  1. Movie Mandalorians - Retextured

    Movie Mandalorians - Retextured
    by Mcfly
    --------------------
My intention in making these textures was to fuse the concept of the Movie Mandalorians mod, with the original in-game Mandalorian designs.
I initially made these just for my own use, but I decided to release them once I finally completed the set.
    --------------------
    Install:
    --------------------
    - These textures require the Movie Mandalorians mod by Deadman.
    - Copy all .tga files into your KOTOR2/override folder.
    --------------------
    Uninstall:
    --------------------
    - Delete the .tga files from your override folder.
    - Reinstall Movie Mandalorians mod to restore the original textures
    --------------------
    Special Thanks:
    --------------------
    - Deadman, for creating the original mod. Thank you Deadman!
    --------------------
    Permission:
    --------------------
    - Anyone is welcome to do whatever they like with these.

  2. Shirtless Atton Retex

This is it. This is how Atton Rand was meant to dress. The faithfulness to his concept art is staggering
    Features:
A coveted glimpse of Atton Rand's chest Known Issues:
You're always going to see the neck seam because of cast shadows, so how obvious it is depends on the lighting. Some of the best lighting is found in the well-lit entryways of Nar Shaddaa's entertainment promenade, so if you want Atton's chest to look good while he tells you about the horrible acts he's committed, try to initiate the conversation there. If you use the vanilla textures, there's a period of time in the middle of a dark side descent in which Atton's face won't match with his chest, since there's an extra transition texture for the face but not for the body. You can avoid this somewhat by using subtler dark side face textures; I like using luminousbathhouse's Atton reskin. File:
The file contains my edits on the vanilla texture files at 512p, and an optional file for use with luminousbathhouse's Atton reskin.
    Installation:
Move P_AttonBA.tga and P_AttonBAD01.tga to Knights of the Old Republic II\override
    Uninstallation:
Delete P_AttonBA.tga and P_AttonBAD01.tga from Knights of the Old Republic II\override

  3. HD Kreia Upscale

    DESCRIPTION
This is an HD reskin of our cryptic mentor, Kreia! The textures for her body and head are now 2048x2048, and utilizes manually-upscaled edges and photographed textures. I consistently checked my work against the 3D model to ensure there were no texture seams. I even added an environment map to allow Kreia's metal braids and eyes to shine, similar to her incarnation the beta version of TSL. I made sure to remain as faithful to the original texture as possible while adding a few details of my own.
    INSTALLATION
Drop the .tga and .txi files into the Override directory of you SWKotOR2 installation folder.

Thanks to GIMP, Blender, KotORTool, KotORBlender, mdlops, and the KotOR Savegame editor.

  4. Black for Silver Crystal & Saber Colors

Black for Silver Crystal and Saber Colors
    by 90SK

Info: Actually also available in the "Bleach Skin Pack" on filefront Kotor2 mod archive, I made this as part of a mod by request a number of years ago, and it was fairly successful, the blade has a unique, vibrating energy look and is generally very dark black blade. It replaces the silver crystal, although I believe if Atton asks you about your old saber, you say silver but then the Exile had a black blade instead.

Mod permissions: Please do not release this mod without my permissions.
Installation: Place files in Override folder, in your SWKotOR2 directory.
Uninstallation: remove mod files from Override

  5. PFHCO5 HEAD/FACE

This mod brings detail to the next level! Add a more 3-D feel with aging and realistic skin!   So like all my mods, I add some age to the character - wrinkles around the eyes, nose, forehead, laugh lines. I increased the sharpness in game and this make a huge difference. The hair looks a lot better than VANILLA...  she differently looks older!  (But not as old as that witch!)  The reason for this is she was a Jedi so probably 20 years old if not older then roughly 10 years traveling around space puts this one at 30 or older.  (I think older.)  Oh yeah, let me say that this re texture and the modifications I made are a big step up from my two re-textures! If you're going to download a skin, please down this!  I worked my butt off and I learned a lot of new things along the way. This is truly a PASSION project.
    THIS IS A MANUAL INSTALL.
I also added a dark side transition but they are not as detailed as the base face if this gets downloaded enough, I'll add the aging to the dark side. Thank you for all the support and the downloads. I really hope you enjoy this skin. I'm personally doing a brand new play through.

