Well, next time you will know to sit behind a better piece of software than just Windows Defender. A combo of Malwarebytes and Avast Internet Security works pretty well for me, personally. -

At this point, I could see someone just taking the robe model, merging the hood with it into a single unmasked Revan-esque piece of clothing, and putting it into the unused Starforge robe slot. Just Super Saiyan.

I've used that one in the past, but I'd prefer something more generic than an established character. I am also aware of this one. This was the low quality one I had in mind, in the opening post. I mean, it does look like three verticles were just pulled downwards.

I checked this, and your claim rings false. The file downloaded fine, and extracted its contents without a single error. Instead of trying three different programs on a file that didn't download properly, you should've redownloaded the file first, then tried again. -
I can see the changes to the eyes and lips, but can't tell much difference because of the cropping, otherwise.

/rears his head I'd like to point out, that Bastila mod is the default texture, just upscaled, with a leather texture slapped over it with opacity lowered down. Not exatly a "HD" quality there. Thank you, that is all. /descends back down.

Save. Reload. There, done. It's simply a case of your PC not being able to cope with several corpses spawning at once. I had this happen to me several times after crossing the exterior and opening inner dorm doors too early.
