K1 Even EXP
By conn
About
=====
By default, NPC party members receive 80% of the EXP that is earned by your main character; this means that you have to earn an additional 25% EXP for those party members to reach the same levels. This mod changes it so that they receive 100% of the experience instead.
This is less impactful with default difficulty settings, but helps quite a bit at higher difficulties and also when using mods that raise the required experience to reach certain levels. It will also help your NPCs carry if you're saving levels during Taris.
I also feel this helps immersion a little. I personally dislike the implication that your party members are less capable at improving as you are, especially when multiple of them have backgrounds as seasoned veterans.
I would highly recommend reviewing the Experience article in Strategy Wiki for more context:

Saving Private Ulgo

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
Author: N-DReW25
0.0.1 Release Date: 01.04.2023
Installation:
Copy & Paste the files inside the "For Override" folder and place them in your swkotor Override folder.
Description:
This mod is a "Joke Mod" that was made for April Fools day 2023.
What this mod does is that it swaps the head models of Carth Onasi and Trask Ulgo, and that's it. The mod "saves" Trask Ulgo, for a certain point of view, by making it so that Carth is the one who sacrifices himself to Bandon whilst Trask becomes your companion on Taris. This mod ONLY swaps the models around, meaning "Trask Onasi" will still have all of Carth's dialogues and such untouched.

This mod shouldn't have bugs, but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.

Companion Clothes (K1)
By StellarExile
I never enjoyed the fact that all companions in KOTOR came equipped with unique clothes, yet they all shared the same basic item. I was heavily inspired by Cappy's Version for TSL so I decided to make a version for KotOR 1. This mod gives each companion (minus droids) a unique item with the appearance of default clothing that is restricted to the wearer. This was accomplished using companion-specific feats from Sdub’s Immersive Feats mod which grants party members unique feats who did not already have them. The items are meant to be starting equipment only with basic stats (like +1 defense) that don’t detract from game balance. I also have changed Juhani's lightsaber from the duel in the Grove to a blue one as it never made sense why she used a red one.
For the best results this mod should be installed with (and after) the famous Community Patch. It ensures that Jolee is his default clothing during the introduction.
Special Thanks:

Unique Sith Governor
By N-DReW25
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
Author: N-DReW25
1.0.0 Release Date: 14.05.2023
Installation:
Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.
Description:
The Sith Governor is an NPC you encounter towards the end of Taris, in the vanilla game he uses the 'Dark Jedi Apprentice' appearance which is seen throughout the game as a generic enemy. The appearance of the Dark Jedi Apprentice NPCs is very similar to the appearance of Darth Bandon, an NPC you find later on in the game.
Whilst the game doesn't explicitly say this, we can assume that the Sith Governor NPC is a non-Tarisian foreigner who was appointed to his position by his superior Dark Jedi. The Governor mentions he doesn't yet own a Lightsaber, suggesting he's only an Apprentice. Dialogue with various NPCs across Taris suggests that the Sith Governor is the absolute dictator of the Sith occupation on Taris as he most likely signs up any law the Tarisians have to abide by and has the absolute authority to do whatever action he wants to govern his planet.
For an NPC with such authority on Taris, why would he look like every other Dark Jedi Apprentice you see in the game? And since the Dark Jed Apprentice looks like Darth Bandon, it lessens the 'impact' both NPCs have on the player. You see the Sith Governor... he isn't unique, he looks like Darth Bandon! You see Darth Bandon... he isn't anything special, he looks like that weak Sith Governor.
This mod was requested by the user "Sniggles", the one who maintains the Kotor Mod Builds on Reddit, to fix that problem. With this mod installed, the Sith Governor shall wear a unique Sith Governor's uniform based on the vanilla Sith Officer uniform and shall have a unique head model capable of displaying the mask item he wears making his appearance totally unique from Darth Bandon.
This mod was originally going to be included as part of a bigger Sith Officer uniform mod, though with the prospect of Sniggles adding it to the Kotor Mod Builds and the fact some players might prefer this small mod over a big Sith Officer mod, I have since decided to release this feature separately.
Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.
If the player and/or party is wearing a mask item, it is possible that the Sith Governor's mask item might be rendered invisible. This is a bug in the Game's engine and cannot be fixed.
Incompatibilities:
Please report any incompatibilities!
If you have "Invisible Headgear" installed the Sith Governor's mask shall also be invisible.
Permissions:
Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission.
As per Heyorange's readme, assets from the Sith Uniform mod are free to use as long as Heyorange is properly credited.

