  1. SITH BASE Complete Overhaul (Taris & Manaan)

This is the next part of an ongoing series.
The purpose of this mod is to bring the much more up-to-date design choices from SWTOR to Kotor. All textures have been made from scratch.
The Overhaul also contains sophisticated Mass Effect 3 orientated high Quality animations.

Update 3.0 out now! Safe to upgrade from 1.0 - and for those who downloaded 1.0 i highly recommend to get 3.0 since the difference is huge.

This is a huge one - to catch the flair of SWTOR all animations have been redone from scratch again - the floor now contains cubemap based reflections & scratches.
Further a new kolto animation & a HQ metalic tech texture have been implemented.

    Installation:
Download the file, extract its contents with an archive extraction tool such as 7zip or WinRAR, then move the contents to your game's override directory

    Compatibility:

This mod uses cubemaps, so there could be minor incompatibilites with mods that uses custom cubemaps too. ( but i actually dont know any mod that does that)
Just to be on the safe side, i recommend to install my mod last.
Beside that it should be compatible with everything that doesnt retexture the Sith Bases either at Taris or Manaan.

    Credits:
I want to thank Darth Sapiens for his wonderful Cubemap-Ressource pack, which enabled me to do a lot of things that would otherwise been not possible.
I also want to thank Xarwarz for using the hex edited mdl & mdx files from his Overhaul. That allowed me more variety on my panel retextures.

The purpose of this mod is to bring the much more up-to-date design choices from SWTOR to Kotor. All textures have been made from scratch; the big animated screen on the bridge comes with whooping 81 pics and 5k resolution for maximum quality.
Update 2.0 brings brand new lighting to the ship, utilising warmer colors like in SWTOR, as well as new polished window frames & a new Planet retexture.

    Update 3.1 out now!
It brings a lot of visual improvements over previous versions - new doors, animated consoles & more....

  5. Effixian's Darth Revan Reskin (SW: GoH Style)

    ---------------------------------------------
    Knights of the Old Republic
    ---------------------------------------------
TITLE: Effixian's Darth Revan Reskin (SW: GoH Style)
    AUTHOR: Effix(ian)
CONTACT: PM me on the forums or find me on Steam

    -----------------------
    DESCRIPTION
    -----------------------
This mod adds a robe that's based on Darth Revan from the mobile game Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes.
You can only acquire it by using cheatcode:
    giveitem revan
    - Name: Darth Revan's Masked Robes. The stats are the same as the Darth Revan's Robes*, but without the Dark Side restriction because... that's no fun
    - Optional but highly recommended: Add the mdl and mdx files from Sithspecter's mod: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/709-revans-flowing-cape-and-belt-fix
    - This mod will update cutscene Revan's look, I thought that would make sense. It does not change the regular Revan's Robes, I might add that as an optional thing. That's also why there's no custom icon, I'm reusing the Revan's Robes one.
*So it will be quite overpowered if you get it early on in the game

    -------------------------
    INSTALLATION
    -------------------------
Unzip, copy the files from the subfolder to your Override folder.

    ---------
    BUGS
    ---------
I haven't done much testing, but this model wasn't made for player characters. So things like Force Lightning might come out of your ears, probably not something I can fix but let me know.
Disguises can cause your appearance to get stuck, meaning your appearance doesn't change if you take the item off. It can be fixed with KSE if needed.

    ---------------------------
    COMPATIBILITY
    ---------------------------
Not compatible with other mods that include the same files.

    -------------------------
    UNINSTALLING
    -------------------------
    Remove from the Override folder:
    N_DarthRevan01.tga
    revan.uti

  6. Quanons Star Forge and Endar Spire Upscaled Textures

This mod will add upscaled textures for the Star Forge and Endar Spire sections of the game. Except the skies see note below.
All textures are now 4x their original size. Example a 128x128 becomes 512x512, etc...
I've not gone up to the 4096x4096 sizes as I don't see what that would add to this older game.
A few textures do get to this size, example is the Ebon Hawk. Normal maps have also been redone,
    rerendered not just upscaled.
It's still a 400% improvement on the older files. Enjoy!
Sky textures are made by the awesome Kexikus get them here:

  7. HD (16:9) Loadscreens and UI Fixes

These are a set of HD loadscreens for the first Knights of the Old Republic game, made from JackInTheBox's high quality UI assets. I've also fixed a few miscellaneous problems regarding symmetry and alignment with Jack's assets, but I haven't made any unnecessary stylistic changes.
You must install the following mods BEFORE mine:
    A widescreen patch, preferably UniWS
ndix UR's "KotOR High Resolution Menus"

Jack's "HD MENUS AND UI Assets"

Enjoy, and please do report any issues you find.

