  3. [KotOR] Pazaak Fixes&Tweaks

In an attempt to salvage some material from the now defunct SW:KotOR Upgrade project, I have decided to share this modification with the community.
The basic idea is to allow players that dislike profoundly to reload upon losing Pazaak matches to have a better chance at winning.
In KotOR, the player is unfairly forced to start each round of Pazaak, favoring considerably the AI. While I could not remedy this injustice, I could work around it by redesigning the three Pazaak decks that the AI uses against the player to counterbalance the odds.
Winning is still hard and mostly a luck-based matter. It is made actually more difficult because most opponents now do require the player to win more than they have (as opposed to the original fixed amount of times) in order to unlock the dialogue about running out of funds. And when they do wage their cards but end up winning, they would play for credits again. Thus the need of nerfing considerably the value of the AI's cards.
In the process, a number of bugs have been corrected and improvements to the dialogues have been made.
More can be read in the included Read Me file.
    Enjoy!

  5. [KotOR] Swoop Bike Upgrades

This modification comes from a (very reasonable) request made by Snigaroo, lamenting the fact that in the original game it's not possible to improve the performance of the game's swoop bike despite evidence that upgrades should be available. I introduced two of them and made them available in two different stores. They can be purchased to help those who struggle to make good times on Tatooine's and Manaan's race circuits. They don't come cheap, but they are certainly a great asset for any aspiring swoop racing champion.

  6. 11 PC Species Soundsets

This mod will allow you to play using an alien speech soundset. It will complete all missing entries in each of the included ssf files (so that all NPCs will also have full soundsets), and add a few new ones.

11 included soundsets are: Aqualish (Walrusman), Duros, Gamorrean, Nikto, Rakata, Rodian, Selkath, Trandoshan, Twi'lek Male & Female, & Frogling (Vandar and/or Yoda).

To play as a Wookiee, use Zaalbar's soundset (since it is already complete).

In order to hear the sounds in-game, you will need to use the Kotor Savegame Editor by tk102. KSE is available at http://www.starwarsknights.com/tools.php

Once you've opened the Editor (see screenshot jpg):
1 - click on the savegame file that you want to edit
2 - highlight the Soundset line
3 - select the new soundset that you want to use
4 - click the Change soundset button. The Soundset line (2) will update.
5 - click the Commit Changes button. This will save all changes that you have made.

It's usually best to do this with a new game (as soon as possible), but you can edit saved games at any time. If you restore a previous save, the changes will not be present.

  8. 4 PC Species Soundsets (Booster Pack)

This mod will allow you to play using an alien speech soundset, thus making your character speak alien languages during simple tasks (like unlocking doors & items, or when entering stealth mode etc). It will complete all missing entries in each of the included ssf files (so that all NPCs will also have full soundsets), and add a few new ones.

4 included soundsets are: Bith (can also be used for Ithorians), Hutt, Jawa, & Tusken (Sand Person).

This is an add-on to my earlier soundset mod (which included 11 alien soundsets).

  9. 4x Upscale+ Character Textures & Model Fixes

    ================================================================

IF YOU ARE EVER IN ANY DOUBT ABOUT INSTALLING ANY MODS, PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR FILES BEFORE INSTALLATION, JUST IN CASE.

