While heavily modifying my TSL play-through, I stumbled upon xander2077's excellent KOTOR 1 Vanilla Masks Overhaul Mod. Unfortunately, as can be seen by the comments in that mod, since it's meant for KOTOR 1, installing its mdl files into your TSL override directory, causes TSL to instantly crash. The comments in the mod recommended installing just the textures, however this missed out on some of the cooler features of some of the headgear like the Verpine Headband's visual interface. So, I went ahead and patched the models so that they would work for TLS instead. After playing with it for a while, I figured I may as well share this to the community. This is a patch and only contains the game models themselves patched for TSL, in order for you to get the mod to work you will still have to download the original mod. To reiterate: THIS MOD IS A PATCH AND IT STILL REQUIRES THE ORIGINAL MOD TO WORK. ------------------------------ Installation ------------------------------ After installing xander2077's mod by dragging the files in it to your override folder, move the files in this mod to your override folder overwriting any conflicts. ------------------------------ Uninstallation ------------------------------ Simply delete the contents of this file from your override folder. -
2 pointsView File All Hands on Deck for the Leviathan Prison Break This mod makes a number of adjustments to the entire Leviathan jail break sequence: Carth and the rest of the party have any equipped masks and weapons hidden for the pre-boarding conversation on the Ebon Hawk. The initial scene of the three Sith troopers discussing the chosen jail breaker changes the commander to red armour, as seen elsewhere in the game. The player's force cage in the torture room is now positioned next to Bastila's. Static cameras have been adjusted accordingly. Fixes a couple of missing static camera assignments for player responses during the torture sequence. The entire party (aside from the chosen jail breaker) now get put in the party cell. The party cell's door is changed to a forcefield. The jail breaker can elicit randomised responses from a few party members when clicking on the cell forcefield before freeing Bastila, Carth, and the player. HK-47's initial cutscene when chosen as the jail breaker has a new custom stunt animation (derived from TSL's disabled animation). The technician working on HK now starts the scene standing behind him rather than in front. Restored the second technician when HK is the jail breaker that Bioware cut (for some reason). Both of the HK technicians are switched from Sith trooper to Sith commoner appearances. The player starts the final escape scene inside their force cage like Bastila and Carth rather than standing at the doorway. The entire party is now present for the final escape sequence, not just Canderous. Canderous now remains in his equipped gear if he was the chosen jail breaker rather than switching to basic clothing. The party are now shown getting their gear and then leaving for the Hangar Bay. Canderous, Mission, and Jolee will equip basic clothing when they grab their gear if they were left naked as the chosen jail breaker. The player now has their pre-Leviathan gear automatically re-equipped at the end of the escape scene, as was Bioware's original intent. All of the party's pre-Leviathan inventory is now automatically returned, rather than needing to manually loot it from a locker. Fixes some minor geometry gaps and smoothing issues in the detention block main room. Fixes the force cage placeable's walkmesh, which was misaligned. Installation: Run INSTALL.exe. By default, T3's response to the jail breaker clicking on the party cell will be gibberish for everyone except HK. If you want it to be in English/Basic regardless of the jail breaker choice, copy dp_lev40_con_pd1.ncs from the OPTIONAL folder and paste it into your Override folder. Compatibility: It is highly recommended that you use this mod in conjunction with the K1 Community Patch. If doing so, make sure to install K1CP first. This mod is NOT compatible with Fair Strides's Party on the Leviathan mod. I did consider trying to integrate Juhani's cut Leviathan conversation into this mod, but it doesn't really work in its existing state. If you are a Juhani simp thirsting for more of her, use FS's mod instead. Probably not compatible with K1R. Use at your own risk as no support will be offered. Known Issues: Some of the other jail breaker start scenes, like Jolee's and Mission's, could use some tweaks to address minor annoyances. I'll look at those in a future update. The techs equipping blasters and attacking at the end of HK's initial cutscene are a bit wonky. That probably needs to be integrated into the cutscene itself. I didn't test with a female player. I think I got them all, but some of the specific fem PC/Carth camera angles might be off during the torture sequence. Please advise if that is the case. It's still possible to lose Canderous's pre-Leviathan equipped gear forever if he is the chosen jail breaker and you don't manually loot the patient gear container before leaving. You can still be affected by the stealthed/invisible jail breaker bug, since K1 lacks a de-stealth script function unlike TSL. K1CP addresses this. Bioware handled the transition from the Hawk to the Leviathan in a really odd way. It's possible that they encountered a sequence break that caused them to take the approach they did, which I have now changed. I didn't encounter any problems while testing, but it's potentially possible that the initial cutscene on the Leviathan could fail to fire. Let me know if anyone encounters that. Weapon Model Overhaul Patch ------------------------------ The purpose of this mod is to provide a patch to finally be able to use Toasty Fresh's weapon models' mod in Kotor 2 and the excellent reskin by Fallen Guardian. When I first started diving into modding for Kotor 2 one of the first mods I stumbled across was Toasty Fresh's Weapons Model Overhaul mod (and Fallen Guardian's retexture of it), which provided what looked like some great high resolution version of the game's vanilla swords and vibroswords. Unfortunately, when I tried to add it to my TSL override folder, it immediately caused the game to crash. Now, after learning more about this game and its mods I was finally able to revisit it and patch it so that those models will work with TSL as well (thanks to PoopaPapaPalpatine for reminding me about it). While there is already an excellent blaster mod in the High Quality Blasters mod. Toasty Fresh's mod really does an excellent job of providing a high resolution version of the game's vanilla swords and vibroweapons, particularly when paired with Fallen Guardian's retexture. If you, like me want to use those weapons on your TSL game, this patch should allow you to do so. THIS MOD IS A PATCH, YOU STILL NEED THE ORIGINAL MOD TO GET THIS TO WORK. You can find the original mod here: https://www.nexusmods.com/kotor/mods/1096 I also personally recommend Fallen Guardian's retexture which can be found here: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/369-weapon-model-overhaul-texture-rework/ Since I mainly wanted the melee weapons out of this mod, I separated the swords and blasters into two separate folders for your convenience. ------------------------------ Installation ------------------------------ First start by installing Toasty Fresh's mod by dragging the files in it to your override folder. If you want Fallen Guardian's textures, install his mod next overwriting all relevant files. Finally move the files in this mod to your override folder overwriting any conflicts. ------------------------------ Uninstallation ------------------------------ Simply delete the contents of this mod from your override folder. -