  9. Sith Soldier armor retexture

This mod changes the armor of the Sith soldiers and also restores the unused bumpmap. The shiny silver armor now has a dark gray, greenish / bluish finish, similar to the gray of the Wehrmacht or General Veers' armor. The paint of the red armor is now a bit more orange and a little more saturated. For both armor, small details such as scratches on the metal or fabric on the black suit underneath were added and the gloss effects were greatly reduced.
The mod is compatible with Kotor and TSL.

  11. [TSL] Animated Computer Panel

This mod replaces the static computer panel placeables [PLC_comPanel] that found throughout the game; such as one in the Bumani's, Medical Unit, and Czerka's [on Telos] with the animated ones.

     -= BACKGROUND =-
It was Sith Holocron's request about his least favorite texture in KotOR2/TSL that makes me work on this mod. But as time goes by curiosity on trying to improve it haunts me, by doing more and looking much better -- hence the born of v2.0.0. On this [as well as the previous one] I have him to help on making the panel screen, hence the sweet result of a movie-like looking ones. You should check out his blog from where the inspiration comes --
And then with DarthParametric's handy-hands the panel now have a new symmetrical frame, some 3D buttons, also few TOR-ported bits on the screen. Not stopping there, it now have a new panel board decals -- a copied work from Frank Diorio's downloadable decals [then niubniubsuniverse-dot-com].

    -= ABOUT THIS MOD =-
Inside this mod are 2 version; transparent screen and a solid-non-transparent version.
    Preview:
    Transparent Solid
    Specifics:
New panel frame trimesh made by @DarthParametric New 3D buttons trimesh made by DarthParametric Panel screen bitmap made by @Sith Holocron Panel board bitmap made by Frank Diorio TOR ported animated bits redistributed by DarthParametric Tools mostly worked on to -- KOTORmax [gmax] by bead-v / Aurora MDL [N++] by Symmetric The panel texture currently still in vanilla scheme [based on stock PLC_comPanel], albeit upscaled to x1024 from x256 using PS'.

    -= KNOWN ISSUES =-
With transparent version, some objects will become invisible behind the screen; such as traffics seen from Medical Unit and lightsaber as well with the hilt. There's a workaround for the traffics, but that's beyond the scope of this mod so they're something to live with at the moment. Nothing that I know of though for the lightsabers.

    -= FINAL REMARKS =-
There's always room for improvements; reviews, critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks are much appreciated. PM me here, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and using this mod.

Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do!

    -= INSTALLATION =-
Run the installer and choose INSTALL option. Pick one you choose -- then hit the [Install Mod ->] button!

    -= UNINSTALLATION =-

  12. Peragus Medical Monitors and Computer Panel

    MOD AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
    ORIGINAL RELEASE: 03 OCT 2018
MOST CURRENT RELEASE: 04 JAN 2023
GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords

    Description:
The video on the download page covers what I’ve done with the Medical Monitors you encounter at the start of your game.
The “PER_Cpanel.tga” texture is new. First off, it uses a upscaled version of the texture to bring it from 256 x 256 to 512 x 512.  Then I added new LEDs. Also included: new tachometers to replace the old meters. And there are new monitors . . . and those have 8 frames of animation.
    Installation:
Put all TGA and TXI files into your KotOR2 Override folder.
    Uninstallation:
    Take them out again.
    Known Bugs:
None known at this time. (None were ever reported for the first release.)
    Special Thanks:
To ConansHair: For providing the upscaled “PER_Cpanel.tga”, taking the new screen shots on the download page, and suggestions and encouragement throughout. To Malkior: For suggestions on texture inclusions (including the fader levels on the lower left -most monitor. To Fair Strides: For helpful feedback.

If you're curious what the monitors on the Computer Panel looked like before I shrank them down, look below.  Keep in mind that GIF speeds are not indicative of speeds of animations in the game.

And in the video below, you can see what the Medical Monitors look like in the game.

  14. Harbinger white lights

I've never liked the ugly orange lights on the Harbinger. It seems that Obsidian agreed with me at some point, as some lightmaps clearly point to them using white(r) light textures at one point.

This small texture mod changes the ship's lighting from orange to the white seen on the Endar Spire in K1 (But a dim white, to keep the aesthetic Obsidian was going for). I personally think it looks much, much better.
    Notes:
Lightmaps in a few places needed to be edited. This included a few lightmaps of 151HAR and almost the entirety of 153HAR (the lightning in most of it was this ugly shade of yellow/brown) Curiously, 153HAR had a few placeables which seemed to have neutral lighting, which meant they stood out from the yellow-ish lightmaps. With my mod, they fit in MUCH better. Why yes, it does come with loading screens. Installation:

  15. Mandalorian HK-47

As requested by Oaks, this gives HK a new coat of paint to make him match with the mandalorian neocrusaders.
Options for normal or white eyes and a neocrusader logo on his chest, head, both or neither.
Just a reskin so it shouldn't cause any problems except with other mods that reskin HK.

