  1. Version 1.0 has been uploaded, when it is approved you can follow this link and download it: Stay tuned for future additions to the mod pack in future updates 😀.
  2. When it is approved, my in-dev mod pack will be available to download:

Imagine the K1 Community Patch if ti was just my mods alone. That is the idea behind the Mini Mod Collection for TSL (Or MMC as I like to call it), every time I make a "mini fix" or "mini restoration" mod which does very little I will upload it to my MMC mod pack so that you, the player, can conveniently install them all at once instead of manually downloading a bunch of separate mods.

Right now, it only contains a single restoration. I plan to post previews to upcoming updates in my WIP thread so that anyone who is interested will know what is coming soon:

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 Author: N-DReW25 1.5.0 Release Date: 13.06.2022 Installation: Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe, select your option, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Description: Over the years, I have released a lot of restoration and fix mods for TSL though many of my mods don't necessarily stand out as much as others mainly because the mod is so small and insignificant. This mod is designed to make your life easier, all of my small, insignificant and standalone mods are inside this mod pack so that you, the player, only need to download 1 mod and install once (Or several times depending if you want an optional mod). What's in the mod? Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Report any incompatibilities to me on Deadlystream.com Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. Thanks: Ashton Scorpius: For making his TSL Removed Mouth Cubes mod a Modder's Resource Bioware: For such an amazing game Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool and everyone who downloads the mod. Legal: THIS MODIFICATION IS NOT SUPPORTED BY BIOWARE/OBSIDIAN ENTERTAINMENT, LUCASARTS, DISNEY OR ANY LICENSERS/SPONSORS OF THE MENTIONED COMPANIES. USE OF THIS FILE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THE ABOVE-MENTIONED COMPANIES OR THE AUTHOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR COMPUTER FOR THE USAGE OF THIS FILE.
  4. Thank you, though I don't think "beta test" is necessarily the best way to put this. What I will release will technically be done, every time I update the mod pack I am essentially releasing another mod. Feel free to stick around for updates
  5. Can you elaborate on what you have made? Is this like a personal project where you've created Kotor modules for the VR Headset? From what I can see now it is of decent quality, perhaps a tad more detail and change the black to a silver could help.
  6. Been a while since I made a WIP thread, this is a mod which many would consider small depending on how you want to look at it. If you haven't been living under a rock over the years you might have noticed AFP's K1 and TSL Community Patch mods, these mods are like a mod pack which contains dozens of AFP's work and other peoples mods which all fix a certain bug in both games. What makes this mod pack so great is that it makes installing all of these mini mods easier by combining them into one mod. This mod I am developing is similar to his mod without the whole permission business as everything within my mod will be my own work, hence the title "N-DReW's Mini Mod Collection". The premise of my mod is to merge all of my current (and future) small/obscure restoration mods into this big mod to make installing them all easier. In the first release of this mod it will only contain a single mod, thus is why this thread was been made so that I may announce future updates as well to allow players to leave feedback and suggestions for future updates ("Which mod I should include", "What you think about an upcoming mod" etc). For now, I will leave you with a little preview of the 1.0 release: Full Context:
  7. Should I even bother putting my two cents in on the K1CP drama?

@Mellowtron11As usual, the trigger was some guy asked "when is the mod coming out".

The only involvement you should make in cases like that is to report the post.  Because that's spamming and it should be handled by the Staff.  Let the Staff deal with the headaches of enforcement.

