  1. Darth Bane and Darth Zannah Playable PC Reskins 1.0

    Description:
This mod changes PMHC01 and PFHC06 to look like Darth Bane and Darth Zannah from the novels. Darth Zannah doesn't look like what she is described to look like in the books, but I tried my best to do what I could to make PFHC06 (Blonde Female With Hair in a Hair bun) look close to Darth Zannah. I was originally gonna use Queen Talia as a base for Darth Zannah and make the hood look more like long hair, but after a long discussion with Effix on discord on how I would make it so it doesn't change Talia, it's compatible with TSLRCM, uses TSLPatcher, etc and it just felt way too complicated for me to do right now since I am not experienced enough. Perhaps in the future I will update it to be that, but for now Darth Zannah will have to just be as she is now.

    Installation:
Extract the .Zip and put the files in Darth Bane and Darth Zannah Playable PC Reskins into your override folder in the Kotor 2 files.

  2. Fixed Hologram Models and Admiralty Redux for TSLRCM

This mod attempts to address some of the issues with holograms in TSL. In the vanilla game, the majority of holograms have things like eyeballs and teeth being visible through the head. This is caused by the way the game handles transparency, in conjunction with the order in which it renders the individual meshes that a model is comprised of. By changing the hierarchy of the meshes within these models, certain elements can be occluded, resulting in less cases of “bug-eyed” holograms. This is not a perfect solution however. Because meshes do not self-occlude, visual glitches still remain during certain animations and camera angles, but this is likely the best that can be done without being able to make alterations the game engine itself.
Additionally, because their interactions are primarily via hologram, this mod includes a revised version of Jinger/Kreia’s Admiralty Mod, which changes the appearance of Admirals Cede and Onasi to give them outfits more fitting of their rank. And while I was at it, I also revised certain appearances with head swaps and custom model merges (hair, etc.) to try and reduce overuse of the same heads and make NPCs a little more distinct.
N.B.: TSLRCM is a requirement for this mod. It is not compatible with the vanilla version of the game.
    Specific Changes:
Ebon Hawk: Bastila hologram (Light Side male Revan) Ebon Hawk: Bastila hologram (Dark Side male Revan) Ebon Hawk: Carth hologram (Dark Side female Revan) Ebon Hawk: Carth (Admiral Onasi) hologram (Light Side female Revan) Ebon Hawk: Canderous hologram Ebon Hawk: Jedi Master Atris hologram Ebon Hawk: Jedi Master Kavar hologram Ebon Hawk: Jedi Master Vash hologram Ebon Hawk: Jedi Master Vrook hologram Ebon Hawk: Jedi Master Zez-Kai Ell hologram Peragus: Administration Officer hologram Peragus: Dock Officer hologram Peragus: Maintenance Officer hologram Peragus: Medical Officer hologram Peragus: Security Officer hologram Peragus: Coorta hologram Peragus: Coorta thug #1 hologram Peragus: Coorta thug #2 hologram Harbinger: Republic Captain hologram Harbinger: Republic Navigation Officer hologram Harbinger: Republic Doctor/Med Officer hologram Harbinger: Republic Soldier hologram (partial) Harbinger: Admiral Cede hologram Harbinger: Admiral Onasi hologram Telos: Admiral Cede hologram Telos: Admiral Onasi hologram Telos: Admiral Onasi physical appearance Dantooine: Jedi Master Vandar hologram Dantooine: Jedi Master Vrook hologram Dantooine: Admiral Cede hologram Dantooine: Admiral Onasi hologram Nar Shaddaa (Goto's Yacht): Goto hologram/projector VFX Korriban: Bastila hologram (Dark Side male Revan) Korriban: Jedi Master Vash hologram (M4-78) Korriban: Jedi Kaah hologram (M4-78) Malachor V: Bao-Dur hologram Known Issues:
There are still visual artefacts from overlapping sections of individual meshes, particularly noticeable in the case of the neck being visible through the jaw which occurs with certain animations and/or camera angles. This is not addressable by model edits. The problem is the way in which the engine renders overlapping transparency within a single mesh. The Republic soldier on the Harbinger has been replaced as of v1.3, however the helmet is still somewhat problematic. I'm not sure that is addressable without completely remodelling it, and perhaps not even then given its shape. Hair planes with alpha transparency don't function as intended as holograms, so typically look pretty terrible (e.g. Peragus Maintenance Officer). There's not much that can be done about those, other than completely remodelling the hair to rely on geometry rather than texture transparency. Dangly meshes used for hair bangs tend to look conspicuous due the requirement of placing them under the head mesh in the hierarchy. Particularly egregious examples may warrant having these elements being turned into skinned meshes in a future update. No doubt there are still a few holograms that need attention that I have missed. If anyone can provide a list of such cases, I may address it in a future update. Note that some holograms look fine in their vanilla state. I am only interested in hearing about ones with issues like those already addressed in this mod ("bug eyes", etc.). Compatibility:
I've edited UTCs to point to custom appearance.2da entries, so the mod should be compatible with any other mod that only edits the vanilla 2DA entries. However, it will not be compatible with any mod that forcibly overwrites the module files this mod edits, that outright replaces the UTCs in question, or that also edits the UTC appearance values. Install any such mods first, then this mod afterwards. To make it clear, do not use this in conjunction with Jinger/Kreia’s Admiralty Mod or Darth Hayze's TSLRCM Compatibility Patch for said mod. They are superseded by this mod. A separate patch is provided for M4-78 to handle its version of the Korriban academy module. After installing the main content of the mod, run the installer a second time and select the "Additional Patch" option from the drop down menu. An optional patch has been added to give the robe-wearing holograms unique named textures for use with robe mods that use the same filenames as vanilla robe textures. This will prevent texture issues (but note that they will still be wearing the vanilla-style robes). Acknowledgements:
Thanks to Fair Strides for creating a customised version of TSLPatcher to handle filename clashes, which made this mod practical. Thanks to Jinger/Kreia for permission to release a revised version of the Admiralty mod's content, the textures from which (with modification) are used in this mod. Thanks to zbyl2 for permission to redistribute TSLRCM's module files to ensure compatibility for Steam Workshop users Thanks to JCarter426 for permission to use the female Republic soldier body model from "JC's Republic Soldier Fix for K2" and his adjusted N_CommM04 texture from "JC's Minor Fixes for K2". Thanks to bead-v for KOTORMax and MDLEdit, and ndix UR for MDLOps 2K18 Edition, all of which were required at various points to get this to work. Thanks to ndix UR for TGA2TPC Thanks to Malkior for providing the impetus for the mod via this thread. Thanks to L0ki194 for offering input on the case of the Harbinger's "Doctor" vs "Medical Officer".

