well should I try it to make this clearer in order for me to get some help? -
for lightsaber feat for any class. Go to Feat.2da file, Go to Weapon Profiency: Lightsaber row and change 4 to 3. Next column will be level given. for example, 3 will grant and level 4(it will be your choice) will be appear when leveling up.

I have this idea of a mod I want to try out. Mod idea: Using the Empty Feats within Kotor 1 and tying them to hides for the Player Characters can use. I am planning on using the Baseitem.2da file by adding lines. I am planning on using on using One of the Ebon Hawk's computers consoles allows to Player Character to learn and trade out Hides out. Jedi Specializations will get at least 3 lines that Player Character learn and switch out from. Sith Specialization will get their 3 lines as well. And there will be other 3 Hides to switch out from. Scripting is not my strong suit. I know with NPCs that there are 4 boxes where the hides often are kept. For Example, Canderous, Juhani and Hk-47 have hides for their respective abilities and there are 3 boxes above that box. One of my ideas is that Player thru their travels, can learn various specialization. For example, A Jedi Counslar PC might want to become a Jedi Battlemaster type of Jedi Master. So they can go to One of the Ebon Hawk's computers and go thru the Dialogue to do that. 1) so how would i add Hides in those areas for the Player Character while on the Ebon Hawk?

right now, baseitem.2da needs to get familar with. Each weapon has a number in a column to reflect the associate script. So a quarterstaff will have a different number from lightsabers with baseitem.2da. Baseitem.2da within Kotortool can do a lot for hides and items. congrats to the new baby, all babies are handful. I have been busy with family.

I am tempted to do a Recruit Mod with a re skinned PFHC02 head. Monique: she is a re skinned of PFHC02 with extremely longer voluminous darker red hair with dark blue eyes; using Female Revan Soldier as a base for her body. yes she is a mild reference to the Callidus Assassin in her appearance My Story idea is Monique would encountered on Taris in the Sith Base as a Prisoner with the Duros. And she would join you to escape Taris and On Dantioone, If Juhani lives, Monique would leave the group to the Ord Mantell to assist the Jedi there. and Encounter with Quatra, Juhani's Jedi Master, requests an Audience with Juhani about what happen during her Jedi trials. Juhani will leave to reconnect with Quatra. If Juhani is dead, Monique will stay in the group. Regardless if Juhani is lives or dead, Monique's content involves tracking a Rogue Dark Jedi and 2 Sith Juggernauts. In Short, how would I do that for a mod? -
a suggestion for Your Kotor Improvement that using that skin as a possible Dark Jedi Character for a Recruitment at Korriban late game.

I am wondering about Force Focus: Control and Force Focus: Alter feats. Question is Are they active feats like Force Focus Feats or Are they Empty feats like Battle Meditation? I was considering a Specialization Theme Mod. I am using Kotor Campaign Guide as a Specialization Mod. One of my ideas is using them either as a bonus feats or re using them as Various Specializations including Jedi Battle Master, Matukai Adept(it is from Hero Guide and Kotor 2) and other Specialization. I will be using a Hide System that will be adding new line within the Baseitem.2da file. For example, With Hk-47 will get a new style of hide similar to Juhani when you upgrade Hk-47, you will give him an increase to damage by Disprutor Rifle(using damage flags for disprutor rifle) and allows him to use stealth and sneak attacks. Hide system would be using one of the Ebon Hawk's computer consoles allows to "teach" PC new Specializations that has tied to Jedi, Sith and other organizations(both non-force and force organizations). Also Allows other NPCs to "learn" Specializations as well. Later on I will look into Spell.2da files so see what I can do if I can restore and use for this future Mod. Any help and questions are welcome. I have a lot of ideas that needs to be written out more clearly.

Increase Hit points without increasing damage

well a possible suggestion it will take awhile. Make an implant that modifies the Con modifier. or manually increase the Max Hitpoints of an Enemy NPC of your choosing. Or increase the Hitpoints within Classes.2da. -
there should be a line within Baseitems that effect Jedi Armors like you are asking. The question is do you have Kotor tool?

I went to Nexusmods in order to download TSLpatcher and somehow it gotten itself connect to my Kotortool. I am wanting to do a Celeste Morne Recruitment and tie it to Redhawke's Ord Mantell.

