  1. it would be a good idea to make a Dedicated thread about having a New Force ability pack Similar to StarAdmiral's Kotor 1 Force Powers 2.0. A possible Suggestion for placement for Electric Judgement is under Jedi Sage Specialization. Possible Jedi Specializations: Jedi Sage: Dedicated Healer and Student of the Estoretic Force abilities including Electric Judgement(Jedi Consular Feel) Jedi BattleMaster: Jedi Battle Commander that buffs allies and Front Line Leader during War Time, Leading Jedi Lightsaber Instructor(Jedi Guardian Feel) Jedi Investigator: A Jedi that Investigates crime and by Stealth and disables Enemies thru the force.(Jedi Sentinel Feel) Jedi Watchman: Jedi that works with Planetary governments with Stealth I don't have the skill or knowledge to do that.
  2. Right now, I am playing Kotor 1 playthru with StarAdmiral's Kotor 1 Force Pack (2.0) and Quanon's Armor Pack. I am liking both of them a great deal. Later on, I might contact the authors in the respective mods to see if they want to help. Right now what is in my head, after I get KotorGFFeditior and TSL Patcher. Phase 1: Re-balance The Classes to a comfortably high level and the rename Jedi Sentinel to Jedi Shadow Port Sith Assassin as an Enemy at Endar Spire, Tatioone and Kahyysk Port TSL Crystals at sensible locations, for example, Dead Jedi and Sith on Endar Spire, Sith Taris and Manaan Base, Jedi Academy on Dantioone, Sith Academy and Tombs on Korriban and Rakatan Temple on Lehon. Phase 2: Monique: A gorgeous Red hair Jedi Guardian that becomes an unofficial Jedi Padawan for the Player Character. There is a Connection between the Jedi Master that was killed by a Sith Assassin that you personally killed out of self defense and Monique. The Jedi Master had a side mission to recover Jedi and Sith Gear from an Old Jedi Conclave. During the Assault on the Sith Base on Taris, you find the Said Sith and Jedi Gear(including some robes and crystals) when you rescue Monique from the Sith Base. Interconnecting sidequests that connects Monique's Jedi Master to various people on all main quest planet exluding Lehon. Somehow connects to Exar Kun on YAVIN 4 Moon. I have an idea that re-uses the Lehon Temple for Exar Kun and connects to a New Module that is similar to A New Hope and Rogue 1. Exar Kun vs Revan match up will be Post Leviathan Scene. Phase 3: Post Leviathan Return to Tatioone that Revan confronts his own old Jedi Padawan that went to the dark side during Mandalorian Wars. She has information about the Krath and their leadership. Czerka Depot and Rakata Temple on Tattioone will be included and a New Korriban Tomb would included.

Well with my story idea of right now to keep it simple, I would have Kaevee as a 17-18 year old with her friend Isabella(she is a new character) Sith Holocron, I will be use Wookieepedia as Much as Kotor 2 Mostly as Inspiration for my ideas. on the game play side, I will be doing some changes for the characters if possible. For example, Changing Bastila's class from a Jedi Sentinel to Jedi Consular. Jedi Consular for Bastila and Jolee will have an option to learn for Force Jump and Force Immunity. Jedi Guardians like Juhani if you spare her, will have an option to learn Force Focus and Force Immunity. Keep in mind that I am using more famous Jedi like Yoda, Qui Gon and Anakin as Inspiration for Changes. Soldiers will have more feats per level and a skill boost. Scouts will be more balance and Scoundrel will be Skilled focused compared to Scout and Soldiers. If you go on Wookieepedia, Jedi Shadow is your Sith hunter Jedi Sentinel Specialization. I am using inspiration from that as the main Class for Revan. Despite him having anmesia of his time as a Sith and Jedi, his fighting abilities, overall intelligence and force abilities will be taken in to consideration and his ability to fight Force Users aka Kotor 2 Lore will be intact when I finish it up. Some of the Dialogue ideas I have, On Korriban, Revan will have dialogue options about the Sith Lord Tombs if the player goes to Korriban last.