This mod adds Terena Adare's head for the player character.

I've changed the eyes to stand out more and I've removed the dot tattoos.

At full dark side you get the Sith yellow eyes, you get a mix of both extremes half way towards fully dark.

The NPC Terena Adare also gets updated, with an altered version of PFHC06, so that you don't feel like you run into your twin.

    --------------------------
    - (R): This mod replaces the Revan/Star Forge model, so it's not compatible with any mod that does the same (for example my Bastila Robes, Mission Vao Jacket, Scout/Scoundrel Jacket, Soldier Outfit and more). Make sure you always read the mod description to look out for this.

    ------------------------
    DESCRIPTION
    ------------------------
This mod enables you to play as Trask Ulgo from KotOR 1.
His files are in the KotOR 2 files (like many files from the first game) so it was a matter of enabling him to be picked as your player character and adding the missing portraits and dark side transitions.
He wears the Republic Soldier uniform as underwear and default clothing. I made his eyes slightly more blue.
There's no zombie look because I'm not a fan of that myself and there wasn't really a texture to easily reuse. Full dark side does get the yellow movie style Sith eyes and his hair becomes fully gray, half way to dark you get a mix of the two extremes.
This mod shouldn't conflict with any other mod.
    Requested by Gooey on Steam.
You can use this with a K1 Trask HD mod, you just need to rename some files (and probably settle for no dark side transitions if you don't get creative yourself).