  18. Player Armband Armor for Jal Shey Default Model

    TSL Player Armband Armor
    by 90SK

    ---
This mod adds a Jal Shey model armor that replaces the exile armband as the exile's item.

For best use with TSLRCM, install TSLRCM, this mod, robe mods, and weapon/saber/other mods after that.
Jal Shey replacements aren't recommended since this mod adds new default type Jal Shey armors.

This mod is Not compatible with TSL Loot and Immersion Upgrade 3b until further notice.

    ---
    Installation:
Copy mod files into your TSL Override folder.
To uninstall, remove mod files from archive out of your Override folder.

The mod requires a new game start to fully appear in-game. Otherwise, please install and use the giveitem code afterwards to get the item. It will replace the existing Exile armband item in TSL entirely, a trade-off.
The item uses the default Jal Shey/Zeison Sha armor type, and this mod does not include any additional replacement to the armor type. If you want multiple sets of this armor, you have to put in the giveitem code one time per set.

  19. Mandalore Unbearded

    Description

This mod is another file I found on my hard drive from years ago.
By merging Kavar's head texture with Mandalore's, I managed to remove the latter's beard.
For anyone who wanted Mandalore minus the beard. The disadvantage of this is that the texture is now
half the size of Mandalore's standard head texture.
I make no claims as to the quality of the work; this is a very old mod.

    Installation
Just drop the files "P_CandH03.tga" and "P_CandH03.txi" into your Override folder.

    Uninstallation
    Take them out again.

  21. Droid Testing Console Texture Upgrade

    AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
    ORIGINAL RELEASE: 01 MAY 2018

GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2. [This mod will not work in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1.]
REQUIRED ADDITIONAL MOD: M4-78 Enhancement Project (either EP version 1.2, EP version 1.3 (the one on Steam), or EP version 1.5)

    Description:
    ------------------

I was dissatisfied with the textures that I made for the Droid Testing Consoles. The Droid Testing Consoles are seen near the end of the Industrial Zone on M4-78, just before you get to the Industrial Zone Archon Chamber. One of the textures had a Galaxy as the background and the other had a game map on it. In addition, I thought I could come up with better animations in the smaller boxes. I decided to take action and change that.

The previous backgrounds have been replaced with a new background from an droid assembly line on M4-78. It's actually a loop of the HK Factory with a new War Droid texture swapped in to replace the HK droids usually seen in there. (No, you hadn't missed an area.) Some of the other texture enhancements can been seen in these example GIFs.

This version of the mod is compatible with both version 1.2 (available on MODDB) and the 1.3 version (only available on Steam) or version 1.5 (available here on Deadly Stream.) Each frame size is 1024 by 1024 and there are 11 frames in total.

    Installation:
    -----------------

Drop the TGA and TXI files into your Override folder.

    Uninstall:
    --------------

To completely remove the loading screens, delete all the TGA and TXI files that were included in this mod from your Override folder.

JCarter426 for his replacement textures so I could swap in the Sith War Droids into the HK Factory animation.

I used High Quality Blasters version 1.0 by SithSpecter in the animation with the rotating blaster. Highly recommended!

Corrections made to TXI files thanks to ndix UR.

Thanks to Canderis, JCarter426, and Malkior for their input.

And thanks to YOU for giving this mod a gander! Would you kindly leave feedback on the download page? (I would like to know if you've liked it . . . )

  22. Want Kaah Gone: The Commemorative TexturePack

Want Kaah Gone: The Commemorative TexturePack
    by ndix UR

Commemorate the release of the M4-78 "Want Kaah Gone" music video... with this handsome, albeit entirely frivolous, custom texturepack. You too can experience the amazing textures used in this wonderful new offering. Proudly display your ardent desire for Kaah to no longer be present with a set of "Want Kaah Gone" datascreen textures to call your very own.

    What?
You can find the music video here:

    What?
This silly little mod replaces the data screen textures for the M4-78 archon chambers for IS-24, ES-05, and M4-78.

Special thanks to Sith Holocron, as the entire project, and these textures, were his idea.