    ================================================================

    Description:
This mod is more than just a simple process of running all the character textures through an A.I. upscaling program. The purpose is to increase the size and fidelity of the character textures while maintaining the painterly style of the original game artists. This mod does not attempt to create photo realistic textures or add extra detail (like zippers, clothing stitches, fabric patterns, skin pores, etc) that are not already part of the existing style. This mod also fixes many of the UVW mapping errors, lighting errors, and some XYZ errors that the original model .mdl & .mdx files may have had.
    The process followed is generally:
run texture files through A.I. upscaling program multiple times using different settings. Some settings result in "crunchy" textures (high contrast, sharp edges). Some result in "soft" textures (smooth gradients, lower contrast, blurry edges). Some result in better straight/parallel lines. Early tests used Vance AI; Deep Image; ImageUpscaler; or Let's Enhance. Eventually Topaz Labs' Gigapixel AI was chosen and used on the majority of textures. combine textures in multi layered Photoshop file, using layer masks to isolate the best parts of each upscaled image. This allows for some portions to be smooth (like skin, glass, metal or tubing), others to be sharp (like burlap, skin folds, hair, scratches, etc). touch up by manually painting away errors (such as jaggies due to original low resolution jpeg compression). manually recolor areas that the original artists missed (like commoner clothes where the pants seat do not match the pant leg; or player armors where pouches are inconsistent between male & female; etc). strategically add painted detail (such as highlights and shadows along the shoulders and neck of Player Character soldier's underwear; adding glove details to armors F, G, H, I, J; etc). painting personal choices (like changing P_BastilaBA02 to have different pants and remove wrist & neck restraints than P_BastilaBAS01 slave outfit). recreating entire textures (such as Player Character male scoundrel dark side underwear PMBASD01). fix the models' UVW maps to reduce some texture stretching (like collar of TSL robes I); adjust areas that are poorly mapped to the wrong locations or too large/small (such as PFBD collar); fix edge seams from one area to another; close gaps (like Mission's arms). manually fix texture seams by copying small areas of the image from one area to another; stretching and scaling them. This should result in model seams that are hidden or difficult to notice.  sometimes the Alpha 1 channel is upscaled, but usually it is recreated directly from the final HD color texture.  personal choice to add punchthrough transparency to the Alpha 1 channels of some female head models' eyelashes (like P_BastilaH04). recreate the Normal map (for bumpyshiny effects) from the final HD color texture. These work best when saved as .tpc format
For most models, they only needed to be manipulated in 3DS Max, exported, and then run through Taina's replacer. This is usually sufficient to fix any XYZ and/or UVW coordinates. I prefer Taina's replacer method so that the model retains its smoothing groups data. For some models (like C_RancorS or C_Terantanak), Taina's won't work, so for those files, I had to resort to manually hex editing the binary .mdl & .mdx files. This is a much more labourious process, but in the end I got them to work.
A few models required fixing the model weights of individual verticies. This was done to reduce portions of the model clipping through other parts in different animations. Again, this was done by manually hex editing.
For many head models, the UVW coordinates for the tongue and inside of mouth may be moved significantly, especially for the KotOR heads. This is because the originals often map the tongue to a single pixel located in the lips area, which results in almost no detail. By moving the UVW to a free area of the texture, there may be room for painting a detailed tongue.
For the party members that have specific underwear textures and basic clothing textures, there has been an effort to make any skin areas (like hands & arms) match between them. Usually the hand area from the underwear texture is copied to the hand area of the clothes texture. This creates more consistency of the party characters' appearance.
For low resolution versions of models (like C_Gammorean_Low, C_Protocol_Low, N_Swoopgang_low) or placeables (such as PLC_EndPlA, PLC_RakatCrp, Stunt_WarDrd01) the original textures were not simply upscaled. Instead, the new versions were actually taken from similar high resolution versions and scaled down. Sometimes the textures were rebuilt from parts of other higher resolution images, with some touch up painting.
Included is a spreadsheet labelled "KotOR upscale completed list v0_52.xlsx" which has more detailed information as to what files were changed, and in what ways. As of this update, 52.71% of the texture files that I intend to upscale have been completed. As such, this mod should be considered a beta test. The percentage is calculated for both games together, however the mod is released with files separated for K1 & TSL. The spreadsheet was created with Google Sheets and exported as .xlsx, so hopefully the formatting remains correct. I have also attached a copy of the spreadsheet to this mod thread.
There will be three versions of this mod to choose to download:
4x .tga version. Highest resolution, the typical texture is now 2048x2048 pixels which = 16MB. This version is a total 5.2GB, hopefully it isn't too large or cause problems for some PCs. This version is also the best choice to use as a modder's resource. 4x .tpc version. Created by running full size .tgas through tga2tpc program which compresses a 2048x2048 pixel file to 5.5MB. This version is a total of 1.8GB, so it should be easier on PC systems, with no noticeable loss of visual fidelity. 2x .tpc version. Created by reducing full size .tgas by half in Photoshop, then running them through tga2tpc which further compresses them to 1.4MB. This version is a total of 530MB, which should be much easier on PC systems. All versions include the same .mdl & .mdx files.
I have tested the .tga version exclusively, but have not tested the .tpc versions in-game. Please let me know if there are any issues. Most of the screenshots have been taken in TSL, because I find that it renders the characters better and has higher resolution screen grabs. My computer doesn't seem to render some of the CM shader effects properly (especially the bumpyshinytexture CM_SpecMap always seems too strong on my computer). I would appreciate any in-game screen shots that you take of characters like Hutts, Rakghouls, Rakata, or Selkath so that I can compare how other computers render their shader.