  9. Unofficial Party & Player Underwear+UCO Patch and Red Shoe Restoration

NOTE: YOU STILL NEED REDROB41'S PLAYER & PARTY UNDERWEAR TO GET ANY OF THEIR OTHER FIXES AND COMPANION TWEAKS INCLUDED IN THAT MOD!  IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THEIR MOD FIRST BEFORE MINE, YOU WILL STILL ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS WITH THESE TEXTURES!
So it turns out that the compatibility patch for RedRob41's Party & Player Underwear that is offered with Ultimate Character Overhaul does not include any of the PC underwear options - including the tweaks to the Dancer's Outfit for more consistent & muscular female PCs.  This mod aims to fix that and add some additional tweaks, with the major one restoring the original red shoes all PCs got that was removed from RedRob41's mod.  Please note that this is meant to be used alongside the compatibility patch that is offered by Ultimate Character Overhaul since that one affects party members while mine only affects the PC.
There are 3 versions of the mod:
Party & Player Underwear+UCO: This offers all of the PC underwear options from Party & Player Underwear in a similar quality to UCO.  These are upscaled 2k textures of what RedRob41 offers in his mod.  This one will have the upscaled female PC Dancer's Outfit tweaks, so grab those files from this folder if you want those fixed textures. Red Shoe Restoration for Party & Player Underwear+UCO: This restores the OG stylish red shoes on all of the applicable underwear options except for the Athletic ones since those are customized, and then all the textures are upscaled to 2k (similar to UCO quality). Red Shoe Restoration: Same as above, but for those not using UCO.  This is only for those who are running Player & Party Underwear. All versions of my mod also include the following tweaks:
Asian males now have more defined muscles.  Their original textures had them kind-of non-existent, so I tweaked them to be more like the White male PCs. All shirtless male options now have HyperRealistic™ nipple colors instead of skin-colored nipples. Female shoes now have color-matching soles instead of the original white soles in the P&PU+UCO version. You also have the option of choosing to download uncompressed TGA files or compressed TPC files; generally speaking, TPC is nearly identical to TGA in terms of quality while being smaller in filesize, so I would recommend downloading the TPC version of this mod if only for the better load performance.
    Installation
    1. Download Party & Player Underwear and install it.
    2. (Optional) Download Ultimate Character Overhaul and the provided compatibility patch on that page, then install both.
    3. Download this mod and simply drag which underwear options you want into your Override folder, then let it overwrite any other existing files.
    Uninstallation
Just delete the following files from your Override folder, or let another texture mod that changes the following textures overwrite them:
    pfbamA01 pfbamB01 pfbamC01 pfbamD01 pmbamA01 pmbamB01 pmbamC01 pmbamD01

  10. K2 Upscaled Vanilla Weapon Textures

Mahalo for checking out my mod! I promise I will get updated pictures down the road.
I just hated how ugly the melee weapons looked, especially in comparison to all of the upscaled and re-done textures and models we can get nowadays.  While not quite the job that something like High Quality Blasters does, this mod upscales all of the vanilla textures for both melee and ranged weapons using a mixture of ESRGAN and waifu2x AI upscaling to around 512-by-512px wherever possible with the goal of being as mod-friendly as it can be (so no model overhauls or anything like that - this is just a straight-up retexture).  I offer both Melee and Ranged weapon textures separately so users can drag-and-drop whichever ones they want to use.
The mod itself should be pretty simple to install - just download the file, go into the folder of the weapons you want to replace, and drop the loose files directly into your Override folder (should be something like C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Star Wars - KotOR2\Override, for example).  Note that this won't be compatible with mods that change the models or retexture weapons, so if you want to use my textures be sure to overwrite the ones in your Override with the ones from this file!  For major overhauls like High Quality Blasters or Quarterstaff Replacement where the weapons look physically different, textures from this file won't work with those models.
Why should I use these textures over something like High Quality Blasters or Quarterstaff Replacement?
Honestly, if the mods doesn't break anything in your game, you should just use those mods instead since they offer actually good weapon models and textures.  This is more of an alternative for those who have problems with those kinds of mods or can't run those kinds of mods for whatever reason, or are looking to complement other high-res textures from those mods.  Or you really, really like the vanilla textures and want to be a purist.

