  1. Knights of the Old XBOX TSL

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 03.03.2022

    Installation:
Alongside the "Readme.txt" file will be the following folder:
    "Movie Cutscene Mods"
    * As of 1.0.0, there is only one Movie Cutscene mod. Open the "Xbox trailer" folder and simply copy the .BIK file into your swkotor "movies" folder and overwrite the original .BIK file.

    Uninstallation:
Depends on what you've chosen to install.
    * For Movie Cutscene Mods, open the "Backup (Vanilla Cutscenes) and copy the .BIK file to your Kotor 2 movies folder and overwrite the Xbox .BIK.

    Description:
I've previously made a mod called "Knights of the Old XBOX" for K1, the KotOX mod is intended to give players the opportunity to play their PC version of Kotor with Xbox features. From Xbox style Dark Jedi to Xbox style NPCs,
there are more quite a few Xbox options to spice up your PC Kotor with my KotOX mod.
But unlike Bioware, Obsidian Entertainment released their sequel on both PC and Xbox in the Winter of 2004. This led me to believe that there aren't very many Xbox exclusive features in Kotor 2 for me to port over to the PC,
and since TSLRCM can't be used on the Xbox version not many people play Kotor 2 the Xbox today.
It was brought to my attention on Discord that the Xbox version of Kotor 2 had a different trailer than its PC counterpart, the PC's trailer appeared to use footage from pre-E3 2004. As a result, the PC trailer has the following problems:
    * The dead Republic Soldiers on the Harbinger bridge use the default Corpse model.
    * In the Harbinger arrival cutscene, the Harbinger is orange instead of red, the asteroids were darker, less detailed and were static.
    * Looking out of a Citadel Station window pre-Battle of Telos showed a cityscape with red lights instead of blue.
    * A shot of the Mandalorian Dxun Camp looks nothing like it does in the final release.
    * M4-78 is shown.
    * Dxun looks nothing like it does in the final release.
    * The Exile's Robes turn blue (This is because it's using the Blue Jedi Robe textue from K1 and is being applied to the Cloaked Jedi Robe model, thus causing a texture glitch).
    * Atton is using his beta appearance in certain scenes whereas in others he is using his final release appearance.
    * Mandalore is made of solid gold.
    * A Kath Hound can be faintly seen in the background of a Dxun for one second.
    * A Telos surface Merc is wearing a Light Scan Visor from K1 with a green double-vibroblade. These items aren't present in the final release.
    * Sith Soldiers outside the Dxun Sith Tomb are red, this isn't present in the final release.
    * The Dxun Sith Tomb exterior looks nothing like it does in the final release
    * At the end, the Kotor 2 logo looks nothing like it does in the final release
The Xbox trailer didn't have any of these problems, the Xbox footage appeared to have been recorded sometime between mid to late 2004 when most of the games final content was completed.
Of course, not ALL of the Xbox trailer's inaccuracies were fixed (The Exile still used K1 heads and some old footage was still used here and there).
Regardless, the Xbox trailer has since been ported to the PC version of Kotor 2 for you to watch. In the event in which I, or someone else, discovers more Xbox exclusive features that I can port I'll add them to this mod.

After installing this mod, the in-game trailer will look like this:

  2. Beta Peragus Miner Pack

    Peragus Miner Pack
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.1.0 Release Date: 18.09.2022

    Installation:
Simply click on the HoloPatcher.exe, select your option, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.
I isn't recommended to install "Everyone a Beta Miner" and "Some Beta Miners" together as EABM will change ALL the miners thus rendering SBM redundant.
It is highly recommended you check out the "Description" section of the readme to ensure you've made an informed decision on what exactly you want to install.

    Description:
The Peragus Miner NPCs all wear the Miner Uniform item the player gets to wear, but did you know that one point during the development of Kotor 2 this wasn't meant to be?
In the game files, you can find an unused texture which suggests that the Miner Uniform was originally based on the Czerka Uniform model whereas the current Miner Uniform is based on the Combat Suit model.
The change from a Czerka Uniform to a Combat Suit texture was most likely to allow the player to wear the Miner Uniform.
Oddly, the Maintenance Officer's Corpse placeable and the dead Peragus Miners floating in the Kolto Tanks still use the Czerka based Miner Uniform.
From here on, we shall refer to the Czerka-based  Miner Uniform as the "Beta Miner Uniform".

This mod has the following mod options:

OPTION 1: Everyone a Beta Miner
Everyone a Beta Miner will restore the Beta Uniform to EVERY single Peragus Miner NPC. This will not affect the Player's Miner Uniform.

    OPTION 2: Some Beta Miners
This option will only restore the Beta Uniform for the Medical Officer, the Administrator, the Dock Officer, the Maintenance Officer and the Security Officer. These Miners will wear the Beta Uniform whereas every other Peragus Miner will wear the vanilla Miner Uniform.

    OPTION 3: No Player Heads
Did you know notice how some Peragus Miner NPCs (Coorta's Thugs etc.) reuse the Player Heads? This install option will replace the Player Heads with Generic NPC Heads. This option is compatible with options 1 and 2.

    OPTION 4: Mining Gear Plus
You WILL need to have Kainzorus Prime's Peragus Mining Gear installed beforehand for this option to work. This option will have some Miners use the Beta Uniform, some use the vanilla Miner Uniform and the rest will use Kainzorus Prime's Peragus Mining Gear. With this option, the Plasteel Cylinder you first encounter in the Mining Tunnels will contain vanilla Miner Uniform whilst the Plasteel Cylinder at the Main Ventilation Shaft will contain Kainzorus Prime's Peragus Mining Gear.

    Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if you find any report it to me on Deadlystream.com.

    Incompatibilities:
    * This mod is compatible with Kainzorus Prime's Peragus Mining Gear mod- https://deadlystream.com/files/file/401-peragus-mining-gear/
    * This mod is compatible with VarsityPuppet's Peragus Tweak- https://deadlystream.com/files/file/8-peragus-tweak/
    * This mod is compatible with WildKarrde's Peragus Medical Bay Enhancement- https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2513-peragus-medical-bay-enhancement/
    * This mod is NOT compatible with DarthParametric's Fixed Hologram Models and Admiralty Redux for TSLRCM.
Report any incompatibilities to me on Deadlystream.com.

Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission.

    Thanks:

  3. Smuggler's Deluxe [K1]

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 06.03.2023

    Installation:
Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod!
If you plan on using it, install the Unofficial K1CP Tweak Pack mod SECOND (This mod is optional and is NOT required for this mod to work)!
It is HIGHLY recommended you install the NPC Diversity Pack mod BEFORE this mod. This mod will change the appearances of over 100 NPCs in Kotor, with Smuggler's Deluxe these two mods together will further enhance the NPCs of Kotor!
Once you're ready to install Smuggler's Deluxe simply click on this mod's TSLPatcher.exe, click install, sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.

    Description:
Smuggler NPCs are generic NPCs who wear an iconic jacket, for a better description of a Kotor "smuggler" just picture Tanis Venn and his orange jacket... that jacket model/texture is referred to as "smuggler" in the game files.
In the vanilla game you'll see only 3 Smuggler NPC variants using the White Commoner 01, Black Commoner 01 and Asian Commoner 01 heads.
    What does this mod do?
It adds Smuggler variants for all 14 male generic commoner heads inserting them randomly into the Kotor galaxy! Do be aware that whilst the game files refer to this model/texture as "Smuggler" the NPCs given these new smuggler jackets are not actually smugglers. As far as this mod is concerned these smuggler jackets are simply normal jackets.
As this mod is intended to be an Addon for the NPC Diversity Pack mod, if you use both mods together this mod will further diversify the NPCs you encounter in the Kotor galaxy!

    Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs, but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.

    Incompatibilities:
Incompatible with any mods which modify the textures "N_Smuggler01.tga", "N_Smuggler02.tga" and "N_Smuggler04.tga".
The reason why I modified these 3 textures is because the vanilla Smuggler outfit textures show Caucasian flesh at the hands (creating a bug where black NPCs would have Caucasian hands).
Whilst the K1CP mod attempted to add skin tones for Asian and Black Smugglers, I chose to replace these 'skinned' areas with gloves for the time being.

    Please report any further incompatibilities!

    Permissions:
Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission.

    Thanks to:

  4. Return to Tach

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    2.0.0 Release Date: 1.04.2022

    Installation:
Make sure you backup your "Streamsounds" folder before installing this mod!
Copy the files from the "For Streamsounds" to the "Streamsounds" folder within the "swkotor" folder! For easier installation, be sure to hit "Ctrl", "Shift" and "A" on your keyboard to select ALL of the files within "For Streamsounds".

    Uninstallation:
Depends on what you've chosen to install.
Copy the files within the generated "backup" folder and place the file inside your modules folder, make sure you overwrite.

    Description:
When I first released this mod, it was April 2nd 2022. But for my American fans, it was April 1st 2022.

I had uploaded this mod late at night on my April 1st so that those living in the American eastern time zone would see my mod early in the morning of their April 1st. Apparently, April Fools jokes only "work" somehow if it happened before 12PM in the afternoon and since I live in a totally different time zone I'm probably now updating the mod around 10PM for those living in the American eastern time zone... so that probably makes me the fool! (If you ignore the fact I uploaded this mod about an hour before April 2nd in my timezone)

In the original description of the mod, I had a "What does this mod do" section with an empty spoiler thingy, so without further ado...

What does this mod ACTUALLY DO???!!!:
This mod replaces EVERY SINGLE Party Member soundset audio and replaces them with the Tach's "Battle 1" soundset... AKA, that god awful Tach screech you hear in the Shadowlands!!!!

EVERY. SINGLE. AUDIO FILE. Is a Tach sound... from attack grunts, death sounds, skill related sounds, ALL. OF. THEM! Including the Player character!

In addition, the dead sounds of EVERY. OTHER. SOUNDSET. Is ALSO a Tach grunt... so whenever you kill an NPC, you're going to hear a Tach grunt!

  5. Build a Calo

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 22.03.2024

    Pre-Installation:
Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod!
If you plan on using any of JCarter426's Cloaked Jedi Robe mods, please ensure that his mods are installed before Build a Calo.
This mod is divided into two versions, the "Normal Versions" which uses the vanilla Calo Nord model and the "JC's Cloaked Robe Compatible version" which uses JC's Calo Nord hotfix model. If you plan on using the Cloaked Robes, install that mod before Build a Calo and use the "JC's Cloaked Robe Compatible version" of this mod, if you don't plan on using those mods then please use the "normal version" instead.