  8. KotOR Switch Modding Framework

Switch KotOR Modding romFS Dummy Folder with 1.0.3 dialog.tlk
This is a set of files and folders designed to make modding the Switch version of KotOR easier and more accessible to a novice user.
Read to the end before using.
You will need a hackable, or modchipped Switch to use this, and custom firmware must be installed, I use Atmosphere, but anything that supports romFS should be fine.
This should work just fine with the digital or physical version (when it is released) without issue. I have only tested this on the most up-to-date build at this time, 1.0.3. It may work on 1.0.2 or 1.0.1, but it is not guaranteed, and I'm not concerned with supporting them.
Extract the zip file, and install any mods you want to use, pointing TSLPatcher at the romfs folder containing the dialog.tlk file. For mods that don't use TSLPatcher, copy files as directed, "romfs" is equivalent to the directory on PC containing the executable.
NOTE: You may need to move files that TSLPatcher is expecting to the folder to be able to patch them. You can access them by dumping your game with nxdumptool, using romfs. Make sure you include updates when doing so.
Feel free to comment with what you needed, and what mod it was for, and if there is popular demand, I will add the files to this pack. The easiest way I found, was just to try installing a mod, and then check the log for errors to see what files were missing.
NOTE: Long filenames cause issues with TSLPatcher, this is exacerbated by the length of the filepath for romFS modding. I recommend moving the "romfs" folder to the root of the drive and patching there, moving the folder back afterwards.
Make sure to check your error log, you may manually need to copy .lip files over to override afterwards.
Move textures (.tga, .txi and .tpc) to override/Textures or they won't apply.  NOTE: Aspyr included upscaled textures with this version that are not in other releases of the game. As far as I can tell, they are all in the format the original textures were in, by and large, that means they are in .tpc format, which trumps .tga and .txi files of the same name. If you have issues with a mod's textures not applying, try converting them to .tpc with Xoreos-Tools. You can download my texture reversion mods for K1 and K2 on Switch if you want to see what files are in what format.
At this point, copy the atmosphere folder to the root of your SD card, and you should be done. Please feel free to mention any issues you run into, or workarounds you needed, and I'll update this post.
I tested a run of K1CP with no major issues.
Mods that involve UI likely won't work. Everything is at your own risk, you may end up with a broken save, etc. Worst case scenario, you can uninstall all mods by deleting the `0100854015868000` folder from `/atmosphere/contents/`
Big thanks to JC for helping me pin this all down.
    7-22-2022 Update:
Just a change to the readme regarding potential texture issues.

  9. High Quality Aliens: Master Vandar

    DESCRIPTION
This is the first entry in a new modding series I have been working on. Its objective is to gradually replace the Kotor games' alien models, which have particularly poorly aged. To this end, Master Vandar is the first alien to receive a high quality makeover.
This mod replaces Master Vandar's 3D model with a new custom one, completely built from scratch using modern 3D asset creation techniques. As he appears as a hologram in the late game, his hologram model has been adapted as well, though with some constraints.
Check out this thread if you'd like to know more about the development process and to get updates on the next entries of the High Quality Aliens modding series.
    COMPATIBILITY
Since this is a replacer mod, it simply won't be compatible with any other mod that alters Master Vandar's appearance.
@DarthParametric's Hologram mod and K1CP should be compatible. Just ensure to install my mod AFTER having installed K1CP or DP's mod first.
    KNOW ISSUES
Due to technical constraints, some unavoidable and unpleasant artifacts will show up during the cutscenes using Vandar's hologram model.
    INSTALLATION
To install, download hqa_vandar.zip and extract its contents somewhere convenient on your computer. Navigate to the extracted "HQA Vandar" folder and execute the TSLPatcher.exe. Let it do its magic but give it a hand if it can't find its way into your KOTOR game folder by its own.