  13. K2 Companion Starting Armors

Aloha!  Thanks for checking out my mod.
This originally started out as a mod for getting Bao-Dur some non-vanilla starting gear, but I ended up expanding it and creating starting armors for each companion that didn't have one before and making Atton's and Mira's jackets moddable with underlays to keep them more useful.  Now every companion can use their default appearance and have it be somewhat competitive to some of the mid-game gear and (hopefully) become a niche choice of equipment for some people!
This mod uses TSLPatcher, so it should be compatible with any mods that don't change what armor Kreia, Bao-Dur, Handmaiden, Disciple, and Visas wear when you first meet them.  Mods that change or alter their default appearance, such as Ultimate Character Overhaul, should work just fine with this mod since each armor is actually a suped-up generic clothing item.
Please feel free to use this mod as you see fit!  If you wanna include it in your mod, go ahead - just credit me if you do, that's all I ask.

  14. Casino PAZAAK animated

Staring at the cold, metallic UI of vanilla Pazaak i always wonder who wants to be in a casino like that?
In this mod i want to make Pazaak more enjoyable and beside that more up to date looking.

What i tried to achieve is to combine the exclusive, wooden look of modern casino-tables with the tech-look of the Cards.
Visually i didnt take ANY prisoners, the main UI is slightly animated in the background and comes with a whooping 4k file.
The Cards highlighter is retextured in a subtle blueish way and the flipcard symbol comes with a 256 pics animation.
Thanks to todays fast PCs, it shouldnt affect performance.

    Compatibility:

This should be compatible with everything. The only conflict could be with mods that change the Pazaak Cards and UI, but i yet havent seen any mod, that does that.
    TSLRCM 100% compatible.

    Install:
Download the mod, extract the contents with an archive extraction program such as 7zip or WinRAR, then move the extracted files to your game's override folder.

    Enjoy!

also watch Xuuls wonderful review (with installation instructions) of my mod:

Update 1.1: it contains new files - just install both (CasinoPazaak.rar and Update1.1.rar) into your Override.

    Bugs:

Since its a texture replacer, there shouldnt be any.

    Brightness (optional):

for best results visually you may turn brightness bar to exactly 1/2.

  15. PANEL Overhaul animated (Mass Effect Edition)

In this overhaul all major panels, workbenches and the computer panel background are remade from the scratch and animated.
I tried very hard to merge the sophisticated ME3 look with original Kotor - and used only 4k/64 pics animations/uncompressed files to get a proper look -
so yes - the mod size is indeed ~500MB.

To get the most out of it i suggest that you guys download Xarwarz OTE series first, then override everything with my mod.

    Install:
Download the mod, extract it with an archive extraction program like 7zip or WinRAR, then move the extracted files to your game's override directory.

    Compatibility:

100% compatible with TSLRCM & M478. As pure texture replacer it should be compatible with everything else.
IF you want to install Xarwarz OTE texture PLC files, then install them FIRST, then override everything with my mod.

    Enjoy!

  16. TELOS Board Overhaul animated

    ATTENTION:

Highly outdated! Use the much more advanced TSL Origins Telos mod instead:

    http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/759-tsl-origins-telos-overhaul/

This overhaul replaces all the vanilla ads and boards at Telos. Considering that new rebuilt Citadel Station represented one of the most
sophisticated architecture in the galaxy, in a way similar to ME Citadel, i wanted it to look alike.
Realising this, it seems to be natural to follow the amazing ME animations but in respect to original Kotor...

This mod contains only high res 4k 64 pics animations, so i highly recommend to install a texture Overhaul like the Xarwarz OTE overhaul first to cover all normal textures and then my Overhaul and override everything!

    Install:
Download the mod, extract the archive with an archive extraction program such as 7zip or WinRAR, and move the extracted files to your game's override directory.

    Bugs:

    None. Enjoy!

  17. TSL ORIGINS - Telos Overhaul

Unlike its predecessor, the Complete Overhaul for K1, the purpose of this texture mod is to preserve the original look of the game,
while using different texturing techniques to give the old game engine a modern look, emulating shine & vector based animations from the Mass Effect series.

Im sorry guys that i cant provide screenshots at the moment, my graphics card is malfunctioning.

    Installation:

Download the file, extract its contents with an archive extraction tool such as 7zip or WinRAR, and move the contents to the override folder for your game.