This computer panel makes various appearances throughout the game - on Peragus, Telos, Dxun and Malachor - but has somehow eluded the attention of every HD texture pack I have installed. I initially intended to just upscale it with an AI and be done with it, but the AI didn't do such a good job... so I started making tiny little tweaks by hand with HAL eyes, bicycle reflectors, screenshots from various SW films, fake GUI elements I made myself, until eventually this was the result. The panels have gone from 256x256 to a possibly excessive 4096x4096 pixels. Drop files into override, compatible with anything that doesn't alter the same textures. I give blanket permission to use / improve this texture, just give me a nod. -

1 pointJust a reminder for folks that wish to take pictures for this thread. if you press CTRL and U, you'll be able to drop the GUI. That works in the game proper and on the character selection screen as well.

1 pointNice bookmark for the heads: Next to those names you have the dark side transition variations, it's similar for the portraits. For example PFHA01.tpc/tga is the neutral/light side version, then there's PFHA01D1 for half way towards dark, and PFHA01D2 for max dark (I don't think it's actually 50% and 100% dark, but something like that). The appearance.2da info here helps for the other things: There you can find that for example column modela points to the underwear model, texa to the accompanying texture. Now on to the actual filenames, for example the first player entry in appearance.2da "P_FEM_A_SML_01" has PFBAMA in the texa column. Those letters come from Player Female Body A (the underwear column) M is a bit of a leftover from K1, which has different underwear for different classes (S, M, L) A for Asian/Hispanic (btw B = "Black" & C = "Caucasian") Finally there is a number, a texture variation number that's in the item file (.uti). For underwear it's just 1 (always 2 digits so 01). Final filename: pfbama01.tpc/tga (case insensitive). For other outfits there are different texture variations. Advanced: To find which texture an item uses you first again use "Detailed info of 2da files" to look up the column. For example the n columns are for the Jedi Knight/Master model. In column texn you find PFBN (Sticking with the P_FEM_A_SML_01 row, although the skin colour is not relevant here, there's no A for Asian). Now you need to find the texture variation number for a certain item (robe). You need to find the item template file (.uti). You can look it up at GameBanshee. Random example: Dark Jedi Knight Robe -> Template: a_robe_14 Now you open that item template (Kotor II -> BIFs -> templates.bif -> Blueprint, Item -> a_robe_14.uti), you find that the texture variation is 4 (-> 04). Final filename: PFBN04.tpc/tga. I hope this is a good intro, good luck! Feel free to ask more questions here or on the Discord.

