=KotOR 1 No Gendered Dialogue from Male NPCs= A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC MODIFICATION AUTHOR: Leilukin FILE NAME: K1_No_Gendered_Dialogue_Male_NPCs.7z LATEST VERSION: 1.2 CONTACT: E-mail to contact@leilukin.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream 1. DESCRIPTION: In KotOR 1, certain male NPCs' dialogue will be different if the player character is female, by flirting with the female PC, remarking on the female PC's gender or appearance, or even scamming the female PC, while not giving such treatment to a male PC. This mod removes those gendered dialogue from male NPCs and aims to make those male NPCs interact with a female PC in the same way as with a male PC, or at least as similar as possible. The male NPCs affected by this mod include: Jordo, messager for Carth's personal quest Jergan in the Upper City Cantina on Taris Holdan in Javyar's Cantina on Taris Tanis Venn on Tatooine Viglo on Manaan Jorak Uln on Korriban In the case of Jergan, who will attempt to scam a female PC out of money, this mod removes him from the game entirely, because his dialogue to a male PC involves him referring to the PC as a man and suggesting that he is trying to get women's attention, so it will not make any sense for a female PC to get such dialogue. Additionally, unlike most of the other male NPCs affected by this mod, there is zero side quest or reward to gain from talking to Jergan at all. This mod has two different ways to alter Holdan and Tanis Venn: Edit Holdan and Tanis dialogue to prevent them from hitting on the femlae PC, while keeping their side quests. This option is for players who still want to do their side quests for the rewards. Remove Holdan and Tanis from the game entirely. This option is for players who do not mind missing out their side quests. Unfortunately, Dia and Marlena Venn also have to be removed from the game due to them heavily tied to Holdan and Tanis' side quests. The dialogue of Zax, Komad Fortuna, Dorak Quinn are edited to remove mentions to Holdan and Tanis. NOTE: This installation option is NOT compatible with non-English localizations of KotOR. 2. INSTALLATION: Extract K1_No_Gendered_Dialogue_Male_NPCs.7z you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KotOR directory. Run Install.exe, you will see the installer presents two installation option. You may choose ONLY ONE of these options: Holdan and Tanis Venn Dialogue Edit: Removes male NPCs' gendered dialogue and Jergan from the game. Holdan and Tanis Venn's side quests will still be available. Holdan and Tanis Venn Removal: Removes male NPCs' gendered dialogue, Jergan, Holdan and Tannis Venn from the game. You will no longer be able to do Holdan and Tannis Venn's side quests. Once you selected the option you want, point the installer to your KotOR directory, where swkotor.exe is located, and let the installer do its job. If you have installed other mods, when you install my mod, you may receive warnings about the installer skipping at least one .mod file because it already exists in your Modules folder. Do not need to worry about those warnings, as it is just the way I set up the installer to ensure my mod will be installed properly if you are not using any other mods. When you install this mod, a new folder named "backup" will be created by the installer in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folder or the file within the folder if you plan to uninstall this mod. 3. UNINSTALLATION: Go to the "backup" folder created by the installer of this mod, cut and paste the MOD files into the Modules folder in your KotOR directory. The MOD files include: korr_m38ab.mod manm26aa.mod tar_m02ae.mod tar_m03ae.mod tar_m02aa.mod* tat_m17ad.mod* tat_m18aa.mod* (*Only if you installed the Holdan and Tanis Venn Removal option) If there is no DLG file present in your backup folder, go to the Override folder in your KotOR directory, and delete the following files: k_hjordo_dialog.dlg tat17_03tanis_01.dlg** tat18_10tanis_01.dlg** (**Only if you installed the Holdan and Tanis Venn Dialogue Edit option) If there is any DLG file present in your backup folder, cut any DLG file(s) from the backup folder, then go to the Override folder in your KotOR directory, and delete the rest of the aforementioned DLG files that did not have a backup copy. 4. KNOWN ISSUES: None currently known. If you find any bugs or problems, please let me know. 5. MOD COMPATIBILITY: Any other mods that modify any of the following dialogue files may conflict with this mod: k_hjordo_dialog.dlg — Jordo's dialogue tar03_holdan031.dlg — Holdan's dialogue tat17_03tanis_01.dlg — Tanis Venn’s dialogue in the Hunting Lodge on Tatooine tat18_10tanis_01.dlg — Tanis Venn’s dialogue at the Tatooine Dune Sea man26_viglo.dlg — Viglo's dialogue kor38b_jorakuln.dlg — Jorak Uln's dialogue The Holdan and Tanis Venn Removal version of this mod may also conflict with mods