    I haven't heard of any that do that but I suppose you could always change your character appearance with KSE. (It would take less time than downloading and installing mod.)

    This blog post is actually for my own reference so I don't have to seek out which of the many posts I've mentioned it in. When folks mention their "big modding project" or their "huge overhaul" of either KotOR1 or KotOR2, here's what I used to quote... If you actually wish to see if a large scale project will make it to release, see if they follow this advice. If they don't, that project likely won't make it. You may use the above quote to remind folks when "the next big thing" rolls around.

Of course, it's his project so don't be pushy.

    I lean towards replacing the in-game BIKs completely rather than merely extending them. As you pointed out, it enables to avoid the issues of assets you don't have access to and using any sound design and music that you wish to use. Seeing as you would be making a higher resolution (and larger) movie, not reusing any of the original materials to artificially extend the preexisting video is actually a bonus. I would cheer for new versions that make use of your current talents and the latest available tools.

    You know how the Sith War Droid models have the guns attached to them. How do can I get those guns in particular to use Sithspecter's great hi-res textures?

      The model would need to be edited and the gun meshes swapped. Doing it at the time SS released the mod wasn't practical, because most of the droid models could not be successfully compiled by old MDLOps.

    Could you send me the loading screen without JC's template on it? I would like to use Ndix UR's template so it matches the rest of my loading screens. If you send me the just the picture sized at 2048 by 1152, that would do nicely.