    stoffe & Fair Strides: TSLPatcher
    seedhartha: KotorBlender
    PERMISSIONS
Anyone is allowed to re-use the assets of this mod, including those contained in the modder's resources archive (see the final section below), in any way or form they would like for their own modding objectives. I only ask to be properly credited for the assets used.
However, I explicitly forbid anyone to directly re-upload this mod or any of its contents to any other site than Deadlystream.
    SPECIAL THANKS to
@Marius Fettfor their nerves of steel while helping me resolve seemingly never-ending technical issues with the hologram model.
@DarthParametric for pinging me on Discord and thus kickstarting the Vandar project.

    MODDERS RESOURCES ARCHIVE
IMPORTANT: Disregard this section if you're not interested in re-using my files to create your own mods.
I'm uploading a separate ZIP file containing modding resources and grant anyone permission to use them in any way they would like. They include the weighted .ascii file to be imported in your preferred 3D software using KOTORMAX or KotorBlender, as well as the baked mesh maps that I used to create the model's texture.
Do not hesitate to DM me on Deadlystream or on Discord should you need help using those files or if I omitted to include something that could be useful.

  10. Darth Talon Pack [1K]

    Darth Talon Pack [1K]
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: Bullobrien, 90SK and N-DReW25
    1.1.0 Release Date: 19.01.2022
    Installation:
Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe, select your option, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.
    Uninstallation:
Depends on what you've chosen to install.
Copy the files within the generated "backup" folder and place the file inside your modules folder, make sure you overwrite.
    Description:
    * Late 2006, Levi Davis (aka nineball) released the first Darth Talon mod for K2 as a playable head for females.
    * In 2007, Prime released his Darth Talon mod which replaced Yuthura Ban with Darth Talon.
    * In 2008, DarthParametric released his Darth Talon mod which replaced Mission Vao with Darth Talon.
From about 2009, a third modder named Bullobrien began his own Darth Talon mod; completing the final texture in 2011. But, he was unable to properly setup the TSLPatcher or the associated 2da files and
so he passed on the files to a modder named 90SK sometime between 2012-2015 and gave him permission to complete the project. In 2021, a decade since the texture was made, with collaboration with N-DReW25,
the fourth Darth Talon mod was born.
    * Some of you new to Star Wars might be thinking "Who is Darth Talon?"
Darth Talon was from the, now Legends, Star Wars: Legacy comic series. Darth Talon was a member of Darth Krayt's new Sith Order around 137 ABY, she is famous in the Star Wars Community as being the red Twi'lek with black Sith tattoos covering her body, head, and lekku; in a similar design to Darth Maul.
She was trained by a fellow Twi'lek Sith named Darth Ruyn, whom she later killed on Krayt's command with a decapitating strike of her lightsaber.
    * What does this mod do??
Option 1) Darth Talon Player Head: Adds a playable female head in the form of Darth Talon, replaces the player's underwear and clothing to Darth Talon's attire.
Option 2) Mission Vao as Darth Talon: Replaces Mission Vao's appearance with Darth Talon, gives her two red Short Lightsabers, makes her 25% Dark Side, changed her class to a Jedi Sentinel and gives her a handfull of basic Force powers, nothing else is changed.
Option 3) Yuthura Ban as Darth Talon: Replaces Yuthura Ban's appearance with Darth Talon, replaces Yuthura's Sith Officer's outfit with Darth Talon's attire.
All textures are in 1K resolution, providing the most high detailed Darth Talon mod to date in a Kotor mod.
    Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is report it on Deadlystream.com
    Incompatibilities:
Mission Vao as Darth Talon is incompatible with any mods which alters Mission Vao's appearance, textures and/or character UTC file
Yuthura Ban as Darth Talon is incompatible with any mods which alters Yuthura Ban's appearance and/or textures
Report any incompatibilities to me on Deadlystream.com
    Permissions:
Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod!
    Thanks:
Bullobrien: For making the original Darth Talon skin back in 2011
    90SK: For making the portraits
N-DReW25: For fixing the broken 2da files and setting up the TSLPatcher
Levi Davis (aka nineball): Starting the Darth Talon trend with his first playable Darth Talon mod
Prime: For creating the Yuthura Ban to Darth Talon mod, thus giving us the idea of including the Yuthura Ban option

Darth Ty: Informing me of TSLPatcher bugs
Effix: For going out of his way to fix up the player head installation for me!

