KOTOR features several conversations between party members which occur as you explore the various planets. Unfortunately, it is easy to miss some of them if you rarely use certain combinations of characters, such as Carth with Canderous or Bastila with Jolee. This mod moves these conversations to the Ebon Hawk and the Taris apartment hideout similar to KOTOR 2, guaranteeing that you can see nearly every conversation in a single playthrough. Conversations which directly refer to Taris are set to take place while you are still there, while the remaining conversations will occur in semi-random order up until (or possibly slightly after) the Leviathan sequence. Aside from the change in location, I have also made some slight edits to the conversations themselves, mainly relating to the timing of character animations. By default, conversations will also still occur on the various planets like in the vanilla game. They will only occur at the Ebon Hawk/hideout as required to catch you up on any that you may have missed. I have also provided an option to make the conversations happen only at the Ebon Hawk/hideout, never out on the planets. Thank you for downloading, and I hope you enjoy this mod! ------------------------------------------------------------------- INSTALLATION Run INSTALL.exe and select either the standard version or the KOTOR 1 Community Patch compatible version. If you would like the conversations to take place only at the Ebon Hawk/hideout, run INSTALL.exe again and select "OPTION: Ebon Hawk/Hideout Only". If you have other mods installed, it is normal to see warnings that ebo_m12aa.mod and/or tar_m02af.mod already exist and have been skipped. ------------------------------------------------------------------- COMPATIBILITY This mod is compatible with the KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP) and incorporates its fixes to k_pebn_pophawk.ncs. It has not been tested with the KOTOR 1 Restoration (K1R), but in theory it should be compatible. It is not compatible with any mods that edit k_pebn_pophawk.ncs or banter.dlg. For best results, install this mod after K1CP, K1R, or any other mods that make significant edits to the Ebon Hawk interior or to the Taris apartment hideout. ------------------------------------------------------------------- CREDITS NWNSSCOMP by Torlack and tk102 DeNCS by JdNoa and Dashus K-GFF by tk102 DLGEditor by tk102 TSL Patcher by stoffe and Fair Strides ERFEdit by stoffe and Fair Strides Kotor Tool by Fred Tetra This mod includes fixes to k_pebn_pophawk.nss which were developed by the K1CP team. This mod was inspired by the following mod request thread on Deadly Stream: https://deadlystream.com/topic/5684-party-member-conversations-in-apartment-and-ebon-hawk-k1/. Thanks to everyone who participated in the original thread for their discussion, which provided a major source of inspiration. ------------------------------------------------------------------- VERSION HISTORY 1.0 - Initial Release 1.1 - Revised installation process and options - Revised the walk scripts in the Mission/Bastila conversation so that they do not need to be compiled during installation - Adjusted the camera angles the Mission/Bastila conversation - Adjusted the conditions for determining when conversations play before and after the Leviathan sequence - Added an extended fade to hide the party fading out and reappearing when entering the Ebon Hawk or Taris apartment - Revised implementation of edits to tar02_bastvision.dlg to reduce incompatibilities with other mods that edit the same file (i.e. K1CP 1.10). - Cleaned up and clarified comments in the script source files ------------------------------------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER AND PERMISSIONS This modification is provided as-is and is not supported by Disney, Lucasarts, or Bioware. This mod makes the spacesuit and diving suit faceplates transparent so that you can see the head of the character wearing them, as opposed to the opaque faceplates on the vanilla suits. There is also an option to install only the diving suits, if you prefer the spacesuits to keep their mirrored vanilla faceplates (similar to real spacesuits). I have also made the following edits to the suit models: - Adjusted texture UVs to hide texture regions that appear unfinished. - Added a bright texture to the squares on either side of the faceplate (which were apparently intended to look like lights but instead appeared reflective in the vanilla game). - Added light beams and in-game light sources to the diving suit to simulate helmet-mounted floodlights. (I have also included an option that does not have these lights if you prefer.) - Added a new environment map for the spacesuit which approximates the surroundings during the spacewalk. I have also included two optional variations: - No Diving Suit Floodlights - Omits the diving suit's new floodlights - Less Transparent Spacesuit Faceplates - Reduces the transparency of the spacesuit's faceplate, if you prefer a more mirrored look but would still like some transparency. The diving suit is not affected by this option. Please note that if you are using a non-vanilla player head, the diving suit and spacesuit will default back to the vanilla-style mirrored faceplates. See the "Compatibility" section below for further information. IMPORTANT: A save from before exploring the Manaan seafloor for the first time is required. Thank you for downloading, and I hope you enjoy this mod! ------------------------------------------------------------------- INSTALLATION Run INSTALL.exe and select the install directory for your game. Select which version of the mod you would like to install from the drop-down menu at the top of the window, and click the "Install" button. The "Full Install" options make changes to both the space suits and the diving suits, while the "Diving Suits Only" options only affect the diving suits. IMPORTANT: - Select one of the "K1CP 1.10+" options if you are using KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP) version 1.10 or higher. If you are using K1CP 1.9.2 or lower, use one of the "General" options. - Select one of the "K1R" options if you are using the KOTOR 1 Restoration (K1R) with the option "Party on the Sea Floor". If you are using K1R without "Party on the Sea Floor", use one of the "General" options. If you would like to use the "No Diving Suit Floodlights" or "Less Transparent Spacesuit Faceplates" options, select the corresponding option from the drop-down menu after the main installation is complete, and click "Install" again. This mod includes the Windows version of HoloPatcher for installation. If you are running on Mac or Linux, you can find the appropriate versions of HoloPatcher here, along with the latest Windows version: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2243-holopatcher/. This mod requires HoloPatcher version 1.5.2 or higher of HoloPatcher. If you have other mods installed, it is normal to see warnings that some or all of the following files already exist and have been skipped: - appearance.2da - heads.2da - lev40ad.mod - manm28aa.mod - manm28ab.mod - manm28ac.mod - manm28ad.mod Selecting the "Diving Suits Only" option will still install the UV fixes and new environment map for the spacesuit. If you do not want these changes, delete the following files from Override: - UV Fixes: spacesuit01.mdl, spacesuit01.mdx - Environment Map: P_WaterSuit02.txi If you would like to edit the scripts in this mod for personal use, please note that most of the provided script source files cannot be directly compiled because they include 2DA memory tokens, placeholders which are automatically replaced by appearance.2da row numbers when compiled during installation. Running the installer and selecting the option "MODDING TOOL: Build Script Source" will save copies of the source scripts to the subfolder "temp_nss_working_dir" within "tslpatchdata" with the necessary appearance.2da row references automatically filled in. ------------------------------------------------------------------- COMPATIBILITY This mod is compatible with the KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP) and the KOTOR 1 Restoration (K1R). Note that if you are using K1CP 1.10 or higher or K1R with the "Party on the Sea Floor" option, you must install the appropriate option as described in the "Installation" section above. It is not compatible with any mods that alter the following files: - k_plev_airouopn2.ncs - k_pman_airlock02.ncs - k_pman_airlock03.ncs - k_pman_airlock11.ncs - k_pman_starmap05.nss - k_pman_starmap02.nss (K1CP 1.10+ installation option only. K1CP itself is, of course, the exception that is compatible.) This mod's edits to m28ad_01a.wok are sufficiently minor that overwriting this mod's version with one from another mod will not cause any significant issues. For best results, install this mod after K1CP, K1R, or any other mods that make significant edits to: - The walk speed of the space/diving suits - The module with the Leviathan spacewalk - The Manaan seafloor or undersea base modules This mod is compatible with reskins and texture mods that affect vanilla heads. It will not conflict with mods that edit the MDL/MDX files of vanilla heads, but the changes to the head model will not carry over to the head seen inside the spacesuit. Similarly, due to the nature of a work-around used by this mod, any mods that edit the Star Map MDL/MDX will not affect the Manaan Star Map. Mods that reskin the Star Map are compatible. Due to the way this mod is implemented, the environment suit faceplates will still be opaque if you use a non-vanilla player head. If you would like to see a non-vanilla head in the spacesuit, I have included instructions for making the new head compatible with this mod. For further information, please see "Instructions to Add New Heads.pdf". ------------------------------------------------------------------- LIMITATIONS AND KNOWN BUGS The new lights on the diving suit do not equally affect all objects, likely due to game engine limitations. If you are using the compatibility patch for the K1R "Party on the Sea Floor" option, your weapons will not be reequipped automatically when you reenter the underwater base. This is a work-around for a bug where party members were somehow still able to use blasters underwater to shoot the Firaxan sharks. Apologies for the inconvenience. ------------------------------------------------------------------- CREDITS KotorBlender by seedhartha tpcview and tga2tpc by ndix UR NWNSSCOMP by Torlack and tk102 DeNCS by JdNoa and Dashus K-GFF by tk102 HoloPatcher by Cortisol and th3w1zard1 ERFEdit by stoffe and Fair Strides Kotor Tool by Fred Tetra Thanks to Nehua for suggesting an option to keep the mirrored faceplates on the spacesuits. Thanks also to Salk for suggesting an option with intermediate transparency. A big thank you to th3w1zard1 and Cortisol for their time and effort spent upgrading HoloPatcher to be able to compile all of the scripts in this mod. Vanilla scripts are based on the K1CP team's repository of unaltered, decompiled vanilla scripts (found at https://github.com/KOTORCommunityPatches/Vanilla_KOTOR_Script_Source). This mod makes use of the script function CP_RemoveForceSpeed developed by the K1CP team. The K1R-compatible version of k_pman_airlock11.ncs/nss includes edits originally developed by the K1R team. Similarly, the K1CP-compatible version of k_pman_starmap02.nss includes edits developed by the K1CP team. ------------------------------------------------------------------- VERSION HISTORY 1.0 - Initial Release 1.1 - Added option to install only the diving suits (suggested by Nehua). 1.2 - Added option to reduce the spacesuit faceplate's transparency (suggested by Salk). - Applied spacesuit environment map with a TXI file instead of a full TPC to improve compatibility with mods that reskin or upscale the original texture (also suggested by Salk). 