  1. Korriban Revisited

    The KOTOR Revisited Collection:

Korriban is one of my favorite places from KOTOR, both in terms of visual and storytelling. With this textures pack, I aimed to give to this place a fresh look while respecting and highlighting its eventful past and its dusty, hostile atmosphere.

WARNING: if you are a hardcore vanilla supporter, this mod won't be for you (and there are already a lot of vanilla upscaled textures mods available). Not that this mod is not lore-friendly compared to the SW universe (to me at least it is) but it changes most of the vanilla textures by original and home made ones.

Click here for a Vanilla VS Revisited comparison
My main inspiration when creating these textures was the SWTOR game and The Clone Wars serie.

This mod DOES replace textures for:
    - Architecture
    - Grounds
    - Rocks
This mod DOES NOT replace textures for:
    - Skybox (using the great High Quality Skybox II is strongly recommended).
    - NPCs
    - Ebon Hawk cockpit view.
    - Textures are TGA 2048x2048 pixels (based on my experience there's no need to go highter in resolution in this game. 4K textures on old graphics games  is just a waste of ressource to me). The total size is 1.17gb on your HDD once installed.
    - These textures add maximum details with minimum tilling effect. On a low poly game with no normal/bump maps, tilling REALLY IS your enemy.
    - I used a soft cell shading style because in my opinion photorealistic textures on low poly meshes just look weird and not that great (but again this is my taste).
    - Hi quality Reflection effects added to metallic objects like walls, floors,...

    - On a vanilla unmodded game (if such thing still exist):
Extract the file and drop the Override folder in your game install folder. That's it.
    - On an already modded game:
there's a high probability that you already have the same files than this mod in your Override folder. These files can be TGA or TPC (or both). So follow these steps:
1/ Extract the file and drop the Override folder in your game install folder. Overwrite existing files when asked.
2/ Download and use the Removes duplicate TGA/TPC tool (easy to use but make sure to read the description). When asked delete the TPC duplicates.
By doing this, you make sure there is no conflict with existing modded TPC files in your Override folder so my textures will appear as expected in your game.
NOTE: This pack does not cover 100% of Korriban textures so it is recommended to install it over a vanilla overhaul textures pack to get a complete HD experience. Just make sure you are installing a Vanilla overhaul BEFORE installing my pack.

    - Could you make a TPC version?
I've tried to convert the mod in TPC but this format breaks many reflection effects when a texture uses an Alpha channel. As I'm not used to work with this format I don't know how I could fix it and to be honest I don't really care. If a simple solution exists then why not providing a TPC version.
    - I don't like this or that, could you change it?
It is a very personal project from a pre-Disney SW fans so like any old school SW supporter I'm very stubborn and closed-mind. It will be unlikely that I take your idea in consideration, but you may try.

    - Do you plan "revisiting" others places from KOTOR?
I've already done a few planets (see the collection above this page) and more may come in the future.

    - Kexikus and his High Quality Skybox II mod which I used on my pics.
    - ShiningRedHD and his Ultimate Korriban High Resolution mod which I used as a template to help me finding correct files/textures in the game. It was also my "vanilla" benchmark used to calibrate my own textures colors and luminosity.
    - Many other modders for all the files I'm using on my game and can not list here.

  2. Tatooine Revisited

    The KOTOR Revisited Collection:

I was always a bit disappointed by the yellowish look of Anchorhead in the original KOTOR game. I don't know if there's a lore explanation or something but to me it did just not look good. So this mod started as a personal project to bring at first some small changes to this place, mainly changing the overall color to something more in line with my "tastes" concerning the Tatooine feeling. I've been making textures for games for 15 years now so it had to be a "quick fix" I thought...
Here we are a few days later and this "recolor" project has become a full textures overhaul! I'm very pleased with the result so maybe some people here could enjoy it as well.

My main inspirations was of course the movies/series and also the SWTOR game.

By doing this, you make sure there is no conflict with existing modded TPC files in your Override folder so my textures will appear as expected in your game.
NOTE: My mod uses ONE TPC file (PLC_spdrwin01.tpc) which gives tranparency to speeders windshield so be sure it is also correctly installed.