  11. Expanded Build Customization

Mahalo for downloading my mod!  Hope you use it to make some wild builds in the game.
I made this mod because I personally really enjoy optimizing builds, and with K1 you often end up having some "dead" feats.  jonathan7's mod, while doing the job, also felt like it was very incomplete since the player could miss feats if, for whatever reason, they decided to auto-level - and I also didn't like his Persuade change that came with the mod.  Between those 2 things, I decided to make a more feature-complete mod that aims to do the following:
Expand character build customization at both character generation and when becoming a Jedi Have auto-level lists not "forget" feats to compensate for the increased amount of feats Optimize auto-level lists mostly for companions to not have completely garbage builds, but still retain their "vanilla" build in some capacity while allowing a more smooth transition into a Jedi for players who wish to auto-level Fix T3's auto-level list (he would miss feats after a certain level if you kept him on auto-level) You got 3 flavors of the mod:
    1) Vanilla Friendly is the one I would recommend for first-timers or for those looking for a "Vanilla+" experience.  This removes the 2 attack feats from each of the non-Jedi classes and gives the player 3 feat points to start with.  Jedi classes are unaffected by this version.
    2) Bare Necessities is what I would recommend for most players.  This removes almost every feat from the non-Jedi classes except for Armor Proficiency: Light, weapon proficiencies based on what each class gets from the footlocker at the start of the Endar Spire, and any auto-granted feats like Implant 1 for Scouts and Sneak Attack for Scoundrels.  Soldiers get 7 feats to start, Scouts start with 5, and Scoundrels start with 4.  All Jedi classes have melee and pistol proficiencies removed, and the player now gets 2 feat points when becoming a Jedi.
    3) Full Custom is recommended for those looking to absolutely min-max or want to make some truly goofy builds.  Every feat except for Armor Proficiency: Light and auto-granted feats are removed from the non-Jedi classes, so you will literally not be able to use a weapon unless you invest one of your points into a weapon proficiency feat.  Soldiers start with 9 feat points, Scouts start with 7, and Scoundrels start with 6.  All Jedi classes have lightsaber, melee, and pistol proficiencies and Jedi Defense removed, and the player now gets 3 feat points when becoming a Jedi.  Players can still select Weapon Proficiency: Lightsaber and Jedi Defense as options when leveling up as a Jedi.
    Installation
    1) Download and extract the mod folder to wherever on your computer.
    2) Run the "Install Expanded Build Customization" executable from the mod folder.
    3) Select your version and click on the “Start Patching” button on the bottom of the pop-up window.
    4) Select where your game directory is - it should be something like C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\swkotor
    5) Let the installer do its thing.
    6) If there are no errors, you are good to go!
    Uninstallation
    You got 2 options:
    1) You can delete both feat.2da and featgain.2da from your Override folder.
    OR
    2) Go to the backup folder where you ran this installer, move those files back into the Override folder, and let the backups overwrite the current feat.2da and featgain.2da.
    Compatibility
This mod doesn’t change anything except for feat.2da and featgain.2da, so it should be compatible with any mod that doesn’t make any changes to those 2 files.  Even then, this mod should be ok to use with things like N-DReW25’s Sneak Attack X Restoration and Shem’s Feat Progression since my mod doesn’t touch the things those 2 mods do.  This is not compatible with mods that aim to do the same thing, such as jonathan7’s Character Start Up Change, since both mods are similar in nature and affect a lot of the same things.
    Disclaimer
Please note that I am not responsible for anything that happens to your savefile, your game, or even (Force forbid) your computer.  I am under no obligation to help you if you encounter any issues with the game.  If you want to include this mod into your mod, please credit me and feel free to do so.