    ================================================================

    Compatiblity:
For best results, the model and texture files included with this mod should be used together. In most cases, the models can be mixed and matched with textures from other mods, but results will vary. For instance, the other textures won't be as perfect along the seams. Some other photo realistic HD texture mods may have been created using the original model's UVW layout, which will not perfectly line up with this mod's corrected UVW maps.
Conflicts may also occur if there is another mod uses a .tpc file with the same name as one of this mod's .tga files (or vice versa if you install one of the .tpc versions).
I would suggest installing other large mods (such as "KotOR 1 Restoration" or "KOTOR 1 Community Patch") first, then this one.

    ================================================================

    Installation:
Copy and paste the desired model and texture files into KotOR's Override folder. You may need to over write any existing files, so always have a backup. An effort was made that these textures and models require no 2da editing.
The folder marked "Reference Normal Map" is not required to be copied to the Override forlder. These .tga files are simply a modders' resource. The normal maps seem to work best if they are saved in .tpc format. The "Copy contents to Override" folder should already have .tpc files in it for the normal maps.

    ================================================================

    Uninstall:
Delete unwanted files from the game's Override folder.

  10. 5760x1080 Triple Monitor HUD Fix Kotor 1

About This File: Also Noticed I Placed this Within the Sith Lords Mod Section, Looking to Hop it over to Kotor 1 or Delete this one and make a new one.
This mod i take no credit whatsoever even though i spent a decent amount of hours editing the files, But once again these were not my files to begin with so credit as been given were it is needed.
I am new to the KOTOR Seen and i usually only play my games on three monitors specifically 3 monitors for immersion. This hud fix is decent and makes the game playable in my eyes at 5760x1080 as other huds make my eyes burn and bleed. If i figure out more ways for a better experience 5760x1080 wise trust i will release or tell people about a better version.

Used DarthParametric mod desc layout, Hopefully he does not mind. If he does i will spoof it up a bit.

    Compatibility:
With every mod except other resolution HUD overrides. Works with UNIWS and FLAWLESS WIDESCREEN. Install:
Place all files within into your overrides folders within Kotor 1. Acknowledgements:
Thanks to @DarthParametric for widescreen hud mod, it helps with the edits i did to ndix resolution fixes, how? because it fits it into the screen as before it was the res but was cut on the borders.
Hes Mod here>  Thanks to @ndix UR for files needed to change games resolution.

TITLE: A Crashed Republic Cruiser on a Nameless World (1.1)
    AUTHOR: LDR
    FILENAME: ldr_repshipunknownworld
    FILESIZE: 176 MB
    --------------------------
    INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
    --------------------------
There are 2 available methods of installing A Crashed Republic Cruiser on a Nameless World. The standard installation method is done entirely though TSL Patcher, and doesn’t require you to do anything beyond simple button clicking. The manual installation is for those unable, for whatever reason, to use TSL Patcher, and involves the copying and pasting of files from folder to folder.
NOTE: With the standard installation method, this mod is far more likely to work alongside any other mods you may currently have installed, which may not be the case should you use the manual installation method. I have attempted naming files in a way where there should be a minimum chance of mod conflicts, but you never know.
This mod also has an "Optional" installation meant to use in conjuction with either/both of SithSpecter's High Quality Blasters and Colored Loadscreens mods.
To uninstall, remove the files from their respective folders in the SWKotOR directory.
    ------------------------------
    » STANDARD INSTALLATION
    ------------------------------
    1) Double click TSLPatcher.exe.
    2) Click the "Install Mod" button and select your SWKotOR game directory.
    3) Sit back, relax, and wait for the installation to complete.
    ------------------------------
    » MANUAL INSTALLATION
    ------------------------------
    1) Open up the tslpatchdata folder.
    2) Copy all files with a .wav extension and paste into the streamwaves folder located in your SWKotOR directory.
    3) Copy all files with a .mod extension and paste into the modules folder located in your SWKotOR directory.
    4) Copy everything else (With exception to changes.ini and info.rtf) and paste into the override folder located in your SWKotOR directory (If there isn't one, create one).
    ------------------------------
    » OPTIONAL INSTALLATION
    ------------------------------
    1) Additional install options have been provided for additions to SithSpecter's High Quality Blasters and Colored Loadscreens mods.
    2) Double click TSLPatcher.exe.
    3) Click the "Install Mod" button and select your SWKotOR game directory.
    4) Sit back, relax, and wait for the installation to complete.