  3. Kashyyyk Revisited

    The KOTOR Revisited Collection:

From its gigantic trees to the Shadowlands depths, this pack aims to give to the Wookie's home as many details as possible, in order to immerse the KOTOR player in this wonderful but wild and dangerous place that is Kashyyyk.

My main inspiration when creating these textures was the SWTOR game and The Clone Wars serie.

This mod DOES replace textures for:
    - Architecture (Czerka included)
    - Grounds
    - Nature (Trees, vegetation,...)
    - Wookie NPCs
    - The Footlocker loot container.
This mod DOES NOT replace textures for:
    - Skybox (using the great High Quality Skybox II is strongly recommended).
    - Ebon Hawk cockpit view.
    - Most of these textures are TGA 2048x2048 pixels (based on my experience there's no need to go highter in resolution in this game. Bigger textures on old graphics games  is just a waste of ressource to me). The total size is 970 Mb on your HDD once installed.

By doing this, you make sure there is no conflict with existing modded TPC files in your Override folder so my textures will appear as expected in your game.
NOTE: This pack does not cover 100% of the textures visible on Kashyyyk, especially small items used elsewhere by the game like baskets, etc. It is recommended to install it over a vanilla overhaul textures pack to get a complete HD experience. Just make sure you are installing a Vanilla overhaul BEFORE installing my pack.
Also the game uses the same textures for the Czerka HQ both in Kashyyyk and Korriban so make sure you are also using my Korriban Revisited pack for  seamless and consistent visuals on these planets when visiting Czerka areas.

  5. I Have The Power!

Sick of having so few force powers?
Tired of not leveling up throughout Taris to get more powers later?
Well, here's your solution. This little thing gives you more force powers for when you get a jedi class. Now you can go ahead and get to that level 7-8 on Taris without bothering yourself with saving level-ups for the jedi class. I mean, you still can, but now there's less reason to.
Each Jedi class will get a different amount of points for immersion and role playing purposes. Guardians get 4, Sentinels get 5 and Councilors get 6.
If you don't care for the balance, immersion and all that crap, 'Unlimited Power' variant gives all classes 10 power points.

  6. K1 Thigh-High Boots For Female Twi'lek Body (Modder's Resource)

Here's another bit of scrap from my junk pile that someone may find a use for. A little while back I made some thigh-high boots for Bastila when Quanon was working on her Taris prisoner outfit. He didn't end up using them, so I tossed them into the abyss with my other rejects. The other day I was looking at the female Twi'lek body models for some reason, and I noticed that (the base version at least) has painted on thigh-high boots. On a whim, I imported my boot mesh and noted that, height-wise, they lined up almost perfectly. Even more interestingly, my UVs were very close in layout to the Twi'lek's legs, so much so that is was fairly trivial to rejig them to fit the existing textures. In practice I'm not sure how much purpose this serves, as from a distance it's basically impossible to tell the difference between painted on boots and my physically modelled boots, at least using vanilla textures, but I figured someone might find some use for it.
Because the vanilla female Twi'lek model has existing animations (dancing), I have provided a hex edited copy of the original which is now used as the supermodel. That way the booted variant is a simple Override drop-in with no 2DA editing required. I have also provided some additional versions suitable for use as player bodies that use the regular S_Female03 supermodel, as well as being scaled to large, medium, and small.
I've supplied modified versions for those variation textures that don't have boot textures. There is also an optional variant of the base green variation which has black boots instead of red. The intent of course, given how terrible the vanilla textures are, is that someone will release a proper high quality retextured version, but the NPC portion is useable out of the box if people so desire.
You are free to incorporate the contents of this mod into your own work, as long as proper credit is provided. Do not redistribute the mod by itself.

  8. Brejik's New Repulsor Arm

    Brejik's New Repulsor Arm
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 24.06.2023

    Installation:
Please install the K1 Community Patch before this mod!
Once you're ready to install this mod simply click on this mod's INSTALL.exe, click install, sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.