  4. Right now given with my old thread and in FairScripts Scripts thread, what I have decide on. My internal logic gives Revan a "Canon" Jedi Class in the context of Kotor 1 is to show a version of Revan that is information gather-er, capable force user and a capable fighter. Well Within the Star wars Legends, Jedi Shadows and Jedi Investigator are Jedi Sentinel derviated Specializations. Jedi Shadow are known for gathering information on Sith and other Dark Siders and their plans, And Jedi Investigators are known for taking Crime Lords and threats to the Jedi Order and the Republic. In Kotor 1, You as Revan's duty is to gather information on Sith and their source for their fleets by finding Star Maps. Right now, I am working on understanding Kotortool. I do want to learn how to port from Kotor 2 into Kotor 1. For example, Port Kaevee and developing her into an actual character. with a side quest idea, I have is that You recover an Ankarres Sapphire from a Dead Jedi during the Endar Spire Escape. With Ankarres Sapphire and with Kaevee's help, you use the force to heal a Fellow Jedi Padawan. Isabella and Kaevee will appreciate you healing Isabella, the Injured Jedi Padawan. Isabella is a very tall 5'11'' jedi padawan with long thick curly brown hair with pretty blue eyes. Kaevee will not look that different from her Kotor 2 look howbeit with a healthier fuller look and longer hair. Within Dantioone, there are several more side quests that you help other Jedi with their work. Story Line Mod with a Jedi Recruit Mod: Endar Spire Escape, I would like to port a Kotor 2 Sith Assassin with the Red Goggles and you and him fight after he murders another Jedi to death, when you defeat him, you get his Sith Assassin full helmet, Robes(it would be a light armor), Sith Stealth belt, Qixoni Crystal, Stygium Crystal, Red Lightsaber. Jedi that he fought has the Ankarres Sapphire and good jedi gear set. The Fallen Jedi Master has a datapad that takes about a Old ruined Jedi Enclave on Taris(think of the comic book series Kotor) and he sent his Jedi Padawan, Monique to find recover any useful Jedi gear and Crystals(many Kotor 2 crystals will appear here and new Robes) I do suspect that I have to learn how to use a GFF editior how to model Monique for this. or at least good Character Editior due to her extremely long hair and height. Due to I want to have Monique as a Jedi Companion, and my understanding that 9 companion(as kotor 1 crew as is) is the limit. Also It would be cool to connect my post recruit Mod into an New Exar Kun Yavin 4 Mod that Revan has to face Exar Kun. And Facing Kissasi and Massassi allies of Exar Kun and having Sith from Malak's Sith Empire is trying to cut a Deal with Exar Kun to help over come the Republic. There is a rough idea of a Rough Draft for that. In short that Exar Kun surivied the Wall of Light at his temple but couldn't leave because of it, so Sith are finding ways to break the Wall of Light and in return, Exar Kun has to kill Revan and bring his head to Malak and Exar Kun become a Leading Master of Sith Assassins and Second in Command of Sith Empire if he has success in killing Revan. Of course if that happens, Revan vs Exar Kun fight will be brutal due to both of them are extremely capable Sith/Jedi. Of Course Yavin 4 story is post Revelation scene. Also Leads in possible Krath Storyline. I will post more later. It is perfectly alright to ask questions about my idea. Keep in mind that my technical skills are not that advanced compare to the others here.

  7. Sith Lord is a Title, Sith Marauder is a combat focused Sith. Sith Assassin is a Stealth Focused Sith. In my personal opinion, Sith Lord Class should be renamed as Sith Sorcerer. For Sith Sorcerers are known for their intense study of the Dark Side. On the Jedi side, Jedi Master is a title as much as Sith Lord is a title. Jedi Sage would be a good fit. Because Jedi Exile does a lot of traveling, Jedi Shadow would be a better fit than Jedi Watchman. Jedi Watchman are known for watching over a planet. Jedi Shadow are known as problem solvers where Sith, Dark Side Cults, and other threats to the Jedi Order and Republic.