  8. What happened to the old "Spoiler" mechanic the site used to have? A while back, I remember in the new site update you could use spoilers similar to how "quotes" work and the spoiler would hide the content written inside the spoiler so that people viewing can avoid seeing what you say. With the release of Episode 9 happening in 2 months time having this feature restored by then would be handy. Personally, I use spoilers in my PMs so that I can tidy and organise the PM's up so that the user I PM isn't flooded with walls of paragraphs, paragraphs I would rather hide in a spoiler so that the user I am PMing doesn't have to immediately see an overwhelming wall of text whenever I PM them.
  9. Sub as in "this thread"? or the "ROR Sub Forum"? It would be kinda pointless to remove the one ideal place to discuss the ROR mod, even if it is cancelled.
  10. Those crystal horses running on the side of that Star Destroyer... that probably isn't a good sign that this movie will be any better than before.
  11. Wait, so you downloaded Party Swap and Handmaiden for Female at the same time? I'd recommend just using PartySwap, Handmaiden for female and Disciple for male does as the title says whilst PartySwap adds both Disciple and Handmaiden for whatever gender meaning you get both characters. As you installed the mods through workshop I would suggest unsubscribing from all the mods you're subscribed to and delete any file which remains in the Override. Then you'll resubscribe to the mods and install only PartySwap into the Workshop override, not Handmaiden for female. This should hopefully fix your bug.
  12. Did you install PartySwap into the normal Override or the Workshop Override? The workshop override contains all of your TSLRCM files and other Workshop mods, to install a mod from the internet and install it into K2 you would need to install it into your Workshop override. If you don't, it causes problems because you have mods inside the normal Override and the Workshop Override at the same time.
  13. Important question, you are playing on Steam but did you install the mod through the dowloaded installers (The normal way) or through the Steam Workshop (Subscribing to mods via Steam)?
  14. I really do like the concept and idea behind this mod.
  15. During the quest to find the Jedi Masters in Kotor 2 you are able to learn varies Force Forms and Saber forms, these forms give the player benefits and disadvantages during combat. I was wondering, how many forms can the player learn and are these forms learned in any specific order or does the player learn them in a totally random order?
  16. On the Xbox version, the "Attack of the Clones" syndrome was far worse than it is on PC. Did you know every Outcast in the Undercity either had like Rukil's head, Shaleena's Asian head or the generic Asian male head on the Xbox version? I bet they sought to fix up Davik's estate guards as they where all Yellow Rodians in the Xbox version but they forgot to fix up the Soundsets. I wouldn't call the PC changes questionable but they were sloppy and kinda rushed considering all they thought about was the diversity of NPCs so you don't just see green twileks and the same commoner every module but they forgot about the dialogue that supports their original appearances.
  17. View File Rodian Messenger Restoration A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 Release Date: 03.10.2019 Installation: Simply Copy and Paste or Drag or Drop ALL the files within the "For Override" into your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder, you can safely Override any files that may conflict. Uninstallation: Remove or Delete the files you copied from your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder Description: Once you recruit Bastila, a Twi'lek Messenger from the Exchange gives you a message from Canderous Ordo. In the game files, this Twi'lek's NPC file is named "tar02_rodianmsg" and has a Rodian Soundset, this suggests he was originally a Twi'lek. This was reported by KnifeMaster to the developers of the Kotor Community Patch, they chose not to include this fix in their patch as they felt modifying the dialogue from Twi'lek to Rodian was beyond the scope of their mod. Hence, is why this mod exists as a seperate download and created by me. Known Bugs: None that I know of but if there is please report it so I can fix it Incompatibilities: Is incompatible with anything that edits "tar02_messenger.dlg" and "tar02_rodianmsg.utc" Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and please ask me for permission if you want to use this in your mod Thanks: Bioware for such an amazing game, Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool, Obsidian for not deleting the textures and everyone who downloads the mod. 19. Me when I see people still using the 'Bao Dur's Fate: A TSLRCM Add-on' the 2018 April 1st Mod, to this very day and acting surprised as to why it is the way it is.

@VarsityPuppetYep, I think it just got unapproved and got reapproved when the site updated back in June 2018.

@jc2 I'll offer you the medical assistance I required, you need it more than I if you thought Bao Dur's fate was any good 😉

  20. From what I can read of this, I will explain what you are asking for and why you can't have it. It is not because we wouldn't want these cool features but because these features are impossible to implement via a mod. New resolutions such as 1080p are already a thing, for both Kotor 1 and 2 you require a hack shown in this video (It is voiced in English so it may not be useful for someone who isn't fluent in the language😞 The reason Kotor 2 has 1080p is because you own the Steam version of Kotor 2, Aspyr updated Kotor 2 on Steam so it has controller support and these new resolutions such as 1080p and 4K. While you can get resolutions you cannot get Controller Support for K1, if you play Kotor 1 on an Android phone, tablet or iOS phone or tablet those versions do have controller support because Aspyr, the guys who updated K2 for Steam, made the port. The Kotor 1 port to these devices is exactly the same as on PC, you can even mod it with PC mods, and the best part is is that you can play it anywhere since you are technically playing it on your phone. But if you are playing on PC, there is nothing we modders can do to give you controller support unless you yourself use a third party software of some kind.
  21. I always hated that in-game map on the television screen, however, your edit here has made it so that the map now makes sense. I will definitely be playing this.
  22. Couldn't you just use Thor109's Expanded Galaxy module modders resource for K2? It adds K1 modules to K2 to be used in mods, though I recommend being careful with it as it is loaded with other "junk" files from the Kotor game which are Kotor files but aren't necessary for the modules to work.