    Description:
One night, I was browsing through the game files of K2 to see what assets could be ported over to K1... then I found the files for Bao-Dur and an idea popped in my head: could I port Bao-Dur's Repulsor Arm for other NPCs?
After careful consideration, I decided Brejik was one of the only NPCs in K1 that I could replace without causing a conflict with other mods. As a character, Brejik is always said to be a tough and formidable leader of the Black Vulkar Swoop Gang... though his reputation is always reflected through dialogue of other characters. Since Brejik only has a single encounter in the game, we can only use our imaginations as to how Brejik gained this reputation.
But with this mod installed, Brejik will be given Bao-Dur's body model for the Military Suit armor. That means Brejik's entire body will now be physically buff, making his Military Suit larger and more muscular than his vanilla model. These muscular details might be easy to miss, though what's not easy to miss is the elephant in the room... the Repulsor Arm itself!
This Repulsor Arm is entirely an aesthetic feature, Brejik will NOT power punch your player and knock out their energy shields... the arm simply acts as a symbolic testament to Brejik's character, between the year 3962 BBY (when Brejik last appeared in the Kotor comics) and 3956 BBY (when Kotor takes place) we can assume he lost his arm at some point during his career as a Swoop Gangster, similar to how Gadon Thek lost his eyes in the vanilla game.
If you are someone who believes the Repulsor Arm is something only Bao-Dur has, you are welcome to not install this mod.

  10. Unused Head Restoration Pack

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.1.0 Release Date: 18.06.2023

    Installation:
Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod!
Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe and you'll be given 4 installation options. Each option will install 1 head (a single option may come with 2 heads depending on which one you pick) so pick which head you'd like, if you want all the heads you'll have to install the mod 4 times.
Click the option you'd like to be directed to that options installation menu, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.
Repeat the process for any other heads you'd like to install!

    Description:
Kotor 2 has a few popular heads which were cut from the final game, they include: Saedhe's unique head, Hussef's unique head and the "Jedi Master 4" head which was used for Kaevee.
Whilst these heads were restored in TSLRCM, no such restoration of unused heads exists for K1... until now!
This mod will present up to 5 restored faces which you will see across the Kotor galaxy, they include:

    1) "Sith Apprentice 1 Head": In-game, the armored Sith Apprentice's use the 2nd Sith Apprentice Head variant whilst the 1st head variant is neglected.
As only a texture exists for this head, I had to modify this head's texture to hide the mapping for the scar which is present for the 2nd Sith Apprentice Head
but not this one. This new Sith Apprentice head is used by the Taris Sith Govenor, the Dark Jedi in the Manaan Hangar, the Dark Jedi Master trio in the Leviathan Command Deck
    and the Lehon Sith Master.

    2) "Dirty Commoner Head Variant Male": This head is a variant of the classic Batu-Rem generic head with a dirty, scratched up reskin.
This head will be used by the Infected Outcasts who you can cure in the Undercity.

    3) "Dirty Commoner Head Variant Female": This head is a variant of the generic head used by Sarna with a dirty, scratched up reskin to match the male variant.
This skin is special as it was never included in either the PC or the XBOX versions of Kotor, so how did I get my hands on this texture?
When Aspyr released Kotor for the Nintendo Switch, they accidentally replaced the generic blonde white female head with this dirty head variant instead, resulting in
characters like Ice using this head texture instead of their usual blonde head. To restore this head for it's intended purpose (as a dirty head variant), I had the texture ripped
from the Switch and ported to PC.
From my observation, the Nintendo Switch version of Kotor uses an upscaled version of the XBOX textures upgrading their textures from 256x256 (the standard XBOX quality)
to 1024x1024 resolution (This is why the graphics on the Nintendo Switch look so strange).
The skin included in this mod has been downsized to 256x256 to match the texture quality of the male head variant which WAS included in the PC game files.
This head will be used by the Infected Outcasts who you can
    cure in the Undercity.

    4) "Asian Commoner Head Variant Male": This head is listed in the game files amongst the other generic commoner heads, it can be assumed this head was scrapped and it's model became the basis
of the PHMA01 player head. As of right now, this head will be used by Tanis Venn!
Why Tanis? Well, his unique appearance isn't really that 'unique'. His vanilla appearance uses the generic Tatooine Asian male head with a smuggler's jacket, by giving Tanis this previously unused
head it makes Tanis' appearance a proper 'unique' appearance.

