    Since you are a computer science major, I highly recommend using version control (I use git) to manage your installations. If something does go wrong, it's easy enough to revert the changes. Also, without looking too closely at things, do the Environment Graphics directly after the patch, Widescreen and reshade effects. In fact, anything that is purely a "reskin", should be done first.

    So it's a trimesh then? Yeah.... that is going to be tedious work to weight that whole head. Update: 19 January 2016 - 08:08 PM (EST) I would be inclined to approve the head, but I am confused as to whether this is ported within rules or not. I will leave the file in pending until Friday. If it can't be verified by then, we'll have to take it down. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    I can update the Bastila model when needed. We have a new version of MDLOps that will be able to smooth out what we perceived to be "hard model edges".

    Well, there's any number of things that could have gone wrong porting that head. Vertex weights, bones, skin/trimesh issues.

    What you're describing is basically what the Duplisaber mod does. The installer takes care of the cartesian explosion of possibilities created by joining hilts and crystals. The problem is that there's no system for Kotor 1 yet... :/

    All of these allusions to KOTOR implicitly canonize the events of the game, I like to think so at least. I use the term 'implicit' because of an implied connection to events or history of officially canonized, though not 'explicitly' defined as canon. Anyways, carry on.

    I wasn't trying to flamebait, it honestly seemed to me that you were trying to establish that you had higher expectations than others younger than yourself. Your statement seemed more flame-baity to me, to be honest. But Haveayap helped clarify, and offered his explanation, which then made sense and I dropped the issue. I apologize for the subtext I implied posting that response.

    It's possible this mod was created with the old, un-patched files. I might be able to fix it and upload a new version. Not positive though.

    I guess I never had any doubt that Captain Phasma would be a minor note in this movie. All the press that Gwendoline Christie did is certainly misleading though.

    It's entirely possible that this was one of many things that were cut last minute and either that [Persuade] option or the corresponding [success] or [Failure] were mistakenly left in.

    Awesome, welcome to the community! Don't hesitate to ask questions, there are quite a few people active. I think we've figured out a few things like bump mapping, but we're limited in terms of env mapping (reflection). Lightmapping is possible on area models, but not sure about things like masks or characters. Anyways, stick around, and help out! Your masks are looking good already.