    DESCRIPTION
    ------------
This mod adds 6 new modules, 9 new items (3 equippable inventory, 4 datapads, 2 keycards) on the Unknown World, making the crashed Hammerhead explorable.
You must have a save before setting foot on the Unknown World. Please make sure to trigger the Rakata encounter on the beach before exploring the cruiser.
    --------------------------------------------------
    » Version 1.1 Changes
    --------------------------------------------------
    - Fixes a bug where the party was prevented from spawning in during the confrontation on the beach on a DS playthrough following completing the Temple.
    - Corrects reported spelling/gramatical errors.
    - Integrates optional install paths through TSLPatcher for additions to SithSpecter's High Quality Blasters and Colored Loadscreens mods.

    BUGS
    -----
Any mods that modify the unk_m41aa OnEnter script will be incompatible with this mod.
Exploring the cruiser before triggering the Rakata encounter on the beach can break the cutscene. To be safe, make sure to trigger this BEFORE exploring the cruiser.
"Frame Buffer Effects" turned off in the swkotor.ini results in audio logs without the blue camera effect.
If you find any please post them in the comments or send me a direct message. I will address them as soon as I can.

Most of the Sith students, teachers, and workers at the Sith academy on Korriban in K1 will now wear Dark Jedi robes according to rank and ported in from K2 that are worn by the Dark Jedi at Trayus Sith Academy on Malachor V in K2. Visually-speaking, this mod is meant to make the same appearance enhancement for Korriban Sith that JCarter426's "Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1" makes to Jedi robes with ported K2 models and could also be installed over JC's "Back in Black" which edits the NPCs' equipment (and which this mod itself doesn't do).

-There will be two main options for installation: Version 1 installs both the clothing overhaul and gives unique heads to several of the NPCs who have direct conversations with the players such as Kel Algwinn and Dak Vesser, while Version 2 only overhauls the clothing.

-Lashowe, Mekel, Shaardan, and other students will wear “low” robes

-Yuthura and other teachers will wear “mid” robes

-Masters (just Uthar) will wear “high” robes.

-Students and teachers who are out working in the valley will wear darker variants of Dark Jedi Padawan and Master robes, respectively, with the ported player and companion robe models from K2

-Those who are dueling or practicing combat skills will wear “training” outfits (K1-style “tunics”) from Unused K1 Tunics for TSL

    -Captives will wear “prisoner” outfits

-Workers (Tariga, Adrenas) will wear a darker variant of Onderon commoner clothing from Effixian's Zeison Sha/Jal Shey to Onderon Clothing

-All of the “Lite” NPCs will be upgraded based on the new heads and gender given to them in K1CP but will have the new clothing.

-A compatibility patch for K1CP will be available for both versions to give Tariga (the Huttese-speaking human NPC who gives directions to the Valley) a female appearance.

-There will be an optional add-on to install the female variant of the Trayus-style Dark Jedi “Master” robes for Yuthura which I decided to include since nobody else wears it.

-Sith guards, troopers, soldiers, and archaeologists will NOT be affected. I would **strongly** recommend installing K1CP **before** this mod in order to get a full overhaul of NPCs in the area but it isn’t necessary in order for the mod to work and the base installation will assume that K1CP isn’t installed

-Equipment of NPCs will NOT be edited, this is purely a **visual** overhaul but is compatible with any mod that edits the NPCs’ equipment such as “Back in Black” by JCarter426

-Aside from any Sith students or teachers who are encountered in Dreshdae, the "Prospective" Sith students as well as Czerka employees and other civilians in the area will NOT be affected. I would recommend some of the other NPC overhaul mods listed below for enhancing those characters. For the most part, this mod mainly aims to change the Sith students, teachers, and staff at the Academy itself

-Any Sith or Dark Jedi outside of Korriban will NOT be affected and there are multiple mods (listed below) which sufficiently enhance them and which I would recommend to be installed along with this mod.