that modify the following dialogue files: tar03_zax031.dlg — Zak's dialogue tat17_03komad_01.dlg — Komad Fortuna’s dialogue in the Hunting Lodge on Tatooine tat17_03dorak_01.dlg — Dorak Quinn’s dialogue I have set up TSLPatcher to install this mod by patching the relevant dialogue files to improve compatibility with other mods as much as possible, but it is still not fully guaranteed to be compatible with every other mods that modify the same dialogue files. This mod is compatible with KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP). I recommend installing my mod after K1CP. If you want to use KotOR 1 Restoration (K1R), you need to install this mod after K1R. This mod can be installed alongside JC's Romance Enhancement: Pan-Galactic Flirting for K1, however you will not be able to get Viglo's comment about the player character's body regardless of the player character's gender. 6. PERMISSION: You may do whatever you want with this mod, including using this mod's assets in your own mod. Credit is appreciated but not necessary. 7. Restored Content for K1CP [DEMO] A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 0.9.0 Demo Release Date: 19.02.2025 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! No exceptions! Once you click on the INSTALL.exe, you'll be given five options. Main Mod- This is the installation which installs the RC-K1CP mod. Lite NPCs Restored- This restores the Lite NPCs that were removed in the K1CP, install this option if you want these back in your game. Restored Gloveless Clothing- Left over textures and pre-release screenshots suggests that the commoner clothing didn't always have gloves that hid the NPCs hands, with this option installed all the generic NPCs will have exposed hands that correspond with the skin color of that NPCs race (White, Black and Asian). This option is fully compatible with the K1 Clothing Pack but is incompatible with Dark Hope's Commoner Clothing reskins. Restored Sith Officer Uniforms- Restores the unused Sith Officer uniform variants throughout the game, this option is incompatible with Heyorange's Sith Uniform Reformation. Restored Party Dialogue- As of right now, this option restores unused lines for Canderous' dialogue about Korriban. This option is cripplingly incompatible with mods that edit "k_hcan_dialog.dlg" so don't install this option if that file is already in your Override folder. Restored Unique Blaster- Restores unused textures for Carth's Blaster and the Baragwin Ion-X Weapon. These are an optional install as they are incompatible with the High Quality Blasters mod by Sithspecter. Description: The Kotor 1 Community Patch (K1CP) is the biggest bug fix mod for Kotor 1 and is arguably the number one go-to mod for Kotor 1, similar to TSLRCM for Kotor 2. The Kotor 1 Restoration (K1R) mod is NOT compatible with the K1CP and as such players have to pick between hundreds of bug fixes offered by the K1CP or the restored content of K1R, they couldn't pick both... until now! Restored Content for K1CP is a restoration mod for Kotor 1 which has been developed for use alongside the K1CP mod, with this mod installed you shall experience restored content alongside the bug fixes of the K1CP mod. This mod also does not follow the same "rules" as K1R, that means this mod might restore cut content that K1R didn't restore either because the original K1R Dev Team didn't want to restore it or because they didn't know about it. This mod is an INDEPENDENT project developed by a single modder (and any future contributors) with no connection to the original K1R mod, everything in this mod was developed from scratch as getting permission to use K1R assets is impossible due to the disappearance of the K1R team leader. This mod is a DEMO meaning it does not restore all the cut content that K1R restores, future updates shall add more content and fix any bugs present in the mod. Whilst this mod is a Demo, it is not necessarily incomplete... what little restored content this mod has to offer is complete and will not standout as unfinished (in terms of the mod itself, your opinion on the cut content might be different). If you have feedback or any bugs to report for the next update, I urge you to report these to me so that the Restored Content for K1CP mod may be the best it can be! Restorations: Item Restoration: Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have any bugs but if there are please report them to me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: To be added! Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. Thanks to: SithRevan (RIP): Beginning the restoration effort for K1! K1R Team: For developing the original K1R mod! Leilukin: For granting me permission to integrate her Juhani Dialogue Restoration mod into the RC-K1CP! SpaceAlex: For making the Bastila's Extra Dialog on Tatooine and allowing modders to use it freely! A Future Pilot: For kickstarting the K1 Community Patch mod, for making the Sith Soldier Texture Restoration mod and for allowing modders to use it freely! Sekan and Seamhainn: For including the source scripts in their Garrum and Tar'eelok Restoration mod which allowed me to recreate the restoration of those characters in this mod! DarthParametric and JCarter426: For maintaining the K1 Community Patch with ongoing updates! DarthParametric, th3w1zard1 and Salk: For valuable feedback! Sith Holocron: For the mod logo! ElevenLabs Website: For the custom AI VO service! Bioware: For such an amazing game! Fred Tetra: For Kotor Tool! Stoffee: For TSLPatcher! Everyone who downloads the mod! =Juhani Dialogue Restoration= A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC MODIFICATION AUTHOR: Leilukin FILE NAME: Juhani Dialogue Restoration.zip LATEST VERSION: 1.0 CONTACT: E-mail to contact@leilukin.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream 1. DESCRIPTION: This mod restores Juhani's conversations with the player that are unused or easy to miss in vanilla KotOR. The conversations restored by this mod include: Asking Juhani about the planet you are on Asking Juhani about why she is hostile towards Canderous (available after Juhani talks about the Mandalorians' attack on the Cathar homeworld) Juhani talking about the evils on Korriban (available after you obtain the Star Map on Korriban) I recommend using this mod alongside the KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP), which fixes many bugs related to Juhani's content in the game. Note that the KotOR 1 Restoration (K1R) mod already restores the above Juhani conversations, so if you use K1R, you do not need to install my mod. My mod is meant for players who just want to access the unused Juhani conversations without using K1R. Juhani also has a conversation with the player that is meant to take place on the Leviathan, but you cannot access said conversation in vanilla KotOR because you cannot talk to Juhani on the Leviathan, even if you choose her as your jailbreaker. For a mod that restores Juhani's conversation on the Leviathan, I recommend using Fair Strides' Party on the Leviathan! mod. 2. INSTALLATION: Go to the "Installation" folder, and put the NCS files into the Override folder in your KotOR directory. You can choose to install only a specific component of this mod: For the dialogue option to ask Juhani about the planets you're on, install k_hjuh_w10.ncs. For the conversation about Juhani's hostility towards Canderous, install k_hjuh_p05.ncs. For Juhani's comments about the evils of Korriban, install k_hjuh_p19.ncs, k_hjuh_p20.ncs and k_hjuh_p21.ncs. The "Source" folder includes the source of the scripts used by this mod for modders' reference. Ignore the "Source" folder if you only want to install and play this mod. 3. UNINSTALLATION: Go to your Override folder and delete k_hjuh_w10.ncs, k_hjuh_p05.ncs, k_hjuh_p19.ncs, k_hjuh_p20.ncs and k_hjuh_p21.ncs. 4. KNOWN ISSUES: None currently known. If you find any bugs or problems, please let me know. 5. MOD COMPATIBILITY: Any other mods that modify the scripts to access the following Juhani dialogue will not be compatible with this mod: Juhani's comments about the planet you are on Juhani's hostility towards Canderous Juhani's comments about the evils on Korriban The KotOR 1 Restoration (K1R) mod already restores the above dialogue, so if you use K1R, you do not need to install my mod. This mod is compatible with KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP). This mod is compatible with Kexikus' Juhani Romance Enhancement. 6. PERMISSION: You may do whatever you want with this mod, including using this mod's assets in your own mod. Credit is appreciated but not necessary. 7. =Bastila and Carth Romance Removal= A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC MODIFICATION AUTHOR: Leilukin FILE NAME: Bastila and Carth Romance Removal.7z LATEST VERSION: 1.0 CONTACT: E-mail to contact@leilukin.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream 1. DESCRIPTION: This mod removes Bastila and Carth's romance by removing all romance-related dialogue from their conversations. This is achieved by removing all gender-exclusive dialogue, including player dialogue options, since in the vanilla game, Bastila's romance is exclusive to male player characters, while Carth's romance is exclusive to female player characters. With this mod, you will no longer be able to romance Bastila or Carth, regardless of the player character's gender. This mod is for players who want to go through Bastila and Carth's conversations and complete their personal quests, but have no interest in romancing them. I have made this mod's changes to Bastila and Carth's main dialogue modular, so you can choose to either remove both characters' romances, or only one of them. This mod also provides an additional component to change who gets tortured by Saul Karath on the Leviathan during the interrogation scene, by having Saul torture Bastila if the player character is female, or Carth if the player character is male. You may choose to install this component or not based on your preference. 