    5) "Asian Commoner Head Variant Female": This head is listed in the game files amongst the other generic commoner heads, it can be assumed this head was scrapped and it's model became the basis
of the PHFA02 player head. As of right now, this head will be used by the Czerka Protocol Officer!
Why the Czerka Protocol Officer? Well, her unique appearance isn't really that 'unique'. Her vanilla appearance uses the generic Tatooine Asian female head with the Czerka clothing texture
locked in by default, by giving the Czerka Protocol Officer this previously unused head it makes her appearance a proper 'unique' appearance.
Please refer to the screenshots on this mod's Deadlystream download page for a visual reference.

    Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.
The Sith Apprentice head might have a minor graphical error on it's right cheek, with the original texture this minor graphical error appears much worse and my modifications to the texture
was done to make this error less noticable. You can't really notice any graphical error unless you really keep your eyes peeled for it so you probably won't even notice it.

    Incompatibilities:
    Please report any incompatibilities!
Will be incompatible with any mod which adds "N_SithAppren01_H.tga" or "N_SithAppren01_H.tpc".
If you installed a mod which has "N_SithAppren01_H.tga", even if it's an AI Upscale, it will most likely restore the previously fixed graphical error on the Sith Apprentice's cheek.

    Permissions:
Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission.

    Thanks to:
SpaceAlex: For modifying the "N_SithAppren01_H" texture in his K1 Enhancement Pack mod, this mod was a basis for my own fixed texture!
Jacqylfrost: For porting the infamous female dirty commoner head texture from the Nintendo Switch, without his work this component wouldn't have been possible!
Bioware: For such an amazing game!

  11. Evil Sith Flags

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 17.06.2023

    Installation:
There are two versions of this mod to pick from!
DarthVarkor Inspired Version: This flag is the default 128x128 resolution, the same as the vanilla flag. This flag closely resembles the Sith flag seen in DarthVarkor's fan film "Star Wars: KOTOR - Heart of Darkness".
HD Version: This flag is 512x512 in resolution, an upgrade from the DarthVarkor Inspired Version.
Pick which flag you want, open the "For Override" folder in your selected version and copy PLC_SithFlag.tga to your Override folder.
This mod works for Kotor 2 as this same flag appears in the Secret Tomb on Korriban.

    Description:
One of the main inspirations for the Galactic Empire back when "Star Wars: A New Hope" was being developed was real life N*zi Germany. Ever since the release of the Original Trilogy, the writers of the Star Wars Expanded Universe (nowadays called "Legends") and even the writers of modern day Disney Canon draw upon the imagery of the F*scist regimes of old to create their own authoritarian factions that exist in the Galaxy far, far away.
The flag of N*zi Germany is commonly parodied in Star Wars as authors often replace the Sw*stika with the Imperial Crest alongside some minor detail edits to make the parody look less obvious. Whilst Bioware's 2011 Star Wars: The Old Republic MMO did this with Vitiate's Sith Empire, Bioware's 2003 Star Wars: Knights of the Republic RPG did not do this with Revan's Sith Empire.
Across various digital signs throughout the game, such as the Sith Base on Taris to the Sith Embassy on Manaan, the Crest of the Sith Empire is dark blue in color with a light blue background. Additionally, at the end of the Dark Side ending, players can spot an odd yellow and green colored flag with the Sith Crest on it in the end cutscene.
This mod will change those flags at the very end of the game to appear more like the flags of the TOR Sith Empire and the Galactic Empire with their F*scist influences.
This mod was greatly influenced by DarthVarkor's Heart of Darkness Kotor fan film, his film also modified the Sith flag and edited it to look more like the flag found in this mod. Whilst the flag seen in Heart of Darkness is modded, the flag seen in that film is NOT the one found in this mod as I, N-DReW25, saw that film on YouTube and then made the flag found in this mod from scratch!
This mod will not modify the before mentioned Sith signs found throughout the Sith Bases as other mods do a far superior job at editing those signs than I ever could.