K1 Clothing Pack
By N-DReW25
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
Author: N-DReW25
1.1.0 Release Date: 12.12.2023
Installation:
Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod!
If you plan on using it, install the Unofficial K1CP Tweak Pack mod SECOND!
(The Tweak Pack is optional and is NOT required for this mod to work. Do NOT install "Fixed Male 01 Clothing" or "K1 Outcast Clothing Fix" from this mod as these fixes are included in THIS mod!)
If you want to use it, install the Restored Content for K1CP mod BEFORE this mod.
Make sure you install the NPC Diversity Pack mod BEFORE this mod in its entirety for best results!
Once you're ready to install the mod, simply click on this mod's TSLPatcher.exe and you'll be faced two options. This mod comes in 2 parts, and since these parts are optional you'll be given two installation options.
The "K2 to K1 Clothing Install" shall install the ported K2 clothing component of the pack whilst the "K1EP Clothing Install" shall install the K1EP component of the mod, for more details on these installations please refer to the "Description" section of this readme.
Click which install you'd like to install, click install, sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Once the installer has finished, click the INSTALL.exe again and repeat this process.
Description:
In terms of commoner clothing, Obsidian added various new outfits for their NPCs in Kotor 2. The default 'potato sack' outfit was given a stylish facelift, the bloodied Outcast outfit was replaced with the Refugee outfits we see today and on Telos we saw the introduction of a new noble outfit.
This mod will port those Kotor 2 clothing textures to Kotor 1... but with a twist!
The Kotor 1 Community Patch does the same thing as Obsidian did, it replaced K1's 'potato sack' outfit "N_CommM01" with Kotor 2's default outfit and Gendar's bloodied Outcast outfit "N_CommM07" was replaced with an Refugee outfit. This mod won't do that, instead, K1's 'potato sack' and K2's default clothing shall be two different outfits NPCs can wear. The removal of the clothing replacement is most pronounced in the Outcast village where almost every NPC now wears a Refugee outfit instead of the K1 bloodied Outcast outfit... except for the Outcasts infected with the Rakghoul disease, their clothing shall still use the K1 bloodied Outcast outfit texture.
This mod shall also add the K2 noble outfit, but even this outfit has a twist of its own! In K2, the male noble outfit was blue whilst the female noble outfit was purple... in this mod, you will find 2 noble outfits across the galaxy: a blue male and female noble outfit and a purple male and female outfit.
In the latest 1.1 update, I've added the new clothing from the K1 Enhancement Pack modder's resource. This will come in the form of an alternative installation which will work great with the previous K2 to K1 Clothing component.
In addition to the K1EP clothing, I've added compatibility for the latest update of the Restored Content for K1CP Demo, if you have that mod installed the new clothing added in this mod shall be gloveless as they are in that mod.
If you aren't familiar with any of the above mentioned outfits, please check the screenshots on the mod page so you'll know whether or not this mod is for you.
Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs, but if there feel free to report it to me on Deadlystream.

Please report any incompatibilities!

K1 Melee Texture Enhancement
By Lewok2007
**While most of the screenshots are in K2, all of the stuff shown is what is in the download, and the screenshots are just used for the sake of me not having to retake all the screenshot.**
*NOTHING QUALITY WISE IS CHANGED IN THE TEXTURE FILES*
Description:
The swords, axes, and stun batons in Vanilla K1 aren't the most prettiest things you could look at in the game. I have decided to
make a texture enhancement for the swords since Snigaroo put a request for a skin to do something like this on the mod build request
thread for TSL and K1. I also wanted to make this eventually, so why not do it now? The vanilla K1 swords have been upscaled to 2048 x 2048
from 64 x 64. I then used KotorBlender and GIMP to make the swords look better. Likewise for the axes and the stun batons.
These are texture re-used from the TSL Melee Texture Enhancement I uploaded, but just the files K1 has.
Person-who-wouldn't-wish-to-be-credited also provided an alternate stun baton texture for the 004 stun baton in a discussion with him, and button textures I
used on the stun batons and swords. The alternate stun baton texture has a wood and leather appearance.
I haven't changed the animated "zappy" texture on the stun batons, nor have I changed the third stun baton texture (re-used 2nd Stun Baton texture for this K1 version)
, since none of the stun batons in the game use it.
Screenshots are provided in the "Screeshots" folder.
Installation:
1. Extract the .zip
2. Copy all of the .tpc files from "override"
3. Paste them into the override folder in the K1 directory
4. *Optionally* Copy w_Stunbaton_004.tpc from Alternate 4th Stun Baton folder and copy that into the override folder in your K1
directory, overwrite when prompted.
Credits:
Person-who-wouldn't-wish-to-be-credited for the button and Alternate 4th Stun Baton Texture