2. INSTALLATION: Extract Bastila and Carth Romance Removal.7z you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KotOR directory. This mod consists of two main components: Main Dialogue Change: Removes romance dialogue from Bastila and Carth's conversations. Leviathan Change: Saul will torture Bastila if the player character is female, or Carth if the player character is male. The Main Dialogue Change component has two installation options: Bastila Romance Removal and Carth Romance Removal. Depending on your preference, you may install both or only one of these options. To install this component, run Install.exe, select the option you want, point the installer to your KotOR directory, where swkotor.exe is located, and let the installer do its job. If you want to install both options, you need to run Install.exe twice and repeat the steps. Before you install the Leviathan Change component, go to your KotOR directory and check if you have the lev40_saul403.dlg file in your Override folder. This will determine which installation option you need to choose when you install the Leviathan Change component. To install this component, run Install.exe, choose the appropriate option depending on if you have lev40_saul403.dlg file in your Override folder or not, point the installer to your KotOR directory, where swkotor.exe is located, and let the installer do its job. If you have installed other mods, when you install the "No lev40_saul403.dlg in Override" option of Leviathan Change component, you may receive a warning about the installer skipping the lev_m40aa.mod file because it already exists in your Modules folder. Do not need to worry about this warning, as it is just the way I set up the installer to ensure my mod will be installed properly if you are not using any other mods. When you install this mod, a new folder named "backup" may be created by the installer in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folder or the file within the folder if you plan to uninstall this mod. 3. UNINSTALLATION: FOR THE MAIN DIALOGUE CHANGE COMPONENT: If a backup folder was created when you installed it, go to the backup folder, cut k_hbas_dialog.dlg and/or k_hcar_dialog.dlg, and paste the file(s) into the Override folder of your KotOR directory. If no backup folder was created, simply delte k_hbas_dialog.dlg and/or k_hcar_dialog.dlg from your Override folder. FOR THE LEVIATHAN CHANGE COMPONENT: Regardless of which option you installed, go to your game's streamwaves\m40aa\saul10 directory and delete NM40AASAUL10170_.wav and NM40AASAUL10171_.wav. If you installed the "No lev40_saul403.dlg in Override" option, Go to the backup folder, cut and paste lev_m40aa.mod into the Modules folder in your KotOR directory. If you installed the "lev40_saul403.dlg in Override" option, go to the Override folder of your KotOR directory, and delete NM40AASAUL10170_.lip and NM40AASAUL10171_.lip. If a backup folder was created during installation, cut and paste lev40_saul403.dlg into your Override folder. If no backup folder was created, delte lev40_saul403.dlg from your Override folder. 4. KNOWN ISSUES: None currently known. If you find any bugs or problems, please let me know. 5. MOD COMPATIBILITY: Any other mods that modify any of the following dialogue files may conflict with this mod: k_hbas_dialog.dlg — Bastila's main dialogue k_hcar_dialog.dlg — Carth’s main dialogue lev40_saul403.dlg — Saul Karath’s interrogation scene on the Leviathan I have set up TSLPatcher to install this mod by patching the relevant dialogue files to improve compatibility with other mods as much as possible, but it is still not fully guaranteed to be compatible with every other mods that modify the same dialogue files. This mod is not compatible with any romance mods for Bastila or Carth, including JC's Romance Enhancement: Biromantic Bastila for K1 and my Carth Onasi and Male PC Romance. 6. PERMISSION: You may use this mod's assets in your own mod. Credit is appreciated, but not necessary. The only exception is the spliced voiceover files from the Leviathan Change component of this mod. Do not redistribute these spliced VOs or use them in another mod without my permission. 7. Admiral Karath on the Leviathan and The One on the Unknown World no longer drop their weapons. Why? There are a bunch of other items like this in the game: - no unique name - no unique item description - not upgradable - stronger then their standard counterparts These type of items are used by enemies, but these ones never drop, except these 2. Because of this i think these type of items only ment to make the fights harder, but not to be lootable. So i think this is just an oversight by the devs.