  9. If I was going to port Kotor 2 crystals and the Sith Assassin, How Would I do this as well? Well my idea(yes I am using inspiration from Sith Stalker mod that you were involved with Qui Gon Glenn) is to develop a Sith Assassin called Darth Zhorrid. Zhorrid is the Iconic Red Goggles Sith Assassin of Kotor 2. Zhorrid surprise the Player and have a quick duel that the player wins. Zhorrid will have in his inventory a Kotor 2 Sith Assassin Robes that makes the player look like Sith Assassin. A Sith Assassin's Helmet, Sith Assassin's stealth belt, Sith Assassin's combat gloves.   10. my understanding that it is Hardcoded but you can "slow" the procession of the levels by expanding the experience points required on exptable. also you can increase the Force powers increase or decrease by classpowergain table. Also you can adjust the feats by feats gain table. for example, if you want a certain class to gain a certain ability you can go to the feats table.

  12. while I am working on that, One thing, I would like to do is port an Sith Assassin NPC(one with the Red googles) and place him on the Endar Spire to fight the player. The Gear you get from him is a Plot Usable item. So You will be able to pose as him while be on Taris. In addition to Sith Assassin Garb you will get, Sith Assassin Stealth Belt, Sith Assassin Gloves, Sith Visor and Sith Implant, Pain of Upgradable Sith Tremor Swords.
  13. well in the classes, there is a column named Name and under it, there are numbers that is under the Name Column. I am wondering where within Kotor tool in order to make the names stick Also within feats page, there is 0,1, and 3 tied to feats. I want to give Sneak Attack and Uncanny Dodge automaticly but keeping Force Immunity, Force Focus and Force Jump optional. Jedi Shadow would have several Weapons Specializations open up as an options. for example, giving a Player an option to have a dedicated Gunslinger build for this mod.
  14. that sucks. is it possible to use the Hide? For example, a Stealth belt that gives Bonus Feat: Force Camoflague in addition several other bonus. For example, Juhani's hide has Eriadu stealth belt.
  15. i have look thru Kotortool if there was an option. And what I saw, there is none. A possible idea that, Having a Jedi Shadow having a bit more flexible in builds options that by giving the players an option to master Either Force Jump, Force Focus or Force Immunity while giving them enough feats and force abilities to do most different builds. Lore wise during Kotor era, Jedi Shadow often deviated and recruit from the Jedi Sentinels and during The Old Republic MMO era, Jedi Shadow was a deviated from the Jedi Consular. Keep in Mind that Even the Jedi Consular aka Master Yoda and Qui Gon had Force Jump as well. One of Many duties of Jedi Shadow is stopping if not elimating Dark Siders of all strips and locating and find solution to the Strength of the Dark Sider's power if possible. Instead adding a Class at Post Revelation Scene thru a dialogue script. Just pick it up at Dantioone. Force Jump, Force Focus, and Force Immunity will be eligible to learn at Jedi level 1, 4 and 8. The Post Revelation Scene idea can be re-used to give Revan Force Camoflague. Is my above idea would other player might like?
  16. that sucks. Hey Jc, Is there a Class Remove Function? For example, Check Class Script for Scout, Scoundrel or Soldier, then removes them from your character then having using an Add Class Jedi Sentinel in the cut scene within the Self Reflection Scene. Keep in mind that i am flexible to have my ideas more feasible within the context of the game while respecting player's choice I am not opposed in the mod to rename Jedi Guardian into Jedi Seeker and the Jedi Seeker would have enough feats to actually choose both Force Jump and Force Immunity while having the player going their favorite Jedi guardian build. Conversely Jedi Consular would become a Jedi Bastion(a functional Jedi Consular/Sentinel Hybrid) Side note: in addition to my above idea, Would it be Possible to give Canderous, Mandolarian Commando as a class?
