  1. So who here besides me has already acquired the Achievement and Title from the new Life Day Event? I got it for one of my Jedi Covenant (US server) characters. Then I had to get for one of my wife's US server character. Then I thought: As long as I'm wasting time, I may as well get it on one of my Red Eclipse (European server) characters. The weird thing? I'm not even really interested in the mount that you can get with those Snow Covered Parcels. If I lost you on any of this, you ought to see how to play this darn thing event over here.
  2. Hassat, those helmet are hideous. It's strange because I recall see helmets in game that do look like the original helmets - odd that they didn't use those.
  3. OK, can't get Miles to work? Let's go to plan B... You can rename the files (you should create a backup first) from .wav to .mp3 and then you can open them with sound program like Goldwave or Audacity.
  4. It won't be looked at until after TSLRCM 1.8.3 and the patch for M4-78 EP is released. That only makes sense, as you'll want the latest version to work with Coruscant... Plus they are really busy with the aforementioned mods.
  5. The program used to listen to those files was called Miles Sound Studio. This tutorial - though originally made for creating your own TSL soundtrack - can also be used to decompress the voice files as well. Edit: the link to Miles Sound Tools is no longer functional. However, you can request in this thread at LucasForums and someone may be able to send you a link.
  6. You may not upload it with music that you haven't created or have the legal rights to. This includes taking original music and simply altering it's speed. You also may not upload sound effects that are included in the game. As long as I'm saying things you can't do, let me say something you shouldn't do. You shouldn't double post - even if you're the original poster (OP) of a thread. If you were that last person to post in a thread, just edit that post to include your additional thoughts and/or corrections. Finally, we are not a Minecraft modding site. We don't have a section for Minecraft mods in our Download section. Why aren't you trying to upload your mod to a site that specializes in Minecraft mods? If you do wind up doing such a thing, feel free to provide a link here in this thread.
  7. Here's the part that concerns me. What music and sounds have you added? Was the music grabbed from TSL? Even porting things from the KotOR to TSL (or vice versa) is a violation of the EULA (End-user license agreement) and so folks aren't really allowed to do it. This would also apply to transferring TSL or KotOR assets to Minecraft as well. OK, I just opened up what's been uploaded and there are definitely TSL and KotOR assets in there. If you put files created by Bioware or Obsidian into your Minecraft, your upload will not be approved.
  8. M4-78 EP Beta Team, I have a question for you. Go here for more info: http://tinyurl.com/kwdnae4

I'm throwing snowballs in TOR. How about you?

  9. In your changelog, you state that you made "Additional changes based on developer notes." What exactly are they? I just wanted to know exactly what you changed in these scenes (male and female Exiles) to know why I should download this.
  10. Just out of curiosity, about how much of the TSLRCM 1.8.2 compatibility list will also work for 1.8.3?

  12. Assume for the sake of argument, I'm looking at a $1000 budget with a DEFINITE requirement on Windows 7. What would you choose on ibuypower? You build should be able to play SWTOR with all settings to maximum. (Any further commentary of Win8 will be deleted from this thread. I covered that I didn't want it more than once and so it's off-topic.)
  13. Not going with Win 8 which I stated from the very beginning. I might wait until the 15th to order a computer as I'll get my next check then. However, don't let that stop the flow of suggestions!
  14. I suppose I just don't have the time and patience to build a complete computer by myself. If anyone sees a deal out there on a computer that has Win 7, and can play both TOR and both of the KOTORs on Woot.com or elsewhere, shoot me a PM or drop a message in this thread. As I have my own mod I must get ready for coming up, speed is a factor.
  15. Thanks for the info guys. If you have suggestions for other PC desktops with Win 7, I am willing to hear about it. Remember that I am just looking for the tower.
  16. Hey guys! Two topics - but on a similar subject - to follow... Part 1 I need some computer advice. Many of you might now know that my previous computer has decided to not function properly anymore. (I'm currently using my old XP computer that i grabbed out of the basement.) Not having a computer isn't an option so I think I've found that might be a worty replacement. Is this computer a decent deal? Give me some pros and cons because I'm ready to get back in the game. The most graphic intensive game I plan to play on my next computer is Star Wars: The Old Republic and the Mass Effect series. (I don't play the latest shooters like Call of Duty or Battlefield, for example.) I don't need a new monitor or printer/scanner as my old ones are fine. I also will take the blu-ray burner out of the old computer and stick it in one of the open bays on the new one. If the graphics card is a little weak, which reasonably priced replacement would you recommend for this build? I also don't need a mouse or keyboard but if they are going to throw one in, so be it. I also do not want Windows 8. Windows 7 is the highest jump I'm willing to go for in OS. (My old computer was - *shudders* - a Vista.) A quick response on opinions of the computer would be appreciated as I'd rather not miss a sale. Part 2 My other question: could someone direct me to a very easy to understand guide of how to get information from one desktop PC to another? I'm usually not one to tinker inside the computer so this would have to be a dumbed-down type of guide. The old computer was Vista, the new one will likely be Windows 7 - if that helps you at all to help me. Thanks for reading this wall of text!
  17. When I get around to playing the ME trilogy, I'll look for reviews.
  18. What does this fourth version do?
  19. HH, send the files to me and tell me in that email what file format you need me to convert them to.