  18. JC's Feat Fixes for K2

    Summary
This mod corrects some errors in the feeat.2da and featgain.2da files, which determine what classes can get what feats and when.
First, a number of feats available to the base Jedi classes were not available to the prestige classes. This appears to be an error, given the inconsistency. It wasn't even that no prestige classes could take them. For some feats, certain tiers were available but not the rest. Other feats were available to some classes but locked out of others, despite being available to all Jedi classes. So I've gone through and set all feats that seem like they were meant for all Jedi classes to be available for all Jedi classes. The affected feats are:
Caution Close Combat Dual Strike Empathy Gear Head Regenerate Vitality Stealth Run Second, the Scoundrel class was similarly missing access to feats they ought to be able to take, based on what is available to other organic classes:
Dual Strike Finesse: Melee Weapons Regenerate Vitality Stealth Run Weapon Focus: Blaster Rifle Weapon Focus: Melee Weapons Third, some classes did not have access to cross-class skill feats for certain
skills that were not class skills for them:
Class Skill: Stealth (Jedi Weapon Master and Sith Marauder) Class Skill: Treat Injury (Scoundrel) Fourth, the Finesse: Lightsabers feat was redundant, because Finesse: Melee Weapons applies to both melee weapons and lightsabers. This was probably not the intent, but these feats are hard-coded, so I have no way of fixing them. I chose to remove the ability to select Finesse: Lightsabers at all. If you want to build a finessing character and receive the benefits of this feat, you can select Finesse: Melee Weapons instead and get it for melee weapons as well as lightsabers.
Also, the weapon and armor proficiencies for prestige classes were inconsistent. This would not cause a problem in regular play because prestige classes are only available to the player character and the player character already had these proficiency feats; however, it could create oddities when using other mods or a save editor. I have adjusted the following feats for prestige classes to match the base Jedi classes:
Armor Proficiency: Light Weapon Proficiency: Blaster Rifle Weapon Proficiency: Lightsaber Finally, the feat gains for the Combat Droid and Expert Droid classes were swapped, just as they were in KOTOR 1. TSLRCM already fixes this issue for KOTOR 2, but I added it to my fixes as well for the sake of completion.
    Installation
Extract files from the downloaded archive. Run Feat_Fixes_K2.exe. Click "Install Mod" and select your game directory (default name SWKOTOR2). Uninstallation
Delete feat.2da and featgain.2da or replace with backups if necessary. Credits

  20. JC's VO Fix for K2

    Summary
This mod fixes two problems with the VO in the game.
T3-M4 was missing some VO files. This would cause his lines to be skipped when these files were referenced in the original game. The files missing were his short "question" variants. I was able to edit together new ones using his medium and long lines as a source. Some of the Gand entries were misplaced; they were typed on the unused Gotal line rather than the Gand line. In this case, the VO did exist, but it wasn't being referenced properly in the 2DA file. I've adjusted the file to correct that. I don't recall if this presented any problems in the released game, but the affected VO files were the "question" and "sad" variants. I didn't remove them from the Gotal line in case that was actually used for Gand VO in the game.
    Installation
Extract files from the downloaded archive.
    Run VO_Fix_K1.exe.
Click "Install Mod" and select your game directory (default name SWKOTOR2).

    Uninstallation
Remove the installed files. Replace alienvo.2da with backup if necessary.
    Compatibility
TSLRCM does address the T3 issue, but it does this by replacing T3's VO with generic utility droid VO, which I really, really didn't like. So if you're using TSLRCM, this mod will revert that change.

    =================================
    DESCRIPTION:
Sometime around the year 2016 I believe, Dark Hope released IGM for K1, with incredible HD textures for just about every environment. (For more info on IGM, please contact  https://deadlystream.com/profile/16561-dark-hope/.) Sometime afterward, Sith Holocron recolored the IGM Endar Spire textures for use with TSL, and the results were amazing! So, with kind and gracious permission from Dark Hope, Jorak Uln, and Sith Holocron, I present to you:  Dark Hope and Jorak Uln's IGM HD Endar Spire Textures Recolored for TSL's The Harbinger!
    What this Mod does:
Updates TSL's The Harbinger's interior to HD textures in the same green/teal color scheme as the vanilla interior, with amazing results, that simple...Haha!!
I have also included new Loadscreens showcasing the new interior, as an option, for those who wish to do so...
Mods used in the making of the screenshots (These Mods were used in the making of the BEFORE screenshots, as well.)