KotorBlender
Use of Mod:
Do not upload to any other file hosting sites without my permission (like NexusMods, GameBanana, etc.)
You can re-use one of these textures in your own mod, as long as you have my permission.
This mod should be compatible with any mods as long as they don't change or edit the melee textures used in this mod. This does not change or edit any new melee textures used in other mods, it is simply a vanilla add-on, and does not require anything but the download to use. 🙂

Minor music tweaks
This mod makes some minor changes to the music used at various points in the game. On Tatooine, the "Czerka theme" (previously used only for their office in Anchorhead) has been applied to all modules in Anchorhead save the cantina. For Korriban, the unused combat music has been restored in all modules barring the tombs. The music within the four tombs in the Valley of the Dark Lords has been left alone. Finally, the Manaan Sith base has had its music swapped from the Valley of the Dark Lords music on Korriban to the same music used in the Taris Sith base.
To install, run INSTALL.exe* and let the patcher do the work. Easy peasy, right?
*It's actually called TSLPatcher.exe this time. Whoops.

Brejik's New Repulsor Arm

Brejik's New Repulsor Arm
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
Author: N-DReW25
1.0.0 Release Date: 24.06.2023
Installation:
Please install the K1 Community Patch before this mod!
Once you're ready to install this mod simply click on this mod's INSTALL.exe, click install, sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.
Description:
One night, I was browsing through the game files of K2 to see what assets could be ported over to K1... then I found the files for Bao-Dur and an idea popped in my head: could I port Bao-Dur's Repulsor Arm for other NPCs?
After careful consideration, I decided Brejik was one of the only NPCs in K1 that I could replace without causing a conflict with other mods. As a character, Brejik is always said to be a tough and formidable leader of the Black Vulkar Swoop Gang... though his reputation is always reflected through dialogue of other characters. Since Brejik only has a single encounter in the game, we can only use our imaginations as to how Brejik gained this reputation.
But with this mod installed, Brejik will be given Bao-Dur's body model for the Military Suit armor. That means Brejik's entire body will now be physically buff, making his Military Suit larger and more muscular than his vanilla model. These muscular details might be easy to miss, though what's not easy to miss is the elephant in the room... the Repulsor Arm itself!
This Repulsor Arm is entirely an aesthetic feature, Brejik will NOT power punch your player and knock out their energy shields... the arm simply acts as a symbolic testament to Brejik's character, between the year 3962 BBY (when Brejik last appeared in the Kotor comics) and 3956 BBY (when Kotor takes place) we can assume he lost his arm at some point during his career as a Swoop Gangster, similar to how Gadon Thek lost his eyes in the vanilla game.
If you are someone who believes the Repulsor Arm is something only Bao-Dur has, you are welcome to not install this mod.

HD Holo

HD Holo
=================================
MOD AUTHOR: Olegkuz1997
FOR WHICH GAMES: For Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic
Description:
----------------
What does this mod do? Nothing much.
This mod is a remake of the final scene with Admiral Dodonna's transmission, and more specifically, a remake of the hologram textures of the two characters. This mod is pretty rudimentary, I enlarged the original textures with AI and then manually edited them in photoshop. Tried to give the effect of "interference" and glow. Did it for myself, but if anyone wants it, take it. Yes, I'm aware of the awesome DarthParametric mod, but there were two things I didn't like about it: too strong blue color that kills the rest, and the lack of glow from the hologram. In his mod, the work is much more comprehensive, with redesigned UVs and models, which I have no idea about. Naturally, you have to choose between my mod and DarthParametric's mod, as they are done with different approach.
There might be some questions about the hue, as it's not really "blue". It's actually something between the movies and the in-game version (turquoise). In the end, this is a texture mod, so anyone can open the file in paint or photoshop and adjust the color to their liking.
Installation:
----------------
Drop tga and txi files in your game’s Override folder.
To uninstall:
----------------
Take them out again.
Known bugs:
-----------------
Holo-Vandar turned out great, but Dodonna was a bit of a letdown. The whole thing is, I think, that she has an incorrect, and frankly crappy "mirror" model, so the textures of "interference" are not quite correctly displayed. Oh yeah, and she's also a bit translucent (eyeballs and mouth). I had to make the head textures brighter to try and hide these details. But overall, it's not too bad. I recorded a little video where you can see for yourself. But in general, this is a normal texture mod, so there should be no problems.