    Installation:
Simply click on the INSTALL.exe and you'll be given two install options.
"Calo Nord Head & Body" will allow you to modify Calo Nord's head & body post-Taris.
"Calo Nord Body Only" will only allow you to modify Calo Nord's body post-Taris. This means the head texture you use on Taris will also appear post-Taris.
Calo Nord's post-Taris appearance will now use the skin "N_CaloNord02.tga" in the Override and "N_CaloNordH02.tga" if you used "Calo Nord Head & Body".
Once you've selected your desired option, click install then sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.
If you do nothing after installing this mod, Calo Nord will use SpaceAlex's brown outfit post-Taris from the K1EP.
You can install the "N_CaloNord02.tga" texture from the Optional Black Outfit folder to make Calo Nord's post-Taris outfit use Watcher07's black outfit (the same one recommended on the Kotor Mod Build website).
You can download other Calo Nord textures & rename them to make them work with Build a Calo. For example, if you download "Quanon's Calo Nord Skin" you can install the "GameLook" option first and this will replace Calo's appearance on Taris. If you open "QSLook" and rename the following files, placing these renamed files in the Override will instead replace Calo's appearance post-Taris:
    N_CaloNord01.tga  -------> N_CaloNord02.tga
    N_CaloNord01.txi  -------> N_CaloNord02.txi
    N_CaloNordH01.tga -------> N_CaloNordH02.tga
    N_CaloNordH01.txi -------> N_CaloNordH02.txi
This feature is intended to be customizable, instead of using Quanon's "GameLook" for Taris and "QSLook" post-Taris you can have it be reversed, or you could have Emperor Turnip's HD Calo Nord textures. Just remember to have the Taris skins set to 01 with the post-Taris skins set to 02 as shown above.
And remember, N_CaloNordH02.tga will ONLY work with the "Calo Nord Head & Body" installation option.

    Description:
Calo Nord is a bounty hunter in Kotor who is iconic for his colorful attire. Throughout the years, mods have sprung up which alter Calo Nord's appearance by changing the overall color scheme of his outfit or by changing his entire style, in the early to late 2000s these modded skins used the default 512x512 resolution whilst newer mods made in the late 2010s & beyond use higher texture resolutions to add more detail to the skins.
2024 is the year which saw the release of N-DReW25's take on the character with his "Build a Calo" mod. Breaking with the tradition of crafting a new skin to add to the collection of other Calo Nord skins which have come & gone, I've instead chosen to craft an elaborate little mod which uses other people's Calo Nord reskins in a way never before seen.
The way "Build a Calo" works is that Calo Nord will appear on Taris with one set appearance, whilst after Taris he's wearing a different outfit. If you install this mod & boot up the game, Calo will wear his blue outfit on Taris whilst after Taris he'll wear a new brown outfit from the defunct K1 Enhancement Pack. If you choose to install the "Optional Black Outfit" AFTER installing Build a Calo, you'll have Calo use Watcher07's reskin (the same one from Snigaroo's Kotor Mod Build) after Taris.
Now, if you look at the screenshots on the Build a Calo mod page, you'll see that it's possible to install "Quanon's Calo Nord Skin" found on Deadlystream with the "Gamelook" version appearing on Taris whilst the "QsLook" version appearing after Taris. Before Build a Calo, you'd have to pick either "Gamelook" or "QsLook"... it was one or the other, but with Build a Calo you can now have both.
With this mod, you "Build" Calo Nord to your liking. Do you want to use both of Quanon's Calo Nord skins at once? Would you rather swap Quanon's Calo Nord skins so "QsLook" appears on Taris whilst "Gamelook" appears after Taris? Do you want to use Watcher07's black reskin on Taris whilst Calo uses the brown K1EP reskin after Taris?
Will you install the "Calo Nord Head & Body" version of Build a Calo and use Quanon's skins to change both Calo's outfit & head? Or will you customise Calo Nord even further? Would you rather install "Calo Nord Body Only" version of Build a Calo & use Quanon's "Gamelook" version of Calo Nord's head on both Taris & after whilst his body uses Emperor Turnip's HD Calo Nord outfit texture on Taris and Quanon's "QsLook" texture after Taris?
Or will new mods be published after Build a Calo? Maybe some new HD texutres for Calo Nord in the future may also be used alongside Build a Calo, maybe someone could make a "battle damaged" version of Calo Nord which can be used with this mod for his appearance after Taris.
    The possibilities are endless!

    Known Bugs:
If there are bugs feel free to report them to me on Deadlystream.

    Incompatibilities:
Incompatible with any mods that change Calo Nord's model & character files post-Taris.
    Please report any incompatibilities!

    Permissions:
Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission.
You are more then welcome to talor your Calo Nord reskins to be used alongside Build a Calo if you wish.

    Thanks to:
SpaceAlex: For releasing his K1 Enhancement Project as a modder's resource & for making the Calo Nord reskin included in said mod!
Watcher07: For making the Calo Nord Recolor mod!
Quanon: Whilst I did not use your skin in my mod, your Calo Nord reskins inspired me to make this mod in the first place!
JCarter426: For creating the Cloaked Robes mod & the hotfix for Calo Nord to make his character model work with the new supermodels of that mod. His hotfix for Calo Nord was included in Build a Calo for the sake of compatibility between our mods!

  6. Brejik's New Repulsor Arm

    Brejik's New Repulsor Arm
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 24.06.2023

    Installation:
Please install the K1 Community Patch before this mod!
Once you're ready to install this mod simply click on this mod's INSTALL.exe, click install, sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic.