Starship Combat Pay v1.0.1 Overview Starship Combat Pay give players a tangible reward, beyond avoiding a game over screen, for surviving the Ebon Hawk Gunnery Station mini-game. After escaping the Sith Blockade and landing on Dantooine, you’ll get a message from the Republic. It reads: "Republic Combat Pay Thank you for registering your Dynamic-class freighter, designation: the Ebon Hawk, as a civilian paramilitary vessel. Until further notice, as an enlisted soldier of the Galactic Republic Navy, you are hereby entitled to a financial reward of 200 Republic credits for the successful elimination of each Sith Imperial starfighter you encounter aboard your registered personal starship. You'll find a payment of 1200 Republic credits has already been deposited directly into your account. Further payments will be deposited immediately after each conflict. May the Force be with you." …And that’s exactly what the mod does. It pays you a total of 1200 credits every time you’re forced to play the Ebon Hawk Gunner Station mini game. Notes Unfortunately, this mod doesn’t change the mini-game itself in any meaningful way. It does however make playing it more rewarding. When deciding on the number of credits players should receive, we looked at different amounts of pay that scale with level and we arrived at a flat 1200 credits for a number of reasons. A scaling number of credits requires an in-setting explanation for why the main character’s pay increases, which logically goes to rank. Applying any sort of rank to the main character adds a level of non-canon material that I’m not comfortable adding in my mods. In terms of the game’s existing financial rewards go 1200 credits is pushing it. However, in terms of the setting, a 1200 credit bonus is a paltry sum for destroying a 300,000 credits worth of starfighters. So, since most players tend to only travel between planets after fully completing them, the number of randomly generated starfighter encounters is relatively low. In any case, once you get full access to the Ebon Hawk, you’re free to win heaps of credits by swoop racing or savescum an infinite number of credits by gambling with Suvam Tan. So, exploiting the turret minigame isn’t going to unbalance anything. Credits Script Writer: Thor110 Contributor: Zoctavous Mod Author: Timbo Special Thanks I want to thank Thor110 who had the script almost entirely worked out within minutes of pitching the idea and for patiently sticking with it over the next couple weeks to fine tune it. Seriously, this part was about 90% of the work. I also want to thank Zoctavous who has very quickly become my go-to scripting confidante. Whenever there’s something I don’t understand or need help fixing. He’s usually the first person I hit up. Without him helping me get past the very first problem with this mod, this release simply wouldn’t have happened. Finally, I want to give a special thanks to Discord user sharkynebula from the KOTOR server who casually suggested that the Republic should have to pay you for playing the minigame. This is the idea set this whole thing off.

You are, however I don't personally like the idea for several reasons. First, many players won't actually get Visas until they're level 15 already, which will generally prevent the problem being solved or even mitigated at all. Second (and feeding into the first issue), Visas is trivially easy to get influence with, so easy that it would be incredibly simple even at level 15 and two sparring sessions to get more influence with Visas than the Handmaiden--this also assumes that new players will actually go back and spar with the Handmaiden right at level 15, which is not super likely. And third and most importantly, I think locking the player out of access to Visas for a (to the player) arbitrary amount of time would seem extremely confusing and unfun; at best they might just be confused and annoyed that they have a new companion but can't use them, where at worst they may think they need to do something to resuscitate her and run around wasting a large amount of time trying to resolve her being unconscious. I am definitely open to alternate suggestions to resolve the underlying problem of the lockout, but I think this suggestion would create more confusion as well as not actually resolving the problem reliably.

M4-78 EP Upscaled Maps Created by: Sith Holocron Game: Knights of the Old Republic II Version 1.0 Uploaded: 08 FEB 2025 This mod was designed to upscale and/or enhance the map textures seen in the M4-78 Enhancement Project mod. It is not an extensive mod pack. It’s just the maps. The pictures should illustrate things pretty clearly. This mod will not drastically change your play through of the M4-78 EP. Please any complaints about the quality of that mod elsewhere. Installation: Requirement: Though I’m probably stating the obvious here, you’ll need the M4-78 Enhancement Project installed first. Then allow the TGA files in my mod pack to override the files in the Override folder. Thanks / Credits: Thanks to Fair Strides for feedback while making this mod. Note: I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop. Ever. I may release this on NexusMods at a later date but I don't wish others to do so. Usage in other mods must be requested AND approved by me before your use. Messages that request permission without providing information on how your alternate version would be different than mine should be considered an instant denial of permission.