  15. SWTOR Heads - Customization Pack

This mod requires at least one of these files:
TOR Ports: Jaesa Willsaam Female Player Head for K1 1.0.0
TOR Ports: Meetra Surik AKA Jedi Exile Female Player Head for K1 1.0.0
TOR Ports: Kira Carsen Female Player Head for K1 1.0.0

    Features:
    - This mod Improves head textures from the SWTOR female heads ports by DarthParametric. Faces for each character have now more details and more depth (eyes, skin, lips, hairs).
    - Choice between 4 hair colors (Blond, Dark, Red, White) for each character.
    - HD portraits included for each variant (character/hair color/Jedi/Sith), for a total of 40 custom portraits.

    Installation:
1/ Install at least one of the required mods from the links above.
2/Uncompress my file and open the folder corresponding to your choosen and previously installed SWTOR female character.
3/ Choose your hair color for this character and open the corresponding folder.
4/ Drop or Copy/paste the Override folder in your KOTOR game installation folder. Overwrite when asked.
If you want to use this on your current save game, you can easily change your character and/or hair color by using KSE.

    Compatibility:
Should be compatible with anything. These files overwrite textures from the TOR Ports mods so I suggest reading these mod's description before installation.
For now this mod supports KOTOR 1 versions ONLY (TSL version may come later).

    Thanks to:
    - DarthParametric for the TOR ports mods which I'm enjoying a lot in my game.
    - JCarter426 for the Cloaked Jedi robes I've used on my pics.

  17. KotOR1 T3-M4 Voice Module Upgrade

Here's a new KotOR1 mod of mine.  You’ll probably hate it!

    KotOR1 T3-M4 Voice Module Upgrade

    MOD AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
    ORIGINAL RELEASE: 28 MAY 2023

FOR WHAT GAME: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1

    Description:

T3—M4 will sound a little more like his KotOR2 incarnation with this mod. Hopefully. This mod doesn’t touch the command/combat barks.  It’s just the files that cover his (it’s?) conversations in dialogues.
Just so you know, the barks are the same between both games.  (The only thing different are the file names!)

    Installation:

    1) Follow this path in your KotOR2 install and trace the route of the following….
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic > streamwaves >

    2) In that streamwaves folder, find the following files and move them to your desktop (which will enable you to reinstall the original sounds if you don’t like what’s in this mod):
    n_gendro_coms1.wav
    n_gendro_coms2.wav
    n_gendro_coms3.wav
    n_gendro_haps1.wav
    n_gendro_ques1.wav
    n_gendro_sads1.wav

    3) Place the following files from my mod into the streamwaves folder:
    n_gendro_coms1.wav
    n_gendro_coms2.wav
    n_gendro_coms3.wav
    n_gendro_haps1.wav
    n_gendro_ques1.wav
    n_gendro_sads1.wav

    4) You might note that there are other files with different names that are also present in my mod folder. These were meant as alternate sounds so users could switch them out if they please.  But the primary reason for being was so they could have been used by modders to add extra voice samples that they could direct to in their dialogues. Oh well. You can ignore these files:
    n_gendro_coms4.wav
    n_gendro_coms5.wav
    n_gendro_haps2.wav
    n_gendro_haps3.wav
    n_gendro_ques2.wav
    n_gendro_ques3.wav
    n_gendro_sads2.wav
    n_gendro_sads3.wav

    To Uninstall:

Take the files that you put in step 2 of the install back out again. Return the files of the same name that you placed on your desktop back into the streamwaves folder.

    Known Bugs:

    None known at this time.
    Special Thanks:
To JCarter426: For pointing out exactly where I could find the original sound files that were replaced with my mod.
To Leilukin: For walking me through SithCodec. (Let’s hope I got it right!)

  20. Ixgil the Bith

Ixgil (the alien who gets murdered by the Sith immediately on Taris) uses Bith VO, and is tagged as a Bith, so I changed his appearance and name to reflect this. Enjoy your new Bith NPC for the scant few seconds in which he's alive! I've been told K1R does this as well, but I don't use it, nor do I particularly want to.

To install, run INSTALL.exe and follow the instructions. Make sure you install this prior to setting foot outside the apartment though, otherwise it will have no effect.