1.3 - Added work-around for the Star Map to render properly when seen through the diving suit faceplate - Revised suit bubbles to more closely match vanilla behavior - Revised inner suit geometry around neck - Adjusted head motion during walking and running animations - Added code to Manaan airlock scripts to clear Force Speed before going out to the seafloor (vanilla issue originally documented by the K1CP team) - Streamlined the K1R installation process - Switched installer to HoloPatcher to improve cross-platform installability. Special thanks to th3w1zard1 and Cortisol for their substantial efforts to improve HoloPatcher's script compiling ability. ------------------------------------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER AND PERMISSIONS This modification is provided as-is and is not supported by Disney, Lucasarts, or Bioware. This mod makes it so Treat Injury modifies the vitality points gained from Force healing powers. SUMMARY The Treat Injury skill isn’t very useful for Force users, since medpacs become pretty much obsolete when you can heal with Force points. I wanted to make the skill more valuable to Jedi classes while rebalancing Force heals a bit. Now, Jedi will need to invest points into Treat Injury to be effective healers. Characters with low Treat Injury will heal less and may want to rely on other party members with high Treat Injury for healing, or advanced medpacs/life support kits. Lore-wise, it makes sense that a Jedi would need some understanding of the body’s healing process in order to heal effectively through the Force, and that some Jedi are more specialized in healing than others. This mod may make the game slightly more challenging on average, since a Treat Injury lower than your character level will lead to less VP healed compared to vanilla. See details below. DETAILS In vanilla, the number of vitality points you gain from Force healing is tied to your level and Wisdom/Charisma modifiers, plus a flat bonus of 5 VP from Heal and 15 VP from Improved and Master Heal. This mod replaces the character level modifier by the average of your level and Treat Injury skill. Here’s a breakdown of each power’s VP gain: Heal VANILLA: VP = WIS + CHA + level + 5 NEW: VP = WIS + CHA + (level + Treat Injury)/2 + 5 Improved Heal VANILLA: VP = WIS + CHA + level + 15 NEW: VP = WIS + CHA + (level + Treat Injury)/2 + 15 Master Heal VANILLA: VP = WIS + CHA + 2*level + 15 NEW: VP = WIS + CHA + level + Treat Injury + 15 With this mod, you’ll need a Treat Injury equal to your character level to heal the same amount as in vanilla. Points above or below this will increase or decrease the amount compared to vanilla. INSTALLATION To install, run TSLPatcher.exe. If spells.2da already exists in your override folder, an unaltered copy will be placed inside the “backup” folder in the location of TSLPatcher.exe, along with a backup of dialog.tlk. UNINSTALLATION To uninstall, remove k_fp_heal1ti.ncs, k_fp_heal2ti.ncs, k_fp_heal3ti.ncs, and spells.2da from your override folder. Replace dialog.tlk in the main game folder with the unaltered dialog.tlk located in the backup folder. If there's a spells.2da inside the backup folder, move it to override. COMPATIBILITY Should be compatible with any mod that doesn’t affect the scripts for the Heal, Improved Heal, and Master Heal powers. PERMISSIONS Please don’t reupload without my permission. Integrates Force powers from KOTOR II into KOTOR I. DETAILS This mod adds 6 Light side and 6 Dark side Force powers from KOTOR II to KOTOR I. Added powers: • Master Heal • Force Barrier • Improved Force Barrier • Master Force Barrier • Revitalize • Improved Revitalize • Drain Force • Improved Drain Force • Master Drain Force • Force Scream • Improved Force Scream • Master Force Scream I wanted any added powers to feel like they fit naturally in K1 while keeping faithful to their design in K2. For this and other reasons the following powers are excluded: • Powers restricted to prestige classes • Powers granted to the Exile through the story • Powers with hardcoded effects / that would take more involved scripting to implement (Mind Trick, Force Body, Force Deflection) • Battle Meditation - Try my mod Bastila Has TSL Battle Meditation to give this to Bastila as a unique starting power. • Master Energy Resistance - The Energy Resistance tree was rebalanced in KOTOR II so this power isn’t much better than Improved Energy Resistance in K1, at least not enough to justify it taking its own slot. • Master Revitalize - Level 21 power in K2, level capped at 20 in K1 This mod doesn’t give powers to NPCs and doesn’t touch AI scripts. This means enemies will not use the powers and party members will only use them if commanded to. The Force Scream VFX/sound, Revitalize VFX, and Force power icons are ported from KOTOR II. INSTALLATION To install, run TSLPatcher.exe (Required) Unaltered copies of any modified files will be placed in the “backup” folder in the location of TSLPatcher.exe. UNINSTALLATION 1. Remove the following files from override: • spells.2da • visualeffects.2da • effecticon.2da • k_fp_barrier1.ncs • k_fp_barrier2.ncs • k_fp_barrier3.ncs • k_fp_masterheal.ncs • k_fp_revitalize1.ncs • k_fp_revitalize2.ncs • k_fp_scream1.ncs • k_fp_scream2.ncs • k_fp_scream3.ncs • k_fp_drainforce1.ncs • k_fp_drainforce2.ncs • k_fp_drainforce3.ncs • ip_frcbarrier01.tga • ip_frcbarrier02.tga • fp_frcebarrier03.tga • ip_frcscream01.tga • ip_frcscream02.tga • ip_frcscream03.tga • ip_masterheal.tga • ip_revital01.tga • ip_revital02.tga • ip_drainforce01.tga • ip_drainforce02.tga • ip_drainforce03.tga • v_frcscrm1.mdl & .mdx • v_frcscrm2.mdl & .mdx • v_frcscrm3.mdl & .mdx • v_revite.mdl & .mdx • v_pro_scream.wav • fx_slash04.tpc 2. Replace dialog.tlk in the main game folder with the unaltered version in the backup folder. 3. Move any remaining files in the backup folder to override. COMPATIBILITY AND NOTES Should be compatible with any other mod as long it uses TSLPatcher or you install this mod after. Worst case if another mod adds any of the same powers you will have two versions of it. The only mod I know of is InSidious' Four Force Powers which adds a similar Revitalize power. From k_inc_force it seems that some of the powers in KOTOR II don’t function exactly like they’re described. For example the Revitalize powers heal a flat amount instead of a percentage as stated in the description. Drain Force steals a maximum of 20 FP from an enemy, not 10, and Improved Drain Force affects multiple enemies in a range, instead of a single enemy. Some of these seem to be intentional changes that were just never updated in the Force power description. I decided to implement the powers the same way they function in TSL and correct the descriptions. I’m not sure it’s possible to add custom casting animations so Force Scream uses the regular “hand out” animation instead of the “fury” animation it uses in KOTOR II. PERMISSIONS Please don’t reupload this without my permission. CREDITS offthegridmorty KOTOR Tool - Fred Tetra TSLPatcher, TalkEd - stoffe, Fair Strides This mod contains assets from SW: KOTOR II TSL

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 0.4.0 Demo Release Date: 09.03.2024 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! No exceptions! Simply click on the INSTALL.exe, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Description: The Kotor 1 Community Patch (K1CP) is the biggest bug fix mod for Kotor 1 and is arguably the number one go-to mod for Kotor 1, similar to TSLRCM for Kotor 2. The Kotor 1 Restoration (K1R) mod is NOT compatible with the K1CP and as such players have to pick between hundreds of bug fixes offered by the K1CP or the restored content of K1R, they couldn't pick both... until now! Restored Content for K1CP is a restoration mod for Kotor 1 which has been developed for use alongside the K1CP mod, with this mod installed you shall experience restored content alongside the bug fixes of the K1CP mod. This mod also does not follow the same "rules" as K1R, that means this mod might restore cut content that K1R didn't restore either because the original K1R Dev Team didn't want to restore it or because they didn't know about it. This mod is an INDEPENDENT project developed by a single modder (and any future contributors) with no connection to the original K1R mod, everything in this mod was developed from scratch as getting permission to use K1R assets is impossible due to the disappearance of the K1R team leader. This mod is a DEMO meaning it does not restore all the cut content that K1R restores, future updates shall add more content and fix any bugs present in the mod. Whilst this mod is a Demo, it is not necessarily incomplete... what little restored content this mod has to offer is complete and will not standout as unfinished (in terms of the mod itself, your opinion on the cut content might be different). If you have feedback or any bugs to report for the next update, I urge you to report these to me so that the Restored Content for K1CP mod may be the best it can be! What's restored: Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have any bugs but if there are please report them to me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: To be added! A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.3.0 Release Date: 03.03.2024 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST! Install Duros: Armed & Ready BEFORE Heart of Beskar (This mod is required for Heart of Beskar to work properly)! Simply click on the INSTALL.exe, click install then sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Description: Heart of Beskar is a total NPC Overhaul for the Mandalorian faction in Kotor 1. This mod shall add new Mandalorian Soldier variants, add new items, and add new loot drops for Mandalorian NPCs found throughout the Kotor galaxy. New Mandalorian Variants: 1) Mandalorian Recruit: The Mandalorian Recruit is a fresh convert to the Mandalorian belief system, embracing the Mandalorian culture as one embraces a new religion. As fresh recruits, they are the weakest form of Mandalorians you shall encounter. The Duros NPCs who help the Mandalorian faction on Dantooine are mostly made up of recruits and shall wear the new Mandalorian Combat Suit. 2) Mandalorian Initiate: The Mandalorian Initiate is not a full fledged Mandalorian yet, though they're not a fresh recruit either. They replace a select few Duros NPCs on Dantooine and shall wear the new Mandalorian Heavy Suit. 3) Mandalorian Soldier: The Mandalorian Soldier is the normal blue Mandalorian Soldiers from the vanilla game. They wear the Mandalorian Light Armor which replaces the vanilla Mandalorian Battle Armor. 4) Mandalorian Scout: The Mandalorian Scout is a Mandalorian variant from the popular mod "Brotherhood of Shadow: Solomon's Revenge", the Scouts are included here as a homage to the old mod. They're found on Dantooine and wear the new Mandalorian Scout Armor. 5) Mandalorian Marauders: The Mandalorian Marauder is a Mandalorian variant who only ever appeared in a Star Wars Miniatures toy series. These Mandalorians have been brought to life in the Kotor game and shall primarily use melee weapons against the player, they're mainly found on Kashyyyk and wear the new Mandalorian Marauder Armor. 6) Mandalorian Heavy Trooper: The Mandalorian Heavy Trooper is an elite veteran class of Mandalorians, their armor is based on the Mandalorian Heavy Armor item found in the vanilla game. They're encountered on Dantooine and Lehon. 7) Mandalorian Shock Trooper: The Mandalorian Shock Trooper is the in-game recreation of the Neo-Crusader Shock Trooper from the Kotor comics, their armor is based on the Mandalorian Assault Armor item found in the vanilla game. They're encountered on Kashyyyk and Lehon. 8,) Mandalorian Rally Master: The Mandalorian Rally Master is the normal red Mandalorian from the vanilla game. Sherruk is considered a Rally Masters. 