So, the story goes like this: I was always a fan of the Scarface head and I loved VP's Revan head, but there's one thing that always bugged me about both: they look cool with the 'stache, but not so cool without it and they only have it when full DS. And while Scarface got all his 'stache needs covered by Iniry's wonderful retextures, VP's Revan got less hairy love. So qwerty-ru made the LS version of Revan's head with 'stache all the way back in 2012 and I just decided to finish it all up - added the 'stache to the three other versions and made icons for all of them. Now the icons look like a bit of a crap, but I hope they at least got this "mentally ill person with MS paint" charm to them.
At any rate, there it is. You gotta have VP's head installed before you install this one though.
Drinking game: take a shot every time you see the word 'stache above.
INSTALLATION:
Just dump the .tga's in the Override, chief
UNINSTALLATION:
Delete PMHC01.tga, PMHC01d1.tga, PMHC01d2.tga, PMHC01d3.tga, po_pmhc1.tga, po_pmhc1d.tga, po_pmhc1d1.tga, po_pmhc1d2.tga and po_pmhc1.d3tga. You'll probably want to delete the other PMHC01 files as well, though they are not mine.

Hello there, this is my first published mod on the site (It was on Filefront before but we all know what happened there :\) and it brings you a new robe. Although it is only a small addition to the game, I hope you download it and enjoy!
To obtain the item in-game, open your console and write "giveitem jedirobe_15" without the quotes.
(By the way, if you don't want to get a "Cheat Used" stamped on your save game screen, there is an optional folder inside the Zip file which will let you grab the robe in the Krayt Dragon's Cave in Tatooine).

This is version two of the Character Reskin by Shem. Here's the first one with screenshots of the Vandar, Malak, Saul Karath, Star Forge Robes, and Sith Robe reskins. This is the review of the first one:
This version adds sith eyes to the sith. Personally, I don't really understand the fascination with sith eyes, but it's there if you like them. For some of these skins, I didn't really notice much of a difference from the originals. Some are very different, like the new skins for Yuthara, Uther, Jorak, Bandon, and Vandar look different and the first two are well-done, though I didn't really see much of a differnce of the new Malak, and Saul Karath. And personally I think he went a bit overboard with the black on the sith as now it's really difficult to see the details of the fabric. I think the problem is is that he tried to do too many reskins and so none of them have many details on them. Try not doing so much in the future. Anyway, good work and I hope to see more from you!

Custom Party Member Portraits

Our dear and glorious leader Shem returns with an update to his Custom Party Member Portraits mod. Well, two updates, actually--but this one is for K1 (the K2 version will be along shortly). For those of you unfamiliar with the mod, Shem has replaced each party member's portrait with a close-up screenshot. The first version of the mod was released over a year ago. Well, Shem decided that he could do a better job, and is back with more.
Once again, each party member's portrait is replaced with a close-up screenshot over a light-colored background. Even Trask gets a new portrait for his brief stint as a party member. Also included is an alternate portrait for HK-47, with the assassin droid we all know in love sporting a blaster rifle, as well as alternates for Jolee and Juhani, to go with two other mods Shem has released in the past (the first replaces Jolee with a Yoda-species, and the second replaces Juhani with a reskin of one of the player appearances).
Not much else to say; if you like the look of the new portraits, give it a download. As for me, I think this version is even better than the first. Enjoy!
NOTE: Please leave comments/feedback for the author, especially if you download and use this mod; usually it's the only reward modders receive for their efforts.

KK's Custom Female PC

This little mod is actually just a hex-edit of another model (we didn't have shiny tools back then) to point to my new, custom textures, with full DS transitions (though I'm still not super happy with those. Guess I don't play DS often enough to be good at them lol)
Anyways, the revised version (this one) has the colors toned down a little. I got a bit carried away with the original, or maybe the high res I can play in now just makes them stand out a lot more, but in any case, I'm happier with them now.
I also went ahead and made it all TSL Patcher happy, so the modifications it needs to make to appearance.2da, heads.2da, and portraits.2da will merely add to those files, and not break anything (thus, ensuring compatibility). Everything else is uniquely named, so this "head" will appear as an additional (16th) choice for a starting female character and not replace any "core content".
The versions of my armband gizmo with KK_PC in their name support this mod, while other versions of the band will work, but it won't know about this content.
Anyways, enjoy. ^-^

Junkyard ebon hawk

Its my first mod and Its a beat up old junker version of Ebon Hawk in kotor1, the idea being with all its history and shady owners its had more than a few patch ups and bears a few scars etc. The skin did its own thing with switching stuff around . It seems to work fine with the files placed in the override folder.

There are multiple clothing and underwear options.
Installation:
Navigate to the desired texture through the folders and put the .tga file in your kotor Override folder
Unistallation:
Delete the corresponding files from your kotor Override folder
Compatibility:
Naturally this mod cannot be used at the same time as another retexture of the same clothing or underwear.
Also, it may not work with any mod which enhances the associated models (like "Carth's Clothes" by Kha).
Otherwise there should not be any issues unless there is a mod which I am unaware of which changes the
"appearance.2da" file in such a way that an associated model or texture is different from the original game.
Notes:
Carth's undies contain .mdl & .mdx files. These are files for his underwear model which will help eliminate seams.