I made this for my current playthrough to have a robe I wouldn't be embarassed to be caught wearing that also doesn't look too evil. It features: A wool mid layer, providing thermoregulation for the Jedi who wears the same clothes in every climate A bandolier to ensure your belongings aren't eaten by Cannoks Boots with lots of buckles for when you want to woo a Sith, but still in plausibly deniable Jedi colors Be "the wave of the future" in fashion and drop the files into your override folder. -

TSL Padawan Robes Redone by L0rdReV@n88 90SK This mod will replace the padawan class robes with new skins. It was inspired by the original art for TSL L0rdReV@n88's Dark Assassin robe has been included as the Dark Jedi Robe. This type of robe was featured in the KotOR 2 dark side promotional art. A couple new and a couple old skins by myself (90SK) here, and I have included new/improved icons here for the items. Notes: This mod is re-releasing L0rdReV@n88 Dark Assassin Robe as a replacement for the Dark Jedi Robe. 1 pointIn my profile picture there is a small screenshot of my main character ^^ Mustafett, I may have to log in and screenshot all of my characters at some point, I spent a lot of time and credits customising their looks as well as keeping two sets of gear even to this day ( though I dont use them as I use to ) because of the costume designer and such, but I used to have to rip out two sets of full gear for pvp / pve. Great game, I do need to play some of the new content at some point, for anybody here that knows SWTOR really well and might know of K1 or K2 references I am looking for people interested in helping my little modding endeavour with information about story links, quest links and any mention of K1 or K2 characters, events or otherwise in SWTOR, as well as anything that might translate vice-versa, of which I already have a few ideas noted down. More of my characters. Thor110

1 pointI started on day 1, played for maybe 2.5 years or more. I stopped playing a while ago, so these are all still level 55. I have them on The Red Eclipse server. Their legacy name is Browani, a combo of Bro, which are actually the first 3 letter of my real surname, plus the family name of the main characters of the Ewoks movies. I was looking for something personal+funny+star wars, so to me I succeeded I have some more characters, also tried the more recent "start at level X" thingies, but I don't care that much about them. As you can see below I like the white outfits and I'm a real light sider. Fei-Ke (main/first char) Sage (DPS) Zon Guardian (Tank) Dana Gunslinger (DPS) Dama Commando (DPS)

1 pointI made a new character this week: Name: Rayca (One letter difference from my Knight! I'm very creative. ) Class: Jedi Consular Level: 19 Specialization: Jedi Shadow My first female character, this should be interesting. The idea is she's a twin sister to Rayce. I got the inspiration for choosing her class from my clan in Jedi Academy, the Shadow Order, who are, needless to say, based on the Jedi Shadows. She's light side, like my other characters, and with her I use stealth to avoid all unnecessary fights.

1 pointNice characters, both of you! If those F2Ps think lost items from 4.0 are bad, imagine what they would think knowing I still have some of the old Battlemaster/Centurion PVP gear and Columi/Rakata PVE stuff from before RotHC! Anyway, give us them screenies!