9) Mandalorian Field Marshal: The Mandalorian Field Marshal is the normal yellow Mandalorian from the vanilla game. The Kashyyyk Mandalorian Commander and the Lehon Mandalorian Captain are Field Marshals, in addtion, the helmet items that they drop shall now be yellow instead of blue. The Heart of Beskar mod wouldn't be complete without actual Beskar... what is Beskar? Beskar is a metal that's mined on the planet Mandalore, armor forged from Beskar can withstand blunt force, lightsaber strikes, and repeated blaster fire... the viewers of Disney's The Mandalorian TV Series should be familiar with Beskar and its protective capabilities. The lowest tiers of Mandalorian Armors are forged with Beskar Alloy, this alloy is a mixture of Beskar and other metals thus reducing its protective capabilities. In-game, armors forged from Beskar Alloy will have a very low energy immunity bonus whereas stronger Mandalorian armors will have a higher energy immunity bonus... the highest energy immunity bonus in the Heart of Beskar mod is 90%. The new protective buffs from the Mandalorian armors shall also be applied to the Mandalorians themselves as every Mandalorian NPC will now wear the armor of their rank, so for example a Mandalorian Scout will wear Mandalorian Scout armor and shall recieve the buffs from that armor. A basic test run on the normal difficulty has been tested and I can confirm that a competent Kotor player should be able to defeat the Mandalorians even with the armor buffs, though you are welcome to report back to me if a specific Mandalorian is giving you trouble. New Mandalorian Items: Mandalorian Combat Suit (Inspired by the TSL item): Dropped by Kandon Ark, sold by Eli Gand Mandalorian Heavy Suit (Inspired by the TSL item): Sold by Igear, found in a Dantooine Mandalorian's backpack Echani Heavy Armor (Replaces the cut Mandalorian Armor): Sold by Greeta Holda Mandalorian Light Armor (Replaces Mandalorian Battle Armor): Found on a Mandalorian Corpse near the Grove Mandalorian Scout Armor: Found on a Mandalorian Corpse in the crystal cave, Found on a Corpse near the Sand People Camp Mandalorian Marauder Armor: Sold by the Dreshdae Czerka Store Mandalorian Heavy Armor (Restored item): Found in a container in the Sith Academy's torture room Mandalorian Assault Armor (Fixed item): Sold by Mika Dorin Mandalorian Marshal Armor: Sold by Mika Dorin Mandalorian Rally Armor: Sold by Mika Dorin Cassus Fett's Battle Armor: Sold by Mika Dorin Mandalorian Training Mask: Sold by Tyvark If you have any feedback, feel free to comment it down below: if you feel the mod is too overpowered or you have a suggestion for a change or a future feature I am more than happy to hear it! Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have any bugs though if you find any please report them to me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Incompatible with any mods that modify the same UTI and texture files included in this mod. Please see http://github.com/th3w1zard1/KOTORModSync for the main repo. Please report any bugs or problems you encounter. While I test this heavily, it's difficult to find any and all problems when incorporating 200+ mod's instructions across dozens of operating systems and platform combinations. If you happen to notice something odd or out of place, please report them. KOTORModSync is a multi-mod installer for KOTOR games that makes it easier to install and manage mods. I usually install the Reddit mod build every year or so. The process takes about an hour and it's repetitive moving files, running tslpatcher, deleting specific files, and occasionally renaming some files. The last time I installed the modbuild I made a mistake on a single different step, 3 times in a row. Most mistakes require a full restart from the beginning. This is tedious, so I decided to create an installer creator in C# to simplify the process. Goals Mod creators work really hard on their mods. It's the least we can do to install them and use them, right? However, who wants to reinstall to vanilla and spend several hours reinstalling mods, just to add 1 or 2 extra mods on top of it? Other mod managers I've tried were either too difficult to configure, require significant changes to a hard-to-understand configuration file, or only provided limited functionality for defining new mods. KOTOR mods definitely can have complex dependency relationships with each other in regard to compatibility, due to the nature and age of TSLPatcher. Usage If you are an end user just wanting to install some mods, simply load up the instruction files provided, choose the mods you want from the left list and any options, and press 'Start main install' Watch Xuul's tutorial video here: Effortless Modding with Kotor Mod Sync: The Ultimate Guide for Star Wars KOTOR Mods (youtube.com) If you are a mod developer, this program contains a full-blown instruction editor that'll allow you to quickly create instructions for your mod and define its compatibility with other mods. See Dependencies/Restrictions and InstallBefore/InstallAfter explanation - Pastebin.com for more information. See the video tutorial here: Creating involved instructions for KOTORModSync - YouTube Features Can install the https://kotor.neocities.org/ mod builds in about 20 minutes from a vanilla install. Supports TSLPatching on mac/linux without wine! Select the individual mods you want for an install - the dependencies and incompatibilities will automatically be chosen and sorted. This means end users don't have to worry about specific instructions regarding other mods in the list. All the compatibility steps are handled internally by KOTORModSync and the default instructions files provided here. An end user simply can select the mods they want to install in the left list, and any customizations if they like, and simply press 'Install All' to have everything installed automatically. This program has a built-in GUI editor and an installer packed into one. Modbuild creators can create instructions with little to no knowledge of the format and easily share them with end users. End users can install everything from the instruction file with a simple click of a button. Edit any instructions and verify the configuration with built-in tools. Some support to dry run an install. A flexible configuration editor and parser utilizing TOML syntax. This is very user-friendly and similar to INI which TSLPatcher already uses and most modders are used to. Create instructions files with complex dependency structures for multiple mods, and have end users install everything exactly according to the instructions created. No more manually copying/deleting files: KOTORModSync handles all of that for your end user. Platforms KOTORModSync is a cross-platform 32-bit and 64-bit .NET application. It is compatible with the following operating systems: Windows 7 and 8: Compatible if running .NET Framework 4.6.2 or higher. Windows 10 and 11: Fully compatible with any Windows release. Linux and Mac: Fully compatible - choose one of the two that match your operating system. Users do not need to download any additional runtimes: everything is self-contained within the application. Linux You may need additional X11 libraries. In order to get this working on WSL, for example, I had to install the following packages: sudo apt install libsm6 libice6 libx11-dev libfontconfig1 libx11-6 libx11-xcb1 libxau6 libxcb1 libxdmcp6 libxcb-xkb1 libxcb-render0 libxcb-shm0 libxcb-xfixes0 libxcb-util1 libxcb-xinerama0 libxcb-randr0 libxcb-image0 libxcb-keysyms1 libxcb-sync1 libxcb-xtest0 Then you can simply run in a terminal like this: ./KOTORModSync If you run into problems with the Linux or Mac builds, please contact me and I'll try to get a fix ready for the next release. Credit Snigaroo This man saved me a countless amount of hours. I'd still be struggling through game glitches and mod-specific instructions I didn't understand. Actually, I'd probably still be on Dantooine trying to determine why I'm getting visual glitches and crashes which he solved with the one-word message 'grass'. Cortisol Created HoloPatcher and the PyKotor library that KOTORModSync uses to patch mods. These projects are the main reason KOTORModSync can be supported on Mac/Linux. While the PyKotor/HoloPatcher projects have had some issues, this guy was more or less available for comment if I had questions on how I could fix any remaining problems myself. JCarter426 There were so many KOTOR-specific things to learn, without his help I'd still be trying to deserialize encapsulated resource files. His time and patience were incredibly useful to the project and this project would be impossible without him. Testers: Lewok from r/KOTOR Thank you for helping test that obnoxious UAC elevation problem legacy Windows apps like TSLPatcher have. Other notable users Fair-Strides Provided the perl source code of TSLPatcher on GitHub, and generally maintained the TSLPatcher project in Stoffe's absence. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.0.0 Release Date: 14.05.2023 Installation: Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Description: The Sith Governor is an NPC you encounter towards the end of Taris, in the vanilla game he uses the 'Dark Jedi Apprentice' appearance which is seen throughout the game as a generic enemy. The appearance of the Dark Jedi Apprentice NPCs is very similar to the appearance of Darth Bandon, an NPC you find later on in the game. Whilst the game doesn't explicitly say this, we can assume that the Sith Governor NPC is a non-Tarisian foreigner who was appointed to his position by his superior Dark Jedi. The Governor mentions he doesn't yet own a Lightsaber, suggesting he's only an Apprentice. Dialogue with various NPCs across Taris suggests that the Sith Governor is the absolute dictator of the Sith occupation on Taris as he most likely signs up any law the Tarisians have to abide by and has the absolute authority to do whatever action he wants to govern his planet. For an NPC with such authority on Taris, why would he look like every other Dark Jedi Apprentice you see in the game? And since the Dark Jed Apprentice looks like Darth Bandon, it lessens the 'impact' both NPCs have on the player. You see the Sith Governor... he isn't unique, he looks like Darth Bandon! You see Darth Bandon... he isn't anything special, he looks like that weak Sith Governor. This mod was requested by the user "Sniggles", the one who maintains the Kotor Mod Builds on Reddit, to fix that problem. With this mod installed, the Sith Governor shall wear a unique Sith Governor's uniform based on the vanilla Sith Officer uniform and shall have a unique head model capable of displaying the mask item he wears making his appearance totally unique from Darth Bandon. This mod was originally going to be included as part of a bigger Sith Officer uniform mod, though with the prospect of Sniggles adding it to the Kotor Mod Builds and the fact some players might prefer this small mod over a big Sith Officer mod, I have since decided to release this feature separately. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. If the player and/or party is wearing a mask item, it is possible that the Sith Governor's mask item might be rendered invisible. This is a bug in the Game's engine and cannot be fixed. Incompatibilities: Please report any incompatibilities! If you have "Invisible Headgear" installed the Sith Governor's mask shall also be invisible. Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. As per Heyorange's readme, assets from the Sith Uniform mod are free to use as long as Heyorange is properly credited. Thanks to: Heyorange: For creating the Sith Uniform Reformation mod, for which the Sith Governor's uniform is based on! Sniggles: For requesting the mod! Bioware: For such an amazing game! TSL Style Loading Screens for KotOR I made these loading screens for my port of KotOR to TSL but decided to release them as a standalone because why not. KotOR in TSL Trailer Though personally I prefer Sithspecter's coloured versions of the original KotOR Loading Screens found here : Loadscreens in Color But people have their preferences, so who knows maybe someone will like this. Reference : These are all made at 1280x1024 so they won't look right for anyone using 1920x1080 or any other widescreen resolutions, I do plan to make a pack of them at 1920x1080 at some point. Thanks & Enjoy Installation Copy files to the override folder. Uninstallation Delete files from the override folder. This mod makes your spacesuit's faceplate transparent so that you can see the head of the character wearing it, as opposed to the opaque faceplate on the vanilla spacesuit. I have also made the following edits to the suit model: - Adjusted texture UVs to hide texture regions that appear unfinished. - Added a bright texture to the bright white squares on either side of the faceplate. For plot-related reasons, the faceplate will still be opaque for the Jekk'Jekk Tarr sequence when Mira steals your spacesuit. I have also included an option with a less transparent faceplate, if you would like some transparency but prefer something closer to the mirrored visors on real spacesuits. This mod requires The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM). It has not been tested with an unaltered version of the game without TSLRCM. Please note that if you are using a non-vanilla player head, the spacesuit will default back to the vanilla-style mirrored helmet. See the "Compatibility" section below for further information. Thank you for downloading, and I hope you enjoy this mod! ------------------------------------------------------------------- INSTALLATION Run INSTALL.exe and select the install directory for your game. Select "Main Installation" from the drop-down at the top, and click the "Install" button. If you are using TSLRCM from the Steam Workshop, see this guide for how to combine installer-based mods with the Workshop: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=488641307 If you would like to use the "Less Transparent Faceplates" option, select the corresponding option from the drop-down menu after the main installation is complete, and click "Install" again. This mod includes the Windows version of HoloPatcher for installation. If you are running on Mac or Linux, you can find the appropriate versions of HoloPatcher here, along with the latest Windows version: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2243-holopatcher/. This mod requires HoloPatcher version 1.5.2 or higher. If you have other mods installed, it is normal to see warnings that some or all of the following files already exist and have been skipped: - appearance.2da - heads.2da - 201TEL.mod If you would like to edit the scripts in this mod for personal use, please note that most of the provided script source files cannot be directly compiled because they include 2DA memory tokens, placeholders which are automatically replaced by appearance.2da row numbers when compiled during installation. Running the installer and selecting the option "MODDING TOOL: Build Script Source" will save copies of the source scripts to the subfolder "temp_nss_working_dir" within "tslpatchdata" with the necessary appearance.2da row references automatically filled in. ------------------------------------------------------------------- COMPATIBILITY This mod requires The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM). It is not compatible with any other mods which edit a_104per_enter.ncs. For best results, install this mod after TSLRCM and any other mods that make significant edits to: - The walk speed of the spacesuit - The Peragus spacewalk module - The Citadel Station dock module This mod is compatible with reskins and texture mods that affect vanilla heads. It will not conflict with mods that edit the MDL/MDX files of vanilla heads, but the changes to the head model will not carry over to the head seen inside the spacesuit. Due to the way this mod is implemented, the environment suit faceplates will still be opaque if you use a non-vanilla player head. If you would like to see a non-vanilla head in the spacesuit, I have included instructions for making the new head compatible with this mod. For further information, please see the file "Instructions to Add New Heads.pdf". ------------------------------------------------------------------- CREDITS KotorBlender by seedhartha tpcview and tga2tpc by ndix UR NWNSSCOMP by Torlack and tk102 DeNCS by JdNoa and Dashus K-GFF by tk102 Holopatcher by Cortisol and th3w1zard1 ERFEdit by stoffe and Fair Strides Kotor Tool by Fred Tetra Thanks to Salk for suggesting an option with reduced transparency on the faceplate for the K1 version of this mod. The K1 Community Patch (K1CP) is a compilation of previous bugfix mods and a multitude of new original fixes put together with the intention of resolving the many and various issues that KOTOR has. This includes some well-known game breaking bugs/softlocks, broken quests, inaccessible content, as well as lesser issues such as problems in conversations, visual inconsistencies, player annoyances, etc. The intention is for the changes to be as seamless as possible, fixing and improving things whilst still retaining the original developer intent. A huge thanks to all of the mod authors who created these mods, and allowed them to be included in this patch! Unfortunately, the individual list of changes has grown far too long to be included in this post. However, you can view a detailed breakdown of each author's individual contributions in the included readme file and a summary of the changes the current version has made since the previous release in the changelog file. List of Contributing Authors (alphabetical): A Future Pilot blennus danil-ch darthbdaman DarthParametric Ebmar Frykas Gimmick5000 jc2 JCarter426 Kainzorus Prime Kexikus KOTOR 1 Restoration Team Leilukin Markus Ramikin N-DReW25 ndix UR R2-X2 Red Hessian Salk th3w1zard1 Thrak Farelle WildKarrde Installation: Run INSTALL.exe and navigate to your K1 install folder. Generally speaking, this mod should be installed before anything else, except mods that do hard edits/overwrites of 2DA, TLK or MOD (module) files. Warning: Never run the installer from inside the archive! Always extract the archive onto your hard drive first. N.B.: With the advent of version 1.10.0, K1CP has migrated away from the use of TSLPatcher and switched to HoloPatcher. This allows for additional patching functionality and resolves some bugs encountered with TSLPatcher. HoloPatcher is also multi-platform. The bundled installer is the Windows version, but Mac and Linux users can download the appropriate installer for their system here. It is highly recommended that you do not install the game on your system's C drive, especially in Program Files. Windows can have permissions issues when trying to install the mod to a C drive destination. If you are using the Steam version of the game and have installed Steam in its default Program Files location, we advise creating a new Steam Library on a different drive and moving the game there via the game's Properties pop-up in Steam. Compatibility/Known Issues: K1CP uses module injection in an attempt to remain as compatible as possible with other mods. This may result in issues with mods that simply put files in the Override folder. It is recommended that you consult the individual authors of any large scale mods, particularly those that edit DLGs and scripts, as to whether their work is compatible with K1CP. Some mods will likely require updates, some may need to be installed in a specific order, whilst others may be fundamentally incompatible. K1CP currently only supports the English language version of the game, and makes a number of edits to the TLK file in English. If anyone is able to provide translations of these changes to other languages, please let us know. The KOTOR 1 Restoration (K1R) mod is incompatible with K1CP, however there is ongoing work to re-create the K1R mod for K1CP: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2345-restored-content-for-k1cp-demo/ These are the currently known bugs/issues with KOTOR or the mod that the K1CP is looking to resolve: https://github.com/KOTORCommunityPatches/K1_Community_Patch/issues If you find any others, especially with changes/additions K1CP makes, please report them on the Github issue page or here on Deadly Stream so they can be addressed. Be sure to include as much information as possible, including a list of all the other mods you have installed, the order you installed them in, steps to reproduce the problem, along with screenshots and save files, if appropriate. You may also be directed to provide the install log file, a list of the contents of your Override folder, and specific MOD files from your modules folder. Uninstallation: Given the complexity of this mod, a clean install of KOTOR is the recommended approach for uninstalling K1CP. However, HoloPatcher does provide uninstall Shell (Bash) and PowerShell scripts which will work as long as K1CP was the most recent mod installed. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.0.0 Release Date: 17.06.2023 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! Simply click on this mod's INSTALL.exe, click install, sit back, and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Description: In the Kotor games, certain alien NPCs can wear the same robes and armor the player can (such as the Twi'leks and the Devaronians) whilst other aliens can't (such as Trandoshans and Rodians). The reason why this is is because of the way these aliens are setup, for example, the Twi'lek is made up of two models: the head and the body, whilst the Rodian is one single model containing both the head and the body. The Duros NPCs are one of the aliens that use 1 model for the entire NPC instead of two, this prevents the Duros from visibly wearing any armor that's equipped on the Duros NPC. Whilst most players won't really notice the single model alien NPCs who can't wear armor, what they might notice is how the Duros on Dantooine who are aligned with the Mandalorian faction there aren't wearing the iconic Mandalorian armor. One could argue that the Duros themselves aren't Mandalorians as they're only ever referred to as "allies" of the Mandalorians, but one longer has to argue, as this mod is here to change everything! In 2015, JCarter426 released his Head Modder's Resource for K2 on MediaFire which took many one model aliens and separated the heads from their bodies. This allowed one model NPCs like Rodians to wear Jedi Robes when previously they couldn't. This was not a mod; however, it was a resource for other modders to pick out assets they wanted to use in their own mods. In the past 8 years, the only thing that has come from the Modder's Resource was the Duros Jedi cameo in the Full Jedi Council mod by Kexikus and Duros Mandalorians in the Smash City Studios fan film "Star Wars KOTOR: Episode 1: A Familiar Path". The idea of Mandalorian Duros has been a dream ever since I first saw the "A Familiar Path" fan film, and today we get to live that dream! The Duros who accompany the Mandalorians on Dantooine and the Duros who work as Miners on Tatooine shall wear Mandalorian armor and Czerka uniform instead of the Duros outfit we all know and love. Originally, I wanted to have two totally different separate mods that edited the Mandalorian Duros and the Duros Miners on Tatooine separately... but to ensure the cleanest installation process I've decided to release this mod, "Duros: Armed and Ready!", before those two mods so that if players don't like those two secret mods then players can simply opt for this simplier mod instead! Those two secret mods shall require "Duros: Armed and Ready!" for the Duros aspect of those mods to work properly, but until those mods are released players do not have to worry about this. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs, but if there are feel free to report it to me on Deadlystream. It is possible that Duros modified in this mod shall perform 'idle' animations that clip through the Duros head (such as when an NPC brushes their hair, the Duros who perform this animation will brush right through their face). This bug isn't fixable without brute work modding (possibly involving a new unique Duros heavy battle armor and Czerka body model with different animations), though it shouldn't really be noticable as the Mandalorian Duros will turn hostile and attack the player if you approach them... the bug is only noticable if you focus on the Duros Miners. When the Duros Miners on Tatooine speak, their lips will not move. This might either be an oversight on JCarter426's part back when he made the heads or a result of porting the head to K1, this might be fixed in a future update. Incompatibilities: Please report any incompatibilities! Will be incompatible with any mod that changes the Mandalorian Duros on Dantooine or the Duros Miners on Tatooine, though I don't know of any mods that do this. The Duros in this mod use the heavy battle armor and Czerka uniform body model, so any changes to these models will affect the Duros (Again, I don't know of any mods that do this). Duros reskins, Mandalorian Armor reskins and Czerka uniform reskins should be compatible with this mod, though how they look together is up to personal opinion! Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. The Duros head models themselves are free for any modder to use! Thanks to: JCarter426: For creating the Duros heads in the first place, without you this mod wouldn't have been possible! Smash City Studios: For using the Duros heads in the "Star Wars KOTOR: Episode 1: A Familiar Path" fan film, their appearance greatly inspired this mod! Bioware: For such an amazing game! Fred Tetra: For Kotor Tool! Stoffee: For TSLPatcher! Everyone who downloads the mod! Gives Bastila a unique Force power based on the Battle Meditation power from TSL. *NOTE: This mod will only work properly on saves from before Bastila has joined your party.* DETAILS This mod essentially ports the "Improved Battle Meditation" Force power from KOTOR II and gives it to Bastila as a starting power instead of Force Aura. Like in TSL, the power adds +2 to attack rolls, damage, and will saves for all party members and -2 for enemies within a 10m radius for 20 seconds at a cost of 35 FP. It also increases vitality regeneration for the duration. The power is not selectable at level-up by the PC or party members and is only added as one of Bastille’s starting powers. The VFX and Force power icon are ported from TSL. In KOTOR II, Improved Battle Meditation is a level 12 power while this mod gives it to Bastila at level 3, so it's possible there's an effect on balance in the early game. I don't think it's too OP of a power but let me know if you have feedback. INSTALLATION To install, run TSLPatcher.exe. This is required. Don't try to copy the files over manually. NOTE: If you install on a save from after Bastila has already joined your party, she won't have the power and won’t be able to select it on level-up. You can use save editor to give her the power. If any files are modified, a backup folder of unmodified files will be created inside the mod folder. UNINSTALLATION To uninstall, remove spells.2da, visualeffects.2da, effecticon.2da, p_bastila.utc, fp_bmed.ncs, v_bmedit2_imp.mdl, v_bmedit2_imp.mdx, v_bmedit2r_imp.mdl , v_bmedit2r_imp.mdx, and ip_battlemed02.tga from the override folder. Replace dialog.tlk in the main game folder with the unaltered version found in the backup folder. Then move the rest of the files in the backup folder to override. COMPATIBILITY Should be compatible with most other mods as long as they use TSLPatcher or you install this mod afterward. Could potentially conflict with other mods that edit Bastila's starting Force powers. PERMISSIONS Please don’t reupload without my permission. This mod edits the various landing pad areas so that you can see the through the Ebon Hawk's and Telos shuttles' cockpit windows, which should be a bit more interesting than the blacked-out windows in the vanilla game. It also adds more detail to the room which is visible through the hole in the side of the ship in the prologue. This mod includes some model fixes to the Telos hangars and Telos shuttle crash site developed by PapaZinos, which are included here with permission. I have also made the following area model improvements: - Added proper lightmaps and missing geometry to the Ebon Hawk on Malachor V (i.e. landing gear hatches, the exit ramp, and the entire port side). Also patched the chunk missing from the starboard side for better consistency with the prerendered cutscenes. - Fixed the flickering windows at the Citadel Station Entertainment Module's shuttle terminals. - Changed the texture for the base of the crane in the Telos Academy to one that doesn't look like concrete. - Added unique environment map reflections for the Ebon Hawk similar to KOTOR 1 ("Enhanced Reflections" version only). - Replaced the 512x512 vanilla Ebon Hawk texture with the 1024x1024 version from KOTOR 1 ("Enhanced Reflections" version only). Because mods that edit the same area models are incompatible by nature, I have included optional compatibility patches for use with other notable mods. Please see the "Compatibility" section below for further information. **IMPORTANT**: There are two versions of this mod: - Enhanced Reflections - Adds new area-specific reflections to the Ebon Hawk's exterior. Recommended if you do not use any mods that reskin/upscale the Ebon Hawk exterior (or if you do and are willing to do some extra work to make them compatible). - Reskin Friendly - More readily compatibility with reskins of the Ebon Hawk exterior. Does not include the new reflections. Thank you for downloading, and I hope you enjoy this mod! ------------------------------------------------------------------- INSTALLATION If you are using one or more of the mods listed in the "Compatibility" section below, install them first. Run "INSTALL.exe" and follow the prompts. It is normal to see warnings that 202tel.mod and 222tel.mod already exist and have been skipped. When installation is complete, copy the files from any required compatibility patches into your game's Override folder, overwriting when asked. If you are using TSLRCM from the Steam Workshop, see this guide for how to combine installer-based mods with the Workshop: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=488641307 For best results, I recommend using a save from before visiting the Citadel Station Entertainment Module for the first time. However, this is not required. If you continue from a later save, all you will miss are a couple of pilots for the Entertainment Module shuttles. ------------------------------------------------------------------- COMPATIBILITY This mod is compatible with The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM). For best results, install this mod after TSLRCM, any of the mods listed below, or any other mods which make significant edits to the Telos Entertainment Module. Except as noted below, this mod is incompatible with any other mods that edit the same files. The main installation is compatible with following mods: - Ultimate Citadel Station Repairs by PapaZinos (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2059-ultimate-citadel-station-repairs/) - Telos Model Repairs by PapaZinos (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2059-ultimate-citadel-station-repairs/) I have also included compatibility patches for the following mods: - KOTOR 2 Community Patch (K2CP) (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1280-kotor-2-community-patch/) - M4-78 Enhancement Project (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/277-m4-78-enhancement-project/) - High Quality Skyboxes II for TSL by Kexikus (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1793-high-quality-skyboxes-ii/) - Realistic Nar Shaddaa Skybox by Sharen Thrawn (https://www.gamefront.com/games/knights-of-the-old-republic-ii/file/realistic-nar-shaddaa-skybox) - Telos Polar Academy Hangar Skybox by DarthParametric (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1389-telos-polar-academy-hangar-skybox/) - Coruscant Jedi Temple by deathdisco (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/585-coruscant-jedi-temple-by-deathdisco/) - Nar Shaddaa Landing Pad Repair by PapaZinos (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2004-nar-shaddaa-landing-pad-repair/) - Spark Effect - Ebon Hawk by PapaZinos (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2314-spark-effect-ebon-hawk/) This mod is compatible with most reskins and texture mods. If you use the "Enhanced Reflections" install package with a mod that reskins the exterior of the Ebon Hawk, the Telos military base, and/or the Telos polar academy, follow the steps below. USING RESKIN MODS WITH ENHANCED REFLECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------------- If you are using an Ebon Hawk reskin with the "Enhanced Reflections" version, perform the following steps: 1. Make a copy of PER_EH1.tga/txi for each row in the table below, named to match the Texture Name column. 2. Open each of the resulting TXI files in a text editor and change the envmaptexture or bumpyshinytexture parameter to the corresponding "EnvMap" in the table. 3. Delete each corresponding TPC file from this mod, as well as kor_ehok.tpc. Texture Name EnvMap Notes: wk_dan_eh1 WK_CM_DanPad wk_dxn_eh1 WK_CM_DxnHawk wk_nar_eh1 WK_CM_NarPad wk_per_eh1 WK_CM_PerHang wk_telac_eh1 WK_CM_TelAcad wk_telcit_eh1 WK_CM_TelHang wk_cor_eh1 WK_CM_CorPad Only needed if using with Coruscant Jedi Temple by deathdisco wk_m478_eh1 WK_CM_M478Pad Only needed if using with M4-78 If the reskin includes any of the following files, open their TXIs and change the "envmaptexture" or "bumpyshinytexture" as follows. Also delete the conflicting TPC file from this mod. Texture Name EnvMap 002_ebo_main1 WK_CM_PerSpace 002_ebo_main3 WK_CM_PerSpace mal_ebo_main2 WK_CM_MalHawk If you are using a reskin mod for the Telos military base and/or polar academy with the "Enhanced Reflections" version, I recommend doing the following: 1. Make extra copies of tel_tr07.tga/txi and rename them to wk_telacadmtl.tga/txi. 2. Open wk_telacadmtl.txi with a text editor and change the envmaptexture to WK_CM_TelAcad. 3. Delete the version of wk_telacadmtl.tpc from this mod. ------------------------------------------------------------------- CREDITS KotorBlender by seedhartha MDLedit and KOTORmax by bead-v tpcview and tga2tpc by ndix UR NWNSSCOMP by Torlack and tk102 K-GFF by tk102 TSL Patcher by stoffe ERFEdit by stoffe and Fair Strides Kotor Tool by Fred Tetra Thanks to Kexikus, deathdisco, and DarthParametric for granting permission to include modified files from their mods for compatibility. THIS IS A PATCH, ORIGINAL MOD BY EXISTENTIAL SELKATH IS STILL REQUIRED The purpose of this mod is to provide a patch to finally be able to use Existential Selkath's excellent HK Overhaul mod in Kotor 2. I was hoping for Existential Selkath to release their own version of this but after seeing the following comment by them it seemed to me like they mostly gave up on doing so, thus I decided to release my own. This patch does not include any of the incredible texture work by Existential Selkath, it only patches the model to bring it to work within TSL. This patch also makes it so the model uses the new TSL animations and includes Marius Fett's HK-47 Disabled Animation Eye Fix Mod. A disabled HK-47 will have its eyes turned off. Original Mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/kotor/mods/1476?tab=files ------------------------------ Installation ------------------------------ Download Existential Selkath's original mod, and copy its contents to your TSL Override directory. Once that is done, run the TSL Patcher found with this mod. ------------------------------ Uninstallation ------------------------------ Copy the appearance.2da found in the backup directory back to override. Then delete the new p_hk47.mdl and p_hk47.mdx files.