    ___________________________________________________________
    COMPATIBILITY:
WILL NOT BE compatible with any other Mods that alter The Harbinger's interior...Should be compatible with almost everything else.
    Optional Loadscreens:
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you download and install Sith Holocron's https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1255-replacement-loading-screens-for-kotor2-original-pack-with-or-without-tslrcm-part-1/ (All 3 Parts) BEFORE installing the Optional Loadscreens, as you can expect full compatibility with said Mod...I attempted to recreate these TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY...

    ___________________________________________________________
    INSTALLATION:
Extract the zip file somewhere on your PC, and simply copy/paste (overwrite, if prompted) the contents of the "For Override" folder to your TSL Override directory. For additional instructions, see below:(BUGS:)

    Optional Loadscreens:
Simply copy/paste (overwrite, if prompted) the contents of the "Optional Loadscreens" folder to your TSL Override directory.
    ___________________________________________________________
    UNINSTALL:
Simply remove the files from your TSL Override directory.
    ___________________________________________________________
    BUGS:
This Mod's files are in the TGA/TXI file format...If REPLACING any other texture overhaul Mods that are in the TPC file format, WITH THIS MOD, be sure to open your TSL Override directory and remove any duplicate TPC files, as TGA's and TPC's with duplicate filenames WILL NOT WORK in-game!
    ___________________________________________________________
    CREDITS:
ALL Credit for Original Textures goes to Dark Hope and Jorak Uln. This Mod would have not been possible without IGM, so primary credit resides with them.

Credit for any Recolors goes to Sith Holocron. Again, this Mod would not have been possible without him, as I was unaware of the IGM before this.

Any further color adjustments, touch-ups, and/or alpha adjustments by ConansHair.

TXI's verified and game tested by ConansHair.

Loadscreens made by ConansHair, using ndix UR's TSL Loadscreen Templates, and also using Sith Holocron's TSL Replacement Loadscreens as guides.

    DESCRIPTION
    -----------------------
This mod changes the Dancer's Outfit and gives the item properties to make it more than a cosmetic item.
I made it so that the color of the outfit is different for the different player skin tones and for the Handmaiden and Mira (see screenshot).
What's cool about the Dancer's Outfit is that it can get a different look if the wearer has turned to the dark side.

The item properties and description will not get applied to a Dancer's Outfit that you've already acquired. So you either get it the normal way or cheat in another copy. That said, installing this mod does update the appearance of an outfit that you've already acquired.
The item icon only has one appearance.

I'm including a black option/alternative in which the white shirt and boots are black (see screenshot).

    -------------------------
    INSTALLATION
    -------------------------
Unzip, copy the files from the "Copy contents to override" subfolder to your override folder.

Black alternative: Do the above and then simply copy the files from the "Black Alternative" folder to your override, overwrite files when prompted.

  23. Effixian's Cathar Pack

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Knights of the Old Republic - The Sith Lords
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    TITLE: Effixian's Cathar Pack
    AUTHORS: Effix(ian)
CONTACT: PM me on the forums or find me on Steam

    -------------------------
    INSTALLATION
    -------------------------
Unzip somewhere and run the file "TSLPatcher - Install Effixian's Cathar Pack.exe".

    -----------------------
    DESCRIPTION
    -----------------------
This mod adds a male and a female Cathar, inspired by SWTOR.
Fully dark side has red eyes and colourless fur, halfway to that there's a mix of both extremes.
I did not alter the 3D models, because I'm not good at that, so no pointy ears or altered noses.
There's custom underwear but no dancer's outfit.
Requested by Tiberius Tigris on Steam.

    --------------------------
    UNINSTALLING
    --------------------------
    1. Remove the following files from your override folder:
(not harmful if you leave these, step 2 will make the game ignore them)
    pfbamcat01.tga
    pfhcat01.mdl
    pfhcat01.mdx
    PFHCAT01.tga
    PFHCAT01d1.tga
    PFHCAT01d2.tga
    pmbamcat01.tga
    pmhcat01.mdl
    pmhcat01.mdx
    PMHCAT01.tga
    PMHCAT01D1.tga
    PMHCAT01D2.tga
    po_PFHCAT01.tga
    po_PFHCAT01d1.tga
    po_PFHCAT01d2.tga
    po_PMHCAT01.tga
    po_PMHCAT01d1.tga
    po_PMHCAT01d2.tga

    2. If you haven't installed any head mods after this mod you can get the following files from the mod's backup folder and put them back in your override folder:
    appearance.2da
    heads.2da
    portraits.2da

Doing this when you did add another head mod would result in the later head(s) no longer being available in the game.