The fact is that I have already a vendor on Tatooine that sells one of the two bike mods. I didn't want to have both of them sold on the same planet. I could have switched the Tatooine part to be purchased at the Czarka shop (which I considered because of what Niko says), but the Czerka shop is already involved with a special item for a different quest and the owner explicitly says that he doesn't sell swoop parts (STRING 29289: Oh, a swoop-jock, hm? I know I don't have the crazy suicide parts you're looking for.). On top of that, Yuka Laka himself mentions having swoop parts in his own dialogue: Ah, looking for droid or swoop bike parts, hmm? Well, I may have a few things. Would you like to look at what is in stock? I appreciate the advice, though.

Don't you hate it when you get a cool looking item at the endgame but it has early game stats. Because i do. So i made the Wookiee Warblade a bit more useful. (If you already been to the Black Rakatan Settlement or you have the item in your inventory you need to use KotOR Savegame Editor to remove the original item then add the moded one to your inventory.)

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.0.0 Release Date: 14.05.2023 Installation: Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Description: The Sith Governor is an NPC you encounter towards the end of Taris, in the vanilla game he uses the 'Dark Jedi Apprentice' appearance which is seen throughout the game as a generic enemy. The appearance of the Dark Jedi Apprentice NPCs is very similar to the appearance of Darth Bandon, an NPC you find later on in the game. Whilst the game doesn't explicitly say this, we can assume that the Sith Governor NPC is a non-Tarisian foreigner who was appointed to his position by his superior Dark Jedi. The Governor mentions he doesn't yet own a Lightsaber, suggesting he's only an Apprentice. Dialogue with various NPCs across Taris suggests that the Sith Governor is the absolute dictator of the Sith occupation on Taris as he most likely signs up any law the Tarisians have to abide by and has the absolute authority to do whatever action he wants to govern his planet. For an NPC with such authority on Taris, why would he look like every other Dark Jedi Apprentice you see in the game? And since the Dark Jed Apprentice looks like Darth Bandon, it lessens the 'impact' both NPCs have on the player. You see the Sith Governor... he isn't unique, he looks like Darth Bandon! You see Darth Bandon... he isn't anything special, he looks like that weak Sith Governor. This mod was requested by the user "Sniggles", the one who maintains the Kotor Mod Builds on Reddit, to fix that problem. With this mod installed, the Sith Governor shall wear a unique Sith Governor's uniform based on the vanilla Sith Officer uniform and shall have a unique head model capable of displaying the mask item he wears making his appearance totally unique from Darth Bandon. This mod was originally going to be included as part of a bigger Sith Officer uniform mod, though with the prospect of Sniggles adding it to the Kotor Mod Builds and the fact some players might prefer this small mod over a big Sith Officer mod, I have since decided to release this feature separately. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Dudes, I want to say a warm thank you for the patch, fixes a lot of ridiculous things that BW and LA etc didn't bother to fix. I respect the gameplay and story part, dialog fixes, animations, etc, actually that's why I installed it. BUT why not make a small part of the patch optional? For example -high-polygonal npc models, I do not care about graphics at all, and my computer is ancient. I do not know the guts of the game, but on Taris after installing the mod began terrible lags, in all cantinas and the upper city. I could be wrong, but this patch replaced some wandering mooks with MC player, am I right? I'd like to enjoy the story, not the graphical contrivances. What do you think about that, hmm?

Taris' Undercity is home to the strangest of galactic life. Not rakghouls, but floating grass. Specifically, there is one little area by the front of the Undercity pod crash with a little walkmesh error, that creates some floating grass the player can float over. This mod just fixes that out for now, it may grow later if I find other things in the module that could use work. Installation: Download the 7z file and extract the contents of the "To Override" folder to your game's override folder, found in the same directory as your main game executable. For Steam installations, this would be "Steam\steamapps\common\swkotor". 7z files can be extracted with Archive Utility on macOS, or with programs like PeaZip on Windows and Linux. Uninstallation: Remove the files in the Included Files list below from your override. Included Files: Compatibility: Users should expect full compatibility with any other mods, so long as they do not modify/replace the above files. Texture mods do not typically create compatibility issues for mods like this. Acknowledgments: Thanks to Symmetric, Purifier, Ndix UR, and seedhartha for making importing to Blender simple using KotORBlender, and to Cortisol for making file extraction easy with the Holocron Toolset. This modification is not supported by Bioware, Lucasarts, Disney or any licensers/sponsors thereof. Nice tweaks. Some of the creative decisions like the one regarding Gendar's clothing change somewhat bothered me in the K1CP, and additional fixes are always appreciated. The readme included for the tslpatcher seems to be for the Proper SIth Assassins mod.