    Installation:

Just run the TSLPatcher the direct it to your game file. If you plan on using this mod alongside K1CP, I'd recommend installing K1CP **first** if you haven't already.

Install either Version 1 (Clothes & Heads) OR Version 2 (Clothes Only) and then install either version of the Tariga patch for K1CP based on whichever version of the base installation was chosen (basically gives Tariga a female appearance in line with K1CP's changes that also adds the changes made to other NPCs in the main mod).

    To Uninstall:

Remove the files from your Override folder and add the backup .2da file to it

    Compatibility:

If you're using any mods that change the appearance of NPCs in the Academy or on Korriban generally such as K1CP, I would recommend installing them BEFORE installing this mod.

If you're using Leilukin's "Belaya's Unique Look" for example, install this mod AFTER it; it uses the same unique head for the character that Leilukin's mod uses and sources it from SpaceAlex's "K1 Enhancement Pack" modder's resource but also gives Belaya the same clothing overhaul as the others at the Academy if she appears.

This mod should also be compatible with JCarter426's "Back in Black" mod (and I would even recommend using it alongside mine but it isn't necessary in order for my mod to work), but should be installed AFTER JC's mod so that the appearance overhaul in this mod won't be overwritten.

Compatible with both K1CP **and** K1R but I would **strongly** encourage using it alongside K1CP. However, neither one is required in order for the mod to work

  15. After Ending Mod (for KotOR1)

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After Ending Mod (for KotOR1)  by gameunlimited
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This mod will allow you to go back to the previous planets after the ending scene. You may go back and do those quests that you may have left out.
One very important note though, this game is not designed to be played after the ending scene (duh!).
Thus, there are probably many glitches that will happen if you use this mod as I do not change the game. This mod merely teleports you back to the Ebon
Hawk at the very end. I expect many glitches to be found.
Installation: Just extract the one files into the Override directory.
    Enjoy!
NOTE FROM JUMPSTATIONZ ARCHIVIST: This mod – like most of the mods in the JumpStationZ Archive - has not been tested recently.  (Note the creation date above precedes both K1CP and K1R.)  If you download and install this mod, you assume all risk.  Additionally, you may note that this mod has no screenshots other than the old JumpStationZ logo and the title of the mod.

  16. Agent Xim's Korriban Crystal Cave

    Part of the...

    Description:
Dantooine has a crystal cave and all Korriban gets is Shyrack caves and a bunch of tombs?  Problem solved!  Now Korriban has its very own, brand-new cave full of crystals... and a couple critters too!

In the back of the Shyrack Caves, there's a passage... a passage to the inhospitable surface AND an access tunnel to the crystal cave. You'll be given the option of taking the side passage or backing away once you get to the passage.

Beware of the Deathadder Kinrath! Hack and Slash your way through a pile of Kinrath on steroids. Then, if you turn your attention to the recently deceased Dark Jedi Master's remains, you'll find a couple items that may help you on your way...

    Installation:

    Run Korriban Crystal Cave Install.exe

    Enjoy!

  17. Ahto Transit Timetable

    Description
This mod adds a small utility item to the game, the Ahto Transit Timetable.
Basically, this allows the player to warp rapidly between the different modules in Ahto City.
It's been given an in-world excuse to exist via a little dialogue and item description.
The item is given to the player after the first cutscene on Manaan, or can be
cheated into the game by typing "giveitem di_att" into the console.
It will appear in the player's inventory, and can be activated from the same place
you activate a stim or a shield.

    Installation
Double click on "Install Ahto Transit Timetable", and hit the "install mod" button.

    Uninstallation
Remove the following files from your Override folder:
    di_att.dlg
    di_att.uti
    di_att_01.ncs
    di_g_att.ncs
    di_man26aa.ncs
    di_man26ab.ncs
    di_man26ac.ncs
    di_man26ad.ncs
    di_man26ae.ncs
You may additionally remove man26_sitharg.dlg, but only if you have installed no other mods affecting this file.