1 pointI trashed my old character on this thread long ago, I have been playing with new characters since. The Tamresh Legacy Fun Fact: I treat these characters as nuclear family, so they all have white hair and eyes. Name: Ierran Class: Jedi Sentinel Level: 65 First character that I've put an effort into playing. Currently my main character, working through Shadow of Revan. Played through most of the entire normal campaign with my brother who was a Jedi Shadow. Name: Sanrah Class: Jedi Shadow Level: 32 I wanted to play a Jedi story without getting too far ahead of my brother, so I created Sanrah to experience the Jedi Consular storyline. I wasn't going to put much effort into customization originally, but I managed to get the coveted Jedi Strategist robe and decided to invest the effort. Fun fact: Mixture of Sarah and Sansa (as in Sansa Stark). Name: Aajack Class: Scoundrel Level: 35 So I managed to get all 3 of my siblings to play SWTOR and we ran some flashpoints. Unfortunately, we were running 3 Jedi (DPS) and 1 Soldier (Tank). We ran into a boss that we could not defeat because, guess what? We didn't have any healers. So Aajack was created during one of the double XP periods to be a healer so we could run flashpoints more efficiently. I wasn't enthused to be a healer at first (I hear gunsllinger is one of the best DPS), but I quite like what he can do. Fun fact: My favorite attack is the one where you kick people in the nuts.

1 pointI can't believe I never posted in this thread before (Well, I can, but that's because I get distracted easily by school, my old call center job and... ohh, ramen!). Anyway, here is my legacy, The Gallifreyan Legacy. All of them have been on the Harbinger since... early 2012? And although I've been playing since launch, only two are finished with Knights of the Fallen Empire (My Gunslinger, and LS Warrior). From Left to Right: The Good Captain. (Level 65 Smuggler/Gunslinger. Technically, he's named after me. Embarrassing/weird, I know. But, I've always done it, since I first played X-Wing Alliance.), Major Nicolai "Nikki" Davfel (Level 65 Trooper/Commando), Master Gavern Rassilon (Level 60 Knight/Sentinel), and Master Briessia "Briea" Geslin (Level 65 Consular/Shadow, and the adopted sister of my Smuggler). From left to right: Agent Golsheren (Level 53 Agent/Operative), Mera "The Baroness" Ralcen (Level 63 Bounty Hunter/Mercenary, Lord Karvik (Level 65 Warrior/Marauder. When I recorded the Sith Warrior Class story, I decided to make two Warriors, a Light and Dark, since the story was different enough depending on your alignment), Lord Shinzon (Level 65 Warrior/Juggernaut), and Aitarna Mikroru (Level 59 Inquisitor/Sorcerer). As I've said before, one of the greatest things about going to school for a Video Editing degree is being able to play video games and turn that into content/examples of my work.

1 pointGreat! I'm playing on the same server as Zbyl2 and Hassat Hunter! I could show my Sage when I'll find some time to get his screenshot. I MUST show him to every of the F2Ps that think it's impossible to make a good, moddable outfit without Cartel Market. No, it will make them depressed. Most of those items were lost after 4.0.

1 pointThe Skykiller Legacy: Name: Rayce-jonson (Will be changed to Rayce Quinn when I have the money.) Class: Jedi Knight Level: Mid 30s Specialization: Guardian He is my first character, and kinda my main. I play him pretty strictly light side and following the Jedi code, however I did decide to romance Kira. Name: Lee'kai Class: Trooper Level: Early 30s Specialization: Commando I use this character the most in PvP. Also very LS. Name: Pioma Class: Smuggler Level: Early 30s Specialization: Scoundrel RP-wise this is class is definitely my favorite. His story is full of LOLs, especially Tatooine! While still light side, I play him a bit "edgier" than the other two, not afraid to to blow someone's brains out if they piss him off enough, and is also somewhat of a ladies man, always willing to help out a damsel-in-distress. All my characters are on Begeren Colony.