    Description:
One night, I was browsing through the game files of K2 to see what assets could be ported over to K1... then I found the files for Bao-Dur and an idea popped in my head: could I port Bao-Dur's Repulsor Arm for other NPCs?
After careful consideration, I decided Brejik was one of the only NPCs in K1 that I could replace without causing a conflict with other mods. As a character, Brejik is always said to be a tough and formidable leader of the Black Vulkar Swoop Gang... though his reputation is always reflected through dialogue of other characters. Since Brejik only has a single encounter in the game, we can only use our imaginations as to how Brejik gained this reputation.
But with this mod installed, Brejik will be given Bao-Dur's body model for the Military Suit armor. That means Brejik's entire body will now be physically buff, making his Military Suit larger and more muscular than his vanilla model. These muscular details might be easy to miss, though what's not easy to miss is the elephant in the room... the Repulsor Arm itself!
This Repulsor Arm is entirely an aesthetic feature, Brejik will NOT power punch your player and knock out their energy shields... the arm simply acts as a symbolic testament to Brejik's character, between the year 3962 BBY (when Brejik last appeared in the Kotor comics) and 3956 BBY (when Kotor takes place) we can assume he lost his arm at some point during his career as a Swoop Gangster, similar to how Gadon Thek lost his eyes in the vanilla game.
If you are someone who believes the Repulsor Arm is something only Bao-Dur has, you are welcome to not install this mod.

  7. Evil Sith Flags

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 17.06.2023

    Installation:
There are two versions of this mod to pick from!
DarthVarkor Inspired Version: This flag is the default 128x128 resolution, the same as the vanilla flag. This flag closely resembles the Sith flag seen in DarthVarkor's fan film "Star Wars: KOTOR - Heart of Darkness".
HD Version: This flag is 512x512 in resolution, an upgrade from the DarthVarkor Inspired Version.
Pick which flag you want, open the "For Override" folder in your selected version and copy PLC_SithFlag.tga to your Override folder.
This mod works for Kotor 2 as this same flag appears in the Secret Tomb on Korriban.

    Description:
One of the main inspirations for the Galactic Empire back when "Star Wars: A New Hope" was being developed was real life N*zi Germany. Ever since the release of the Original Trilogy, the writers of the Star Wars Expanded Universe (nowadays called "Legends") and even the writers of modern day Disney Canon draw upon the imagery of the F*scist regimes of old to create their own authoritarian factions that exist in the Galaxy far, far away.
The flag of N*zi Germany is commonly parodied in Star Wars as authors often replace the Sw*stika with the Imperial Crest alongside some minor detail edits to make the parody look less obvious. Whilst Bioware's 2011 Star Wars: The Old Republic MMO did this with Vitiate's Sith Empire, Bioware's 2003 Star Wars: Knights of the Republic RPG did not do this with Revan's Sith Empire.
Across various digital signs throughout the game, such as the Sith Base on Taris to the Sith Embassy on Manaan, the Crest of the Sith Empire is dark blue in color with a light blue background. Additionally, at the end of the Dark Side ending, players can spot an odd yellow and green colored flag with the Sith Crest on it in the end cutscene.
This mod will change those flags at the very end of the game to appear more like the flags of the TOR Sith Empire and the Galactic Empire with their F*scist influences.
This mod was greatly influenced by DarthVarkor's Heart of Darkness Kotor fan film, his film also modified the Sith flag and edited it to look more like the flag found in this mod. Whilst the flag seen in Heart of Darkness is modded, the flag seen in that film is NOT the one found in this mod as I, N-DReW25, saw that film on YouTube and then made the flag found in this mod from scratch!
This mod will not modify the before mentioned Sith signs found throughout the Sith Bases as other mods do a far superior job at editing those signs than I ever could.

    Known Bugs:
Please report any bugs to me on Deadlystream!

    Incompatibilities:

  8. Darth Sapiens’ T3-M4 HD 2k [Ported to Kotor 1]

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Authors: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 11.05.2022

    Description:
On the 21st of February 2015, Darth Sapiens released his T3-M4 HD 2k reskin mod to Deadlystream.com (http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/514-darth-sapiens-presents-t3m4-hd-2k/). In the years following his release, Sith Holocron recolored Sapiens’ texture for the other astromech droids in the game /( https://deadlystream.com/files/file/971-refurbished-astromech-droids/)

What we didn’t know is that Sith Holocron recolored the T3-M4 texture for his own personal uses as he was attempting to get closer to the coloring seen in the original “vanilla” T3-M4 texture. Sapiens’ original mod can only work in K1 if the player renames the original texture (and the associated TXI file) to the K1 name structure.

To quote from Darth Sapiens’ original mod page: "this is a t3m4 skin I have had in the works for a little while now, my usual rules apply, use this however you'd like but give me credit and a PM, all the disclaimers and stuff apply. thanks obsidian and bioware, NO thanks Disney."

With this is mind, I have decided to publish Sith Holocron’s modified version of the T3-M4 HD 2k mod for Kotor 1 in particular. All the credit goes to Darth Sapiens for making the original mod. (Please see Credit section for additional credits.)

    Installation:
For Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic - Extract all files into the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic/Override folder.

    Uninstallation:
    Take it out again.

    Known Bugs:
    None known at this time.

    Credits:
This mod would not have been possible with Darth_Sapiens' mod so primary credit belongs to him.

Oh . . . and credit to Sith Holocron for the recoloring and responding quickly to my questions about this mod. And the screenshots!