Please do not use or upload this mod elsewhere without permission, which will probably be given if asked

As I just put up a TSL logo texture mod up yesterday, here’s one for the original KOTOR. This is my attempt to bring the logo in line with modern standards. This texture is sized at 2048 by 2048 (yes, you read that correctly) so it should definitely be slightly crisper than the original. The original texture was sized at 256 by 256.
Someone that shall remain nameless was inquiring about using my mod so they could extend the middle bar out to the end like the original menu logo did. I have done this. Additionally, the coloring on this “long bar” version was slightly de-saturated to more in mine with the original in-game logo.
For those not keeping up . . .
Short Bar Version: That’s the logo that you’ll see on the box art, the game discs, and the Prima Guide Book
Long Bar Version: A variant version of the logo where the bar that contains “Of The” stretches to the end letters rather being nestled in the center between the large “K” and large “S”
A reminder: this whole upload was originally a gag just so I could avoid taking a request in the future. Looks like the joke’s on me.

Installation:
With more options, there inevitably comes a longer instruction section.
First, choose which version you’ll be going with: Short Bar or Long Bar. That’s where you’ll be grabbing textures from.
If you’re using an original version of KOTOR – that is you’re not using a widescreen mod (such as or UniWS, Flawless Widescreen, or Aspyr's natively widescreen version) – then you’ll want to place the “logo_sw_02.tga” file from the “Standard (Vanilla) Resolutions” sub folder from either the “Short Bar” folder or the “Long Bar folder”
If you’re using KOTOR with either UniWS, Flawless Widescreen, or Aspyr's natively widescreen version) – then you’ll want to place the “logo_sw_02.tga” file from the “For those using Widescreen fixes” sub folder from either the “Short Bar” folder or the “Long Bar” folder.
Uninstallation:
Remove the TGA file from your Override folder. Delete it.

The way I see it; the vanilla and/or already present Republic Soldier texture lacks some shading and reflection particularly on its trim, so I thought adding ones would somehow enhance its appearance.

Description:
So . . . this is a part of another mod that I’ve had on my computer/s for some time but I hadn’t gotten around to putting out there to the public. Until now.
This all started out with getting higher resolution icons for crystals in TSL. There are way more crystals in that game than in KotOR1. However, it seemed logical to narrow the focus of that mod by releasing a pared back version and release it as a KotOR1 stand alone version. That’s what you have here – a test run for a possible TSL version later on.
I found source pictures of many crystals over the years and took care to try and match the color, crystal type and - when possible - the orientation of the crystal to match what you saw in vanilla.
Yes, I included the Mantle of the Force and the Heart of the Guardian crystals. And yes . . . I included the Krayt Dragon Pearl.
From the pictures you’ve (hopefully) seen on the download page, you’ll notice that some of the crystals appear to be duplicated. That’s how it is handled in the game and it wasn’t an error on my part.
Installation:
Drop the TGA files into your Override folder. If you are using this mod with other mods that include re-texturing of the crystal's icons, install this mod after them.
Uninstall:
Remove the TGA files from your Override folder.

Description:
This mod replaces the LEH_scre01 textures found around the Ebon Hawk include much of the Ebon Hawk but as best remembered being seen around the Galaxy Map. The previous version will still be available for completists but I consider this version to be the definitive version. This is the “More Subtle” version. (The “Less Subtle version will be available shortly.)
As before, the Galaxy Map texture is not included in this mod.
You may be wondering: "Why did this need to be made? Well, it’s the companion piece to my other recent mod “Ebon Hawk Cockpit Upgrade [LEH_Scre02].” As they’re both on the Ebon Hawk, I should that LEH_scre01 and LEH_scre02 textures should both match. With both textures, you’ll have that opportunity.
First, I started with an upscale kindly provided to me by ConansHair of the LTA_scre01.tga texture. Then I remade the 3 of the windows over from scratch. As before, all four windows are animated but I didn’t stop there. I also animated the LED lights and the buttons as well.
After all of these were done and looked over for issues by a top-notch beta team, I asked ebmar if he could add “glass overlays” to the monitors like he did for my recent LEH-Scre02 texture.
Constructive criticism is welcome.
Here’s a video preview of the texture in action.
Installation:
For either game – If already present in your Override folder, delete LEH_scre01.tpc, LEH_scre01.tga and LEH_scre01.txi (or move them to your Desktop)
Then after extracting the contents of the 7z file, choose from the Overlay and Non-Overlay folders which TPC file you wish to use for your Ebon Hawk and place it in your Override folder.
To Uninstall:
Delete LEH_scre01.tpc from your Override folder.
Known Bugs:
None known at this time. If you do encounter one, please note it on the download page and tag me in the comment. I’ll see if I can suss out the issue.

Jedi General Robe

This mod adds some robes to the game, called Jedi General Robes.
They can be bought from Mika Dorin's store on Korriban.
They have the following properties:
Defense Bonus 3
Charisma bous +1
Will bonus +2
Reflex bonus +1
The robes can be bought from Mika Dorin on Korriban after the Leviathan, or cheated into the game by typing "giveitem di_jgr" into the console (without the quote marks).
