A.M.D.G. Extreme Conditions Combat Robes Description Defense bonus vs. Slashing 1 Damage Resistance Cold 10/- Damage Resistance Fire 10/- Blaster Bolt Deflection Increase +1 Designed for combat in extreme weather conditions, these robes are seen mostly in ue by Jedi in arctic and desert environments Members of the Jedi Order typically wear plain or unassuming garments. These robes can be bought at the Dock on Tatooine. Installation Double-click the "Install Extreme Conditions Combat Robes Mod" executable (.exe file), then just click the “Install mod” button and follow the on-screen instructions. Uninstallation To uninstall the mod from a fresh install, you will need to delete the following files: di_eccr_01.uti kas_twostore.utm PFBI56.tga PFBI56.txi PMBI56.tga PMBI56.txi ia_jedirobe_056.tga Incompatibilities This mod uses the TSLPatcher, and should be compatible with most other mods. However, you may experience compatibility issues with other mods that alter the file "kas_twostore.utm", or which use a file called "PMBI56.tga" or "PFBI56.tga".
  2. If what you're looking to patch is the journal file, then yes, this will make that element compatible with TSLRCM. I'm not aware of anything else which would be incompatible between the two mods, so this should do it, but I make no guarantees.
  3. Looks good, Q! Really looking forward to seeing more, as always. And I'm glad to hear the Nar Shaddaa mod is still in progress. It's such a cool idea.
  4. The room model itself was included in the game files, but it lacked lightmaps and walkmesh. I remember getting around this by using the Taris arena's walkmesh to be able to take a look around the model. On walkmesh and camera blocking: The Telos Entertainment Module 081 model files in TSL may hold some clue. While those parts of the area you can normally access have the usual camera-blocking, some of those parts elsewhere in the module which you have to cheat to get to don't. I'm thinking particularly of a large 'warehouse'-like space you can jump to with JC's toolbox, which is along on the far side from the ledge by Dendis and Samhan Dobo's shop and the cantina. So a close comparison of the walkmesh of that room with the walkmesh belonging to another might yield useful information.
  5. ... The fact that of the people in this thread, only Kainzorus and I were around at the point when that person appeared makes me feel old. Very, very old.
  6. Nah, that one was simply boring and egotistical. The unnameable was crazy. Crazier than Mac.
  7. Someone who was permabanned quite quickly when they arrived on LF many years ago, and who created an 'unofficial patch' by plagiarising mods others made, and then went on a crazy rant when they, understandably, objected to this. Contemporaneous with and comparable to windu6 (except even odder, and around for far less time.)
  8. It's custom modelling, with the possible exception of the arena module. But anything which is from K1's files can't be put into TSL, anyway, since that would be porting.
  9. Yes. Though I'm not necessarily suggesting you should do it; I'm just saying if you could compile a specific list, you might find someone willing to do at least part of it.
  10. Pretty sure there are a couple of Mandalorian banner mods on KotORFiles. I know 90SK included a replacement texture for them in one of his robe mods. The skybox for Nar Shaddaa was probably knicked by Crypto from Sharen Thrawn's mod, also available at KotORFiles. (There's a mod which updates the loadscreens to match available here). I think my replacement of the Goto's Yacht window textures was included in one of the later versions of TSLRCM. I don't know about the rest, but they sound like a collection of small, relatively simple fixes, once you know which texture's your going for. Also, yeah... mentioning that name is not a great idea. It tends to have the unfortunate side-effect of summoning her.
  11. Just want to say a massive 'thank you' to the file reviewers on here. Over the last week or so (and particularly this evening), I've uploaded twenty-odd mods, which have been put up here in record time. So: many thanks, particulary to Hassat and Sith Holocron, who seem to have suffered the brunt of this.

On the other hand, you might as well wait to update it after you release your holocron mod. There is a holocron in Azgath IIRC.

Not given the extent of the rewrite it needs. If it happens, it will be post-Rhen Var (hence why I'm sketchy about it happening at all...).

If I have your permission I could probably get the Azguth mods combined into 1 single mod including my patch.

  12. File Name: Lightsaber and Force Form Band File Submitter: InSidious File Submitted: 02 Mar 2014 File Category: Mods TSLRCM Compatible: Yes This mod consists of an arm-band for KotOR II which allows the user to give themselves any force or lightsaber form they wish, regardless of class or place in the plot. This is meant to be a cheat item, so the player will have to cheat it into the game. The code is “giveitem di_forms”, without the quotes. WARNING: This mod may cause problems with learning forms from the Jedi Masters. Click here to download this file
  13. File Name: Fork Short Lightsabers File Submitter: InSidious File Submitted: 02 Mar 2014 File Category: Mods TSLRCM Compatible: Yes Co-authored with oldflash. This mod adds a whole set of new short lightsabres - one for each lightsabre colour available in the game, and their crystals to the game. They can be found in the Enclave Sublevel on Dantooine, in the secure storage area. Click here to download this file
  14. File Name: Darth Nihilus Robes File Submitter: InSidious File Submitted: 02 Mar 2014 File Category: Mods TSLRCM Compatible: No These robes will make you look like Darth Nihilus, and have some very powerful stats. They were made on request for somebody, although I forget who now (sorry). You can get them in-game on Darth Nihilus'corpse, or by typing into the console 'giveitem a_robe_99'. I made this mod a long, long time ago, so the chances are that it's not compatible with TSLRCM. Click here to download this file
  15. File Name: Concept Loading Screens File Submitter: InSidious File Submitted: 02 Mar 2014 File Category: Mods TSLRCM Compatible: Yes A very long time ago, a guy called Nur Ab Sal realised that the KotOR II loading screens were ugly, and decided to replace them with the concept art Obsidian drew up, instead. He did so, but his mod disappeared when PCGameMods was destroyed, and so I decided to repeat the job myself, because I got bored of the normal loading screens. I couldn't get all the same concept art as Nur Ab Sal, and in a few places had to improvise - nevertheless, where his mod replaced around 28 of roughly 80 loading screens, this mod will replace around 40, and is therefore worthy of release. 16. File Name: Combat Stance Swap File Submitter: InSidious File Submitted: 02 Mar 2014 File Category: Mods TSLRCM Compatible: Yes I made a very similar mod to this a long time ago, but it seems it disappeared with PCGM and I no longer seem to have a copy. What it does is swap around the default flourish/stances used for melée weapons - the single blade flourish is replaced with the stun baton flourish and vice versa, the Echani-style flourish replaces the two melée weapon flourish and vice versa, and the double-blade flourish is replaced by the "Natural Attack" (or "Rocky Mode" ) flourish...Just look at the screenshot for details. 17. File Name: Camera Angle Options File Submitter: InSidious File Submitted: 02 Mar 2014 File Category: Mods TSLRCM Compatible: Yes N.B.: Although uploaded for TSL, this mod may be used for either KotOR or KotOR II: TSL. This mod alters the default camera angles used by the game so that outside dialogues and cutscenes, your character will be viewed more distantly, as is more common in RPGs like 'NeverWinter Nights', 'Dungeon Siege' and 'Diablo'. There are four different options to choose from: Option I, No Combat - This option gives you a camera angle slightly closer to the character than normal which will show the upper half of your character from an angle above the player, but does not affect the camera angle while in combat. Option I, Combat - The same as above, but does affect the camera angle while in combat. Option II, No Combat - The same height, but a greater distance from the character, showing the whole of the character. This option does not affect the camera angle while in combat.