    Additional Mod Suggestions:
If you like the look of Sapiens’ mod, may I recommended to you also download and install Sith Holocron’s Refurbished Astromech Droids mod? (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/971-refurbished-astromech-droids/)
Unlike this mod, no renaming was required for that mod. You’ll have the added benefit of Darth Sapiens’ design being standard through the game.  This of course is optional.

Of course, you may prefer Sapiens’ coloring of T3-M4, especially as some of you have been using that texture in TSL for years. That seems fair to me!

In that case, I recommend you download Sapiens’ mod (linked above) to your desktop and do the following:
    -    First uninstall this mod
    -    Rename P_t3m4_01.DDS to P_t3m3_01.DDS
    -    Rename P_t3m4_01.txi to P_t3m3_01.txi
    -    Rename PO_PT3m4.tga to P_pt3m3_01.tga
    -    Rename PO_PT3m4.txi to P_pt3m3_01.txi
    -    Move the renamed files and the remaining unnamed files in that folder to your Override folder.

    Legal Disclaimer:
All materials and copyrights belong to LucasArts, Bioware and Obsidian Entertainment Inc. I own none of the materials, and I'm not making any money out of this mod. It is to be distributed as-is without alteration, unless by permission of me. This mod is not to be distributed for profit, either.

Sith Holocron's Policy: I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop. I may release this on NexusMods at a later date but I don't wish others to do so. Usage in other mods must be requested AND approved by me before your use.

  9. Saving Private Ulgo

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    0.0.1 Release Date: 01.04.2023

    Installation:
Copy & Paste the files inside the "For Override" folder and place them in your swkotor Override folder.

    Description:
This mod is a "Joke Mod" that was made for April Fools day 2023.
What this mod does is that it swaps the head models of Carth Onasi and Trask Ulgo, and that's it. The mod "saves" Trask Ulgo, for a certain point of view, by making it so that Carth is the one who sacrifices himself to Bandon whilst Trask becomes your companion on Taris. This mod ONLY swaps the models around, meaning "Trask Onasi" will still have all of Carth's dialogues and such untouched.

  10. Restored Dantooine Textures Pack [K1]

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 09.04.2022

    Installation:
Inside the "For Override" folder are 3 folders: "Bark", "Grass" and "Skybox". This mod is modular, meaning you don't have to install all 3 texture options if you don't want to.

The Bark and Skybox folders will contain the tree and skybox textures, copy the files within Bark and/or Skybox and paste them into your Override folder. If you have an option to overwrite,
then that means you have another mod which already modifies the Bark and/or Skybox texture and you'll need to choose whether or not to install the Bark and/or Skybox textures.

Inside the Grass folder you will find the folders "Grass 1", "Grass 2", "Grass 3", "Grass 4" and "Grass 5". Each grass folder is a different mod, you should only install ONE grass mod!

The screenshots on the mod page will show you WHAT each grass mod does, do keep in mind that some grass mods might do minimal changes and will require TWO texture changes whereas other grass mods might change the ENTIRE aesthetic of K1 Dantooine and will change up to FIVE textures.

Just like the Bark/Skybox textures, simply select the grass mod you want and copy the files directly into your Override folder.

    Description:
In K1, Dantooine has a few unusued textures for grass, trees and skybox. This mod will simply replace the vanilla textures with the unused textures, you have a few textures to choose from.
    1) Tree: The Trees of Dantooine will sport a more realistic tree texture.
    2) Skybox: This skybox appears to have been an incomplete draft by Bioware, do keep in mind that the "roof" of the Skybox does not exist in the game files and thus is missing from the mod.
    3) Grasses: Up to 5 different grass textures exist in the game files meaning you can only install 1 grass mod (Please consult the Mod's Screenshots to see what each Grass mod does).

    Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is report it on Deadlystream.com.

    Incompatibilities:
Will be incompatible with any mods which modifies the following files:
    "LDA_bark02.tga"       "LDA_bark02.tpc"
    "LDA_bark04.tga"       "LDA_bark04.tpc"
    "LDA_rock04.tga"       "LDA_rock04.tpc"
    "LDA_graspatch01.tga"  "LDA_graspatch01.tpc"
    "LDA_grass2.tga"       "LDA_grass2.tpc"
    "LDA_grass07.tga"      "LDA_grass07.tpc"
    "LDA_rock06.tga"       "LDA_rock06.tpc"
    "LDA_sky001.tga"       "LDA_sky001.tpc"
    "LDA_sky002.tga"       "LDA_sky002.tpc"
    "LDA_sky003.tga"       "LDA_sky003.tpc"
    "LDA_sky004.tga"       "LDA_sky004.tpc"

This mod uses the TGA texture format, meaning any TGA mods which use the same files will be overwritten by this mod. However, if you install TGA and TPC files of the same name together,
it will probably crash your game so be sure to make sure none of these files are present in your Override folder.

Do keep in mind, let's say if you install the tree and grass textures but NOT the skybox textures then you'll be able to use another skybox mod (And vice versa).

Report any unknown incompatibilities to me on Deadlystream.com

  11. Red Harbinger

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 13.12.2021

    Installation:
Copy and paste the contents of this mod into your Override folder, overwrite files if necessary.

    Description:
Something which I disliked about the Harbinger in K2 was how it evidently the same class of ship as the Endar Spire but yet it was made so different, from an alternative layout which did not match the Endar Spire to a new blue color scheme which didn't really make much sense as the Endar Spire's red interior matched its red exterior.
What this mod will do is replace most of the Harbinger's blue interior textures with the Endar Spire's red textures. Most of the textures had to be ported from K1 though some textures had to be manually recoloured from blue to red as not all of the Harbinger textures existed in K1. This mod also contains loading screens to match the new Harbinger.

    Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.

    Incompatibilities:
Would be incompatible with any mods which:
    * Changes the Harbinger loading screens, install any loading screen mods BEFORE this mod!
    * Changes the Harbinger's textures.

    Permissions:
Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission.

  12. Miro42's Naga Sadow PC Head

The old Naga Sadow PC Head mod should be iconic to some of us as being the head of Lord Scourge in Smash City Studios' Kotor trilogy fan films. Unlike most of Miro42's mods, the Naga Sadow PC Head mod is not hosted on Deadlystream.com and was instead found hosted on his seemingly abandoned personal website.

In the event that his website's domain expires, the Naga Sadow PC head mod would be lost to history... since Miro has authorized free use for his mod in his OG description I've decided to upload the Naga Sadow PC Head mod here on Deadlystream for Archival purposes.

The original author of this mod is @miro42 and I took no part in the creation of this mod.

  13. Complete Sith Academy [BETA]

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 14.11.2024

    Installation:
Simply click on the HoloPatcher.exe, click install and sit back and watch the HoloPatcher do its magic.

    Description:
In the first Kotor game, the Korriban Sith Academy had two inaccessible rooms that were locked behind static doors (meaning you can't interact with them). Throughout the Kotor games, there are many static doors that lead nowhere. These doors exist to imply that the levels are bigger than what they actually are... you just don't get to see the full area. If you were to use mods to open these statics doors, in most cases you will find that there is no room behind these doors as the developers didn't intend for those doors to be opened, the same is true for the Sith Academy's two hidden rooms.
In the second Kotor game, you revisit Korriban and get to see the areas you travelled through five years after the first game. Obsidian added two new rooms behind the previously inaccessible doors that led nowhere in the first game, a Library and a Teacher's Dormitory.

For over 15 years, player's have known that a Library and Teacher's Dormitory canonically existed behind the static doors of the Sith Academy in the first game but couldn't do anything about it... until now.
At the end of 2024, the modder Thor110 ported the Library and Teacher's Dormitory from the second game to the first and released it as a modder's resource. And using this modder's resource, I have made the Complete Sith Academy mod for K1.
The Library and the Teacher's Dormitory from the second game has been populated with objects and NPCs to make these areas "fit in" with the visual aesthetics and the environment of the first game. The NPC Tamlen has been moved into the Library whilst the Sith Teacher with Tamlen has also been moved to the Teacher's Dormitory, the dueling Sith Students and the Sith Teacher overseeing them have also been moved to the room outside the Academy to prevent a bug where you can hear the clashing of Lightsabers from inside the Library if they kept in their original location.
Sith Students have been added to the Library who study on the computers there, making them inaccessible to the player, and Sith Students have also been added to the Teacher's Dormitory alongside the Sith Teacher already in there. The Footlockers you find in the second game CANNOT be opened, but I have added new Footlockers and other objects you can open to the Teacher's Dormitory alongside a Workbench. You can expect to leave the Korriban Academy with some rare, albeit weak, items you wouldn't have received otherwise.
There are no custom made NPCs or side quests added in this mod, I wanted the new rooms to "fit in" with the rest of the game. I know other modders DO intend to make mods that adds the new Academy rooms like this mod, except their mods will have some form of side quest content. If they do develop and release these mods then those mods will probably be incompatible with this mod - when that time comes, you may have to choose between their mod & this mod.

    Known Bugs:
If you click on the Sith Students on the computers too much, they stop doing their "typing" animations.
This mod shouldn't have any bugs but if you find any please report them to me on Deadlystream.

    Incompatibilities:
    To be added!

    Permissions:
Please speak with me if you wish to use this mod in your mod. Alternatively, you can download Thor110's modder's resource and use Holocron Toolset to add your own placeables to the module thus bypassing needing to use my mod as a base.

    Thanks to:
Thor110: For making the amazing Sith Academy Missing Rooms modder's resource to begin with, without you this mod wouldn't exist!
Obsidian Entertainment: For adding these new rooms to the second game!
Bioware: For such an amazing game!

  14. Wookiee Redux

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 15.08.2024

    Installation:
Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod!
It is advised you install Party Model fixes and HD Bastila and Party Model Fixes For K1, Part II as these mods improve Zaalbar's unique model which is used as a base for the Wookiees found in this mod.
Simply click on the HoloPatcher.exe, click install and sit back and watch the  HoloPatcher do its magic.

    Description:
Wookiee Redux is a remaster of RedRob41's Wookiee Reskins which were made for SpaceAlex's K1 Enhancement Pack.
In the K1EP mod, many of the unique Wookiee NPCs have unique appearances based on Zaalbar's texture and model. This means NPCs like Chuundar use Zaalbar's unique model, but the Zaalbar texture was heavily modified to make it look like a different character. Because these Wookiees were made by RedRob41, this was the only part of the K1EP you couldn't freely use as they weren't SpaceAlex's to give away. Whilst I am unsure what one was made first, RedRob41 also made a mod called Playable Wookiees x5 1.1 which added five Wookiee player characters which he released under his own name.
Now, almost a decade since SpaceAlex released his K1EP mod to the public, I've used my own connections in the Revenge of Revan mod team to secure RedRob41's permission for me to use his Wookiee assets so that I could make a 'redux' version of what the K1EP intended to do with the Wookiees.
This mod adds 30 Wookiee variants that change all of the generic male Wookiees. Since most of the Wookiee NPCs are seen fighting something in some capacity, many of these Wookiees are wearing chainmail armor and are differentiated with different coats of fur and bandolier designs making every Wookiee you met on Kashyyyk unique. Named NPCs also have unique appearances, characters like Chuundar and Jaarak use their original K1EP appearances whilst other Wookiees like Worrroznor have reworked appearances.
Since these Wookiees use Zaalbar's unique model, they all share Zaalbar's unique animations. This can result in alternative animations being used in both fights and dialogue cutscenes.

    Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have any bugs but if there are please report them to me on Deadlystream.

    Incompatibilities:
    To be added!

    Permissions:
You will need permission from RedRob41 if you wish to use any of these assets.

    Thanks to:
RedRob41: For making the amazing Wookiee textures to begin with, without you this mod wouldn't exist!
SpaceAlex: For kickstarting this idea with the original K1EP mod!

  15. Shem Robe Revival [Cloaked Edition]

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 01.04.2024

    Installation:
This mod comes with reskins for JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1 and the JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Hybrid Robes for K1, thus you need to install ONE of these two mods prior to this mod to get the intended reskins that this mod offers.
These two mods are incompatible with one another, so you'll have to decide whether you want Cloaked Robes or Cloaked Hybrid Robes before installing this mod.
If you installed the Cloaked Hybrid Robes for K1 mod, open the "Cloaked Hybrid" folder, copy all of the .TPC files from that folder and copy them into your Override (make sure you overwrite the files already in there).
If you installed the Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1 mod, open the "Cloaked Normal" folder, copy all of the .TPC files from that folder and copy them into your Override (make sure you overwrite the files already in there).

    Description:
Ladies and gentlemen, come with me now on a journey to the savage days of years gone by... to a time when porting was a bannable offense, to a time when people seriously used the medium and low texture settings for a performance boost when playing the Kotor games, to a time before M4-78 was restored, to a time when TSLRP was still in development, to a time when the high quality weapon and skybox mods we take for granted were simply inconceivable, to a time when the TSLPatcher was brand new, to a time when Kotor Tool and MDLOps were the pinnacle of modding tools, to a time when Windows Vista was the current Windows OS and the Xbox 360 was the current gen console, to a time when most mods didn't have a TSLPatcher and even if they did they were an incompatible hack job - this was the time of the early Kotor modding community.
In 2025, most players use TSLRCM and K1CP, the big planet mod is M4-78EP, High Quality Weapon mods are a must, High Quality Skyboxes and Planet reskins are a must, every player and party member has an ultra HD reskin by Dark Hope, every Jedi Robe in K1 has a cloak ported from K2 by JCarter. But back in 2006, the mods that were available to the early players were far more limiting and lesser quality than the mods we have today. Two mods from this era was Shem L's Prequel Style Robes for both K1 and K2, you probably haven't used them before but you might recognize them from some of Shem L's old YouTube videos.
Shem's Prequel Style Robes would've been a viable mod to use between 2006 and 2014 until Kainzorus Prime released his Prequel Robe Replacement mod which updated the robe model with something far superior. Kainzorus Prime's Prequel Robe Replacement would likewise have been viable from 2014 to 2018 when JCarter426 released his JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1 which ported the cloaked Jedi Robes from K2, a feature the players had been craving for over a decade by that point.
It should be no surprise to anyone that JC's Cloaked Jedi Robe mod is the number 1 robe mod for Kotor 1 whilst Kainzorus Prime's Prequel Robe Replacement is a minor competitor and Shem L's Prequel Style Robes is virtually forgotten.
And this is where I come in.
Back in 2022, I tried to change the above fact by releasing my K1 Movie-Style Jedi Master Robes. This mod ported DeadMan's Movie-Style Jedi Master Robes to K1 and gave you an option to replace the Star Forge 2DA slot with the Cloaked Movie-Style Robes so that you can use Kainzorus Prime's Prequel Robe Replacement alongside it, meaning you can have Cloaked Robes by DeadMan and Prequel Robes by Kainzorus Prime at the same time.
This mod does something similar but for Shem L's old mod, this mod takes Shem L's Prequel Style Robes for both K1 and K2 and makes them compatible with JC's Cloaked Jedi Robes. Shem L's K2 Prequel Style Robes will replace JC's Cloaked Jedi Robes whilst Shem L's K1 Prequel Style Robes will replace JC's Hybrid Robes.

    Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.

    Incompatibilities:
    Please report any incompatibilities!

    Permissions:
Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission.

    Thanks:
Obsidian: For such an amazing sequel!
Bioware: For such an amazing game
JCarter426: For making the original Cloaked Jedi Robe and Cloaked Hybrid Robe mods, without you this mod wouldn't be here today.
Shem L: The original author behind the two Prequel Style Robe mods, without you this mod wouldn't be here today.
heyorange: For the CollarFix.psd which he made freely avaliable in his collar fix for JC's Cloaked Jedi Robes

  16. K2 Alternative Voice Overs

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2
    Author: N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date: 23.10.2024