  24. TSL Improved Party Outfits

    =TSL Improved Party Outfits=
A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: THE SITH LORDS MODIFICATION

    AUTHOR: Leilukin
FILE NAME: TSL Improved Party Outfits.zip
    LATEST VERSION: 1.1
CONTACT: E-mail toleilukin@outlook.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream

    1. DESCRIPTION:
This mod adds eight new items with unique properties and are restricted to each of the human and humanoid party members in KotOR II: TSL, including Atton, Bao-Dur, the Disciple, the Handmaiden, Kreia, Mandalore, Mira and Visas. Said party members will automatically have these unique outfits equipped when they join your party. Each of these outfits also has its own custom inventory icon and can be upgraded.
If you want to see your party members appear in their default outfits and those outfits being more useful in combat throughout the course of the game, this mod is for you.
This mod was intended for the party members’ unique outfits to be usable in combat throughout the entire game, especially during the sequences where you can only control the party members while the player character is not around. Therefore, the properties of these items may be overpowered, especially in the early game. I make no promises to make a “balanced” version of this mod, because I play the KotOR games for the story and characters and not combat. If gameplay and combat balance are very important to you, this mod is not for you.
The idea of this mod was inspired by jonathan7's Party Clothing mod for KotOR 1. While jonathan7 had also made a similar mod for TSL as part of the Force Fashion II mod, I don't use Force Fashion II because it is not compatible with The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM). Therefore, I decided to make my own version of a similar mod for TSL that is compatible with TSLRCM.
Technically, this mod was my first attempt at KotOR modding. However, initially this mod was only for my personal use. Now I have decided to release this to the public.

    2. USAGE NOTES:
For the best experience with this mod, it's recommended to have a completely new TSL playthrough.
If you want to add these improved party member outfits manually via the cheat console or KotOR Savegame Editor, here are the item codes:
    llk_attonjkt - Atton's Ribbed Jacket llk_baodursuit - Bao-Dur's Tech Suit llk_disgarment - Disciple's Garment llk_handgarment - Handmaiden's Garment llk_kreiarobe - Kreia's Robe llk_mandarmor - Mandalore's Armor llk_mirajkt - Mira's Ballistic Mesh Jacket llk_visasrobe - Visas' Robe
    3. INSTALLATION:
Extract the TSL Improved Party Outfits.zip you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KoOR 2 directory. Run Install TSL Improved Party Outfits.exe, point the installer to your KotOR 2 directory and let the installer do its magic.
This mod also provides an optional file that improves Handmaiden's Robe to have the same stats as the Handmaiden's default outfit from this mod. If you want to install the improved Handmaiden's Robe, go to the "Optional - Improved Handmaiden's Robe" folder, copy a_robe_x01.uti and paste it in your Override folder.
NOTE: If you already have the .utc files of the humanoid party members in your Override folder (the file names are p_[party member name].utc), when you install this mod a new folder named "backup" will be created by TSLPatcher in the same folder as the TSLPatcher. Do not delete the folder or any of the files within the folder if you are planning on uninstalling this mod.

    4. UNINSTALLATION:
Go to your Override folder, delete ia_Class9_201.tga, the .tga files starting from ia_cloths_202.tga to ia_cloths_208.tga and the .uti files with the "llk_" prefix (without the quotation marks).
If you also installed the Improved Handmaiden's Robe from this mod, go to your Override folder and delete a_robe_x01.uti.
If a "backup" folder was created when you installed this mod, go to the "backup" folder, cut and paste any .utc. file(s) from the folder and paste the file(s) in your Override folder. If no backup folder was created, simply delete p_atton.utc, p_baodur.utc, p_disciple.utc, p_handmaiden.utc, p_kreia.utc, p_mand.utc, p_mira.utc and p_visas.utc from your Override folder.

    5. KNOWN ISSUES:
When you upgrade any of the party member's outfits from this mod on the workbench, the outfit would look like a basic clothing in the workbench's interface. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about it since it appears to be hardcoded.
If you find any other bugs or problems, please let me know.