    Credits and Thanks

  18. Ajunta Pall Unique Appearance

This is a mod by Silveredge9 which I received permission to reupload due to filefront's collapse.

I have marked it as incompatible with K1R, but the truth is I'm not certain whether it is or not. So long as this mod is installed prior to K1R they're likely to work together, but I am not the original author and am unwilling to make a definitive statement to this effect.

The contents of this file, and its readme, have not been altered in any way from the original which Silveredge9 uploaded; the unmodified readme follows:

I always though the default Ajunta Pall character was a little uninteresting and generic, looking the same as the enemies you fight in the game. So here, at last is an cool appearance to match his cool voice.

Firstly, choose if or not you want a solid Ajunta Pall, or a Semi Transparent "Ghost-Like" Ajunta Pall. And open the associated folder, either Non-Transparent, or Transparent.

Then are 2 variations of the head to choose from, with ghostly eyes or with sith eyes. To use the Sith Eyes version, copy the file from the Sith Eyes folder into the override folder after the installation.

Also the horrible shield effect has been removed.

Should you want to retain the shield effect on Ajunta Pall, don't move 'clear_effects.ncs' or 'kor37_freedonnad.dlg' in the Override folder.

  19. Ajunta Pall's Swords Revamped

Hey guys! What's going on? I've got a quick little mod that changes something that always annoyed me in K1. When you got Ajunta Paul's swords in his Tomb, they were basically useless. They didn't have any stats, you couldn't sell them for anything, so what was the point of using them other than looking cool? Anyways, I'm here to fix that! I made all four of the swords found in his tomb useful! I edited the stats, and made them avaialbe to actually sell for credits! But be aware, if you sell them you better have some credits in-store to buy them back!

NOTE: If you have the Weapon Model Overhaul Texture Rework, there is a version of my mod that is compatible with that mod (due to one of the files being the same)

NOTE 2: In the picture, not all stats are displayed. Also, the game glitches out some stats, and includes them twice. When you are actually using the weapons though, the stats are not doubled. It's just the game being weird.

  20. All Hands on Deck for the Leviathan Prison Break

This mod makes a number of adjustments to the entire Leviathan jail break sequence:
Carth and the rest of the party have any equipped masks and weapons hidden for the pre-boarding conversation on the Ebon Hawk. The initial scene of the three Sith troopers discussing the chosen jail breaker changes the commander to red armour, as seen elsewhere in the game. The player's force cage in the torture room is now positioned next to Bastila's. Static cameras have been adjusted accordingly. Fixes a couple of missing static camera assignments for player responses during the torture sequence. The entire party (aside from the chosen jail breaker) now get put in the party cell. The party cell's door is changed to a forcefield. The jail breaker can elicit randomised responses from a few party members when clicking on the cell forcefield before freeing Bastila, Carth, and the player. HK-47's initial cutscene when chosen as the jail breaker has a new custom stunt animation (derived from TSL's disabled animation). The technician working on HK now starts the scene standing behind him rather than in front. Restored the second technician when HK is the jail breaker that Bioware cut (for some reason). Both of the HK technicians are switched from Sith trooper to Sith commoner appearances. The player starts the final escape scene inside their force cage like Bastila and Carth rather than standing at the doorway. The entire party is now present for the final escape sequence, not just Canderous. Canderous now remains in his equipped gear if he was the chosen jail breaker rather than switching to basic clothing. The party are now shown getting their gear and then leaving for the Hangar Bay. Canderous, Mission, and Jolee will equip basic clothing when they grab their gear if they were left naked as the chosen jail breaker. The player now has their pre-Leviathan gear automatically re-equipped at the end of the escape scene, as was Bioware's original intent. All of the party's pre-Leviathan inventory is now automatically returned, rather than needing to manually loot it from a locker. Fixes some minor geometry gaps and smoothing issues in the detention block main room. Fixes the force cage placeable's walkmesh, which was misaligned.
    Installation:
    Run INSTALL.exe.
By default, T3's response to the jail breaker clicking on the party cell will be gibberish for everyone except HK. If you want it to be in English/Basic regardless of the jail breaker choice, copy dp_lev40_con_pd1.ncs from the OPTIONAL folder and paste it into your Override folder.
    Compatibility:
It is highly recommended that you use this mod in conjunction with the K1 Community Patch. If doing so, make sure to install K1CP first.
This mod is NOT compatible with Fair Strides's Party on the Leviathan mod. I did consider trying to integrate Juhani's cut Leviathan conversation into this mod, but it doesn't really work in its existing state. If you are a Juhani simp thirsting for more of her, use FS's mod instead.
Probably not compatible with K1R. Use at your own risk as no support will be offered.
    Known Issues:
Some of the other jail breaker start scenes, like Jolee's and Mission's, could use some tweaks to address minor annoyances. I'll look at those in a future update. The techs equipping blasters and attacking at the end of HK's initial cutscene are a bit wonky. That probably needs to be integrated into the cutscene itself. I didn't test with a female player. I think I got them all, but some of the specific fem PC/Carth camera angles might be off during the torture sequence. Please advise if that is the case. It's still possible to lose Canderous's pre-Leviathan equipped gear forever if he is the chosen jail breaker and you don't manually loot the patient gear container before leaving. You can still be affected by the stealthed/invisible jail breaker bug, since K1 lacks a de-stealth script function unlike TSL. K1CP addresses this. Bioware handled the transition from the Hawk to the Leviathan in a really odd way. It's possible that they encountered a sequence break that caused them to take the approach they did, which I have now changed. I didn't encounter any problems while testing, but it's potentially possible that the initial cutscene on the Leviathan could fail to fire. Let me know if anyone encounters that. 21. Allronix Dialogue pack v1