    Installation:
Each and every voice has to be installed ONE AT A TIME, for now there is no way to install all the voice options at once. All voices are OPTIONAL, if you don't like the new voice of a certain character you don't have to install that specific voice.
The "Voices" folder contains the modded VO, the "Listenable" contains the vanilla VO in .MP3 format so you can listen to the vanilla lines, and the "Backup" folder contains the vanilla VO and their folders just in-case you wish to uninstall this mod.
Batono Mercenary- To install the Batono Mercenary's new voice, go to the following directory: "Knights of the Old Republic II\StreamVoice\203" and delete the folder named "mercbat". Once that folder is deleted, open the "Voices" folder inside this mod and copy the modded "mercbat" folder and copy that to the 203 folder where the vanilla "mercbat" folder used to be.
Odis- To install Odis's new voice, go to the following directory: "Knights of the Old Republic II\StreamVoice\302" and delete the folder named "ODIS". Once that folder is deleted, open the "Voices" folder inside this mod and copy the modded "ODIS" folder and copy that to the 302 folder where the vanilla "ODIS" folder used to be.
Saedhe- To install Saedhe's new voice, go to the following directory: "Knights of the Old Republic II\StreamVoice\601" and delete the folder named "saedhe". Once that folder is deleted, open the "Voices" folder inside this mod and copy the modded "saedhe" folder and copy that to the 601 folder where the vanilla "saedhe" folder used to be.

You might be wondering the following question, why do I need to delete game files to install this?
That is because this mod uses the .MP3 audio format instead of the .WAV format Kotor 2 uses. Whilst it would be logical to make my modded audio files .WAV and simply make an installer to overwrite the vanilla .WAV files, the Steam version of Kotor 2 is known to ignore modded .WAV files thus breaking any mod that uses them... and since I use the Steam version it's very likely that replacing the vanilla .WAV files with modded .WAV files would simply break the audio files I was intending to replace.
It is also possible to rename all of my modded audio files to something new and use a TSLPatcher to edit the dialogue files to refer to my new audio names instead of the vanilla audio. However, that could pose the risk to compatibility with other mods, especially if they just dump dialogue files into the Override or if I make a mistake in my own TSLPatcher and the installer assigns the wrong audio to the wrong lines.
By deleting the folders that contain all of the vanilla audio and replacing those folders with identical folders containing replacement audio, the game will detect the modded .MP3s and will use the modded audio for all of the lines spoken by said NPC.

    Description:
The two Kotor games are home to some of the best voice acting in video game history. There are some actors and actresses who voice only one character for their game and absolutely nail the performance, like Sara Kestelman who voiced Kreia. There are other actors and actresses who voice multiple characters, and even though it's the same actor voicing all these characters you would never realize that G0-T0, Captain Bostuco, Corrun Falt, Ponlar, Xarga, the Peragus Security Officer, and the Harbinger Captain were all voiced by Daran Norris.
But... then there are instances where an actor or actress voices more than one character and when you compare these characters you swear these characters share the exact same voice.
This mod intends to fix that phenomenon by replacing the voice of some characters who sound like they're the long lost twin of another character. This is NOT to say that the actors who voiced the characters affected by this mod did a bad job, not at all, and this mod does not aim to completely remove the voice of certain actors by removing every character they voiced for Kotor 2.
For example, if a voice actor voiced "Character X" and "Darth Vader" and Character X sounds like Darth Vader then the voice of Character X would be replaced in this mod whilst the voice of Darth Vader would remain untouched. Now replace "Character X" and "Darth Vader" with the Kotor 2 characters mentioned down below and you'll understand what I'm doing.
How does this mod replace already existing VO? It uses the "Voice Changer" feature of the ElevenLabs website to replace the "voice" of Kotor 2 VO with default generic AI voice samples provided by the Site. This means the exact same pace, tone, pronunciations, and accent from the original VO is preserved with only the audio sound of the voice being changed. The in-game result is a character whose voice is unique to that character.

Voices affected in the mod and video previews are found in this spoiler below:

    Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.
If you use the "Verify integrity of game files" feature on Steam, then Steam might try to redownload the vanilla .WAV files you deleted to install this mod. If it does so, the game will use the .WAV files in-game instead of the .MP3 files thus disabling the modded VO. You'll need to reinstall the mod if you've done this.

  17. Pick a Peragus

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
    Author N-DReW25
    1.0.0 Release Date 0905.2025

    Installation
Pick which Peragus you would like to install, you CANNOT pick both.
If you want the Realistic Peragus from the Cinematic cutscenes, copy "PER_Plnt01.tga" from the "Realistic Version" folder - doing so will convert the planet Peragus in the Peragus levels into the realistic Peragus as seen in the Prologue.
If you want the Artistic Peragus from the Concept Art, copy "EBO_Per.tga" from the "Artistic Version" folder - doing so will convert the planet Peragus in the Prologue into the Artistic Peragus as seen in the Peragus levels.

    Description
There are two Peragus planet textures in the game, one for the Prologue and one for the Peragus Levels, and they're both two different textures that do not match despite being the same planet. The Peragus seen in the Prologue is the same Peragus you see in the Cinematic cutscenes (Harbinger Arrival, Ebon Hawk escape etc) whilst the Peragus seen in the Peragus Levels appears to have been taken from early Concept Art for the game.
This mod offers you two fixes to this inconsistency, you can either choose the Realistic Peragus to fix the Peragus Levels so that Peragus is consistent with both the Prologue and the Cinematic cutscenes or you can choose to convert the Prologue Peragus into the Artistic Peragus so that it matches the Concept Art Peragus you see in the Peragus Levels.

    Known Bugs
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there are just report them to me on Deadlystream.

    Incompatibilities
Incompatible with ANY textures that alter "PER_Plnt01.tga" or "EBO_Per.tga".