Well I have several mod ideas that floating in my head and this is one of them. A Vector Comic Mini series starring Celeste Morne and Murr Talisman. With Recruitment mod, it would be a fun idea to have the Player Character meet Celeste Morne at Taris and she is disoriented with amnesia. Temporary companion until you get to Dantioone. After Dantioone, Celeste Morne decides to stay and recover her memories. And you can get her a full companion option when you complete Mission Vao's Brother's side quest. Right now, I am thinking of a story explaining why she has that disorientation and amnesia and tying it to Redhawke's Ord Mantell mod. Also i have a few other recruitment mods ideas in mind as well. Also Later one I will do a Class/Specialization thread in mind. I am converting Jedi Sentinel to become a Jedi Shadow For Example within This Mod, Name: Celeste Morne Class: Jedi Shadow Specialization: Jedi Executioner(think Jedi Shadow that specialize in killing Dark JedI and other dark siders and I will take advantage of Hides) Str:12 Dex:14 Cons:12 Int: 14 Wis: 16 Cha: 16 Level: 12 I have an idea that Mission and Zaablar becoming Merchants and indirectly helps the Ebon Hawk crew thru supplies. Yes I have taken that Element from the Revan Novel by Drew K due to the fact I am uncomfortable having a 14 year old young lady on a Special Operations team that have encountered vicious killers within the Sith Empire and don't forget Exchange with sell someone like her on the slave trade given the chance. Also Zaablar does have the physical ability to be a proper soldier but I do see him being happier protecting Mission while she makes the money. Due to His relationship to Player Character, Zaablar learns from both Mission and PC how to become a Merchant that sells Jedi Gear to the Player Character and other Jedi. Mission would become a General Merchant near Zaablar. This is just a Rough draft Current Modding Tools is Kotortool. I do need a character editior and Tomorrow I will download TSLPatcher for this.

I have a mod idea for the Redhawke's Ord Mantell mod that involves a recruitment while explaining why Sith Trackers and Mandalorians were there in Redhawke's Ord Mantel mod. I don't need flashy but useful is more important for this mod. Each of this possible characters will have atypical training in the sense that each of them have martial arts training that doesn't depend on the force. Right now, I do need to focus on college before I do any serious modding

a possible idea is that you add a Creature Hide line that reflects the weapon. Carth's hide: Blaster tag(please refer to the Blaster item row there are damage, critical threat and critical mulitiple and AC. Well I was testing on a gauntlet row and use the quarter staff damage tags. it does work. i am tempted to full on Mod with that in mind later down the road.

One of the reasons I want to focus on buffing the Jedi Sentinel into the Jedi Shadow and make it more well rounded class and make it attractive to the player to choose. And having optional sneak attack 1 to 10 for the players. Also Game Mechanic wise I want a subtle connection between Revan and Bastila while respecting player choice. For Revan and Bastila as a Duo, thematic reasoning for the Jedi Shadow is that Jedi Shadow are information gatherers about Sith and other threats to the Galaxy and silent and subtle observers. Bastila Shan's Role: Subtle Observer role Revan: Information Gather role I will post my reasoning for Thematic classes and having new feats( using base items and hides) that reflect their training- 1 reply

I am doing a thematic class mod for Kotor 1. And my question is that does deal with the Player Character is that should I focus on single highly flexible class for the Player character, Focus build class(like they are in the vanilla) or make each of the Jedi Classes highly flexible. One of the aspect of this mod, that I am converting Jedi Sentinel to the Jedi Shadow. Jedi Shadow Class: Force Jump Tree will be unlock fully. Force Immunity tree will unlock fully as well Force Focus Tree will unlock fully. Uncanny Dodge will automatic. Sneak Attack feats 1 to 10 will unlock to use. All Weapons Specializations will be unlocked and able to be used. As of right now, I am leaning towards making all Jedi Classes highly Flexible and selectable for the Player. Bastila Shan is supposed to be a mentor to Player Character; so having them the same class makes sense to me, for you only teach what you know. True, the knowledge base for Player Character is Jedi Council and choosing your class make sense as well. There are other New Non Force Using classes that will reflects their roles and themes. Zaablar: Mad Claw(Tankier Scout) Carth: Republic Pilot(Scout with good BAB and Improved Starting Defense and Saving throws) Canderous: Mandalorian Commando(tankier Soldier) Mission: Pathfinder(Scoundrel) T3-M4: Astro-mech Hk-47: Assassin Droid(i have plans to add Sneak Attack and stealth function to his hides if possible)
