I really hope this remake, good or bad, can be used to keep the Kotor community afloat. Like I can just image the following being added to Deadlystream:

* Kotor Remake discussion section

* Kotor Remake art being features in the Deadlystream logo on the top of the site

* Kotor Remake mods section...

I reckon we will need it eventually, modern Disney Star Wars games like Battlefront 2 and Jedi Fallen Order actually do have some mods which can be made and installed... so I have a feeling that this Kotor Remake may just have mods to be made for it.

I recall some years ago that the Kotor and Kotor 2 sections of NexusMods were a serious competitor to the mods offered my Deadlystream, I now feel that ever since the Gamefront mods were removed from the site 70% of "Kotor NexusModders" end up uploading mostly weird asf mods which would get ridiculed the moment they'd be uploaded here.

Since Battlefront 2 and Jedi Fallen Order both have NexusMods sections with mods actively being contributed, it might be a good idea to consider a Kotor Remake mod section should they become popular.

@Stormie97 When Disney realizes Stormie is half way through making his Duro model for Kotor and it looks just as good as the 2017 Battlefront 2 Duro.

An afterthought I had last night, this is all going to be uploaded on Disney Plus... and much of the Star Wars content on Disney Plus has multiple languages options, and not just subtitles but FULL audio as well.

Most animes are typically Japanese because obviously its a Japanese company making said anime for a Japanese audience with English dubs being made sometime after the initial release, but even though 7 Japanese companies working on this anime Disney is still the company making this ship sail.

So I'm just guessing what on earth is going to happen in regards to what language this show is going to be in:

1) Will it be dubbed in Japanese with English subtitles like the trailer was?

2) Will it be dubbed in Japanese with the option to change your VO language to another language, including English.

3) For American and English speaking Disney Plus Users, will it be dubbed in English with the option to change the language to Japanese if desired? Thus making the Japanese dubbed trailer kinda redundant in a way?

And something else I notice in certain Animes is that, for example, we see a sign written in Japanese on the wall and if the Anime has English subtitles it will show a translation of the sign. No doubt any signs or images in this anime will be written in Aurabesh which 98% of the time we Star Wars Fans don't get a translation on Aurabesh anything, so would Disney choose to have Aurabesh signs in the anime translated in English/Japanese or other languages or would they leave that out at the risk of alienating Anime fans who only have this feudal anime as their first real taste of Star Wars content.

SEVEN Anime Studios, I'm not a massive anime Weeb but the fact that apparently 7 Anime Studios are working on this series frightens me. Maybe this is a good thing and this is just ignorant, but this sounds more like Disney saying "Ryan Johnson blew our credibility and hurt our profits, throw together the Star Wars anime and try and milk money out of the anime community. What's that? We can't afford to make a single studio produce all 9 of our Anime episodes? Just hire a different studio for each episode, it'll be cheaper and we can't still milk the Anime Community like cows for their money!"

Maybe I'm exaggerating, but after seeing this trailer I swear my theory about every episode being a different story with new animations is looking to be quite right. I mean just compare the quality of these screenshots with each other and tell me they're from the same series:

As we all know, the sequels did a crap job explaining its own lore so much so that Comic Books, Novels, Video Games and TV Shows have to explain the lore for the movies so it just barely makes sense... I REALLY hope the Exegol episode doesn't disappoint because we're going to have to rely on this series to understand how things worked in the sequels. 😭

But besides that, I actually like your idea to a degree, if Gorton does just "explodes sometimes" then it is an April Fools Joke mod (Like the Old Uncle Ruckus mod for Gorton Colu which once existed). If you wanted something serious, make Colu look serious, give him a new head with an iconic moustache, give him an intimidating armour and give him a squad of brown shirt looking body guards, and when you do go to kill Colu have the player fight him themselves along with the brownshirts.

It'd still be kind of immoral to do such a thing, but the player certainly won't be considered evil for doing it.

And if you still want Colu to "explode sometimes", don't worry, Lord Malak has guarenteed that Colu will explode "everytime" you finish Taris

Why would the Sith care about Daviks' ship when its locked down? When the player leaves Davik's Hangar in the Ebon Hawk the bombing is underway and with the Sith Launch Codes the bombers won't target the ship, distrupting Sith communication is as redundant as a Sith Airbase.

You already do, it's called the post-Taris Sith Fighter scene. Blowing up Sith Fighters on Taris is pointless and would be considered Terrorism as you have no real reason to do so (Let alone finding a giant Turret to shoot down off duty Sith Fighters not even engaged in combat, let alone even creating a mini-game in the Upper City do that? Also, if you're shooting Sith Fighters in the Upper City as they land in the Sith Base? Wouldn't those ships crash into the Upper and Lower City? Killing Civillians?)