    6. MOD COMPATIBILITY:
This mod will likely conflict with any other mods that modify any of the following files, especially if the other mod also modifies the party members' starting armor:
p_atton.utc p_baodur.utc p_disciple.utc p_handmaiden.utc p_kreia.utc p_mand.utc p_mira.utc p_visas.utc If you want to use any other mods that modify the above files, AND the other mod is installed by putting any of the above files in Override folder, you need to install my mod AFTER the other mod.
The optional Improved Handmaiden Robe component is not compatible with any other mods that modify the .uti file of Handmaiden's Robe (a_robe_x01.uti).
This mod is not compatible with any other mod that modifies the party members' starting armor or clothing when they join your party.
This mod should be compatible with any reskin mods for the party member's default outfits, unless they edit the armor slot in aforementioned .utc files of the party members.

    7. PERMISSION:
You may modify this mod for your personal use. However if you want to use any files from this mod for your own mod, please ask for my permission before releasing your mod. If I give you permission for it, I request that you credit me when you release your mod. Thank you.
I do not use nor support Steam Workshop, so I do not wish any of my mods to be uploaded to Steam Workshop.

  25. KotOR II Switch Modding Framework

I wondered, why wait a few months for Aspyr to release TSLRCM when you could hack it together in a few days for fun? To that end:
Switch KotOR II Modding romFS Dummy Folder 1.0.1
This is a set of files and folders designed to make modding the Switch version of KotOR II easier and more accessible to a novice user.
Read to the end before using.
You will need a hackable, or modchipped Switch to use this, and custom firmware must be installed, I use Atmosphere, but anything that supports romFS should be fine. If you use something other than Atmosphere you'll have to figure out where it goes, but it should be very similar.
This should work just fine with the digital or physical version (when it is released) without issue. I have only tested this on the most up-to-date build at this time, 1.0.1. I will update this when the next patch is released, and hopefully again when TSLRCM is officially released.
Extract the zip file, and install any mods you want to use, pointing TSLPatcher at the \Localized\English\ folder containing the dialog.tlk file. For mods that don't use TSLPatcher, copy files as directed, "romfs" is equivalent to the directory on PC containing the executable.
NOTE: You may need to move files that TSLPatcher is expecting to the folder to be able to patch them. You can access them by dumping your game with nxdumptool, using romfs. Make sure you include updates when doing so. What I included should be more than sufficient for TSLRCM, however.
NOTE: When you are done, move the override folder to the root of the romfs folder, i.e. the directory with the "swplayer.ini" file.
Feel free to comment with what you needed, and what mod it was for, and if there is popular demand, I will add the files to this pack. The easiest way I found, was just to try installing a mod, and then check the log for errors to see what files were missing.
NOTE: Long filenames cause issues with TSLPatcher, this is exacerbated by the length of the filepath for romFS modding. I recommend moving the "romfs" folder to the root of the drive and patching there, moving the folder back afterwards.
Make sure to check your error log, you may manually need to copy .lip files over to override afterwards.
Move textures (.tga, .txi and .tpc) to override/Textures or they won't apply. NOTE: Aspyr included upscaled textures with this version that are not in other releases of the game. As far as I can tell, they are all in the format the original textures were in, by and large, that means they are in .tpc format, which trumps .tga and .txi files of the same name. If you have issues with a mod's textures not applying, try converting them to .tpc with Xoreos-Tools. You can download my texture reversion mods for K1 and K2 on Switch if you want to see what files are in what format.
At this point, copy the atmosphere folder to the root of your SD card, and you should be done. Please feel free to mention any issues you run into, or workarounds you needed, and I'll update this post.
I tested a run of TSLRCM and Leilukin's Gay Handmaiden mod with great success. I have not tested the Male Exile/Disciple part of that mod, but it should work as well.
Mods that involve UI likely won't work. Everything is at your own risk, you may end up with a broken save, etc. Worst case scenario, you can uninstall all mods by deleting the `0100B2C016252000` folder from `/atmosphere/contents/`
Big thanks to JC for a ton of help troubleshooting, and big thanks to Zbyl2 for helping with TSLRCM-related issues.
    7-22-2022 Update:
Just a change to the readme regarding potential texture issues.
