulars? (i like that hilt) 🙁

    uuuugh...yeah. i wanted to keep that (nadds) a long saber and make it an unstable red/orange blade. But I know it'd be a crime to go against canon. But since i was removing that Acheron saber I wanted another unstable blade saber. I dunno

    Hey thanks for that. Hmmmm, schematics for short saber you say? ok, what about making a short verion of Kavar's offhand? And yes, blade textures are always a work in progress so with viridian I have the right hue but it is a little bright.

    Yeah you can do that. Install his mod after KSR and it should work. But if there is a hard module replace then it will definitely mess with KSR.

    Wow. Holy.... Welp, installing SLM is going to take awhile now....BUT. It will be much more compatible with other random mods. I've started to do the comparing of dialog files in the patcher, and the gff section alone is ridiculously long.

    So I am finally making a thread to see what the people who actually use SLM or my other mods would like to see be implemented in it. I already have a long list of things I'd like to accomplish, some are harder for me to do and some are not. But again if you have a suggestion or personal preference let me know here and I will see about going forward with it. Want to do list: Removing the rancor from Khoonda plains and placing that saber somewhere else. Remaking all saber blade textures to look more like the movies and shows (Kenobi, Mandalorian) Possibly switching models for pc hilt and/or red default hilts. Doing compares for all party saber making dialogs instead of hard replaces. Remove the Acheron saber quest and all associated files (getting rid of it). Removing all .mod files from the installation that are hard replaces and putting those files in tslpatchdata to be inserted into the exisiting .mod files. Removing the zakkeg boss from Dxun pt.1 and replacing that saber since Acheron wont exist anymore. Saber blades Here is what we have... ...but this is what I want If anyone had suggestions on how to achieve this it would be most welcome. -KJ

    Aight. I don't understand why KotOR Tool won't see K2, but it sees K1 fine.

    Have them both on Steam, but KT doesn't register K2 for some reason. I just reinstalled it.

      The Steam version doesn't put the path in the right place in the registry. See here.

    Sherruk's Lightsaber Collection wouldn't be compatible with KSR. Both mods affect Sherruk. It's one or the other.

    It will replace the default red and blue single sabers he drops with new red and blue ones.

    So now I'm getting back into K2 and SLM so I can fix and streamline the TSLpatcher installation and take another go at blade textures and whatnot. Also maybe fix the disappearing textures for good. (Maybe)

      If you're trying to do that on the Steam version of K2, I don't think mods can fix that.

    Yeah sorry all. I dont know how to fix the texture/no texture issue. Aside from remaking every single hilt model I've ever done and going a different route on textures and txi's. The Disable Vertex option will crash your game. All I can say is...you may want to steer away from my hilt mods and use someone elses?

    You could just use KSE to give yourself the pc lightsaber. No it shouldn't. I don't have any model numbers in that range. (050-059) Mine all run from 150-174 and a few between 009-016

    Uuummm.....probably not. But if the author of that mod wants to try it he has my blessing.

Removal: A backup folder was created in the KSR main folder on installation, just replace all files into their relevant folders. Then delete all lightsaber files and dialog files that came with this mod within the Override folder.     Wow. Gotta say overall really impressed with the whole Kenobi series. That was kinda.....kinda f***in' awesome.

      Personally I really liked it, they nailed the Obi Wan and Vader showdown. I loved the third sister (Revas) redemption story line most of all though.

      The casting for young Leia is spot on,  she did really well in the role. And I loved the robes Obi Wan uses throughout the show!

    Both. Pretty sure steam didn't mess with the blades. Textures? Sure. Adding new blade model with ambient lighting? No.

      Thanks all. Yeah, getting old sucks. This is a reoccuring thing been going on for years. Not sure what original cause was, and can never predict when it'll happen next. Maybe just overworking myself.

      But its getting better slowly. Felt well enough today to try to go to work. That didn't last long. 

      Chiropractor would also be a reoccuring thing. Once you start you can never stop.

      You're not wrong. I was in a car accident 2 years back. I still have to see a chiro because my spine got permanently messed up. Odds are I'll have an arthritic neck before I hit my 40's.