Jedi Choice Dialogue Enhancement Author: Emperor Devon Version: 1.00 File Name: Jedi Choice Dialogue Enhancement.zip Contact: Emperor Devon (Deadly Stream), emperor.devon9@gmail.com (email), false_epiphany (Discord). Bug reports, feedback, and suggestions are all welcome. 1. DESCRIPTION The cheesiest three lines in KotOR for me are: "I want to be a Jedi Guardian!" "I want to be a Jedi Sentinel!" "I want to be a Jedi Consular!" They read like something an 11-year-old would yell. I can't take them seriously. So, this mod replaces those three lines with nine different lines, which vary depending upon your PC's alignment. Light Side • "I would defend those who cannot defend themselves, Master Dorak. The Jedi Guardian's path calls to me." • "I would uphold truth and justice, Master Dorak. The Jedi Sentinel's path calls to me." • "I would serve the Force above all else, Master Dorak. The Jedi Consular's path calls to me." Neutral • "I would take battle to the Sith, Master Dorak. The Jedi Guardian's path calls to me." • "I would expose treachery wherever it may be found, Master Dorak. The Jedi Sentinel's path calls to me." • "I would heed the Force above all else, Master Dorak. The Jedi Consular's path calls to me." Dark Side • "I would destroy the Order's enemies, Master Dorak. The Jedi Guardian's path calls to me." • "I would root out traitors wherever they hide, Master Dorak. The Jedi Sentinel's path calls to me." • "The galaxy's lesser troubles are nothing before the Force, Master Dorak. The Jedi Consular's path calls to me." 2. COMPATIBILITY There is another mod (whose name I forget) that replaces the "I want to be a Jedi <class>!" lines with "I wish to be a Jedi <class>." You'll have to pick between that mod and mine, as they modify the same dialogue file. Otherwise, this mod is compatible with all other mods. That includes the several dialogue.tlk mods which modify your PC's dialogue options. 3. INSTALLATION Copy the file to your override folder. 4. UNINSTALLATION Delete the file from your override folder. 5. USAGE AND PERMISSIONS You have my blessing to do whatever you want with this file. If you use it in another mod, or upload it to another website, please give me attribution for my work. 6. CREDITS • Cortisol for developing the Holocron Toolset • Deadly Stream for providing a continued home for KotOR modding • tk102 for his dialogue editor • Wine's developers for letting me run Windows tools over Ubuntu • Wizard for continuing to maintain the Holocron Toolset • BioWare and Obsidian for making great games that people still play 20+ years later. 7. Something's gone wrong with the Ebon Hawk. Not only are sparks flying out of its panels every which way, but those sparks look less like sparks and more like Pac-Man's power pellets. Most likely because the spark objects in the local geometry are not making use of the same effects technology the rest of the game's sparks are, namely motion blur for that streak look. This mod takes fixes up the sparks used in the game's prologue to use the same technology as the rest of the game, for a stronger look more consistent with the rest of the game, while retaining all of the same intention as the original ones. For clarity, this is not a texture mod, but a model one. It is compatible with any texture mods of your choice. Check out the included video below to see the differences. spkeff.mp4 Installation: Download the .7z file and extract to your override folder, found in the same directory as your main game executable. For Steam installations, this would be "Steam\steamapps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II\override". You can open .7z files with programs like Archive Utility on macOS, or by downloading free programs like PeaZip on Windows and Linux. Uninstallation: Remove the folder "Spark_Effect_v1.0" from your override. Compatibility: Users should expect full compatibility with any other mods, so long as they do not modify/replace the files listed below. This mod is compatible with "Ultimate Ebon Hawk Repairs". You can also check out ShiningRedHD's "Ebon Hawk HD - 4x Upscaled Texture" on NexusMods for a high definition version of the exterior of the ship. Dark parts of the ship's map bothering you? Check out "TSL Ebon Hawk Downloadable Map" by Ashton Scorpius. After installing the High Quality Blasters 1.1 mod by Sithspecter i run into some problems: 1. The Mandalorian Ripper shoots laser bolts from the ground. 2. The Baragwin Distruptor-X Weapon is invisible. This mod aims to fix these problems. You still need to install the original mod and then this one. (If you have the Mandalorian Ripper or the Baragwin Distruptor-X Weapon in your inventory already, then you need to remove them and then add them back with the KotOR Savegame Editor.)

This mod edits the various landing pad areas so that you can see through the Ebon Hawk's cockpit windows to the interior, which should be a bit more interesting than the blacked-out windows from the vanilla game. This mod incorporates model fixes to the Dantooine landing pad and Leviathan hangar developed by the KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP) team, which are included here with permission. I have also made the following minor area model improvements: - Adjusted the Manaan hangar's ceiling layout to hide a rogue seamblocker mesh. - Edited the Korriban landing bay's lightmapping to add some bounce lighting around the floor lights. - Created new environment map reflections for the Ebon Hawk in Davik's hangar and the Leviathan's hangar to better match the hangar space. Because mods that edit the same area models are incompatible by nature, I have provided optional compatibility patches for use with other notable mods. Please see the "Compatibility" section below for further information. Thank you for downloading, and I hope you enjoy this mod! ------------------------------------------------------------------- INSTALLATION If you are using one or more of the mods listed in the "Compatibility" section below, install them first. Copy all files from "Main Installation" to your game's Override folder. Then, copy files from any required compatibility patches into Override as well, overwriting when asked. ------------------------------------------------------------------- COMPATIBILITY Except as noted below, this mod is incompatible with any other mods that edit the same files. The standard installation is compatible with the KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP) and includes most of its edits to the Leviathan hangar except for the added forcefield, which can be added with the separate compatibility patch below. I have included additional compatibility patches for the following mods: - K1CP (Added Leviathan Forcefield) (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1258-kotor-1-community-patch/) - High Quality Skyboxes II for K1 by Kexikus (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/723-high-quality-skyboxes-ii/) - Yavin Station Hangar by me (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2068-yavin-station-hangar/) As noted above, the K1CP compatibility patch is only required for the added forcefield over the hangar opening and is entirely optional if you prefer the vanilla-style invisible forcefield. This mod is compatible with most reskins and texture mods. If you are using a mod that reskins the exterior of the Ebon Hawk, delete this mod's version of LSI_EHawk01.tpc from Override. If the reskin includes "LSI_EHawk01.txi", open it and change the entry after "envmaptexture" to "WK_CM_LevHang". ------------------------------------------------------------------- CREDITS KotorBlender by seedhartha MDLedit and KOTORmax by bead-v tpcview and tga2tpc by ndix UR Kotor Tool by Fred Tetra Special thanks to: - DarthParametric and JCarter426 of the K1CP team for granting permission to include their fixes to the Leviathan hangar and Dantooine landing pad. - Kexikus for granting permission to include an environment map for Davik's hangar based on his High Quality Skyboxes II mod ------------------------------------------------------------------- VERSION HISTORY 1.0 - Initial Release 1.1 - Updated Dantooine to include fixes from K1CP ------------------------------------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER AND PERMISSIONS This modification is provided as-is and is not supported by Disney, Lucasarts, or Bioware. I have created a simple mod that adds the shadows for robes used in Robes With Shadows For TSL to your K1 game, for those using any of JC's robe mods that adds TSL-style cloaks. Having at least one of the mods listed below is a requirement for this one, and they must be installed beforehand. This is compatible with all included versions of the mods by JC, and any textures you are using with it. 1. JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1: for those who want to use the more classic looking Jedi robes of TSL in their K1 game. 2. JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Hybrid Robes for K1: for a blend of the K1 and TSL style. 3. JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Party Robes for K1: for party member specific robes. Installation: First, install at least one of the mods listed above if you have not already. This mod is specifically for people using one of those mods. If you would like to create backups of that mod's original files, just create a copy of the files listed below, before installing the versions that come with this mod. To install this mod, download the 7z file and unzip anywhere on your computer. You can extract 7z files with native programs like Archive Utility on macOS, or with free programs like PeaZip on Windows and Linux. Once the files is unzipped, find the subfolder with the name corresponding to which JC mod you are using, and copy all files within to the override folder of your game, found in the same directory as your main game executable. For Steam installations, this would be "Steam\steamapps\common\swkotor\override". When prompted, overwrite the versions of the files currently in your override with the new versions. Uninstallation: Remove the files in the Included Files list below from your override. Which files you have can vary by which JC mod you are using. Included Files: -PFBIL.mdl -PFBIL.mdx -PFBIM.mdl -PFBIM.mdx -PFBIS.mdl -PFBIS.mdx -PMBIL.mdl -PMBIL.mdx -PMBIM.mdl -PMBIM.mdx -PMBIS.mdl -PMBIS.mdx -JC_BastilaBI.mdl -JC_BastilaBI.mdx -JC_JoleeBI.mdl -JC_JoleeBI.mdx -JC_JuhaniBI.mdl -JC_JuhaniBI.mdx Compatibility: Users should expect full compatibility with any other mods, so long as they do not modify/replace the above files. Texture mods do not typically pose compatibility issues for mods like this. This mod requires either JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1, JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Hybrid Robes for K1, or JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Party Robes for K1 to be installed first. Acknowledgments: Big thanks to JCarter for his port of TSL robes to K1, and for giving the community permission to work with his models. The robes included here are just the ones from his mod with edited skeletons, so most of the work here was done for me. I also want to thank Symmetric, Purifier, Ndix UR, and seedhartha for making importing to Blender simple using KotORBlender, modeling work would be much tougher without you guys. I would like to thank Salk as well, for suggesting this mod. This modification is not supported by Bioware, Lucasarts, Disney or any licensers/sponsors thereof. Use of this modification is at your own risk and neither the aforementioned companies nor the author may be held responsible for any damages caused to your computer via this modification's usage.

The KOTOR Revisited Collection: The Unknown World is a critical moment in the KOTOR story and a nice place to explore. With this textures pack I wanted to highlight the contrast between the absolute beauty of this world and the tragic fate of the Rakata survivors, now living among the wrecks of stranded ships. WARNING: if you are a hardcore vanilla supporter, this mod won't be for you (and there are already a lot of vanilla upscaled textures mods available). Not that this mod is not lore-friendly compared to the SW universe (to me at least it is) but it changes most of the vanilla textures by original and home made ones. Click here for a Vanilla VS Revisited comparison My main inspiration when creating these textures was the SWTOR game and The Clone Wars serie. This mod DOES replace textures for: - Architecture /Wrecks - Grounds - Rocks - Vegetation - Rakata NPCs and Rancors. This mod DOES NOT replace textures for: - The Republic ship interiors - Skybox (using the great High Quality Skybox II is strongly recommended) - The Ebon Hawk - Textures are TGA 2048x2048 pixels (based on my experience there's no need to go highter in resolution in this game. 4K textures on old graphics games is just a waste of ressource to me). The total size is 1.2gb on your HDD once installed. - These textures add maximum details with minimum tilling effect. On a low poly game with no normal/bump maps, tilling REALLY IS your enemy. - I used a soft cell shading style because in my opinion photorealistic textures on low poly meshes just look weird and not that great (but again this is my taste). - Hi quality Reflection effects added to metallic objects like walls, wrecks,... - On a vanilla unmodded game (if such thing still exist): Extract the file and drop the Override folder in your game install folder. That's it. - On an already modded game: there's a high probability that you already have the same files than this mod in your Override folder. These files can be TGA or TPC (or both). So follow these steps: 1/ Extract the file and drop the Override folder in your game install folder. Overwrite existing files when asked. 2/ Download and use the Removes duplicate TGA/TPC tool (easy to use but make sure to read the description). When asked delete the TPC duplicates. By doing this, you make sure there is no conflict with existing modded TPC files in your Override folder so my textures will appear as expected in your game. NOTE: This pack does not cover 100% of the Unknown World textures so it is recommended to install it over a vanilla overhaul textures pack to get a complete HD experience. Just make sure you are installing a Vanilla overhaul BEFORE installing my pack. - Could you make a TPC version? I've tried to convert the mod in TPC but this format breaks many reflection effects when a texture uses an Alpha channel. As I'm not used to work with this format I don't know how I could fix it and to be honest I don't really care. If a simple solution exists then why not providing a TPC version. - I don't like this or that, could you change it? It is a very personal project from a pre-Disney SW fans so like any old school SW supporter I'm very stubborn and closed-mind. It will be unlikely that I take your idea in consideration, but you may try. - Do you plan "revisiting" others places from KOTOR? I've already done a few planets (see the collection above this page) and more may come in the future. - Kexikus and his High Quality Skybox II mod which I used on my pics. - ShiningRedHD and his Ultimate Unknown World High Resolution mod which I used as a template to help me finding correct files/textures in the game. It was also my "vanilla" benchmark used to calibrate my own textures colors and luminosity. - Many other modders for all the files I'm using on my game and can not list here.