  12. Dark Side Ending Cutscene Enhancement

This mod replaces the terrible low poly and sprite-based crowd in the Dark Side ending with a full 3D crowd. Due to engine limitations, these are static in order to preserve the frame rate, but the original only has some slight wobbling of the sprites anyway. The two animated Sith Officers that walk up and salute still remain, as in the original version, although they have been tweaked so that the transition from walking to saluting is a little less janky. Both now also bow in a later shot, as intended. Two doors that were missing have been added (also to the regular Temple Summit module) so Bastila and Revan have an obvious path to the dais besides Force Leap. Some of the level geometry has been consolidated to improve performance, since models with high individual mesh counts seem to tank the frame rate. As of v1.2, all the vanilla lightmaps have been completely replaced with entirely new higher resolution ones, cleaning up artefacts and adding in a lot of missing shadows.
    Known Issues / To-Do List:
Currently, the DS credit sequence does not play in fullscreen when movies are enabled due to the requirement for additional exe patching not currently done by any existing widescreen patch. I have provided info about this to ndix UR for incorporation into his high res menu patcher, but there is no ETA on an update for that. In the meantime, for those willing to crack open a hex editor, here are the offsets you need to edit with your own resolution values in the CD/GOG exe:
    0x28F9E0 – E0 01 0x28F9E5 – 80 02 0x28F9FA – 80 02 0x28FA04 – E0 01 Credits and Thanks:
    @bead-v for MDLEdit and KOTORMax.
    @ndix UR for TGA2TPC, TPCView, MDLOps 1.x.
@seedhartha for KOTORBlender for Blender 2.8+, especially for adding the lightmap baking feature.
Thanks to @ebmar for offering his 2¢ on various aspects and for prompting me to dig this one back out of the "on hiatus" pile.
Thanks to @N-DReW25 for suggesting the addition of the doors.
Skybox textures in screenshots/video are from @Kexikus's High Quality Skyboxes II.

  13. Golden Light Robes for Kotor 1

    INSTALLATION:
Just Extract the .zip and put the files in the folder that comes with this readme into your swkotor override.
    Notes:
1.This is just a robe I am making for an upcoming mod that adds overpowered robes to the game. These have
no current spawn location so you **will** have to cheat them in. To activate cheats, go into your swkotor
directory and open up the swkotor.ini. Underneath Game Options, at the bottom, create a new line and put
"EnableCheats=1" without the quotes. Use the tilde key (with ` and ~) while in game to spawn them in. The
code you have to put in the console to get these robes is "giveitem g_a_jedirobes46" without the quotes.

  14. JC's Romance Enhancement: Biromantic Bastila for K1

    Summary
This mod allows those playing as a female character to romance Bastila, an option available only for male player characters in the original release of the game. The female version of the romance will play out just as the male version, through talking to Bastila as your player gains experience and by choosing certain dialogue options. The romance can also be ended just as the male romance can, by choosing or avoiding certain dialogue options.
Lines will still vary depending on the player's gender; for example, Bastila will not call a female player a man, nor compare her to any man.
I have executed this by removing certain lines, or certain parts of lines, that lacked an alternate take for a female player, and in some cases voided the existing female versions in favor of the romance lines. I'm not entirely satisfied with all of these changes - in particular, the male version still has a lot more dialogue, and I don't think that's fair - but my priority was to make everything flow naturally, with minimal editing.
Also, this should not interfere with the Carth or Juhani romances; you should be able to go through those as well Bastila's if you so desire. The game does not take issue with it.
The romance system is surprisingly straightforward, compared to later BioWare games. As such, I may consider adding a bit of complexity in future updates.

    Installation
Extract files from the downloaded archive. Run Install.exe. Click "Install Mod" and select your game directory (default name SWKOTOR). This mod only supports the English language version of the game at this time.

    Uninstallation
Remove the installed files or replace from backups if necessary.
    Compatibility
This mod is compatible with my Pan-Galactic Flirting mod.
    This mod patches the following:
k_hbas_dialog.dlg (Bastila's global dialogue) lev40_saul403.dlg unk44_evilbast.dlg This mod may not be compatible with any other mods that edit those files.
This mod also installs the following new VO:
NGLOBEBAST06951_ NGLOBEBAST06952_ NGLOBEBAST06953_ NGLOBEBAST06954_ NM44ACEVIL01901_ This mod will not be compatible with any mods utilizing those names for WAV or LIP files.
This mod patches the modules lev_m40aa, unk_m44acd, and sta_m45ac and may not be compatible with other mods that affect those areas. TSLPatcher is utilized for better compatibility, but there's never any guarantee. This mod must be installed AFTER any non-TSLPatcher mods that edit those areas.
This mod includes bug fixes for Bastila's romance scripts on the Unknown World and the Star Forge. You should NOT install another mod to fix these problems, as that would override this mod's changes that remove the gender checks.