These are dialogue files with subtitle only (not voiced) additional options for conversations with party members. They were the result of wanting more or different reactions to say to various crew members. There are also parts that modify the last conversations with Bastila on the temple top and on the Forge. The conversation with Saul on the Leviathan also gets a little extra nastiness.
The file lev40_saul403 conflicts with the one in K1 Restoration mod (which is why it has the "no" flag), but the other files should not conflict with it at all.  The Juhani dialogue is exactly the same as the options restored by the K1 restoration mod.
To install, merely drop all of these files from the folder into your override.

  23. Alternate Stasis Icon

While looking through the game files I noticed an icon called "ip_stasis." I always thought the original stasis icon looked a little off looking like a weird cube that was probably meant for some other power. In fact I believe this was meant to be the original icon. This mod replaces it with the one I found.
    Update:
I also discovered a blue version of the icon. It has been added for anyone who wants to use it.
    Install:
Move the file to your override. To uninstall, remove it.
    Compatibility:
Will not be compatible with any mod that edits the ip_hold file. But as far as I know, none do.
    Permissions:
Feel free to do as you please with this mod.

  24. Alternate Textures for Sithspecter's "Canderous' Mandalorian Items"

I really thought that Sithspecter did an outstanding job on the original mod, however, i always got the feeling i was looking at things from other video games like CoD, MoH, or Wolfenstein. So, i decided to reskin the mod in a more star warsey look. Not one of my best skins, but considering it was done in linux with no way to know what it was going to look like until i fired up the game each time i made an adjustment, i would say i did alright. The worst part of it was the shins, and i think if i would have had a proper modeling program to draw the textures on and control how they were wrapped then it would have been tons better than gimp and using the game to view the results. Anyway, here it is for anyone who might like to use it. *NOTE* you must have the original "Canderous' Mandalorian Items" installed for this skin to work in your game or it wont ever show up.

Update: now with new icons made by djh269. Thanks again DJ!

For anyone who wants to update this skin or refine the skin to greater detail (in lieu of my feeble programs), i don’t mind if you do, as long as Sithspecter gets credit for the original mod.

    Description:
When searching through the games textures I noticed their are Two variants of Carths head texture called "P_Carth01.tga" (His normal look) and "P_Carth02.tga" (An unused skin). I honestly have no clue if P_Carth02 is used at
all in game but in my opinion it is an unused texture for Carth that was abandoned since it makes him look older than Jolee. So what this mod does is turn Carth into this unused variant of himself.