The KOTOR Revisited Collection: I was always a bit disappointed by the yellowish look of Anchorhead in the original KOTOR game. I don't know if there's a lore explanation or something but to me it did just not look good. So this mod started as a personal project to bring at first some small changes to this place, mainly changing the overall color to something more in line with my "tastes" concerning the Tatooine feeling. I've been making textures for games for 15 years now so it had to be a "quick fix" I thought... Here we are a few days later and this "recolor" project has become a full textures overhaul! I'm very pleased with the result so maybe some people here could enjoy it as well. Click here for a Vanilla VS Revisited comparison My main inspirations was of course the movies/series and also the SWTOR game. This mod DOES replace textures for: - Architecture - Grounds - Vehicles - Animals - Rocks/Vegetation. This mod DOES NOT replace textures for: - Skybox (using the great High Quality Skybox II is strongly recommended). - NPCs - Ebon Hawk cockpit view. - Textures are TGA 2048x2048 pixels (based on my experience there's no need to go highter in resolution in this game. 4K textures on old graphics games is just a waste of ressource to me). The total size is 1.7gb on your HDD once installed. - These textures add maximum details with minimum tilling effect. On a low poly game with no normal/bump maps, tilling REALLY IS your enemy. - I used a soft cell shading style because in my opinion photorealistic textures on low poly meshes just look weird and not that great (but again this is my taste). - Hi quality Reflection effects added to metallic objects like vehicles, antennas,... NOTE: My mod uses ONE TPC file (PLC_spdrwin01.tpc) which gives tranparency to speeders windshield so be sure it is also correctly installed. - Could you make a TPC version? I've tried to convert the mod in TPC but this format breaks many reflection effects when a texture uses an Alpha channel. As I'm not used to work with this format I don't know how I could fix it and to be honest I don't really care. Summary This mod uses a mix of new and unused content to restore an alternate ending that was cut from the game. With this mod, players who have romanced Carth and fallen to the dark side will be presented with the option to seek redemption in a new ending distinct from the base game light side and dark side endings. Choosing the dialogue option "No, let him speak. I want to hear what he has to say." in a conversation with Carth at the end of the game will lead to the restored sequence. The player will then have the option to choose the base game dark side ending or the new ending. Installation Extract files from the downloaded archive. Run Install.exe. Galaxy of Faces [K1] A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.1.0 Release Date: 17.03.2024 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! This mod replaces the appearances of important named NPCs throughout the game. As such, if you wish to use mods like Onderon Fashion and Smuggler's Deluxe you'll have to install those mods BEFORE this mod. Simply click on the INSTALL.exe, select "Galaxy of Faces [Main]", click install then sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. The "Effix's Duelists", "Unique Rodians" & "Build a Bendak" are OPTIONAL. You don't have to install them if you don't want to. Effix's Duelists includes Effix's unique Gerlon, Ice & Marl heads. This installation is NOT a total copy of Effix's original Taris Arena Changes mod, that mod adds UTC files to the Override and patches those whilst Galaxy of Faces patches the UTCs in the .MOD files provided from the K1CP mod. If you are using the NPC Diversity Pack, install Effix's Duelists via Galaxy of Faces. If you want the Armors from Effix's Taris Arena Changes, install that mod instead. Unique Rodians gives various Rodian NPCs unique appearances. If you are using Stormie97's High Quality Alien: Rodians, do NOT install this option as a compatibiity patch for that mod hasn't been developed yet. Build a Bendak adds a unique appearance for Bendak Starkiller, however, the "N_Bendak.tga" texture is the vanilla Field Marshal texture. After installing this option, I encourage the player to replace this texture with a Mandalorian texture from a mod of your choosing, I personally recommend RedRob41's Bendak Starkiller Emblem Armour though do feel free to select a skin YOU want instead! Simply delete the "N_Bendak.tga" texture in your Override folder, rename your desired texture to either "N_Bendak.tga" or "N_Bendak.tgc" and place it in your Override. Description: From the good old days of late 70s/early 80s cinema, the expansive comics and novels of the 90s and 2000s, the rise of modern Star Wars video games and well into the Disney era, the Star Wars Galaxy has always been a "Galaxy of Faces". And I'm not just referring to the faces of the main characters. I'm referring to background characters such as the aliens of Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina in Episode 4 (many of whom were merely random alien costumes who have since evolved into staples of Star Wars alienography with timeless classics like Rodians, Aqualish and Devaronians amongst them), or the the Bounty Hunters hired by Darth Vader to track down the Millennium Falcon in Episode 5 (despite only having 4 lines of dialogue and just over 6 minutes of screen time, Boba Fett has since become just as popular as the main characters mostly down to his unique bad ass appearance in his limited screen time) or the background Jedi characters sprinkled throughout the prequel trilogy (despite never saying a word in the movies, the Jedi Plo-Koon, Kit Fisto and Aayla Secura have since become fan favorites)! Why do I say this? I think it goes without saying that unique appearances are what makes or breaks a character, and BioWare's 2003 Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic RPG has a few problems with this. As with many video games from this period of gaming, KoTOR has a problem with NPC appearances. In Kotor, the generic background NPCs are referred to as "Commoners" both in the game files and in-game sometimes, the game has 24 generic NPC appearances including 2 white heads, 2 black heads and 2 asian heads for both adult and old appearances which are split between male and female types with an additional male and female white and asian "Tatooine" commoner variant that exists for some reason, bringing the total of commoner appearances up to 24. Throughout KoTOR, many of these generic appearances aren't even used for background NPCs, those background NPCs receive the low-resolution Lite appearances leaving the actual generic heads for named NPCs. NPCs like Holdan, Jon, Junix Nard, Matton Daisel, Firith Me and Kel Algwinn are all well written characters that really bring these environments to life... but sometimes these NPCs are forgettable simply due to the fact that they use the same appearances, the NPCs I named were strategically chosen as they both use the exact same 1st white and asian male commoner heads. This "clone" problem is intensified once you install NPC Overhaul style mods that remove the Lite appearances and replace them with generic commoner appearances as now you'll be seeing the same 24 heads across over a hundred NPCs throughout the game. This mod aims to fix that by giving many of these named NPCs unique heads to differentiate them from the generic heads. This mod aims to one day cover almost EVERY single named NPC in the game where possible through a combination of NPC appearances made by me, modder's resources and mods with the modder's permission. But do keep in mind, not ALL the modded unique heads will be added. Instead, if you consult the "Recommended Mods.txt" file you shall find a list of other mods that I personally recommend that shall also add new unique heads for NPCs that aren't part of this mod. Thus far, most of the unique heads of the K1 Enhancement Pack modder's resource have been added. To read about what appearances have been added thus far, please consult the "List.txt" file for a complete list of new appearances. NPC Diversity Pack [K1] A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 0.7.0 Beta Release Date: 27.11.2023 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! If you plan on using it, install the Unofficial K1CP Tweak Pack mod SECOND (This mod is optional and is NOT required for this mod to work)! Simply click on this mod's TSLPatcher.exe, you'll see 4 installation options... if you'd like the full content of what this mod has to offer you'll have to install the mod 4 times. If you have any questions regarding these 3 installs and what they add, feel free to ask me! Description: As with many modders, I have a vision for a comprehensive NPC Overhaul. This mod is currently in a BETA stage, whilst I don't expect bugs, I do expect player criticism/feedback alongside reports of possible mod conflicts with certain mods... updates will be released to fix any possible bugs, add popular player suggestions, possible hotfixes for incompatible mods and new content as they become possible. What does this mod do? This mod is a compilation of 3 mods: Diverse Galaxy, Diverse Weapons, Sounds O' Plenty. These 3 mods can be used together to create an immersive NPC Overhaul which is compatible with the K1 Community Patch. What are these 4 mods? Diverse Galaxy: This mod is the main component of the NPC Overhaul! It switches the heads of many NPCs in the game to prevent the 'clone' effect, it swaps the clothing/armors of many of the NPCs throughout the Kotor galaxy and it upgrades the Lite NPCs. Sounds O' Plenty: Sounds O' Plenty does something not many mods have done in the past, in the vanilla game the soundset (combat grunts and death moan sounds) of an NPC is based upon their appearance so Jedi have a Jedi soundset, Czerka Guards have a Czerka Soundset, Dark Jedi have a Dark Jedi soundset etc. This mod ignores that Kotor "rule" and gives random soundsets for over 200 NPCs in the game, that means you'll only hear the Republic Soldier death moan ONCE on the Endar Spire as each NPC now has their own unique sound. Diverse Weapons: Another thing most mods don't usually do is replace the weapons of NPCs on a mass scale, with Diverse Weapons the NPCs you fight will have new weapons. This does NOT mean they will drop those weapons, it just means you won't be fighting 100 Vulkar Thugs who all use Blaster Pistols like in the vanilla game... they might use Rifles, Carbines, Heavy Repeaters, Ion Weapons, Sonic Weapons, Bowcasters and MORE! This might make the game slightly more challenging as you might not know if a random enemy will use a Disruptor Pistol which can bypass Energy Shields. GIT Tweak: GIT Tweak modifies the GIT files of some modules to remove duplicate NPCs. In some areas, you might see a generic NPC 10 times in a row. This is because this NPC's UTC filename is used 10 times over in various locations throughout the module, GIT Tweak fixes that by adding new NPCs in places where vanilla NPCs are duplicated. Instead of seeing the same NPC 10 times, you'll see that NPC once alongside 9 new commoner NPCs ensuring that every NPC in that module is unique! With these 4 mods together, over 400 NPCs will be affected (including NPCs which are commonly affected by other mods). This is why it is HIGHLY advised to install this mod (AFTER the K1CP mod) BEFORE you install any new appearance mods. If you do this, your new NPC appearance mods will overwrite the NPC-DP mod's changes thus allowing you to have other people's mods installed with my NPC-DP mod still impacting 75% of the generic NPCs found in the game. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs, but if there are feel free to report it to me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Please report any incompatibilities! Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. Thanks to: ebmar: For his attempt at fixing a problem with the TSLPatcher pre-0.4.1! JCarter426: For successfully pointing out the problem with the TSLPatcher pre-0.4.0, his help led to the 0.4.1 TSLPatcher fix! SpaceAlex: For fixing the old clothing bug in his K1 Enhancement Project for which his fix was carried over to this mod! Bioware: For such an amazing game! Fred Tetra: For Kotor Tool! A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.1.0 Release Date: 12.12.2023 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! If you plan on using it, install the Unofficial K1CP Tweak Pack mod SECOND! (The Tweak Pack is optional and is NOT required for this mod to work. Do NOT install "Fixed Male 01 Clothing" or "K1 Outcast Clothing Fix" from this mod as these fixes are included in THIS mod!) If you want to use it, install the Restored Content for K1CP mod BEFORE this mod. Make sure you install the NPC Diversity Pack mod BEFORE this mod in its entirety for best results! Once you're ready to install the mod, simply click on this mod's TSLPatcher.exe and you'll be faced two options. This mod comes in 2 parts, and since these parts are optional you'll be given two installation options. The "K2 to K1 Clothing Install" shall install the ported K2 clothing component of the pack whilst the "K1EP Clothing Install" shall install the K1EP component of the mod, for more details on these installations please refer to the "Description" section of this readme. Click which install you'd like to install, click install, sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Once the installer has finished, click the INSTALL.exe again and repeat this process. Description: In terms of commoner clothing, Obsidian added various new outfits for their NPCs in Kotor 2. The default 'potato sack' outfit was given a stylish facelift, the bloodied Outcast outfit was replaced with the Refugee outfits we see today and on Telos we saw the introduction of a new noble outfit. This mod will port those Kotor 2 clothing textures to Kotor 1... but with a twist! The Kotor 1 Community Patch does the same thing as Obsidian did, it replaced K1's 'potato sack' outfit "N_CommM01" with Kotor 2's default outfit and Gendar's bloodied Outcast outfit "N_CommM07" was replaced with an Refugee outfit. This mod won't do that, instead, K1's 'potato sack' and K2's default clothing shall be two different outfits NPCs can wear. The removal of the clothing replacement is most pronounced in the Outcast village where almost every NPC now wears a Refugee outfit instead of the K1 bloodied Outcast outfit... except for the Outcasts infected with the Rakghoul disease, their clothing shall still use the K1 bloodied Outcast outfit texture. This mod shall also add the K2 noble outfit, but even this outfit has a twist of its own! In K2, the male noble outfit was blue whilst the female noble outfit was purple... in this mod, you will find 2 noble outfits across the galaxy: a blue male and female noble outfit and a purple male and female outfit. In the latest 1.1 update, I've added the new clothing from the K1 Enhancement Pack modder's resource. This will come in the form of an alternative installation which will work great with the previous K2 to K1 Clothing component. In addition to the K1EP clothing, I've added compatibility for the latest update of the Restored Content for K1CP Demo, if you have that mod installed the new clothing added in this mod shall be gloveless as they are in that mod. If you aren't familiar with any of the above mentioned outfits, please check the screenshots on the mod page so you'll know whether or not this mod is for you. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs, but if there feel free to report it to me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Please report any incompatibilities! Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. Thanks to: Bioware: For such an amazing game! A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 0.1.3 Beta Release Date: 14.03.2024 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! No exceptions! Simply click on the INSTALL.exe, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Description: The Kotor games wouldn't be the same without the diverse array of items you can collect along your journey across the galaxy. With many of these items, you can mix and match your favorite items for the best defense or offense... or can you? A major problem I see in the first Kotor game is the distinct lack of loot drops... or more specifically, the lack of any "useful" loot drops. A good example of this are the Hold Out Blasters, these blasters are small pistols that do 1-4 energy damage with a chance of stun. These unique blasters are weaker then normal blasters, but unlike normal blasters, Hold Out Blasters have that chance of stun. This *could* give the player a choice between more energy based danage VS a chance for stun, however, you can only obtain the Hold Out Blaster on Tatooine and Manaan via merchants... so by the time you even have a chance to get the weakest Hold Out Blaster it's already been outclassed by the stronger weapons you found earlier in the game. Speaking of Hold Out Blasters, the strongest Hold Out Blaster is dropped via a mandatory enemy on Tatooine... this makes every other Hold Out Blaster in the game redundant, why even bother using any Hold Out Blaster when you can get the strongest one for free whereas the weaker ones are sold from merchants. This same problem applies to the armor you can obtain as well. On Taris, you can obtain the Echani Fiber Armor relatively early in the game... this has one big problem though. Echani Fiber Armor is a Class 4 armor type, Class 4 armors are some of the lightest armors you can find in the game with the weakest armor that you first obtain being a standard Combat Suit with 4 defense bonus (hence why it's called a "class 4"). So you start the game with the weak Combat Suit and you can then obtain the Echani Fiber Armor before any other armor piece, but once you upgrade this armor it turns from a 5 defense bonus to a 7 defense bonus. You can upgrade this armor to max capacity before finishing Taris, and after doing so the Echani Fiber Armor becomes one of *the* strongest Class 4 armors in the game. By obtaining this upgradeable armor so early, you no longer need to use the Zabrak Combat Suit, Echani Light Armor, Massassi Ceremonial Armor or the Cinnagar Weave Armor... and why would you? All those armors are weaker then the upgraded Echani Fiber Armor. And all that's just the tip of the ice burg! The K1 Loot Overhaul changes the loot of enemy drops, placeable objects, merchant inventories and even some quest rewards. This mod will make your next playthrough very interesting as you'll have the opportunity to use items you might never have considered previously, this mod will make your next playthrough a challenge as some items you've grown to use might no longer be available as it once was in the vanilla game, this mod will give you a genuine reason to save your credits and buy from merchants. Even if you don't use the new items you encounter, you can certainly sell them to buy better equipment. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs, but if there are feel free to report it to me on Deadlystream. Do note that this mod is a Beta, some loot choice you might find to be odd might've been intended. As such, I'm open to player feedback to improve the mod going forward! Incompatibilities: Incompatible with the Enhanced Merchants mod. Please report any incompatibilities! Ravager Rapid Transit Author: Emperor Devon Version: 1.00 File Name: Ravager Rapid Transit.zip Contact: Emperor Devon (Deadly Stream), emperor.devon9@gmail.com (email), false_epiphany (Discord). Bug reports, feedback, and suggestions are all welcome. 1. DESCRIPTION This mod lets your PC immediately leave the Ravager after killing Nihilus and placing the last proton core. There is no longer any long walk back to your shuttle. The cutscene of the Ravager exploding simply loads once your PC says it's time to leave. If you kill Nihilus after placing the last proton core, you will leave the Ravager following the conversation between Visas and Mandalore (if you spare Visas) or Visas' final words (if you sacrifice her). If you place the last proton core after killing Nihilus, you will leave the Ravager after doing so. Why make this mod? Because running through the gigantic empty ship back to the docking area was tedious. Plus, TSL's endgame has you run through more than enough empty or combat-filled areas with minimal dialogue. The less of that, the better. 2. COMPATIBILITY This mod is designed for use alongside the TSLRCM. If you don't have the TSLRCM, installing this mod won't break your game, but you will only instantly leave the Ravager if you place the last proton core after killing Nihilus. (Since the dialogue files which trigger that script come from the TSLRCM.) This mod is compatible with all other mods. 3. INSTALLATION Copy the files to your override folder. 4. The KOTOR Revisited Collection: Korriban is one of my favorite places from KOTOR, both in terms of visual and storytelling. With this textures pack, I aimed to give to this place a fresh look while respecting and highlighting its eventful past and its dusty, hostile atmosphere. This mod DOES replace textures for: - Architecture - Grounds - Rocks This mod DOES NOT replace textures for: - Skybox (using the great High Quality Skybox II is strongly recommended). - NPCs - Ebon Hawk cockpit view. - Textures are TGA 2048x2048 pixels (based on my experience there's no need to go highter in resolution in this game. 4K textures on old graphics games is just a waste of ressource to me). The total size is 1.17gb on your HDD once installed. - These textures add maximum details with minimum tilling effect. On a low poly game with no normal/bump maps, tilling REALLY IS your enemy. - I used a soft cell shading style because in my opinion photorealistic textures on low poly meshes just look weird and not that great (but again this is my taste). - Hi quality Reflection effects added to metallic objects like walls, floors,... NOTE: This pack does not cover 100% of Korriban textures so it is recommended to install it over a vanilla overhaul textures pack to get a complete HD experience. - ShiningRedHD and his Ultimate Korriban High Resolution mod which I used as a template to help me finding correct files/textures in the game. It was also my "vanilla" benchmark used to calibrate my own textures colors and luminosity. - Many other modders for all the files I'm using on my game and can not list here.

This mod: This mod aims to add a few items for the player to use, helmets, masks and other things that go in the same slot. In the future I plan to place them in a lore-friendly way in the normal gameplay. This uses ripped models from full characters, they need to be adapted to player heads. Bao-dur can't use them because his horns don't leave physical space for them (obviously not clipping!). How to use: There is no way to have the 3 new helmets yet. To get them, you have to write in the console: giveitem a_helmet_7x Where x is a value between 0 and two. 0 is for the sith soldier helmet, 1 is for the republic officer cap, and 2 is for the republic soldier helmet. Installation: Use the .exe with the package. If not possible, then copy everything to the override Uninstall: Remove the 9 files from this mod (3 *.uti, 6*.tga) from the override. Permissions: You may use the files from this mod for any purpose, as long as you ask me first.