  22. HD Robe Icons for JC's Cloaked Jedis and Effix's Extra Robes

As I'm sure many of you, I enjoy playing Kotor with JC's Cloaked Jedi Mod. Unfortunately, after using some of the excellent HD icon mods around, the TSL port-quality icons from that mod, end up looking pretty poor in comparison. This mod attempts to fix that by providing high quality icons for it.
Since I also like playing with Effix's Extra Robes, I added icons for that mod as well.

I plan on releasing a comprehensive robe (and possibly armor) icon mod for TSL eventually, but since I am now going through a K1 play-through. This is what I cared about first.

    Installation
    ---------------------------------------------------------
Make sure you've installed your robe mods first, then, within this mod browse to the directories of the mods you've installed and drag and drop those files into your Kotor's installation Override directory. Overwrite files once prompted.

  25. JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Hybrid Robes for K1

    Summary
This mod adds cloaks to the Jedi robes worn by the player and many NPCs, combining the body of the KOTOR 1 robes with the cloaks of the KOTOR 2 robes in a hybrid model.
There are three texture options: 100% Brown, Brown-Red-Blue, and Brown-Red-Blue Alternative. The Brown-Red-Blue textures maintain the color scheme of the K1 Jedi Robes. The 100% Brown textures look more like K2 textures, with different (brown) designs for the Jedi robes instead of different colors. The Brown-Red-Blue Alternative uses the K1 color scheme, but gives the red and blue robes dark grey cloaks.
All styles come with or without gloves for your player character and some non-player characters. If you choose a gloveless option, your hands will be bare and match your usual skin tone.
    Installation
    Automatic Installation (Recommended)
Extract files from the downloaded archive. Run Fashion_I_Cloaked_Hybrid_Robes_K1.exe. Select one of the six install options:
    a) 100% Brown
    b) 100% Brown (No Gloves)
    c) Brown-Red-Blue
    d) Brown-Red-Blue (No Gloves)
    e) Brown-Red-Blue Alternative
    f) Brown-Red-Blue Alternative (No Gloves) Click "Install Mod" and select your game directory (default name SWKotOR). Manual Installation
Extract files from the downloaded archive. If you do not have an override folder, make one in your game directory (default name SWKotOR). Select one of the three folders in tslpatchdata:
    h_bbb – 100% Brown
    h_brb – Brown-Red-Blue
h_brb-a – Brown-Red-Blue Alternative Copy all files from the selected folder to your override folder except appearance.2da and the .ini and .rtf files. The gloveless options require patching appearance.2da and are not supported by the manual installation.
    Uninstallation
Remove the installed files or replace from backups if necessary. Uninstallation
Remove the installed files or replace from backups if necessary. Compatibility
This mod is not compatible with my Cloaked Jedi Robes mod; you have to pick one or the other.
This mod is compatible with my Cloaked Party Robes mod, if you install it after installing this mod.
This mod is likely not compatible with other mods that alter the Jedi robes.
This mod uses my Supermodel Port for K1. This makes it super cripplingly incompatible with any other mods that alter the game's supermodels (the S_Female and S_Male files) unless the other mods utilize my Supermodel Port assets. These edits are necessary to give the player supermodels the bones required for the cloaks to animate.
This mod's supermodels include my Supermodel Fixes for K1. So you don't have to worry about using that, or if these files are overwriting those. Use this mod's files.
These supermodel edits somewhat alter some animations in the game. These adjustments were necessary to prevent the old stuff from clipping with the new stuff. It's essentially what Obsidian did when they added the new bones to the supermodel, but I've reversed the changes a bit to bring the animations closer to the original K1 style.
Some models aren't so happy with the new rig. I've made some hotfixes for such cases where I can, but they won't be compatible with other mods that alter these models. I've instructed TSLPatcher not to overwrite these.
P_JuhaniBB.mdl and P_JuhaniBB.mdx are two such files that will be skipped. If you use the Juhani Catlike Head Mod, I suggest that you use my version because I happened to fix the same thing that mod fixes anyway. You can copy those two files manually from tslpatchdata to Override.
The gloveless options only support appearances from the original game release. If you use a modded player appearance, they'll still wear gloves.
While this mod adds skirt bones to the player supermodels, at this time it does not add the bones or the necessary animations to the cutscene models. So the skirt flaps may appear stiff in scenes that use those.