No, and it wouldn't matter anyway. The problem is that SS adds meshes to "null" blaster models that are supposed to be invisible. SS has a fix for it, the mod just hasn't been updated. Go post on the mod's page about it.

=PC Dialogue with Davik's Slaves Change= A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC MODIFICATION AUTHOR: Leilukin FILE NAME: PC Dialogue with Davik's Slaves Change.7z LATEST VERSION: 2.0 CONTACT: E-mail to contact@leilukin.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream 1. DESCRIPTION: In KotOR 1, when you infiltrate Davik Kang's estate to escape Taris with the Ebon Hawk, you can meet Davik's slaves in the slave headquarters. The player has the option to flirt with Davik's slaves by requesting a massage from them. Personally, I always have issues with the fact that the player character can take advantage of slaves without consequences, aside from one line of dialogue from Bastila or Carth to ask the player to focus on the mission. Furthermore, the player does not gain any Dark Side points if they threaten the slaves, either with violence when asking for information, or by attempting to get the slaves punished for being dissatisfied with their massage service. After receiving suggestions from others, I eventually decided to make this mod to alter the player's dialogue with Davik's slaves. This mod has two different ways to alter the player character's flirting with Davik's slaves: Removes the option for the PC to flirt with Davik's slaves by requesting a massage from them. Requesting a massage from Davik's slaves will give the player Dark Side points. This option also prevents the player from asking for massage more than once to avoid possible exploits to gain infinite Dark Side points. Threaten to get the slaves punished by Davik will give the player more Dark Side points. Additionally, with this mod, the player will also gain Dark Side points if they threaten Davik's slaves with violence when asking for information, regardless of which option you choose to install to alter the player character's flirting with the slaves. 2. INSTALLATION: Extract PC Dialogue with Davik's Slaves Change.7z you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KotOR directory. Run Install.exe, you will see the installer presents two installation option. You may choose ONLY ONE of these options: No Flirting with Davik's Slaves: Removes the option for the player to flirt with Davik's slaves by requesting a massage from them. Dark Side Points for Massage Request: Requesting a massage from Davik's slaves will give the player Dark Side points. Once you selected the option you want, point the installer to your KotOR directory, where swkotor.exe is located, and let the installer do its job. If you have installed other mods, when you install my mod, you may receive warnings about the installer skipping the tar_m08aa.mod file because it already exists in your Modules folder. Do not need to worry about this warning, as it is just the way I set up the installer to ensure my mod will be installed properly if you are not using any other mods. When you install this mod, a new folder named "backup" will be created by the installer in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folder or the file within the folder if you plan to uninstall this mod. 3. UNINSTALLATION: Go to the "backup" folder created by the installer of this mod, cut and paste the tar_m08aa.mod file into the Modules folder in your KotOR directory. 4. KNOWN ISSUES: None currently known. If you find any bugs or problems, please let me know. 5. MOD COMPATIBILITY: Any other mods that modify any of the following dialogue files may conflict with this mod: tar08_davslav82.dlg — Dialogue of Davik's female slaves tar08_davslav84.dlg — Dialogue of Davik's male slave In particular, this mod will most likely conflict with any other mod that edits the dialogue involving the player flirting with Davik's slaves. I have set up TSLPatcher to install this mod by patching the relevant dialogue files to improve compatibility with other mods as much as possible, but it is still not fully guaranteed to be compatible with every other mods that modify the same dialogue files. This mod is compatible with KOTOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP). I recommend installing my mod after K1CP. If you want to use KotOR 1 Restoration (K1R), you need to install this mod after K1R. This mod can be installed alongside JC's Romance Enhancement: Pan-Galactic Flirting for K1. However, if you installed the "No Flirting with Davik's Slaves" option of my mod, you will not have the option to request a massage from Davik's slaves regardless of the player character's gender. However, you will not have the option to flirt with Davik's slaves regardless of the player character's gender. 6. PERMISSION: You may do whatever you want with this mod, including using this mod's assets in your own mod. However, you must credit me as the original author of the mod. 7. CREDITS: @Jonlion for inspiring the mod's existence and the mod's removal of the PC's flirting with Davik's slaves @Snigaroo for suggesting the idea of giving Dark Side points for requesting a massage from the slaves Cortisol for Holocron Toolset Fred Tetra for KotOR Tool tk102 for DLG Editor Stoffe for TSLPatcher; Fair Strides for the updated version THIS MODIFICATION IS NOT SUPPORTED BY BIOWARE/OBSIDIAN ENTERTAINMENT OR LUCASARTS OR ANY LICENSERS/SPONSORS OF THE MENTIONED COMPANIES. Understandable that you'd prefer that version of Bendak, the one in this mod just looks bland IMO; to me it looks like Bendak started painting his armor only to run out of yellow after one paldron. EDIT: Apologies to Effixian. I can tell you put effort into all of this, and I love the work you did on the others - the outfits suit them well, a beard makes perfect sense for Marl, and Ice looks fantastic. It's just that to my tastes, Bendak seems oddly plain. I'm curious as to why you went with almost-all-gray.