  15. Quanons Calo Nord Skin

This is a small skin pack I had laying about. It just improves Calo Nord, the bounty hunter.
You'll get two variants, in this pack, each has its own folder.
The "Gamelook", as the name implies, is Calo in his blue vest outfit and white hat.
Second folder, QsLook, is a minor recolor of my own choice. It gives him a tanned darker vest.
And black hat. Other details remain just the same.
He now has a mustache! I know! It just made sense to me 😄

  16. Quanons Taris Upscaled Textures

This mod will add upscaled textures for the planet Taris. Except the skies and Sith base see note below.

  18. KotOR Switch Texture Restoration

    KotOR Switch Texture Restoration
The Switch port of KotOR included some upscaled textures for much of the game. While some of these look fine, I found some of the armor and character portraits pretty bad to look at. I'm not sure why, but these were not advertised or mentioned, and there is no way to turn them off in game.
This mod restores the original textures for the character portraits, armor textures, while preserving the new UI and button prompts.
Please notify me if anything is broken or you run into issues. I played about an hour with this mod, but it has by no means been exhaustively tested. It should not cause any major or game-breaking issues though.
This is compatible with, but does not require my KotOR Switch Modding Framework, if you wish to use this with other mods that change textures, install this first.
NOTE: Like any other mod for Switch, this requires a hacked or modded Switch with custom firmware. This can probably be adapted to firmwares other than Atmosphere, but I offer no support for them.
Installation is dead simple, extract the "atmosphere" folder to the root of your SD card. If you wish to uninstall:
If this is the only mod you installed: Simply delete the "0100854015868000" folder under atmosphere/contents/
If you installed other mods, it will depend. I would generally recommend just wiping clean for safety, or if you didn't install any other texture mods, you could delete just the "Textures" folder in override.
Big thanks to JC for a ton of help with this mod.

  21. All Hands on Deck for the Leviathan Prison Break

This mod makes a number of adjustments to the entire Leviathan jail break sequence:
Carth and the rest of the party have any equipped masks and weapons hidden for the pre-boarding conversation on the Ebon Hawk. The initial scene of the three Sith troopers discussing the chosen jail breaker changes the commander to red armour, as seen elsewhere in the game. The player's force cage in the torture room is now positioned next to Bastila's. Static cameras have been adjusted accordingly. Fixes a couple of missing static camera assignments for player responses during the torture sequence. The entire party (aside from the chosen jail breaker) now get put in the party cell. The party cell's door is changed to a forcefield. The jail breaker can elicit randomised responses from a few party members when clicking on the cell forcefield before freeing Bastila, Carth, and the player. HK-47's initial cutscene when chosen as the jail breaker has a new custom stunt animation (derived from TSL's disabled animation). The technician working on HK now starts the scene standing behind him rather than in front. Restored the second technician when HK is the jail breaker that Bioware cut (for some reason). Both of the HK technicians are switched from Sith trooper to Sith commoner appearances. The player starts the final escape scene inside their force cage like Bastila and Carth rather than standing at the doorway. The entire party is now present for the final escape sequence, not just Canderous. Canderous now remains in his equipped gear if he was the chosen jail breaker rather than switching to basic clothing. The party are now shown getting their gear and then leaving for the Hangar Bay. Canderous, Mission, and Jolee will equip basic clothing when they grab their gear if they were left naked as the chosen jail breaker. The player now has their pre-Leviathan gear automatically re-equipped at the end of the escape scene, as was Bioware's original intent. All of the party's pre-Leviathan inventory is now automatically returned, rather than needing to manually loot it from a locker. Fixes some minor geometry gaps and smoothing issues in the detention block main room. Fixes the force cage placeable's walkmesh, which was misaligned.
    Installation:
    Run INSTALL.exe.
By default, T3's response to the jail breaker clicking on the party cell will be gibberish for everyone except HK. If you want it to be in English/Basic regardless of the jail breaker choice, copy dp_lev40_con_pd1.ncs from the OPTIONAL folder and paste it into your Override folder.
    Compatibility:
It is highly recommended that you use this mod in conjunction with the K1 Community Patch. If doing so, make sure to install K1CP first.
This mod is NOT compatible with Fair Strides's Party on the Leviathan mod. I did consider trying to integrate Juhani's cut Leviathan conversation into this mod, but it doesn't really work in its existing state. If you are a Juhani simp thirsting for more of her, use FS's mod instead.
Probably not compatible with K1R. Use at your own risk as no support will be offered.
    Known Issues:
Some of the other jail breaker start scenes, like Jolee's and Mission's, could use some tweaks to address minor annoyances. I'll look at those in a future update. The techs equipping blasters and attacking at the end of HK's initial cutscene are a bit wonky. That probably needs to be integrated into the cutscene itself. I didn't test with a female player. I think I got them all, but some of the specific fem PC/Carth camera angles might be off during the torture sequence. Please advise if that is the case. It's still possible to lose Canderous's pre-Leviathan equipped gear forever if he is the chosen jail breaker and you don't manually loot the patient gear container before leaving. You can still be affected by the stealthed/invisible jail breaker bug, since K1 lacks a de-stealth script function unlike TSL. K1CP addresses this. Bioware handled the transition from the Hawk to the Leviathan in a really odd way. It's possible that they encountered a sequence break that caused them to take the approach they did, which I have now changed. I didn't encounter any problems while testing, but it's potentially possible that the initial cutscene on the Leviathan could fail to fire. Let me know if anyone encounters that. 23. JC's Vision Enhancement for K1

