I'm playing KOTOR and Trask runs up to a door and says, "There's something behind here." It takes a few seconds longer than it should. Then Darth Bandon appears, but doesn't ignite his lightsaber. Trask says, "Damn, another Dark Jedi. I'll try to hold him off. You get to the escape pods, go!" After this, the game doesn't exit the dialogue. It doesn't freeze, but Trask just repeats the angry animation where he shakes his fists to infinity. I have no idea what's causing this bug and no idea how to fix it. Also, I did not install JC's Republic Soldier Fix because as far as I know, it's part of the K1CP mod. I've tried installing and reinstalling everything at least 3 times. I'm at my wit's end. Please help! A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 Author: N-DReW25 1.0.0 Release Date: 13.12.2021 Installation: Copy and paste the contents of this mod into your Override folder, overwrite files if necessary. Description: Something which I disliked about the Harbinger in K2 was how it evidently the same class of ship as the Endar Spire but yet it was made so different, from an alternative layout which did not match the Endar Spire to a new blue color scheme which didn't really make much sense as the Endar Spire's red interior matched its red exterior. What this mod will do is replace most of the Harbinger's blue interior textures with the Endar Spire's red textures. Most of the textures had to be ported from K1 though some textures had to be manually recoloured from blue to red as not all of the Harbinger textures existed in K1. This mod also contains loading screens to match the new Harbinger. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Would be incompatible with any mods which: * Changes the Harbinger loading screens, install any loading screen mods BEFORE this mod! * Changes the Harbinger's textures. DESCRIPTION: This mod removes the tutorial elements from the game. For the Endar Spire, the removed in-game tutorial elements include: Trask Ulgo and Carth Onasi's tutorial dialogues on the Endar Spire The Security skill requirement to open the second door on the Endar Spire The requirement to equip a melee weapon to enter the bridge The levelling up requirement to exit the bridge The tutorials in the computer and droid repair screens In addition, this also removes the workbench tutorials on Taris, and the galaxy map tutorial on the Ebon Hawk. This mod is inspired by darthbdaman's Tutorial Remover mod. However, the key difference is my mod keeps Trask as your party member in the first area of the Endar Spire. My mod is made for players who do not wish to go through the tutorials again when replaying KotOR, but still wants Trask a party member to help them to fight through the first area of the Endar Spire. In order for this mod to take effect, you need to start a completely new game. For the best experience with this mod, it is also recommended to turn off the tutorial pop-ups in the setting menu. 2. Do not need to worry about those warnings, as it is just the way I set up the installer to ensure my mod will be installed properly if you are not using any other mods. When you install this mod, a new folder named "backup" will be created by the installer in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folder or the file within the folder if you want to uninstall this mod. The "Source" folder includes the source of the scripts used by this mod for modders' reference. Ignore the "Source" folder if you only want to install and play this mod. 3. UNINSTALLATION: Go to the "backup" folder created by the installer of this mod, cut and paste the MOD files into the Modules folder in your KotOR directory. I always wanted to import KOTOR ships like Leviathan, Endar Spider, Ebon Hawk or other fighter into Blender and I found a way I found a page in moddb which contains those ships. Those were .max files but I converted them into .fbx format and managed to import them into blender I also used Holocron Toolset to extract ebon hawk or other ships to use them in Blender as well. With space backgrounds I managed to render some good images with those ships- 1 comment

View File Quanons Star Forge and Endar Spire Upscaled Textures This mod will add upscaled textures for the Star Forge and Endar Spire sections of the game. Except the skies see note below. All textures are now 4x their original size. Example a 128x128 becomes 512x512, etc... I've not gone up to the 4096x4096 sizes as I don't see what that would add to this older game. A few textures do get to this size, example is the Ebon Hawk. Normal maps have also been redone, rerendered not just upscaled. It's still a 400% improvement on the older files. Enjoy! lightsabers Editing Placeable Items In KOTOR
ALPHA000102 posted a topic in General Kotor/TSL Modding
I want to know how to add items to containers in KOTOR. Specifically I want to add items from other mods and custom items that I created to the first footlocker on the Endire Spire. I cannot get them to appear in the custom items in the Inventory Editor of KOTOR Tool as shown in the image below. This way I can get them in the game itself without having to use a cheat code or the Save Game Editor. Please help me do this and provide all details. Thank you in advance.- 14 replies

Greetings, fellow Jedi! Hope you are doing fine. I am here to request for your help with inverting the panels particularly inside the m01aa_10 and m01aa_09 model: These panels noticeably looks inverted when using Dak Drexl's "Dak's Endar Spire Retexture". The inverted panels meshes is LHR_wall02. I believe they are still noticeable with the vanilla texture installed only by look at them closely, but by using Dak's texture the transition was quite significant. I have tried myself to "rotate" the panels but ends-up rotating the whole room. Many thanks for considering this, and may the Force be with you!

Greetings, fellow Jedi! I am here to report that there is a great disturbance in the Force inside one of the Endar Spire's hallway; particularly the m01aa_03a model. There are missing panels there, which I believe are not intended, as they look too ugly to be intended by the devs lol. Screenshot: Yes, the Endar Spire is under attack and will have its panels broken anywhere, but I believe these are not part of them. I hope someone could fix this as I believe these are significant panels, as they were included in one of the early-important cutscene. A Modification for: Star Wars: Knights oF The Old Republic "The Grid - KotOR - Endar Spire" Author: Rtas_Vadum I.Description II.Installation III.Compatability IV.Removal V.Credits VI.Permissions VII.Disclaimer ---------------------------------------------- I.Description A reskin of the Endar Spire modules, giving them a TRON theme(More from the Legacy film than the original). ---------------------------------------------- II.Installation Extract the tga and txi files from the rar, and add them to KotOR's override folder. ---------------------------------------------- III.Removal Find all tga and txi files with the LHR_ prefix, and delete them. ---------------------------------------------- IV.Compatability Using any other texture mod with this one(That effects the Endar Spire textures), depending on the order of install, may either cause some overlap(meaing appearance issues of the related modules in-game), or overwrite one of the mods completely. ---------------------------------------------- V.Credits Most of the work for this mod was done soley by me. Some insperation may have been taken from other texure mods, but no file resoruces were used. ---------------------------------------------- VI.Permissions If you wish to use any part of this in your own mod, credit must be given.