1 point****EDIT 13 June 2022**** It has been brought to my attention that the Photobucket images of my characters no longer work. Given that I haven't played SWTOR in a long time, I doubt I can be bothered re-adding them. Perhaps I will in a sudden flash of inspiration but don't hold your breath. **** A while ago, SH asked me to post my characters on this thread. Of course, I ignored him at the time (sorry!) but now have the time to post While I have played for a while, I have doubled up on a lot of classes so don't have a lot of them finished :/ Anyway, all of the following characters are apart of the Wreath Legacy and after migrating first from Dalborra and then to the Harbinger, have finally settled on The Ebon Hawk. Since I'm from Australia, server lag is a slight issue but hey, it's a great, tight-knit community! Name: Arkadann Legacy Name: Wreath Class: Sith Warrior Level: 65 Specialty: Sith Juggernaut Although I made this guy specifically in preparation for KotFE, I liked the class so much that he has pretty much supplanted Vauriaan as my main. He is a powerful Sith Lord in the mold of Darth Marr - willing to work with avowed enemies and aliens in order to put the best interests of the Empire at heart. However he loathes treachery and betrayal is met with the typical Sith response of aggression and rage. He has a visceral loathing for Zakuul and its entire way of life and would gladly see the Eternal Empire fall. Name: Vauriaan Legacy Name: Wreath Class: Sith Inquisitor Level: 65 Specialty: Sith Assassin Very much like Arkadann in his outlook, albeit with a slightly more light-sided tinge. Essentially, he is not above gathering power for personal gain, so long as the Empire also benefits. I tried to lay the light-sided groundwork for a possible redemption story if I can be bothered to think of one! Name: Naayama Legacy Name: Wreath Class: Bounty Hunter Level: 65 Specialty: Mercenary Yes, I admit, the name was taken from Jolee's wife, but as you can probably notice by the abundance of male characters, women (or Republic characters for that matter!), are certainly NOT my strongsuit. She is a light-sided Bounty Hunter who respects the traditions of the Mandalorians and the sanctity of the Hunt. She's kind of the wayward daughter of Arkadann who rebelled and tried to make her own life away from the Sith, but is still often in the pocket of the Empire. She's like Mira now that I think about it - doesn't kill unless she has to. But as with her father, she shows no mercy for betrayal and is not above killing, despite taking no real pleasure in it. Name: Volcanist Legacy Name: Wreath Class: Sith Inquisitor Level: 65 Specialty: Sith Sorcerer He was my first character, made way back. He is the prototypical Sith Lord; cunning and manipulative with a predilection for lightning! Come to think of it, I think I actually named him after a Blood Elf I had when I played WoW... Name: Varkonn Legacy Name: Wreath Class: Imperial Agent Level: 52 Specialty: Sniper This is my on-and-off character that I play when I want to just get involved immediately in some story action - he's been stuck at levels 40 - 50 for like, 4 years! He is a loyal servant of the Empire but unlike Arkadann or Vauriaan, is willing to get his hands dirty in the espionage and subterfuge to continue Imperial dominance. Name: Zakaronn Legacy Name: Wreath Class: Sith Warrior Level: 48 Specialty: Sith Marauder I made this guy just for the heck of it during last year's XP event. He's only finished Balmorra, that XP boost was crazy! He's pretty much just a bloodthirsty, destructive Sith who epitomises personal power and ambition at the expense of the Empire. Name: Luthaurian Legacy Name: Wreath Class: Smuggler Level: 20 Specialty: Scoundrel I made this character so my friend and I could play together. Since I had hardly any Republic characters, I thought I should give one a go. I was not disappointed. Luthaurian is basically a light-sided Smuggler who of course wants to get paid, but will always help the Republic first. All while cracking his funny one-liners XD I have some other characters, but hardly anyone worth mentioning. And there you have it, The Wreath Legacy.

0 pointsI'm opening this to the forum for help. As the title says, I'm working on an HD retexture for Hanharr based off of an older retexture by Constar for personal use. There's lots of little details in the original retexture that I like that gives a lot of story to Hanharr: the clawed chest, the blood-stained fur on the arms, mad eyes...I just don't like the sloppy use of textures, the short wolf/dog hair rather than scraggly fur, and the sloth-like aesthetic of it. My attempt was to retain the flavor of the original retexture but upgrade it to make it look more like a dirty, crusty, old, feral Wookiee with a quality on par to the reskins by @Dark Hope (I hope she doesn't mind me using her footpad from her HD Zaalbar for this). This is a preview of an early version of the WIP (provided in aid to me by @Effix😞 I've reached out to other fellow modders for help but I'm coming up short; some load it up fine but I'm having mis-alignment issues when I load it up in-game. It must be my tga file because other texture mods for Hanharr that I have load up fine when I drop them into the Override folder, but I can't figure out the issue of my own. It mimics the positioning of details to the original texture file. Maybe some more versed members could try it out and help me figure the problem. I have no mods that would be affecting Hanharr and the one I did have, I've discarded. For those interested, just drop the attached file into your Override folder, any and all feedback would be welcome. P_Hanharr.tga