A simple mod that goes in and tweaks the character flags for Juhani's dialogue file, her section of the Dantooine Grove dialogue file, and her scipt that allows a male PC to romance her. She'll still refer to the PC as female since splicing audio is far beyond my capabilities, but I took the time to do this, and as far as I'm aware, the only other file that ever attempted to do this is broken. Installation is simple and just requires moving the files to the Override folder. The only mods that might conflict would be those that edit Juhani's dialogue, her scripts, or one particular file for Dantooine (though I'm not aware of any mods that also alter this file.) Maybe one day I'll be good enough to make use of the TSLPatcher. Many thanks to @ebmar and @DarthParametric for answering a couple questions I had that without which this mod would have not been possible.

Experience the Male Revan, with the voice of Jeff Bennett who portrayed him SW:TOR, while retaining his lighthearted nature from KOTOR and authoritative persona from SW:TOR. Introducing as my first mod: SW:TOR Revan Voice Mod! I definitely know this is one of the mods people have been waiting for. Rino Romano, the original voice of Revan, did a fantastic job in the game. But have you ever asked yourself or wanted your character to sound like SW:TOR’s version that’s voiced by Jeff Bennett? (Who’s also the voice of Kyle Katarn). Well with the power from Elevenlabs & Play.ht, now you can! In the first Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR) game, Revan is the central figure whose story filled with secrets and epic adventures captivated players across the galaxy. A true force to be reckoned with, Revan was a formidable Jedi Knight, renowned for his exceptional skills and leadership. However, destiny took an unexpected turn when Revan fell to the dark side, becoming a Sith Lord of great power and influence. This profound transformation led to Revan's pivotal role in shaping most of the Old Republic universe. With this mod, you have the chance to embody a slightly younger version of Revan's voice that preserves the character's essence from both KOTOR and SW:TOR. Experience Male Revan, with the voice of Jeff Bennett while retaining the balance of lighthearted comedic nature and commanding authority, reflecting the revered figure Revan we know and love!!! Happy 20th Anniversary to KOTOR and May the Force be with you! All Voice Lines Installation (READ VERY IMPORTANT): Download the zip file and open it. Select all of the .wav files and put them inside the streamsounds folder in KOTOR directory. (DO NOT PLACE THEM IN OVERRIDE) (DO NOT PUT THE OPTIONAL FOLDER INSIDE STREAMSOUNDS. See step 3.) If you do not wish to use the optional sounds then skip to step 6. (OPTIONAL) If you WANT the optional files then continue but open the optional folder. There are three folders: Security Failure, Critical Hit, and Mine Placement. You may only have ONE security failure file in the streamsounds folder. (OPTIONAL) Choose one of the security failure options. The folder will tell you what he’ll say. Place *only one* of the .wav files inside the streamsounds folder. (OPTIONAL) If you want to use the other critical hit and mine placement or just one of them then place the .wav file in streamsounds. If it says a file exists with that name or to overwrite then just hit ok or replace. Paste the backup folder into your streamsounds folder and you’re all set! Uninstall: Use the backup folder I provided and copy all the files inside the backup folder and paste them into your streamsounds folder. Other Information: Your character will no longer make sound when getting hit and dying in combat. I have intentionally removed these lines as the OG voice does not fit with Jeff’s voice. If you’ve played KOTOR 2 then this likely won’t bother you! However, this may be solved in a future version. Compatibility: I doubt it will affect anything important that doesn’t mess with player male files in streamsounds. It does a great job of putting the iriaz back in as they were meant to be without the problems that come from them becoming intrusive on the experience.