  17. If i want to use add a Class, Post Revelation scene for the Player Character, how Would I do that? For example, Having Revan required to go to Cargo Hold or the Dorms to collect his thoughts and doing the conversation with himself? Setting alignment and adding a Re-vamped Jedi Sentinel class for the Player to use. Well I will address the dialogue line that gives the player the Jedi Sentinel by deleting as a option and giving Jedi Guardian and Jedi Counslar the optional to learn and master Force Immunity from the Jedi Sentinel. Jedi Shadow: Revamped Jedi Sentinel will have the option to learn Force Jump, Force Focus and Force Immunity if the player wishes. Storyline purposes: Revan accepting whom he is and what he did would work as a Sign as a maturing in the Force. Side note: if possible, I would have Korriban as a Last planet and possibly adding more content, improving Dark Side items, and Sith Lord Merchant for Dark items

I am wondering if I can add Non Force User Classes Like the Mandalorian Commando for Canderous and Mandalorian NPC. And I would like to learn how to port Kotor 2 Head Models and items into Kotor 1. Well My ideas are more of an Functional AU to The Old Republic while taking elements from it. that is why the Gauntlets, Lightsaber, Helmet and Belt will be hidden in an junk pile within Dantioone. There is a defunct lightsaber and the crystal will be found at the Naga Sadow's Tomb. And there will be a scene that you can set color for it. Each color will provide a different bonus for the Defunct Lightsaber. Both Purple and Repaired Lightabers will be for the Player to used.
  20. well Adding functional Forcing Classes in addition to the trio is a no go from my understanding. But Renaming and adding abilities is a possible means instead and possiblity developing an script to learn the Jedi Shadow class. I am not opposed to using your Idea as a Force Specialization on the Force tab or using it as a Gear Set that is tied to the Force Focus tree itself. Later on, I am tempted to talk to 901k and see if he can help me with using several robes from his mod. One of my story ideas is that Revan and a Female Jedi Padawan Investiage the Crystal Cave in Dantioone and Revan finds his old helmet, gauntlets, belt and functional Purple Lightsaber(the Valorous Lightsaber) for the player to use for Revan only. the Female Jedi Padawan gets an Unique Lighsaber crystal for her as well. One of my several Ideas that the players can equip their Jedi with Hooded Jedi Robes similar to the Dark Jedi we fight against in the vanilla game.

  22. Here is the situation I have come to a decision with everything I have decided to go with Giving Revan a Jedi Shadow as an only Jedi Class. I Know that Many people might not like that. The Logic behind my decision is that Revan is the unofficial leader of the Kotor 1 Ebon Hawk group. Within Lore, Jedi Shadow's main function is an silent observer, covert ops, Infiltration of Dark Side Cults like Sith and Krath and finding Solutions to the cults and criminal organization. So I do feel as a Jedi Specialization that fits Revan in the context of Kotor 1 as of Right now. With Jedi Shadow, they do have right to choose what allies to assist them in their mission. Current Modding Tools: Kotor Tool Do I need TSL Patcher and Kotor GFF Edition for this mod? Changing Jedi Sentinel to Jedi Shadow Jedi Shadow: Auto Feats: Optional New Feats: Class Buffing: Force Immunity 1,2,3 Force Jump 1,2,3 Health: 12 Uncanny Dodge 1 and 2 Force Focus 1,2,3 Force: 12 Sneak Attack 1 to 10 All Weapons Specializations Skill: 5 No Cross Class Penalty Concerning Bastila, I am going to change her class to the Jedi Consular. Some of the Changes to the Jedi Consular is that they do get a Skills, Feats, Force Abilities boost. I am going to give the players the option to give Force Immunity to Bastila like normal. Due to her Battle Mediation will get a Hide that boost her abilities greatly. Bastila Battle Mediation Boost will be great for recovering her force pool and increase her wisdom, strength, constitution among other useful boost for hardcore. Also Conversely Jedi Guardians being a fighter will get a boost to Skills, Feats, Force Abilities while getting an option Force Immunity. On a Side note; I am going to boost Combat Droid Class a great deal due to the lack of feats. Also with Hk-47, I would like to add Sneak attacks when upgrading him in addition to his hide boosts. Well when you select the Jedi Shadow class line, I would like a script that adds a Force Camouflage with a stealth belt with several massive boosts for the player. Story line Potential ideas: Ranging from re-discovering as Old Jedi Padawan post revelation scene on Tatioone and finds a deserted Czerka Depot and Krath Assassin and 2 Krath Commando boss battle will happen. You will find out that Krath killed everyone within Czerka depot at Tatioone. that leads into a Rakata Temple at Tatioone that you face a High Krath Priest called G'Nar.