    Summary
Throughout the game, there are cutscenes of the player sleeping and having Force visions to further the plot. This mod fixes two things about those scenes that bothered me.
First, the first of these scenes is supposed to happen in the party's apartment on Taris, but is quite clearly set on the Ebon Hawk like all the other scenes. I've edited the area used for the visions to put in a copy of the apartment to make the location consistent.
Second, the scenes show the player wearing whatever item they happened to have equipped when the scene started. So the player would routinely sleep in their clothing, even armor. I've edited the cutscene scripts to remove the player's equipment for the duration of the vision.
    Installation
Extract files from the downloaded archive. Run Vision_Enhancement_K1.exe. Select which version to install:
If you use the KOTOR 1 Restoration, choose the K1R-Compatible Installation.
Otherwise, choose the Basic Installation. Click "Install Mod" and select your game directory (default name SWKOTOR). Uninstallation
    Remove the installed file. Compatibility
This mod is not compatible with any other mods that alter the vision module STUNT_00.

  24. Effixian's Taris Arena Changes

    --------------------------------------------
    Knights of the Old Republic
    --------------------------------------------
    TITLE: Effixian's Taris Arena Changes
    AUTHOR: Effix(ian)
CONTACT: PM me on the forums or find me on Steam

    -----------------------
    DESCRIPTION
    -----------------------
~ JDub96 and Effix present, a Knights of the Old Republic mod ~

This mod tries to make the Taris Arena contestants look more interesting, mainly by giving them new variations of the Combat Suit.

There's also a Combat Suit variation for the player, that's in the first aid container in the corner of the room (near Twitch).

Somewhat like souvenirs, Kebla of the Equipment Emporium sells replicas of the new Combat Suit variations that the arena contestants wear.

I've split this mod up into 2 parts.

A: The NPCs wear new combat suit variations, the player can loot its own version and Kebla sells the replicas.

B: Further changes to make the NPCs more unique:
    - Gerlon Two-Fingers gets a scruffy beard
    - Ice gets a more unique Echani inspired head
    - Marl gets a unique head with beard
    - Twitch gets a different texture to make him look a bit more menacing
    - Bendak gets a different texture based on my TSL mod "Mandalorian Reskins"

    Important:
    - Kebla's store will only update if you use a save in which you haven't been to the Upper City South yet
    - The changes inside the cantina will only work with a save in which you haven't been inside the Upper City Cantina yet

A few textures do get to this size, example is the Ebon Hawk. Normal maps have also been redone,
rerendered not just upscaled. For the Dreshdae part grab the Czerka pack or my Kashyyk mod.
It's still a 400% improvement on the older files. Enjoy!
Sky textures are made by the awesome Kexikus get them here:
