  1. Today
A must-have for KOTOR 2, full stop. Like others have said here, this mod is expertly built and integrated into the base game/TSLRCM framework and polishes the end of the game, wrapping up that escape and giving the entire crew a proper closure to their journey. This one is a lock for all my future TSL mod builds. 10/10.
  2. I understand about the necessity for the MDL and MDX files as it's a model change. Why are the textures in there though? They appear to be identical to the original textures as far as I can tell. Would other textures or upscales be incompatible with your mod? And does your mod affect the doors that use textures PER_DR01 and PER_DR04?
  3. Yesterday
Another great mod by WildKarrde that has earned a permanent spot in my personal mod build. Bao-Dur is one of the most underrated characters in TSL, so I have always been bothered by how vanilla TSL has Bao-Dur disappear throughout the end-game without explanation for what happaned to him, and the lack of even cut content to be able to restore to fix that. I am thrilled that there is finally an endgame story mod that gives Bao-Dur the love he deserves.
Truly an incredible mod that makes a permanent spot in my personal mod build for how much it improves the ending, and how well-made the mod is. While TSLRCM did the best it could in restoring cut content to the end-game, there is still room for improvement for the ending, and TSL Expanded Ending proves that.
  4. That seems to be the case. I switched to the legacypc version, the UI changed and the first version of the texture fit perfectly. Thanks for the help!!
  5. TSLRCM doesn't change the pazaak UI as far as I'm aware. You are either using another mod which does or perhaps the Aspyr patch.
  6. Thanks for the explanation, c ould it be related to TSLRCM? I've noticed that the background appears to be stretched by around 15%, so shrinking the image by roughly the same amount seems to fix the problem for now
  7. The background panels use square textures but are normally stretched to have a 4:3 aspect ratio so they fill the screen on 4:3 monitors. It looks like GUI file has been adjusted so the UI elements fit a 1:1 aspect ratio while the background panel is still stretched to 4:3, although I don't know why this would be the case.
  8. Hey! This is my first time editing textures for KOTOR. I was playing aroud with the Pazaak textures and the card textures seem to work correctly, but the background texture doesn't display properly in-game. The edited texture is applied, but it looks like the resolution or scaling has changed, even though I didn't modify the image dimensions. Any help would be appreciated
  9. I also did a custom broken variant by changing the default broken Peragus droid PLC.
  10. I continued working on my "Alternate Peragus Droids Mod" again after it's release in 2018 and some complaints how it's models are broken. I found a droid animation fix mod which includes this mode, so that part is done, but I upscaled the textures and gonna add some lights.
Nice to see the Handmaiden's braids beneath her hood! Thanks for creating this mod!
  11. I have just created an icon for the green texture variant of the breathing mask, which goes unused in both games. I wanted to match the style of the game’s existing icons as closely as possible.
Tested this out. This really does look like Nihilus has no face at all, thus making Nihilus look like what Avellone intended like you said! Good job!

  13. View File Better Peragus Door Model Hello everyone! This mod modifies the door models from Peragus so that the opening at the locking mechanism features a round hole instead of an angular notch, matching what is shown in the textures. 14. View File Noseless Nihilus As Chris Avellone intended... This mod removes the facial features beneath Darth Nihilus’ mask, leaving just blackness. INSTALLATION Move the files from “to override” to your Override folder. UNINSTALLATION Remove N_DarthNihilus.mdl and N_DarthNihilus.mdx from Override. COMPATIBILITY Should be compatible with Darth Nihilus texture mods. Will conflict with mods that edit the Darth Nihilus model. Install this mod after others to ensure its changes take effect. Another seamless and great addition that I will keep in my load order.
  16. Version 1.0.1 has been released, correcting a critical installation incompatibility with M4-78. I have also uploaded a hotfix to patch existing installations with M4-78. Thanks to @vault13deathclaw for reporting the issue.
  17. I started a K2 Party Members retexture project: My primary source of inspiration for this is SELFINDUCEDCOMA’s approach—a "Vanilla Deluxe" style that focuses on enhancing established elements through added detail, rather than reinventing the wheel or completely reimagining things from scratch in a 2020s aesthetic. The textures (1024x1024 Ver) from RedRob41's "2x Upscale+ Character Textures & Model Fixes for TSL" served as the basis for the Atton Reskin.
  18. Hello, my username is DarthErdan, and I feel like it would be nice to explain how and why I came here, why I love KOTOR, (specifically KOTOR II: The Sith Lords), and why I have specific goals for my modding projects currently. (I feel like this would be a nice starting entry to my blog.) Ever since I was 7 years old, Star Wars was a fascinating curiosity to me. I can't even explain why, it just...sparked within me. Within a whole year, I have watched all Star Wars films and it really clicked in me so much, I became a hardcore fan. Long story short, I gradually, yet rapidly began exploring the lore, knowledge, and timeline of the Star Wars world, from 7 years old to 10 years old, I have learned so much, and around at the age of 10 or 11, I already knew too much about Star Wars...that looking back it is kind of scary to think about how fast my pacing was on learning about Star Wars. I already knew the difference between Legends/EU from the current "Disney Canon" Star Wars , the basics of the timeline from Phantom Menace to the current film(s), etc. The first time I learned about Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, or the Old Republic Era in general, was through a lightsaber app. I cannot remember what the app was, but basically you download it on your phone, swing it around, and it makes lightsaber noises, with the screen showing different handles of lightsabers from different characters. One handle was Darth Nihilus's lightsaber, and it was hard to tell if it was a legit Sith Lord back then or if it was a fan-made character. (Why I didn't even bother to look up Nihilus back then, I don't really know or remember, haha.) One night, in a birthday party for my grandfather, my great uncle wanted to show me a video game he was playing related to Star Wars which I recall was a modded Jedi Academy game, and there, for the first time, I saw Darth Nihilus. He looked...super creepy, cool, and totally my style flavor for a villain. Ever since than, I began looking deeper into Star Wars lore, and learned that there was a whole era unexplored for the Star Wars timeline that barely has to do with the movies timeline and era at all. It took me a while to learn more about the Old Republic Era and stories than with the movie era ones, but I got the hang of it eventually, learning of characters like Revan, Ajunta Pall, etc. The first time I learned of KOTOR was through the second game, (because that is where Darth Nihilus first appeared in obviously), and how I learned of the second game was an old video by YouTuber Shem L. For the next four years, I started going through some sort of "Cambrian Explosion" involving learning knowledge on the Old Republic Era, KOTOR, and all of those things. One big thing that helped me learn of the plot of KOTOR I and KOTOR II was through the films by Darth Varkor, DarthYcey, and Kevin Smet's KOTOR fan-films. This all culminated with me playing KOTOR II, and I loved it. Later, I lost KOTOR II, (for numerous reasons I prefer not to explain). I continued to watch the KOTOR movie projects by the same creators and even joined their community sometime in the early 2020s. By that point in time, I learned so much about the Old Republic Era in extensive and hardcore details, but there was still a lot more to learn. I was also aware that the KOTOR games had a community of modders with various mods, mostly on this site or GameFront, but I wasn't motivated until last year to finally outline some cool ideas for mods, whether redesigns or story ideas. Thus, I registered on DeadlyStream on August 2025, but it wasn't until the first month of 2026 that I finally got not only KOTOR II again, but KOTOR I for the first time. I was working up torwards buying a new laptop, as my old one was bad and not enough to handle games, so that is why I didn't buy the games until early 2026. My modding projects began, and I started experimenting on the tools and how things work. From that month to this day, I am still learning more, and more things about the modding tools, how to mod certain aspects, as well as scripting & dialogue editors. I am still very new to all of this, much to learn I still have, but I hope and am trying to encourage myself to progress and continue moving forward, as this is something I really want to get good at. Alright, this is my story related to me learning about KOTOR, the Old Republic, modding, etc. I am still new to learning more about things, (like cut content or modding tools themselves), but this is where I am at so far.
  19. Last week
  20. Noob question likely already answered somewhere else: Is this compatible with KPM, KMRP 1.5.1 and Kotor editable executables? And what would be the proper installation order?
  21. Do you still have the bones and weights? You could rename the vertex groups along with their corresponding weights by following the same pattern. The legs and arms must match the positioning of the original; otherwise, the animation will not play correctly. Bones are required to make these adjustments.
  22. I already did release it some weeks ago. Look into my files.