I was always a bit disappointed by the yellowish look of Anchorhead in the original KOTOR game. I don't know if there's a lore explanation or something but to me it did just not look good. So this mod started as a personal project to bring at first some small changes to this place, mainly changing the overall color to something more in line with my "tastes" concerning the Tatooine feeling. I've been making textures for games for 15 years now so it had to be a "quick fix" I thought...
Here we are a few days later and this "recolor" project has become a full textures overhaul! I'm very pleased with the result so maybe some people here could enjoy it as well.
WARNING: if you are a hardcore vanilla supporter, this mod won't be for you (and there are already a lot of vanilla upscaled textures mods available). Not that this mod is not lore-friendly compared to the SW universe (to me at least it is) but it changes most of the vanilla textures by original and home made ones.

My main inspirations was of course the movies/series and also the SWTOR game.
This mod DOES replace textures for:
- Architecture
- Grounds
- Vehicles
- Animals
- Rocks/Vegetation.
This mod DOES NOT replace textures for:
- Skybox (using the great High Quality Skybox II is strongly recommended).
- NPCs
- Ebon Hawk cockpit view.
- Textures are TGA 2048x2048 pixels (based on my experience there's no need to go highter in resolution in this game. 4K textures on old graphics games is just a waste of ressource to me). The total size is 1.7gb on your HDD once installed.
- These textures add maximum details with minimum tilling effect. On a low poly game with no normal/bump maps, tilling REALLY IS your enemy.
- I used a soft cell shading style because in my opinion photorealistic textures on low poly meshes just look weird and not that great (but again this is my taste).
- Hi quality Reflection effects added to metallic objects like vehicles, antennas,...
- On a vanilla unmodded game (if such thing still exist):
Extract the file and drop the Override folder in your game install folder. That's it.
- On an already modded game:
there's a high probability that you already have the same files than this mod in your Override folder. These files can be TGA or TPC (or both). So follow these steps:
1/ Extract the file and drop the Override folder in your game install folder. Overwrite existing files when asked.
2/ Download and use the Removes duplicate TGA/TPC tool (easy to use but make sure to read the description). When asked delete the TPC duplicates.
By doing this, you make sure there is no conflict with existing modded TPC files in your Override folder so my textures will appear as expected in your game.
NOTE: My mod uses ONE TPC file (PLC_spdrwin01.tpc) which gives tranparency to speeders windshield so be sure it is also correctly installed.
- Could you make a TPC version?
I've tried to convert the mod in TPC but this format breaks many reflection effects when a texture uses an Alpha channel. As I'm not used to work with this format I don't know how I could fix it and to be honest I don't really care. If a simple solution exists then why not providing a TPC version.
- I don't like this or that, could you change it?
It is a very personal project from a pre-Disney SW fans so like any old school SW supporter I'm very stubborn and closed-mind. It will be unlikely that I take your idea in consideration, but you may try.
- Do you plan "revisiting" others places from KOTOR?
I've already done a few planets (see the collection above this page) and more may come in the future.
- Kexikus and his High Quality Skybox II mod which I used on my pics.
- ShiningRedHD and his Ultimate Tatooine High Resolution mod which I used as a template to help me finding correct files/textures in the game. It was also my "vanilla" benchmark used to calibrate my own textures colors and luminosity.
- Many other modders for all the files I'm using on my game and can not list here.

Korriban Revisited
By Laast
The KOTOR Revisited Collection:
Korriban is one of my favorite places from KOTOR, both in terms of visual and storytelling. With this textures pack, I aimed to give to this place a fresh look while respecting and highlighting its eventful past and its dusty, hostile atmosphere.

Unknown World Revisited
By Laast
The KOTOR Revisited Collection:
The Unknown World is a critical moment in the KOTOR story and a nice place to explore. With this textures pack I wanted to highlight the contrast between the absolute beauty of this world and the tragic fate of the Rakata survivors, now living among the wrecks of stranded ships.
