Thank you, but unfortunately, I haven't tackled scripting yet..learning scripting is my next big project, tho...any guidance or help would be appreciated, or even just a nudge in the right direction, not even sure where to start...π

Well darn this is the same as the one archived on GameFront...this is an excerpt from tk102's readme: "Note: This version uses the "Shock" beam effect which is less noisy visually than the original "Lightning" beam effect. You may prefer one over the other..." I'm looking for the previous version as I prefer the non-wimpy lightning effects....the vanilla "shock" effect is just horrid...I've seen bug zappers hit harder than that shock effect visual...lolππ€£

Do any other fx textures apply to force field doors, or just the 2 mentioned above??

I'm guessing, and please correct me if I'm wrong, is that v_con_dark/light are hard coded in the engine, and everything else uses fx_conjure?? Is this correct??

If anyone has a copy of tk102's original chained lightning that uses the "lightning" animation instead of the "shock" animation, would you mind sharing it please?? I can't seem to find the original archived anywhere...

Is anyone planning on/or has already had, updating the overlays for these GUI's?? They could use some work...dearly...And I absolutely stink at PS...

I really wish you would tag mods on here that are either included(wholly or partially), or compatible with K1CP, as you do with K1R compatible mods, and include instructions for installing in the correct order to achieve compatibility...Thanks, it would really be a big help, and make the transition smoother....πIt's quite confusing not knowing which mods are compatible, which ones need some minor/major tweaking, or have to be installed in a certain order, or mods that are only partially included, to finish installing the whole mod. I'm attempting to make my build work with K1CP, and I am beginning to feel like it could be burdening getting help with things I should have already known ahead of time...Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated.π
