Installation:
Copy & Paste the files inside the "For Override" folder and place them into the "Override" folder inside your "swkotor" directory.
Description:
Since the 2010s, there have been many attempts at creating high quality models and textures for the weapons found in the Kotor games, however, there are several types of weapons which don't have any HD mods in 2023: Gamorrean Battleaxes, Stun Batons and Quarterstaffs.
But some of you might recall DeadMan's Quarterstaff Replacement Pack from 2012 which replaced the Quarterstaff models with high quality models and textures... this mod was made for Kotor 2 though and was never ported for K1 players to enjoy... until now!
10 years after the release of the original, the Quarterstaff Replacement Pack has now been ported to K1 replacing the Quarterstaff and the Massassi Battle Staff.
Quarterstaffs can either be bought from merchants or wielded by NPCs as weapons (such as the Black Vulkars and Outcast NPCs on Taris)
Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.
It should be noted that the Massassi Battle Staff sometimes doesn't extend if equipped when the player is doing the "battle pose" animation. The weapon will be able to extend once this animation stops.

Description: This mod changes Juhani the Cathar to have a more cat like face. The head model has been modified to give her mouth, nose and ears a more pleasing shape. There are seven different skin color variations, including standard yellow (similar to her default look), Siberian white tiger (based on idea by Redhawke), cheetah, lioness, tigress, black panther, and a blue one similar to (but more cat-like than) a Na'vi from the movie Avatar. This mod will change her face, underwear (it's really just fur), normal clothes, second set of clothes, and all icons and portraits.
This mod also includes two new double bladed lightsabers and two sets of clothes for Juhani. The clothing (Juhani's Predatory Stealth Mesh) can only be worn by Juhani, since it requires Force Camouflage feat. The other clothing (Juhani's Light Armor) is just a uti file that adds some stats, but they will look the same as her basic clothes.

During your travels across the galaxy you have the opportunity to find rare lightsaber crystals in various locations. The Sapith Crystal and the Solari Crystal in Kotor 1 both share the same white crystal icons but in Kotor 2 the Sapith crystal has a brand new icon. When I made my red lightsaber crystal fix I found the exact icon in the Kotor 1 assets for the Sapith Crystal, so this mod will replace the sapith crystal icon and change it into the same icon used in Kotor 2

Incompatibilities:
Is incompatiable with anything that edits "g_w_sbrcrstl04.uti" though I don't know anything that edits that.

Movie Robe Reskin
This adds three Jedi Robes into both games, Anakin's, Obi-Wan's, and Mace Windu's robes. Original credit goes to Kainzorus Prime and Deadman for the original skins and HapSlash for the original Jedi Academy model. The reason for the 2.1 instead of 3.0 is because I am not finished with my current expansion to this robe mod.
How to Obtain: Type in the cheat code "giveitem_sl_anakin" for Anakin's, "giveitem_sl_windu" for Mace's, and "giveitem_sl_kenobi' for Obi-Wan's. Or you could use the save game editor. If you want these in game, in K1, the times are in the Aratech store on Dantooine right after you get off the Hawk for the first time. The robes in TSL are with Darrala. I have added compatibility with Deadman's robe mod, you can safely replace this and still get his and mine together. However, if you don't use his robe mod, then I have included as default a file that can go in the override should you not want to download Deadman's mod to use with mine.
Installation: Drop K1 folder to Override in Kotor directory, and TSL into Kotor II directory.
Bugs: None known, if any pop up, PM me.

This mod is intended to sort of "fix" the Star Forge Robes, as they were missing the Cape, Belt and other accessories that Revan's Robe has for it's texture. I know there's already a few mods out there that do the same thing, but I felt like doing my own take on it. If you want to use this in a mod, go right ahead, just be sure to add credit where it's due.
Included is another option that uses the armor pieces from the Female version's texture.
NOTE: You can also use these textures for TSL as well, if you have a mod that allows you to obtain Revan's Robes/Star Forge Robes.

These skins change and unify Malak's Jedi and Sith appearances. The mask, collar, and chest plates retain their shine from default texture, and it's noticeable enough without poking the viewer's eyes out.
New eyes were added to the Jedi, Sith and Jawless appearances. The Jedi appearance was designed to resemble the sith outfit, while not taking too many textures from the latter directly.
The skins are compatible with TSL, and can be placed in its Override folder to be used with the game.
2. Instalation:

Unpack all files from zip and place them in Override folder.
If you do not have Override folder, create it in main KotOR or TSL directory.
3. Usage
=========
This is mainly intended as replacement skin for Malak, but you can download any disguise item that changes you to him and this skin will be applied to it.

The EbonHawk-HDTP

Feel free to edit and reuse the textures. No need to contact me for any permissions (for distributing or editing these files).
HDTP will provide a huge boost in visual quality in-game but it does have some missing details here and there. Some details were intentionally removed because I wanted EbonHawk to have a smooth metallic look like the droids do in SW universe (but the ships don't, so yeah).
There are also some color/glass tweaks for computer display panels (obvious in screenshots) to make them look like LCD panels and increased specularity on ship surface to give the ship a droid-like metallic look compared to the vanilla textures (you can remove the increased specularity for vanilla look).

Also, it may not work with any mod which enhances the associated models (I do not know of any).
Otherwise there should not be any issues unless there is a mod which I am unaware of which changes the
"appearance.2da" file in such a way that an associated model or texture is different from the original game.

Movie-Style Dark Side Transitions

And lo, it came to pass that InSidious, of the tribe of Holowan was elevated unto the Filefront. And a voice, liken unto an voice cried out unto the wilderness: "You're in trouble now, folks!"
Meanwhile (and on a more serious note ), Shem graces us with another of his mods. More specifically, it's a re-do of the Dark Side transitions - that is, with the increasingly zombie-like appearance - pale flesh, cracked, almost varicose skin and glowy yellow eyes.
Now, a lot of people think these look a bit rubbish, and would rather that just the eyes changed, and so Shem has given us a mod that does just that for the default heads for KotOR.
But not just that! Shem has gone a step further, and, given Inyri's go-ahead, has made his subtler Dark Side transitions for Inyri Forge's KotOR Male Head Pack!
How do you like them apples?!

Higher Quality Bastila

This is a fairly simple reskin of Bastila, to make her textures look a bit better quality. There are lots of great people that make amazing HD reskins of KOTOR models, but Bastila hasn't been done yet, so I figured I'd make a temporary skin for people to use until someone makes a better one. This isn't really "HD" in my opinion.
It's not perfect, at all. Maybe I'll work on it more in the future.

Quanons Bastila Shan Reskin

This mod will replace and update Bastila Shans textures. Mainly her armor, underwear and head skin.
Each has been given a size increase: 2048x2048pix. Which allowed me to put in a few more details.
The slave outfit, when you meet Bastila, for the first time on Taris hasn't been updated, just yet.
But I felt, that I could release this anyway and at a later date do the slave outfit.
Redrob also contributed an update to Bastilas head model, he fixed nasty bugs on her UVmap, which improved
on how her skin gets applied to the model. And this ofcourse just improves the whole thing overall!
Added a second version: this one is even more "vanilla", eyes are differant; less vibrant lipstick and make-up.

Version 1.3:
A reworked head skin; now also comes with 4 hair colors to pick from. Underwear model has been tweaked to match the new head.
Her regular outfit has NOT been altered.

When searching through the K1 textures I found an unused familiar red lightsaber texture that after playing a bit of TSL I soon realised it was the red lightsaber crystal icon
that is used in TSL. So after looking at the red lightsaber crystal K1 uses I soon discovered it was a power crystal icon and not the intended red lightsaber crystal icon so what this mod does is fix/restore
the previously unused red lightsaber crystal icon into K1.
Note: I also found unused crystal textures in K1 that appear in TSL though those mods will be coming soom

Better PMHC04 Male head
This mod changes the Male Caucasian 04 head, to a (hopefully) slightly less dopey, and higher quality version. Dark side faces are included.
These textures are quite large (2048*2048), so if you happen to be playing on a laptop from '98, you should probably resize them a bit.
